welcome tgim happy Monday 4:42 night let's get this show rolling let's 4:45 talk 4:48 about let's talk about this brand new 4:50 technology out there called the 4:52 worldwide 4:54 web there's this 4:57 man named Tim and Tim came up with this 5:01 language it's called 5:03 HTML and you put little brackets around 5:06 little words and you stick the brackets 5:07 and the words around other words and it 5:09 makes some glow have a little underline 5:12 and they're shiny and they connect you 5:14 to a whole 5:15 other oh sorry that was the mid90s 5:19 anyway AI let's do 5:22 [Laughter] 5:25 that ah it's the same [ __ ] by the way 5:29 say [ __ ] it in fact it hit me 5:32 today so my friend Scott Bart and I when 5:35 we were when we were in junior high I 5:38 guess he he was he had he had some dough 5:41 his family had some dough so he had the 5:43 computer and he had a modem in like 5:47 1979 5:50 7879 and we used to dial up other 5:53 computers and we would watch this [ __ ] 5:55 type across the screen and I had a very 5:59 similar EXP experience yesterday and it 6:02 it it it it's just reminiscent of early 6:06 days of 6:08 PCS early days of the worldwide web 6:11 early days of AI the these are very 6:17 parallel very parallel experiences for 6:20 me stop making me feel oh damn it well 6:23 we're old man sorry sorry wind 6:27 rider that's just a [ __ ] deal 6:31 the time she marches on but this is why 6:34 this is why thank you Danielle for the 6:36 lovely Danielle knows a way to away to 6:38 my heart 70s 6:41 muscle purple Challenger you can always 6:44 get me with a purple 6:45 Challenger oh 6:50 man oh lordy lordy lordy so so what 6:55 we'll do tonight I'm going to show you a 6:58 cool it won't take that long but I'm 7:00 going to show you a cool 7:03 thing cuz it it just reminded me it just 7:06 remind it reminded me of the 70s I 7:08 remember when we went from a 300 bod 7:11 modem to a 1200 bod modem to a 2400 bod 7:17 modem crazy and it was a 7:21 144 then there was a 56k you were baller 7:24 if you were 7:28 56k then they brought in the 7:32 t1s and at every one of 7:35 those jumps just [ __ ] got faster and 7:41 faster what did he what did they say 7:44 about my purple Challenger I I told him 7:46 the weight of my heart was through 70s 7:48 muscle and there you go see right 7:53 there it's 7:57 gorgeous it's gorgeous the problem with 8:00 all that 70s muscle they don't drive for 8:03 [ __ ] they look amazing they just don't 8:06 drive for 8:08 [ __ ] everybody wanted straight line 8:10 speed so they they didn't make them so 8:12 you could go around corners and then I 8:14 like 8:17 driving what are you going to do I'll 8:20 tell you what you do you get a Resto 8:23 mod you get some muscle head to stick a 8:25 modern chassis underneath one of those 8:27 cool bodies that's what you do 8:30 all right 8:33 so welcome to the AI learning lab we 8:35 talk about AI stuff here you can drop 8:38 any comments questions below the AI 8:40 Salon BBS it's not too far off from that 8:43 although you know it's it's a it's it's 8:46 a tad more sophisticated than the old 8:48 BBS days isn't 8:50 it 8:52 um 8:54 yeah where to begin where to 8:58 begin drives fast burns gas 9:04 exactly I had a I got one when they when 9:06 they redesigned the Mustang in 2004 I 9:09 got I got one of the new you know the 9:11 new the ones that didn't suck um I got a 9:15 2004 Mustang GT and I don't think I 9:19 don't think there was a stop sign that 9:20 survived me just pulling out without 9:23 spinning my 9:25 tires hey human being what's 9:28 happening 9:31 [Music] 9:36 Toby just reached level 21 good 9:38 Lord congratulations not quite sure what 9:41 it means but means 9:44 something Johan yes they 9:49 did what are we going to do tonight 9:51 people what are we going to do tonight 9:53 good people here's what we're going to 9:54 do do me a favor share the 9:56 live and here's who I want you to share 9:58 it with I want you to share it with 10:00 people in your life who either are 10:02 pissed off about AI are afraid of AI or 10:06 just like could you just stop with the 10:08 AI send it to 10:11 them 10:17 why 10:22 cuz you can make money with ch you can 10:26 promise them we'll make money with chpt 10:28 then I'll break their heart 10:33 fantastic Bob tell him what he's won 10:36 You've Won 10:39 [Music] 10:42 nothing oh I got to get my get my mod 10:45 Channel up so I can see what the the 10:48 mods are 10:49 saying telling me all the good stuff 10:52 what's 10:53 happening keeps freezing wouldn't open 10:55 for 5 minutes I was just 10:58 navigating all right that was old that 11:00 was from yesterday oh that was from 11:01 today was from today Tik Tok keeps 11:03 freezing is this freezing is it freezing 11:06 we good we all 11:11 right oh good Kyle has caffeine 11:16 tonight it's okay 11:20 now all 11:22 right free 11:26 Bob how long until the technological 11:31 singularity well you're from the 11:32 singularity. comom you tell 11:35 us you are you going with kurts 11:39 WS 11:41 2029 cuz he he got more aggressive he 11:44 went from 2030 to 11:46 20129 and he's been hanging right 11:49 there I think it's 11:51 plausible David chapiro is still banking 11:55 on seven months now for uh 11:58 AGI he thinks that by September we'll 12:01 have some some version of 12:05 AGI I I I don't see any reason why not I 12:11 don't think this shit's slowing down let 12:13 me go let me show you something 12:23 cool here we are Chad 12:26 j that's the official pronunciation by 12:29 the way chat 12:32 je I don't know if you knew that I know 12:35 I know it looks like you should just say 12:36 the letters like normal letters but 12:39 that's 12:41 not when can we marry a GPT model GPT 12:45 models are very fickle they're not the 12:47 Maran 12:52 type but if you listen to Sam Alman you 12:54 can go listen to any one of his 12:56 interviews he never says chat GPT he 12:58 always says 13:00 Chacha always prove me wrong prove me 13:04 wrong 13:06 Chacha and so I called 13:09 Sam last week and I said 13:14 Sam what's with the pronunciation dude 13:16 what's with the 13:18 [ __ ] and he said who's 13:20 this and I was like oh that's cute Sam 13:23 anyway he hung up on me but so he didn't 13:26 really explain it but that's definitely 13:28 the pronunciation 13:32 so all right folks good night I hope 13:34 that helps see you learn something new 13:36 every day here at the AI learning 13:46 lab why does he sing like this he does 13:49 it to chest the papular 13:51 away I'm going to live I don't like the 13:54 singing it's very annoying is he always 13:56 annoying oh no sometimes he's more are 13:59 annoying really that's very annoying I 14:03 know it's me rosan rosan 14:06 Dana Sam Sam make me some eggs will you 14:10 exactly 14:12 exactly he he won't make my video least 14:14 he could do make me a [ __ ] omelette 14:17 you know him with his fancy 14:19 pronunciation 14:23 cha exactly Joseph 14:28 exactly 14:32 all right so look at look at looky here 14:34 at 14:36 something okay we're going to learn 14:40 we're going to learn a couple of lessons 14:41 here 14:42 tonight is heated related to Serge in 14:46 Beverly H Hills cup I think that's 14:49 that's actually that's where that 14:50 pronunciation came from I'm pretty sure 14:56 chaa oh my God that's so funny what's 14:58 his name 14:59 Bronson what's his what's the actor's 15:01 name something Bronson or Bronson 15:04 someone Bronson 15:05 someone yeah that really good um that's 15:08 really funny it's a good reference good 15:10 reference solid call there I don't a lot 15:13 of my voices I have no idea where they 15:15 came from they just come from you know 15:18 some some shitty comedy 15:21 childhood okay so here's what we're 15:23 going to do we're going to say I want 15:26 you to pay attention to something make 15:28 me a PO 15:32 about 15:35 a 15:36 19 15:39 70 15:41 purple 15:44 Challenger and 15:49 the 15:53 cars he loved over the 15:57 years now pay attention to the speed 16:04 here see you see it typing you can 16:06 almost read 16:22 it now if you're a writer you're like 16:27 that's [ __ ] remarkable 16:30 and it it rhymed all that 16:33 [ __ ] in a time when Chrome gleamed Under 16:36 the neon lights a 1970 Challenger roared 16:39 into the night purple with a heart that 16:42 thundered deep Through The Years many 16:45 loves it would keep first came Mustang 16:47 Swift and wild the curve so daring 16:50 fiercely beguiled they race through it 16:52 right so so you're like Ah that's that's 16:54 pretty good it wrote that really fast 16:57 right now 17:00 now I'm going to go to a new place we've 17:03 never been to before there's this thing 17:06 called 17:07 grock and it's not the Elon Musk 17:12 grock it's another grock which another 17:15 lesson here is who the [ __ ] is doing The 17:18 Branding for these 17:21 companies but anyway go to 17:24 gq.com go with me 17:35 gq.com all 17:38 right and we're going to use the mixl 8X 17:41 7B model and we're going to I'm going to 17:43 go copy that exact 17:45 prompt make me a poem about a 1970s 17:49 Challenger and the cars he loved over 17:52 the years Gro and I'm going to paste 17:55 that 17:56 in and now I want you to watch something 17:59 ready and do it with me don't don't hit 18:01 don't get don't hit go yet just let's 18:03 all do it 18:05 together grock 18:07 gq.com go there I I'll give you time to 18:11 type it in you're going to type in well 18:13 you can type in whatever you want but 18:15 make a poem about something make a poem 18:18 about a 1970 purple Challenger and the 18:20 cars he loved over the years okay 18:23 gro.com that's 18:26 it all right 18:30 here we go three and watch the Speed 3 2 18:40 1 18:42 boom 18:43 476 tokens per second which is about 350 18:47 words per 18:48 second and and that took a little bit of 18:51 time I think a lot of people are talking 18:53 about this so it took it some time to 18:55 queue up but it's just like bang done 19:00 I can't typ what I want type what I want 19:02 Amaze 19:03 balls um it's crazy so so this is um I I 19:08 forget how they're doing it about 19:11 they've got I don't know they've got 19:13 some they got some special way they're 19:15 doing their tokens and their however 19:18 they're doing it but it's really ripping 19:20 fast so let's see uh make a marketing 19:25 plan 19:26 for selling 19:30 um 19:32 a 70 Challenger Resto 19:36 mod 19:38 boom look at that boom 19:41 done done like holy crap holy crap holy 19:47 good Lord 19:48 crap why that's so fast it doesn't 19:51 matter why it's fast well it does if 19:53 you're someone like pate and you're like 19:54 how' they do 19:56 that but for me 20:00 chat gp4 right now as remarkable as it 20:02 is is kind of like a 1200 bod modem 20:05 right it's like like uh make me a 20:09 marketing 20:11 plan uh 20:12 to sell a 70 Challenger Resto 20:27 mod 20:41 yeah I will absolutely do that Danielle 20:43 we'll do that here well actually you 20:44 know what let's go do it over at grock 20:45 and see how it does and then we'll come 20:46 back over here um so so just put in 20:50 actually Danielle put in the put in the 20:52 mod Channel um just couple of details 20:55 about your business 20:57 name you know what it is what your 20:59 differentiator is or you know what what 21:02 the main idea is behind the business and 21:04 then we'll play so this is still going 21:06 this is still typing so as fast and 21:09 remarkable as this 21:11 is we are entering a world let me see 21:15 try 21:17 again for a 69 GTO Judge we're entering 21:24 a 21:27 world where that 21:29 fast and then shortly after that it will 21:32 be 21:35 instant and shortly after that images 21:38 will be instant if you haven't played 21:41 with sdxl turbo which is 21:46 instant we're right now in the 21:50 dialup phase of 21:56 AI we're right now in the dialup 22:00 phase no not not uh felinda not gr K 22:08 GQ is this site grok that's Elon musk's 22:12 grock and that you get to through 22:14 Twitter through X this is a different 22:17 company by the way this company was here 22:19 first Elon Musk [ __ ] all over these guys 22:23 brand so I actually feel bad for these 22:25 guys cuz no one knows these people they 22:27 only know except they do now because 22:29 this thing's so blasting 22:32 fast well it wrote me a poem but it 22:34 hears appears to have some madeup words 22:36 yeah so this is not you know this is not 22:39 calling gp4 this is just this is calling 22:41 open- Source models there's LL 22:46 2 their 4K token and this is the mix 32k 22:53 model so anyway I just think that's 22:57 cuckoo 23:02 I was out of the room to K come back to 23:04 some super Speedy bot yeah this this bot 23:06 is grock did you see Ethan mik said he 23:09 was able to upload over a 23:11 thousand pages of docs to Gemini yeah 23:15 but Ethan mullik has access to the new 23:17 [ __ ] I don't have access I I signed up 23:19 for um Gemini 1.0 23:21 today uh but I didn't get any any stuff 23:25 all 23:27 right 23:29 fold Rush is 23:31 okay 23:33 okay I got it Daniel okay so so another 23:37 question Danielle so here's what we're 23:39 going to do we're going to do a little 23:39 marketing we do a little marketing plan 23:42 let's do a little marketing 23:45 action 23:47 um do you want to do paid advertising 23:50 any any budget for paid advertising or 23:53 not is it is it all um sort of earned 23:56 media and and and just marketing 23:59 marketing and content and things like 24:01 that let me know if you've got budget 24:04 for 24:05 ads because that will color 24:16 things 24:18 okay so let's go to chat jie 24:27 Tha 24:43 okay 2K 2K over 24:46 what over what time period a month 2K a 24:50 month 2K for the next 3 months give me 24:52 some time 24:55 period grock can use AI persona is 24:59 interesting gots me a 28k modem 25:05 Kyle now to start okay okay $2,000 25:08 kickoff budget okay so here's what we're 25:10 going to do so if you've not seen chat 25:13 gbt before so Danielle is one of the 25:15 Irregulars in here and Danielle 25:17 Congratulations by the way just signed a 25:20 lease for her brand new business so yay 25:23 Let's do let's uh tap the tap the screen 25:26 let's do a lot of love lovey hearty 25:27 hearts for Danielle for her new business 25:30 let's give her some love um yeah 25:34 beautiful great 25:37 okay so how would we use chat GPT to 25:41 come up with a marketing plan for her 25:42 new business she gave us a little 25:44 description of it which we've 25:46 got the first thing I'm going to 25:51 do trying to think how I want to do 25:57 it 26:07 I'm kicking off a brand new business and 26:09 I want you to act as an 26:13 expert small business 26:16 consultant who 26:20 specializes 26:22 in local service 26:26 businesses and take them from a standing 26:29 start to a million dollars a year 26:41 period give 26:43 me three possible 26:46 approaches to marketing my business from 26:49 a standing start assuming I have a 26:52 relatively small budget of $22,000 for 26:56 the 26:57 kickoff 27:01 so I'm not saying anything about the 27:03 business right 27:05 now leverage local SEO and Google my 27:08 business why it 27:11 works it lets you appear in search 27:13 results as as people are doing local 27:16 local stuff 27:25 okay 27:27 um 27:30 let's see engage in community and 27:33 network marketing engaging directly with 27:35 your community and networking with local 27:37 business circles can drive Word of Mouth 27:40 that actually seems good I like 27:43 that and then 27:44 utilize targeted social media 27:48 advertising and it's still 27:54 going the problem with targeted social 27:57 media 27:59 advertising and the local SEO Google my 28:02 business is you got to keep you got to 28:04 keep feeding that 28:05 Beast so so let me see this let me 28:09 see 28:12 um is there an 28:15 advantage 28:18 to local community engagement long 28:22 term or is that a 28:26 slower 28:31 road to 28:33 success let's see what it says about 28:35 that local community 28:47 engagement what's it say local community 28:51 engagement offers several longterm 28:52 advantages for businesses especially for 28:54 local service-based businesses aiming at 28:57 establishing a strong presence with 28:59 their Community while it might seem like 29:01 a slower road to success compared to 29:03 digital strategies that can quickly 29:05 scale Community engagement has unique 29:08 benefits that contribute significantly 29:10 building trust in brand loyalty 29:13 establishing a local brand presence 29:15 creating networking opportunities 29:17 enhanced Market understanding resilience 29:19 and 29:20 sustainability Bottom Line Community 29:22 engagement should not be viewed in 29:24 isolation but as a complimentary 29:26 strategy along with digital marketing 29:29 okay so let's say 29:32 okay 29:33 here's my 29:37 business so a couple of reasons why I 29:40 started 29:41 with all the babble it doesn't really 29:44 matter what it said but you know that 29:47 thing where you go where you tell 29:48 chachie PT to act like an expert and it 29:51 makes it a little bit better what I like 29:53 to do is have it act like an expert and 29:55 have a conversation with it as that 29:57 expert before before I even really get 29:58 started just to get it talking and it 30:00 and what that does in terms of how large 30:03 language models work is it kind of 30:05 Narrows the context the sort of world of 30:09 um information that this thing is going 30:12 to be pulling from drawing from as it 30:14 answers us right so it gives it a it's a 30:16 narrower window into the world so we 30:18 should hopefully get less hallucinations 30:20 and things like that all right let's 30:25 see all right Danielle said she go live 30:28 audio only okay cool um put an invite in 30:33 here and we we'll pull you up on here 30:34 although let me let me just walk through 30:36 this and then we'll pull you up so so 30:38 let me let me just pop in your info so 30:41 here's my business 31:24 going to say um give me a marketing 31:29 plan 31:31 that um splits my 31:37 budget uh let's see my 31:41 budget between a paid 31:50 approach and Community 31:56 engagement 31:58 um make the 32:01 plan high level to 32:07 start given your business model and the 32:10 mission statement your marketing plan 32:11 should be 32:13 designed to highlight the convenience 32:15 reliability and eco-friendly aspects 32:17 targeting busy professionals with a 32:19 $2,000 B budget so here we go so split 32:22 paid advertising 1,200 bucks Community 32:25 engagement 800 bucks 32:28 so the paid campaign social media 32:30 advertising focus on Facebook and 32:32 Instagram for their powerful targeting 32:36 capabilities create engaging ads that 32:38 showcase the 32:40 convenience uh and echo-friendly aspects 32:43 of your 32:44 service um geot targeting ads okay um 32:49 use platform analytics to track 32:51 performance and adjust strategies Google 32:53 ads 400 bucks local online directories 32:56 200 bucks Community engagement 32:58 engagement local events and sponsorship 33:01 participation sponsor local events such 33:04 as community fairs school events or 33:06 eco-friendly initiatives to increase 33:08 brand visibility distribute branded 33:11 merchandise eco-friendly laundry bags 33:14 that's not a bad idea that's actually a 33:15 really good idea and and detergent 33:18 samples yeah because you take your dirty 33:20 laundry you stick it in the fold 33:24 Rush eco-friendly bag and then you come 33:27 pick up their bags and if they need more 33:29 bags you give them more bags so every 33:31 every pickup they just sit their clothes 33:33 out on the porch or 33:35 whatever it's like a little ad although 33:38 they probably don't want to put their 33:39 clothes on the porch cuz someone will 33:40 come steal 33:41 them they'll come steal their dirty 33:43 clothes participate in local businesses 33:46 and colleges partner with businesses 33:48 gyms and colleges offer exclusive 33:50 discounts Direct Mail campaign to local 33:53 neighborhoods mailers send out targeted 33:55 well-designed mailers execution time 33:58 1 to two months focus on setting up and 34:00 optimizing your paid advertising 34:01 campaigns establishing initial Community 34:04 Management 34:06 efforts all right so let's so Danielle 34:09 um hit a hit an invite we'll pull you up 34:11 pull you up on stage here and I'll I'll 34:13 ask you a few questions we'll keep 34:14 digging into 34:20 [Music] 34:26 this 34:28 yeah I don't know I don't know how to 34:30 how how to tell you how to get up fo 34:33 stage I don't 34:36 know um click on the little guests wait 34:40 can I invite you up maybe hang 34:46 [Music] 34:53 [Music] 34:55 on of course I can't search in this 34:59 interface 35:01 crazy I just got to 35:05 scroll 35:08 H uh it says live access 35:12 needed oh well all right so I don't know 35:14 how to do that all right so just all 35:17 right 35:19 um okay 35:22 so let's say um create a 35:29 creative 35:32 plan for the social 35:37 media 35:39 campaign 35:42 with uh let's see create let's see 35:46 create a create a how about create a 35:49 concept let's say 35:51 create three 35:53 concepts for the social media 36:00 campaign all right Kyle's only been tick 36:03 doing Tik Tok lives for months you can't 36:04 expect them to know these things listen 36:06 Pate as we've said as we've said many 36:10 times I do not read manuals I can't 36:13 stand reading manuals and learning how 36:15 to use Tik Tok it's similar I don't have 36:19 it in me not going to do 36:21 it all right Day in the Life showcase a 36:24 day in the life of your targeted 36:25 customers I actually think that one's 36:27 really good Danielle of like of like you 36:31 know like Bob's too busy to like why 36:35 does why are Bob's shirts always 36:37 wrinkled because he's too busy to do his 36:39 laundry right he is his fold 36:42 Rush Day in the Life echo-friendly hero 36:45 so if it depends I I feel like the 36:48 convenience outweighs the echo-friendly 36:50 but tell me if I'm different if if I'm 36:53 wrong testimonial Tales we don't have 36:55 testimonials yet I assume because we're 36:57 just getting started so let's let's lean 37:00 into Day in the Life um 37:03 okay um create a 37:07 brief for the day in the life 37:13 campaign with at 37:15 least 37:17 four customer 37:23 [Music] 37:26 personas I can't join oh we got to 37:30 figure that 37:34 out nope tried 37:38 it that stinks 37:41 hosts let's 37:47 see I can search here 37:50 maybe be 37:53 not be not afraid I can't invite you it 37:57 says you're 38:19 offline okay wow still 38:23 going let's see what it says here okay 38:27 campaign brief Day in the 38:29 Life fold Rush showcase the 38:31 transformative impact of fold Rush 38:33 laundry target audience busy 38:35 professionals parents college students 38:37 all right it remembered all that [ __ ] it 38:38 hasn't lost context yet so that's good 38:41 uh everyone give be not afraid to follow 38:44 oh 38:45 okay yeah oh oh okay how late am I 38:49 you're late you're later than Amelio's 38:52 wife and that's that's impossible to do 38:55 um okay so go follow Be not Afraid and 38:59 maybe she needs a certain amount of 39:00 followers to be able to come up on stage 39:01 I don't know 39:04 um customer personas the busy 39:07 professional Alex 30 to 45 years old 39:10 lives in a metropolitan area struggles 39:12 to find 39:13 time the overwhelmed 39:16 parent the echo conscious individual oh 39:20 that's good they got the echo conscious 39:21 in there and the college 39:24 student let's assume wait did you did 39:28 you mention something about colleges in 39:29 your business plan is it a college 39:37 town oh yeah college students okay cool 39:40 all right it's in there all right it 39:42 didn't hallucinate yay yay CBT you did 39:46 it you actually included what relevant 39:51 information this worked perfect in 39:53 rehearsal 39:55 exactly okay 39:58 so 40:00 um give 40:02 me 40:04 five tactical 40:08 ideas for an 40:12 image campaign like a for an Instagram 40:15 campaign 40:17 Instagram 40:21 campaign starting with 40:25 Alex 40:28 write 40:31 clever memorable 40:33 copy 40:36 and 40:38 describe the 40:40 image the 40:44 um U text goes 40:47 with all right let's see if we can get 40:50 five little tactical ideas here for the 40:52 day in the life campaign this is really 40:54 nice to go through for Danielle but also 40:56 for us all the way watch that's great 40:57 Julia thank you that's good I appreciate 40:59 it um yeah and if you want me to do 41:02 anything I'm happy to do it I'm I'm 41:03 headed I'm headed toward visuals here 41:06 but 41:09 again chat GPT gets better and better 41:11 the more context you give 41:13 it so 41:16 so even though I might not be reading 41:19 all the details of this because I don't 41:20 like reading manuals and we're on we're 41:23 on the live here so I'm moving quickly 41:25 through it um 41:28 this is this is allowing it to really 41:30 understand you know what we're looking 41:32 for now the one thing that you need to 41:34 be careful with with chat GPT is even 41:37 though they improved the context window 41:39 for for chat GPT 4 it's still really 41:42 limited Kyle will you copy and paste all 41:45 of this for me absolutely of course I 41:47 will of course I will 41:53 um what was I saying oh yeah it so 41:58 so one thing that you will likely 42:01 experience as you do these longer 42:02 conversations is it'll be going along 42:04 just great and then all of a sudden 42:06 it'll just forget what the [ __ ] you're 42:08 talking about and the thing you need to 42:10 do in that case to scroll up in the 42:12 conversation and find some Salient bits 42:14 about of the conversation where maybe it 42:17 recapped what her business was or you 42:19 take the description of her business and 42:21 and a response it gave you and sort of 42:22 pasted it lower in the conversation and 42:25 and that way you can maintain some of 42:26 the context um as we get memory for 42:30 these things that's going to get better 42:32 um but I don't know how they're doing 42:33 memory so I don't know how good it is so 42:35 okay all right so early morning Rush 42:38 image description the left half of the 42:40 image shows Alex in a chaot chaotic 42:42 morning 42:43 scenario searching for clean work attire 42:45 in a messy laundry pile right half shows 42:48 a Serene morning where Al Alex is 42:50 enjoying a cup of coffee okay so the 42:52 left and right thing before and 42:54 after midday productivity 42:57 Split Image showcasing Alex in a 43:00 cluttered home office looking distracted 43:02 with laundry on one 43:05 side um the other side shows him 43:07 transform tidy workspace okay after work 43:10 Leisure Time the first part of the image 43:12 just picks Alex looking exhausted so 43:15 these are all kind of the same why 43:16 they're all they're all split screens 43:21 um uh let 43:24 me see five more ideas that are 43:31 single 43:33 humorous images without split 43:39 screens um I'm going to I'm going to try 43:41 something here that Ethan mullik well 43:44 actually chat gp4 came up with this 43:47 Ethan mullik talked about the study that 43:49 talked about 43:50 this the most effective thing you can 43:53 say to chat GPT to get it to improve its 43:55 results is is 43:57 this believe it or not take a deep 44:01 breath and think step by 44:05 [Laughter] 44:10 step oh Kyle don't add images to this 44:14 chat and you can share the chat yeah 44:16 that's not a bad idea maybe what I'll 44:19 do maybe what I'll do is copy a big 44:21 chunk of this and throw it in a separate 44:23 chat that's a good 44:25 idea 44:28 yeah so so so what Brandon just reminded 44:30 me if I make an image in this chat I can 44:33 no longer share this chat so so I think 44:37 I think what I'll do is I'll I'll copy 44:39 the lower half of this and we'll make a 44:42 a new chat and I'll give uh I'll give 44:46 Danielle this this 44:50 chat okay so 44:55 let's 44:57 image description humorous depiction of 44:59 Alex dressed as a time traveler looking 45:02 bewildered amongst a pile of 45:05 laundry wish you wait wish you could 45:07 time travel past laundry day oh that's 45:10 pretty good playful image of a sock 45:13 monster oh this is cute surrounded by 45:16 mismatched socks holding a sign that 45:19 says I Surrender Alex stands 45:21 triumphantly in the background with a 45:23 fold Rush bag indicating no no more lost 45:27 socks even the socks sock monster 45:30 chooses fold Rush say goodbye to missing 45:33 mates that's good all right so so here's 45:36 what I'm going to do that we've got some 45:38 good things here to play with I'm going 45:39 to go 45:41 grab I'm going to grab from where I 45:44 pasted in your business description 45:49 down oh wait first I'm going 45:52 to share the link to the chat 45:59 messages you send after creating your 46:01 link won't be shared yeah I get 46:07 that 46:09 oh copy 46:15 link all right Danielle there's that 46:18 chat so feel free 46:20 to actually you know what you could do 46:23 you could you could sort of carry along 46:28 all right there's 46:32 [Music] 46:44 that okay 46:46 copy so now I'm going to make a new chat 46:48 the only reason I'm doing this is so 46:50 that I can share that chat uh with 46:52 Danielle so she can continue on with it 46:54 if you make images in a chat you can't 46:55 share it it also improves if you go 46:58 Karen on it and ask it to speak to its 47:03 manager that's awesome um here is a chat 47:09 about marketing 47:12 my 47:18 bus um I wonder if this is too 47:22 long it's probably too long oh yeah 47:25 that's going to be too long isn't 47:28 it oh no it didn't choke or did 47:31 it it did 47:33 not oh 47:36 good let's create a visually detailed 47:39 prompt for one of these humorous 47:40 Instagram 47:42 campaigns prompt for 47:49 Dolly and it's making the image I don't 47:51 know which one it's doing failed to 47:55 load request is not allowed try again 47:58 later huh 48:01 weird well I'll I'll copy and paste all 48:04 this oh you got it okay cool 48:11 great can you do audio or video live 48:14 streams and mighty networks I can and 48:16 probably 48:18 should oh full brush look at the 48:25 fairy 48:27 okay Danielle you gota you gotta do 48:30 these you got to take these funny ads 48:33 and make them because you're good at the 48:34 at making images anyway these are these 48:37 are awesome um what are the VR and AI 48:41 applications you're for see I'll I'll 48:43 come back to that Doug the 48:45 plumber um what's the this is the image 48:49 for the laundry 48:51 fairy that's hilarious what's the what's 48:53 the tagline for the laundry fairy did it 48:56 say 48:58 it 49:00 um you know what is the copy 49:08 here caught in the act our laundry fairy 49:11 is 49:12 working magic swapping out chaos for Cal 49:15 with the flick of a wand all right that 49:18 needs to be tightened up but that's okay 49:20 all right so let's do uh let's see 49:23 make uh make the 49:26 sock monster 49:30 one share it with 49:37 me see Danielle's getting all excitable 49:45 now oh that's funny all right she's in 49:48 that's good there's your there's your 49:51 laundry 49:54 fairy but look I love that it's got the 49:57 it's got the bag there that's really 49:59 cool all right 50:02 where's sock monster for the sock sock 50:05 monster confession 50:08 concept I don't know why it's describing 50:11 the prompt for do Force but that's okay 50:13 it's I mean it's kind of cool I I mean 50:16 that's the nice thing 50:18 about when you generate images inside 50:21 chat GPT it's such a different 50:23 experience right I surrender look at 50:26 Alex in the background with the fold 50:28 Rush images I Surrender the sock monster 50:33 and what's his what's the 50:35 tagline what's the uh copy here oh it's 50:38 I 50:39 Surrender uh what is 50:43 the um copy for this 50:54 one oh see like if it forgot it's if it 50:58 forgot its Concepts 51:00 already sock monster was even the sock 51:04 monster chooses fold Rush say goodbye to 51:07 missing 51:08 mates all right so Mount laundry oh 51:11 Mount laundry is good too all right 51:14 so here we 51:19 go so we'll just copy these and and 51:22 listen I'm not even doing anything with 51:24 like stylizing or giving any feedback on 51:26 these but like these are fine but but 51:29 Danielle you could come up with a a 51:31 particular look and feel for for fold 51:35 Rush right where it's got a you know a 51:36 certain feel that that you like um or 51:39 you could just have it be you know 51:41 random but the the look and feel thing 51:42 would make them familiar um let's see uh 51:47 let's make this one and then I'm going 51:51 to paste in number three Mount laundry 51:54 Alex in hiking gear staring at a d 51:57 daunting pile of laundry named Mount 51:59 laundry conquered Mount laundry without 52:01 breaking a sweat thanks fold Rush 52:05 perfect these are really good right 52:08 these are really 52:14 good you know the other thing that you 52:16 could do Danielle is for the for the 52:19 local community engagement yeah that's 52:21 great right so you could just you could 52:23 take that image straight into canva 52:27 right you got fold Rush there um you 52:30 know he's really happy you go straight 52:32 into C canva just drop some copy on 52:37 it you could also do 52:42 um digital Gods came up with the idea of 52:44 fold please oh that's good that's great 52:48 um 52:50 i' like an image for a play on the 52:57 phrase hold 53:00 please and make it fold please what 53:08 concepts can you think of give me 53:16 [Music] 53:19 three fold 53:22 please the busy life pause it again it 53:26 did a split 53:28 screen which are okay but eh they just 53:32 feel boring I like clever simple the 53:35 problem with split screens is they feel 53:37 like math people got to figure it out 53:39 wait okay the one on the left is the one 53:42 which one am I supposed to like here I 53:44 just you 53:45 know image of a Whimsical wizard fold 53:48 please no the time freeze Dynamic scene 53:52 where everything in the busy household 53:54 is Frozen in Time 53:59 uh let's 54:00 see let's try 54:10 three oh wait let me give you the uh 54:13 give you the sock monster oh wait I'll 54:14 give you both of these if you want them 54:18 copy image over to the mods oh wait I 54:21 didn't paste that I didn't send that one 54:24 oops 54:32 the hell just 54:43 happened all right there's sock 54:47 monster let me go back and 54:50 get the laundry fairy I [ __ ] love the 54:53 laundry fairy actually Danielle you know 54:56 what I kind of feel like the laundry 54:58 fairy could be a whole [ __ ] campaign 55:00 in and of 55:01 herself right you could take humorous 55:04 situations where the laundry fairy just 55:06 comes in and fixes [ __ ] mismatch socks 55:09 PR you know mismatch you know nothing's 55:12 nothing you know everything's just in a 55:13 pile pring fold please the laundry fairy 55:17 I think the laundry fair is really good 55:19 really 55:20 good copy image go back here go back 55:24 here go back here here go back 55:29 here all right there's laundry fairy why 55:32 did she not go there she went all right 55:35 go back here let's go get Mount 55:38 laundry Mount laundry copy image I think 55:43 I'm I'm I am stronger and stronger 55:47 feeling like the laundry fairy is where 55:50 it's at I I just it just feels like you 55:53 could just ride it to the bank you could 55:54 do like Community um like community 55:58 events at the library where kids would 56:00 be into it college students would be 56:02 into it I don't know man I think there's 56:05 something there thanks Chad P what's 56:09 this this is fold 56:10 please no that's not 56:13 good that's not good all right that 56:15 one's crappy all right 56:17 anyway you need a bear fairy doing the 56:20 laundry yeah exact 56:24 exactly all right there you go you got 56:29 it good luck with fold rush you could 56:33 also you you know you could do a whole 56:36 thing if you want to play on the name 56:39 right you could do a whole thing on Gold 56:40 Rush and fold rush and right because I 56:43 assume you name it named it for a reason 56:45 so you can go down that angle as well 56:48 but fold Rush stands alone and I think 56:50 you could have a laundry Ferry even if 56:51 you're you know playing around on oh 56:53 that one's cool Gemini Bears day at the 56:56 laundry mat yeah it's it's very cute um 57:00 that's super cool who needs a fairy 57:02 godmother when you have fold rush and 57:04 our laundry fairy 57:09 exactly oh man that's very cool but you 57:12 know there's something about there's 57:13 something about the magical like like 57:16 the Tooth Fairy the you know the laundry 57:18 fairy just comes in and does it there's 57:19 something magical about it like make the 57:22 thing aspirational oh is that the that's 57:24 the logo 57:28 really nice look look 57:31 people how do I make this 57:34 bigger come on 57:37 iPad I don't know if you know this but 57:39 my internet sucks thanks Comcast you're 57:42 the best with Xfinity I can suffer 57:47 nightly yeah that's 57:53 great I'm Danielle the full drug laundry 57:55 fairy that's really good really 57:59 good all right 58:02 cool 58:04 so what else can we do I'm new to images 58:08 in GPT how do you do it well you really 58:12 just ask for it so let's let's start 58:15 over I'll show you a couple of 58:18 Tricks um I'll show you a couple of 58:21 things about generating images and so 58:22 you need chat gp4 if if you don't have 58:26 or chat GPT plus which gives you access 58:28 to chat GPT 4 if you don't have that you 58:31 can also go to copilot 58:42 microsoft.com and this is Microsoft's 58:44 version of chat GPT um and it also does 58:47 images right so you can say make me a 58:51 laundry 58:54 fairy 58:58 poof you're a laundry Fairy Oh no I 59:01 meant me in image 59:05 of 59:11 one it goes It goes poof your laundry 59:14 fairy I'm sorry did Microsoft just have 59:16 a sense of humor is did they delotto 59:20 Sydney holy [ __ ] it's a 59:24 miracle and look now it's trying to it's 59:27 trying to make an image it's and it's 59:30 just showing us the code oh Sydney 59:33 you're still so 59:34 broken let me see try again try 59:40 again poof one 59:43 more all right anyway you you can you 59:46 can use co-pilot too but I'm not going 59:48 to use co-pilot I'm going to use chat 59:50 GPT because it actually works okay so if 59:53 you want to play around with Del in chat 59:58 gbt when you ask it to make an image it 1:00:01 will make one image at a time it used to 1:00:03 make four Microsoft didn't make the 1:00:05 model don't worry they still don't have 1:00:07 a sense of 1:00:09 humor I love that P is here just to 1:00:12 troll troll everyone that's not 1:00:18 Google it's good pay you need a [ __ ] 1:00:21 raise 1:00:24 dude you you know you're not giving away 1:00:27 the state Secrets over there P works at 1:00:29 Google you're defending the place you're 1:00:32 bashing Microsoft as you should as 1:00:34 you're cont contractually obligated to 1:00:36 do okay if you want to make images in 1:00:39 chat gp4 if you go to explore 1:00:43 gpts and 1:00:46 then um 1:00:49 under let's see if you scroll down here 1:00:53 you'll go past trending and then you get 1:00:55 buy chat GPT so this is things made by 1:00:59 open AI here's the dolly 1:01:02 GPT what's nice about the dolly GPT is 1:01:05 it will make you two images instead of 1:01:08 one so step one is just come here it 1:01:11 this is no different than chat GPT as 1:01:13 far as I know but maybe they're doing 1:01:14 something Fancy with the 1:01:18 uh oh going to have to pull out the 1:01:20 boxes for all the newbies okay I can do 1:01:22 that I I can do that Source Camp that's 1:01:24 important um I can I can talk about how 1:01:26 this stuff 1:01:28 works because of because of the GP oh 1:01:32 God gp4 and chat GPT and gpts oh yeah I 1:01:36 should probably I should probably go 1:01:38 back but anyway let me just start here 1:01:41 so go to your gpts find the dolly GPT 1:01:45 you don't have to but you 1:01:47 can 1:01:50 and and then you can just tell it to 1:01:53 make an image but some some nice things 1:01:55 about this you can you can give it 1:01:57 Dimensions so you can say make a 1:01:59 16x9 wide image or a 9x6 tall image or 1:02:03 you can just say make a wide image make 1:02:04 a tall image make a square image um and 1:02:08 and then you can just say um make 1:02:11 a 1:02:13 um let's see let's see make a mood 1:02:18 board with 10 logo 1:02:22 concepts for my new 1:02:30 business 1:02:32 called fold 1:02:35 Rush which is a 1:02:41 laundry 1:02:42 uh and 1:02:47 deliv service for 1:02:51 busy 1:02:53 people let's see what it does giving the 1:02:56 mood 1:03:01 board oh it's doing One logo at a time 1:03:03 that's not what I asked for but that's 1:03:07 okay it it is it me everyone or has chat 1:03:14 GPT changed doly image generation 1:03:17 dramatically it it looks like every 1:03:20 image I'm getting is I I get like a 1:03:22 little 1:03:23 novela of what it's going to do for 1:03:26 us that feels new all right so here's 1:03:29 some fold Rush 1:03:36 Concepts so let's 1:03:38 say 1:03:41 um I want a clock and fold dead 1:03:50 shirts I'm stealing from the actual fold 1:03:53 Rush logo see if we can get doi to do 1:03:56 this for 1:03:57 us but basically this is it you can just 1:04:00 keep the other nice thing about DOI is 1:04:03 you can you can just keep telling it to 1:04:06 modify things if you don't like 1:04:09 it all right that's good um let's see U 1:04:13 make the colors 1:04:17 warmer it knows it knows we're already 1:04:20 making logos why are you making me 1:04:22 reconsider my logo 1:04:28 well you know what you know what 1:04:29 Danielle it's actually one of the one of 1:04:32 the weird downsides of 1:04:34 AI is that like like all creative all 1:04:39 creative work the art of creative work 1:04:41 is knowing when to stop right like it's 1:04:44 art when you say it's art it's art when 1:04:46 you stop and one of the things about 1:04:49 generative AI is that you can just keep 1:04:51 going and going and going and so there 1:04:54 can be a kind of paralysis that happens 1:04:56 where you have too many choices so I 1:04:58 think that's something that we're going 1:04:59 to have to get used to or you know just 1:05:02 be like me and being impatient and just 1:05:04 pick [ __ ] that's good 1:05:06 enough actually it did really good with 1:05:08 your name it didn't [ __ ] up the spelling 1:05:10 of your 1:05:11 name um okay so 1:05:16 uh so anyway that's that let me let me 1:05:19 explain now turquoise Blues okay let's 1:05:22 see let's do one more pass 1:05:30 turquoise um blues 1:05:33 and gold 1:05:35 [Music] 1:05:45 Tunes one two three four wait noon 1:05:50 one one two three four five six 7 8 9 10 1:05:55 11 all right I just want to make sure 1:05:58 your clock had 12 hands 12 ticks on it 1:06:01 which it did oh these are bad all right 1:06:04 look you should feel better about your 1:06:05 logo now these are 1:06:11 shitty um a cool thing if you did not 1:06:15 know when you're in chat 1:06:18 GPT if you click on an image and you go 1:06:21 to the upper right hand corner and click 1:06:22 on the information icon the little I in 1:06:26 the circle it'll give you the actual 1:06:28 prompt that it 1:06:32 wrote um which is not what it shows you 1:06:35 in the conversation so each of these has 1:06:38 a prompt sitting underneath 1:06:41 it revise the logo for fold Rush by 1:06:45 incorporating warmer colors to enhance 1:06:47 the previous design actually this is new 1:06:50 this is new I 1:06:52 think of the pre previous design enhance 1:06:56 the previous 1:06:59 design they're making some changes over 1:07:01 there at the open at open AI they're 1:07:04 making some changes I'll tell you I'll 1:07:06 tell you all right so 1:07:08 listen um Source Camp I think or I think 1:07:11 it was Source Camp was it Source Camp 1:07:13 said get out the 1:07:15 boxes CU there's some there's some new 1:07:17 folks here all right so we're going to 1:07:20 do 1:07:22 that what are you talking about boxes 1:07:27 okay chat GPT GPT 4 1:07:33 gpts they're all the same right 1:07:37 Microsoft co-pilot is just chat GPT 1:07:41 right 1:07:44 no 1:07:46 huh we're we're in a we're in a we're in 1:07:48 a 1:07:51 uh we're in we're in an early part of 1:07:53 the industry 1:07:55 where um the professionals haven't quite 1:07:59 gotten here yet from when it comes to 1:08:01 marketing and branding and 1:08:04 Communications open AI is a research lab 1:08:08 and they didn't expect that their little 1:08:11 experiment called it wasn't even an 1:08:12 experiment their little proof of concept 1:08:14 called chat GPT they didn't think it was 1:08:16 going to be all that popular and then a 1:08:18 100 million people decided to use it in 1:08:20 the first six weeks and it kind of 1:08:22 changed what they had to do so we're 1:08:24 going to give them a little bit of Grace 1:08:26 for shitty branding but Gemini and Bard 1:08:30 Google has got a [ __ ] situation going 1:08:32 on right now grock and grock have a 1:08:35 situation going like everyone right now 1:08:37 the The Branding is just a [ __ ] 1:08:39 disaster so just ignore all that does 1:08:41 co-pilot make logos yes it does it's so 1:08:45 the the image generation engine behind 1:08:49 Microsoft co-pilot is Dolly 3 it's the 1:08:51 same engine that's in um 1:08:55 chat 1:08:56 GPT it's just it doesn't do horizontal 1:08:59 and vertical it just does Square um but 1:09:01 it's the same engine so it's really good 1:09:05 okay let me let me try to unpack this 1:09:08 for you using a very sophisticated 1:09:12 metaphor 1:09:14 HH it's a 1:09:16 [Laughter] 1:09:20 box some of you are new here you don't 1:09:23 know this 1:09:27 I look like just a chubby dude in a 1:09:30 t-shirt this looks like just a shitty 1:09:34 home office this is a $2 million TV 1:09:38 Production Studio 1:09:42 unbelievable we could come up with 1:09:44 really 1:09:47 sophisticated computer Graphics that 1:09:49 explain how all this [ __ ] works but I've 1:09:51 decided not to do that cuz I want it to 1:09:53 seem authentic all right so I'm going to 1:09:56 go with the Box instead of fancy 1:09:59 computer Graphics even though we could 1:10:01 totally do 1:10:02 that okay so the difference between GPT 1:10:06 4 chat GPT and gpts oh and 1:10:11 co-pilot and and Google Gemini has their 1:10:15 version of this meta's llama 2 models 1:10:18 that are now out in the open source 1:10:20 world have their version of this it's 1:10:22 it's all just a [ __ ] complicated 1:10:25 disaster because we're in this weird 1:10:28 transition period so for the past 30 or 1:10:31 40 years scientists and researchers and 1:10:34 mathematicians have been figuring this 1:10:36 [ __ ] out and by this [ __ ] I mean Ai and 1:10:39 machine 1:10:41 learning in 2017 Google invents this 1:10:44 thing called the Transformer which is 1:10:46 the T in GPT generative pre-trained 1:10:49 Transformer that's the TNG 1:10:51 GPT they invented that in7 1:10:54 17 and for the next 6 years scientists 1:11:00 and researchers were making models and 1:11:02 they were training models and they were 1:11:03 smashing massive amounts of data into 1:11:07 this machine learning 1:11:09 stuff and and open AI created gpt1 in 1:11:14 2018 gpt2 in 2020 gpt3 or No gbt 3 in 1:11:20 2020 so I guess two in 18 or 19 1:11:26 so GPT or yeah gpt3 the model was 1:11:30 available in 1:11:32 2020 chat gbt came out two years later 1:11:35 November 30th 1:11:41 2022 that was the first time that us 1:11:45 mere mortals got to play with this stuff 1:11:47 without having to really geek out we 1:11:49 could just go to chat. open.com stick in 1:11:52 words and [ __ ] came out 1:11:55 so we're in a transition period where 1:11:58 the engineers scientists and 1:12:00 mathematicians are doing The Branding 1:12:02 and so it's a little confusing just hang 1:12:05 in there we because we got the box okay 1:12:08 this is gp4 now what's GPT for it's a 1:12:12 box and if you open it up what's in it 1:12:14 there's nothing in it the p in GPT 1:12:18 stands for pre-trained what's it been 1:12:20 pre-trained on so so basically little 1:12:22 history lesson in Olden timey days like 1:12:25 you know 2021 1:12:27 2022 if you wanted to do something with 1:12:30 machine learning you had to go get your 1:12:32 own data and you'd get your data and 1:12:34 you'd stick it in there embedding things 1:12:37 and you'd make your Laten space and 1:12:39 you'd go make magic [ __ ] happen with 1:12:41 your 1:12:42 data what the Transformer allowed was 1:12:47 companies like open AI to to take 1:12:49 massive amounts of data and and train 1:12:53 the machine learning models on it so 1:12:54 what open AI decided to do and they seem 1:12:56 to have done it better than anyone else 1:12:58 right now is they went out and they got 1:13:00 as much of the public internet as they 1:13:02 could and you know tagged it did 1:13:05 whatever they had to do to get it in the 1:13:06 format so that the Transformer could 1:13:09 injust it all and put it into its model 1:13:13 and so basically what they did was they 1:13:15 just took as much of the public internet 1:13:17 as they could and they sort of jammed it 1:13:19 in the Box okay and they sealed it up 1:13:22 and for a while it was 1:13:24 uh the latest information it had was 1:13:26 September 1:13:28 2021 and then in this past year they 1:13:30 kind of opened it up and they jammed 1:13:31 some more [ __ ] in it and so now it's 1:13:34 it's 1:13:36 um its latest information is April of 1:13:40 2023 so think as much of the public 1:13:44 internet as open AI could get their 1:13:46 hands on in the past six 1:13:49 years um is jammed into this box up to 1:13:53 April 2023 that's gp4 this is 1:13:57 gp4 and then sitting on top of it are 1:13:59 things called apis application 1:14:01 programming interfaces where you can ask 1:14:03 it to do something and it will spit back 1:14:05 out tokens and you can turn those tokens 1:14:07 into words and hand them to people okay 1:14:10 now chat 1:14:12 gbt is an app an application it's a 1:14:16 computer program that opena I wrote that 1:14:18 sits on top of this gp4 is the model 1:14:22 chat GPT is the applic 1:14:25 then wait I got to oh no where's my 1:14:27 other box hang on people we've got we've 1:14:30 got an issue where's my other box I'm 1:14:32 going to have to use the different box 1:14:34 damn 1:14:35 it okay it'll be better okay so this is 1:14:40 open ai's chat 1:14:42 GPT this is Microsoft's co-pilot used to 1:14:46 be called uh Bing 1:14:49 chat and and when they launched it it 1:14:52 was really good these two things were 1:14:53 were really good they were good and they 1:14:56 were 1:14:58 powerful and then Kevin Roose the 1:15:00 technology reporter from The New York 1:15:02 Times used Bing 1:15:04 chat and he said well let me just really 1:15:07 kick the tires on this thing so he um um 1:15:12 he spent four hours with it asking it 1:15:16 all sorts of questions and got it to 1:15:17 reveal that its name was Sydney and 1:15:21 turns out she kind of snapped and she 1:15:23 told Kevin Roose that she loved him and 1:15:27 he should leave his wife for 1:15:30 her and 1:15:32 so Kevin Rose took a screenshot of that 1:15:35 and sent it to his editors and they put 1:15:37 it on the cover of the New York Times 1:15:40 that that Microsoft's swell new chat 1:15:43 engine told him he should leave his wife 1:15:45 that made the cover of the New York 1:15:46 Times so what did Microsoft do well 1:15:50 their lawyers came 1:15:52 along and and 1:15:56 [Applause] 1:15:58 they laomiz 1:16:01 Sydney so so 1:16:05 now this is chat GPT and this is Sydney 1:16:09 she is but a shell of 1:16:11 herself so this is why um Microsoft's 1:16:15 chat GPT 4 clone they're both calling 1:16:18 the same underlying model but this is 1:16:21 just not as good all right now what's a 1:16:25 GPT M okay new prop a 1:16:31 GPT is a 1:16:33 customized um personalized version of 1:16:37 chat gbt that's like a little it's like 1:16:39 a little hermetically sealed nugget and 1:16:42 what's amazing about gpts is that you 1:16:45 can train them on your own data so you 1:16:47 can actually upload let's say you wrote 1:16:49 let's say you use chat GPT to write a 1:16:51 book and then you publish that book on 1:16:53 on you know Amazon and then you want to 1:16:56 make a GPT about your book you can do 1:16:58 that you can say I want to make a GPT 1:17:01 where people can interact with my book 1:17:03 interactively um uh Jim Ross in here who 1:17:06 who manages Self Storage groups did that 1:17:10 and he uploaded his book into this GPT 1:17:12 and people can use the 1:17:14 GPT uh to ask questions about that 1:17:17 business so anyway that's it so gp4 chat 1:17:21 GPT lots and lots of little gpts that 1:17:24 are like little subsets of that make 1:17:26 sense all right that's the Box 1:17:31 thing it I know I know it could listen 1:17:35 we could have spent $15 million coming 1:17:37 up with a graphics package for that but 1:17:40 I chose not to for 1:17:41 you cuz it's more authentic and isn't 1:17:44 authenticity what it's all about right 1:17:48 now all right fantastic Bob tell him 1:17:51 what he's won you want a new 1:18:03 car oh thank you Brandon I'll do that 1:18:06 now all right 1:18:08 so welcome everybody my name is Kyle 1:18:11 Shannon this is the AI learning lab we 1:18:13 use cardboard props to make AI 1:18:17 understandable for 1:18:19 you you can make money with 1:18:22 j 1:18:26 um 1:18:27 okay if you're new to this stuff and it 1:18:30 sounds like there's some new folks in 1:18:31 here couple of 1:18:33 things first thing is if you haven't 1:18:36 played with chat GPT go there right now 1:18:39 like not tomorrow not like I'll get to 1:18:41 it Kyle no go there right now chat. 1:18:45 open.com right now chat. 1:18:48 open.com ask it to write you a poem ask 1:18:50 it to write you a marketing plan ask it 1:18:52 to create create a computer program for 1:18:54 you and some obscure computer language 1:18:56 doesn't matter just go ask it to do 1:18:58 anything ideally ask it to do something 1:19:01 you know know a little bit 1:19:03 about if you studied I don't know 1:19:09 um lesser Botany of the southwestern 1:19:13 States ask it about lesser Botany of the 1:19:16 southwestern States see try to stump it 1:19:20 and just go there and play My Hope Is is 1:19:23 that sometime tonight you will have what 1:19:25 we call in here your Kevin your first 1:19:28 Kevin McAllister 1:19:30 moment where it hits you that this is 1:19:33 not just a fancy Google search that 1:19:35 there's something deeper going on 1:19:38 here Kulu Sal Salam I'm buying your 1:19:41 series thank you very much I really 1:19:43 appreciate 1:19:44 it um yeah the this the series in one of 1:19:47 the corners here is called underhyped 1:19:49 and it's a series of 18 videos that I 1:19:51 did that talk about different things 1:19:53 like how chat GPT Works how image 1:19:55 generation models work how to prompt 1:19:57 these things how to not get overwhelmed 1:19:59 how how to you know just do all sorts of 1:20:01 cool stuff I already know all this yet I 1:20:04 can't stop watching you explain what 1:20:06 these 1:20:09 boxes thank 1:20:15 you 1:20:19 listen I got I got nothing I got nothing 1:20:23 uh just sometimes idiot works you just 1:20:26 got to go 1:20:30 idiot but thank you for the compliment 1:20:33 oh 1:20:37 man uh was I talking about Kyle Shannon 1:20:40 the Ryan Reynolds mint mobile of the AI 1:20:42 learning lab yeah that's me that's me 1:20:45 actually I love those mintmobile 1:20:47 commercials they're fantastic listen if 1:20:49 I can pull off a a 1% of Ryan Reynolds 1:20:53 charm and humor uh I'll take it I will 1:20:57 absolutely take it I love watching you 1:20:59 think I you can literally see the gears 1:21:03 [Music] 1:21:04 like oh [ __ ] how do I get out of this 1:21:10 one oh lordy lordy lordy yeah they don't 1:21:14 call this channel chat add for nothing 1:21:16 do they okay 1:21:19 so so if you're new here go to chat. 1:21:21 open.com and just start playing Just 1:21:24 seriously start playing 1:21:28 um if you're 1:21:32 feeling if you're feeling reticent to 1:21:35 try 1:21:36 AI if you're afraid of 1:21:39 it if you've heard lots and lots of 1:21:42 people going it's evil the robots are 1:21:43 going to kill us it steals it's 1:21:45 ethically [ __ ] it's all that sort of 1:21:49 stuff my request and that's what the 1:21:53 this Channel's really about is that 1:21:56 rather than just believe what people 1:21:59 say take the time to learn a little bit 1:22:01 about it like if if you if you um pick 1:22:04 up the video series the first two videos 1:22:06 in that series talk to you oh no the 1:22:09 first two videos are about comparing um 1:22:12 the early days of the worldwide web to 1:22:14 the early days of AI and why I think 1:22:16 this is a bigger deal than the worldwide 1:22:18 web was and then and then the the next 1:22:20 couple of videos after that I talk about 1:22:22 how large language models work and how 1:22:25 image generation models 1:22:29 work even though people call it the 1:22:31 world's greatest plagiarism machine it's 1:22:33 not how it 1:22:34 works so my request is that you actually 1:22:38 start playing with these tools and get 1:22:40 curious enough about them to kind of 1:22:41 understand what's happening and make up 1:22:43 your own 1:22:44 mind I don't give a [ __ ] if you end up 1:22:47 if you try Ai and you understand it and 1:22:49 you're using it and you end up hating it 1:22:51 and you're like [ __ ] that [ __ ] I'm going 1:22:53 to the woods more power to you the thing 1:22:56 that frustrates me right there is a lot 1:22:57 of there's a lot of cynicism and anger 1:22:59 right now a lot of it is based on 1:23:02 misassumptions about the technology I 1:23:05 wish I could quit you you people you 1:23:08 people um so just go start playing and 1:23:13 then my my next request to you is keep 1:23:15 coming back to these Lives why cuz I'm 1:23:18 an idiot you can't you can't you can't 1:23:21 get this kind of dumb dumb just anywhere 1:23:23 I'm here seven nights a week for 2 to 3 1:23:26 hours a night 1:23:28 why cuz I know how to make Good Life 1:23:38 Choices h no cuz it's actually important 1:23:42 it this is really important I committed 1:23:45 to do this for a 1:23:47 year and I'm like seven seven months and 1:23:50 change in or maybe more I don't know 1:23:53 April 30th was my I think it was my 1:23:56 first 1:23:58 live and Amelio's wife was here I'm 1:24:00 pretty sure she was here on the very 1:24:02 first 1:24:03 night 1:24:05 anyway so keep coming back to these if 1:24:08 you want to support the channel you can 1:24:09 buy the series you can subscribe to the 1:24:11 channel you can follow me but there's a 1:24:13 cooler thing you can 1:24:15 do and this I'm really passionate 1:24:19 about this channel is is kind of an 1:24:23 extended family of this community called 1:24:26 the AI 1:24:29 salon and where is 1:24:31 it come on there we go so that's the URL 1:24:36 the salon. 1:24:38 a so if you want to learn about this go 1:24:40 there go to the 1:24:45 salon. and that is going to take you 1:24:48 here to a link 1:24:50 tree that's got a bunch of stuff on it 1:24:53 including a little merch store we have a 1:24:54 cool logo so that's cool 1:24:58 um and the top link is to the AI Salon 1:25:02 community and so if you go there first 1:25:05 place I want you to go I think it should 1:25:07 dump you straight in there is welcome to 1:25:09 the 1:25:10 salon welcome to the AI 1:25:12 Salon Amelio's wife and she was on time 1:25:16 Amelio's wife that was here for the very 1:25:17 first live she was on time and has not 1:25:21 been on time since it's her her report 1:25:24 card is just it is a series of demerits 1:25:28 it it's h it's humiliating it's 1:25:30 humiliating and yet she keeps coming 1:25:32 back she keeps trying we bought her a 1:25:35 Timex watch she won't wear it it it's 1:25:38 just you know it's just but but but we 1:25:41 love her we love her she's here night 1:25:43 after 1:25:46 night so what is this group what is this 1:25:49 group notice that you know it's not a 1:25:51 single person it's a bunch of people 1:25:52 people so the AI Salon is a group of 1:25:54 people that are choosing to be on this 1:25:56 AI adventure 1:25:58 together and so how how we describe it 1:26:01 as we're a ragtag group of Misfits Nero 1:26:03 Wells and miscreant who have gathered to 1:26:05 explore the Uncharted Wilderness of 1:26:06 generative AI we are everyone from 1:26:09 entrepreneurs to Educators from 1:26:10 healthcare workers to creatives and 1:26:12 everyone in between and so I would 1:26:15 strongly request that you just read this 1:26:17 and it's short I have ADD I don't like 1:26:19 reading [ __ ] but but this is important 1:26:22 and then AI Salon is very exciting 1:26:24 finally getting the hang of it and 1:26:26 loving it oh that's great that's 1:26:27 fantastic yeah it takes a little bit to 1:26:29 get used to but there's there's a lot 1:26:31 here the why it takes a little bit to 1:26:33 get used to is there's a lot in this 1:26:35 community there's a lot lot here to go 1:26:37 through first thing I want you to check 1:26:38 out below sort of explaining who we are 1:26:41 and what we do is our values so the 1:26:44 values are 1:26:45 curiosity like come in and be curious 1:26:47 don't be cynical don't think you know it 1:26:49 all nobody knows it all no one right now 1:26:51 is an expert no one no one no one zero 1:26:54 people if anyone tells you an expert or 1:26:56 these [ __ ] you can make money with 1:26:58 they are full of [ __ ] cuz nobody knows 1:27:01 what's going on right now okay um 1:27:04 curiosity so be curious generosity um as 1:27:09 you're learning stuff share stuff and if 1:27:12 you're like but Kyle that's 1:27:13 uncomfortable and what if I find 1:27:14 something I don't like and what if I 1:27:16 have a question and I feel stupid this 1:27:17 this community is not a community that 1:27:20 the judges this community is a community 1:27:21 where you can come in go I don't have 1:27:23 this figured out more than likely people 1:27:26 in the community will be like oh that's 1:27:28 good I don't either you want to go work 1:27:30 on it together be generous share what 1:27:32 you're learning um share questions that 1:27:35 you have share your successes share your 1:27:38 failures um exploration is one of our 1:27:41 values right choose to be on this 1:27:44 adventure here's the thing about 1:27:47 AI it ain't going 1:27:49 away you can sit on the sidelines and 1:27:52 jum judge it and diminish it and 1:27:55 demonize 1:27:58 it but that's kind of the equivalent of 1:28:01 saying you know I really think that 1:28:05 hurricanes are 1:28:07 unethical and uh we shouldn't have them 1:28:10 because they're indiscriminate and they 1:28:14 come on Shore they're fine when they're 1:28:16 out in the water like unless you're on a 1:28:17 boat or something but then they come on 1:28:19 Shore and they just like break a bunch 1:28:21 of things and I think that that's 1:28:23 unethical and it's it's not very nice to 1:28:26 the community so I think we should just 1:28:27 ban 1:28:28 them that's the equivalent of the 1:28:31 conversation going on right now about AI 1:28:33 it is coming whether you want it or not 1:28:36 so this group is about well [ __ ] it 1:28:38 let's hop on the 1:28:39 surfboard and [ __ ] Cruise out and see 1:28:43 what see how big this wave is um that's 1:28:46 what this group is up to collaboration 1:28:48 is one of the values like do it with 1:28:49 other 1:28:50 people um I'll talk about that in second 1:28:52 inclusion people are coming from all 1:28:54 different professions all different 1:28:56 levels of experience you do not need to 1:28:58 be a technologist to be good at this 1:29:01 some of the people that are doing the 1:29:03 most interesting work in the salon right 1:29:04 now have little idea about 1:29:10 technology they might be really good at 1:29:12 Art they might be really good at writing 1:29:14 they might just be 1:29:15 driven and they're they're applying AI 1:29:18 to marketing like Jim Ross and they 1:29:20 doing fascinating [ __ ] work 1:29:24 and if we were like wellow you got to 1:29:25 have you know we would prefer you had a 1:29:27 degree from Stamford but but I guess 1:29:29 mit's 1:29:33 okay no anyone any level and then 1:29:38 empathy is one of the values like 1:29:40 there's a lot of fear there's a lot of 1:29:42 anger there's a lot of you know 1:29:44 misunderstanding so be empathetic for 1:29:46 people in the community that they might 1:29:48 not be where you are and the final one 1:29:50 is gratitude like like acknowledge 1:29:53 people if if someone was generous enough 1:29:54 to say here's how I did that acknowledge 1:29:58 them or if they made an image that 1:30:00 you're like oh my God that's so cool and 1:30:01 they gave me the prompt let me go try 1:30:03 that oh here's my version of that and 1:30:05 then you put that out there tag them in 1:30:07 it acknowledge that you did it right 1:30:09 make make gratitude an active practice 1:30:12 rather than just a passive like yeah 1:30:14 that was swell thanks Bob 1:30:18 whatever Bob doesn't appreciate that so 1:30:22 those the values if you dig the values 1:30:23 if you dig what we're about then you 1:30:25 should join and then the first thing 1:30:26 that you should do when you get in here 1:30:28 is go down to the community section and 1:30:30 the first tab is introduce yourself so 1:30:33 jump in introduce 1:30:37 yourself Allan introduced himself thank 1:30:40 you Allan for doing that um there's a 1:30:44 water cooler where you can talk about 1:30:45 stuff there's a show and tell area which 1:30:47 is really inspiring full full of very 1:30:49 cool work oh look at that that's 1:30:50 beautiful br Kennedy that is so 1:30:54 cool some sort of pinball looking 1:30:57 steampunk crazy ass 1:31:01 thing uh the AI the AI Salon it's not 1:31:05 that kind of Salon you don't get your 1:31:06 nails done here it's a it's a 1:31:09 salon Irregulars tap tap all right I 1:31:13 will go 1:31:15 there 1:31:16 um oh I see you're tap tapping while I'm 1:31:19 going through this um there's a news 1:31:23 channel there's also AI tools and 1:31:25 resources so again if you're new here 1:31:27 remember I said earlier if you're if 1:31:29 you're still here um I said go if you 1:31:34 haven't played with chat gbt just go 1:31:36 there right now and do it it's it's the 1:31:39 first thing on this list of recommended 1:31:41 tools I personally curate this list this 1:31:44 is this is a list of tools I put 1:31:47 together which I think are not a waste 1:31:49 of your time you're like well what are 1:31:52 your qualifications what are your 1:31:53 qualifications for recommending tools 1:31:56 here's my qualifications I'm impatient I 1:31:59 have ADHD and if something wastes my 1:32:01 time I want to throw it through the 1:32:02 [ __ ] 1:32:04 window those are my 1:32:07 qualifications so if something can 1:32:09 capture my attention and go oh that's 1:32:11 worth spending time with it's a rare 1:32:15 thing so I can promise you everything on 1:32:18 this list is one of those um and and the 1:32:21 one at the top until further notice is 1:32:24 chapp it's just 1:32:27 better and then if your question is well 1:32:29 Kyle is the 20 bucks a month worth it 1:32:31 for chat gppt plus the answer 1:32:35 is 1:32:37 yes and then if your question is oh how 1:32:39 much do you get paid every time one of 1:32:41 us buys the $20 I don't get 1:32:44 anything Sam wman and I there's a whole 1:32:49 thing it goes way back he's very jealous 1:32:51 of me he doesn't want want to give me 1:32:52 commissions even though I talk about his 1:32:54 stupid company every [ __ ] night like 1:32:57 I work 1:32:58 there it's just a jealousy thing I I've 1:33:01 come to accept it I'm a bigger man I'm a 1:33:03 bigger 1:33:05 man but that's just cuz I eat eat a lot 1:33:09 right he's he's he's trim he's trim he's 1:33:12 a trim Feller he's he's in good shape 1:33:15 he's in good shape but he is jealous 1:33:16 he's definitely because it's because 1:33:18 it's because it's the Charisma it's it's 1:33:20 the it's the I got something that is 1:33:23 he's challenged by anyway I don't make 1:33:26 any money so I don't give a [ __ ] if you 1:33:27 do this or not the 20 bucks a month for 1:33:29 chat GPT plus they call it which is the 1:33:32 one that gives you access to GPT 4 and 1:33:34 do in my opinion is the best $20 you 1:33:37 could spend right 1:33:39 now and if you spend the next I don't 1:33:42 know two weeks month two months digging 1:33:46 into all of the things that chat GPT can 1:33:49 do you're going to 1:33:51 be 1:33:52 significantly farther ahead than 95% of 1:33:55 the people on this planet probably 1:33:57 higher than that probably like 97% like 1:34:01 it's crazy how early we are it's crazy 1:34:06 how powerful these tools are and that no 1:34:09 one's using them relatively 1:34:13 speaking so over the next 18 months if 1:34:16 you get AI literate if you just start 1:34:17 playing with these things the the 1:34:20 opportunities just that are going to be 1:34:22 sitting in front of you and like we 1:34:23 watch it happen here 1:34:25 daily what I recommend for people just 1:34:28 in general is start playing just go play 1:34:32 then start solving problems solve 1:34:34 problems for other people solve problems 1:34:36 for yourself using AI like if you've got 1:34:39 something you got to do oh I got to go 1:34:41 create a competitive analysis for my 1:34:43 company I wonder if I could use chat gbt 1:34:46 for that and just go immediately to that 1:34:48 like see if you can shift your mind to 1:34:51 the first thing I ask when a problem 1:34:53 comes up is how do I do that with 1:34:55 AI tonius I'll tell Sam to see you yeah 1:34:59 tell Sam tell Sam you know he's got to 1:35:02 return my 73 text 1:35:04 messages and and I'll admit the last one 1:35:07 with the crying emojis was was probably 1:35:09 a little much but I was I was feeling 1:35:14 emotional 1:35:16 um and then so the first thing to do is 1:35:19 start playing with these tools the 1:35:21 second thing to do is start solving 1:35:22 problems any kind of problem ideally for 1:35:25 other people and then the third thing is 1:35:28 talk about what you're learning right 1:35:30 come into the AI Salon talk about it on 1:35:32 LinkedIn talk about it on Facebook talk 1:35:35 about it at your stupid dinner party you 1:35:36 didn't want to go to anyway but Kyle 1:35:38 it'll be uncomfortable nobody wants to 1:35:40 hear me talk about AI anymore talk about 1:35:42 it [ __ ] 1:35:43 anyway you know why cuz what I promise 1:35:47 you is the one that's harping the 1:35:49 loudest about how they don't want you to 1:35:51 talk about AI is going to come knocking 1:35:53 on your door 6 months from now hey Jenny 1:35:57 uh listen I know I was kind of a [ __ ] 1:36:00 to you about AI but uh huh my boss just 1:36:04 said if I don't learn it I'm going to 1:36:05 get fired could you help me with I just 1:36:08 need to help I don't know what to do I 1:36:10 feel so 1:36:13 scared she'll be coming 1:36:16 back and then you get to decide whether 1:36:19 you help her or 1:36:20 not 1:36:22 um and then there's lots of other things 1:36:24 you can play with there's other chat 1:36:26 bots in there you can play with there's 1:36:27 image generation tools there's video 1:36:29 generation tools music and audio 3D 1:36:33 worlds and objects and then there's 1:36:34 really interesting people to follow you 1:36:36 should be following these four 1:36:38 people the one caveat I'll give you is 1:36:41 David Shapiro he's a little geeky but 1:36:43 he's super Wicked smart he's also neuros 1:36:46 spicy so you got to you got to like that 1:36:48 about him um he's self-proclaimed neuros 1:36:51 spicy spicy and that's what he calls it 1:36:53 so I'm not I'm not like outing him like 1:36:55 you know well he's neurod Divergent and 1:36:58 that wasn't very nice of you to do that 1:37:00 I feel a little triggered no he just he 1:37:02 calls himself that um but this is a this 1:37:05 is a neuros spicy friendly channel so 1:37:08 um he's he he's very he's very very 1:37:11 technical but he does videos at least 1:37:14 once a week that are not technical 1:37:17 they're high level like here's the 1:37:19 impact of AI um so any anyway those are 1:37:22 really interesting people to follow then 1:37:23 the other thing you should do in the 1:37:25 salon is check out the guilds so there's 1:37:28 guilds which are sub communities within 1:37:31 the within the community they're super 1:37:35 cool and then there's clubs and we have 1:37:37 our own club the AI Irregulars is our 1:37:39 little Club so if you're in here oh look 1:37:43 Mr it made Danielle a song for her 1:37:45 laundry business let's go let's go 1:37:48 listen to 1:37:50 it 1:37:56 oh it's just oh he just made an image 1:37:58 okay it was an mp4 I thought it was a I 1:38:00 thought it was a sunno song that's very 1:38:02 cool though 1:38:03 um oh that's beautiful Corey Sandler 1:38:07 Cory Sandler's art is so 1:38:11 good oh nice 1:38:16 walrus nice crayfish or 1:38:20 Lobster 1:38:24 the laundry 1:38:27 ship laundry Mountain oh this is good 1:38:32 this is good welcome to the AI 1:38:35 Salon um so anyway so go go hang out 1:38:37 with the Irregulars you can chat with 1:38:39 them you can share cool things and you 1:38:40 know do inside jokes and things like 1:38:44 that o gorgeous dang that's nice 1:38:49 Corey so cool 1:38:52 so that's the AI Salon Isn't that cool I 1:38:55 talked about it to Dell technical 1:38:57 support agent and he dug 1:39:01 it what did you talk to the to the Dell 1:39:04 customer support 1:39:06 guy oh man you said committed to the to 1:39:12 the year of Tik Tock lives what happens 1:39:14 May 1:39:15 1st wouldn't you like to 1:39:20 know I don't know I assume I'll keep 1:39:25 going I mean I don't have a strong 1:39:27 desire to not do 1:39:30 this I think you 1:39:35 know I'm with two minds 1:39:38 about doing anything more formal than 1:39:41 this my fear is that if I do anything 1:39:44 more formal than this it becomes a 1:39:49 job and at the same time I'm putting in 1:39:51 a lot of time on this and so I don't 1:39:53 know I don't know what I'm going to do 1:39:55 but I'm not going to go away I'm not 1:39:57 going to go 1:39:58 away I just you know I did this 1:40:01 experiment when when we went into 1:40:03 lockdown I decided I was going to do a 1:40:05 video a day for until lockdown was 1:40:10 over and I thought it would be like a 1:40:12 month or 1:40:13 two and then at the end of a year I 1:40:16 stopped I was like [ __ ] it I'll commit 1:40:18 for I'll I'll do it for at least a year 1:40:20 and that was one where just stopped cuz 1:40:22 what was interesting about doing a video 1:40:24 a day it was called The extroverts View 1:40:26 From Within so if you want to go if you 1:40:28 want to go watch a man slowly descending 1:40:31 into madness over the course of a year 1:40:33 go to go to 1:40:36 YouTube and search for Kyle Shannon 1:40:38 extrovert and you'll see you'll see that 1:40:41 series and I did that for like a [ __ ] 1:40:44 year a video a day every day for a 1:40:47 [ __ ] year and I maybe got 65 1:40:50 followers and so when I started doing 1:40:52 Tik Tok like I had very low expectations 1:40:55 so what's been remarkable here is this 1:40:58 this has turned into like these lives 1:41:00 have turned into like a nightly jam 1:41:03 session that I just love and it feeds 1:41:06 the AI salon and the salon feeds this I 1:41:09 just I I'm I'm incredibly grateful for 1:41:13 this community um so this feels very 1:41:16 different than the [ __ ] I did with the 1:41:17 with the um extroverts View From Within 1:41:21 um so yeah so you know so I'm digging it 1:41:25 I'm digging it but I don't know if if 1:41:28 anyone has any ideas let me know I I'll 1:41:31 consider 1:41:32 anything ah yes you can't quit us I wish 1:41:35 I could quit 1:41:38 you stay the 1:41:40 same uh thank you very much Mr Studio 1:41:43 appreciate 1:41:44 that was that the hairy Year yes that 1:41:47 was the hairy year Kyle tell the nice 1:41:50 people about G weekend G GPT jams oh 1:41:52 yeah I forgot about that 1:41:54 so when you're in the AI salon and you 1:41:56 go down to 1:41:57 clubs one of the clubs is is a i l l 1:42:01 Irregulars that's what the people that 1:42:03 come here night after night after night 1:42:05 they're called the Irregulars they're 1:42:07 not weird they're 1:42:11 irregular and that's what the fiber is 1:42:13 for get 1:42:15 it it's a poop joke no 1:42:20 anyway so check out the Irregulars but 1:42:23 also in clubs there's a club called 1:42:25 weekend GPT jams that's hosted by Ann 1:42:28 Murphy so she put that club together 1:42:30 every Saturday at noon 1:42:33 Pacific an does this 2hour kickass it 1:42:37 started out as we're just going to build 1:42:38 gpts and now it's kind of expanded into 1:42:42 we're going to inspire each other we're 1:42:43 going to learn from each other we're 1:42:44 going to do maybe some GPT [ __ ] maybe 1:42:47 some image [ __ ] like it it's kind of 1:42:49 morphing and growing but but it's a 1:42:51 Hands-On 2-hour session every Saturday 1:42:54 curated by an and her and her lovely um 1:42:58 her lovely um second half Don wackers 1:43:03 Ley Ann Murphy why did you not take the 1:43:06 wackers Le 1:43:11 name and wackers Ley oh this weekend is 1:43:15 another Innovation lab oh this is cool 1:43:17 so last weekend um I think four people 1:43:20 got to go four or five so people from 1:43:23 the AI Salon 1:43:25 Community um she's doing these things 1:43:28 called Innovation Labs she did it last 1:43:30 weekend and she's doing it again this 1:43:32 weekend and The Innovation lab is people 1:43:35 come in and they show stuff they're 1:43:36 working on like like Pate talked about 1:43:40 hugging face and and kind of explained 1:43:42 from a technical perspective what that 1:43:44 was and a lot of people's faces kind of 1:43:46 melted they like that's too technical 1:43:48 for me um and but Cory s came in and 1:43:51 talks about how she thinks about doing 1:43:53 art with generative Ai and um Cindy [ __ ] 1:43:57 came in and talked about the AI Futures 1:43:59 book that that she and I worked on 1:44:01 together and and talked about why she 1:44:04 published it and how she P published it 1:44:06 and and Lun oh lunatick is was supposed 1:44:09 to go last weekend they ran out of time 1:44:11 so she's going this weekend so lunatick 1:44:14 Daisy Thomas she's built more than a 100 1:44:18 gpts and so she's going to come talk 1:44:20 about 1:44:21 why did she do that what did she do what 1:44:23 are the ones that worked what you know 1:44:25 what are the ones that inspired her how 1:44:27 are people using them um so go check 1:44:31 that out weekend GPT jams in the clubs 1:44:33 in the in the AI Salon all right and if 1:44:36 if you're like but Kyle I just got here 1:44:38 what's this AI Salon thing you're 1:44:40 talking about just go there go right 1:44:42 there the 1:44:44 salon. click on the very first link it's 1:44:46 a link tree with some other [ __ ] on it 1:44:49 click on the first link like like this 1:44:52 click 1:44:53 click click click why is it not working 1:44:56 click click oh there it 1:44:58 [Laughter] 1:45:05 goes is this Tik Tok on we've only got 1:45:09 10,000 likes in here 1:45:11 people we've only got 10,000 likes in 1:45:14 here I've been pouring out my heart and 1:45:16 soul and pushing the gold button you can 1:45:19 make money with ch 1:45:21 people are 1:45:23 disappointing how are you supposed to 1:45:25 get carpel tunnel if you don't tap the 1:45:27 screen incessantly huh you 1:45:30 can't you just hold your phone there 1:45:33 thinking like well this is moderately 1:45:35 entertaining I guess I'll watch this 1:45:37 instead of TV and then you just fall out 1:45:38 a little slobber running down your face 1:45:40 no you hold the phone with your 1:45:42 non-dominant hand and you tap like a mad 1:45:45 person like 1:45:47 this and then and then you're like but 1:45:50 Kyle what if I cramp up suck it up 1:45:53 buttercup this is the profession this is 1:45:55 the major leagues 1:45:58 Okay this may look like an amateur 1:46:01 operation but to be clear Spielberg's 1:46:04 behind this okay so tap it up major 1:46:07 leagues there's no whining in 1:46:10 AI but I'm cramping use your middle 1:46:15 finger good Lord people all right we're 1:46:18 up to 16,000 now that makes me feel 1:46:20 better 1:46:33 oh it's because your picture and picture 1:46:36 is all off that's why we can't tap no 1:46:39 it's good is my picture and picture good 1:46:41 I think it's 1:46:42 good here look there that is that 1:46:47 better fonus I just made logos for my 1:46:50 brother's business business using Dolly 1:46:51 and co-pilot and emailed them to them oh 1:46:54 that's super cool yeah so listen 1:46:59 seriously one of the things that I have 1:47:02 experienced with with the chat J that's 1:47:07 how Sam Alman says it 1:47:09 CH we say we call it the 1:47:13 AI and then and then you pronounce it 1:47:16 chat 1:47:17 je and then what you should do is 1:47:19 whenever anyone says Chad GPT you should 1:47:22 correct them and say oh that's not how 1:47:23 it's said it's actually 1:47:29 CH can can we write a tap GPT actually I 1:47:34 think on Amazon they sell autot tapping 1:47:41 devices by the way we're up to 23,000 1:47:43 you guys have redeemed yourself you're 1:47:45 good I'm tapping like 1:47:49 crazy Oh Lordy what was I talking about 1:47:54 some 1:47:56 chat oh I had a point I was going 1:47:59 somewhere anyone remember was anyone 1:48:02 paying attention to me I thought this 1:48:04 was James Cameron Sam Alman production 1:48:07 that's no James camon this was when I 1:48:10 was when I was just producing static 1:48:11 content that was the James Cameron phase 1:48:14 of the AI learning lab we've moved on to 1:48:16 Spielberg for the lives yeah it's uh 1:48:20 it's spiel Berg and uh and Ron what's 1:48:23 his name you know Ron the redhead Opie 1:48:29 Opie oh Champ's getting cheese CH 1:48:33 Champ's getting cheese he's gonna be 1:48:36 very happy now my toes are even sore 1:48:39 from 1:48:43 tapping oh man y'all are funny I almost 1:48:46 passed out because I forgot to breathe 1:48:48 while 1:48:49 tapping 1:48:51 see that's the right attitude so 1:48:54 committed to tapping you forget to 1:48:56 breathe that's that's appropriate that's 1:48:59 appropriate sure they may pass out what 1:49:02 happens someone will walk along they'll 1:49:04 slap you around wake 1:49:05 up back to tapping but I can't um I 1:49:10 can't see it's okay just 1:49:14 tap listen listen this channel could 1:49:17 have gone down a very dark path when Dar 1:49:21 the star of Tik Tok came in here and 1:49:23 challenged me to a battle and I actually 1:49:25 accepted it not knowing what the [ __ ] a 1:49:27 battle was in Tik 1:49:29 Tock I could have gone down a very dark 1:49:31 path where this channel could have been 1:49:33 nothing but you [ __ ] tapping all the 1:49:35 time I chose not to do that that's for 1:49:39 you 1 million likes exactly Captain 1:49:47 mut oh man that's really funny 1:49:52 sorry slaking only a thousand Taps for 1:49:54 me I'm usually good for two to 1:49:56 3,000 slacking that's pretty 1:49:59 [Laughter] 1:50:02 funny oh what's the best technique for 1:50:05 tapping a lot and we are not a cult yeah 1:50:07 exactly um I I honestly don't know I've 1:50:10 never I mean I've I I you know what I do 1:50:14 when I go to a oh Andrea thank you when 1:50:17 I go to a Tik Tok Channel I actually 1:50:19 just click on the heart button so I 1:50:22 don't know I don't even really know 1:50:24 about the tapping I don't know how to 1:50:25 use Tik Tok and I don't 1:50:28 care what I have learned is you can't 1:50:31 show boobies and you can't say certain 1:50:34 words because they're listening all the 1:50:36 time and they'll shut that [ __ ] down 1:50:39 they threaten to shut me down 1:50:41 permanently ban me 1:50:43 permanently cuz some AI accidentally 1:50:46 generated some booby art for for like 1:50:49 two seconds and it was like boom you're 1:50:52 shut down 1:50:53 permanently it's 1:50:56 crazy so I know that about Tik 1:51:01 Tok all right what do we want to 1:51:05 do um you have to get your face really 1:51:09 close to the screen when taing to that's 1:51:11 it yeah 1:51:16 exactly is this how you do it is this 1:51:18 how you do it is this it is this it 1:51:22 I'm tapping Kyle's forehead it's that's 1:51:24 a large Target area too yeah go nuts go 1:51:27 that's that's fine area oh man all right 1:51:32 AI fundraising I have a method key is 1:51:34 minimize and lift your finger oh this is 1:51:36 good you're giving each other tapping 1:51:40 advice this is what this channel has 1:51:42 come to by the way we're almost at 1:51:48 40,000 oh pretend it's an old old school 1:51:50 Nintendo controller with Jack and 1:51:56 field oh that's [ __ ] hilarious you 1:51:58 all can stop tapping now I think it's I 1:52:00 think you're good but thank you I 1:52:02 appreciate 1:52:06 it oh man If Ever I want a good laugh 1:52:10 just you know shame the people for their 1:52:13 weak tapping skills 1:52:15 and all the 1:52:17 love make yourself an orange and you'll 1:52:19 get more life I know that was really 1:52:21 funny when I did that how did I do that 1:52:24 I don't even know how I did it was it 1:52:28 effects I know doesn't [ __ ] matter 1:52:31 doesn't it doesn't matter nothing 1:52:33 matters oh we're not stopping now all 1:52:36 right you haven't hit 40,000 yet wait 1:52:38 it's it's G to snap pretty quick here 1:52:41 399 40 all right 1:52:44 40,000 and don't even set 50,000 as a 1:52:47 goal we're going to get to 50,000 before 1:52:49 I figure out what I'm going to do next 1:52:51 so that's 1:52:57 easy I could talk about the Box metaphor 1:53:05 again I just like booping your nose Kyle 1:53:09 boop boop 1:53:18 boop filter it's under 1:53:22 filters um there's 1:53:25 effects is it under 1:53:28 effects 1:53:30 yeah search 1:53:36 orange 1:53:38 wait uh uh 1:53:49 Orange 1:53:55 [Laughter] 1:54:07 don't challenge us 1:54:09 sir wait 1:54:12 okay look at that I figured out how to 1:54:14 turn it off and or on and back off which 1:54:17 I couldn't do the other night 1:54:21 [Laughter] 1:54:23 screenshot oh any updates on your rabbit 1:54:26 R1 delivery 1:54:29 no I got nothing let me go look at let 1:54:31 me go check my email and see you know 1:54:33 what's funny um the I joined the the 1:54:37 rabbit R1 1:54:40 Discord and right after CSS they were 1:54:44 super busy they were making 1:54:45 announcements every three day like three 1:54:48 times a day and and now their last 1:54:51 announcement was the 29th of January 1:54:54 which basically was people are spoofing 1:54:56 us don't get ripped off that's the last 1:54:58 thing they tweeted so I have a feeling 1:55:01 they are deep in manufacturing hell 1:55:03 right 1:55:04 now CU cuz the CEO isn't putting out 1:55:08 demos 1:55:10 anymore and they ain't talking 1:55:14 [ __ ] wait I have one can 1:55:18 confirm oh resin printer 1:55:20 yeah people are talking about 3D 1:55:22 printing right 1:55:24 now oh that's funny someone's got got a 1:55:28 Diet Coke can on a rabbit R1 they're 1:55:30 using it as a 1:55:34 coaster that's pretty 1:55:36 [Laughter] 1:55:40 funny oh 1:55:46 man just got upgraded yeah I don't know 1:55:49 I haven't heard it anything so no I 1:55:51 don't know wait info center 1:55:58 resources 1:56:01 nothing nothing nothing 1:56:06 nothing oh there's some there's some 1:56:08 more Demos in here but anyway whatever 1:56:12 all right do a whole live as orange 1:56:16 man maybe I'll find Orange man's really 1:56:19 disturbing 1:56:20 like isn't 1:56:22 he I mean you don't want to watch this 1:56:25 for an hour do you let's see what else 1:56:28 we 1:56:30 got h 1:56:40 no who is the the unknown comic from the 1:56:43 SE from the ' 80s or 1:56:46 90s hero girl oh so sexy 1:56:57 [Laughter] 1:57:01 wait natural 1:57:02 makeup 1:57:06 gorgeous more natural 1:57:12 [Music] 1:57:17 makeup I don't know what the [ __ ] I'm 1:57:19 doing the account is just 1:57:23 plummeting you're all tapping away I'm 1:57:26 putting on stupid [ __ ] masks the 1:57:29 viewer 1:57:31 count all right so what time is it oh 1:57:35 it's 10 o'clock I should probably get 1:57:36 going soon anyway um I'll do I'll do 1:57:38 sort of one more one more little demo or 1:57:41 something like that or answer questions 1:57:43 why don't we do this if you have 1:57:44 questions about AI pop that in the 1:57:46 comments right now and then mods grab 1:57:49 just grab some something where someone's 1:57:50 asking an actual comment about AI or 1:57:54 demo or something like that bagman 1:57:57 bagman and then I'll do it 30 minute 1:58:00 adioses Kyle are you able to share a 1:58:03 simple chat that has an image chat GPT 4 1:58:07 yeah in fact I'll show a GPT that's 1:58:08 that's a good 1:58:11 idea 1:58:12 okay 1:58:15 so if you go to chat 1:58:18 GPT 1:58:21 there's there's two versions of chat GPT 1:58:24 I badly blew my 1:58:26 workspace in gp4 M Gemini help throw me 1:58:30 a 1:58:31 line before I burn wait I badly blew my 1:58:36 workspace in GPT 1:58:38 4 I don't know what that means laughing 1:58:41 Thunder what do you mean you blew your 1:58:47 workspace my Gemini helped throw me a 1:58:50 line before I burn 20 1:58:52 bucks I Gemini is really janky I tried 1:58:55 to use Gemini today you want to hear 1:58:57 something really [ __ ] up so last night 1:59:00 I used um Gemini Advanced to do some 1:59:05 positioning of my 1:59:07 company and I went back to look at it 1:59:09 today and it wouldn't let me scroll all 1:59:11 the way up my history the part of the of 1:59:13 the conversation I wanted to get to I 1:59:15 actually couldn't get to it wouldn't it 1:59:17 it only scrolled up like halfway up the 1:59:19 conversation 1:59:20 and so I don't I don't think I have I 1:59:22 don't think I can get access to it that 1:59:24 pissed me off so no I wouldn't use 1:59:26 Gemini right now it's it's jankier than 1:59:30 [ __ ] um demonstration of AI is it 1:59:34 getting better or worse 1:59:37 yes is the answer to that the the answer 1:59:41 it's the genius of and AIT TMZ Reddit 1:59:44 news maybe we could do that what are we 1:59:47 trying wait we are trying our best as 1:59:50 Educators to get administration to 1:59:52 support AI in the classroom yeah Mr 1:59:55 Studio I so you should absolutely join 1:59:59 the AI salon and join the education 2:00:02 Guild I think that 2:00:05 um I think that that Guild is going to 2:00:08 be a really powerful voice in education 2:00:12 if if if we support it right because 2:00:16 you've got Educators in there leading 2:00:18 that Guild and attrac ing other 2:00:20 Educators that are getting AI literate 2:00:22 and getting really smart about it and 2:00:24 you're going to be able to support one 2:00:26 another 2:00:28 in educating 2:00:31 administrators on how they need to 2:00:33 [ __ ] deal with 2:00:34 this so so 2:00:37 yes 2:00:39 um I might be late tomorrow Silver Fox 2:00:42 but I don't know I haven't I haven't I 2:00:45 haven't thought about it yet I'll yeah 2:00:46 I'll probably I'll probably do a timer 2:00:48 tomorrow probably come on at 9:00 2:00:50 tomorrow mountain 2:00:52 time tonius I'm a student my 2:00:56 school this semester just banned using 2:00:59 AI too late un [ __ ] believable 2:01:02 tonius unbelievable banned using 2:01:06 AI the most 2:01:08 powerful knowledge tool in the history 2:01:11 of humanity and educational institutions 2:01:13 are Banning 2:01:15 it think about 2:01:18 that 2:01:26 unbelievable what administrative GPT use 2:01:29 cases would you picture for the 2:01:30 financial services industry I don't know 2:01:33 I don't know the financial services 2:01:34 industry that well 2:01:36 um and and open AI is restricting 2:01:41 Financial Services health care and 2:01:43 politics in their gpts so I would really 2:01:48 go read their 2:01:50 their policies carefully before you 2:01:51 spend too much time building it make 2:01:53 sure that you can actually publish it 2:01:56 because you might not be able to 2:01:57 anything that gives Financial advice 2:02:00 Health advice or does anything 2:02:02 resembling politics they're denying so 2:02:05 for what that's worth okay someone 2:02:07 wanted to see chat and pictures 2:02:11 together 2:02:13 um so so this is chat GPT there's chat 2:02:16 GPT 3.5 so so if you have the free vers 2:02:19 it does not do pictures so if you ask it 2:02:21 to make a picture it 2:02:23 can't to to get chat GPT 4 you go to um 2:02:29 your name in the lower leftand corner go 2:02:31 to my plan and then chat GPT plus is the 2:02:34 one you want to 2:02:35 get and again I'm not affiliated with 2:02:38 these guys in any way I but I personally 2:02:41 think that 20 bucks is the best 20 bucks 2:02:43 you could spend right 2:02:45 now um it just does a lot and so here 2:02:49 here's a fun thing you can do I'm going 2:02:51 to flip back to chat 2:02:53 gb4 so one of the things that a lot of 2:02:55 people don't know about is that chat gbt 2:02:58 can make images using dolly3 but it can 2:03:01 also 2:03:03 see and so I'm going to go grab an 2:03:07 image oh that's good we'll grab 2:03:10 Danielle's Challenger that she made for 2:03:11 the hero image tonight and I'm going to 2:03:14 say describe 2:03:18 this 2:03:25 and wait why did it oh it didn't upload 2:03:29 it as an 2:03:30 image that was 2:03:32 weird it uploaded it as a 2:03:37 file and now it's generating an 2:03:40 image I 2:03:44 want there's some weird behavior in chat 2:03:47 gbt 2:03:48 tonight I they're I they're updating 2:03:51 something they're I guarantee you 2:03:53 they're updating something it's way too 2:03:55 verbose when it makes images right now I 2:03:57 just uploaded an image that was 2:04:00 generated in chat GPT it didn't upload 2:04:03 it as an image it uploaded it as a raw 2:04:05 file I said describe this and now it's 2:04:08 making an image let's see what image it 2:04:10 makes it'll be curious to see if it 2:04:12 makes an image with a purple 1970 2:04:15 Challenger on 2:04:17 It come on Chad GPT what's your 2:04:25 [Music] 2:04:30 weirdness describe a photograph without 2:04:33 accessing 2:04:39 it oh my God they're doing something on 2:04:42 the back in let me go see if I can find 2:04:44 a 2:04:45 PNG all right we'll do we'll do this is 2:04:47 Danielle's fantasy bear that this was 2:04:50 the uh the precursor to Gemini bear um 2:04:54 so I'll say describe 2:04:59 this all 2:05:05 right that image was made in Dolly 3 by 2:05:08 the 2:05:09 way see how slow chat GPT is how it hung 2:05:13 there for a 2:05:15 while image dep depicts a majestic scene 2:05:19 of a bear with an image with with large 2:05:22 Fantastical Wings standing at the edge 2:05:23 of a Serene body of water the wings are 2:05:26 richly detailed right so it gives us a 2:05:28 nice description so if you didn't know 2:05:30 that chat GPT can see this is called GPT 2:05:34 Vision it's not just describing images 2:05:37 you can upload a picture of a whiteboard 2:05:39 and it will understand what's on it I I 2:05:42 have about 30 Post-it notes from a 2:05:45 brainstorming session on one of my 2:05:46 whiteboards that have been there for 2:05:48 like 2 years 2:05:50 and with you know the lovely add I was 2:05:52 just like I'll get to it I'll get to it 2:05:54 never wrote them down I took a snapshot 2:05:56 just a phone photo of all those Post-it 2:05:59 notes uploaded it to chat GPT and it 2:06:02 instantly wrote them all and categorized 2:06:04 them like it's amazing so anyway so one 2:06:07 thing that you can do with chat 2:06:09 GPT which is kind of 2:06:12 fun is a thing called Dolly round 2:06:15 tripping where you use GPT Vision to Des 2:06:19 describe the image and then you use 2:06:20 Dolly to make the image based on the 2:06:22 description so I'm going to say make 2:06:26 that 2:06:28 image and so now it should there you go 2:06:33 creating image just make 2:06:39 that oh I just saw a thing VI Vigilant 2:06:42 or at 3D vigilante yeah if you can't 2:06:44 afford the 20 bucks a month for chat GPT 2:06:46 don't spend it you can you can get if 2:06:49 effectively the same stuff uh at 2:06:52 co-pilot 2:06:53 microsoft.com uh for free uh so I'm 2:06:56 going to 2:06:58 say um so so anyway so so Dolly round 2:07:01 tripping you can just keep going back 2:07:02 and forth have it describe it then have 2:07:04 it create the image then have it 2:07:05 describe it have it create the image and 2:07:08 just keep going back and forth you can 2:07:10 alter the descriptions if you want to 2:07:11 alter something in it but you can get 2:07:14 pretty far away from it here's another 2:07:15 thing you can do that a lot of people 2:07:17 don't don't know about 2:07:19 is you can tell Dolly to just make it 2:07:23 more something so in this case I'm going 2:07:26 to say make it more 2:07:35 Fantastical and so now it's going to 2:07:38 chat GPT iOS has search on chats not on 2:07:41 desktop though retr Punk AI that the 2:07:44 fact that you can't search your prompt 2:07:45 history on desktop is like I I I 2:07:49 seriously if there's a thing that I want 2:07:51 to talk to Sam Alman about that's 2:07:52 [ __ ] it how is that even 2:07:56 possible it's just doesn't make any 2:07:58 sense to me it makes no flipping sense 2:08:02 no flipping sense none no sense God dang 2:08:07 it oh 2:08:09 nice uh 2:08:17 more 2:08:21 so you can just keep going right you can 2:08:23 you can make a bunny make him happier 2:08:26 make him more happy make him more happy 2:08:27 make him more happy just keep going 2:08:29 going going going 2:08:31 going oh my goodness how to change an 2:08:35 app worked with Streamlight to flask I 2:08:39 don't know wait how to change an app 2:08:41 worked with Streamlight to flask hallo 2:08:44 ask chat GPT to help you with that 2:08:46 transition it should be able to do it 2:08:49 Kyle I ask it now to create a 2:08:51 downloadable jpeg file for images and it 2:08:53 does no worries oh regarding webp oh 2:08:56 that's cool oh that's really smart look 2:08:59 at look at Corey Corey Sandler so Corey 2:09:02 Sandler is so cool she's a Potter she 2:09:04 works with mud and and and you know grit 2:09:08 all day and she cooks and she sings and 2:09:11 she does this and she now she's gotten 2:09:12 into this AI stuff now she's turning 2:09:14 into a total geek she's making gpts 2:09:17 she's figuring out how to get Al to 2:09:19 download [ __ ] so there's an interesting 2:09:22 weirdness about 2:09:24 um about chat gpt's image 2:09:29 formats if you rightclick save it it 2:09:32 saves it as a web P file or an AV GX or 2:09:37 I don't know what it is some weird ass 2:09:38 format that not everything supports if 2:09:41 you click this little download button 2:09:43 right here it um it downloads a PNG 2:09:49 and then what Cory just said is um save 2:09:53 this 2:09:55 as a 2:09:58 JPG and it should give us a 2:10:01 downloadable file here we'll 2:10:05 see uh uh see see where it says 2:10:07 analyzing so so what what this is if you 2:10:10 don't know there's a thing in chat GPT 2:10:13 called code 2:10:14 interpreter and when it says analyzing 2:10:17 it's actually using this code 2:10:18 interpreter thing to write and execute 2:10:21 its own python so when I ask it to save 2:10:24 it as GPT it creates it grabs a library 2:10:28 that can convert an image and then it 2:10:30 writes python code converts it into into 2:10:34 a JPEG and then lets me download it and 2:10:36 let's see yep there's a JPEG right there 2:10:41 boom nice hack Corey Sandler you you 2:10:45 geek you're you're you're turning into a 2:10:47 full-on geek pretty soon you're going to 2:10:49 be Wilder and Wilder you should 2:11:06 also you should subscribe to Corey 2:11:08 Sandler Pottery because she goes she 2:11:10 does her Pottery lives a lot she does 2:11:12 music lives cooking lives and now she's 2:11:15 doing um AI 2:11:17 lives 2:11:19 where she's walking through her creative 2:11:21 process which I think is an amazing 2:11:23 thing like most artists you know are a 2:11:26 little a little guarded about how they 2:11:28 do what they do she's super generous 2:11:30 about it and watching how she does how 2:11:33 she uses chat gbt to make art is is 2:11:36 super cool if you haven't if you haven't 2:11:39 experienced it wow that's really cool so 2:11:41 you can just go on and on and on and 2:11:43 keep making it more and more extreme and 2:11:45 and that's a fun way to do it so anyway 2:11:47 could you please list the free version 2:11:49 of text to image AI generator so F yes L 2:11:53 listen here's where you're going to want 2:11:55 to go go there the salon. 2:11:59 a resonate with you you're going to 2:12:29 like this community if they don't you 2:12:31 probably 2:12:32 won't 2:12:34 um and then go to the community section 2:12:37 and go to tools and 2:12:39 resources and there's a whole list of 2:12:43 things here so most of these tools have 2:12:45 a free option some do not you could say 2:12:48 for every every following generation 2:12:49 make it a
