99. 23:04that's really good there's uh stable diffusion 3 Ultra and then there's Ultra pixel 4K which I don't even know what
100. 23:10that one is I've never even heard of that one but flux is the one everyone's babbling on about um a it's open source B it's really
101. 23:22good um and it does it does uh whatever you call it it does text really well so let's see I can also upload an

143. 32:37video I I got about halfway through installing it and it gave me the same kind of AA when I was first trying to
144. 32:43get stable diffusion uh installed like two years ago and I failed nine times in a row like nine different evenings I'd spent
145. 32:54like an hour and a half 2 hours trying to get stable to BL Fusion up and running and then I I would eventually
146. 33:00just get pissed off and just slam my computer shut and shame myself for 4 hours that's what that's what this is
147. 33:09feeling like to me right now but but I'm not really paying attention to it so it's not actually that hard and there's
148. 33:16a lot of people who've done a lot of work to to make it easier to um to play with that [ __ ] that one's kind of cool

339. 1:12:43seconds so you ask a question and then it goes through three different models it takes your voice it translates it
340. 1:12:49into text it sends that text to a large language model chat GPT it it takes the answer and it sends that to a text to
341. 1:12:56voice model and then you hear it so the reason there's this big delay is it's three different models being called
342. 1:13:02three different apis being called and probably some other latency [ __ ] going on in there as as P pointed out the new
343. 1:13:10model the new voice model there's a couple of things the response time is instantaneous well not instantaneous 350
344. 1:13:18milliseconds to to put that in comparison the average human response time is about 260 so it's about a tenth
345. 1:13:25of of a second slower than human response so it's very very much like human response times um it's also got the ability to
346. 1:13:37um not only hear the words of what you're saying but the intonation of what you're saying so if I do one of my
347. 1:13:44meltdown Monday Rants and scream at it it would actually understand that I'm screaming not just that the words
348. 1:13:51are you know so let me get this straight where's the search box um and there's a there's the it can speak language oh the other thing is you
349. 1:14:03can interrupt it so so like the big tell will be when you talk so three tells the first one is at the top of the screen it
