Description

FRIDAY NIGHT DATE NIGHT! What WILL we talk about? OOOH! How about AI? In a Friday night live stream, Kyle engaged with his audience, the "Irregulars," on a creative journey sparked by Sharon Crawford's AI-generated image of a doll-like figure. Kyle embarked on an extensive exploration of storytelling and AI tool utilization, transforming Sharon's character into a pirate for "Talk Like a Pirate Day." He used Chat GPT to craft a pirate backstory for the character, now named Eloen Morrow, the "Lantern Wench," and to generate detailed prompts for Midjourney. Kyle then demonstrated a "chain of craft" approach, using multiple AI tools in sequence: Midjourney for image variations, Nano Banana for scene adaptation, 11 Labs for voice generation with a pirate accent, Suno for music, and Hedra for animation. The process wasn't without its challenges, highlighting the current limitations and quirks of AI tools. Kyle humorously navigated the frustrations of inconsistent image generation, unexpected outputs, and platform errors. He also shared practical advice, emphasizing the importance of a strong creative vision when working with AI and recommending against relying solely on artist names in prompts for commercial projects. Despite technical hiccups, Kyle successfully produced a short animated video of Eloen, complete with a pirate voiceover and sea shanty music, showcasing the potential of combining human creativity with the evolving capabilities of AI. 🎙️ New to streaming or looking to level up? 6:02 black bar. I've got black bar issues.
6:04 Hang on. Hold, please.
6:07 So, last night, producer Brandon Brandon
6:09 and I figured out that we must have
6:11 gotten booted off Tik Tok live because I
6:14 was just scrolling Tik Tok or scrolling
6:17 Twitter. They're like, "This isn't a
6:20 show. You can't just look at some social
6:22 media platform and call that a show." I
6:26 listen, I don't disagree with them.
6:34 Sharon Crawford, howdy. Howdy, howdy. It
6:37 is I had the day off, so I'm all sorts
6:39 of messed up. Yeah, there you go. Um
6:43 [Music]
6:48 Oh, they said you can keep your content
6:51 and your global followers
6:53 on the Oracle app.
6:57 [Music]
6:58 Huh.
7:00 [Music]
7:13 Hey,
7:14 [Music]
7:25 hey, hey.
7:26 [Music]
7:34 [Music]
7:42 Ar, it's talk like a pirate day. Argy,
7:46 there we go. All right, maybe we'll do
7:48 something with uh with pirates. We'll
7:50 Okay, that's We'll make this commitment.
7:52 Anything we do tonight will be pirate
7:53 themed. All right. Argie. Armie.
7:59 [Music]
8:05 Holy [ __ ] Lumal Labs didn't even keep
8:07 Kelly
8:09 Kelly Bosch on the creator program.
8:12 Unbelievable. Yeah, they they just
8:14 unceremoniously booted everyone off the
8:16 creative partner program once they got
8:18 Adobe money. And I just I don't know if
8:21 Did you reapply, Joy? I reapplied today,
8:24 but it was shitty. Like, they announced
8:26 it on the Discord, but no one was on the
8:28 Discord.
8:33 Let's pirate something.
8:37 [Music]
8:42 [Applause]

9:19 [Music]
9:29 She came on to him like slow moving coke
9:33 fronts.
9:38 Well, his beer was warmer than a look in
9:41 her eye.
9:46 She sat on a stool and he said, "What do
9:50 you want?"
9:51 [Music]
9:54 She said, "Give me a love that don't
9:58 freeze up inside."
10:04 He said, "I have melted some hearts in
10:07 my time, dear.
10:12 But to sit next to you, well, I shiver
10:15 and shake.
10:19 [Music]
10:21 And if I knew love, well, I don't think
10:24 I'd be here.
10:29 [Music]
10:30 asking myself if I've got what it takes.
10:35 [Music]
10:38 I do melt your icy blue holes
10:49 [Music]
10:51 been frozen frozen for years.
10:59 into a river of tears.
11:07 [Music]
11:14 All right. Um,
11:18 what are we going to do tonight? Four
11:20 things for you in a regulars. Let me go
11:22 start with a regular. So, if you're new
11:24 here, how many people we got? Oh, we got
11:26 15. This is all This is all us. This is
11:28 all everybody that knows everybody. Do
11:30 me a favor. If if you're on the uh if
11:33 you're on the Tik Tok, share the share
11:35 the live with your friends if you know
11:37 how to do that. I created a character
11:40 today. All I have is image of her and
11:43 her surroundings. Show us how
11:46 you'd get your pirate story.
11:50 Show us how you'd get your pirate story
11:52 out of Chat GPT.
11:55 Sharon, are you on the
11:58 I I don't know what you mean. You want
12:00 me to take a an image and turn that into
12:03 a pirate story and then turn that back
12:05 into an image and then a video and then
12:08 talking and [ __ ] like that? What do you
12:10 want? What do you want to do? Hey,
12:12 Source Camp. What's happening?
12:20 [Music]
12:24 Okay. So, you want me to take something?
12:26 So, if you want to post the picture of
12:27 her, why don't you post a picture of her
12:30 on um the AI salon in the irregulars
12:34 channel
12:36 and then apparently I've got some [ __ ]
12:37 to look at in the irregulars channel.
12:39 Anyway, all right. What's this?
12:41 Danielle, the anthropic economic index.
12:44 How's Colorado doing? We're dark green.
12:47 We're in the upper. We're leading. We're
12:49 leading. Oh, wait. Move your tab. Mind
12:51 your tabs. Listen, producer Brandon.
12:54 Listen, producer Brandon, he's he's a
12:56 little ramy tonight. A little ramy. He's
12:58 got a little he's got a little got a
13:00 little moxy
13:02 and he's got there's there's some stuff
13:04 going on with producer Brandon tonight.
13:06 So anyway, there's the United States.
13:08 There's the United States of AI.
13:13 [Music]
13:36 Washington, Oregon, Nevada,
13:39 California,
13:41 Utah, Colorado,
13:44 what's that one? Missouri,
13:47 Virginia, DC, Maryland, New York,
13:51 Massachusetts. That makes sense.
13:52 Vermont. Vermont. Vermont coming in
13:56 strong. That's Silver Fox holding down
13:58 Vermont in leading AI usage.
14:04 I'm carrying Colorado.
14:09 We got I tell you what, I bet I bet the
14:12 irregulars. I bet we're holding I bet
14:14 we're holding down our state strong. I
14:16 seriously wait, where's Texas? Oh [ __ ]
14:20 Source camp. Listen, Texas is big. I
14:23 know you have a monumental task in front
14:25 of you, but you're just in the upper
14:26 middle.
14:28 Source camp, you got to pick it up, man.
14:31 You got to start some converting some
14:33 big blondhaired ladies and some cowboy
14:36 hatwearing truck drivers. You got you
14:39 got some work to do.
14:44 Must be a percentage.
14:48 Okay. 20 20 hours a day instead of 18, I
14:51 guess. Wait, you're only working 18
14:53 hours a day? Oh my god. I thought you
14:56 were committed to this AI thing. Huh.
14:58 Interesting. Whatever. Listen, no. I
15:00 mean, if you want to do like a relaxed
15:02 kind of work thing, sure. I understand
15:04 that.
15:06 Sleeping in AI rest. Come on.
15:12 Oh, man. All right. So, going to make
15:14 some pirate [ __ ] tonight. Um,
15:19 [Music]
15:21 I'm a loser.
15:28 Oh man, I was supposed to scroll down
15:29 here. Okay, fine. Um, copycat code. Oh,
15:33 that's cool. Where's the real innovation
15:35 hiding?
15:37 I love these Lord Digital gods. I love
15:39 these uh these thumbnails. You know
15:42 what's funny is they're not typical
15:46 YouTube thumbnails, but they're [ __ ]
15:47 hilarious. So, I think they have the
15:50 right attitude.
15:54 AI tool reviews from Nano Banana
15:56 Prompting to Luma Labs Ray 3. Thursdays
16:00 are weird. AI is weird. Coincidence?
16:02 Kyle Shannon discusses the current state
16:04 of AI, expressing concern over major
16:06 companies copying each other's
16:08 algorithms, interfaces, and whatever.
16:10 It's really good.
16:13 Lord Digital Gods got these things
16:14 [ __ ] dialed in. The green room. Very
16:17 nice. Friday night date night. Get the
16:18 nachos going in the hot pocket. Very
16:21 nice, Steo. Thank you. Thank you for the
16:23 artwork. Listen for credits. All right.
16:26 What's Daniel got going here? Listen to
16:28 songs. Share your preferences. Um So5 is
16:32 is looking to come out pretty soon.
16:37 [Music]
16:50 Oh, you can you can earn credits from
16:52 listening to Sunno Radio.
16:55 That's what that's for. Oh, did you know
16:58 that Sununo.com allows you to earn
17:01 credits just for rating songs? Well, now
17:03 you do. Good find, Danielle. Very nice.
17:06 I don't know if you're here. I didn't
17:07 see you pop in, but you're probably
17:08 here. Um, that's pretty awesome.
17:15 But so rating songs in radio.
17:21 Vote for the vibe.
17:24 [Music]
17:39 actual ratings.
17:41 [Music]

18:19 I' been upset
18:34 [Music]
18:42 be a pirate after but we gota we we're
18:44 taking a detour. We're taking a detour,
18:47 people.
18:49 Search for a song by name. Okay, so
18:51 let's search for um what's the one we
18:54 just did that was really good? Oh, to
18:56 kill you for a dollar.
18:58 To kill you.
19:03 Uh uh uh. To kill you for a dollar.
19:07 Desperate for an end to this monotony.
19:11 You look like a warm one. Your future
19:14 all set. Here
19:16 comes another restriction. Yeah, you
19:19 can't say a word.
19:24 >> That's not it. I don't know which one is
19:26 the one I published.
19:33 [Music]
19:35 >> Kill you for a dollar.
19:40 >> Kill you for a dollar.
19:45 Desperate
19:46 for an end
19:50 to kill you.
19:52 >> This might be it.
19:58 [Music]
20:01 >> Oh, no. Here it is.
20:04 [Music]
20:12 >> All right. Oh, select video. Select the
20:15 video to upload.
20:27 So, I got to make a video.
20:31 Okay. So, this is
20:43 All right. So, I guess so Hooks is
20:46 they're just making it easier to make
20:48 Tik Tok content. I guess that's bizarre.
20:51 Okay. Um, let's go grab
20:54 Let's go grab the lady
20:59 Sharon Crawford's lady who's not a
21:00 pirate, but is going to be.
21:04 Share this tab. Mind your tabs. Thank
21:06 you, producer Brandon. He's on it
21:09 tonight. Oh, cool. Oh, neat. I love her.
21:12 Here she is. I love her. Okay, great.
21:16 What What did you make her in? Is this
21:17 This looks like midjourney. Is this
21:19 midjourney?
21:30 Okay. Um, do you have a do you have a
21:33 SREF for this?
21:36 Because she's going to change unless we
21:38 have an SREF, but that's okay. All
21:40 right. So, here's what we're going to
21:42 do. So, what I did is I I just copied
21:44 the image. Lord Digital Gods coming in
21:47 hot with the uh What are those things?
21:49 Little arrows. Little popular arrows.
21:52 Thank you very much for that gift, Lord
21:54 Digital Gods. You listen, you donate so
21:56 much to this [ __ ] channel. You don't
21:58 you don't need to give me gifts on
22:00 TikTok. I appreciate it. It's very
22:02 generous, but you don't need to do that.
22:06 Uh, did you put the the uh stylesheet in
22:09 here
22:11 or or do you not have a style sheet?
22:12 Okay. So, here's what I did. So, I went
22:15 to
22:18 I copied that picture. Now, I'm going to
22:20 go to chat jpeta.
22:24 Share this tab. I'm going to paste her
22:25 in there.
22:28 or we're not going to paste her in
22:30 there. Gonna paste her in there.
22:33 There we go.
22:36 No SF. Okay, that's fine. That's fine.
22:38 Hi, Lord Digital Gods. Okay,
22:42 so let's see.
22:45 Um,
22:56 I want you to
23:01 tell me her back. Uh, no. I'm going to
23:04 start with
23:06 um describe
23:09 this image in as
23:13 much detail as possible.
23:19 Um
23:21 both subject
23:24 and style
23:26 so that
23:29 I can use
23:34 the description
23:36 for
23:38 a mid journey image prompt.
23:43 So, first thing I want to do is before
23:45 we get chat GPT too confused in in
23:49 story, let's just get let's just get a
23:52 description of of that.
23:56 So, a tall spindly doll-like figure with
23:59 an oversized pale white head. Enormous.
24:01 Okay. The figure has stitched slightly
24:04 ragged look with thin wiry hair. Okay.
24:06 It wears a long teal blue coat which
24:09 looks worn. Puppet-like presence.
24:12 Setting environment. The scene is set in
24:14 surreal Gothic village under a bright
24:17 moon.
24:19 The architecture is exaggerated and
24:21 whimsical. Okay, so it's got that. The
24:24 style is whimsical yet gothic, strongly
24:26 reminiscent of Tim Burton's stopmotion
24:28 aesthetic. Okay. Corpse Bride or
24:30 Nightmare Before Christmas. Um, I might
24:32 have it explain that without the the
24:35 artist references because I think it it
24:38 got those pretty good. We'll we'll we'll
24:39 see. Details to emphasize in the prompt.
24:41 Surreal Gothic. Okay, so we've got that.
24:43 And there's your midjourney prompt.
24:45 Great. Okay, so I'm going to say, tell
24:50 me her backstory.
24:59 Uh, if you don't know this little trick,
25:02 what I just did,
25:05 um, upload a picture of a character to
25:07 chat GPT and say, "Tell me the
25:09 backstory." Is it It's always really
25:11 fun. Am I the only one on LinkedIn? Hey
25:14 Joshua, you may be, but I can see your
25:17 prompts. So So welcome and hang out with
25:20 us. You've got if you want to go hang
25:22 out on YouTube, you can. Um, it's at uh
25:26 YouTube.comarninglab-ai
25:30 or at LearningLLab- AI. That's the
25:34 YouTube channel. But you're welcome to
25:36 hang out there. We can see your We can
25:37 see your comments. Backtory smart. Okay.
25:39 Her her name is El Eloin Morrow, though
25:44 most in the crooked town call her the
25:47 the lantern child. Long ago, Eloin was
25:50 the daughter of a watch maker who
25:52 crafted clocks so precise precise that
25:54 they could measure not just hours but
25:56 memories. See how good these things are?
25:59 But when a great storm swept through
26:01 town, her father disappeared, leaving
26:02 only a half-finish cl. Okay, so here's
26:04 what we're going to do. I'm going to say
26:07 today
26:09 is
26:11 talk like a pirate day
26:16 and I want to keep
26:22 almost
26:24 everything about her the same
26:29 except that
26:32 her father was a pirate.
26:38 Pirate pirate
26:41 and
26:43 spent his
26:45 life trying to convince her
26:51 not to follow in his footsteps.
26:59 Dot dot dot because I'm Gen X. But she
27:03 is stubborn.
27:07 What her backstory now?
27:10 Okay,
27:13 this is good. All right. What are we
27:15 trying to do here? Deep Blue. So Sharon
27:18 Crawford had a picture,
27:21 this picture
27:26 um that she really liked and but today
27:28 is talk like a pirate day. So she wanted
27:31 to know how do we go from having this
27:33 picture to turning this into a video
27:35 that talks and does all sorts of things
27:37 like that. So we're kind of running down
27:39 a rabbit hole, a storytelling rabbit
27:42 hole first in chat GBT. So I asked it to
27:46 describe the visual look and feel of the
27:48 image so we can create a midjourney
27:50 prompt. Then I had it give a backstory.
27:53 Now I'm having it give a pirate
27:55 backstory. Backstory of Eloan Muro, the
27:59 pirates's daughter. Her name is still
28:00 Eloen Morrow,
28:03 though in the crooked town they whisper
28:05 the lantern wench, which is perfect. Her
28:08 father, Captain Gideon Morrow, was a
28:10 pirate in the old seas, known for
28:12 plundering under the black flag and
28:14 vanishing ships in in into fog. But when
28:17 Elellan was born, something inside the
28:19 old sea dog shifted. He wanted no such
28:22 curse, cursed life for his girl. He
28:24 filled her head with stories of storms
28:26 and betrayals, of treasure that cost a
28:28 man his soul, hoping to frighten her
28:30 from the call of the tide.
28:35 Hoping to frighten her from the call of
28:37 the tide.
28:40 But Eloin was stubborn as barnacles on a
28:42 hull. That's great. The more he warned
28:46 her, the more she burned to know the
28:48 sea's secrets. She'd creep under the
28:51 docks at night, lantern in hand, her
28:53 thin legs tangled in two big boots,
28:56 staring at the horizon like it were
28:58 whispering her name.
29:01 One stormy night, Gideon vanished.
29:03 Weather claimed by the deeper betate,
29:05 betrayed by his old crew, no one can
29:08 say. This is great. All right, now she
29:11 stalks the narrow streets. But Ellen
29:13 herself, she knows one truth. Okay. So
29:14 now, um, I'm just going to say that.
29:20 That's
29:21 perfect.
29:27 Now, I want you to give me
29:32 a Do you Do you want this? Do you want
29:35 to do the video in vertical video or or
29:38 horizontal? Ar
29:42 almost almost a vast a vast you scurvy
29:46 builds.
29:49 It's going to be fun. I'm going to blow
29:51 my voice out tonight. I can tell you
29:52 that. Uh understood. This is crazy.
29:54 Cool. Yeah, we're going to have some fun
29:55 tonight. I love it when Uncle Kyle tells
29:58 his bedtime stories with his funny
30:00 voices.
30:02 Either way, okay, I'm gonna go I'm gonna
30:05 go um 16 by9. I'm going to go horizontal
30:07 because I'm I'm I'm old
30:12 and I Here's here's why I like
30:14 horizontal video more than vertical
30:16 video. Our eyes still go left and right.
30:18 When when we evolve so that our eyes are
30:20 on top of one another designed for
30:22 screens, then then I'm down. But until
30:25 then, we're going to we're going to do
30:28 uh we're going to do stereo vision.
30:32 Okay. Um that's perfect. Now, I want you
30:35 to give me
30:37 um a midjourney
30:40 prompt
30:43 inspired
30:45 by
30:48 what you initially
30:51 described
30:54 of the
30:56 image I uploaded of
31:01 Eloen.
31:02 Lol N. Is it two L's? I think it's two
31:06 L's.
31:07 One L.
31:09 One L of Eloen.
31:13 Um, but I want it to have it and her to
31:20 have that
31:22 pirate flare
31:25 like what who is the name of that? That
31:27 female pirate.
31:31 I think Gina Davis played her. I think
31:34 they did a movie of it. I actually
31:36 started a screenplay about her. Uh,
31:37 female pirate.
31:40 Famous
31:43 uh Mary Reed. Mary Reed. Women in
31:46 piracy.
31:49 Mary Reed. Hello, Mary Reed. Uh, let's
31:52 see. with a pirate flare
31:56 and her to have a like Mary Reed.
32:03 Uh uh uh uh.
32:09 Um, I want the image to be
32:15 16 col 9 and I
32:20 want you to capture that original
32:27 aesthetic
32:30 of both the style and of lolen.
32:40 Save
32:42 the pirate touches.
32:48 Okay, so now we're going to get a
32:52 midjourney
32:54 prompt.
32:59 A surreal gothic pirate scene featuring
33:02 Eloan Morrow, a tall spindly doll-like
33:04 figure with oversized pale head, huge
33:08 hollow eyes, wiry hair. Does she have
33:10 huge hollow eyes?
33:13 I don't think they're huge. Oh, yeah,
33:14 they are. Okay.
33:20 Wiry hair buns. Okay. She wears a rag.
33:23 At her side is a crooked staff tipped
33:26 with a glowing glass orb resembling a
33:28 pirates's compass. She stands in a
33:30 crooked seaside town of leaning
33:32 Victorian houses and tilted shacks,
33:34 glowing orange windows, textures. Okay,
33:38 go. Okay. Twisted barren trees. The
33:41 atmosphere is whimsical in the style of
33:44 of Tim Burton stop motion.
33:47 Um, let's try um
33:52 at the end don't mention
33:57 Tim Burton but give more detail
34:03 of the style
34:06 so the image gen tool
34:10 um is
34:14 understands. Um, so here's why I'm doing
34:17 that.
34:21 Especially
34:26 if you're doing something commercially,
34:28 especially if you're doing something for
34:29 a client and you do something in the
34:32 style of someone like Tim Burton,
34:35 at some point either the client may want
34:39 you to ensure that, you know, they're
34:42 not they're not going to be at risk for
34:43 copyright infringement or things like
34:45 that. So, they may ask you to provide
34:48 your prompts. Um, and if you use prompts
34:51 that use, you know, famous people's
34:54 names or artists names, um, that could
34:57 create a liability for you. So, that's
34:59 that's why I'm doing that. Hopefully,
35:00 we'll get something that's in the
35:01 neighborhood. U, let's see what it said.
35:03 The style is dark fairy tale and
35:05 handcrafted miniature set design with
35:07 exaggerated proportions, fabric and
35:09 stitch textures, stop motion puppet
35:12 aesthetic, highly detailed, cinematic
35:14 lighting, whimsical yet eerie
35:16 atmosphere. like that. That really does
35:18 describe Tim Burton's stuff quite quite
35:20 well. Okay, so let's take this over to
35:26 MidJourney.
35:31 I try to never use in the style of
35:33 followed by a name. I use stop motion.
35:36 Great. Perfect. Yeah. And it's Listen,
35:38 it's not if you're just messing around
35:40 with yourself, you can certainly use,
35:43 you know, someone's name. Um, especially
35:45 if you're going to start mashing styles
35:49 together. Um, so you might end up with
35:51 something that you generate some images
35:54 that you can then turn into a like a
35:56 mood board or something like that. Um,
35:58 but if you're doing anything
35:59 commercially, just be just be careful of
36:01 that. Just, you know, understand,
36:05 you know, just basically what what I'm
36:08 talking about is be professional. If
36:10 you're just [ __ ] around, use anything
36:12 you want because you can use anything
36:14 you want to learn the capabilities of
36:16 these tools. But if you start doing
36:17 things commercially, just protect
36:19 yourself. Okay.
36:22 Um,
36:24 and for some people like like uh uh
36:27 Kenny, what's Kenny's last name? Uh
36:29 Kenny uh [ __ ] I forget his last name.
36:31 He's creative director out of Chicago.
36:34 Um, and uh, like he he just as a point
36:38 of principle doesn't use artist name
36:40 names to not infringe, right? So, which
36:43 is cool. Okay, so off to MidJourney we
36:45 go.
36:47 And we're going to go to create. This
36:49 was some fun stuff I did this afternoon.
36:54 Look at that. Look how cool that is. I
36:56 did that on office hours today. Okay.
36:59 So, we're going to pop that
37:02 that bad Larry in there. Um, I guess
37:05 I'll leave it in draft mode.
37:09 And we'll just do we'll just do one of
37:11 these to start.
37:21 I tried in every Okay. I would want to
37:24 sell it for sure. I fell in love and was
37:26 trying to get her story. Oh, that's so
37:28 cool. That's really cool. Well, so so
37:30 I'll do the pirate version and and you
37:32 can follow the basic thing here. I I
37:34 mean
37:36 that thing that I did with with um
37:41 with tell me her backstory. Um I would I
37:44 would try
37:47 I would try uh chatpt 40, the old model.
37:52 I would try um actually I'd try all all
37:55 four
37:58 uh GPT5 fast thinking mini and thinking
38:02 and just see what you get and then just
38:05 start new chats. Oh. Oh, these are so
38:08 cool. These are so cool.
38:17 Oh, these are so good.
38:22 Wow.
38:25 All right. I like it.
38:30 Wow.
38:34 Wait, which one looks more like her?
38:36 Let's Let me go look at the the original
38:38 pick.
38:42 Okay, she's got a bun for hair.
38:47 Um,
38:53 [Music]
39:08 I think that's that's the one that looks
39:10 most like her. Let me see.
39:16 Um, okay. She's got to have no mouse. A
39:18 Gothic pirate
39:20 scene featuring a tall, spinly,
39:22 doll-like figure with oversized pale
39:23 head, huge hollow eyes,
39:26 wiry
39:28 and and well, wiry hair. Okay, let's
39:30 see. And dark hair, tied in buns.
39:36 um
39:40 beneath a tattered. Okay, I'm going to
39:43 say um
39:48 her
39:50 face is blank
39:53 other than her eyes
39:56 with no nose
39:59 or mouth.
40:02 Okay.
40:09 My GPT5 is only auto, instant, or
40:12 thinking.
40:16 Yeah. But and and then go down into your
40:18 Do Do you have older models? If you
40:21 don't, I can show you how to turn those
40:22 on and go to 40 because 40 is a really
40:25 good writer. Yeah, 40 is in legacy.
40:29 And if you don't know how to do that,
40:31 I'll I'll show you. Okay.
40:34 Um, let's see.
40:38 Leaning Victorian houses with tilted
40:41 shacks, glowing
40:44 um
40:48 warm yellow
40:51 windows instead of orange. It'll look
40:54 less uh Halloweeny.
40:58 patch in the background. Ghostly pirate
41:01 ships. So, so let's see. Um,
41:04 Victorian houses and tilted shacks.
41:08 We'll say near the warf.
41:12 Near the wararf.
41:15 How do you spell warf? W A RF. Is that
41:17 it? Yeah. Glowing warf. Okay. Twisted
41:20 barren trees. D. Full moon cast dramatic
41:24 shadows.
41:28 All right.
41:30 And then I think we're already in 16
41:32 by9. So that's good. I'm gonna try this.
41:37 Okay. Let me try this one.
41:40 And then I'm going to take that same
41:41 prompt. I'm going to turn on my
41:42 personalization
41:45 just to see how different it is. Okay.
41:48 And that's going to go do its thing.
41:52 I have 40 or 40. Yeah, exactly. 4, not 4
41:56 zero. All right. Is it going to create a
42:00 video or picture? Yeah. Well, so so
42:03 first first I want to get the I I want
42:05 to get the image to where I'm I'm
42:07 decently happy with it.
42:10 Um
42:14 then I think we're going to go into nano
42:16 banana and well well okay we'll do a
42:19 couple of things. Let me find a picture
42:21 I like.
42:23 We'll use midjourney
42:25 video generation to turn her into a
42:28 video. Um, but it won't have any sound
42:30 or anything to it.
42:33 Then I h these aren't these aren't quite
42:35 right?
42:43 They don't quite get it, do they? Okay.
42:46 I have an idea. Oh, I have an idea. I
42:48 have an idea. I have an idea. I have an
42:49 idea. I have an idea. I have an idea.
42:52 All right, Kyle. Whatever. Shut up
42:54 already. It's just ridiculous.
42:57 Okay, here's what we're going to do.
42:59 We're going to take whichever picture we
43:00 think is best.
43:06 Like compositionally. That one's pretty
43:07 cool. I think that one's pretty cool
43:09 right there.
43:13 So's that one. I think she's pretty
43:15 cool.
43:22 That looks a little bit like
43:25 what we talked about. Okay, let's go
43:29 with this. Is that That's
43:31 personalitywise like her, right?
43:34 Yeah.
43:37 Yeah. Okay,
43:40 watch this. This is going to be cool.
43:42 So, we're going to download this
43:48 I'm going to go to chat jpai
43:52 share this tab instead.
43:55 We're going to save this image as
43:59 um lenol
44:04 original.
44:06 We're save that to desktop.
44:12 And now we're going to go to nano
44:14 banana.
44:16 We going to do some nano banana here,
44:18 kids.
44:20 Share this tab instead. New chat. All
44:23 right. Who take the lady with the skinny
44:26 legs? She works well for our story.
44:30 Okay.
44:32 What's going on? What is this? Create
44:35 stunning videos with V3.
44:38 Just describe your idea.
44:42 Oh, that's cool. All right. No thanks,
44:44 but we'll do that. That's cool. Do they
44:47 have it here? No.
44:49 Interesting. Whatever.
44:52 All right. Try GPT flash reasoning with
44:55 math and code.
44:58 Um,
45:01 there we go. Okay. So, here's an
45:05 important thing I learned. If you want
45:08 Nano Banana to create a horizontal
45:10 image, the last image that you upload
45:13 has to be the aspect ratio that you
45:15 want. So if I upload these in the
45:17 reverse order, there will be no way for
45:19 me to get this to be a wide image.
45:22 So what we're going to do is we're going
45:24 to upload Ele first.
45:29 All right. And then we're going to
45:31 upload the pirate file.
45:39 Okay. So, here's what we're going to
45:40 say. So, we're going to say,
45:42 um,
45:44 replace
45:46 the
45:48 pirate
45:50 girl with or doll girl. I think we'll
45:54 say girl, the pirate girl with the
45:58 girl from the other image, but keep her
46:06 in her pirate outfit.
46:10 And let's see how this does.
46:13 Boom.
46:16 So, in my experience with Nano Banana so
46:19 far, if you can get it if you can get it
46:22 to do what you want the first time, then
46:25 you can start to iterate from that. But
46:28 a lot of times it'll kind of [ __ ] up
46:29 this initial prompt. And once it [ __ ]
46:32 it up, it's hard to like go back and
46:34 then go a different direction. But we'll
46:37 see.
46:39 See, like it totally [ __ ] that up.
46:41 Okay. Like it right like we've got hurt.
46:44 It just sort of melded the two images
46:46 together. Um, let's see. Um, I act,
46:53 we'll see if we can fix it. I actually
46:56 want to keep the pirate
47:00 image as is,
47:03 but just
47:06 change out the person
47:10 you
47:13 um
47:15 I don't know did a
47:18 you did
47:21 more like more I think I think I'm just
47:24 going to leave it like that. Let's see
47:25 what it does with that. Um,
47:28 let's let's see what it does. Tik Tok
47:30 question. Could creating animations be a
47:34 way to create cons consistent
47:37 illustrations for a book?
47:40 Um,
47:41 it depends. It depends on the tool you
47:44 use.
47:46 I I think that the way to make
47:48 consistent illustrations for a book is
47:50 to kind of do what we're doing here.
47:54 Okay, that didn't that didn't change
47:56 her. Okay, so so this this screwed up.
47:58 Okay, so we're going to try we're going
48:00 to try something else here. All right,
48:02 hang on. Hang on, people. Just calm
48:04 down, everybody. Calm down. We haven't
48:06 failed yet. We're close, but we haven't
48:09 failed yet.
48:11 Okay, let me share different so you can
48:13 see what I'm doing.
48:17 I love a good challenge like this. This
48:19 is fun.
48:21 Okay. So, what we're going to do
48:25 is I am going to just
48:28 chop her out.
48:40 I'm going to go crop
48:44 and then I'm going to go save.
48:47 So, now we've got just her as a
48:49 character. So, we're going to do a new
48:50 Gemini.
48:53 We're going to do a new chat.
48:55 We're going to We're going to accept
48:57 defeat.
49:00 Ah,
49:03 dude. It He can't do it. Uh, playing
49:06 along. And my GPT gave me the same first
49:09 name of Eloin. Wow, that's cool. I
49:11 wonder why.
49:14 Wow. What are the odds? That's crazy.
49:19 I wonder, you know, I wonder if uh if
49:22 chat GPT does something like describes
49:24 the image to itself internally and then
49:26 sees if if it can find literary
49:29 references of that. That's that's
49:30 fascinating that it came up with the
49:31 same name because it's a very weird
49:33 spelling of the of the name. Okay, so
49:36 now we're going to upload her her little
49:40 skinny self.
49:45 All right, there she is. Cute little
49:48 thing that she is. And now we're going
49:50 to upload the pirate image.
49:57 Okay, how am I going to describe this?
49:59 Okay. So, um I want
50:04 the skinny girl
50:08 in the tall image
50:13 to replace
50:17 the pirate girl.
50:23 But keep
50:25 the pirate
50:28 clothes.
50:30 It should be
50:40 the
50:41 wait, it should be that's that's not
50:43 clear. Um,
50:45 keep everything about the pirate
50:50 image the same.
50:54 except
50:59 changing
51:01 her out. All right, let's see what we
51:03 get.
51:05 Elo and Meyer. Nice. Love it. Yeah. And
51:08 by the way, if if you're not playing
51:10 along, so so what we're doing right now
51:13 is what I would call chain of craft or
51:15 chain of intent.
51:18 So Sharon gave me a challenge. Let's how
51:21 do I take this image and how do I turn
51:22 this how do I get a story? How do I turn
51:24 it into a story? Um how do we turn it
51:28 into videos? Things like that. So I know
51:29 that somewhere down the line I want a
51:33 video that's got good music, some good
51:36 dialogue, some funny acting. Oh, it did
51:39 it. Did it do it? It did. Oh, it did it.
51:42 But it didn't. Okay, we're going to have
51:43 to remove her face.
51:45 Wait, did it
51:50 Hang on.
51:53 What just happened?
51:57 [Music]
52:00 Did it change anything?
52:04 No. Wait, did it?
52:07 I can't tell.
52:13 I think she's a little more innocent.
52:15 Okay. So, let's say So, so now we're
52:17 going to go
52:19 um
52:22 remove the
52:24 puffy hair
52:28 outside the hat.
52:35 Eloen is a modern woman's name of
52:37 Cornish origin, meaning elm tree or
52:40 white elm according to perplexity. Huh.
52:43 I've never heard I've never seen it
52:44 spelled that way.
52:46 Can't [ __ ] things up more than adobe.
52:52 Oh my god, look what it did.
53:04 Oh my god. Okay. Uh let's see. Um you
53:09 actually um removed
53:13 her hat,
53:15 her hat, her hair um and her face
53:21 entirely.
53:24 Give her
53:26 her
53:28 hat and eyes back, but no no nose
53:35 or mouth like the
53:39 um
53:41 tall image.
53:50 Part of the
53:52 part of the art of working with AI right
53:56 now
53:58 is that because the tools are so janky,
54:01 you kind of have to
54:05 you have to be decently adept at other
54:07 tools or you have to be willing to play
54:09 with other tools. Okay. So So we're
54:11 gonna we're gonna I'm gonna cheat here.
54:15 Um,
54:17 [Music]
54:18 my apologies for that. Um,
54:24 remove her nose and mouth.
54:31 That That's not the cheating part. The
54:32 cheating part is at some point here, I'm
54:34 just going to flip it over to Photoshop
54:37 and drop it in.
54:43 [Music]
54:53 Okay, that's not bad.
54:56 All right, we're going to we're going to
54:57 fix this in Photoshop. So, I'm going to
54:59 go copy image.
55:01 I don't have Photoshop open, so let me
55:03 run that bad boy.
55:08 Speaking of Adobe, let's go [ __ ] this.
55:11 Let's go. I go we'll go [ __ ] that [ __ ]
55:13 up. I'll tell you what. I'll tell you
55:16 what.
55:25 [Music]
55:29 think.
55:40 All right, name that TV show.
55:44 Come on, you dang weirdos.
55:48 Okay, we're gonna take
56:04 dang dang. So, I'm just selecting around
56:06 her face.
56:10 [Music]
56:13 Copy. Come back here. Paste.
56:17 All right.
56:19 It was Green Acres. Green Acres is the
56:22 place to be indeed.
56:25 Cheerio. Pep pip. All right. Uh, so
56:29 we're going to go plus+ plus.
56:37 So, let's
56:40 give it a little hue.
56:44 Let's see. Do I want to colorize it at
56:47 all? Maybe.
56:51 Yeah, it's not bad. Let's see.
56:56 Yeah, it's not bad if we colorize it, is
56:58 it?
57:12 Okay,
57:13 now we're going to go transform scale.
57:18 [Music]
57:29 That's actually not bad. Just like it
57:32 is. Let me do a little bit of rotating.
57:37 Try to rotate it a little more betterer.
57:40 That's pretty good.
57:43 I like it. Okay. Fine.
57:47 It's not bad.
57:49 And then we just got some weirdness
57:51 around the outside of it. Right. So D.
57:56 So we're going to just move this around
57:58 a little bit. And then check this out.
58:00 So, here's here's where you can start to
58:02 use Photoshop in a really cool way. Um,
58:08 all right. I'm going to flatten I'm
58:10 going to merge that down
58:12 to the layer below it. And I'm going to
58:15 come in here
58:18 and watch this. I'm going to grab
58:22 I'm going to grab the boundary between
58:24 the new face and the background image.
58:34 Can you all see this? Yeah.
58:54 Okay. So now I've got the whole boundary
58:56 around her face and I'm going to do
58:57 generative fill and I'm just going to do
59:00 blend
59:02 skin.
59:06 And rather than me having to go in and
59:08 rubber stamp the [ __ ] out of it,
59:11 it sort of does that.
59:14 I think that one's probably the one.
59:18 So now we pull it back. That looks
59:20 pretty good. All right, let's go back to
59:22 this other image. She's got this cool
59:26 snail in her hair. Let's go grab that.
59:31 [Music]
59:42 [Music]
59:44 ding ding.
59:50 So, you don't always need to use AI cuz
59:52 I So, I swear to God, like just doing
59:54 that in Gemini, I I probably could have
59:56 spent the next four hours trying to get
59:59 Gemini to just do the [ __ ] and [ __ ] it.
1:00:04 Um, okay.
1:00:07 Let's see.
1:00:11 Paste. Oh no.
1:00:16 Copy.
1:00:24 Paste. Okay, there we go.
1:00:28 All right.
1:00:32 Oh, there's a new thing. There's a new
1:00:34 thing in in Photoshop. What's it called?
1:00:38 It's called It's like blend or something
1:00:40 like that. Who knows what it's called?
1:00:42 The new feature in Photoshop. It's
1:00:44 called like relight or do something
1:00:47 something crazy.
1:00:53 Anybody remember?
1:01:07 um
1:01:10 filter.
1:01:19 Hang on. I'm going to go to chat JPT.
1:01:24 Oh, Brandon might remember
1:01:26 Harmony. Yes.
1:01:30 So, we're going to go to help. We're
1:01:31 going to go Harmony.
1:01:34 Get help on Harmony.
1:01:38 harmonization filter neural filters.
1:01:40 Here we go.
1:01:49 Where's my neural filters? Neuro
1:01:51 filters.
1:01:53 Harmonization download. All right, we're
1:01:56 downloading harmonization.
1:02:01 All right. Current layer.
1:02:06 How do I select a layer?
1:02:10 Is that it?
1:02:13 No,
1:02:19 it's layer two. Oh, maybe I got to
1:02:22 deselect it.
1:02:31 Filter neuro filters
1:02:35 harmonization
1:02:38 layer
1:02:41 turn on layer.
1:02:50 It doesn't have that layer.
1:02:53 That's weird. All right, whatever. [ __ ]
1:02:55 it. Be a Tik Tok.
1:03:03 Oh, Cro's got Green Acres, but you knew
1:03:05 it, too. Brandon Brandon's claiming
1:03:07 credit. Okay.
1:03:09 >> No, I I knew Green Acres. Wait a minute.
1:03:12 Wait a minute. I got Green Acres first,
1:03:14 but Corsels had harmony. That was what I
1:03:16 was trying to tell you.
1:03:17 >> Oh, nice. I got it. Okay, that's great.
1:03:21 Okay. Um, lightness. Let's darken that
1:03:23 up. Oh, wait. That's not going to do it.
1:03:25 Let's see.
1:03:27 Uh, image. Let's see. Adjustments. We'll
1:03:31 do levels.
1:03:34 And we'll go.
1:03:37 That's good. And then
1:03:42 Okay. And then we'll reduce the
1:03:46 saturation a bit.
1:03:50 There we go.
1:03:52 Beautiful. And now we're going to copy
1:03:54 this over to this side and we're going
1:03:57 to flip it.
1:03:59 Transform.
1:04:01 Flip 180 degrees. Oh, but the light's
1:04:04 all [ __ ] up.
1:04:07 Uh,
1:04:09 maybe rotate it. Shrink it.
1:04:12 I may bail on this one. She might just
1:04:14 have the snail on the one side of her
1:04:16 head.
1:04:18 Uh, rotate.
1:04:20 [Music]
1:04:21 And then we'll do transform scale.
1:04:32 Nah, [ __ ] it. I don't care. Okay. So,
1:04:35 we're going to get rid of that one.
1:04:37 Trash that. Okay. And then here's what
1:04:39 we're going to do. We're going to go
1:04:43 Tik Tok pin micro mysteries. I like how
1:04:46 you said you were going to cheat by
1:04:48 using Photoshop. These are all great uh
1:04:52 great somethings, great tools. Yeah,
1:04:55 listen. Um
1:04:59 the the the whole point right now is
1:05:03 what's most important
1:05:05 is you as the producer,
1:05:08 right? So Sharon, like even where I'm
1:05:11 going with this, you might go a
1:05:12 completely different direction than
1:05:14 this. And that's cool. Like the most
1:05:17 important thing here is we as humans
1:05:20 having the idea and sort of holding in
1:05:22 our head what success looks like, right?
1:05:25 And then we're going to go move forward
1:05:27 from there. So So yes, and and if you're
1:05:30 like know Photoshop, great. Go use
1:05:31 Photoshop. And if you don't, fine. Okay.
1:05:33 So here's what we're going to do. We're
1:05:35 going to go we're going to select these
1:05:36 balls. We're gonna get rid of these
1:05:38 [ __ ] weird ass balls.
1:05:53 Okay. And then we're going to go
1:05:54 generative fill. We're going to go
1:05:56 remove hairballs.
1:06:03 Please check your internet connection. I
1:06:06 did. No, I'm fine.
1:06:15 Look at that. Boom.
1:06:18 Them things is gone. And then I'm going
1:06:20 to do one other thing.
1:06:22 I'm going to select all of her hair
1:06:24 here.
1:06:28 And then I'm going to select it on this
1:06:30 side.
1:06:44 Okay. And then I'm going to go
1:06:45 generative fill. Um, change hair to
1:06:51 black because the original dolls got
1:06:54 black hair. Generate Tik Tok question.
1:06:57 Is [ __ ] still the best free
1:06:59 cross-platform alternative to Photoshop?
1:07:03 Um, there was a Mac there's a Mac app
1:07:08 that's a Photoshop replacement that I
1:07:10 think they made a Windows version of
1:07:14 that I think was way better than [ __ ] I
1:07:17 think [ __ ] was good technically, but it
1:07:19 was really complicated.
1:07:21 Does anyone remember the name of the
1:07:23 freeware version? Oh, wait. We've got
1:07:25 chat GPT, don't we?
1:07:28 Photo photoia is free.
1:07:31 I'll tell you the one. Uh, what was the
1:07:36 big Photoshop alterative
1:07:40 for Mac
1:07:50 Affinity Photo? No,
1:07:55 it was freeear.
1:08:04 [ __ ]
1:08:05 I forget what the other one was. I used
1:08:07 to know all this [ __ ]
1:08:12 Change your hair to black.
1:08:15 Please check your internet connection.
1:08:19 Come on, Photoshop.
1:08:23 That was bad.
1:08:26 That was bad. That was bad. Those are
1:08:28 all bad. Um Well, yeah, they're all bad.
1:08:32 Okay, so let's see. We'll try it again.
1:08:35 Um,
1:08:50 I'm just going to put black hair.
1:08:55 Black. We'll go wispy black hair. Wispy
1:09:01 black hair.
1:09:14 Check your internet connection. Check
1:09:15 your internet connection. Check your
1:09:18 internet connection. Come on, Adobe.
1:09:20 Suck less.
1:09:26 All right. Well, oh, okay. Wait, there's
1:09:29 there's another way we can get black
1:09:30 hair. Like I said, you don't always have
1:09:32 to use AI. I was trying to do that with
1:09:34 generative fill. [ __ ] it. So, we're
1:09:36 going to go trash that. Yes, trash.
1:09:41 And then we're going to do
1:09:45 um
1:09:48 [Music]
1:09:49 let's see.
1:09:54 And there go
1:10:00 [Music]
1:10:07 Okay. And now we're just going to
1:10:09 [ __ ] desaturate it.
1:10:13 And oh, am I on the right layer? I'm not
1:10:16 on the right layer. Now I'm on the right
1:10:18 layer.
1:10:19 We're going to desaturate it. And we're
1:10:22 going to lower the lightening of it.
1:10:26 Okay. Done. Now she's got dark hair. All
1:10:29 right, fine. Whatever. And then we'll go
1:10:32 in here with a little paintbrush with
1:10:35 black
1:10:37 and we'll just paint in some black.
1:10:42 This is Okay, let me tell you why I'm
1:10:45 taking so much time on this. Because we
1:10:47 can get this thing right. If we can get
1:10:49 the the base model here decent,
1:10:53 um
1:10:56 then
1:10:57 we can use this as a base character
1:11:01 and we can and then we can take
1:11:03 advantage of like uh what you call it
1:11:07 Gemini and Nano Banana and do different
1:11:10 scenes
1:11:12 with her.
1:11:16 All right, whatever. I think that's good
1:11:18 enough. Okay.
1:11:20 All right. So, let's go. We'll just
1:11:22 flatten the image here. I'm not
1:11:26 I don't need to save all those layers.
1:11:27 Now, we have our Now we have our girl
1:11:30 Elo.
1:11:33 You're like, "My god, this is taking
1:11:35 forever." I know. But we're going to do
1:11:39 some cool things with it. Okay. So, now
1:11:40 we have her. So, let's export her as.
1:11:43 And she's still got a watermark in the
1:11:45 bottom right, which we're going to we're
1:11:47 going to deal with that, too. We're
1:11:49 going to go make three different scenes
1:11:50 with her. Okay.
1:11:58 So, I'm going to go export PNG.
1:12:01 We're going to go len
1:12:07 um pirate
1:12:09 uh base model.
1:12:12 Save that to the desktop,
1:12:15 which which is the absolute worst file
1:12:18 management strategy in history.
1:12:25 Okay, new chat.
1:12:29 No thanks. We're go plus. We're going to
1:12:31 go upload files. We're going to go
1:12:35 where did we put it? Desktop. Yes. Eloen
1:12:38 base model. Okay. So, there she is. So,
1:12:42 they just asked us to uh to uh try
1:12:46 video. So, I think V3 is built into
1:12:49 this. So, I'm going to say, um, make
1:12:52 this a video,
1:12:56 um, with pirate music
1:13:00 and the woman with a
1:13:07 pirate accent
1:13:09 saying,
1:13:11 um,
1:13:15 today
1:13:17 is the first day
1:13:23 of the rest of your misery.
1:13:27 [Laughter]
1:13:34 All right, let's see if we Let's see if
1:13:36 we get video out of this bad boy.
1:13:39 All right, I use midjourney
1:13:42 if I'm trying to do this. We don't have
1:13:45 generative fill.
1:13:48 Photopia is free.
1:13:50 You can do some of this editing I just
1:13:52 did in Midjourney. I can't create audio
1:13:55 or video with specific accents.
1:14:00 Well, that's strange. I thought it said
1:14:02 it could do video. Oh, create videos
1:14:04 with VO.
1:14:06 Start a new chat.
1:14:10 All right.
1:14:13 Add photo.
1:14:18 Okay, here we go. Um,
1:14:23 fog
1:14:25 rolls
1:14:29 through the background.
1:14:34 and she says in a pirate accent,
1:14:42 "Today is the first
1:14:46 day of the rest of your misery."
1:14:54 Um,
1:14:57 there is
1:15:01 pirate music
1:15:07 in the distance.
1:15:16 All right, let's see how this does.
1:15:20 Just a sec.
1:15:24 Uh, I'm generating your video now.
1:15:26 Incorporating fog. This could take a few
1:15:29 minutes. Generating your video. This can
1:15:30 take one to two minutes. Okay.
1:15:35 So, can I I'll go do a different tab. Am
1:15:37 I sharing this? Yes. Okay. So, I'm going
1:15:41 to go here and I'm going to go um Gemini
1:15:48 and we're going to upload her picture.
1:15:51 the base picture.
1:15:53 Right. So, now we have her. Let me just
1:15:56 make sure it's the right her. I think it
1:15:58 is. Oops.
1:16:02 Um, and then I'm going to say, um,
1:16:06 have her standing on
1:16:15 a pirate
1:16:18 pirate ship.
1:16:22 At the dock.
1:16:25 With At the dock
1:16:30 with the town
1:16:36 in the background
1:16:40 and
1:16:44 town in the background and uh the moon.
1:16:50 um
1:16:52 reflecting on the water.
1:16:59 Okay. See how that does. Let's go back
1:17:02 to this. Did it make it? Your video's
1:17:03 ready. Okay. I got to change tabs so you
1:17:06 can hear it. But I'm I'm a nice guy. I'm
1:17:09 willing to do that. I'm willing to do
1:17:11 that for you.
1:17:13 Beautiful. Beautiful. Beautiful.
1:17:16 Beautiful.
1:17:20 Today is the first day of the rest of
1:17:23 your misery.
1:17:24 [Music]
1:17:26 [Laughter]
1:17:28 Today is the first day of the rest of
1:17:31 your misery.
1:17:32 [Music]
1:17:36 Today is the first day of the rest of
1:17:39 your misery.
1:17:41 [Music]
1:17:43 >> Nice.
1:17:45 Oh, she had a they they gave her a
1:17:47 mouth.
1:17:49 They didn't like her without the mouth.
1:17:51 So you she Apparently she has to have a
1:17:53 mouth.
1:17:55 All right. So here she is on the dock.
1:17:57 Nice.
1:18:01 Great. So So see now that we got her
1:18:04 kind of right. Oh wait, I'm not sharing
1:18:07 this. Share this time instead. Now that
1:18:09 we got this kind of right.
1:18:12 Now Nano Banana can be really good.
1:18:14 Right. So, if you take if you take the
1:18:16 wrong image and then try to fix it in
1:18:18 it, it sometimes falls apart. But this
1:18:20 pretty good. So, now I'm going to say um
1:18:23 have her on the ship now
1:18:30 with a
1:18:35 scabbard.
1:18:40 um
1:18:42 hanging from a leather belt.
1:18:55 As the ship
1:18:58 heads out to sea,
1:19:02 the town
1:19:04 is in the background.
1:19:13 and lanterns and the moon
1:19:18 light the deck.
1:19:26 So video in Gemini is free. I honestly
1:19:29 don't know. I pay for um
1:19:35 I pay for Google.
1:19:38 I pay the really expensive Google for
1:19:40 access to VO3. Oh, see there. It didn't
1:19:42 even get it. Yeah, this is this is one
1:19:45 of the things that just drives me crazy.
1:19:48 Uh, make a new image of the pirate woman
1:19:53 on the
1:19:55 deck of the
1:19:58 ship as it pulls
1:20:04 out of port.
1:20:08 This is one of the things that drives me
1:20:10 crazy about Nano Banana. Sometimes it
1:20:12 just completely [ __ ] ignores your
1:20:14 your uh prompt.
1:20:17 And I don't I
1:20:19 if one of if one of the things that you
1:20:21 think you're gonna get here is me
1:20:23 actually knowing what the [ __ ] I'm
1:20:25 doing.
1:20:28 That's not the case. Look. Yeah. Yeah.
1:20:30 Okay.
1:20:32 It really really really
1:20:37 th this is what we're going with Google.
1:20:41 a non-6 by9
1:20:44 hot model pirate
1:20:47 in a in a realistic illustrative style.
1:20:53 Oh my god, what a [ __ ] disaster. All
1:20:55 right, so here's what we're going to do.
1:20:57 We're going to download this original.
1:20:59 Uh, let's see. So, we're going to
1:21:01 download this because I like that image.
1:21:03 We've already got that image. We're
1:21:05 going to do a brand new chat.
1:21:10 No thanks. We're going to turn on nano
1:21:12 banana.
1:21:15 We're going to upload our image again.
1:21:21 All right, we're going to say
1:21:25 new. Oh, not okay. Not new image. Let's
1:21:28 see. I want
1:21:31 I want
1:21:33 an image of this same woman
1:21:38 standing on standing
1:21:41 on the deck. What is with all the
1:21:43 fireworks here? Is it a fireworky? Oh, I
1:21:46 bet the Rockies probably just won a game
1:21:49 or something like that.
1:21:51 I want this woman standing on the deck
1:21:53 of
1:21:55 a
1:21:57 pirate ship
1:22:00 pulling out of port.
1:22:03 She
1:22:05 wears
1:22:08 a scabboard
1:22:14 hung from a leather
1:22:19 band or whatever strap.
1:22:24 And the
1:22:26 ship
1:22:29 deck is lit from the moon
1:22:35 and lanterns.
1:22:39 Her face glows.
1:22:45 That's good. Let's have her face glow.
1:22:47 All right.
1:22:50 Just gives me the same. It's been doing
1:22:51 that to me for a couple of days. giving
1:22:53 me the same image back. I Yeah, I Nano
1:22:57 Banana is really [ __ ] weird. My
1:22:59 theory on this is that they designed
1:23:01 this to be an API tool and they're
1:23:05 expecting it. It's expecting
1:23:08 programmers to give it highly structured
1:23:13 um okay remove the houses
1:23:19 the houses
1:23:21 from
1:23:23 the ship deck. Yeah. No, this is so bad.
1:23:27 I'm just going to say
1:23:31 that's bad. Um,
1:23:36 she's still
1:23:39 on the shore.
1:23:43 I want her on a ship.
1:23:48 Kyle, what are the fastest steps to
1:23:50 create a cartoon video? How many AI
1:23:53 apps?
1:23:55 Um, well, we can make one in you can
1:23:58 make one in in uh MidJourney right now.
1:24:01 quick.
1:24:03 Um, pretty much any of the video apps
1:24:06 you can just upload an image. So, it's
1:24:09 basically Mr. It. It's basically create
1:24:11 an image in whatever tool you want to
1:24:13 create it in. Go to any of the video
1:24:16 apps and upload it. Upload an image and
1:24:18 say, you know, tell it what action you
1:24:21 want it to do. If you want it to talk,
1:24:24 then you have to see there. It did the
1:24:27 exact same. That's what Vicki was
1:24:28 saying. It's just the exact same [ __ ]
1:24:30 image. I'm going to say start over and
1:24:36 have
1:24:38 this pirate
1:24:40 in
1:24:42 that outfit
1:24:48 on a ship that is a [ __ ] on a ship that
1:24:53 is out to sea.
1:25:03 Yeah, that's funny you put that,
1:25:04 Brandon. I was thinking of doing that,
1:25:06 too.
1:25:15 She's at the front of the ship.
1:25:21 She's
1:25:25 on the
1:25:28 front of front of the ship here.
1:25:35 I want her on the deck
1:25:39 with the moon in the distance.
1:25:45 All right.
1:25:47 Mast head. Yeah, exactly.
1:25:56 It's Pride Day in my town. My town
1:25:59 today. Same day.
1:26:01 Don't ask Don't tell ended in the US.
1:26:03 Oh, interesting.
1:26:05 Um, with audio.
1:26:09 Um, if you just want like sound effects,
1:26:11 audio, Lumalabs does audio. I forget all
1:26:14 the ones that do audio, but you can also
1:26:17 go do audio yourself. Oh, look. We got
1:26:18 one.
1:26:20 Yay.
1:26:22 All right. So, we're going to download
1:26:24 that.
1:26:27 Um, let's let's try to get her doing
1:26:29 something. Um
1:26:32 Um,
1:26:33 have her in a different
1:26:38 position.
1:26:40 Um, holding a pirate sword.
1:26:53 [Laughter]
1:27:04 Micro Mysteries uses 11 Labs for voice
1:27:08 and sound effects, Suno Music, and then
1:27:11 upload that to I I use Hedra, but you
1:27:13 use VO3. You can also do it in runway.
1:27:18 All right, look there. She's got Oh, but
1:27:20 she's got a weird sword behind her. We
1:27:23 could fix that. Or we could say
1:27:26 Oh, that's the scabbard.
1:27:30 Uh, let's just say
1:27:32 remove the
1:27:35 scabbard.
1:28:00 Now we have no sword.
1:28:06 Um, she should be swinging a
1:28:13 god damn it be swinging a pirate sword.
1:28:18 Um, by the way people,
1:28:23 this frustration that I'm having right
1:28:25 now, this madness of AI just not
1:28:29 working,
1:28:31 this is the norm right now.
1:28:36 If you think if if you're new to AI and
1:28:40 you think that AI is just push a button,
1:28:43 AI is not just push a button. You you re
1:28:46 Oh, that's actually really good. You
1:28:48 really have to Oh, that's really good.
1:28:51 Look at that. So, we got to a good
1:28:52 result, but holy [ __ ] was that painful,
1:28:55 right?
1:28:56 Okay. Beautiful. Love it. Fantastic.
1:29:00 Downloading full size.
1:29:02 Um,
1:29:07 there she is as the master. And then we
1:29:09 got that one. That's weird. We don't
1:29:10 want that one. We want
1:29:13 I think we downloaded this one already.
1:29:15 Not that one. I think we downloaded this
1:29:17 one already. Right.
1:29:23 Okay. All right. So, now what we're
1:29:24 going to do, uh, well, no. Uh, let's
1:29:27 see. What do I want to do? Um, we're
1:29:29 going to we're going to pop the three of
1:29:30 these things into Photoshop.
1:29:33 You're like, "Why are you going to pop
1:29:34 me into Photoshop, Kyle?" Kyle, I don't
1:29:37 understand. Why are you pinging them
1:29:38 into Photoshop?
1:29:41 [Music]
1:29:44 Okay, we're going to do that. We're
1:29:45 going to do that. Oh, you know what? I
1:29:49 want her in a different position here.
1:29:52 Um. Oh, except uh
1:29:58 it's painful. No, it's all right. It's
1:29:59 fine. No one will notice it here. That's
1:30:01 fine. Okay. Um let's go to Photoshop.
1:30:10 We got element original. Okay, that's
1:30:12 that. We got this.
1:30:15 Okay, so now we want
1:30:19 open.
1:30:21 We want downloads. We want her.
1:30:26 And then we want her. No,
1:30:31 her. Okay.
1:30:34 Um, and all I'm going to do in here is
1:30:36 I'm going to highlight the Gemini
1:30:39 watermark,
1:30:40 say generative fill, remove watermark.
1:30:46 And if you're thinking,
1:30:49 don't you pay for Gemini? Shouldn't you
1:30:52 have to not [ __ ] do that?
1:30:56 Yes, you're correct. I should not have
1:30:58 to [ __ ] do this.
1:31:00 Flatten image. I'm going to go here and
1:31:03 I'm going to highlight this thing and
1:31:05 I'm going to go remove
1:31:08 watermark.
1:31:10 And this,
1:31:16 the fact that I have to do this is
1:31:19 evidence to me
1:31:22 that the frontier model companies need
1:31:25 to hire some [ __ ] liberal arts
1:31:26 majors.
1:31:29 The world is not just about engineers,
1:31:32 you [ __ ] nerds.
1:31:40 We've got PhDs in mathematics. Yeah.
1:31:43 Well, take the [ __ ] watermark off the
1:31:45 thing. You've got the world's best image
1:31:47 editing to tool and I can't [ __ ] use
1:31:49 it without having to go to [ __ ]
1:31:51 Photoshop, you [ __ ] nerds.
1:31:55 Um, remove watermark.
1:32:04 [Laughter]
1:32:07 I'm swerier than usual tonight.
1:32:12 I'm excited. This is a good project. So,
1:32:14 I get swary.
1:32:19 All right. So, now we're going to export
1:32:21 that. The The one thing that I didn't do
1:32:23 here that that I would normally do is I
1:32:25 would take these into Korea or some um
1:32:28 exporter or some upscaler and I would
1:32:31 upscale these images, but we're not
1:32:33 going to do it tonight. Um All right.
1:32:36 So, so we'll just do len
1:32:42 one
1:32:44 save.
1:32:47 And then we'll go
1:32:49 save.
1:32:53 Oh, I could probably flip her, couldn't
1:32:55 I? That that doesn't make sense. That's
1:32:57 all right.
1:32:59 Lol. Man, they're those fireworks are
1:33:01 going crazy. Lol too.
1:33:04 Good lord.
1:33:08 and then
1:33:11 export PNG
1:33:15 as
1:33:17 Len
1:33:22 3.
1:33:23 Yay, we did it. Okay, so let's just go
1:33:26 make sure we have these. So, we're on
1:33:28 our desktop. We've got Len
1:33:33 one, Len 3. I didn't save Lol too
1:33:36 because I'm a big fat loser. Big fat
1:33:39 loser. I'm a big old loser.
1:33:43 Lol too. Bang. Bang. Okay, now we're
1:33:48 going to go back to
1:33:52 um
1:33:54 Oh, you couldn't see all that that I was
1:33:56 doing. That's funny. Sorry about that.
1:33:58 Okay, now we're going to go back to chat
1:34:00 GPT
1:34:02 and we're going to say
1:34:04 so we've got her backstory here. Let me
1:34:07 let me share this tab. Okay, so we've
1:34:09 got her backstory here as a pirate. So
1:34:11 what I'm going to say is I need three 8
1:34:15 second scripts
1:34:19 that tell a story.
1:34:23 Um, scene one.
1:34:27 L
1:34:29 is
1:34:33 in
1:34:36 town
1:34:39 during a full moon
1:34:42 with the ships
1:34:45 in the background.
1:34:49 Scene two. She is
1:34:53 standing on the docks
1:34:57 next to a ship.
1:35:03 Scene three. She is
1:35:07 swinging a pirate
1:35:10 sword
1:35:13 on the deck
1:35:15 on the high seas
1:35:18 in the moonlight.
1:35:26 She should talk like a pirate.
1:35:31 A pirate. Be funny
1:35:36 and
1:35:37 have a dark
1:35:40 sense of humor.
1:35:43 Okay. So again,
1:35:47 when you're prompting these things,
1:35:50 the most important thing is not how you
1:35:53 structure your prompts and not all that
1:35:54 [ __ ] about prompt engineering. The
1:35:56 most important thing is you have a point
1:35:58 of view, right? It's talk like a pirate
1:36:02 day. And so we're gonna have her talk
1:36:05 like a pirate and it should be funny and
1:36:06 have a dark sense of humor. You might go
1:36:08 a different direction. You you can like
1:36:12 all How many are here? All 27 of us, all
1:36:15 20 of us could
1:36:17 do ex exa follow exactly the same
1:36:19 instructions here. If we're all sort of
1:36:21 doing it from our own point of view,
1:36:23 we'll get very very different things. If
1:36:25 you just put in generic prompts, you're
1:36:27 going to get back generic [ __ ] All
1:36:29 right,
1:36:33 here's an 8second pirate. Look at those
1:36:37 are those are way these are way too
1:36:38 long. Um, these
1:36:41 are longer than 8 seconds.
1:36:50 Ah, you're right. I You're right. Full
1:36:53 moon ghost ships. My town quakes, but I
1:36:56 grin. What's the worst? Lose me soul
1:36:58 already did, mie. Father said stay off
1:37:01 the sea. So here I be on the dock,
1:37:04 waiting to prove him dead wrong.
1:37:06 Moonlight, steel, and salt air. Perfect
1:37:08 night for Carvin smiles. Wide ones.
1:37:11 Perfect. Great. Okay,
1:37:15 so now we have scripts. Now let's go to
1:37:18 11 Labs and design a flipping voice.
1:37:23 How we doing on time? We're late. 11
1:37:26 Labs.
1:37:29 [Music]
1:37:31 The misery is loving the company
1:37:33 tonight. Thank you. Good.
1:37:36 I used Topaz as my upscaler. Kyle's
1:37:39 upset. Oh, I'm just upset because people
1:37:43 companies suck.
1:37:45 Um, show this tab instead. All right, so
1:37:48 we're going to go to voice designer.
1:37:51 I honest to god. Holy [ __ ] Default
1:37:54 voices. My voices. Create a voice. Okay,
1:37:57 here we go. Design a voice. I don't
1:37:59 think I can. I think I have to kill
1:38:02 some of my voices. Hang on. My voices.
1:38:07 Let's remove um Zho Bell. Um
1:38:13 delete voice
1:38:18 and then Mo Wiseman. We'll go delete
1:38:21 voice.
1:38:23 What I'm doing right now is in 11 Labs
1:38:26 for different um
1:38:30 whatevers for different
1:38:34 subscription levels. you you can only
1:38:36 have so many active voices and I'm
1:38:39 always at the max. Okay. So, we're going
1:38:41 to say create a voice. So, I'm going to
1:38:43 do voice design
1:38:45 and then I'm going to say oh. Oh, I got
1:38:47 it. Wait, we're going to have chat GPT
1:38:49 do this. We're going to say um
1:38:53 I want you to
1:38:57 describe her voice based on what she
1:39:02 looks like.
1:39:04 and with her pirate accent for a voice
1:39:09 designer.
1:39:15 All right.
1:39:18 Tone hollow yet playful.
1:39:22 Um, okay. Write this
1:39:26 as a single
1:39:29 concise
1:39:31 paragraph.
1:39:35 Okay.
1:39:39 Hollow yet playful. Okay. I'm not even
1:39:43 going to read it. We're just going to go
1:39:44 to Oops. We're going to go to 11 Labs.
1:39:47 Share this tab instead. I'm going to
1:39:49 paste it in. I'm going to say generate
1:39:51 voice.
1:39:54 I saw 11 Labs now has video editing
1:39:56 editing tools as well. I know. Like look
1:39:59 at look at the lefth hand um menu thing
1:40:02 on 11 Labs. Like all of these AI
1:40:05 companies are starting to get feature
1:40:07 bloat. It's really it's really bad. Like
1:40:10 like the usability of 11 Labs was
1:40:12 already bad, but now they've added all
1:40:14 these things. It's it's
1:40:16 >> Ohoy there meies.
1:40:18 [Music]
1:40:19 >> Fancy a bit of a yarn. Do ye
1:40:23 aoy there meies?
1:40:26 Ahoy there me hearty.
1:40:28 >> Ahoy there me hearties.
1:40:31 >> Good.
1:40:33 >> All right. Uh like hollow yet playful.
1:40:35 It's like echoing inside a person's
1:40:37 thing. Slightly high pitch, edged by
1:40:39 rasp, worn thin by sea salt. We'll say
1:40:42 we'll say um
1:40:46 a young
1:40:48 woman
1:40:51 pirate.
1:40:53 We'll see if that does. will generate
1:40:55 that.
1:40:58 [Music]
1:40:59 You could hear that, right?
1:41:05 Mr. K's in the house. What's happening,
1:41:07 Mr. K? It's talk like a pirate day. Ar,
1:41:10 it's talk like a pirate day.
1:41:15 We heard it at first, but not now.
1:41:17 >> Ahoy there, Matey. Ahoy there, Matey.
1:41:24 Ohoy there, matey.
1:41:28 Care for a spot of rum, eh? This old
1:41:31 ship ain't much.
1:41:33 >> All right, Sharon. Which voice do you
1:41:34 like? One, two, or three? Here's one.
1:41:36 >> Ahoy there, matey.
1:41:38 >> Here's two.
1:41:40 >> Aoy there, matey.
1:41:42 >> And here's three.
1:41:43 >> Ahoy there, matey.
1:41:46 >> Thinking two or three, but what do you
1:41:47 think, Sharon? Which one do you want?
1:41:50 Or we we can I we can uh edit it. Speaks
1:41:55 in a West Country pirate. Oh, you know
1:41:58 what? I'm going to make North Country. I
1:42:01 did I did a uh I did a play where I did
1:42:03 a North Country accent. We're going to
1:42:05 generate more. You like three. Okay.
1:42:07 Well, I'm I'm I'm generating new ones
1:42:09 because I'm going north country, not
1:42:10 West Country.
1:42:14 [Music]
1:42:24 11 labs is now 56 labs. Exactly. It's
1:42:28 also National Pepperoni Day. See, Friday
1:42:31 night date night with
1:42:32 >> Ohoy there matey.
1:42:35 >> Oh, I like that one.
1:42:37 There matey.
1:42:40 Ohoy there matey.
1:42:42 Ahoy there matey.
1:42:45 >> All right. Uh, which one do you like? If
1:42:47 I pull out the play, the hollow yet
1:42:50 playful, I think it'll be better.
1:42:53 Let's try that.
1:42:56 Hang on. We're going to get there. Just
1:42:59 calm down, everyone.
1:43:01 Um, I was just saying because it's free.
1:43:08 Dad
1:43:13 dang dang.
1:43:15 She like she seems like she's more any
1:43:18 northeast.
1:43:20 >> A hoy there me hearties. Fancy
1:43:24 a hoy there me hearty.
1:43:28 A hoy there me hearty.
1:43:31 A hoy there me hearties.
1:43:34 A there me heart
1:43:38 there.
1:43:39 >> I think voice one. Is that good? All
1:43:40 right. Good. We're going to select it.
1:43:42 We're going We're going to go um LOL N.
1:43:46 Lol.
1:43:51 Pirate pirate
1:43:55 doll.
1:43:58 Language English.
1:44:02 Save voice. Description should be less
1:44:04 than 500 characters. Fine.
1:44:09 Save voice.
1:44:13 All right. And so now now what we're
1:44:17 going to do is we're going to go get our
1:44:18 time check. Yeah, I know. Now we're
1:44:20 going to go get our um
1:44:24 what you call it?
1:44:26 We're going to go get our uh script from
1:44:30 chat GPT.
1:44:34 All right, let's see.
1:44:37 Voice qualities. Here we go. All right.
1:44:41 Copy.
1:44:43 We're come back over here. We're going
1:44:45 to go text to speech. We're going to go
1:44:48 and doll.
1:44:50 Where's our doll?
1:44:57 There we go. Elo pirate doll.
1:45:02 Oh, this is cool. There's an an enhanced
1:45:05 thing here in in 11 Labs. If you click
1:45:08 this enhance button, it it actually adds
1:45:11 like chuckles. So, full moon ghost ships
1:45:15 chuckles. The town quakes, but I grin
1:45:18 and then exhale sharply. Already did.
1:45:21 All right, let's see. Generate speech.
1:45:27 Full moon ghost ships.
1:45:32 Full moon ghost ships.
1:45:36 The town quakes, but I grin. What's the
1:45:39 worst? Lose me soul.
1:45:43 Already did. Mie.
1:45:47 >> It doesn't. She doesn't sound like a
1:45:49 pirate anymore.
1:45:52 Let's see. Let's see. Uh I'm going to
1:45:55 put in brackets. Irish.
1:45:58 What is it? Brogue,
1:46:00 I think. Brogue.
1:46:04 Try that. Generate speech.
1:46:09 Full moon. Ghost ships.
1:46:13 Full moon. Ghost ships.
1:46:17 The town quakes, but I grin. What's the
1:46:21 worst? Lose me soul.
1:46:24 already did, matey.
1:46:27 >> Um,
1:46:29 I don't like that voice, but whatever.
1:46:32 It's It's getting late, so we're just
1:46:33 going to pick one.
1:46:34 >> Full moon go ships.
1:46:38 >> All right, let's see what it does
1:46:39 without the acting directions.
1:46:45 Generate speech.
1:46:49 Full moon. Ghost ships. The town quakes,
1:46:53 but I grin. What's the worst? Lose me
1:46:56 soul? Already did, matey. Full moon,
1:47:01 ghost ships. The town quakes, but I
1:47:04 grin.
1:47:05 >> All right. Uh, now let's go get the
1:47:08 second line. Father said,
1:47:12 go back here. Go back here. Go back
1:47:15 here. Paste that in. Say generate
1:47:17 speech.
1:47:21 Father said stay off the sea. So here I
1:47:24 be on the dock waiting to prove him dead
1:47:29 wrong
1:47:30 >> like that.
1:47:31 >> Father said stay off the
1:47:33 >> All right, we'll take one. And now let
1:47:35 me go grab the last one.
1:47:44 Copy.
1:47:46 We're going to go paste.
1:47:49 We're go generate speech.
1:47:54 >> Moonlight, steel, and salt. Moonlight,
1:47:57 steel, and salt air. Perfect night for
1:48:01 carbon smiles.
1:48:02 >> Why'd you get southern wood?
1:48:05 >> Why'd you get southern? Uh, let's see.
1:48:09 We'll change to ah the high seas.
1:48:17 Mie,
1:48:22 I love moonlight. Okay, let's let's
1:48:25 generate this. Maybe this will help.
1:48:29 Ah, the high seas, matey. Ah, the high
1:48:34 seas, matey. I love moonlight, steel,
1:48:38 and salt air. Perfect night for carbon.
1:48:42 >> That's good enough. Okay, beautiful. So,
1:48:44 now we got three scripts. So now we're
1:48:46 going to go to Hedra
1:48:49 H E R A
1:48:56 and we're going to go to make a movie
1:48:58 and we're in Hedra Character 3.
1:49:02 So wherever it is here, character 3.
1:49:04 Oops, I got to share my tab. We're in
1:49:07 Hedra Character 3. And so now I can
1:49:10 upload an audio script and a start
1:49:13 frame. So, we're going to go get our
1:49:14 first image,
1:49:17 which is Len1.
1:49:20 This one, right? Remember that beauty?
1:49:25 And then we're going to upload the
1:49:26 script
1:49:28 that we just made in 11 Labs. It's this
1:49:31 one.
1:49:31 >> Full moon.
1:49:32 >> There we go.
1:49:35 And then we're going to say um
1:49:40 pirate
1:49:42 girl
1:49:44 raises
1:49:46 her staff
1:49:49 as she talks.
1:49:53 And we're going to say go
1:49:58 and then that will do its thing.
1:50:02 And now we're gonna grab the audio
1:50:05 script too.
1:50:07 >> Father's heads.
1:50:17 Go to desktop. We'll go to number two,
1:50:19 which is her by the dock. There we go.
1:50:26 Um,
1:50:28 pirate girl
1:50:30 points to the town
1:50:35 as she talks.
1:50:39 And so that goes up there.
1:50:44 Error failed to fetch. Fine. Try it
1:50:46 again.
1:50:49 Uh.
1:50:53 D.
1:50:56 Okay, that one's up there. Now, we're
1:50:58 going to grab start frame three.
1:51:04 Right, with her on the high seas,
1:51:08 we're going to grab the script
1:51:13 downloads.
1:51:14 >> Ah, the seas.
1:51:17 >> She sounds She sounds like a different
1:51:18 person in each one of these. Um, oh,
1:51:21 there is a thing you can do in 11 Labs.
1:51:24 If you don't like the acting that you
1:51:26 get if you do text to speech, you can
1:51:28 also do a voice changer where you record
1:51:31 the performance and then you switch out
1:51:33 your voice for her voice. That sometimes
1:51:35 works better. Um, okay. So, we're going
1:51:38 to say pirate girl
1:51:43 um
1:51:44 swings the sword
1:51:47 as she talks.
1:51:51 generate. All right. So, while that's
1:51:53 doing that, well, oh, wait. Oh, wait.
1:51:57 Ah, failed to fetch. Okay, we have a
1:51:59 video. Close.
1:52:02 Come on. Upload here. You bad bad Larry.
1:52:06 All right. Going. Beautiful. All right.
1:52:10 Here we go.
1:52:11 >> Full moon. Ghost ships. The town quakes.
1:52:14 But I grin. What's the worst? Lose me
1:52:18 soul already did matey.
1:52:24 >> I don't know why we got a weird
1:52:28 >> disembodied cowboy head.
1:52:35 Oh my god. All right, so we're gonna try
1:52:39 to I guess we'll redo that one. That
1:52:41 sucks.
1:52:54 And I think I'm because she didn't
1:52:56 gesture anyway. I'm just going to go
1:52:58 ahead and render this one with no
1:53:01 instructions.
1:53:03 All right. Error. God damn it.
1:53:08 Thanks, Xfinity. Your service is the
1:53:10 best.
1:53:13 Father said stay off the sea. So here I
1:53:17 be on the dock waiting to prove him dead
1:53:21 wrong.
1:53:22 >> Nice. That's good.
1:53:24 That's good.
1:53:26 >> Father said stay off the sea. So here I
1:53:30 be on the dock waiting to prove him dead
1:53:34 wrong.
1:53:36 >> Oh, for the record, there were no North
1:53:39 Country pirates. Pirates are from the
1:53:41 West Country. Fantastic. I should have
1:53:43 left West Country in there. It was
1:53:45 better anyway.
1:53:46 >> Said stay off the sea. So, here I be on
1:53:50 the dock waiting to prove him dead
1:53:53 wrong.
1:53:54 >> I like it. I like it. All right. I mean,
1:53:57 not perfect, but hey, what are we what
1:53:59 are we doing here?
1:54:00 >> Ah, the ho sees matey. I love moonlight
1:54:04 steel and salt air. Perfect night for
1:54:08 carbon smiles.
1:54:10 wide ones
1:54:11 >> and wide one. She should swing it, but
1:54:14 she doesn't. But, you know,
1:54:17 there you go. Okay, we're going to
1:54:18 download that. That's good. We're going
1:54:22 to download this, which is good. And
1:54:25 then hopefully
1:54:27 this third one doesn't have a second
1:54:29 head.
1:54:31 No Irish pirates. Oh, well, there you
1:54:34 have it.
1:54:36 Listen,
1:54:39 I I never said I was a historian.
1:54:44 Sir, what are your qual may I inquire,
1:54:46 sir? What what by chance Britellia
1:54:49 qualifications? I was wondering, you've
1:54:52 got Irish pirates here from the north
1:54:54 country that seem to have American
1:54:55 accents. Would you care to elaborate?
1:54:58 >> Full moon ghost [ __ ]
1:55:00 >> What the [ __ ]
1:55:02 Why are we getting that second head?
1:55:10 That's the mo That's the weirdest thing.
1:55:16 I'm going to go I'm going to grab a
1:55:18 different image there. There must be
1:55:19 something corrupted in that image from
1:55:21 Photoshop.
1:55:24 Here's the original base model. Oh,
1:55:26 that's got the the [ __ ] Oh, no.
1:55:28 That's not the one we wanted. Oh, this
1:55:29 was Wait. Yeah, this is this original
1:55:32 one. All right. This will have the
1:55:33 Gemini logo in it. Whatever. I don't
1:55:35 give a [ __ ] Well, do I give a [ __ ]
1:55:40 Oh, no. We [ __ ] Damn it.
1:55:44 Okay, there's there's another way we can
1:55:46 skin this cat. Hang on. This is her
1:55:49 here, right? Do I Are there extra layers
1:55:52 here? There's one extra layer.
1:55:55 Um, I'm just going to screenshot this.
1:55:57 That's what we're going to do.
1:56:12 That's just the most bizarre thing I've
1:56:14 ever seen cuz it it was like a it's like
1:56:17 a Toy Story
1:56:20 cowboy hat. It's very weird. So, we're
1:56:22 Okay, we're gonna move this to the
1:56:23 desktop.
1:56:25 Save it to the desktop. Bang. Okay. So,
1:56:28 let's go back. We're going to try it one
1:56:30 more time.
1:56:32 Upload image. Uh screenshot.
1:56:47 All right, there it is.
1:56:50 We're going to upload audio.
1:56:54 [Music]
1:56:56 All
1:57:00 right.
1:57:07 Just bizarre.
1:57:11 Come on.
1:57:16 You can do it. All right. So, that's
1:57:18 going off and doing its thing. Um,
1:57:22 let's go to Sunno. We're go create
1:57:28 I'm going to go um
1:57:32 instrumental
1:57:35 pirate
1:57:37 shanty. Isn't a shanty a kind of song?
1:57:40 Vickiy's going to tell me pirates never
1:57:42 listen to shanty music.
1:57:53 Modern pirates are on food routes. I
1:57:55 think what's missing from this video is
1:57:58 more disembodied heads.
1:58:05 That's good. All right.
1:58:10 Oh, that one I like.
1:58:15 All right.
1:58:18 Seanty.
1:58:20 Fun fact coming from producer Brandon.
1:58:23 Everyone's weighing in now. 1950 Disney
1:58:26 movie Treasure Island is largely
1:58:27 responsible for sol solidifying and
1:58:29 popularizing the stereotypical pirate
1:58:31 voice. The pirate speak most people
1:58:34 recognize was invented for the film. Arm
1:58:37 matey. That's awesome.
1:58:43 All right. So, we just got to get this
1:58:44 thing to process and then we can
1:58:47 download that audio. So, while I'm doing
1:58:48 that, let me fire up iMovie. Oh, I'm not
1:58:52 sharing any of this, am I? No, because
1:58:54 I'm a bad man. Oh, you didn't hear that?
1:58:56 You want to hear the song?
1:58:59 [Music]
1:59:04 All right, that's the song. Let's
1:59:06 download the MP3. We can't yet. All
1:59:09 right, so let's fire up iMovie
1:59:14 Movie.
1:59:16 Let me go back now to uh where was I?
1:59:19 Hedra. Let's see if we got if we got a
1:59:23 video without a disembodied [ __ ]
1:59:25 head.
1:59:29 Yeah, this is the right thing. Okay,
1:59:31 whatever. Um,
1:59:33 share this tab.
1:59:37 >> Full moon. Ghost ships. The town quakes.
1:59:40 But I grin. What's the worst? lose me
1:59:44 soul already did matey
1:59:48 >> and she's got black hair which is cool.
1:59:49 Okay, download. All right, so we got
1:59:52 those three things.
1:59:55 And now I'm in my media projects. See
1:59:59 that?
2:00:01 New project, new movie.
2:00:06 And we're going to go grab our three
2:00:08 latest files. this one.
2:00:12 >> This one, and this one. Oh, and there's
2:00:15 our MP3. So, here's how this works. This
2:00:18 is going to happen really quick now. Uh,
2:00:22 but you're not seeing this because I'm
2:00:23 not sharing right. Hang on. Calm down. I
2:00:26 know it's late. Just everybody calm
2:00:29 down.
2:00:32 We're almost done. It's going to be
2:00:34 fantastic. Bob, tell him what he's won.
2:00:36 He hasn't learn anything. You dumb. You
2:00:39 big dumb dummy. All right. Boom.
2:00:43 Oh, these are already in the right
2:00:44 order. Beautiful. We're going to throw a
2:00:47 little transition between them. A little
2:00:48 cross fade between these. It's going to
2:00:51 be gorgeous.
2:00:54 We're going to go We're going to Oh, no.
2:00:56 Let's see. That's fine. Whatever. Let's
2:00:59 see.
2:00:59 >> Full moon. Ghost ships. The town quakes.
2:01:03 But I grin.
2:01:05 >> What's the worst? lose me soul already
2:01:09 did mate said stay off the sea
2:01:12 >> so here I
2:01:14 >> all right let's shorten these to 0.25
2:01:17 seconds
2:01:20 0.25 25.
2:01:23 [Music]
2:01:26 So here I
2:01:30 already did matey. Father said stay off
2:01:33 the sea. So here I be on the dock
2:01:37 waiting to prove him dead wrong. The
2:01:40 high seas m. I love moonlight steel and
2:01:45 salt air. Perfect night for carbon
2:01:48 smiles.
2:01:50 wide ones.
2:01:55 >> Let me throw a little music in there.
2:02:00 Let's see. Wait, is it is that thing
2:02:02 really that short? This says it's three
2:02:04 minutes. The [ __ ] going on?
2:02:09 What?
2:02:12 do it.
2:02:17 Um,
2:02:22 there we go.
2:02:32 [Music]
2:02:37 All right. So, that was a very quick
2:02:39 request. How do how do you make my thing
2:02:42 How do you think my make my thing move?
2:02:44 And two hours later, we have we have 15
2:02:48 seconds of video. Oh, 30 seconds of
2:02:50 video. Look at us all fancy like.
2:02:56 All right.
2:02:58 [Music]
2:02:59 >> All right.
2:03:02 [Music]

2:03:08 worst? Lose me.
2:03:10 All right. Still a little too loud.
2:03:14 >> But I grin. What's the worst? Lose me
2:03:18 soul. Already did matey. Father said
2:03:21 stay off the sea. So here I be on the

2:03:34 and salt air. Perfect night for carbon
2:03:37 smiles.
2:03:41 There you go. All right, let's get this
2:03:44 video out and uploaded. You know what's
2:03:46 going to take longer than making this?
2:03:48 Uploading it to X.
