0:24 death. There's going to be a lot of
0:25 people grappling with stuff. I heard a

0:29 replace your job, not your purpose.
0:31 Yeah, and it and it might not even
0:33 replace your job. I think companies that
0:36 prioritize people
0:38 and say, "Listen, you're going to keep
0:40 your job, but the tasks of your job are
0:43 about to change radically."
0:46 And so, I think even if you keep your
0:48 job and your job changes radically,
0:51 that idea of re-purposing yourself even
0:53 within your job, how do you stay
0:55 connected? How do you stay motivated?
0:56 How do you figure out, "Well, wait, if
0:58 my job's about to change radically, what
1:00 am what am I supposed to do?"
1:02 None of us know,
1:04 right? The one thing I know is that none
1:07 of us know
1:08 like what it's going to look like.
