6. 1:03night. [clears throat] Uh, I've been working all day um on building out the great repurpose the uh the B2B offering
7. 1:12that Andy Scarantino and I are collaborating on. We had a really good day, really positive day working with AI
8. 1:20tools and then working with our actual brains and working with actual skills. when the AI fails you, you you open programs like Illustrator
9. 1:31and like you know Google Docs and you write your own words and you make your own images. Uh so I've been doing that
10. 1:38all day and been using Andy was using Claude design and doing really remarkable like marketing sheets that
11. 1:48were branding wise in line with I what I was doing in lovable for the website. So, I think one of the things I'll do
12. 1:56tonight is play around with um Hey, Claire. What's happening? I think one of the things I'll do tonight is play
13. 2:02around with Lovable and just show you show you what I've been working on. And if I can get it to the point where it's
14. 2:08it's not completely janky, um then we will uh then I'll probably publish it live. So, if you go to the uh Hello, hello.

16. 2:34dark and mysterious um, great repurpose and we're about to bring in the light, bring in the optimism. So, I'm really excited about
17. 2:43it. Hey, Linda Sherman, what's happening? So much Lovable here. Yeah, Lovable is really quite amazing. Uh,
18. 2:50it's Bruta. Been building for a few days, but got it. Eyes are burning. Yeah. Here's the like like if you've
19. 2:57ever done any kind of development whether you've done it yourself by hand or whether you've worked with developers
20. 3:04and then you work with something like Lovable it is it's one of those things where you can't believe how powerful it is and
21. 3:15you can't believe it's doing what it's doing as quickly as it's doing it and it's completely maddening because it
22. 3:21gets most things wrong and then when it when you get it to fix one thing, it'll break other things. And there are ways
23. 3:28to mitigate that. But it's special. Now, listen, it's better than it was a year ago, right? A year ago, it was like when
24. 3:38it would break a site, it would just destroy it and it was hard to recover from it. But it's it's really quite good. Um, so
25. 3:47we're going to be doing that tonight. If anyone has any questions, uh, pop thing in. Let's see. I don't know, Kyle. I
26. 3:52tried Lovable today and went through three rounds and it totally failed on me. So, Chat GPT sites were the winner
27. 3:57for me. Cool. Good for you. Yeah, I just the the reason I use Lovable is the first TGR the first version of the TGR
28. 4:05website was built on it, so it was already in there. Um, so we've been iterating on that. Um, but but boy, there was some good um
29. 4:16some really cool stuff where Andy created these one pages, these two page page marketing sheets for the two products we're putting together.
30. 4:27Um, you know, print pages, um, and they look great. And then from Claude Design, you can export fully contained HTML
31. 4:39files that have all the images and everything in them. So I literally just dumped those into Lovable. And I said,
32. 4:45basically, keep these identical. Don't change any words. Keep the design, the layout all the same, but make it
33. 4:49responsive and put it in the navigation. And it just did it. Pretty amazing. Yep. I just finished it. Beautiful. Congrats.
34. 4:58There's something called chat GPT sites that can be hosted. Wait, can that be a hosted website? Yes, it can. Producer

39. 5:41here's what we're going to do. We're going to share the whole screen. Hopefully my machine doesn't screw up
40. 5:46and punt the screen share out, but I got producer Brandon here to tell me if that happens. All right, fantastic.
41. 5:57All right, buddies. Here we go. Fantastic. All right, we're going now. Okay, so what you're looking at right here is uh
42. 6:07is the new great repurpose website. I want to go show you a couple of things. So, let me see. Come in here. Go to brand assets.
43. 6:22Go to photography. Okay. So, the first thing I want to show you is this thing. So, this was something that I did in chat
44. 6:32GPT. So, one of the things that um you can do in things like chat GBT or Gemini that have really good um text and image outputs
45. 6:48um was I had it come up with five or six different kind of design look and feels for what the website might be. And this
46. 6:59was the thing it came up with. And there's pieces of this that were really good. There were pieces of this that were a mess. Um,
47. 7:06it selected these colors. It had the hex codes wrong. Um, it I guess it did its best guess to figure out what colors the
48. 7:16real hex codes would be and then they were all different. So, that was something I had to manually update. Um,
49. 7:22it got a bunch of uh the five stages of the great repurpose wrong. There's a bunch of things that got wrong. It had
50. 7:28very different photography when it first generated this. These are all um midjourney images. So I took a bunch of
51. 7:33midjourney images and I popped those into um into chat GPT. I used a specific style over in midjourney that gave gave all these sort
52. 7:44of cool colors that match the colors here. I was showing this the other night and then this document along with logos
53. 7:51which I'll show you in a second. logos and um the the hex codes and this document and all the different photography were uploaded to both um
54. 8:03lovable for where I was working on the website and then Andy in Claude design uploaded the same documents there. So we
55. 8:12she and I were working completely independently where she was working on these marketing sheets, I was working on the website and
56. 8:21the results were the the two things looked like they were from the same brand which is really really amazing. It's really cool. Um
57. 8:29the other thing that I did was um we had a version of this logo here. Let me show you where we started. Um,
58. 8:43okay. Hang on a sec. Let me look for favicon. Oops. Is that it? Yeah,
59. 8:59that wasn't that wasn't the right color actually. But this was an image that um chat that I created in chat GBT. I had to do a bunch
60. 9:10of logo studies and basically it was the idea of a leaf, right? So for the great repurpose like you're growing, it's a
61. 9:17doorway, it's a portal, it's a person, there's light, you know, coming coming through the doorway. So looking into the
62. 9:23future, whatever that might be. But there are a lot of problems with this. One is it it just is kind of a weird
63. 9:29shape. It it um it it's very flat looking. This guy kind of looks like um you know the the dude on the on a men's
64. 9:37door, men's room door. Um these the lines, you know, between the legs are kind of janky and weird. So So we kind
65. 9:45of started with that and then we had the idea of taking the AI sparkles um and incorporating that into the logo. So the
66. 9:54whole idea of the great repurpose is repurposing yourself, amplifying it with AI and and moving forward. So I I brought that shape into
67. 10:05Illustrator and then did just a lot of manual editing like removing extraneous um points. I made the guy taller so he
68. 10:14looks more dynamic. Um and it's, you know, it's now an Illustrator file. Um so that's cool. And then I went through and we created so in the
69. 10:25great repurpose there's five different stages. And so we did a different color for each of the stages. Um and these top two are the primary.
70. 10:35You know, we use this dark blue when it's on a white background. We use this aqua blue when it's on a dark background. Um and then I did the
71. 10:43typography in Illustrator as well and put these all together. And so, so we had logos, we had this brand stylesheet
72. 10:53that I showed you earlier. Let's see. [clears throat]
73. 11:08So, we had this thing and then those all got uploaded into there. And so, that yielded. This is our website. So, can I make this
74. 11:18bigger? I think I can. I don't know how. Um, but there's our logo, right? Looks good over the over the background. And then,
75. 11:33you know, there's some of our photography. Reclaiming agency, meaning, and value in the age of AI. You weren't
76. 11:39meant to be replaced. It's time to repurpose. So, here's this cool photography we've got. Let me see. Have you tried Chachi
77. 11:47BT sites? I haven't. Something about those shadows under his leg makes him look sinister. I like the turquoise. Very cool. Um,
78. 12:05let's see what else we got. The five stages of the great repurpose. So, here's those five stages and here's the
79. 12:10different colors, right? So, lovable automatically sort of figured that stuff out. which is really cool
80. 12:19and explore the 10 uh the five stages. Here are the 10 repurpose profiles which you can go figure out which profile you
81. 12:28are. And there's the there's the great repurpose song. Um and then let's see what else did we do. Um, so we created a page uh for the um
82. 12:41for the great repurpose executive leadership academy and for the transition academy. So this is for people that get laid off and the
83. 12:49executive leadership academy is for leaders obviously. And then if you go into one of these, you say learn more.
84. 12:58This page is the page that Andy created in um
85. 13:13lost your audio, Kyle. I mean, I really must have a loose connection there. All right. Every time I bump the wire, it goes out.
86. 13:28All right. I'm still good now. Okay, cool. Anyway, um so these things look great as as print documents, but then I
87. 13:34just brought in the HTML and, you know, sort of talked my way into having um Lovable incorporate these into the uh into the uh
88. 13:48whatever you call it um into the website. And then so that was the leadership academy and then here's the
89. 13:56transition academy. Question from Lori. Hey everyone. Is there a genderneutral logo too? No, not right now. I I mean I suppose that's
90. 14:07genderneutral. It could be anyone that Andy created in. Is there a genderneutral logo? No, I created the logo. I mean, I don't think
91. 14:21that's necessarily a man or a woman. I I I don't know. I I suppose it could be, but Uh, no. Uh, as you were saying, Andy
92. 14:36created something in And that's right when your mic cut out. >> Oh, in Oh, and it doesn't is there a gender no neutral?

95. 15:07of the both lovable and Claude design we uploaded the same photography. So I did a whole pick list of photos from
96. 15:18Midjourney um and did a pick of the best ones of those. Then we did that branding sheet. We did the different versions of
97. 15:25the logo, the different colors. they both got uploaded into those things and then we worked independently. Um
98. 15:31like for example there there's some things like all of the language in these documents about the uh the transition
99. 15:39academy and the executive leadership academy that that we wrote. We had crap in there from chat GPT and all of it had to
100. 15:48basically be thrown out and and started over. And I would say there's probably a decent amount of the website right now
101. 15:55where that's the case too. Um all of the stuff on the homepage though we wrote all this. Um so so we're happy with the
102. 16:02copy here because we wrote it. Um but it's now starting to look like you know a decent and powerful website. And just
103. 16:11in comparison, the original TGR um right is this thing which is pretty but it kind of looks dated and it looks very depressing [laughter]
104. 16:26right and the whole idea here is to get people excited about what's coming or you know the possibility of what's coming. So anyway
105. 16:36that's what's going on there. The other thing uh that we did is completely redesign um the report and you can now download the report. So
106. 16:47if you go to the greatrepurpose.com you can generate a report about where you are in the journey basically and then you can download
107. 16:58a PDF. It'll generate you a PDF and here's what that looks like. So, it's got the new branding on it. And
108. 17:07this isn't this is still kind of a mess. Um, but there's all of the uh there's your report and there's information
109. 17:16about the leadership academy and the transition academy. So, there you go. Building stuff. All right. Let me come back. Questions,

113. 17:51date you predict it can be a public product this week? So, so we're doing an intense push this week to get So, we know we
114. 18:04know what the two products are. We needed a website to be able to point people to. We needed marketing materials. So, if you talk to someone
115. 18:13about an idea and they're like, "Hey, can you send me something?" You should ideally have something to send them. So, we're working on that
116. 18:24this week. We're doing a product sheet for each product. We're doing um an overall TGR Academy like one pager
117. 18:34about, you know, what what what is the great repurpose and then we're doing a pricing sheet. So, we're going to have
118. 18:39those four documents. Then we've got the website and then we're going to have we're gonna have all of our workshops,
119. 18:47outlines, and community design um by the end of the week. So, we're going to start putting it out in the world
120. 18:56probably early next week, probably Monday. Um, so Monday. [laughter] So, so if anyone knows anyone in HR,
121. 19:06either in in leadership or in companies that are getting ready to lay people off, um the whole idea of this is to support people
122. 19:17that are being transitioned out of their current jobs and get them ready for what's what's coming. So, anyway, pretty

124. 19:34next thing I wanted to do is I want to go play with um with Grock imagine and the reason why is as I was doing the
125. 19:49back to basics image gen tomorrow, target is clear. Yeah, the target for the great repurpose offerings, we're
126. 19:58we're probably going to do a large community for individuals, but the the B2B offerings are essentially to to HR executives for
127. 20:11cohorts that are being laid off and executives that need to get their head around what's coming and who to keep and
128. 20:17how to get prepared for what's coming. Um, and I figure we like we can start with either one of those. If you start
129. 20:25with someone in HR, they might say, "Oh, I'm about to lay someone off. You know, tell me about that." Or, "I've got
130. 20:31executives that are trying to figure this AI stuff out. You know, can you help with that?" So, it feels like in a
131. 20:37single conversation, we we potentially have two different avenues, and then if we get trusted doing one, we earn the
132. 20:43right to do the other. So, that's that's the the biz plan. Um, okay. Um, Grock. So, if you go to grock.com, gr.com,

135. 21:19talking about? I just did a little bit of uh I just did a little bit of talking about lovable and uh the redesign of the great
136. 21:30repurpose which is coming. We'll probably get that launched tomorrow, I'm hoping. Um, are you able to point to HR
137. 21:38operational organ organizational development experts that are involved behind the scenes or can provide
138. 21:45counseling if needed? Yeah, that's part of the offering is is coaches and um and uh AI education and coaches around
139. 21:58repurposing yourself, figuring out your value independent of your tasks. So that's exactly what the offering is. So

154. 25:19we're in Grock. This app is Grock. Yes. So, this is SpaceX AI's image generation tool within Grock. So, if you go to grock.com,
155. 25:30I don't know. Can someone tell me if you go there and don't have a paid account, can you make any images? I would imagine
156. 25:37that you can probably make some but not that many is my guess. Um, but what's cool about this segmentation stuff?
157. 25:48So that says flight information and then it says kiosk screen. So if I click on the kiosk screen, let's see.

194. 36:42style of it and then just start doing storytelling that way. It's pretty amazing
195. 37:04generating planning the claimation animation workflow. So there's the Okay. Oh, look at what it's doing here. Okay.
196. 37:16Changing directories file ffmpeg. So it's using ffmpeg. This is cool. So ffmpeg is a command line video editing um library.
197. 37:31And so it's enabling all these libraries. Then it's like stitching these together. And it says, "Here's your animated short.

211. 41:12The thing about Grock is it's got very few safety guard rails. So like if I wanted to have have this squirrel get hit by a car, we could do
212. 41:22that. Um and they've also got this agentic tool that
213. 41:37generated the images, generated videos out of the images. edited them together using ffmpeg. And now I asked it to put
214. 41:48um creative special effects as the transitions.

216. 42:27generating. I don't know if it's generating or if it found sound effects. This is very cool.

273. 53:49it and into my computer and I had it go through and figure out what was eating all of my memory and cleared up about 10
274. 53:58gigs worth of old files that I had not used or had otherwise backed up. And I gave it explicit permission to go in and
275. 54:06do that. But, um, it's a great unlock and, um, I'm having a lot of fun with it. Um, the biggest unlock is that I can
276. 54:15go out and take the dog for a walk and um just talk to it on my phone and have it and approve things while I'm out
277. 54:22doing other things, either taking care of the kids or the dog. And um yeah, it's going to be fun. It starts it's
278. 54:29going to be Thursdays at um 2:00 p.m. Eastern, but for four weeks starting September 3rd, but everything will be recorded.

403. 1:21:10one of two things can happen. One is in puttering you go, "Oh, I actually have an idea." And it's a different idea.
404. 1:21:17It's not related to anything you did, but there's something about the puttering put you in a creative space.
405. 1:21:21You have an idea. And then you can go pursue that idea. The other thing that can happen, and it happens to me on this channel quite a
406. 1:21:30lot, is you're puttering and then something gets created that's good enough that you're like, "Oh, that's an
407. 1:21:38idea." And from that moment forward, it's no longer puttering, right? So, you either have an idea on your own and you
408. 1:21:48go, "Oh, I want to pursue that idea." Or you're kind of playing with this stuff. something emerges that you're like,
409. 1:21:54"That feels like me. I'm going to take that idea and I'm going to run with it. I'm going to run down that path."
410. 1:22:02But if anyone in here is like, "I can't come up with an idea." That's not true. Just literally go into chat GPT and say,
411. 1:22:15"I don't have an idea of something creative I can do with AI. Give me 50 ideas. Just go make 50 songs in Sunno. Go make
