1:31 Billy Alish performance on the Oscars
1:33 was damn
1:35 good if you're still watching the Oscars
1:37 I got it on out of the corner of my eye
1:39 here so looks like someone young just W
1:42 something which is
1:44 [Music]

2:17 for why are you rapping am I playing too
2:21 [Music]
2:26 aggressive good evening
2:28 everybody Happy Oscar night
2:30 [Music]
2:32 I'm on a little early tonight I didn't
2:35 come on last night after saying I would
2:37 be here I nearly felt bad about that but
2:40 it was nice to have a little little time
2:44 [Music]
2:52 off I want to continue working on the
2:56 project the tery project if you don't
2:59 know about that so so a a fun thing
3:02 happen so one of the things I talk about
3:05 here at the AI learning lab is you
3:06 should play just play just play play
3:08 play and all these new tools come out
3:11 and it can feel overwhelming I made a
3:13 video today about how over over
3:15 overwhelming all this crap
3:18 is cuz A lot's coming out and it's a lot
3:22 of it's good but it's just like to
3:25 really
3:26 understand the tools you have to use
3:28 them and there's too many to use there's
3:30 too many to like you know if you did
3:32 this full-time 24 hours a day you
3:34 couldn't keep up with
3:36 it so but three nights ago the new
3:41 version of Pi came out inflection
3:45 2.5 and I just wanted to test it so I
3:49 asked it to have Alexander Hamilton
3:52 reimagine government in America using
3:55 the concepts of quantum mechanics and it
3:57 did that brilliantly it was really good
4:00 I was like oh [ __ ] you can take you know
4:03 very obscure topics and and I mean you
4:05 know large language models could do that
4:07 but like shitty ones would do that stuff
4:08 bad and this did it really good um and
4:12 then I I just threw it a curveball and
4:15 said how would you if you were going to
4:18 expand the Tarot deck by 12
4:23 cards you know what what would you do
4:26 and why like what would you expand it to
4:27 and why and it and it just came up with
4:30 this brilliant [ __ ] thing which was
4:34 which was it would basically add a new
4:36 suit to the Tarot deck called
4:38 orbs um and it would uh it would be a
4:43 new minor
4:44 Arcana and uh and it would be based on
4:49 the Zodiac the 12 signs of the zodiac
4:51 and I was like a that's [ __ ] genius
4:54 it was so good and then and then someone
4:56 in the in the in the AI lab uh I was I
4:59 was trying to come up with name and I
5:00 couldn't quite crack it and then they
5:02 came up with the name tery t a r o l o g
5:07 y which is brilliant really good um and
5:11 so Friday
5:13 night I copied and
5:15 pasted the best bits out of the the pie
5:20 conversation cuz it was incomplete and a
5:21 little janky and that took it took about
5:24 an hour it took 45 minutes or an hour to
5:27 just copy and paste stuff out I just
5:29 pasted into into a notes document and
5:32 then we took that and pasted that into
5:36 Claude and and the reason we pasted it
5:37 into Claud is there's a new version of
5:39 Claude
5:41 too and the new version of Claude has a
5:43 200,000 token context window and if what
5:46 that means if you haven't played with
5:47 this stuff is it
5:49 [Music]
5:51 um it's like 150,000 words in its memory
5:55 so we could take this pretty long
5:57 document that we had and put it in there
5:59 and just start start improving it and
6:01 asking it
6:02 to give us new tarot layouts and
6:06 descriptions for the cards and it just
6:07 did all this stuff brilliant brilliant
6:09 brilliant so anyway so that's that's
6:11 what I figure we'll work we'll continue
6:13 working
6:14 [Music]
6:18 on
6:20 um and we're going to turn that into a
6:22 GPT so if you've never made a GPT or if
6:25 you don't know what a GPT
6:27 is you're like well that's chat GPT is
6:30 isn't that a GPT well no there's there's
6:33 GPT 4 which is the model there's chat
6:35 GPT which is the application that sits
6:36 on top of it then gpts are like
6:39 customized little applications built on
6:42 top of chat GPT yay we are alive
6:45 yeah didn't you make a website all I did
6:48 was register the
6:49 [Music]
6:51 website and the only reason I registered
6:53 the website was just in case I want to
6:55 do something with this so one of the
6:58 things you need to know about
7:00 [Music]
7:06 addd is that there's lots of
7:09 [Music]
7:11 ideas and it used to be that about one
7:15 in 50 ideas would make it out of your
7:18 head and and now now with AI it's like
7:23 one in 10 ideas makes it out of your
7:26 head and with ADD sometimes you're like
7:29 oh I'm going to do this I'm going to
7:30 start something and then sometimes it
7:32 survives sometimes it doesn't so this
7:33 might be one of those but we'll play
7:36 with it tonight see how far we get at a
7:39 minimum by the end of tonight you should
7:41 be able to play with a GPT called tery
7:46 by by Kyle
7:47 Shannon that is this new expanded
7:51 tarot astrology
7:54 deck um and it's going to have custom
7:57 layouts and and things like that
8:00 um so that should be fun um fair warning
8:04 it's probably going to be a little um
8:07 thank you for the gifts by the way thank
8:09 you Empower pixels and auto appreciate
8:11 that um it's probably it's probably
8:14 going to be a little
8:16 [Music]
8:19 boring but if you hang out you'll learn
8:21 you'll learn you'll learn some stuff cuz
8:23 I'm I'm going to just I'll I'll talk as
8:26 I build and we'll just build something
8:27 together and if you have ideas throw
8:29 them in there
8:31 [Music]
8:51 if you have questions about AI feel free
8:53 to pop them in the comments below and
8:55 power pixels thank you so much that's
8:56 very generous that means a lot I really
8:59 I mean that
9:01 [Music]
9:36 I didn't
9:38 mean cause you in a
9:40 [Music]
9:43 trouble didn't me cause you in a
9:47 [Music]
9:51 pain only one more time to see you
9:56 laughing only want to see you laughing
10:00 that Purple Rain Purple Rain purle
10:06 [Music]
10:08 Rain Purple Rain Purple
10:16 Rain Purple Rain Purple
10:20 [Music]
10:25 Rain only want to see it
10:28 laugh
10:30 [Music]
10:34 R I know
10:36 [Music]
10:47 champy did you include the newer
10:50 astrological
10:53 sign Orie Orie
10:57 orcus so so so lunatick you saw that
11:01 Neil degrass Tyson thing too didn't
11:05 you Neil Neil degrass Tyson Tyson was
11:08 like there there's actually 13
11:11 astrological signs and they've actually
11:15 shifted over time and if you're a what
11:19 is it Scorpio if you're a Scorpio you're
11:22 actually really a was it Scorpio or Leo
11:24 I think it was Leo if you're a Leo
11:27 you're actually an orophus or whatever
11:29 the hell it was called I played with pi
11:32 a bit but liked it so uh Alpha dude
11:35 here's the thing about Pi which is
11:37 interesting let me take off the
11:39 guitar
11:42 um pie is designed to be a
11:45 conversational bot
11:49 um and you're like well chat GPT is a
11:51 conversational bot no chat GPT is meant
11:53 for typing like writing words versus
11:57 Talking Words and it's unless unless you
12:00 really do the exercise of trying to read
12:02 something you wrote out loud or try to
12:05 type something that that you
12:09 said how we talk and how we write are
12:13 nowhere in the same neighborhood um so
12:16 Pi is really really good when you put it
12:18 in conversation mode Pi is I find pi
12:24 essentially useless when you put it in
12:26 chat GPT typing mode chat GPT is
12:29 brilliant at that chat GPT is also
12:31 pretty good at the talking stuff but
12:33 Pi's better but Pi just got a new brain
12:36 and and Pi's really uh intelligent now
12:39 so fascinating stuff okay um Robert
12:44 Downey Jr won for supporting as Oscar
12:47 for for Oppenheimer supporting actor for
12:51 Oppenheimer and
12:54 uh Divine one for um for the holdover
13:00 holdovers sleepovers holdovers the Paul
13:02 Giamatti film that was welld deserved
13:04 she was really good in that that was a
13:06 very sweet speech she gave um would you
13:08 be able to use Gemini my corporate
13:10 account has no
13:12 access I'm happy to use it the here's
13:16 the here's the problem with Gemini what
13:18 I'm kind of waiting on with
13:21 Gemini so there's there's
13:24 two well there's actually three flavors
13:26 of Gemini there's Nano which is designed
13:28 for mobile devices then there's Pro and
13:31 there's Ultra Ultra was the one that was
13:34 supposed to be the one that did all the
13:35 all singing all dancing multimodal [ __ ]
13:38 that they they did in that video that
13:40 they they caught a bunch of crap for cuz
13:42 cuz it
13:43 lied it it embellished how how well it
13:47 worked um when they launched Ultra it
13:50 kind of
13:51 sucks a week after they launched Ultra
13:54 they launched gemini or they didn't
13:56 launch they put into very Ive testing
14:01 Gemini Pro
14:03 1.5 Apparently that is really good but
14:06 no one has access to it so you're so
14:08 early Kyle you missed us huh yeah I I
14:11 figured I figured I'd come on a little
14:13 early put on the Oscars here we'll have
14:15 a we'll have a little uh a little
14:16 informal uh early start and uh why not
14:22 and we'll play so I'm I'm happy to show
14:24 Gemini but right now it's it's not it's
14:28 not super impressive maybe it's improved
14:30 since I used it the one thing that it
14:32 does okay but it should get really good
14:36 at is searching YouTube videos because
14:39 they own YouTube right
14:41 so um Gemini should be able to be good
14:44 at a bunch of stuff but it's just not
14:45 right now so we'll see when when 1.5
14:48 comes out I'm definitely going to play
14:49 with it Ricky Ticky Fabby hello so glad
14:52 I'm
14:53 here looks like Ricky Ticky Fabby didn't
14:56 you say you were going to come so I'm
14:58 also doing a March 27th hold the date
15:01 I'm doing a workshop if you're in the
15:03 Front Range area in Colorado I'm doing a
15:06 workshop uh as part of uh a thing called
15:10 Invisible City
15:12 Denver um on March 27th from 7:00 to 10:
15:18 it's going to be good it's going to be a
15:19 basic basic Workshop but you will leave
15:22 there knowing what the hell to do with
15:25 with this AI
15:28 stuff
15:30 oh wait let me see is this working yes
15:33 okay got to plug in the phone hang on
15:35 cuz my phone's about to die and we would
15:38 not want
15:46 that Cosmic lover asked when she will be
15:50 able to use Gemini ah okay
15:53 good glad I misunderstood you uh you can
15:58 use G right
16:00 [Music]
16:01 now I don't I don't think I it's just
16:06 Gemini goole.com I don't think you need
16:08 an account for
16:11 that uh gem ni.
16:17 google.com now you
16:24 need okay
16:27 so [ __ ] Google all of these companies
16:30 right now Microsoft right now has like
16:32 three different versions of co-pilot
16:35 even on the co-pilot page like all these
16:37 companies are just fragmenting their
16:39 software stack so bad it it's unusable
16:43 okay you can use Gemini
16:47 Ultra if you sign up with
16:51 a personal Google account not with a
16:54 workspace Google account so I'm with you
16:58 Cosmic lever can't use ultra with my
17:01 work Google account ironically the one I
17:05 pay for you can't use their best model
17:08 but with the Google account that I never
17:11 use you can you can use that so a way
17:13 you could do it is make yourself a
17:16 personal Google account and then just
17:18 use
17:20 that um but you have to pay for it and
17:23 is it worth paying for I don't think
17:25 it's worth paying for just
17:28 yet
17:31 the Gemini Pro
17:33 1.5 absolutely sounds like it's worth
17:36 paying for because it's got a million
17:38 token context
17:40 window which if you're new to these
17:42 things you're like what does that
17:45 mean and you're correct you should you
17:47 should be that have that much
17:50 indignation when someone says something
17:52 like wellow it's got a million token
17:54 context window I I don't know if you
17:56 know this but a million's more than uh
17:59 uh 8,000
18:01 okay um it just means it's got a big
18:05 memory it can remember a lot of your
18:13 conversation let me pull up the uh Mod's
18:28 Channel
18:35 all
18:36 right Godfrey Lake good day
18:42 Godfrey good day to you Sher D there's a
18:46 difference between 1.5 and Gemini yeah
18:49 so Sherry there is so yes Gemini Ultra
18:55 1.0 is okay Gemini Pro 1.5 is
19:02 theoretically
19:04 amazing where it's going to launch we
19:07 don't know when it's going to launch we
19:10 don't
19:11 know it all these things I I
19:15 I the the uh the video that I posted
19:18 today about being just overwhelmed it's
19:20 overwhelmed isn't the right term I don't
19:22 think I'm just [ __ ] exhausted it's
19:24 like how do you keep you you can't keep
19:27 up with what's going on
19:29 the Front Range fancy that must be yeah
19:32 the Front Range so you've got um Boulder
19:35 Denver and Colorado Springs on Fort
19:38 Collins above above Boulder but you've
19:41 got you've got these kind of major
19:43 cities they're all sitting at the base
19:44 of the Rockies so all of these towns and
19:48 it's like hour and a half or two hours
19:50 to Colorado
19:52 Springs 20 to 30 minutes to Boulder and
19:56 then another 20 to 30 minutes to Fort
19:58 Colin
19:59 So within a a relatively short thing
20:02 there's a bunch of bunch of cities
20:04 sitting right at the base of the Rocky
20:05 Mountain so that's that's what they call
20:07 the Front Range and yeah it's beautiful
20:09 cuz you're you're basically sitting on
20:11 the flat planes that go all the way to
20:12 the east coast and behind you are the
20:15 Rocky Mountains it's pretty
20:17 amazing it's pretty
20:28 beautiful
20:30 I pay for it it depends on how much
20:31 context one do you need if I leave now I
20:35 may make it in time yeah yeah hitchhike
20:39 steo steo is in Australia just hop on a
20:43 [Laughter]
20:47 freighter anyone else see damsel it
20:49 reminded me of an AI movie but I guess
20:51 it wasn't I didn't see
20:54 damsel but I was thinking about I was
20:57 thinking about um
21:01 I was looking at the
21:03 uh the short the short animated films
21:10 um the short animated films always
21:13 always intrigue
21:15 me and and historically the short
21:18 animated films intrigued me because I
21:20 was like well I'll never be able to do
21:22 that and now with AI I'm like I'm going
21:25 to be able to do that and that's I find
21:28 that really fascinating I I just I'm I'm
21:32 astounded that we're living in
21:34 a in a time
21:38 where any of us are going to be able to
21:41 have any idea and execute
21:45 it
21:47 without
21:49 without having to put in 10 years to
21:52 learn a skill it's it's staggering to me
21:55 staggering to
21:57 me but now you can I know Sherry D It's
21:59 Crazy you've done it I haven't even done
22:02 it
22:06 yet lunatick I miss the mountains so
22:08 much yeah they're really beautiful
22:09 although I miss the East Coast so much
22:11 you know what I miss I miss the East
22:12 Coast energy that g g gotta be
22:17 there kind of like kind of like champy
22:20 is he's got Champ's got New York
22:23 [Laughter]
22:25 energy wait here's John melany I like
22:27 him hang on
22:48 [Laughter]
22:53 he
22:54 will
22:57 build
23:23 and I'll be back I'll be with you
23:27 shortly
23:40 [Laughter]
23:56 he's so
23:57 good
23:59 ah all right please hold yeah exactly
24:03 please hold I would like to thank the
24:06 academy uh speaking of uh speaking of
24:10 they're giving out the Oscar for best
24:12 sound did you see that that
24:14 Pika um announced sound effects
24:17 today let's go look at Pika oh no you
24:21 know where all goes X because it's not
24:23 widely available and I don't pay for the
24:25 fancy version of Pika cuz I can't afford
24:28 $400 22 $20 a month subscription you
24:33 [ __ ] spend your investment money so
24:36 I can play with your tools for free Pika
24:46 sound a lovely surprise from PAB sound
24:52 on
24:57 day
25:01 [Music]
25:13 [Music]
25:22 [Music]
25:27 is
25:42 [Music]
25:49 that Loop yeah so that's coming that's
25:53 uh so p. art is the uh is the thing if
25:57 you have a premi account there uh it can
26:00 now do sound effects and lip syncing I
26:03 tried to use its Lip lip syncing I found
26:06 the lip syncing janky enough that I
26:09 probably wouldn't use
26:11 it but you know it's
26:18 there uh who's got any questions about
26:20 AI do me a favor uh since I'm since I'm
26:23 a bit early and we can just dick around
26:25 for a bit and I I'll get started on
26:26 doing the tarot thing here in a second
26:29 um do me a favor share this live with
26:32 your with your I don't know you go one
26:36 of two ways people you like and think
26:39 you know it'd be really cool if they
26:41 learned AI or you know they're already
26:43 into it or people you don't like or
26:46 people you know would hate AI that would
26:48 be fun to share it with
26:54 too I'll talk to either of them I don't
26:56 mind like I don't mind people that come
26:58 in here and and they're all hot and
26:59 spicy about about AI
27:03 because I think it's I think it's
27:05 important to understand where people are
27:06 and a lot of people are scared right now
27:08 A lot of people
27:11 are angry bitter
27:16 bitter oh wait Ryan Gosling singing I'm
27:20 I'm just
27:27 kidding
27:55 that's dumb AI powered viruses what's
27:58 that all
28:00 about um I didn't see it let me see
28:03 let's go look
28:05 here
28:07 AI if it's computer
28:11 viruses then that's one thing
28:18 by what's your thoughts on the alien
28:22 warning about AI my dude from Project
28:24 Blue Book I don't know show me the
28:27 [ __ ] UFOs in the [ __ ]
28:30 aliens I'm so sick of the disclos
28:32 disclosure project actually not
28:34 disclosing
28:35 anything I don't give a [ __ ] what was in
28:38 Project Blue
28:39 [Laughter]
28:45 Book like show me the [ __ ] aliens
28:48 first and then I'll believe your
28:50 warnings about AI I think the warnings
28:52 about AI are are just some [ __ ]
28:55 bitter person who hasn't used it yet
28:58 here's the thing about the AI that we're
28:59 using I someone someone Someone decently
29:02 famous said this on Twitter the other
29:04 day and it it made sense to me it's
29:07 like the AI the for the AI to kill us
29:10 it's got to be a [ __ ] ton better than
29:12 the current AI like the current GPT
29:17 4 is just like a very
29:22 simple-minded idiot
29:24 savant it's like it's like memorized
29:27 everything but you know it it needs a
29:30 lot of guidance and it it needs a lot of
29:33 babysitting um so like in the meantime
29:37 we can use that tool to do really
29:39 amazing things so I don't know I so I
29:43 don't I don't really give two shits
29:45 about the what the what the aliens said
29:48 in in Project Blue Book until you know
29:52 the government says okay here's the
29:54 anti-gravity craft flying around here's
29:56 unlimited energy and meet your alien
29:59 friends at that point if the aliens are
30:01 like oh by the way we also came from the
30:04 future when when we warped SpaceTime to
30:07 get here uh we saw couple hundred years
30:10 in the future you might want to shut
30:11 your computers down then I'll
30:14 listen what can digital marketing
30:16 agencies do to stay relevant add AI
30:19 automations Consulting did you see what
30:21 Sam Alman said today and power
30:25 pixels said 95% of what agents do will
30:29 be
30:30 [Laughter]
30:36 automated I think what I think what
30:39 agencies end up becoming
30:43 is
30:44 strategists and creative directors
30:49 and
30:51 um account people and probably project
30:54 managers to a degree but even the
30:56 project Management's going to be handled
31:02 um I think agencies will get pretty
31:04 small I you know big big companies are
31:06 still gonna here's I I don't know I
31:11 don't
31:17 know I wish I had a good answer for that
31:21 one but I I just I go back to I I think
31:26 most agencies are going to strongly
31:27 resist
31:31 what they need to do in the face of AI
31:33 which is drop the time and materials
31:36 model and go to Value
31:39 pricing and they've never done that so I
31:42 don't think they're going to be good at
31:43 it the aliens told me not to talk about
31:52 them it's cuckoo I tell you it's
31:57 cuckoo that's what's got me thinking I'm
31:59 going to
32:00 trade I'm going to trade school for pipe
32:03 fitting seriously
32:05 cuno I think I think the physical
32:08 trades no one's going to want to do
32:11 it what's that
32:14 um the latest uh South Park or not the
32:17 latest one yeah the latest was it South
32:19 Park movie the one where all the white
32:21 color workers are trying to trying to do
32:25 home repair they're standing outside of
32:28 Home Depot all the white collar workers
32:31 you it's like yeah that's
32:37 a
32:39 so I don't know for for big service
32:42 companies like that big consultancies
32:44 big
32:45 agencies big law firms there's there's
32:48 just a bunch of stuff
32:51 where a lot of those services are going
32:54 to get automated and it it might not
32:56 seem close now now because the tools are
32:59 so
33:00 bad
33:03 but similar to the image tools like the
33:06 image tools were just bad bad bad weird
33:10 janky hands kind of sucked still sucked
33:13 oh [ __ ] now they're good right it was
33:15 just kind of like one month they were
33:17 shitty and one month they were good and
33:21 then the next thing people said is well
33:22 th those are good but can I add words to
33:24 them and like it didn't do words it
33:26 didn't do words it didn't do words and
33:27 then it just did right then IDE came out
33:30 then DOI came out Dolly 3 came out and
33:33 it was good at words and now the new
33:36 version of ideogram came out and they're
33:37 even better at words and that's just
33:38 going to get better so I think all of
33:40 the tools are going to be not good not
33:42 good not good and then they're just
33:43 going to be that good and once they're
33:46 that good I don't know what happens to
33:47 those companies I think that
33:50 shortterm being AI literate like like
33:53 cuno who's in here Source Camp a bunch
33:56 of the people that hang out in here A
33:57 bunch of the Irregulars
33:59 just be AI literate when people are
34:02 desperate to figure this [ __ ]
34:05 out and those individuals are going to
34:07 be
34:10 fine then I
34:14 think here's the way I think about
34:17 it
34:24 um there's a really
34:27 interesting
34:33 shift that's about to
34:35 happen and the shift is going to
34:40 be who do I keep moving
34:46 forward and the answer isn't going to
34:50 be
34:52 necessarily the people that had the most
34:54 value
34:56 before the answer is likely going to be
34:59 you're going to keep the people who have
35:01 an aptitude for AI have an aptitude for
35:04 horizontal thinking lateral
35:07 thinking meaning not just do a single
35:10 vertical but but can think more
35:13 strategically or more like a creative
35:15 director or more like a
35:21 strategist and so I think there's an
35:23 opportunity for people to help companies
35:27 figure out
35:28 what are the
35:32 aptitudes that you want to look for in
35:35 employees moving
35:37 forward and I'll share there there was
35:39 about six or eight months ago there was
35:42 a pretty famous redit post about this 3D
35:45 artist worked in a 10-person company he
35:49 was the senior 3D artist and the letter
35:52 that he posted to Reddit was basically
35:55 his lament about why he was quitting his
35:57 job and and quitting the
35:59 industry and what it was was in his 10p
36:03 person company there were two
36:05 3D artists like I think they did gaming
36:09 or something like that there were two 3D
36:11 artists there was him he was the good
36:14 one and then there was the junior guy
36:17 who kind of sucked who was fine but like
36:20 not
36:22 great and then generative AI came out
36:26 and the boss the CEO was like why don't
36:28 you try that AI stuff and they tried
36:30 that AI stuff and the generative AI
36:33 could do in an hour what took him two
36:37 weeks to model and
36:41 render but he loved 3D modeling and he
36:45 said now I'm just a
36:48 prompter and I don't enjoy
36:50 it and this kid that was not as good as
36:54 me loves it is better at it
36:59 and basically the CEO loves the junior
37:02 kid more than him because he's cranking
37:06 out the
37:09 work and I think you're going to see a
37:12 lot of that where there's going to be
37:15 some people that can just get their head
37:17 around this AI
37:19 shift and other people that either just
37:21 refuse to do it or just can't get out of
37:25 what they've been doing for a long time
37:40 Oppenheimer an Oppenheimer win what's it
37:53 for
37:55 score ludig gorens
38:04 um I think anyone that can can help
38:07 figure out who's got those skills in
38:10 organization is going to be really
38:11 valuable yep I have no need for someone
38:15 with the best executive presence on my
38:17 AI Island yeah exactly and and and also
38:21 you know there's also no need that's
38:23 actually a great way to put it
38:26 cuno that like who do you one on your AI
38:28 Island that's it because I look at I I
38:32 got in the when I did that speaking gig
38:35 about a month or so ago and I got in the
38:36 fight with the guy that organized it
38:38 where I said a 10 person a 10 person
38:41 company a 10 person agency is going to
38:44 kick the [ __ ] out of a bigger agency he
38:46 thought I said a 10 person company was
38:48 going to take down a holding company I
38:50 didn't say that that's what he heard
38:54 um but a 10 person company is going to
38:57 take down 100 person agency or a 200
38:59 person agency or a 300 person agency how
39:01 are they going to do that well they're
39:03 going to have the right people on their
39:04 AI Island right so if you have 10 people
39:09 that
39:10 have not even diverse skills diverse
39:13 experiences and diverse way of thinking
39:16 where you've got one or two people that
39:18 are project managing types you have one
39:21 or two that are kind of sales types you
39:23 have one or two that are strategy
39:26 account types you have one or two that
39:28 are creative
39:33 types and all of them are deeply AI
39:37 literate and all of them are problem
39:41 solvers that company is going to be able
39:44 to shape shift and do anything solve any
39:49 problem and so I I think that idea of
39:52 who who who would you invite to your AI
39:55 Island I think that's a brilliant way to
39:57 do it and that's how I think companies
39:58 should think about it too and in fact
40:01 big companies what big companies should
40:03 do is
40:04 this if you're in a big company and
40:08 you're one of the if if
40:10 you're uh Ethan mullik called them
40:13 secret cyborg so if you're a secret
40:14 cyborg where you're you're Oh Billy
40:17 Alish onean
40:23 wait and I want to thank my team and my
40:25 parents I love you guys so much thank
40:27 you
40:32 these two are so [ __ ]
40:39 amazing like poster children for
40:52 homeschooling I want to thank my like
40:54 dance teachers growing up I want to
40:55 thank myo teers
41:01 [Laughter]
41:07 [Applause]
41:09 Ah that's so
41:11 cool they're [ __ ]
41:16 amazing deserve that song's [ __ ]
41:18 spooky and yeah hold please that song is
41:21 just spooky and haunting and
41:23 beautiful Ah that's sweet
41:26 cool um
41:29 yeah who's going to be on your AI Island
41:31 so if you work for a big company if
41:33 you're a secret cyborg so if you're
41:34 someone who's secretly AI
41:37 literate stop hiding start talking about
41:41 the AI stuff that you're playing with
41:42 well but they don't let us play with it
41:44 doesn't matter talk about it out loud
41:47 just say hey I have uh like I use my
41:50 personal computer at home and I only do
41:51 AI on the evenings and weekends but
41:54 here's what I did here's a cool thing I
41:55 did and just talk about projects you're
41:57 doing outside of work work um just start
41:59 talking about it start talking about it
42:00 start talking about
42:01 it I think it would behoove any in any
42:04 company of about a 100 people or
42:08 more to create an AI Island
42:12 initially pull pull two
42:20 to 20 people aside depending on your
42:23 scale if you're a really big company you
42:25 could probably do a 20 person AI Island
42:29 if you're a 10 person company if you
42:31 know if you're a smaller company you
42:32 know in the thousands maybe it's 10
42:34 people if you're like a 100 person
42:35 company it's probably two or three
42:39 people and completely fund them turn
42:42 them
42:44 loose give them all the tools they need
42:47 and give them a
42:50 mandate this is this is the God's honest
42:53 what
42:56 what any
42:59 smart Executive Suite right
43:03 now in my humble opinion this is me
43:07 being
43:12 humble they should Identify some group
43:15 of people that are really into this
43:18 [ __ ] and task
43:20 them with figuring out how to put the
43:23 company out of
43:26 business
43:28 you understand how we do our business
43:30 model you understand our product you
43:32 understand all
43:34 this go figure out how to make us more
43:38 efficient figure out new products figure
43:41 out new pricing models just use ai go
43:44 all in and try to reinvent our company
43:48 with your little Skunk Works your little
43:50 AI Island what TV provider do you use
43:56 what I don't know bunch of them mostly
44:00 mostly uh streaming streaming
44:02 [ __ ] what does that
44:04 matter like I might be like my timing
44:07 might be off just because of
44:09 streaming um cam katkin some folks are
44:12 having trouble watching the
44:26 Oscars
44:39 oh
44:41 yeah laughs in health care oh
44:46 well yeah I know in health care in in
44:51 healthcare
44:54 you yeah healthc care you can't really
44:56 you can't really have someone reinvent
44:58 it right
45:02 now yeah Healthcare is a different
45:05 Beast uh snow sharer I love playing with
45:09 AI
45:13 awesome oh I'm just into technology
45:15 sorry that's
45:17 fine I just
45:20 yeah I'm not using any fancy F Well I'm
45:23 using fancy streaming
45:26 technology
45:28 uh
45:31 uh are you reviewing the upcoming EU
45:35 rules for AI for
45:37 business um I looked at them when they
45:39 first passed that um I haven't I haven't
45:43 been paying super close attention to it
45:46 some of the stuff was good like you know
45:49 what what was it
45:50 don't one of the EU rules was you're not
45:53 allowed
45:55 to analyze people emotions with AI at
45:59 work like that's pretty good let's let's
46:02 keep that
46:03 one it's like
46:07 [ __ ]
46:08 yeah cuz cuz you could be smiling at the
46:11 boss and the ai's going he's really
46:13 pissed off here me mentally oh that
46:16 eyebrow raise me means [ __ ]
46:19 [Laughter]
46:24 you
46:26 uh
46:30 [Music]
46:32 um everyone knows I'm the AI guy but but
46:35 company is too big I don't know Joker I
46:37 mean I I think you're in healthcare
46:38 though it I I would still you know if
46:41 you've got you know
46:44 conversations with higher ups there or a
46:47 path to those conversations you know I
46:50 would suggest if I mean if you have a if
46:52 you have the taste for it put together
46:54 an AI board you know an AI you know
46:58 committee or an AI SWAT team um and
47:01 propose that and say let us let us just
47:03 go you know let us take 10 hours a week
47:05 20 hours a week and go do that that
47:07 might be if you're in healthc care that
47:09 might not be realistic but
47:11 um but I think companies are going to
47:14 need to figure that [ __ ] out healthc
47:16 Care's healthc care is a different Beast
47:18 it's just they've got they've got other
47:21 issues they're going to be hit by this
47:23 [ __ ] but it's going to be a
47:26 while uh uh uh uh uh uh uh they're
47:29 trying to find the channel oh it's
47:32 ABC the oscas the oscas is
47:56 ABC
48:17 [Laughter]
48:42 [Music]
48:57 I gotta download it from
49:00 iCloud I've been I I I was a month
49:03 behind my live just glitched out oh is
49:06 it are we
49:08 glitched am I still good can you hear me
49:12 hello can you hear me people hello good
49:15 day to you anybody
49:24 hello you're good okay all As well okay
49:27 cool groovy groovy groovy we can hear
49:30 you that's
49:32 unfortunate it's so much better when I
49:35 freeze hey there party people thankful
49:37 Jones good to see
49:39 you all right is it going is it done
49:43 no I used
49:49 [Music]
49:56 to
49:58 [Music]
50:05 so
50:11 here just so you
50:14 know while while I probably seem
50:21 worldly uh I don't speak fluent Italian
50:25 and yet so we've heard heard from a
50:27 number of clients that modular content
50:29 is important to them getting more
50:31 efficient with how we create content and
50:33 how we leverage
50:35 [Music]
50:41 content behind me you see these little
50:43 green boxes um that's how we think about
50:45 stories at Story vine we break stories
50:47 down into little atoms right little
50:56 modules
50:57 [Music]
51:12 Mandarin so that's me speaking Mandarin
51:16 and then I put it out to my my Tik Tock
51:18 fam to say hey is this any good this is
51:21 this is this is hey Jen by the way the
51:23 technology here um but it's if if you
51:26 can't see it is sinking my lips uh to
51:30 the language so it's it's sampling my
51:32 voice cloning it translating
51:36 it recreating me speaking it with my
51:40 voice with my sort of uh Cadence and
51:46 then it's resyncing the lips on top of
51:48 it and so this was the response I got
51:50 back for was that Mandarin any good Kyle
51:54 talking Mandarin using AI wanted to know
51:57 is what does a native speaker think
51:59 let's find
52:03 out that was Kyle yeah canding is really
52:08 good it's talking about AI some story
52:11 something yeah yeah okay well it was AI
52:14 yeah it was AI it was AI it was AI yeah
52:16 it wasn't him oh he AI yeah interesting
52:20 isn't it yeah
52:21 right so so yes you can you can clone
52:27 yourself there's in fact let me jump
52:28 over to
52:31 hen and I can show you
52:36 hen
52:38 uh h e y g

54:25 funny and Furious and flawed and
54:28 empathetic and for the way that you

54:46 asting
54:48 l
54:50 was for the character to have a lazy eye

56:10 which must have taken much courage and
56:14 trust or
56:16 simple either way the performance is
56:21 masterful and dying his portrayal with
56:25 layers of humanity
56:27 whil his character created something
56:31 inhuman it's riveting to watch it's got
56:34 to be Killian Murphy
56:37 [Applause]
56:47 [Applause]
56:50 right thought you were brilliant Bound

57:18 you
57:21 [Applause]
57:25 Domingo
57:31 could be Bradley Cooper it's got to be S

57:38 yep yep all right we'll wait we'll see
57:41 we'll
57:43 we'll dang I missed a lot what's going
57:46 on not much side hustle Mimi I just I
57:48 came on an hour early I've just been
57:49 shooting the ship for like an hour I'm
57:51 I'm sort of demoing stuff I'm sort of
57:54 talking about stuff we're going to work
57:55 on the astrology thing
57:58 but the Oscars are on so so if something
58:01 interesting comes on I I pop over and
58:03 look at
58:08 it roll of a
58:12 lifetime that's so cool five Oscar
58:15 winners welcome him to the stage that's

58:32 Academy Chris and Emma Thomas it's been
