8. 1:34machines do you rent them or make them or use them I have many dirty rugs I have one that's sort of a giant shag carp but
9. 1:46it's an absolute disaster to vacuum everything gets caught in the vacuum it's a disaster is there a way to get chat GPT to remember steps to
10. 1:54instructions if they are longer than the limit no but if you go to po.com so the third thing right here right
11. 2:07there um and you pay their 20 bucks subscription you get access to um there's a Claude model called Claude instant
12. 2:17100K that has 100,000 token limit which is about 75,000 words so with PO with with Claude 100K you can you can get much much longer things
13. 2:30oh manufacturing and distribution very hard thanks for asking man there's so much I I like I I would I can't even
14. 2:37imagine all the stuff that you're going to be able to do with with all this chat GPT stuff with manufacturing and
15. 2:44distribution especially when um if you haven't seen it yet go check out go watch uh YouTube videos on um code
16. 2:51interpreter where you're going to be able to take a lot of your data um for for what you do and do all sorts of crazy stuff with it so

18. 3:09Kyle Shannon this is the AI learning lab I'm an entrepreneur I've started 12 or 15 companies in my day um this channel
19. 3:17is really just about talking about AI answering questions um demystifying it um hopefully getting people as um as
20. 3:26curious and uh excited I guess is the right word I'm I'm cautiously excited about generative AI um I think it's one
21. 3:36of the most um profound Technologies in the history of the world I really do and um my my context for that I was I was
22. 3:46there for the early days of the worldwide web I started one of the early digital agencies company called agency.com
23. 3:52and uh so I got to experience watching you know the worldwide web do what it did from the ground up and this stuff seems like that only a
24. 4:02lot more profound and it's coming a lot um by the way if you have if you've been here in the past if you've been here in
25. 4:09the past week or no it's probably been like 3 weeks they took away my dual cameras they took away my ability to do
26. 4:17both of these picture and picture things uh they gave it back to me tonight I don't know why cuz Tik Tock anyway if
27. 4:24you've never used chat GPT go to that top URL chat. open.com that is chat gpt's official website just go there right now go there and and
28. 4:35start playing until you have what what I've been calling you know your Kevin McAllister moment your home alone
29. 4:43moment um at some point it will do something that will blow your mind and at that point then you'll go well holy
30. 4:50crap what else can it do and then you're hooked um this this URL right here prompts do chat if you don't know
31. 4:56anything about chat GPT and haven't even heard of prompts and you don't know what the hell I'm talking about prompt. chat
32. 5:02will tell you what it is how chat GPT works and it gives you a whole long list of ideas of things that you can do with
33. 5:08chat GPT then bing.com is Microsoft search engine so if you go there and click on the chat button that's actually chat
34. 5:17gp4 um and it's connected to the internet and it's free and you can make images with it you say make me an image of a cat
35. 5:24surfing period and it will do that um it uses do which of all the image generation tools is the crappiest but it
36. 5:33still makes images that you ask it to it's pretty cool and then po.com gives you access to three different or six
37. 5:39different models uh from three different companies so if you've got questions about AI pop them in the comments below
38. 5:46I'll do my best to answer them um oh another request so for the past two nights a couple of folks have asked um do I do I have a
39. 5:55workshop and the answer is no but I now have a workshop graphic so so I did this today you know I put my my my face on there but we you
40. 6:06don't need to see that twice um so so I have a Graphic now um but but I was thinking about what do I want to do for
41. 6:12a workshop and I thought well it shouldn't be what I want to do for a workshop it should be what what's what's most needed so I
42. 6:21created a survey so if you go to link tree um slre Kyle Shannon I don't I just put the capital letters there so that
43. 6:29you can read it easier um it doesn't matter though um but if you go there the first link is is a survey that I've now
44. 6:37give everyone given everyone permission to so if you could just confirm that you actually have permission to take the
45. 6:42survey that would be great but if you go there um tell me it's just three questions it's just basically like what
46. 6:48are you trying to learn like what would make the biggest difference for you and what you know you know what what results
47. 6:54would you like to see in the next year right so if I can just get a sense of what people are trying to accomplish
48. 7:00great my my initial instinct is to do kind of a two-day two 2hour sessions on two different days where the first one
49. 7:08is just kind of a primer here's chat gbt Maybe here's some image stuff send people off with some homework and you
50. 7:15know go play it homework for me is going to be like go play um and then come back the next day and talk about what's a
51. 7:22project in your life you want to you want to make some progress with and then together we'll do that but if you would
52. 7:27do me the favor go there fill out the survey let me know if I did a workshop what you what you want to accomplish and
53. 7:35then I'll I'll do it based based on that sorry I just ate so I've got semi hiccups they're not quite yeah they're just

57. 8:16most of the document are all these personas so like act as a mathematician act as a screenwriter whatever it is go
58. 8:25look at how those prompts are constructed and then tell chat GPT act like a championship um you know poker
59. 8:32player um for competitive poker and it will teach you poker Theory like really well um okay kizzle J kizzle thank you you're

63. 9:24and by the way I saw like Sonia you and and the fundraising woman um have started showing up in my feed now so so
64. 9:33it's cool to see you talking about chachy PT that's pretty cool but yes dual camera is back why I don't know I
65. 9:40guess I was a good boy and they gave me back my dual camera so so here's my thoughts on courses so so people in here are asking
66. 9:50me to do a workshop so I I I think I would be U it would be disingenuous of me to say that courses are a waste of time uh cuz I'm thinking
67. 10:00of putting one together I would take everything you learn in a course right now with a bit of a grain of salt because not not
68. 10:08because the courses aren't bad like do I think there are people out there that know enough about this stuff now that
69. 10:14they can legitimately teach a course yes but I think it is as valuable if not more valuable right now to teach
70. 10:24yourself to just play to get curious to just just start start playing with these things figuring it out for yourself um
71. 10:30if the course can help accelerate that great um but don't put too much weight on it because 6 months from now
72. 10:37everything's going to be different so whatever you learn in the course right now some of the Core Concepts around prompting may be
73. 10:44valuable but I think even prompting is going to change dramatically because one of the trends that I'm
74. 10:51seeing in prompting right now is writing prompts to get chat GPT to prompt to give you better prompts or to prompt itself
75. 10:59um so so chat GPT effectively acts like your um your prompting coach and kind of guide you through it writing prompts to
76. 11:09give you what you want um that's a trend I've seen recently that's going to happen more and more programmatically
77. 11:16where the need to do really sophisticated prompting if you're on the development side of the world if you're
78. 11:23an engineer and you're developing product then yeah definitely need to learn this if you're an end user I think
79. 11:29the tools are going to get increasingly sophisticated so um yeah so I would I would just you know find someone that you don't mind their
80. 11:40voice CU sometimes courses like I'm just listening like I I'll watch a you it's funny when when I go to watch YouTube
81. 11:48series when I want to learn something well preach tgbt um when I want to learn something you know I go look for all the
82. 11:55videos and my first criteria is can I stand their voice and if I could stand their voice then then then I would um
83. 12:02listen to them cuz if I couldn't I'm just like nothing nothing goes into my brain um Can it help with farming yeah I
84. 12:10mean I think it so it here's the thing about about and please let me know I'm pretty sure that when I switch cameras
85. 12:18it delays for a second so please let me know if that's still the case um the thing about these large language models is the depth of
86. 12:27knowledge that they have is staggeringly deep and so so things like farming where there's lots and lots of stuff on the
87. 12:36internet the these large language models have essentially been trained on all of the public internet so the trick is
88. 12:43getting them kind of um molded into the expert that you need so it it depends on what you're doing with farming if you're
89. 12:52doing like big commercial farming say Hey you know you run a commercial farming Enterprise and and you're an
90. 12:59expert in that and I want help on either the economics or on fertilizer or on cycling crops or whatever it might be if
91. 13:08it's smaller scale then you know have it have it be you know act as an organic farmer and I I want to be able to have
92. 13:16the same results as a big commercial Farm but I want everything to be organic and then start interacting with it the
93. 13:21best way to interact with these tools is really to think of it less like you have to get the perfect answer the first time
94. 13:28time and more like you're you're having a conversation with it so kind of set it up as the expert that you want it to be
95. 13:35and then start interrogating it and yes it will help you a lot um it it can help you a lot prompt. chat is uh Simeon D

97. 13:56Nova was a PBS show about science [ __ ] when did they bring back dual camera this afternoon apparently I went to go
98. 14:03live and there it was cuz I've been looking for it every time I go to go live I'm like is it there and then today
99. 14:09I didn't look for it and it was there so there you have it dual camera is back what's the best email to reach you if you go

101. 14:31um couple of people on the live had said hey would you put together a workshop um I have not put it together yet I have

103. 14:48tell me the kinds of things that would make a difference for you in a workshop and then that's what I'll make the the
104. 14:54workshop around so so it has not been built yet I don't have timing for it yet um like I I'm reticent to do a workshop if it's not
105. 15:05good so so I want to make sure it's good and it serves everyone so that's why I want to do the the survey

107. 15:23uh I don't know as you can imagine or as you can see I'm pretty passionate about you know talking about this stuff wherever and
108. 15:32whenever have you heard about bensur decentralized Ai No bensur is that how it's spelled oh oh bit tensor bensur yeah he's clever uh bit
109. 15:47tensor no I haven't let me go let me go look at it now um bit tensor B andur internet scaling machine
110. 16:07learning open decentral open incentivized decentralized and user governed build all right so you can go build some
111. 16:20[ __ ] there's a white paper cool I'll check it out yeah I think that's interesting I mean with all the large with the open
112. 16:29source large large language model stuff I think a decentralized AI the ability to do it what would actually be really
113. 16:37interesting there is if I don't know if that project is going to get there but if there's a way to do decentralized
114. 16:44training where you could do a foundation model um in a decentralized way that could compete with open AI or Google
115. 16:54that could be interesting yeah that could be really interesting so thank you for sharing that hello from Canada hello Liza what
116. 17:05do you think about the app ask AI versus chat. openai app I am the reason I have these things on screen all the time when I'm talking is
117. 17:18um open AI is the one that like chat GPT GPT 4 right now is by far the best of these large language models there's just
118. 17:28nothing even close to it the open source things are getting close to 3.5 and in fact one of them just surpassed 3.5 in a
119. 17:36big test so they're coming Bard's not even close the Llama models aren't even close um um the Claude models are decent and
120. 17:49they've got some features that are different those are from anthropic but those are a bunch of X open AI folks so they should be good um so
121. 18:00if I I don't know what features ask AI gives you but I assume it's just kind of a prompt engine sitting on top of the
122. 18:09the GPT 3.5 or gp4 model which so is chat GPT so for me I'm using chat GPT I just think it's like especially if
123. 18:20you're the plus subscriber there they give you early access to their technology and it's just better like gp4
124. 18:27their GPT for at Bing just they're just totally different experiences so hello from Allen Texas wow cool I love that we
125. 18:36got people from all over I'm obsessed with chat GPT and Bing chat I know it's just it's like it's like once you once
126. 18:43you have that moment of like oh my God it's this isn't just Google right this isn't just a fancy Google once you have that moment
127. 18:54it's I don't know it's hard to not think about it all the time because it's just oh wait response to the survey was

129. 19:08image in uh in mid Journey isn't that slick cuz it's like books and learning and laptops and the dude at computers learning AI in a lab

140. 21:06about coding okay Daisy so if you have not um seen videos of people using Code interpreter um go do that especially if
141. 21:18you're into data analytics in any way so just go to YouTube Type in code interpreter chat GPT and um code interpreter is basically
142. 21:28a new feature coming out from open AI so from from chat GPT so right now if you pay for GPT plus you get GPT 4 gp4
143. 21:39connected to the internet and plugins the fourth mode is called code interpreter and it allows you to upload data like 100
144. 21:51megabyte um spreadsheet of data and it will read it all and then it does full data analysis you can just start asking
145. 22:00it about it like like what are some interesting Trends in this data are there any anomalies in the in the data
146. 22:06can you create me Ethan mik the the Wharton professor today just did a post on LinkedIn where he asked it to create
147. 22:16three-dimensional data of of um word embeddings like large language model vectors and then he asked it to
148. 22:27add a fourth mention and it added colors and it created an animation with colors like it's it's insane it's insane so
149. 22:35just go watch videos on that cuz most of them are um or the ones that that are really fun are data scientists who look
150. 22:44at what code interpreter does and they're like oh [ __ ] like everyone does every every time someone uses chat GPT for the thing that
151. 22:55they do they're like oh this is good right [Laughter] no um is are there possible wait possible legal ramifications around
152. 23:09using AI for anything anti-government not right now and if you really wanted to do that and you're worried about it I I
153. 23:20mean apple is the only one who has consistently resisted allowing back doors into their into using data
154. 23:29everyone else has sold it out um even [ __ ] uh what's it called the the uh Ledger the nft the hardware wallet
155. 23:39there's a [ __ ] government back door for The Ledger nft wallet the blockchain wallet so um so yeah I suppose there's a risk
156. 23:55um you know to the extent that you trust Google or to the extent that you just trust open aai and Microsoft um it's there if you really
157. 24:05want to do that go play with the open source stuff that doesn't have any restrictions on it anyway set at home
158. 24:10for for model training oh actually yeah set at home it would be really interesting if you were if you were
159. 24:16doing seti at home training and you you got access to their data you could probably do some really cool data
160. 24:23crunching with with code interpreter with that I don't know but possible do you know of a directory for
161. 24:33plugins um there's a plugin there's a plugin for plugins and you can also search for them so hasn't played with uhoh what just
162. 24:44happened my dual camera just went away the hell God damn it oh tick tock
163. 25:01I don't want to leave and come back anyway I'll just do plugins for now okay so if if you want to use plugins you
164. 25:07have to be signed up for GPT plus you've got GPT 3.5 GPT 4 um when you if if you pay for g chat GPT plus
165. 25:21and you don't see browse with Bing and plugins you have to enable them in your settings so go to your settings and in
166. 25:28one of those settings is beta features you have to turn them on and then when you go to plugins you now have this popup list of
167. 25:38these are all the plugins I have installed and then I can enable up to three of them in a given chat session
168. 25:45but if I want to find more I have to go to the plug-in store and then the plug-in store has 154
169. 26:00Time 4 like I don't know more than 600 of these bad boys so I could search for something if I wanted something on SEO I
170. 26:06can type in SEO and it'll go find me all the SEO related plugins but there is a plug-in plugin plugin pedia so let me go back
171. 26:17over to here and I will turn off this other crap and turn on plugin pedia which just by its name probably
172. 26:25means it's going to suck and that's the thing about there's plugin pedia so I'm going to turn that on I'm going to turn these other things
173. 26:33off oh yeah I want to play with plugin pedia recommend plugins in the store based on your question and introduce their usage okay
174. 26:45so I'm going to say um I want to um improve let's see my
175. 27:00website um just say I want to improve my website let's see what it comes up with that's great improving a website can it didn't fire off
176. 27:14that all right so I'm going to stop it here I'm going to say what plugins can I use to improve my website all right there it's using plugin
177. 27:31pedia here are some plugins Auto infro One netfinity net lifi drop so this probably answers your
178. 27:46question be forewarned with the with the plugins that they most of them suck they just suck bad but it was like
179. 27:57it's it's very much like the early days of I can't believe I lost my uh my dual camera what the heck Tik Tock what's
180. 28:05going on man don't get heavy on my scene man all right let me hop over and now I got I got to turn on my my
181. 28:14background again so now I'm back to I'm back to green screening do you have Tik Tok Studio to do screen streaming I do not um because
182. 28:27I'm on a Mac and they're like hey if you're a Mac User go [ __ ] yourself loser and I'm like but Macs are cool and
183. 28:35they're like we don't care we're Tick Tock so if you know anyone over there and could get them to make a Mac version
184. 28:44of that software I sure would like to use it but I would also like to use code interpreter and open AI hasn't given me the access to
185. 28:55that can you please restate the four modes of chat GPT yes well and there may be more than four these are the four
186. 29:02that I know of that are eminent or here there's well here let me go show you again let me flip my damn camera oh Tick
187. 29:15Tock you know when when a when a 58-year-old man is you know breaking your damn software Okay so so there's GPT 3.5 which they
188. 29:30also could call GPT turbo that's not as good but it's it's fast it's really fast so so if you're doing something where you don't need
189. 29:39sophisticated writing you just want speed that's that's the one to use then you've got GPT 4 which has I currently
190. 29:47have access to three modes there's default which is it basically goes until September 2021 then there's gp4 connected to the
191. 29:57internet there's times I don't want it to go out and search the internet cuz it just confuses things so I'll often use
192. 30:04like if I'm just doing writing like creative writing or something like that and I don't need access to Modern or or
193. 30:11you know recent information I'll just use default browse with Bing is gp4 connected to the internet and then
194. 30:19there's plugins and then the fourth mode of gp4 will be code interpreter and I saw I saw one of these lists that had
195. 30:27like six or seven on it but I don't remember what the others were but code interpreter is the one I'm I'm excited
196. 30:32about and waiting for but it ain't there if you want to go to if you want to go anti-government get a virtual server in
197. 30:39a country that doesn't comply with us laws yeah just go go hang on all hang out in all the Discord servers with the
198. 30:46uh the Crypt Bros they're they're all they'll tell you how to do all that stuff um do you have Tik Tock Studio to
199. 30:53do screen streaming we talked about that resigning letter I have not sure what that means do you want me to resign
200. 30:59should I write a letter to do that or you want to write a resigning letter can it oh can it do one yeah let's let's uh let's go let's go
201. 31:10let's go write a resignation letter this should be fun I'm going to use I'll use GPT 3.5 since that's the free one
202. 31:16because it it'll do this good okay um I have been working at my job for I don't know 12 years and I
203. 31:30am um resigning here's um a list of Grievances and then I'm hitting shift
204. 31:44return and I'm going to do a bullet point um wasn't listened to wasn't paid in
205. 32:00um let's see wasn't listened to wasn't paid enough uh was talked to rudely um um
206. 32:16worked Beyond expectations without acknowledgment um good things um the CEO is
207. 32:35nice um co-workers are smart and I don't know company um is interesting whatever and
208. 32:51then I'm going to say please write me a resignation letter to Sally
209. 33:05um boss lady who is the CEO that is both
210. 33:24professional yet clear and constructive I want the letter [Music] um to help them improve and not burn a
211. 33:46bridge so this would actually be a really good thing if you're if you're really emotional about like resigning and and
212. 33:55you just can't come to do it this this might might be a good way to do it because one of the things about um this
213. 34:02thing is that it's just it's incredibly it doesn't it doesn't have emotion so it just doesn't give a [ __ ] let's see I
214. 34:09hope this letter finds you well I'm writing to formally resigned from my position as blank at the company name
215. 34:16effective whenever over the past 12 years I've had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally
216. 34:22within the organization I'm grateful for the experience that I've gained in my 10 years here I'd like this opportunity to
217. 34:29express my appreciation for your leadership and the positive culture your approachability willingness to listen
218. 34:34and support for your employees has been invaluable additionally I I've had the pleasure of working with intelligent and talented
219. 34:41co-workers the work we do is fascinating right so it captured all that while my overall experience has been positive I
220. 34:48feel compelled to address some of the concerns firstly I felt at times that my ideas and suggestions were not given adequate
221. 34:55consideration um furthermore I'd like to discuss the matter of compensation additionally there have been instances
222. 35:01so this is a nice long thoughtful letter um it goes on and on and I could say um can you make it more conversational um and make
223. 35:19the constructive points um uh let let's see um indented
224. 35:35paragraphs um format using markdown so I can see the structure
225. 35:52better oh it's doing it as code let me stop it um I don't um want mark down code I just want to see the
226. 36:17formatting so it didn't quite get it didn't quite get the the markdown thing but let's see if it did any better
227. 36:25um I hope this let finds you well I'm writing to formally resign I'm grateful I want to start by saying how much I
228. 36:32appreciate your leadership and the positive culture so so it doesn't look like it made it super conversational it did give me um little
229. 36:44um subsections encouraging open open dialogue and idea sharing there have been instances where I felt that my
230. 36:50ideas and suggestions were not given sufficient consideration evaluating compensation structures right um promoting respectful communication
231. 36:58recognizing employee Communications so if I were a boss and I got a letter that were written like this um this would make me you know sit up
232. 37:09and pay attention to it so I don't know if that's what you were asking I me wife what's happening make it yourself Canen this
233. 37:20chat GPT work Excel docs yeah it can do so what's cool about this thing I can say um make a table comparing um
234. 37:37EOS leadership um system with um two other competing
235. 37:52systems so I can compare them and so it will write you this is GPT 3.5 look how fast it is isn't that mind-blowing like like every time I do
236. 38:04this it's like Jesus really so you can just copy and paste this into an Excel file you can also um have a do number
237. 38:12you can copy and paste Excel into this and have it find things now it's not doing calculations so it may get the
238. 38:19calculations wrong but if you want to do something like um how can and I combine the contents of two
239. 38:38cells of two cells in Excel into a third cell question
240. 38:53mark so you use the concatenate function and I I say um can you give me the formula so I can copy paste certainly here it is so it's just
241. 39:10concatenate equals A1 + B1 or equals concatenate um what if I wanted to um do more complicated
242. 39:28formulas for combining data question mark concatenate text join concat right so so it it can it can just do it so so
243. 39:42it's not doing it's this is not a replacement for Excel although when you go to oh wait hang on I got to
244. 39:52hold I had I'm So Cranky that it took my dual camera away um so if you go to prompt. chat one of the first things you'll see in the list
245. 40:06of things it is it says act like an Excel spreadsheet so it can probably do some simple Excel spreadsheet stuff but
246. 40:14the way I've used it is just go back and forth between Excel and this and and you know copy data from Excel and tell it

253. 41:18um a couple of tough conversations um with people at work that I was really anxious about the convers I came straight to chat GPT and I said
254. 41:28here's here's the situation here's what's going on give me some pointers and it's like it's it it provides remarkably empathetic and nuanced
255. 41:38response it's not it doesn't have empathy but it understands empathetic response and it understands nuance and
256. 41:46especially when you're dealing with um things that in today's society are very polarizing you can actually get it to
257. 41:53give you a balanced view of both sides it's quite interesting um we're here for information not a typing lesson uh yeah that's a good one
258. 42:05um well hopefully that gave you information I mean in me typing out that letter poorly hopefully it at least gave
259. 42:13you some of how I think about it so um if it is not of value I would not stay I wouldn't stay and watch me looks like we

264. 42:48just fancy Google um it's way way way deeper than that so this URL promps do chat is a little primer on how to write
265. 42:56prompts for that thing and then it gives you a whole bunch of ideas of things that you can do with it so start playing
266. 43:03with those two and then the other two Bing is uh Microsoft search engine that also has chat GPT in it so does Po and
267. 43:10then future py is a directory of of like 3,700 AI tools so that's what those are uh if you have questions about AI po
268. 43:18them down below and or paste them down below and I'll do my best to answer them hard pass my job would not like that I'm not sure
269. 43:27oh hard would not like that letter so so yeah here's the thing if if that letter I assume you're talking about that
270. 43:35letter that I wrote if it gives you something that you don't like then tell it that tell it what's wrong with it if
271. 43:41it's a hard pass why why is it a hard pass like explain to chat GPT why the letter that I wrote would not work for
272. 43:50your company and then it will rewrite it uh what's the favorite thing I've got in AI to do for me probably the the
273. 43:57thing that is that is the most um impactful um in my business of my company's called Story vine actually
274. 44:06there it is backwards I'm wearing the shirt tonight um and it's it's a video technology company that we we've got an
275. 44:13app that guides an end users step by step through telling a story so part of the creative process when we create a
276. 44:20template is we have to write the prompting questions that that person answers so so we do a lot of work in
277. 44:25farm so if we're if we're having a patient um talk about what it was like being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer um
278. 44:33we got to write those prompts and that creative process is with a combination of an agency a Pharma client and our
279. 44:40team and we know how to write these prompting questions but agencies don't they know how to write questions for
280. 44:47traditional video shoots and the clients often don't know how to write them at all or but it's it it it was this horrific confusing mess
281. 44:57and so what I did was I built um a prompt writing tool where we take a Google form we we ask the client some questions
282. 45:07what's the story you want to tell you know who's who's talking on camera what are they talking about who's the
283. 45:13audience how are you trying to affect them um and then in the ideal video what would the person be saying so we get
284. 45:20some inputs we type those into a Google form we hit submit and then it it sends to our slack channel three sets of
285. 45:28prompting questions a short a medium and a long set of prompting questions and and they follow our format exactly and
286. 45:35they're as good or better as anything that we would have written and it's cut like two or three meetings out of the
287. 45:44creative process cuz normally just explaining to them how we do our prompts and and then they're like they want a
288. 45:522-minute video but they come back with 17 prompts we're like well no you can't can't ask 17 questions you're going to
289. 45:57end up with a 30 minute video you want a two-minute video like so we got to you know so like all of that's gone so now
290. 46:03we just ask them some questions and we say Okay based on what we just talked about today here are some starter
291. 46:08questions and you know behind the scenes we've kind of pulled them out of slack thrown them into a document and then we
292. 46:14pop it on screen so so that one's good if you go to there's a there's a place called uh there there's a site that that
293. 46:22I I do some work for called content Evolution if you go to content evolution. net there's a a tool on there called The
294. 46:30Challenge engine and again it's a form that you answer some questions about a challenge you're having for your
295. 46:34business and it responds to you with a set of here's a bunch of questions you should be asking and I think it's six or
296. 46:41seven different categories strategically from a brand standpoint from a customer standpoint um so those those content
297. 46:48generation engines are are pretty fun um this the image that's behind this so if I don't know if you can really see it
298. 46:58but there's like there's a little chin down here that's sort of my mouth my nose and then this crazy eye here this image for me
299. 47:07was like I probably made I don't know 2500 images using stable diffusion and and dream booth and and when this image came up
300. 47:18when I generated this image it like I had this visceral response to it where this is the kind of artart that I would
301. 47:29have created had I had the technical skills to be able to do it and I don't and so the fact that stable diffusion generated like that I
302. 47:39generated that using stable diffusion that for me was a real eye openening moment that with these generative AI tools the distance between
303. 47:49having an idea and executing it is much shorter than it used to be like it used to be if I wanted to do something like
304. 47:57this and I didn't have the skills I'd have to go find someone on Fiverr or I'd have to go find stock photography or I'd
305. 48:03have to go find you know eight pieces of stock photography and Photoshop them together and it was you know like it it
306. 48:10just often wasn't even worth it to to bring an idea to life CU it's just it was you know you didn't have the budget
307. 48:17or the time or whatever it might have been so for me it's just that idea that almost anything I can think of I can now
308. 48:25execute to some level of professionalism within minutes and then I can spend the rest of the time either coming up with new ideas or really
309. 48:33refining that idea um I'll use it when Google integrates it chat GPT was Far nicer um than I could have been on my own for the
310. 48:44uh for the resignation letter yeah I totally get that what's po okay let me go show you PO let me flip this on
311. 48:53around Okay so I've we've been playing with chat GPT so PO is basically just like chat GPT but let me go to PO
312. 49:06so uh with with chat gbt you have this this is your big long um chat history at po these are actually
313. 49:15all different tools that you can use so Sage is their version of chat GPT GPT 4 Claude plus clae instant 100K clae
314. 49:24instant and chat GPT all of these are different chat GPT models you can play with the the second three or the two
315. 49:32three and four here are subscription only but this one right here Claude instant 100K that means 100,000 tokens
316. 49:40so that's like chat GPT 3.5 but you can put in a 75,000 word prompt so like the prompt could be an entire novel and then
317. 49:50you could say write me an epilog to that novel or write me the first chapter of the sequel um and then you can play with
318. 49:59chat gbt 4 here the other thing that you can do here is there's Bots and the Bots are um fun because like there's a mid
319. 50:08Journey bot like let's go play with that one so the mid Journey bot if I come here and I say um image of a penguin um in the
320. 50:24rainforest it will then rewrite that prompt so color photo of a penguin in the rainfor forest waddling through the undergrowth

326. 51:19here is create a bot so I can actually go create my own bot so so I've created a Shakespeare bot I've created a sling
327. 51:28blade bot I've created a Yoda bot so you can go create your own bot you have to put in a prompt and you have to put in
328. 51:35some description stuff but once you uh put in your prompt and publish it it's immediate immediately available in the
329. 51:46you know for everyone to play with so it's a good way it's a good way for you to experiment with prompting here's a life coach

335. 52:47it's a little it's a little simplistic in its interface but it's cool um what was I doing oh I've got to add my thing
336. 52:57back my my background I don't have to but I like to I like having my little I like having my URLs up there for new
337. 53:06folks that's a subscription uh I don't know what you're wait how do you create an AI interact with your fans in
338. 53:12comments of your social media page so you can um one of the tools that I've been using is zappier for automations um zap.com
339. 53:28and you can create a bot there one of the things that zapier just added is a whole new section called interfaces and you can create chatbots
340. 53:38um as an interface that you can insert into a website so if you don't want to learn the coding you can do that
341. 53:44um you can you can also do it in Python and if you do know programming you can go you know do do an embed within within
342. 53:53your website but it's basically just a call to um open AI you're basically taking some inputs from the bot you've
343. 54:01got a system message that tells the bot how to behave and then you take the input of what the user gives you you
344. 54:07send that to open AI or to whatever large language model you're using and it sends back the answer uh is there a way to have chat
345. 54:16GPT review large data sets it seems like not large amounts of data so Albert yeah that's what I was talking about with
346. 54:24with Claude in instant 100K on PO again that's you have to have their paid subscription which I think is 20 bucks
347. 54:32you can do 75,000 word um it's got a 75,000 word context window so you can put in rather large documents there if
348. 54:40you want to do truly large amounts of data multiple documents things like that then I would go look at a thing called
349. 54:46Lang chain um it's going to require you to be a little geeky you got to you got to install some [ __ ] with Lang chain um
350. 54:54it's it's it's four or five different Services put together what but what what you're doing with Lang chain is you're
351. 54:59actually embedding your documents um and putting them into what's called a vector database which is basically just an augmentation to the
352. 55:08the the core model where you can kind of GPT your own data um so if the 75,000 if the 100K token thing on PO
353. 55:19doesn't work then I would I would say go explore Lang chain I need an unlimited version of GPT 4 plus any
354. 55:33suggestions um you can use there's a there's a a site called GPT boss that you pay you basically buy credits and then
355. 55:45you use as much as you want uh and that's gp4 so I'd go check out GPT boss um but there may be other things I I would say
356. 55:57go explore future pedia I I think all of them you're going to have to pay for because the calls to gp4 are like 10x
357. 56:04what GPT 3.5 is so they're likely going to be charging you no matter where you go but but I know that um uh GPT boss is not throttled like
358. 56:15chat GPT like chat GPT is throttled to like 25 submissions every 3 hours I've never hit that and I'm sure I've done
359. 56:24things where I've done more than 25 calls so I don't know that they're enforcing that but that's a limit there
360. 56:30GPT boss doesn't have that limitation but you're basically just buying credits so if you use it a lot you'll you'll pay
361. 56:38more uh and I'm scrolling back I I lost my place in my question so I'm going back and try it helped me write my res
362. 56:47resignation letter today far nicer than I would have been can you tell it to professionally state that you [ __ ] their
363. 56:54around and found out and now I am resigning yeah you could absolutely do that I mean you could literally say that there's this meme going

365. 57:12GPT is the more context you give it get give it the better it gets so you could absolutely say here's my situation
366. 57:21here's who I am here's how I perceived what they did um they [ __ ] around now they're going to find out right you can
367. 57:29put that all in there and then just have it rewrite that in a professional tone or tell it to write it in a snarky ass
368. 57:36Tone and you want to burner Bridge like I don't I don't know where you are like if you want to burn the bridge it can
369. 57:42probably help you you know get some some tight words in there um I assumed wait why didn't you do this last

371. 57:59know if you were here Milo's wife I they gave me my dual cameras back but it's some point it just disappeared from here
372. 58:04so I think I have it back now but I somehow lost it so chat GPT only does writing it does only do writing but not
373. 58:13really so let me go show a couple of things that it does that make it not quite writing so there's there's a whole bunch of
374. 58:25whole bunch of things coming uh so gp4 the the underlying Mo model is multimodal meaning that it does both words and
375. 58:40images but the the current implementation of gp4 you cannot upload images but it's going to be that it will
376. 58:48be able to upload images and I assume at some point it will also output images but it doesn't just just do writing it
377. 58:55can also do code so write me um a python application um that generates uh
378. 59:10gener a rotating sphere made up of I don't know cats so it will write you code and now
379. 59:27you can take this off and you know use that code but it can also do things like if if you're using Unity or Unreal
380. 59:36Engine and you're using scripting within those things um it understands all that so you can say you could take the code
381. 59:44from a Unity plugin that generates some sort of cool animation pop it into chat GPT and tell it to modify the animation
382. 59:53to behave the way you want it to behave um you can have it right um right um in markdown um a let's see um a
383. 1:00:11brochure for my cat renting business which by the way there's there are a couple of cat cat rental businesses um in Denver and like you
384. 1:00:25basically pay by the hour to go hang out with cats it's like but anyway like see how it made this Bolder right so it's
385. 1:00:33doing that um I could say um please um rewrite that uh write that in
386. 1:00:47HTML so there's that there's also because it's doing markdown down there's ways that you can get it to display images let me see if I
387. 1:00:57can go pull this off cuz this might take me too long to figure out but um let me see chat GPT tarot card with
388. 1:01:13images um a prompt that generates a tarot card reading
389. 1:01:28is this it tarot card reading within bit show prompt okay copy prompt okay so now I'm going to go here I'm going to do new
390. 1:01:36chat I'm going to just paste this prompt in so this is this is kind of cool what this is doing so the first half of it
391. 1:01:46says you're going to act like a tarot card reader and you're going to insert a random number but then it at the end
392. 1:01:51here it says your output will be in markdown um with the four sections in bold here are the tarot card references so it's
393. 1:01:59actually putting tarot card URL references in here and so so now when I go um so let's see is this you're going to
394. 1:02:13act as pick a random number okay so now I'm just going to hit return so now it's going to make a reading and it it's actually pulling
395. 1:02:22in the images these are these are I think from Wikipedia and it's automatically that one that one broke
396. 1:02:30but it's automatically pulling these in it's explaining them it's giving you interpretations of them and then you
397. 1:02:36could obviously go and you could modify the prompt and do you know the sort of tarot card thing of of your of your
398. 1:02:44choice so while while it's only doing text it understands code well enough that and and and there's services
399. 1:02:54out there that run on code right so you could take the XML from Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro and Pop That XML into
400. 1:03:06chat GPT tell it to interpret it and tell it to give you a completely different edit and Export that XML put
401. 1:03:12it back in Final Cut Pro and it will do that edit for you so it's it's way more than just writing text it's it's it's
402. 1:03:21doing magic it's doing magic you know what I mean it's doing magic ask it to tell you something positive about Donald Trump I'm not
403. 1:03:36going to do that I'm not going to take de bait we're not doing that polarized [ __ ] not in here um why are you typing
404. 1:03:44with one hand I'm typing with two it's like these it's like uh that thumb on the space bar and like those four
405. 1:03:51fingers like I'm a five finger typist it's no it's it's too painful I again I would absolutely encourage you not to be here if watching

410. 1:04:40type all right I'll try to keep the typing to a minimum okay so when you've got chat GPT plus and you've turned on
411. 1:04:51your beta features you have to do that in settings then you have access to to plugins so so let me explain what these
412. 1:04:59three modes are the default mode is chat gp4 and the base large language model is has been trained up to September 2021
413. 1:05:11the reason for that is to train the base model is a very labor intensive it involves lots of humans manually tagging
414. 1:05:18data and and it's it's very very time consuming it's very very expensive and it it involves many many many gpus and
415. 1:05:27compute time so they can't they can't update it in real time so the Hedge against that is you connect the large
416. 1:05:36language model to the Internet so basically you do a search the large language model says hey he's asking for
417. 1:05:43the score of you know the latest sports game I don't have that in my data set but I am connected to the internet so it
418. 1:05:50essentially just fires off a plugin that go that that's the Bing plug plugin that goes and searches the internet and then
419. 1:05:56incorporates that answer into the into the answer so browse with Bing beta is basically that base model that can now
420. 1:06:04search the internet plugins are kind of one step above that where each plugin is going to a specific site or a specific
421. 1:06:12service and based on your prompt it will determine oh I need to use a plugin I can't just answer that what what he's
422. 1:06:20asking for I actually need to pull up a plugin so so let's go to plugins I'll turn on I'm going to turn that one off
423. 1:06:29I'm going to turn on cuz this is a good visual one where is it instacart so so now I've got an instacart plugin
424. 1:06:43so it's a shopping plugin but I don't want to shop right now but I do want a meal plan give me a uh fair warning I'm typing give me a meal
425. 1:06:55plan for and I know I could use the microphone but I don't feel like setting it up because I have ADD so leave me
426. 1:07:01alone um give me a meal plan for um a insect based high protein

433. 1:08:20shopping list but now I click on that link and it's taking me to instacart so so what the plug-in did in that case was
434. 1:08:27it actually was an API call to instacart the the large language model wrote the content of the query sent it to instacart and then here it
435. 1:08:39is did it find look at that one cup of Cricut flour oh but it but there's nothing there one cup of meal worms I guess I'm on my own for
436. 1:08:52insect one cup of crickets all of the uh all the Crickets are not not available on instacart but anyway that's that's
437. 1:09:00how plugins work um the thing about plugins right now is they're they're pretty janky and bad and it's it's not
438. 1:09:07super obvious how to use them um and even Sam Alman from open AI has said that they haven't found the product
439. 1:09:16Market fit for plugins yet um I think largely because they're kind of half-ass implemented um so we we'll see if they
440. 1:09:24get better I've been watching your stuff for about a month now thank you for teaching us how to utilize AI you're

459. 1:11:56Microsoft so I've got a lot of our clients are big Pharma Pharma clients and I've been talking to them about
460. 1:12:02generative Ai and their response is basically like you know no [ __ ] way and then I say but it'll be on you know
461. 1:12:11virtual machines in Azure cloud and they're like oh yeah we can do that so that's that's that's going to be a
462. 1:12:20hugely important part of all of these tools and it's uh there's there's a professor named Ethan mullik that I talk about on here a
463. 1:12:28lot um he teaches at Wharton and um and he he he just did a piece called detecting the secret cyborgs and what he's talking about in
464. 1:12:41that piece is that individuals are using chat GPT and generative AI tools as personal productivity tools but
465. 1:12:50businesses on you know on on on the whole are not jumping in so the businesses aren't using them individuals
466. 1:12:59are and then the individuals are not really sharing that they're doing it right because maybe the company has a
467. 1:13:07policy not to do it so they're like well I don't want to be fired and or maybe they're now getting done in 4
468. 1:13:14hours what used to take them 30 hours and they don't want to tell anyone that cuz they don't they don't want to be expected to
469. 1:13:22do more to get their pay cut right and and so what he's talking about is that Gap like it's it's it's incumbent upon
470. 1:13:30the companies to make a safe zone for employees to say hey we want to learn about this [ __ ] we want to use this
471. 1:13:39stuff if you're using this you're not going to get fired in fact the CEO is looking for a lesson can anyone give Bob

477. 1:14:30CFO of MetLife and I'm like showing him the internet I'm like oh look how [ __ ] cool this is and I said [ __ ] and I
478. 1:14:38remember our client for years after that would be like oh Kyle remember when you swore in front of the chairman he thought that was funny
479. 1:14:49that's the biggest thing that ever happened to them um so so yeah um so companies are going to be a little conservative with this but

536. 1:25:34GPT um I think it's still at 4,000 I think they're upping it to eight but I don't think it's there yet for everyone
537. 1:25:44developers now have access to 16,000 token um GPT 3.5 and I think 16,000 token gp4 I don't have access to gp4 API
538. 1:25:58I I only have access to 3.5 um so the the the challenge with it is is that it's um it's just new they like they're
539. 1:26:11they're figuring out all the safety stuff what they can release when so a lot of this stuff has been announced but
540. 1:26:16it's not out yet um if you need a large character count go to po.com pay for that subscription and then you'll get access to the Claude
541. 1:26:27100K model it's not as good as G excuse me it's not as good as gp4 but it's you can put 75,000 words in it so if you need a larger context
542. 1:26:40window you can go there the other thing you can experiment with is um plugins there's a plug-in called Web pilot for
543. 1:26:49gp4 that will go out to a webite it and or a PDF and be able to search on it what I don't know is if web pilot is
544. 1:26:58actually breaking it up into smaller segments so that you could take a very large document and search on it I don't
545. 1:27:04know if it's doing that so that you're going to have to experiment with but po.com 100K um is the at least shortterm fix
546. 1:27:14for you want long-term stuff now Albert if you're geeky are you geeky if you're good and geeky and you don't mind things
547. 1:27:23like Google collab and running your own machine and squirting out a little python every once in a while and that

549. 1:27:36cuz Lang chain you can point it at your own data and you can basically do the embeddings yourself and store all of

552. 1:27:59it's counterintuitive because Google has taught us for years that the more concise The Prompt the better this is the

566. 1:30:12an application sitting on top of a large language model so if you if you want to build your own custom application
567. 1:30:19layer you don't you don't need chat GPT go to the playground so go to platform. open.com playground and that's the
568. 1:30:28developer portal where you can do all your prompt engineering and all that sort of stuff and then there's
569. 1:30:33documentation there to tell you how to do the API calls or if you don't want to do um that level of programming use a no
570. 1:30:41code tool like zapier or make or bubble um to to do that for you um the more you ask it to change it learns your writing style you can also
571. 1:30:53it's also really good Andy at um following examples so you can describe your writing style or you can just say

577. 1:31:48in zapier they've now Incorporated a large language modeling into zappier so you can now just describe an Automation
578. 1:31:54and it will build you all the chunks um and then there's a there's a zapier plugin so you can do the same
579. 1:32:01thing in chat GPT and it'll generate something um my my problem is is is like I find it as timec consuming to kind of
580. 1:32:12debug what it created versus just doing it on my own so um yeah if I need to ask what questions wait works so well if I ask if I need oh I
581. 1:32:27need x what questions do you need to ask me to produce that that's a that's a really good prompt yeah have have chat
582. 1:32:33GPT query you about what it needs to give you what you want the the the variation on that is when chat GPT gives
583. 1:32:42you an answer have it analyze the answer it gave you and ask it how it thinks it did and how it could improve the answer
584. 1:32:51or how it could improve the prompt to give you a better answer or both so yeah that's super cool it's and apparently

618. 1:37:51some people will tell you other people will ignore and then other people use it as an excuse not to use
619. 1:37:58it chat GPT lies chat jpt doesn't give a [ __ ] chat jpt will confidently give you an answer even if it's wrong so
620. 1:38:08sometimes it will do things like okay I'm uploading that now and then nothing happens you're like well where's the
621. 1:38:15upload because the way the technology works it's just a prediction engine and I I I use just a prediction
622. 1:38:23engine um that's not the right way to phrase it it diminishes how powerful it is but when it types you a whole thing
623. 1:38:32like when it types you a bunch of python code that runs it doesn't actually know if it runs and so sometimes it will give
624. 1:38:40you python code that works and sometimes it'll give you python code that doesn't work it doesn't know the difference all
625. 1:38:47it's doing when you type type in a prompt it's creating a probability of what's the next word in the response that I
626. 1:38:57should give and it types that word and then it says now what's the next highest probable word and it does that like a
627. 1:39:04thousand times in a row so when it generates a whole thing like this it's doing it one word at a time it's not
628. 1:39:09aware of the whole so it will um I I like to call it mansplaining as a service it will mansplain to you over
629. 1:39:17and over again so you have to be really careful if you need need an accurate answer use Bing so Bing is connected to
630. 1:39:24the internet and Bing they actually seem to be prioritizing giving you answers that have citations so that you can
631. 1:39:32click on what it's searched on on the internet to give you that answer so you can verify your stuff on being and then
632. 1:39:38the the the uh gp4 with with internet does that as well um love how Google's going to P penalize SEO stuffed lowquality content
633. 1:39:49but folks will be cranking it out they're going to they're going to penalize the SEO stuff lowquality
634. 1:39:56content but if you do AI generated high quality content they're not going to penalize it which is cool because that
635. 1:40:03means see here's the thing critical thinking still matters like critical thinking actually becomes more important
636. 1:40:10right if the tools can do all the [ __ ] great I don't have to put my critical thinking into doing the [ __ ] I can put
637. 1:40:18my critical thinking into looking at the [ __ ] and going is that good [ __ ] or is that bad [ __ ] could that be better [ __ ]
638. 1:40:25is that [ __ ] that actually provides value and if I'm doing that and I'm providing content that provides value
639. 1:40:32what Google's saying is we won't penalize that which I think is smart cuz who gives a [ __ ] if it took me two hours
640. 1:40:39to write it or 20 seconds to write it if it's good and valuable how are Bing and chat GPT different Okay

642. 1:40:57model chat GPT is an application that's sitting up here okay and it's got rules and it's like when it says things like

644. 1:41:13equivalent of the same thing um both chat GPT and Bing are calling the same under Ling large language model they're both calling chat uh
645. 1:41:24gp4 the underlying large language model how they've implemented the actual application layer is different in my opinion right now the
646. 1:41:35gp4 at chat GPT is significantly stronger than the gp4 at bing.com one of the reasons for that is when they first launched
647. 1:41:47bing.com it was fairly open and fairly powerful and a reporter from The New York Times named Kevin Roose got into a 4-Hour
648. 1:41:57conversation with old Bing and got it to admit that its name is Sydney and that it was in love with him and he should
649. 1:42:06really go consider leaving his wife to be with Sydney and that little conversation snippet made the cover of
650. 1:42:12the New York Times so Microsoft went on ahead and lobotomized Bing Sydney Sydney Sydney's a little slower than she used to be cuz
651. 1:42:24she got Saucy with the New York Times They are slowly ramping it back up but right now there's still a gap where Bing's kind of
652. 1:42:34down here and chat GPT is up here um but that's the difference they're they're effectively the same thing they're both
653. 1:42:40connected to the internet they're they're both going to support plugins the same plugins um they're both using the core same model
654. 1:42:49underneath a a reason to to start thinking about getting your head around how Bing works if you are in a company that uses a lot of
655. 1:43:01Microsoft products like if you use Microsoft Office and you use Outlook and Dynamics and Azure cloud services all of
656. 1:43:12this [ __ ] is going to be rolled into every single Microsoft product so if you're in a Microsoft shop there's a
657. 1:43:19reason to start playing with this right now doesn't mean you can't use that one but you know it it's going to be in
658. 1:43:26everything Microsoft so it's going to get better AI going to get rid of plenty of jobs and AI going to generate plenty of
659. 1:43:35jobs like there are jobs that we have no [ __ ] idea even were possible to exist that are coming now I think there's going to be a 2 to
660. 1:43:47threee period where a lot of jobs get jet medic and it's going to be painful for a lot of people and a big reason why
661. 1:43:55this channel exists and a big reason why I point people consistently go here if you haven't played with chat GPT go

663. 1:44:10there why I do that is the more people that become AI literate the the the better a chance they have at not just

667. 1:44:46the amount of time between when when the worldwide web was created created and when it hit 100 million users was 6
668. 1:44:54years the amount of time it took chat GPT to get to 100 million users was 6 weeks 6 weeks this shit's coming fast
669. 1:45:05and it's so profoundly powerful that it is it's going to it's going to transform almost every knowledge job creative job
670. 1:45:14like everything's going to be transformed some jobs are going to be lost some new ones are going to be created but that that that shift that

895. 2:20:49sorts of ways to do it but it's all kind of janky right now what someone has not created yet which they
896. 2:20:56will probably within a year is something that you generate an image and you're like I love that character and I want to

960. 2:30:14technically it's got no awareness of so its understanding of the meaning of a word is just that word relationship to
961. 2:30:25other words in a semantic Cloud right so if I have the word dog the word dog could live in a cloud semantically related to furry animals
962. 2:30:37that we have in our house and we pet and we feed people food to it could also be in a semantic cloud of
963. 2:30:45like that guy did his girlfriend bad and he's a dog but the only thing that the large language model actually understands is that
964. 2:30:59mathematically those two versions of the word dog live in these different mathematical Vector spaces and based on
965. 2:31:06your prompt I'm going to use the furry animal version of dog when I put it in your thing so it so and it doesn't even
966. 2:31:15it's not even thinking the word dog it's just mathematically you know this one is a higher probability than this one and the
967. 2:31:23word associated with that Vector point is dog so it doesn't have awareness of the whole they may in the future and if they
968. 2:31:33do in the future and they start doing reasoning and they start having memory and they start right if you start taking multiple
969. 2:31:41systems that do things like produce the content and then there's another system that actually understands the content
970. 2:31:48and there's another system that then remembers the content in the context of not only this conversation but every
971. 2:31:55other conversation you've ever had then all of a sudden you start to get into a situation where you're like I don't know it's kind of
972. 2:32:03[Laughter] conscious then we start asking questions like well if it's conscious does it have feelings I don't know I mean chat GPT
973. 2:32:13right now is it it provid empathetic responses better than most humans do like it's incredibly empathetic in its response is it feeling
974. 2:32:24empathy no it's feeling math it's feeling it's it's like a Pachinko machine although I guess it's not that random um it's an Enigma

986. 2:34:00wanted Microsoft Word to work and what you wanted include it in it you just describe it in a sentence and it custom
987. 2:34:07writes you a version of Microsoft Word and pulls out all the bloat that would be remarkable and I bet now the engineers on here are going no
988. 2:34:22it's not [ __ ] possible and it's probably not because all of these applications are such giant [ __ ] hairballs that you couldn't
989. 2:34:32necessarily untangle them but I think AI probably could I bet I bet there's a version I bet a gp5 or a gp6 could could
990. 2:34:43detangle overly complicated applications and write custom simplified versions for every user bet it's possible bet it's
991. 2:34:53possible and could probably even do it in such a way that if I wanted to find a feature that wasn't included I could
992. 2:34:59just search for it like in The Help bar and say oh yeah I do want the grammar checker okay here's the new version of
993. 2:35:06your app now it has grammar in it yeah that's the third one all right so we're going to replace call centers I
994. 2:35:13forget what the second one was and we're going to have custom applications for every end user go make that I'll use it
