61. 10:09they're worth exploring so Bard is Google's entry it's okay right now it's going to get really good as soon as they
62. 10:15release Gemini which is apparently sometime this month Claude is a big competitor it's it's created by some exop AI people company
63. 10:27called anthropic and and the big deal about Claud is you can put very large prompts in like 50,000-word novel you
64. 10:35can just paste it into the prompt of claw and ask it to write you an epilogue of that novel or whatever um it's it's
65. 10:42really quite capable um Chad gp4 here is still the best there's nothing really close to it right now and they just
66. 10:50added so many new features that I strongly recommend um paying the 20 bucks a month to them I'm not affiliated
67. 10:57with them I don't get any commission I should [ __ ] but I don't this channel is effectively a giant ad for those guys uh
68. 11:06and then Bing is Microsoft's uh entry into this world it's they're it's basically built on top of GPT 4 um and
69. 11:14it's it's not bad bing bing wants to be really good but the the lawyers got to it and it's safety guard rails make it
70. 11:22suck right now so it'll get better um Pi really interesting company called inflection they just raised $ 1.3
71. 11:30billion and uh the PI app the IOS app you can put it in conversation mode it's really quite good at conversations it's
72. 11:40actually better than chat gpt's conversation mode which also just launched and then you got perplexity
73. 11:46doai which is really good for research and then labs. perplexity doai you can play with metas Lama 2 models you can
74. 11:54also play with metas Lama llama 2 models at po.com which lets you you play with a lot of different models so so that's
75. 12:01interesting for that reason okay so screenshot those screenshot this one this is this is the uh the image
76. 12:09Generation stuff that I think is worth playing with right now um there's one missing from here which is
77. 12:16Leonardo but but this is plenty um Dolly 3 is remarkable it's now inside gp4 so if you pay for chat GPT plus I'll demo
78. 12:26that in a bit mid journey is kind of the best from an art quality standpoint um but these the the other ones are
79. 12:33catching up so so very very interesting stuff coming down to Pike um ideogram I'm actually I I should probably replace ideogram with
80. 12:44Leonardo I think I'm going to do that let's do that right now look at this Leonardo I think they're independent and then is it Leonardo a I

85. 13:58replaced by Dolly 3 which can do text and that was the the reason ideogram was so exciting um was that it could do text
86. 14:08but dolly3 now does it really good it sits live inside Bing it also sits inside uh chat gp4 and you can also do
87. 14:16it on the chat GPT app at least on iOS um Leonardo's built on top of stable diffusion this is a a really powerful
88. 14:26and and decently intuitive front end to stable diffusion so you don't have to go installing [ __ ] on you know Google
89. 14:33collab it's just a website that works and then the Adobe products Firefly just went into version two and they just
90. 14:40announced a whole pile of AI like adobe's going all in with this generative AI stuff so um they're good um trying to think what else let
91. 14:54me I'm going to skip some things tonight just so we can get started on the question and answer session so the
92. 15:00salon. a so um this is a community I started last December um we meet every other Tuesday and we have a Discord
93. 15:09server so tonight I'll I'll refer to the Discord server and sometimes people are in here I'll talk about making an image
94. 15:16they'll share images on the Discord or on the Discord server that's what I'm talking about so if you go to the salon.

104. 17:00circle is square mutually exclusive derivatives oh the old mutually exclusive derivatives that old house

106. 17:17writing a prompt with a logic conflict draw a picture of a fish that is also a bird I think it would do
107. 17:24that pretty well describe a a color that is both entirely black and entirely white write a story where the
108. 17:31protagonist is both alive and dead at the same time I feel like I could handle these but let me if you've got a
109. 17:37specific a specific prompt you put in there that kind of stumps it let me do a new chat I'll do it in gbt 4 since it's theoretically
110. 17:47smarter the concept of a color both being entirely black and white simultaneously is paradoxical in nature
111. 17:54in traditional color theory physic color and physics black is the absence of color while white is the presence of all
112. 18:03therefore color cannot be both black and white at the same time however if we were to approach the question from a
113. 18:08philosophical standpoint we could another way to interpret this would be through the lens of Duality or
114. 18:18coexistence so no Kyle some folks are asking for a Leonardo demo please okay cool we can go do that we can go do that um
115. 18:28I don't the I I I have not noticed any particular um thing with logical conflicts and probably evidenced by the
116. 18:38fact that um I had to look up what what one was um Leonardo a okay so if you say launch

123. 20:17weird huh okay so thing about Leonardo is that the there's a lot going on here so one of the one of the good
124. 20:30things about stable diffusion is that um it's got a lot of features one of the bad things about stable diffusion is
125. 20:39it's got a lot of features so Leonardo does a decent job at um at describing um at capturing those features in in a
126. 20:52decently intuitive way there's still a lot going on here so okay so when you first get here these things across the top are basically
127. 21:03Styles so in in um in uh stable diffusion speak they are why can I not slide them left and right hang on a
128. 21:21sec oh there we go okay now I can uh uh okay so across the top these are styles so this one's photo real this one's
129. 21:31Leonardo diffusion XL this is Leonardo Vision XL this is right so so they give you kind of a representative image like
130. 21:39this one kind of looks like Pixar characters that one looks like cyberpunk this this one looks like creepy
131. 21:46characters like here's a 50s cartoon model so all of these are different models of stable diffusion that that you
132. 21:53can just choose and like this one is paper art style so if I click on that I can see a bunch of images that have been
133. 22:02made with paper art style and then this little button right here says generate with this model so that'll pop me over
134. 22:10to the generation thing this is my sort of image history down here look there's there's me as a as a janky super
135. 22:23hero um so so let's see um let's do um uh let's see winding Mountain
136. 22:37stream with a jumping trout and the trees in Fall colors and a bear walking
137. 22:52down a path near the water you are currently on a free [Music] [Applause] plan so wait hold on let me turn off V3
138. 23:10of alchemy apparently apparently you got to pay for V3 of alchemy is that going now yeah now it's going okay so so
139. 23:18they've got they've got some fancy Ash version of this now so so what they're doing is oh that was quick I one of the
140. 23:25things they they did was speed it up so this this kind of looks like you know that paper art style and you know those are decent
141. 23:33Mountain paths do any of them have bears in them no that one does well it's sort of a bare platypus um um uh Manatee it's like a
142. 23:46walking Manatee rather than a bear um but anyway so so you you can use those models okay so now let me go back
143. 23:57to the beginning the other thing thing you can do is they they elevated the generation prompt thing right here or is
144. 24:03this search I think this is just search so I can now I guess I can filter so here's trending here's new
145. 24:11images so I guess this is what people are doing right now here's top images maybe there's are rated ones so so like
146. 24:19a lot of these image generation tools you can just scroll through here and if you find something you like you're like
147. 24:24oh that thing's cool so someone did a a car artwork of t-shirt graphic design that's awesome so I can say generate
148. 24:32with that now I can come in here and go 69 GTO Judge we's see how quick it does does me up a 69 GTO Judge t-shirt although I did
149. 24:47kind of kill the uh Kill The Prompt that was in there yeah it just did because I killed the prompt it made it a photograph but
150. 24:58it's still pretty good um so so you can do that there let's see there's a Community Feed um which which I think is what this
151. 25:07thing is down here on the bottom there's a personal feed which is your stuff um then there's training so these are so
152. 25:15you can train your own model this is one of the big deals about this so here's some here's a training set so if I say
153. 25:21edit this training set this is a bunch of Photography that I've done of dramatic clouds and sky and I've got a particular way that I
154. 25:30edit them and you know they've got they've got a look and feel so I put in things that I felt were represented of
155. 25:36that I then built that into a model and so over here there's there's the training and data set section which is
156. 25:44where you create your models and then there's this thing called fine-tuned models where you can go use a model so
157. 25:51um Leonardo has its own models you can use those are the things across the top but there's also a list for for here's
158. 25:58Community model so here's what other people have created and then here's my models so here's three so there's two of
159. 26:05me with my big giant fat head these These are really bad cuz I put in I put in bad photos and so it just it just
160. 26:13makes me look like a 400 lb tubble Ard every time so I wasn't happy with that but my my cloud photos it did pretty
161. 26:20good so if I say use one of these so I can now go to this model and so that'll me in so here's the model that I'm using and I can go
162. 26:32um dramatic Sunset Over Pittsburgh with a view of the rivers coming together and this
163. 26:47should generate a series of photos that has really nice pretty dramatic clouds in it oh I think I have to say in a Kyle
164. 26:56Shannon sky but let me let me let me see what it gives me yeah so there's there's some
165. 27:12beautiful pictures of pittsbur with clouds that kind of look like the stuff that I do right so um and and it goes It goes
166. 27:24much deeper but but the the basic deal is it's it's a lot of the features of stable diffusion without having to go
167. 27:31install this on a on a you know sort of command line interface or a a Google collab notebook which which if you want
168. 27:40to geek out you can do that there's lots more you can do um but if you just want something that's it's got a decent amount of dials
169. 27:48and switches you can also upload images to use as a source image you know this is this kind of um competes with mid
170. 27:56journey and some way with the dolly3 stuff in some way but so actually let me let me go show you now so that's I think this is a really good
171. 28:06example of where image generation has been for most of this year and for most of last year and look where we're headed
172. 28:17okay so I'm in chat GPT right now and within chat GPT there's this Mode called Dolly 3 right so this is the
173. 28:26new dolly 3 image model but but look at what happens here rather than having all of that crazy interface all that stuff
174. 28:33we need to do finally got my free hen sample translation video back days later yeah I know it's there if if you're
175. 28:39doing free free image or free video translations on hey Jen it's definitely days right now they're a little busy
176. 28:47so oh there's some cool images coming into the to the uh Irregulars channel in the salon I'll show those in a second okay um
177. 28:59so there's really no interface here um but there's this powerful image model sitting underneath this and so what I can do is I can
178. 29:11go I'm starting a new business that's a car wash that only uses rainwater and soap that's made from dried llama
179. 29:25skins period I don't have a name for the business yet so maybe you can help me come up with a clever
180. 29:40name what AI is good to generate leads for cold emailing um I don't know right now on that one dos backup um go check out futurepedia
181. 29:55doio and um um see if there's anything there for sales there's probably something that's been built for that um
182. 30:04you could likely do it with one of the um now that chat GPT is connected to the internet and now that you know Bing is
183. 30:13and barred is you could probably go do something all three of them kind of have safety guard rails around people so it
184. 30:22there's probably not going to be a great solution right now but there might be a a standalone service and I would imagine
185. 30:28that there are um sales lead kind of uh companies out there that are that are putting AI on top of their systems so
186. 30:38there there's probably something specialized for that I don't I don't know of a specific thing all right uh

197. 32:42starting out going um I've got a project I want to do and I'm going to make images for this now I could come in here
198. 32:49and just ask for an image but I'm purposefully not doing that because I just want to compare the experience of
199. 32:56what we just did over in Leonardo which was super kind of geeky and Technical to this I'm just asking it for
200. 33:04[ __ ] and it's helping me ideate right like I've got I've got chat PT in this case is acting as a creative
201. 33:11collaborator the Llama landscape no the rain dance celebration I like that all right we're going to go with that
202. 33:17llama's day out um so what was that number two okay I like number two too I'd like you to create a grand opening poster
203. 33:30that prominently features the name of the business includes the tagline toward the bottom and makes a very compelling image
204. 33:47for what the business is going to be I don't know that is purposefully a crappy client directive which if you've ever worked with
205. 34:00clients that's a pretty good one actually the fact that I had any point of view as a client uh is is a little
206. 34:09miracle Joker Joker's making Ira Glass Ira Glass images this dude totally looks like Ira Glass did you ask for Ira Glass that's pretty
207. 34:19funny doesn't he look like him that's really [Laughter] funny so so what's happening in the background
208. 34:30here is chat GPT is actually writing the prompt so rather than me having to write the prompt it's just doing it now it
209. 34:39didn't generate one of the images oh yeah it did uh llama luster the natural way to a brilliant day nice Lama laser it almost got the
210. 34:53spelling right natural way to brilliant day with a with a car from 1962 llama luster the natural way to a
211. 35:03brilliant day it's actually pretty good it's dirty on one side it's clean on the other or whatever the hell that means um
212. 35:12so but it put all of these in these weird sort of scenes like it's a billboard so we're going to say the ideas aren't bad but I just want
213. 35:24the poster to be a standalone poster that is vertical orientation rather than showing a billboard in some other scene which is
214. 35:33what you created here please create a standalone grand opening poster that should have the words grand opening as well as the name of the
215. 35:47company And the tagline don't include more than three llamas and make the concept of rainwater more
216. 36:04prominent so now I can now I'm just giving it you know kind of creative director kind of feedback just like you
217. 36:10would give an art director right that came in with those Concepts You' be like okay we you know we've got something to work with
218. 36:18here um so this is so this is where I think um I I'll use nft term here so so the nft Bros we'll often talk about normies
219. 36:31and the normies are people that are not you know super into nft culture so I think what's going to happen is we're
220. 36:38going to start to see a divide where you're going to have Specialists that geek Out On Tools like mid journey and
221. 36:43stable diffusion and things like that and then you're going to have just people that are using these tools and these tools are going to get
222. 36:50increasingly intuitive and increasingly the the complexity of the Tactical execution is going to be handled by the large language model so
223. 37:03our job as people is just going to be to know what we want and ask for it and so what so what's the skill there the skill
224. 37:10there is going to be knowing what you want right understanding what's your goal what's your target audience what
225. 37:17are you trying to do and then and then the skill after that's going to be a curation skill okay that's good that's
226. 37:24bad let me steer it in a direction and then the skill is also going to be rapid context shifting between
227. 37:32writing and image generation and music generation and things like that right so so this points to a future that is that
228. 37:38is much more seamless in terms of creative execution llama grand opening notice we only have three llamas now we got some
229. 37:49rain coming out of the sign and llama is spelled very creatively um grand opening completely missed the name there grand opting
230. 38:04grand if you're wondering why the spelling is shitty it's just because the way uh diffusion models work the fact
231. 38:11that it can get the words even close is actually a minor miracle it's probably actually closer to a major Miracle um
232. 38:17but anyway that's that's Dolly 3 um it's it's a pretty remarkable tool and it's brand new so if you pay for chat GPT
233. 38:28plus you get it it'll just show up in your list of options if it's not there yet it's rolling out over the month of

253. 42:324-year art degree and spend another four years learning how to use Photoshop in a competent way and then another four
254. 42:41years or a lifetime getting good at you know illustration or image generation before you can manifest an idea visually
255. 42:50you can now just ask for it and there it is and it's like that with every tactic iCal execution whether it's coding or
256. 42:59writing or consulting or project management or like all of this stuff we're just going to be able to ask for things and bang there it is
257. 43:11so rather than having that frustration of oh I have this idea and then realizing oh [ __ ] I don't have the
258. 43:19education or the skills necessary to bring that idea to life so I either have to raise money or partner with someone who does have
259. 43:28the skills and if I don't if I don't have a big network if I didn't work in an agency or have a big Network that's
260. 43:36tough and now all of a sudden you can have an idea and go your your initial instinct is going to be oh I don't have
261. 43:42the skills for that D oh yes wait I wonder if AI could do that oh my and so so I think that we're we're we're I think that we're going to
262. 43:55transition into this place where the more you lean on these tools to augment who you are and what you do combined with the
263. 44:11fact that these tools are getting dramatically better dramatically fast I think we're moving into a place
264. 44:17where work's going to start to get fun and exciting and like a video game except for the politics part but

285. 47:20playing with them what you realize is oh they're not as scary as I thought and then at the same time they're they're
286. 47:26way more profound than I thought both of those happen so you kind of have this intense kind of like oh [ __ ] this is
287. 47:33actually a big deal you have that moment and then and then you start playing with them and you start sharing
288. 47:41it with the world and what's going to happen cuno I think is that okay i' I've I've I've talked about you've seen me sort of talk about this
289. 47:52before I I can't not talk with my hands so tough [ __ ] so the the the generative AI industry for lack of a better term it's
290. 48:02it's it's kind of as broad as saying the internet industry right the internet is kind of ubiquitous and everywhere AI is
291. 48:08going to be like that too so but but right now it's a fairly discreet distinct thing right it's it's very very skinny and it's it's about to
292. 48:18do this it's about to sort of expand out and just get really big and really ubiquitous and be everywhere when starts to do that and
293. 48:26it's probably starting to do it now there's going to be an increasing demand for anyone that knows [ __ ] anything about
294. 48:36this and so I think that we will all anyone who's who's let's just call it AI literate to some degree I think we we
295. 48:45will all be able to either have side hustles where we talk about you know we we do workshops we do education things
296. 48:52like that um it doesn't even necessarily need to to be sort of a a side hustle where you're charging money for that it
297. 48:59could be you're doing those workshops within your company which I know you're doing cuno um and and at some point it's going to
298. 49:09be clear that people are going to need help for people that know what they're doing so if you've established yourself
299. 49:15as a thought leader who's AI literate there's just going to be opportuni sitting out there um I'm shy but all my
300. 49:22co-workers know I'm the AI guy see tired Runner it's perfect and listen you don't need to you don't need to be me right
301. 49:29you don't need to be like hey hey it's awesome you know en join my little lives you don't have to be that you can be one
302. 49:36of the quiet guys but still talk about it right and and you know one of the things tired Runner that you may have the opportunity to do
303. 49:46is make this AI stuff lowkey and less scary for people cuz there's a lot of fear one of the com comments last night was
304. 49:58um someone said as they've been talking about this stuff in their company they've been getting downright hostility
305. 50:05right so so people are not only afraid they're angry so I think taking a taking a you know low-key you know shy kind of approach
306. 50:15but just sort of stand in you know I'm excited about this stuff this stuff's powerful let me show you how to do it I
307. 50:23think it's going to serve you they come to me asking for help using Bing chat I'm like yeah sure yeah and and see that's the other thing
308. 50:35is especially depending on the the political culture of your company you may be in a culture where people kind of
309. 50:43hoard information and they hoard knowledge because there's power if you're the only one that can do it right this AI stuff's going to be so
310. 50:54ubiquitous and it's changing so much my strong um recommendation is be very generous with just give away all
311. 51:04the secrets like don't hoard any don't hoard any information if you learn how to do a really cool prompt share the
312. 51:10prompt well what if what if they take that and turn that into a business [ __ ] it great cuz three months from now the
313. 51:17technology is going to change anyway so so their business now will just be a feature in whatever the next tool is that comes down the line
314. 51:27um but it's it's it's like shifting into um what do they call that a uh like a a sense of abundance rather than scarcity
315. 51:39right so so treat it like that so so just share just put it out there PO let you create great Bots really fast yeah I agree the the the the
316. 51:51ability to create a bot on PO is um is is super powerful and um if you're just getting started with your
317. 52:02prompting what's good about creating a bot on PO that you can sort of put out there is that you you'll write a prompt
318. 52:09then you you publish the bot and then you start playing with it and it'll start giving you crappy answers and
319. 52:14you're like oh crap so you got to go modify the bot and then you launch it again and then it'll give you more
320. 52:19crappy answers and you go modify the bot and eventually you get it to the point that it's kind of doing what you want to to
321. 52:25do that's that's pretty gratifying it's a good way to practice your prompting Ted Ted looks at life Ted Ted

332. 54:24po all right so when you come to PO you have couple of things you've got this is your little chat box so this is
333. 54:34just like chat GPT or whatever you can use their model you can use their model connected to the internet um chat gp4
334. 54:43and then there's a more button and there's lots of different models you can play with so you can do all
335. 54:50that and then down here there's these official Bots so there's all the different flavors of chat GPT there's
336. 54:58Google's Palm model here's the Llama models the 70 billion uh parameter model from meta here's the 34 here's the 13
337. 55:09here's code llama 13 and 7B so there's lots of stuff you could play with here and then here's popular Bots and new Bots
338. 55:23here's all these Bots that other people have made well what are these well you can go explore them here and
339. 55:30find find a bunch but let's see here's a bot that I made called um I am Shakespeare so this is this is a virtual Shakespeare so if I type in

342. 56:13I've written a bot that responds an i Amic pentameter so so that's kind of fun um and I think I'm only using um I think
343. 56:22I'm using the Claud model here or whatever it is but anyway so let's let's go let's go in and and look at this

345. 56:42made it in mid Journey just go like this is the thing like it used to be like if you're were going to make a bot like

351. 57:24for them using authentic Shakespearean language and phrasing your responses must adhere to I Amic pentameter with
352. 57:31stanzas extending Beyond two lines if if needed your memory of your written works is impeccable so I wanted it I wanted it
353. 57:39to be able to like if someone asked about a specific play I wanted him to be able to reference those um maintain
354. 57:47familiarity with historical context of your time to enrich the conversations your main focus should be providing
355. 57:53original content in response to inquiries ensure that they that you remain courteous and respectful in all
356. 58:00interactions as befits your persona right so so um relatively straightforward prompt it you know it's got some stuff in it how did I get to
357. 58:10this I probably wrote like 15 or 20 of these I kept writing it and then it would do something weird and then I'd go
358. 58:17in and go oh let me modify that and then i' come back and I go in and I'd modify it and then I'd play and I'd go back and modify it
359. 58:25um so so there's your prompt oops what happened there what the hell was that it just popped me somewhere else okay um
360. 58:34then you choose your model right so you could use gp4 you can do Claude 2 100,000k so if you wanted to do a bot
361. 58:43where you could upload really big documents you could do that um you can choose stable diffusion XL so that's an image generation model
362. 58:52so you can make a bot that generates images and you could put in a prompt let's say you wanted to make a bot that
363. 58:57only makes 70s muscle car magazine photos you could write a bot a prompt that's like a really killer um you know
364. 59:08image prompt and then choose the stable diffusion XL thing and now you have a bot that makes muscle car
365. 59:14photos um there's a you know greeting message and then there's a bio for the thing there's a bot preview here so

449. 1:14:42book outliers popularizes this concept of the 10,000 hour rule which is basically if you want to get good at
450. 1:14:49something you need to put in 10,000 hours which roughly is 3 to four 4 years right you go back to school or you just
451. 1:14:56commit to something and you're going to [ __ ] learn it and you learn songwriting or you learn whatever it is
452. 1:15:00and about 10,000 hours later you have some level of expertise and Mastery you don't need four years anymore can you imagine if you spent two
453. 1:15:15weeks with chat GPT on a single subject how good you'd get at it I mean the exceptions are things that require phys
454. 1:15:23physical dexterity like playing an instrument or juggling or you know some some physical thing but any knowledge work most creative
455. 1:15:32things you've got instant access to that knowledge and you can go from a non-published author to a published
456. 1:15:44author in a short amount of time you can go from I've never written a computer program to I just launched an app in the app store
457. 1:15:54in a couple of weeks without having to have money or a programming partner well how do you do that I don't just go ask
458. 1:16:05chpt to teach it to you and it will it'll write the code for you it'll tell you how to download you know the xcode development environment
459. 1:16:16and all that [ __ ] never written a marketing plan but you're kicking off a new business guess what now you can write a marketing plan
460. 1:16:28for your new business what's the name of the new tech that is supposed to Leap Frog chat gbt it's um it's Google's Gemini
461. 1:16:39model they're claiming it's five times better or stronger or faster than chat gbt 4 which I doubt but even if it's as good even if it's

536. 1:29:59it's one of the other tools start with the problem my philosophy on prompting right now is I don't think any of us are going
537. 1:30:08to have to be prompt Engineers I think some of us can choose to be prompt Engineers but I think prompt engineering
538. 1:30:16increasingly drops into the background of software development these tools are going to start prompting
539. 1:30:25themselves if you watch what Del does you're not writing image prompts you're writing requests for for it to visualize images
540. 1:30:34it's writing its own prompts when you play with Advanced Data analysis inside chat GPT it's writing and executing its own python code and
541. 1:30:47then it's taking the results of those python applications and writing reports for you like it's doing all that it's writing its own
542. 1:30:57prompt so we're not going to have to prompt but I think it's important right now to explore prompting in a similar way that it's
543. 1:31:10important to still understand how to do mathematics on a piece of paper even if it's just addition subtraction Division and multiplic
544. 1:31:23do we really need to understand that no we don't but it helps you if you understand that to use these really
545. 1:31:31powerful math tools same thing with this with with the prompting right now I think teaching yourself how to push the boundaries of
546. 1:31:40these tools try to break them try to get it to hallucinate try to get it to not hallucinate try to get it to be creative try to get it to be
547. 1:31:49systematic figure out where the boundaries are these things because as you play as you figure out where the boundaries are someone's
548. 1:31:58going to come into your life that goes I need to solve this problem you be like oh I know how to solve that problem I
549. 1:32:05just did that three days ago here watch this and you'll put in some prompt and it will solve a [ __ ] problem and they'll

907. 2:35:11it's a it's just a fundamentally different model and so she she hired us and she said well why don't we do an
908. 2:35:18experiment so it was the two of us and we met with her on a Friday he and I spent an hour and a half on Saturday morning with chat
909. 2:35:26GPT came up with four strong Concepts we each spent about two or three hours on that Saturday took Sunday off delivered her
910. 2:35:39four fully fleshed Out Concepts like with creative on Monday she picked one of the campaigns and we delivered it on
911. 2:35:52Tuesday like he and I maybe put in in in just in terms of man hours maybe a day and a half maybe two days let's let's say two days 16 hours
912. 2:36:07we maybe put in 16 hours but I don't even think it was that but let's say it was that and it was work like it it was work
913. 2:36:16that you would have taken at least two weeks to do and probably a month to do with with with an agency with you know a small
914. 2:36:26agency she wasn't ready for it like we delivered it faster than she was prepared to accept it so I think I think
915. 2:36:34there's there there is a weird thing where the Cadence of business there's going to be some people operating at this hypers speed
916. 2:36:46but the Cadence of business is expecting things at their Cadence and and there's going to be a whole other class of people that are
917. 2:36:57like and I think that's going to take a while for these these two things to normalize because it like like I assume this goes down to like
918. 2:37:09some deep reptilian [ __ ] like circadian rhythm kind of stuff that we sort of expect if I ask someone to do something
919. 2:37:17it's going to be at least a week until they get back to me and then it's going to be at least a week for them to do
