36. 8:42you're if you're a developer like they've got two kinds of customers you're paying ads on their search engine
37. 8:50you're using their search engine so there's the search engine customers and then there's developers and everyone else they don't
38. 8:57give a [ __ ] about so my new strategy with Google is I'm not going to pay attention to any of their
39. 9:05announcements because a lot of the stuff they announce is like you know there's more there's a more efficient tensor
40. 9:11flow algorithm in the Deep API of the 17th layer of the authentication schema for strategic embeddings of tokenization
41. 9:26bashing and you're like okay and then you could you could if you wanted to take that announcement over to
42. 9:35chat GPT and ask what the [ __ ] does this mean but then it'll tell you and it's like if you're a developer you would
43. 9:42care about this because of this one specific problem that solves so here's my new philosophy with Google if I see
44. 9:49people talking about [ __ ] that they've released like out in the wild like on X people are like holy [ __ ] this is
45. 9:56amazing which that's exactly what happened with uh Gemini 1.5 Pro is they announced Gemini Ultra and everyone was
46. 10:06like well this is a piece of [ __ ] and then quietly a week later they announce uh Gemini 1.5 Pro and everyone loses
47. 10:14their mind over it cuz it's actually good so that's what I'm waiting for for them so I'm not I'm not watching any of

56. 11:52weeds like if you're a developer it's fine I'd be in the weeds but I'm not so there's just there's too much there's
57. 11:58too much noise to a signal ratio in Google announcements lately so I will just wait for the cool [ __ ] to drop that
