4. 0:51Tobias what's happening I don't know how long I'm going to last tonight we're getting a mighty late start
5. 0:57but welcome to the AI learning lab if you're new here check out these here urls there's lots of them why
6. 1:05because [ __ ] got way better real fast this week there's a lot of stuff here to check out and this is just sort of the basics
7. 1:13so if you are new to General if you're new to generative AI these are things you should be checking out
8. 1:22that's the official chat GPT website if you pay for the plus version you get plug-ins you get gpt4 and you get code
9. 1:30interpreter code interpreter alone is worth way more than 20 bucks a month in my humble opinion bing.com is free
10. 1:38that's Microsoft's gpt4 connected to the internet can make images can read images cloud.ai is the competitive gpt4
11. 1:48lets you upload five files has a hundred thousand token context window which basically means you can put massively
12. 1:55long prompts in it like an entire novel 75 000 words and it'll just deal with it poe.com gives you access to a bunch of
13. 2:03these things and then bard.com I found something out today bard.com suddenly mysteriously got better
14. 2:12and it's because they completely replace the core large language model with their new I forget what it's called begins with a G
15. 2:21not Gilead that would be funny um not Galileo anyway it's something but bard.google.com is is now better than it
16. 2:31was so worth checking out so all five of these if you're new to chat GPT are worth exploring um go to prompts.chat that'll teach you
17. 2:42how to prompt and then futurepedia.io will teach you how to um it's just a big long list of AI sites so
18. 2:52if you want to if you want to figure out if there's some music thing you want or a movie thing you want that's just a big

21. 3:15comments below welcome everybody we had a really good AI Salon tonight uh we had a gentleman speak that has been uh
22. 3:25installing sort of corporate grade AI systems for many many years that was fascinating listening to him talk about
23. 3:33all the issues and what he's doing and what he's seeing so that was awesome we had three that I counted members of The Tick
24. 3:41Tock live audience that were at the salon tonight that were like hey Kyle what's happening one guy said do you ever sleep and I was
25. 3:49like no cheers anyway if you have uh questions comments uh about the uh the old generative AI thing popping below a little bit about my
26. 4:02background I'm an entrepreneur I'm the founder and CEO of a company called storyvine we've been around for 11 years
27. 4:09it's an automated video storytelling platform that we figured out a way to automate video production and
28. 4:16um we are now rolling some AI features deep into our platform and we actually just got a uh a hint from a large client
29. 4:26today that they might be paying us to go build some of the AI stuff we've been pitching that we've got prototype down and I
30. 4:33think they want us to go build that [ __ ] so you can make money [Laughter] oh okay let's get to the questions
31. 4:46hello Apocrypha what's happening Mama magic okay what are the essential skills needed to land a prompt engineering job
32. 4:58I would say at this point and probably for the next year [Music] um deep curiosity a sense of adventure and exploration
33. 5:10um and and for example here's here's why so at the beginning of this week or end of last week this list only had three sites
34. 5:18on it I've added two I could also add pi and today meta released their llama 2 model open sourced with a commercial license
35. 5:30for free for anyone to use unless you have more than 700 million customers so basically you know uh Instagram scale
36. 5:40companies can't use it for free everyone else free to go build on it so understanding how these models work
37. 5:52understanding which ones are better for what understanding which ones have security issues or not which ones have apis or not
38. 6:00um if you're brand new to prompting um that document prompts.chat will teach you about prompting there's some primers in there it also
39. 6:09teaches you this concept that you can set these large language models up as a particular Persona so act like an air traffic controller act
40. 6:18like a magician act like a I don't know consultant act like a psychologist and when you do that these things get better
41. 6:26there's a reason for that I'm happy to describe it but understanding the basic concepts being able to get these things
42. 6:33to do what you want them to do is is probably the first skill and then the second skill after that is understanding
43. 6:41business these are just tools so the trick with tools is don't get seduced by the tool just learning prompt engineering is not
44. 6:50enough but understanding how to ask questions for who your customer might be so if if it's someone that's hiring you
45. 6:58understanding what are they trying to accomplish and how quickly can you get this tool to give them what they want to accomplish
46. 7:07so focus on the problem then figure out which of these tools is the best to do it with or if it's mid-journey or stable
47. 7:14diffusion or adobe Firefly whatever it might be um I I think those are the those are the the biggest skills and then and then the
48. 7:23kind of marketing piece of it right now quite frankly is talk about it so as you start teaching yourself these tools put
49. 7:30it out in the world put it on LinkedIn hey I just built this thing on chatgpt you're at a dinner party oh let me tell
50. 7:36you about this thing I did with chat gbt most of the people right now will look at you like they're [ __ ] like you're crazy
51. 7:42let them who gives a [ __ ] [ __ ] them they're the ones that'll call you three months from now go and I should have
52. 7:48listened to you at that dinner party sorry I was such a dick well now I've got a job and you don't [ __ ] because you never know who you're
53. 7:58talking to right now is going to be in that moment where they're like holy crap I need to figure this stuff out does anybody know that oh
54. 8:04mama magic does she was talking about chat gbt the other day right so be that person right now I think that's it that's
55. 8:11that's the primary piece of it and then you can watch YouTube videos and you can download PDFs don't pay for
56. 8:19any of that [ __ ] because the the prompting game is changing way too quickly right like I thought my head I
57. 8:25had my head around prompting and then code interpreter came out and now now you don't really need much of a prompt
58. 8:31for code interpreter but you got to figure out what the [ __ ] you're gonna do with it because it's remarkable
59. 8:37but like what do you actually do with it I don't know I don't know yet I haven't figured that out so uh be flexible be
60. 8:44hungry be curious be adventurous and talk about it that's that's it that's all it's easy oh no it's simple it's not easy actually
61. 8:55it is easy because it's fun if you like learning new [ __ ] this this is amazing amazing stuff what site will create
62. 9:04a singer performing someone else's music um I don't know which one they're using to like to to sort of map the voices
63. 9:13um to someone else's song I would go to futurepedia.io or just go to Twitter I know when the Drake and the weekend song
64. 9:20came out a bunch of people posted here was the tools that they used I haven't really paid attention to that all that
65. 9:26much I've been paying more attention to the talking ones not the music ones so I don't really know so I'd go to
66. 9:32futurepedia and then I'd go to Just Twitter and search search that up what are you selling um nothing really I'm you know I'm trying to
67. 9:43I'm trying to learn this [ __ ] I'm trying to teach as many people as I can um people here have asked me to do a
68. 9:49workshop I don't have a workshop but I have a Graphic for a workshop that I made and I have a survey to learn what people
69. 9:57might want so at some point I might sell that but I'm not selling it now why you buy it I love the I love how people have a
70. 10:08cynical default he's up to something man he's got to be selling something oh I know he's hired by one of these
71. 10:16companies he's just a shield for chat GPT nope I'm not getting paid for this I do these two to three hours a night um I'm a CEO of a company
72. 10:31uh it's an 11 year old company um I'm doing this instead of sim racing because I enjoy it and because I'm trying to keep my head in the game
73. 10:39this [ __ ] is moving so fast it is making I I can't I can't comprehend how fast shit's moving so what this channel is
74. 10:50about is telling as many people as I can as enthusiastically as I can get [ __ ] curious lose the cynicism
75. 10:59gain the Curiosity gain the empathy get adventurous and learn this [ __ ] because if you don't you're gonna find
76. 11:08yourself on the other end of a [ __ ] slap Fest and it's not gonna be fun so I'm not really selling anything I am I am selling hope some
77. 11:22no all right what's a good one to write a movie script gpt4 the top one claude's not bad Bing is gpt42 but it's
78. 11:39been neutered put it in creative mode it's not bad but the the gpt4 at open AI is still the best by far and now
79. 11:50it looks like it's getting worse uh I don't know what's going on at open AI something's going on at open AI
80. 11:57they're they're having all sorts of issues they they pulled browse with Bing functionality there's something going on
81. 12:02over there with lawyers and cutting deals and getting sued and something's going on but to write a screenplay I've written seven
82. 12:10screenplays so I know the world well um that one and don't so so one of the tricks if you haven't played with these tools a lot
83. 12:20don't just go in and go write me a screenplay it'll write you a shitty screenplay it knows what they are
84. 12:27um but go in and start with your story say hey I got a story and here's what it is can you help me flesh out the outline
85. 12:33and let's use the save the cat story framework or let's use you know Sid fields or let's use Joseph Campbell's
86. 12:40Heroes Journey whatever the [ __ ] let's take the basic story framework of Star Wars but remove all the major plot
87. 12:47elements but keep the structure whatever then have it fill in your outline then have it give you describe some of the
88. 12:54characters and have it give you a character sheet then I have it write you the first page of the movie and just keep [ __ ] with the first
89. 13:04page of the movie until it gets somewhere close to what you want and if you're a good writer already
90. 13:09paste in three or four pages of a senior particularly happy with and tell it to mimic that style and it will
91. 13:19and then you should have what I call your Kevin McAllister moment I had no idea did that oh yeah um so yeah that's why I have these on
92. 13:33screen these are we're lucky to be alive at a time when we get to play with this [ __ ] they're [ __ ] remarkable
93. 13:41now do they make mistakes do they hallucinate are they wrong a lot of the times do they write crap a lot of the times yep
94. 13:49but have you ever had writers blocked for say a week or three months or three years not anymore take that shitty Vapor of an idea that
95. 14:00you have that you're like I don't really feel like writing it I'm not a very good writer put it in there watch what happens to it
96. 14:06within 10 minutes you'll your brain will be on fire with creative ideas so yeah they can write movie scripts
97. 14:14well no you can write a movie script using that as your assistant it's like having an idiot savant as your
98. 14:21assistant you have to give it lots of Direction because it's a little dum-dum but it knows everything
99. 14:33you want to take the surprise ending of The Sixth Sense and combine that with the Charming Narrative of Forrest Gump it'll do it

101. 15:00going on with my hair I'll explain it all so a marketing background will be an asset yes uh Mama magic here's my here's my thing
102. 15:14I think that um being older is an advantage so I think I think we are entering a revenge of the Gen X phase where
103. 15:28the more World experience you have the kind of the better you are with these things because they'll produce stuff and
104. 15:33you're like Ah that's crap well that's good and it's also revenge of the liberal arts major so yeah having a marketing
105. 15:42perspective understanding storytelling understanding audience understanding um intent understanding what you're
106. 15:49trying to accomplish is brilliant with this [ __ ] because these are just [ __ ] tools the art of these is understanding what
107. 15:58am I trying to accomplish and if you can articulate that then you can figure out how to talk to this thing and it's more like prompt
108. 16:06psychology than prompt engineering I think we should strike the term prompt engineering from the vocabulary I'm good with prompt crafting
109. 16:15um I saw on Twitter I don't know a week or so ago someone said it's more like prompt psychology this is a these are
110. 16:23called large language models large what language models who uses language humans these things basically were trained on
111. 16:32all of the text of the public internet or as much as they could get but like a [ __ ] ton of it so so imagine for the last 30 35 40
112. 16:42years people have been dumping stuff on this thing called the internet in decades of all the stuff it's all in there
113. 16:54I mean have you ever tried to like surf Wikipedia it's massive and that's like one little ants ass of what's in here it's like all
114. 17:04the blogs all the websites all the tweets which Elon Musk is pissed off about whatever they scraped it they can see it
115. 17:13all the universities all the research papers all the programming languages all the all the code from those programming languages all of it
116. 17:24so yeah so marketing background is good because you go in there and you treat that thing like a co-worker
117. 17:31you understand what you want you ask it for it and then it gives you some version of it when you get good with
118. 17:38these things you can get to like 80 percent of what you want like that and then the last 20 takes you about the
119. 17:45same amount of time as you would have written the first draft in the first place if you want it to be good yeah

124. 18:36like what is this stuff how do we use it what do we do what if I'm a copywriter what if I'm I'm an artist what if I'm an actor a writer
125. 18:47a screenwriter what do I do come hang out with us we're trying to figure it out you know who has it figured out no one no one
126. 19:01I just sounded like Tom Papa no one thanks for the heads up you're welcome I don't know what that was in reference to
127. 19:10but you are welcome Zuckerberg announced today about the rollout of llama version 2 thoughts big [ __ ] deal not big
128. 19:17[ __ ] deal like in big massive [ __ ] deal like when Obama signed the healthcare thing and Joe Biden leaned into him and
129. 19:25said this is a big [ __ ] deal the The Meta thing is a big [ __ ] deal um so if you don't know meta Facebook released llama2
130. 19:38um and they released it open source with a commercial license so they released their 7 billion 13 billion and 70 billion parameter models
131. 19:48and said unless you have more than 700 million active customers you're free to use it with no royalties no compensation no restrictions go
132. 19:58it's huge it's huge because the llama's been out there for a while um but it was only for research purposes
133. 20:08so you couldn't use it for commercial and then some Engineers figured out some ways to Wrangle around that and come up
134. 20:14with semi-usable things but this is now out there for everyone to use and then and then bard like I I can't believe it wasn't a
135. 20:24bigger deal they completely replaced the the core engine sitting underneath bard Gemini it's called with their new
136. 20:32technology called Gemini so I guess they flushed Palm 2 down the toilet or that's going to be used for something else but
137. 20:38Gemini is this multimodal engine sitting under that Claude that's um anthropics gpt4 competitor it's just like this stuff is it's
138. 20:50hopping it's happened I heard tonight I got to confirm this someone said this but I don't I I don't trust it someone said it at the salon
139. 20:58tonight that gpt4 is apparently HIPAA compliant which if you're in healthcare and Pharma we do a lot of work in
140. 21:05healthcare and Pharma that's a big [ __ ] deal so I've got to confirm or deny that um but that's what I heard at
141. 21:11the salon tonight so that's just a rumor don't follow rumors you know confirm them yourself go ask chat gbt when it tells you yes
142. 21:20it's HIPAA compliant don't believe it because it lies yeah all right started with pi Ai and finished with Claude and Adobe for a
143. 21:30presentation and step Z that's very cool Silver Fox started with pie finished with Claude and Adobe for presentation oh Adobe like
144. 21:41Firefly and generative generative fill that's cool super cool silver fox I'm thirsty I'm a little punched it was
145. 21:51almost 100 degrees here in Denver today legal Tech is a huge use case yes yes ever like right now I just I mean these things are so
146. 22:06staggeringly capable at almost anything you throw at them that I feel like everything right now is a huge use case
147. 22:14made a 13-day social plan for getting tourists back to flooded Vermont with pie pie Ai and Claude this morning wow that's awesome
148. 22:22that's awesome tell us more about that and tell us how it how it um how it works and what it did and like what it worked
149. 22:29what what didn't that's that's really awesome Tobias can't figure out how to install llama just code files on GitHub more
150. 22:37research needed okay so here's a trick whether you're on a Mac or a PC go to GitHub go to the repository where
151. 22:46llama's there well a couple of things go to Reddit and and I would assume at this point there's a llama subreddit and if there's
152. 22:55not I just can't imagine that there's not but just go to Reddit and search for open source large language models see if
153. 23:02you can find a llama subreddit there's probably even a llama 2 subreddit at this point and then just find people talking about
154. 23:10oh here's the thing to install llama on your Mac or on this or on that or here's the GitHub okay so that's a way to find some things um
155. 23:21go to the readme file of your GitHub copy all of the readme file and go to claude.ai that has a hundred
156. 23:32thousand token context window and paste that [ __ ] in there paste the readme file from that GitHub well and so do this say
157. 23:42based based on on this documentation shift return for a line break paste shift return um write me a step-by-step tutorial on how
158. 23:59to get this running on my in my case MacBook Pro whatever in your case PC or Mac and don't move on to the next step until
159. 24:09I've told you until I've said okay to to the the present step and then it will it will give you the first step okay install this
160. 24:18and then you're like I don't know how to install that and it'll go okay here's the step-by-step step instructions for
161. 24:24how to install that and then you go try to install it and if you can get it there then you go to the next step then
162. 24:29you go to the next one then you yeah exactly Tobias I know that was what because I was struggling it took me to be you know to be fair
163. 24:37um or not fair to be to be transparent when I tried to install stable diffusion I failed nine times for exactly that
164. 24:44reason I couldn't I couldn't get um Google collab working like I could get it working and I could put hit the play
165. 24:52buttons but then when it would error out I didn't know what the [ __ ] to do and then I'm looking around on the on
166. 24:59the Twitter and someone's like oh did you know that you can have GPT read your readme file on GitHub and
167. 25:07just turn that [ __ ] on it's like [ __ ] it's amazing hello Daisy sunshine how are you welcome welcome
168. 25:18um oh looks we had a bunch of people in here and they all went away apparently apparently uh it's so late for people

173. 26:19um it does all sorts of stuff like Chachi BT does like you can say oh here I'll do wait this thing write me a python script of
174. 26:35a tic-tac-toe game you can never win I don't know if it's possible to write a tic-tac-toe game you can never win
175. 26:46well I guess you could if you get the third thing in a row then you could start the game over here's a python script of a tic-tac-toe
176. 26:55game you can never win let's see it's designed to ensure the computer always wins the check when functions so
177. 27:04anyway so it writes code does all that but but then check this out so um what are the top um minimalist shoe companies
178. 27:19oh sleep at that and so what what Bard is doing now that no one else is doing is if it's if it's
179. 27:34relevant to your results it's giving you previews of the websites and descriptions of the websites in context of what you're asking for
180. 27:46this seems like a very big deal to me I mean this is this is counter to their business model now you know I assume they've got something
181. 27:59in here that if I click on this maybe you know the pay-per-click goes to someone but maybe not I don't know maybe they're
182. 28:07just experimenting with with this crap right now um but that's that's just wild isn't it um buffering Max Headroom that's because
183. 28:17I switched screens probably oh yeah yeah Daisy I think you ran everybody off they were all in here everybody was in
184. 28:32here there were hundreds thousands of people were in here and then Daisy said hello to me and they all left
185. 28:41how was your 8 A.M meeting my 8 A.M meeting was awesome oh okay here's a you can make money with Chacha bite so for the past six months
186. 28:56my co-founder and I have been talking to a very large pharmaceutical company and pitching them Story vine and
187. 29:06pitching them some semi-new things with storyvine and then pitching them a lot of AI where we're rolling AI into the
188. 29:15storyline product and talking about doing Omni cam omnichannel content generation and I've been doing a lot of hand waving
189. 29:24for the past six months and the call this morning um looks very promising that they want to do some sort of pilot and what's fascinating
190. 29:34is the pilots that they want to work on with us are the AI stuff so it's very possible that that this large client
191. 29:43um is going to give us money to go build some of the things I've been designing which is super exciting because
192. 29:52if you build it for a big Pharma company it's got to be good and so if we build it for them we will retain the intellectual property and
193. 30:02we'll be able to go sell that to other people and then we're gonna have more money and you can make money [Laughter]
194. 30:14and all of the all of the prototypes that I've been uh showing to people we're all done with with GPT playground and chat GPT
195. 30:23so if indeed I make money going to build some of this stuff then I will have made money with chat gbt but it was a six month pitch
196. 30:34and probably you know 15 or 20 conversations buffering Max Headroom uh uh a Marley 95 I think we need a
197. 30:44better text I think we need better text to video models yes we do but here's the deal go look at I assume you can Google this
198. 30:53somewhere probably find it on Twitter go look at where image generation was in like April of 2022 it was laughably bad
199. 31:06stable diffusion and mid-journey had just come out and you put in text and it sort of looked like a dog
200. 31:13and that woman's face it almost looks human and sort of is it is it a blob of clay or is that someone's face
201. 31:22and a year later they were brilliant and so video is going to take the same trajectory and it's going to get better
202. 31:29much better much faster in fact there's the recent interview with the CEO of stability AI who he's a bit of a uh if
203. 31:39you think I'm a tech Optimist go listen to the the CEO of stability please he's like everything um but but he said that the internal
204. 31:54model that they're working with at stability like right now if you go make a image in stable diffusion it takes whatever it
205. 32:01takes 10 seconds to render one the internal model that they're working with at stability is rendering 60 images a second
206. 32:1130 frames a second is video 60 frames a second is video games so think about the implications of that dynamically generating 60 frames a
207. 32:23second as good as stable diffusion is right now which with the Laura's and the dream booth and the fine tuning and the
208. 32:35control net it's gonna get Mighty powerful Mighty fast so just have a little have a little uh a little patience and I mean I assume I assume
209. 32:46you've played with Runway um gen 1 and gen 2. um I agree they're kind of you know just janky well that's okay they'll get better go
210. 32:58look at Wonder Studio you want to have your mind blown off your head go look at Wonder Studio upload a little blob of video Let It
211. 33:06process it for 30 minutes and it replaces the human being in the scene with this like a CGI robot and you can export the alpha channel the
212. 33:16depth map and and the you know the green screen animation and the full video I showed it to a filmmaker tonight A
213. 33:26filmmaker came to the uh to the AI Salon tonight I mean I was like oh have you seen Wonder studio and I showed it to him he was like
214. 33:36because that's very impressive like I know like this is a guy that puts actors in those suits with the ping pong balls on the hands
215. 33:47he's like you can just shoot video on a cell phone and get that me hey everybody hey Mr cgo thank you very
216. 33:57much that's Chief generative officer to you Ma'am yeah I am the chief generative officer of an organization called content evolution
217. 34:06and if you're impressed by that title it's just made up the first one with that title uh uh all right let's see it's going down
218. 34:22ask some more questions folks being shy just because it's [ __ ] midnight almost in in Denver if anyone's on the east coast watching
219. 34:33me right now you really need to take a nap I feel like search engines and SEO in general won't be as important I I so I
220. 34:44firmly that's I was in that camp for a while but then this thing where where Bard is when I asked about minimalist
221. 34:56running shoes and my buddy Steve he owns this company zero shoes we actually met filming an episode of America's Most Wanted
222. 35:06back in 1988 or 1889 and we filmed it in Connecticut he played the killer I played his best friend and it turned out we lived like a block
223. 35:17from each other in Manhattan and so we became good friends and we're still good friends to this day so anyway
224. 35:23he owns this company and it was founded in 2009 and like he's been doing like you know SEO optimized content and advertising for
225. 35:34like 13 years and so the site you know I'm sure it ranks at the top of everything you know every possible thing so when I just asked
226. 35:47um Bard for the top companies um vibro Barefoot was first and zero shoes was second so so I I don't know what's going to happen with
227. 36:01SEO right the I think you're right I think search has to fundamentally change because like my experience has been
228. 36:14if I know that chat GPT is going to take 30 seconds to return a result and I know that Google would return a
229. 36:22result in two seconds I'll wait for the 30 seconds for chat GPT just so I don't have to dig through the [ __ ] SEO injected crap
230. 36:31that you have to deal with at Google so I don't know how Google makes this transition um it's interesting looking at how
231. 36:40Bing's doing it bing is sort of they're sort of doing this this thing where they're they're you know injecting hyperlinks
232. 36:49um so it's not really clear what's paid what's not they're not doing it as slick as Bart is right now um
233. 36:57yeah so so I I agree with you uh Marley that that um that SEO is going to change dramatically and you know if I ran an SEO agency
234. 37:09right now I would be um scrambling scrambling to upskill all of my uh all of my employees to be full in on this you know I if I
235. 37:24had an SEO agency right now I would say three weeks from now we're gonna have a competition and whoever pitches me the best idea
236. 37:35to put our agency out of business we'll do that idea or something like that like I would like I would I would be radically pushing to

267. 42:55and purposes are going to give us but somewhere between 25 and 50 percent productivity increases right so with this amount of people working
268. 43:05you can either keep your GDP the same and reduce the number of people working so this amount of people are not working or you
269. 43:16increase the prosperity and if you've got a government that doesn't have their head up their ass say one not in America
270. 43:25then you can take a big chunk of this and pump more Prosperity into the system um so yeah what does that look like I don't know

303. 49:01or or you need a list of these specific sites and you know how Google delivers them um so I don't think it goes away but I
304. 49:09think it drops dramatically in importance and and what Google's gonna have to toy with is how do they take this new mode of I
305. 49:19just want the answer rather than I want to [ __ ] spend the next hour looking for it like a goddamn scavenger hunt scavenger torture hunt
306. 49:29like they have a [ __ ] a shitty product right Because the Internet is so complicated and before you add large language models
307. 49:38you had to use your actual human brain to like click on a thing go out to that site use your dang eyes

317. 51:24I wonder what it would look like if Einstein and Stephen Hawking had a conversation you know what would they say to each other
318. 51:36and it goes out and it finds everything that's been written about them and it imagines it in its probabilistic
319. 51:45way and it shows you that and that's kind of like a dynamically generated website now right now it's just text but it's not just text right
320. 51:54it'll deliver markup it'll deliver code if you watch code interpreter do what it does it's writing and executing code and
321. 52:03generating images and handing them back to you on a platter so isn't that what a lot of websites do yeah you mean ones that have been around
322. 52:15for a decade that they spent a decade figuring out how to write code to hand you charts on a platter and so it's just dynamically doing that
323. 52:24right now yeah it is so code interpreter and the plugins start to be a glimpse into rather than giving it a prompt and

344. 55:49have it come up with a game ask it to be a dungeon master Play Play It doesn't [ __ ] matter but just like talk with it for 30 minutes
345. 56:01just let your let the conversation ramble and I think I think the idea of play right now is actually really important
346. 56:13because as important as all this [ __ ] is these tools are very very primitive for from what they're going to be
347. 56:19so if you want to play with them early just start playing and I think I think Pi is there's something really playful
348. 56:28about how how that voice has been trained to interact like like I asked it I asked it to create a game for me how
349. 56:38how well I understood Transformers or something like that and it started out and said oh that's an excellent idea I can definitely do that
350. 56:46you know why don't you tell me a little bit about what you already know and I told it a couple of things like oh
351. 56:52that's very Advanced you're very white had no idea I was talking to someone that was you know knew this stuff and
352. 57:00then it told me a little something and I said I said well I don't understand this part that's an excellent question and
353. 57:07it's like I'm like oh well thank you I that's an excellent question if I do say so myself so just go play with that and
354. 57:15just if you can get yourself into into a mode where you have fun with this stuff and take the pressure off feeling like you have to learn it
355. 57:25because that's there's nothing shittier like you can tell by how not in shape I am you know every time I tell myself I

363. 58:44mid journey is by far the best of the image generation tools here's some caveats it still only works in Discord which is stupid
364. 58:58they need to build a [ __ ] website there's only 11 of them there apparently like the the quality of that tool for the
365. 59:06relatively zero amount of people that work there's pretty amazing I would imagine they've got more now but whatever
366. 59:14um it's also been trained up on lots of copywritten images so both it and stable diffusion and and Dolly to a degree although did
367. 59:24you hear open AI just cut a deal with Shutterstock so a lot of these tools have been trained up on copywritten
368. 59:31information and we live in a litigious Society and so I think there's gonna be a ton of lawsuits so I I think a risk with
369. 59:39mid-journey is that it gets you know sued off the face of the planet but we'll see um stable diffusion
370. 59:47has a similar issue but it's been open sourced so because it's been open sourced it's by far the most flexible of
371. 59:53the tools and it's quickly catching up to Mid journey in terms of quality and leonardo.ai is a web front end for stable diffusion
372. 1:00:03that's really good and they just launched version three and it's got all sorts of prompt assisting and you can train your own images and
373. 1:00:11the the one downside of Leonardo is you kind of have to do [ __ ] in public which which I don't like but it's a really
374. 1:00:17good site and you don't have to learn anything technically um Dolly which is the open AI image generation tool that's the one that's
375. 1:00:25behind Bing is by far the shittiest but it's built into Bing so you can just go to Bing and say make me an image and
376. 1:00:32it makes images and you know they're sometimes okay and then the final one on the image Generation stuff is Adobe Firefly and
377. 1:00:39generative fill within Photoshop um they're good but not great some of their interface stuff is better than the other
378. 1:00:48tools like just the ability to click on different styles and it just updates the images um they've got a
379. 1:00:56like a text thing where you can make fancy text like you can say fuzzy text of the word fuzzy and then the letters
380. 1:01:03become fuzzy in particular fonts um the big deal with Adobe is that they've trained their model on public domain and
381. 1:01:14um Adobe stock images that they own all the rights to and so they're very aware of artist rights they're going to allow artists to
382. 1:01:22opt out of being trained they're going to allow artistops into being trained they're going to figure out attribution
383. 1:01:28and they're going to figure out compensation so I I'm um I'm a big advocate for Adobe right now the fact that they're moved as fast as
384. 1:01:38they have and they're this thoughtful about the major issues that have the entire art community [ __ ] pissed off
385. 1:01:47um and they're gonna win them back over I think that's brilliant but back to your original question mid Journey still makes the best images
