2:32 singing dog of Tik Tock probably not
2:35 that famous but he's adequate he's
2:37 adequate all right let's see Call Me Al
2:42 good day good day Christmas Eve ready to
2:44 enjoy a glass of wine hope everyone as
2:46 well likewise welcome welcome welcome
2:49 welcome from Down Under they're living
2:51 in the future down there they've had AI
2:53 for decades apparently they're just
2:57 they're like just that much far their
2:58 head they're like oh yeah we thought you
3:00 had it we we wondered why you weren't
3:02 talking about it but they say it with
3:03 their like funny
3:06 accent they're just they're just edgy
3:08 they just they they have a a jqa about
3:19 them and you know I could ask chat GPT
3:22 what that means but I don't really care
3:24 it's just a fun word to say
3:33 do you need lottery numbers
3:35 [Laughter]
3:39 [Music]
3:42 exactly so welcome everybody if you're
3:45 new here my name is ky Shannon hey C hey
3:48 c c cal cal and uh this is the AI
3:51 learning lab and what we learn about
3:53 here is a pure bread animal
3:58 husbandry different kind of lab no
4:01 that's not it I missed that one a lot
4:03 it's
4:05 I'm the
4:07 original person that ran this was
4:11 qualified I
4:13 uh I auditioned for a role that I I
4:16 thought was going to be a TV show uh
4:19 they said uh it's it's like a TV show um
4:25 on on on on Tik Tock um and very few
4:30 people watching it's small audience uh I
4:33 was desperate they were paying nothing
4:35 and I I said I'll take it I'll take it I
4:40 will take it okay
4:42 [Laughter]
4:45 so my Mr it it's our second Christmas
4:48 together
4:49 fantastic yeah so this is I'm gonna take
4:52 tomorrow and Christmas off and then boy
4:55 do we have a hell of a weekend we have a
4:57 hell of a
4:58 weekend and let's see side hustle Mimi
5:00 chat GPT helped me to grocery shop today
5:03 side hustle Mimi okay this is this this
5:06 is my favorite actually now that I think
5:10 about it Brandon I need to and if Joy's
5:12 if Joy's on the
5:14 line I need to get into a uh everyday
5:19 life hacks um AI life hacks session
5:24 because maybe this is what you did I I'm
5:26 pretty sure I invented this so not for
5:28 nothing this is proprietary
5:30 uh intellectual property okay so you
5:34 know how the misses will text you 27
5:38 items in a text and they're all in some
5:42 random order that has nothing to do with
5:43 how the store is laid out you know that
5:45 text right and then you know how that
5:47 text is followed up with the four other
5:50 texts after it and then the fifth one
5:53 after that while you're halfway through
5:54 the store with three other items in it
5:57 no you take all those you you just copy
6:01 paste that crap right into chat GPT you
6:03 say organize it by grocery store squit
6:06 out it
6:07 comes fantastic then I copy and paste it
6:09 from chat GPT into notes and I can I can
6:12 check off my little checklist it's all
6:15 organized that used to be it used to be
6:17 one of the most anxious tense I'm like
6:20 what do you want now I'm just like I'll
6:23 just add it into the pre-organized list
6:25 it's fantastic
6:31 you've been granted super intelligence
6:33 what's the first thing you're going to
6:34 do uh I'm going to work on my shopping
6:37 list
6:38 [Laughter]
6:43 [Music]
6:47 management oh man Danielle FYI my write
6:51 up on prediction on open AI was correct
6:54 which
6:57 one that they're going to start selling
6:59 3D printed
7:00 FRS they're that they're going into the
7:02 toy
7:05 [Music]
7:23 business es branding I made an entire
7:26 website using chat gbt today the AGI
7:29 prediction at at the end of it oh yeah
7:32 yeah they
7:33 um I I actually find
7:37 it I find it
7:40 fascinating well a couple of
7:43 things Gary Marcus did not disappoint
7:46 and [ __ ] all
7:47 over [ __ ] all over 03 going it's not AGI
7:51 they faked it they faked it they faked
7:53 it I told you so I told you so I told
7:55 you so he's such a miserable man I'm
7:57 sure he is lovely in person uh and I'm
8:00 sure being in a family with him is
8:02 incredible
8:03 um but but
8:07 uh like I thought that
8:11 the I thought that the announcement was
8:14 incredibly powerful but but if you look
8:16 just a little bit under the
8:18 surface a single answer for them to hit
8:22 that
8:23 87.5% on the AR AGI test was about
8:27 $3,200 they spent like 1 1 million um to
8:31 answer all the questions to hit that 87%
8:34 number um so that I mean that just says
8:37 to me it's early they're going to
8:38 optimize it and a year from now we'll
8:41 we'll get we'll reap the benefits of
8:43 that but man like so many people are
8:46 just like AGI has been hit the world has
8:48 changed everything is
8:51 different and I think it was actually
8:53 Sam Alman that said something something
8:56 along the lines of you know we may not
8:59 know exactly when we hit it and and when
9:02 we do it's you know it's likely going to
9:04 be a
9:05 Continuum most people are not going to
9:07 notice
9:08 it and if you if you look at the
9:11 announcement that they made what did
9:13 they talk about they talked about
9:14 obscure mathematics equations right most
9:18 people looking at that like all of us
9:20 hanging out here just trying to figure
9:21 out how do I use chat GPT to make sure
9:24 make a picture of my dog's butt like
9:27 we're not going to use 03
9:30 and it's okay it's okay this like this
9:34 is I have come to a realization probably
9:38 I don't know three or four months ago
9:40 when when 01 preview came out I'm like
9:42 oh there are going to be some of these
9:45 things that just everyday people don't
9:47 need to worry about at all let them go
9:50 figure out free energy let them go solve
9:53 all the diseases let them right people
9:56 who have those skills are they need that
9:58 bigger model we don't
10:01 so anyway but like I find it fascinating
10:03 how how big a deal that was made all
10:05 right new Tik Tock
10:08 pin oh yeah hang on switch cams sorry
10:12 about that I'm just I'm just trying to
10:13 figure this out I've only been doing
10:16 I've only been in this new role as um as
10:20 as educator and chief uh for about a
10:22 week I don't know how to quite work the
10:24 cameras or anything I'm just I'm really
10:26 here just as a fill in for uh for you
10:29 know educ educational educational Ed
10:32 edutainment kind of
10:34 situation all right bismil mahadi which
10:37 country is most technologically
10:41 [Music]
10:46 innovated um that's a fascinating
10:49 question I mean certainly I think the US
10:51 is up there in terms
10:54 of generative AI the leading models but
11:00 if you look at the speed the speed with
11:02 which China
11:04 is basically replicating everything else
11:08 that they see is pretty remarkable um
11:11 the advantage that China has is they can
11:13 do whatever the hell they want right you
11:16 know in America we've got you know these
11:18 pesky legislators that are like wow
11:20 we're not going to let you steal data
11:22 with the world's largest plagiarism
11:24 machine there let's uh let's go ahead
11:26 and regulate that and lock that bad boy
11:28 down okay let's be responsible with our
11:31 data
11:32 usage um we haven't done that yet thank
11:36 goodness
11:40 um I mean I would say I would say right
11:42 now it's it's the US and
11:45 China um and there's probably a fair
11:47 amount China has that we don't know
11:49 about and I that's actually really
11:51 curious I'm curious Cindy [ __ ] might
11:53 know the answer to this I think I know
11:55 the answer to
11:57 this you know I think I think our
11:59 government and Military probably have ai
12:02 that we don't know about that's more
12:04 like traditional AI like military
12:06 applications of it it's not necessarily
12:08 generative AI um I would say with
12:11 generative AI the US is is in the clear
12:13 lead there but
12:19 [Music]
12:28 anyway the next war will be a
12:32 AI yeah if I'll tell you what if you
12:35 looked at have you seen the we'll come
12:38 back to the uh let me ask a question is
12:42 Ann Murphy around Ann if you're around
12:44 let me know we can bring you up here but
12:48 in the meantime let me show you
12:49 something crazy if you if you haven't
12:52 seen it oh let me show you this because
12:54 I just think it's hilarious so I just
12:56 wrote an article for
12:58 LinkedIn called do you know who your
13:00 Rick Rubin
13:02 are
13:04 and this makes me
13:06 [Laughter]
13:15 happy I use so one of the nice things
13:18 here here's the reason to learn all the
13:20 different tools right um like ideogram
13:23 is better at text and and things like
13:25 that okay and's not here yet um and uh
13:28 but grock grock will will make you
13:31 images of celebrities it just doesn't
13:33 care and it'll make you images of Brands
13:35 um so I just wrote an article uh on on
13:38 LinkedIn called do you know who your
13:39 Rick Rubin
13:40 [Laughter]
13:50 are oh
13:54 [Music]
14:04 so here's what we do here if you're new
14:06 here got a few people here tonight
14:08 there's a couple of things going on and
14:09 Murphy's gonna come come on we're going
14:11 to talk about AI festiv us so this
14:13 Friday and Saturday if you're not doing
14:15 anything and quite frankly even if you
14:18 are this might be a good excuse to
14:19 escape the
14:20 family um we're doing this thing called
14:23 AI Festivus which is 24 hours of
14:26 programming spread across two days so 12
14:29 hours on Friday 12 hours on Saturday
14:32 it's free if you go to aif festiv us.com
14:36 you just register and then you're
14:37 registered we have had like it is crazy
14:42 how many registrations we've had in fact
14:44 we actually had to change how we're
14:46 producing the event because we thought
14:48 we were G to have one class of audience
14:51 size and we moved up I don't know an
14:54 order of
14:56 magnitude higher higher than than I
14:59 thought we would have uh which is super
15:01 exciting it's super exciting um but it's
15:05 just it's going to be a fantastic day
15:07 it's 34 separate speakers every hour is
15:11 a different panel or Workshop or demo
15:14 for just 12 hours straight and then and
15:17 then the next day same thing so if
15:20 you're trying to get your head around AI
15:23 my my uh we were talking today about
15:25 like you know how are people going to do
15:27 this and you know I figure with most
15:29 things like this what you'll probably do
15:31 is you'll you'll pick I want to go to
15:32 that one and that one and that one and
15:34 then you'll put those in your calendar I
15:36 think what you should do is just show up
15:39 and uh just leave it on all day like
15:43 leave it in the background if you're not
15:44 interested in something get up and walk
15:46 away but just like let the let the
15:48 osmosis of AI optimism and and the
15:53 generosity of these communities we
15:55 actually pulled
15:56 together there's people from the AI
15:58 salon
16:00 that are presenting people from she
16:01 leads AI um people from Rachel Woods's
16:05 uh AI exchange group and people from the
16:08 marketing AI institutes uh Paul raters
16:10 group um are all presenting and they're
16:13 like they're all volunteering their time
16:15 on a holiday weekend to just make a
16:17 really cool event for anyone who wants
16:19 to come and we've got a lot so so go
16:22 sign up for that and then when Ann gets
16:24 here we'll we'll talk about it but um so
16:27 the other thing we do here is you know
16:28 feel free free to just if you have
16:30 questions about AI or if you want me to
16:33 you know give my opinion on something
16:35 we're never shy on that um in fact the
16:38 the Rick Rubin thing that I was talking
16:40 about earlier the article that I
16:42 wrote me see if I have it
16:46 here yeah here it is oh no just got rid
16:49 of it dang it dang you
16:52 [Laughter]
16:57 algorithm all right
17:00 so let me show you
17:06 this so there's the picture
17:11 um oops hang
17:23 [Music]
17:26 on do you know who your Rick Rick ruin
17:29 are so if you don't know who Rick Rubin
17:32 is he's a music
17:34 producer um you know Grammy awardwinning
17:38 incredibly trusted and he's kind of
17:41 famous for
17:43 um this I have no technical ability I
17:48 know nothing about music I don't know
17:50 how to play an instrument I don't know
17:52 how to work a recording console and I
17:54 don't know how to use a computer for
17:57 recording right and and what what what
18:00 the article's basically talking about is
18:02 as AI technology gets
18:06 better in today's work environment and
18:10 in today's society quite frankly we
18:12 value specialization we pay more for
18:15 Specialists than we do for
18:18 generalists and that iceberg is about to
18:21 flip upside down and so that's what this
18:23 article is about and and what why people
18:26 hire Rick is for this next quote of his
18:31 I know what I like and what I don't like
18:32 and I'm decisive about what I like and
18:35 what I don't like so basically musicians
18:38 make their music and he goes nah not
18:42 feeling it it's not truthful I don't buy
18:45 it
18:46 nah and then they do another one he goes
18:49 that's closer but nah then at some point
18:52 he's like yeah I'm feeling that let's
18:55 let's work on that one and that's what
18:57 he does and that's the
18:59 role that is going to be the most
19:01 valuable moving forward because the AIS
19:03 are going to do the Tactical
19:05 execution and it's going to be someone's
19:07 job to look at the output of those
19:09 things and go that's good that one
19:11 doesn't quite hit the mark right and if
19:14 you if you know anything about AI if you
19:16 know people that are good at it they
19:17 tend to be like that so so who are your
19:20 Rick
19:22 Rubin and and you know are you a Rick
19:25 Rubin and if not what skills do you need
19:27 to develop to be better at
19:30 that
19:32 right Genie in a Bottle get behind the
19:35 screen
19:37 door I don't know what that
19:44 means
19:48 uh any alternatives for lovable. deev
19:51 yes your camera has a weird
19:56 gradient really
19:59 which one this
20:02 one I can I can
20:05 [Music]
20:10 stop I can quit the Tik Tock and come
20:12 back in all right ticktockers I'm gonna
20:15 leave I'm gonna shut it down and come
20:17 back in all
20:19 right been a Rick Rubin fan my whole
20:22 life oh I've been a rick ruin my whole
20:25 life now there's a name for it there you
20:28 go there you go no it's okay it's just
20:31 the angle of the Beards
20:33 [Music]
20:51 oh Kyle it does this all the time no
20:54 need to shut down okay cool he talks
20:56 about meditation yeah he talks about
20:58 medit I saw I saw Rick the other day
21:01 talk about a
21:04 um he said this is such a cool line he
21:09 goes he goes everything you do in the
21:13 world could be just like a diary
21:17 entry and the and the reporter was like
21:19 well what do you mean and he goes well
21:21 if I write in my
21:23 diary here's what I
21:25 feel no one can judge that
21:29 because I might read it to you and I'm
21:30 like well that's what I I wrote that in
21:31 my diary and he'd be like oh yeah well
21:33 that's that's a valid
21:35 opinion and he said everything you put
21:37 in the world can be
21:41 that and that like that's his job like
21:44 his job is to have a point of
21:50 view it's it's literally to be
21:53 himself and to be
21:57 unashamed of what he feels in the moment
22:01 that's his
22:03 job I I find that a remarkable life a
22:07 remarkable choice in life I think it's a
22:10 really
22:12 non-obvious way to go through
22:15 life and just the more I think about it
22:17 the more I think this is the skill this
22:20 is going to be the skill five years from
22:22 now that's going to be the most highly
22:25 rewarded Michelle M
22:28 Silva see this is where educational
22:30 institutions are going to struggle
22:32 because you don't teach a Rick Rubin on
22:33 a particular subject he didn't major
22:35 indecisiveness in college I Michelle you
22:39 are like 1,000% on the money and it
22:43 breaks my [ __ ] heart actually you
22:46 know what's funny right before this I
22:47 was watching Dead Poet Society my son
22:50 believe it or not had never seen Dead
22:52 Poet
22:54 Society and Dead Poet Society is is is
22:58 the same conversation
22:59 right Robin Williams is the one teaching
23:01 them to
23:03 like feel that who are
23:08 they don't walk with the beat of the
23:10 other
23:12 drummers and that's not and the school
23:15 rejected him and right and it caused all
23:18 sorts of
23:20 strife I totally agree with you let that
23:24 and and quite frankly so so yes I agree
23:28 that's where educational institution
23:31 institutions are going to fall on their
23:32 face and there's a huge [ __ ]
23:39 opportunity huge
23:44 opportunity right start a university
23:47 that that that the the
23:51 graduates are have Masters in critical
23:55 thinking right in taste in judgment in
24:02 [Music]
24:06 decisiveness
24:08 because business is not going to reward
24:11 this like why I wrote the article was I
24:15 think most businesses are going to do
24:17 what most businesses have done for the
24:18 past 150 years which is we want you more
24:22 efficient we want you more skilled we
24:24 want you to be a cog in our machine's
24:28 wheel
24:32 and AI is going to [ __ ] all that up man
24:35 the the death th the death throws of the
24:37 establishment are going to be insane we
24:40 don't allow stud students to find their
24:42 passions critical thinking comes from
24:44 following a passion totally agree
24:47 totally agree Source Camp I've done this
24:50 as a creative director a general
24:51 contractor and now an AI agent yep yeah
24:54 Source Camp you're the ultimate Rick
24:55 rubben you like um Cav Runo is Vicky
25:00 Baptist is like there I I would say that
25:03 if you want to find a high concentration
25:05 of Rick Rubin in the world come to the
25:07 AI Salon which by the way if you don't
25:09 know about the AI Salon let's tell you
25:11 about the AI Salon go
25:15 to the salon. and click on the button
25:18 that says join our community we just
25:21 cracked it 2,000 people
25:25 um this is a community of AI op
25:28 optimists and people who are genuinely
25:32 curious and adventurous and brave and
25:36 and and just have fun like have fun with
25:40 AI do what they want to [ __ ] do like
25:44 RI Rick Ruben's one of those kind of
25:46 guys that you get the sense like someone
25:49 might be the biggest musician in the
25:50 world and if he meets them and they're a
25:53 douche to him or he just doesn't Vibe
25:56 with
25:57 them you think he's going to produce
25:59 their
26:01 music nah he's
26:03 good he's going to wish him luck he's
26:06 going to be polite send them on their
26:08 way someone else is Gonna Come Along
26:10 that's just like yeah yeah he likes them
26:14 he's like yeah I like your Vibe let's
26:16 why don't we spend some time you want to
26:17 do that now like I just get that sense
26:19 he's just like a you want to do that
26:21 now that's what the salon's like it's
26:24 full of people like that it's amazing so
26:27 you should go you should go join that
26:29 we'll talk a little bit more about that
26:31 Brandon I spent 15 hours this weekend
26:33 collaborating with chat GPT on
26:35 screenwriting it's so good at that it's
26:37 so good at that it's so good
26:41 at this is the thing I'm most excited
26:44 about with all of the AI tools
26:48 is is not the initial idea like it helps
26:51 you get the initial idea
26:54 out but it's like remember before I was
26:57 talking about Rick ruin is like like
26:58 yeah that song I don't like it that song
27:00 that's closer but I don't like it that's
27:01 oh that that's good let's work on that
27:03 one I think the thing that generative AI
27:06 is the best at is when you have an idea
27:09 that you actually kind of you kind of
27:11 know what you want and you have that
27:13 feeling in your core like yeah this is a
27:15 good
27:16 idea you can look at the output of
27:19 generative Ai and instantly know is that
27:22 it is it right or not like like we're
27:25 you know I'm working on this musical
27:26 Sydney with with my writing partner and
27:28 true and when we do scenes it's it's
27:32 it's exactly like that when we do music
27:35 we we talk about what is the scene
27:36 what's it feel like what's it feel like
27:39 and then we go just make piles and piles
27:41 and piles of
27:43 music and then occasionally one will
27:45 just be like oh yeah that's it that's
27:49 it it's really cool and like it's funny
27:52 like when sometimes Andrew and I will
27:55 have a
27:56 similar understanding of a
27:59 and we'll both go yeah that's it and
28:01 then sometimes we won't and I'll go oh
28:04 that's it he's
28:05 like I was like oh what do you think it
28:09 is and then we have a
28:11 conversation and then it's critical
28:13 thinking and again this is one of the
28:16 misconceptions about AI is they're like
28:18 oh it takes away the creativity you just
28:20 push a button and it squirts out a thing
28:22 well you push a button and it squirts
28:24 out something but most of the time it
28:25 squirts out diarrhea
28:29 sorry for the poop reference around the
28:31 holidays but it is most of what AI
28:34 generates is a piece of [ __ ] it's your
28:37 job to go oh there's there's a nugget
28:39 here that's worth worth
28:43 finding ah here's here's a
28:47 piece so anyway that's what I find
28:50 exciting about it I find it incredibly
28:53 creative because I'm kind of just in
28:55 Rick rubben
28:57 mode all right
28:58 [Music]
29:05 [Applause]
29:08 exponential creativity is so
29:11 exciting you know what's funny Silver
29:13 Fox is it's so it is so counterintuitive
29:17 it is so
29:19 counterintuitive when I first started
29:21 the Tik Tok Channel most of the comments
29:25 were because I I was excited I'm like
29:27 this stuff is so creative it does all
29:30 this creative stuff and almost all of
29:32 the comments were some version of well
29:35 if it's that creative what are you
29:37 supposed to do doesn't it make you less
29:39 creative if it's that
29:42 creative nope
29:45 [Music]
30:05 all right let's see let's
30:10 see all
30:11 right we got Ann Murphy in the house is
30:14 that true is has has has the rock star
30:18 arrived we're talking about Rick rubben
30:21 we got to bring our our our rock star up
30:24 here
30:26 [Music]
30:30 oh look at that hat yeah it's a pink bow
30:35 but
30:36 better well okay you know I don't think
30:39 it's appropriate for you to Ambush me
30:41 like that without letting me
30:45 prepare all right we're gonna do this
30:47 let's do this oh we're gonna do this oh
30:51 we're gonna do this all right oh I got
30:53 to move you over here so these people
30:55 can see you okay um
30:58 took you away for because because I
31:00 wanted to look at you but the people
31:02 have to see you so hang on I've got I've
31:04 got Logistics here and you know you
31:07 think it's so easy to put on a world
31:09 class production show like I have
31:12 here yeah and yet and yet and yet it is
31:18 it you know it's
31:20 like you can lead a horse to water but
31:23 you can't make him drink like you've got
31:25 this whole team behind you you would
31:27 think that you could you know get your
31:29 [ __ ] together but a you you would think
31:32 but no um all right let me let me
31:35 reposition myself okay I think I'm good
31:38 I I think we're good okay everybody in
31:41 case you don't know Well her name's on
31:43 the little orange thing so you don't
31:45 have to meet her but that's not
31:47 important right now an and I okay we go
31:51 way back so Anne's been part of the
31:52 salon for forever and um has an amazing
31:56 group called she leads AI which you
31:59 should check out absolutely and so last
32:02 year an and I sort of on a lark no I I
32:07 sort of had a larky idea and then I
32:09 called you up and I said I said what do
32:11 you thinking you're like I'm in let's go
32:13 uh like two weeks before this weekend
32:17 last year I said you want to teach
32:19 people how to make GPT she goes let's do
32:21 it so you just jumped in with this
32:23 amazing enthusiasm and we put on this
32:25 event and this community made what 150
32:28 custom gpts for nonprofits and it we
32:31 just tossed it together and so this year
32:34 um an and I have teamed up again and I I
32:38 will let you talk about what we're doing
32:40 I I showed the website earlier but
32:42 please jump in and talk about what we're
32:45 uh tell the PE tell the nice people
32:48 about this Extravaganza exactly tell the
32:51 nice people what we're up
32:53 to and you know there's a part of me
32:55 that's really excited and proud and
32:57 there's a part of me that's just like
32:58 like we're just [ __ ]
33:00 nuts what are we
33:03 doing I was thinking about it today and
33:05 I was like you know we probably could
33:09 have quit at like I don't know 20
33:12 speakers but
33:15 I but you know 34 is is better I guess
33:19 you know 20 is good 34 is better more is
33:22 better more is better and so it's so
33:25 it's this Friday and Saturday the 27th
33:27 and 28 8 and look the website still says
33:30 9:00 a. to 8:00 pm. which would have
33:33 worked had an stopped but she
33:36 didn't so so we're now going from 900 am
33:40 to 900 pm on Friday and Saturday and
33:43 it's basically just a workshop an hour
33:46 right a workshop or a panel or like like
33:48 yep yes yes indeed you can plan on
33:54 pretty much on the hour give or take you
33:57 know 15 minutes here or there a change
34:01 of scenery so you know you'll get to
34:03 know one Workshop presenter you'll get
34:06 to know one topic and then you're going
34:07 to go to the next and you're going to go
34:08 to the next and I tried to organize them
34:12 so we could go from like right brain to
34:16 left brain a little bit oh that's pretty
34:18 slick I didn't yeah I didn't know you
34:20 actually thought about this I did well
34:23 other not how I normally work but I I if
34:27 I'm working with you I'll make the
34:29 exception the putting the putting
34:31 thought into something really not on
34:33 brand for AI learning
34:38 lab well it was that and and just the
34:41 algorithm like I like I shared with you
34:44 I ended up using cat
34:46 gp01 to reason through everybody's
34:50 particular availability which oftentimes
34:53 was you know kind
34:55 of well um quirky quirky because that's
35:00 what we are it is the holidays we're
35:02 trying to get 30 people to commit an
35:05 hour on on a holiday
35:09 weekend yeah exactly exactly so this is
35:13 an example of when AI did something that
35:16 my brain absolutely could not have done
35:19 which is to somehow or another cross
35:22 reference 34 people's schedules to find
35:26 a calendar to get a calendar that work
35:28 worked for all of them and I have I mean
35:30 point of Pride here I don't care how the
35:32 rest of it goes not a single person has
35:35 written to me asking to change their
35:37 time wow yeah it's funny before you got
35:39 on I was talking about I think one of
35:41 the killer the killer apps of of
35:43 generative AI is organizing my wife's
35:46 incomprehensible text messages at the
35:48 grocery store into sessions of the
35:51 grocery
35:52 store and this is like the grown-up
35:54 version of that right like like know
35:57 plan this event I it's brilliant for
35:59 that loved it I you know I've been
36:02 wondering how some event
36:05 organizers do so many things
36:08 and I mean AI has made it so much so
36:13 doable so doable we're able to we're
36:17 able to put on this event for a song and
36:21 in no time at all and I'm just kind of
36:24 comparing and contrasting the
36:25 professional Summit firms
36:28 what they charge and how many people
36:30 they have and what marketing channels
36:32 they have and given that we have somehow
36:34 or another 2,000 people registered yeah
36:38 I didn't let every everyone know I said
36:39 it was going well like we have we have
36:41 more than 2,000 people have signed up
36:43 for this thing like it is it's to the
36:45 point that we had to change our Zoom
36:51 strategy so so actually you know what I
36:54 you and I talked a lot about logistics
36:55 today but I didn't get a chance to ask
36:57 you this and I think it'd be for
36:58 everyone to hear it so at at one point I
37:02 don't know a month or so ago you and I
37:04 said oh we should do it we kind of had
37:06 this idea and I'm like I'm like great
37:09 like like you and I always do we'll come
37:10 up with an idea like we should do that
37:12 and then we go off and our lives happen
37:13 and you know it it doesn't right and
37:15 then you came back like two weeks later
37:17 and you're like so we're doing this
37:18 thing I got a bunch of ideas we're gonna
37:20 call it AI Festivus and I have a team
37:22 put together and you're like let me run
37:23 with it and then like you disappeared
37:26 for two weeks and like what came out was
37:28 this fully completed fully executed
37:31 website the full plan 34 speakers I sort
37:34 of woke up like oh should I do something
37:38 here do you want to talk about what
37:40 you've been doing in these mysterious
37:42 two weeks and how you've done this
37:44 because it's it's
37:46 amazing I I will share a couple of
37:49 things because I do think that there are
37:52 a few things that I learned along the
37:53 way that are pretty Universal right
37:55 anyone planning any event could use some
37:59 of these techniques and one of the
38:02 things I should add right off the bat
38:05 that one of the things we missed that we
38:09 will never make this mistake again is
38:12 the some of the
38:13 accessibility issues so we have a
38:17 website that's not accessible to some to
38:20 some folks and that is not okay with us
38:23 we made an error we will do much better
38:26 next time we're moving quickly and and
38:31 we we will do better next time so that's
38:34 one of the things that I've learned and
38:35 one of the things that I put in the back
38:37 of my mind and shame on Chad GPT for not
38:40 telling me that
38:42 but so what we did is we started with
38:49 thinking about what what do we want to
38:53 accomplish for our guests what do we
38:55 want to do and what would that look like
38:58 in reality so we wanted to provide a
39:00 sense of community right we always want
39:03 we always say or I always say that you
39:05 need three things to be quote unquote
39:07 good at AI one is a curious mind the
39:10 other is a willingness to be vulnerable
39:12 and the third is community so it was
39:15 like all right everybody needs to feel
39:17 like they are part of a community this
39:19 is not just a you
39:22 know this is not just another you know
39:25 dumb webinar that we've all gone to to
39:28 over the course of the last two years
39:30 yep so I wanted it to have personality
39:32 and I wanted it to have a Vibe and I
39:34 wanted people to feel like they were
39:35 part of something cool that it wasn't
39:37 like this corporate everybody's you know
39:40 whatever yep so we were like okay what
39:42 do we want and then we thought about who
39:45 are the people who we know who you know
39:49 can deliver on this and won't be worried
39:51 that there's like no turnaround time and
39:54 you
39:55 know crazy ones who are the ones and
39:58 like are they in our community and stuff
40:01 because we wanted to have the
40:03 opportunity to give people a platform
40:06 who may not typically be up in front of
40:09 now you know 7even 800 900 a thousand
40:13 people in any one point in time so we
40:15 were like okay who can we who can we
40:17 provide with some new opportunities some
40:19 people care about that so what was so
40:22 fascinating to me about this is if you
40:25 look at those 34 speakers every single
40:28 person is a relationship that we have
40:32 that like part of the you know AI Salon
40:36 part of AI you know x with Rachel Woods
40:40 you know Community part part of um
40:42 marketing AI with Paul reter's Community
40:45 part of she leads AI it was like wow we
40:48 know a lot of people who are doing
40:50 really dope stuff that everybody doesn't
40:53 necessarily know about y so there was
40:55 that then we did the speaker Outreach
40:58 which Kyle uh you know eventually did
41:01 and I feel miserably at one point and
41:04 you're so polite at one point Ann
41:06 reaches out and she goes hey uh
41:09 yeah should we just go ahead and reach
41:12 out to your people there is it at some
41:15 point there Kyle I was like uh yeah I'm
41:17 busy
41:19 uh right I eventually did it and and you
41:23 know we we have an amazing amazing
41:27 cohort of speakers like even just look
41:29 at that look at Nate St Pierre a World
41:32 Builder he's brilliant he's like one of
41:34 the smartest people I've met in this
41:37 space Kelly Bosch like who doesn't have
41:40 a talent crush on Kelly and everything
41:42 that she's up to Tracy the safety lady
41:45 is you do not want to miss her talk she
41:48 is extremely charismatic and will
41:52 explain to all of us what are she used
41:54 to do safety like fire safety police
41:57 safety whatever now she does AI
42:01 safety that's so cool yeah no it's am
42:04 it's like I'm looking through this list
42:06 and like everyone I see I'm like oh that
42:07 would be good that would be good and
42:09 that's that's what you and I were
42:10 talking about this today that that I
42:13 think I think the real play here
42:15 archetypal architech said I hope this um
42:19 I hope this will all be recorded ain't
42:20 no way I can sit through all of that
42:23 yeah how I originally imagined this is
42:26 that people would sort of pick the four
42:27 five they're interested in and they
42:28 would just go to those the way I'm
42:30 thinking about it now is like turn the
42:32 thing on at 9: in the morning and just
42:34 have it on in the background and if
42:36 someone interesting starts speaking
42:37 because there's there's such a diversity
42:39 of topics some are technical some are
42:41 creative some are business some are
42:43 ethics and and just engagement and it's
42:46 like I I just get this sense that there
42:49 there are probably things you'll be
42:51 interested in and learn from that you
42:53 had no intention of enjoying you know
42:55 what I mean so yeah yeah so let me say
42:59 something to um there's a question from
43:02 uh Be not Afraid about how do you
43:05 register and here's here's what Kyle is
43:07 talking about you register for the whole
43:09 event and what Kyle's recommending is
43:11 just leave it on in the background right
43:13 like a little Mariah KY one it's one
43:16 Zoom call that's gonna go for 12 hours
43:18 one Zoom call so you get some Nat King
43:20 Cole you get some marah Carey you turn
43:22 those off then you watch and listen to
43:26 the AI festive is 2024 in the background
43:29 if you must like if you're not
43:31 interested in cyber security no big just
43:33 listen to the words and then come you
43:36 know all locked in for you know uh like
43:39 Kim offred's uh conversation about using
43:42 mid journey and her experience with
43:44 having a a short film produced pick and
43:48 choose what you want and you know you've
43:50 got 2 20 to choose from so and we didn't
43:56 put them in like tracks or anything like
43:57 that because what we're hoping is that
43:59 people will just like allart pick and
44:01 choose you know you may be a creative
44:04 but you may also be interested in like
44:06 how are companies taking individual AI
44:10 like expertise and scaling that up to a
44:13 whole entire organization like that is
44:16 not that's like specialized knowledge
44:18 that does not it's not floating around
44:20 in the world like it's we're going to
44:22 have it here on a panel think about like
44:24 you might be thinking about um launching
44:26 a podcast sometime well we have a Ser a
44:29 session on how podcasters who talk about
44:33 AI use AI for their podcast and we have
44:36 a podcast coach coming in to talk about
44:39 like you know how do you um how do you
44:43 build an audience how do you warm up
44:46 your voice how do you do an interview so
44:49 you are going to find things that you
44:51 may not even have known you were
44:52 interested in and you're just like hey
44:54 I'm G to find out a little bit about
44:55 this yeah the other thing we're going to
44:57 do is we've got we're setting up
45:00 actually Vicky and I talked about this
45:01 today we're setting up
45:04 a um a special AI festiv a space on the
45:08 AI Salon that's going to be a place for
45:11 you to network so you can go in there
45:12 and chat with people we're going to have
45:14 speakers go in there there's also a
45:16 showand tell area within that space so
45:19 as you're learning things throughout the
45:20 day one of the other things that I I
45:22 mean that's what the AI learning lab is
45:24 all about is I sort of ramble and while
45:26 I'm rambling you should be building
45:28 right and sharing things we're going to
45:30 have this space on the AI Salon where
45:32 you can share your work and then that'll
45:34 also be a space after the event where
45:37 you can go find recordings of the
45:39 sessions where you can find power you
45:41 know PDFs of the the Decks that people
45:44 presented um so there's a whole Space
45:46 where you can have kind of asynchronous
45:48 conversations plus that gives you access
45:50 to the AI salon and all that's in there
45:52 and um so it's it's going to be it's
45:54 going to be really amazing so I'm really
45:57 good and thrilled a couple a couple of
46:00 the changes that we made we're just like
46:02 operating on the Fly everybody so we
46:05 appreciate the sense of adventure that
46:07 all the I'm referring every to everybody
46:09 as fian if you come to this
46:12 yes very nice you are you are a fian so
46:16 we appreciate the sense of adventure
46:17 because now that we have 2,000 people
46:19 registered a few things have needed to
46:22 change along the way
46:27 and if anyone's curious about how you
46:30 know we got a big bump in attendance
46:32 because Kyle and I were like hey let's
46:34 try to get three to 500 people there and
46:37 we got we hit like 170 I was like oh my
46:40 God we're we're doing so great um one of
46:45 the things that happened it again it
46:47 goes back to relationships so Sabrina
46:51 renov is an amazing like she contributes
46:55 so much to the AI Community she teaches
46:57 all kinds of stuff for free she has a
46:59 great platform where you get to go to
47:01 her master classes and she will
47:03 personally review your social media Etc
47:06 and um she loves promoting free events
47:10 particularly you know
47:12 like particularly in her case for women
47:15 by women because that's you know what
47:17 she wants to grow and so she posted on
47:20 Tik Tok and the post went bananas like
47:24 3,700 people saved it so it kind of went
47:27 viral and for I stayed up really late on
47:31 the first night going watching one one
47:34 person register per minute and just
47:35 going like oh my God like I don't even
47:39 know if my email registration system
47:41 like I don't even know what the top
47:42 number is so pretty cool we had to we
47:45 had to upgrade all of our all of the
47:48 stuff we thought we could get away with
47:49 a $10 subscription uhuh and it goes up
47:53 precipitously when you start hitting
47:55 thousands yes oh my God yeah they don't
47:58 mess around when you get to a certain
47:59 point they're just like oh we got you
48:02 you definitely need this so we're just
48:04 going to charge you whatever we feel
48:05 like yeah exactly oh you wanted this to
48:07 work that would be
48:08 [Laughter]
48:13 more oh
48:15 man so other thoughts any thoughts yeah
48:20 um so what I would do is I don't think
48:25 we have posted the schedule
48:28 yes there we it's there okay so okay
48:33 there it is so what I would do is oh
48:37 wait I've gotta present something with
48:39 you you you and
48:43 I did I say that out loud I'm sorry
48:46 thanks a lot Kyle thanks a lot um I
48:51 would maybe kind of highlight the ones
48:54 you want to be sure not to miss yeah
48:56 yeah yeah then maybe highlight the ones
48:59 that you want to watch on the replay we
49:01 will post the replays inside the salon
49:04 um pretty fast and then post them to
49:06 YouTube in a little bit um one of the
49:10 thing so yeah so like go through those
49:13 and then if you're interested in knowing
49:16 more about each each session those
49:18 descriptions are down below yep and in
49:21 most cases we have bios there in some
49:23 cases we just had to scrunch it um and
49:28 then consider here's what I would say to
49:31 the folks on the call right now is that
49:34 you're about to make a whole bunch of
49:36 new friends and they're going to come
49:38 into the AI salon and they're not going
49:40 to know your values they may read it but
49:44 they may not and it's I really encourage
49:48 you to live those values and help
49:52 encourage other people to do the same
49:53 thing they're just not going to know the
49:55 culture of the salon quite yet
49:58 yeah I I think that's I think that's
49:59 huge I'm glad you're reminded me of that
50:01 so if you're new here if you don't if
50:02 you don't haven't hung out at the salon
50:05 the the values are there's five of them
50:07 they're really simple curiosity I think
50:09 we'll get I mean that that'll be clear
50:12 playfulness people may not be playful I
50:14 think people take try they take this AI
50:16 stuff really seriously like Ai and it
50:20 becomes this burden right and so I think
50:22 that may be an area the one that I
50:24 think's the biggie is this one empathy
50:26 as people people come in people are
50:28 going to be scared they might be angry
50:30 about AI they might have
50:31 misunderstandings about it or make
50:33 presumptions about it so as people come
50:35 in yeah I think it's a great point we
50:37 should encourage people to welcome them
50:40 when they introduce themselves and if
50:41 someone's you know off base or out of
50:44 line or whatever you know rather than
50:45 demonize them just understand where
50:47 they're coming from and right yeah and I
50:50 think that playfulness that we have in
50:52 the salon is such an
50:55 important well yeah playfulness so you
50:58 know yeah you're going to get people
51:00 coming in here going like you know the
51:02 nerdy conversations that the Irregulars
51:04 have right but also we're kind of
51:08 irreverent so you may get the super
51:10 nerds you may get the super irreverent
51:13 but we are going to model the values of
51:16 the salon as we as we welcome a whole
51:18 bunch of new people that's what I'm
51:20 that's kind of what I'm thinking is like
51:22 how yeah it's the next step so bringing
51:26 people especially some of these Wayward
51:28 Souls who don't have a community yet y
51:31 like Cindy [ __ ] says we've built our
51:34 raft they can jump on the raft so yeah
51:37 unlike Titanic where that door was
51:40 clearly big enough for Jack to hop up on
51:42 there our raft is big enough for people
51:45 to hop on We're not gonna let
51:48 Jack oh Jasmine is telling me sorry I'm
51:51 getting text messages from my from my
51:53 peeps we still are accepting sponsor
51:57 sorship so if you are interested in
51:59 having your brand associated with this
52:05 Monumental opportunity here where you're
52:07 going to get lots and lots of
52:09 eyeballs you know please reach out to me
52:13 we have a sponsorship team we have all
52:15 kinds of goodies that the sponsors get
52:17 we are spoiling the heck out of everyone
52:19 because we can and um you know we would
52:23 really love to have you associated with
52:26 this event event so let us know y they
52:29 are you could do one for 50 bucks if you
52:31 want to do just a personal like vote of
52:33 confidence in what we're up to you can
52:36 do one for 250 bucks as a supporting
52:38 member and you can do one for $1,000
52:41 that is a um I want to call maybe we
52:45 maybe we call it Premiere I'm not sure
52:47 yeah the premiere the premiere one will
52:50 just cover our new Zoom expenses because
52:54 we have so many people coming
52:57 and I'm not joking um Jason asked what
53:01 what uh what time zone is this happening
53:03 so it's Friday the 27th Saturday the
53:06 28th from 9:00 am till essentially 900
53:09 PM Pacific so it's Pacific time so 11:
53:13 am Eastern uh 12 no noon Eastern so 9:00
53:17 am Pacific noon Eastern all
53:20 right yeah and then let's see I'm
53:23 looking at some
53:25 other things
53:29 other questions I think we're how can I
53:33 get in touch with you um you I'll put it
53:36 on my on my name tag if I can but I'll
53:39 tell you right now maybe Brandon could
53:42 pin it is that a thing um it's an yeah
53:46 he can it okay so Brandon it's an with
53:50 an e on the end at empowered
53:53 fundraiser.com that's the name of my
53:55 actual company the rest of this the rest
53:58 of this stuff is just what I do for
54:01 kicks this is our fun relaxing holiday
54:04 weekend we have a very strange sense of
54:07 what's fun around here we really
54:10 do it's so good yeah I gotta tell you
54:13 it's like it's such a pleasure to work
54:15 with you because I just feel like you're
54:17 just always willing to like go there
54:19 you're like all right let's do it let's
54:21 go let's and then it's like what what's
54:24 been put together in what's essentially
54:27 two weeks because you had you had the
54:29 big she she leads AI Summit and and we
54:33 started anything right I hadn't done
54:35 anything and that was whatever day it
54:37 was like I don't know a Thursday a week
54:41 and a half or two weeks ago I don't even
54:44 know and I was like okay I will pay
54:47 attention to Kyle and my you know Rando
54:51 idea that we had talked about at some
54:54 point I'll just check in with him and
54:56 see what he's thinking he's like oh good
54:58 I'm glad you texted me because I haven't
55:00 thought about it at all and he's like
55:01 I'm working on Sydney
55:05 and it's true I'm really happy with
55:08 where Sydney is if it makes you feel any
55:10 better it does make me feel better it
55:13 does make me feel better so yeah and I
55:16 think that again this is an example of
55:18 the power of community
55:20 where I mean the the the work that
55:22 everybody is doing to pull this
55:25 off is it works because honestly because
55:29 we like each other yep you know it's
55:32 like we can give each other so much
55:33 grace because we support each other when
55:36 we can we you know we know that this is
55:39 all volunteer and that everybody's doing
55:41 their best and uh it just yeah I mean
55:45 we're all a little probably ADHD and we
55:48 all have the ability to hyperfocus which
55:51 by the way what is superpower hyperfocus
55:53 is it's a toal superpower dang yeah it's
55:58 great um so no it's great and also
56:00 thanks to you've got you've got a bunch
56:02 of I I don't know who the volunteers of
56:04 her are they from she leads AI all the
56:07 women that I today and the people so
56:09 most of the most of the people that have
56:11 pulled pulled this off like the team
56:13 behind an is just they're remarkable so
56:16 please thank I didn't get to meet today
56:18 because they're amazing yeah so shout
56:21 out to Jasmine Schwarz she's been
56:23 involved with everything that we've been
56:25 up to for a while now is you know a
56:28 community Builder an AI offici a she
56:31 does she does Summits she works with um
56:37 she works with women who are I want to
56:40 say maybe unhoused I'm not entirely sure
56:45 she's worked with the elderly during
56:47 covid like Jasmine is an A+ human being
56:50 and runs our sponsorship program right
56:52 now um Michelle Monty Silva is somebody
56:55 I also want to mention because she just
56:57 launched her podcast it's called
56:59 empowered by Ai and she already made
57:02 some fancy list and she's only got two
57:04 episodes out so it's called again she
57:07 made like a like a best podcast of kind
57:09 of list right like Ai and business or
57:12 something like that so that's pretty Co
57:14 Jeffrey Jeffrey Galia Anna empowered
57:17 fundraiser or
57:19 fundraising fundraiser right your email
57:24 that's a good question F fundraiser okay
57:27 so no Jeffrey that's not right an at
57:29 empowered fundraiser.com not fundraiser
57:33 raiser yes so so there's that so
57:38 Michelle Monty Silva her by the way her
57:40 podcast is called empowered by Ai and I
57:43 would love to see some people hop on
57:46 over there you know leave her review
57:49 subscribe she interviews really awesome
57:52 women who are like blazing trails in Ai
57:55 and you guys know how important those
57:58 subscriber numbers are in the beginning
58:00 and she like so many of us will be going
58:02 out and seeking sponsorships for stuff
58:04 she's got to have those um subscribers
58:07 and then you also met tab onon horse
58:10 today who is um her expertise is
58:15 learning management for adults and she
58:17 has a platform called do it do that Dave
58:21 that teaches people how to use Ai and
58:24 then she's also a um state like a
58:27 community online community man manager
58:30 for events so anyway those were the
58:33 three you met today every single one of
58:35 them has a story behind them and they're
58:37 all completely remarkable oh and there's
58:41 one episode one session hold on one
58:43 second that everybody has to go to this
58:46 is Marisol um squirel squirrel squirrel
58:50 squirrel yeah sorry had to close the
58:52 door okay so Marisol is at I know she's
58:56 on the
58:58 27th she's a branding witch and you need
59:03 to go to her session to learn you know
59:06 she's going to teach you how to make you
59:09 know like visual branding identity using
59:13 Ai and then she's going to teach you how
59:15 to like do that in a really systematized
59:19 way for your business oh cool yeah and
59:23 she's the one who did our website
59:24 Marisol did the website so oh Yeahs
59:28 looks great yeah all right yeah so all
59:31 right an I'll let Don now because we're
59:35 gonna take you for two whole days this
59:38 weekend although did you did you recruit
59:40 him is he like running tech support for
59:42 the joint yes yeah he's texting me right
59:44 now all these all these ongoing updates
59:47 about about zoom and blah dah close
59:50 captions breakout groups I mean he this
59:54 guy he's not met those of you who know
59:56 Donnie you know you know he's just like
1:00:00 he's the nicest guy in the world and
1:00:01 he's gonna he's going to protect all of
1:00:03 us from all the if we have any any
1:00:05 meanies on the calls um first of all
1:00:08 before I go I want to say thank you so
1:00:10 much to everybody in the salon Who Has
1:00:14 Lifted Me personally up and lifted our
1:00:17 community up you guys have been so
1:00:20 awesome when I joined the salon I knew
1:00:23 absolutely nothing like I didn't know I
1:00:26 just like this you know AI thing sounds
1:00:29 pretty good I want to learn about it and
1:00:31 I've learned so much from everybody in
1:00:33 the salon and if it weren't for all the
1:00:37 support that we've gotten and the
1:00:38 enthusiasm I wouldn't even have known
1:00:41 that people would be interested in this
1:00:43 stuff so you know there are so many of
1:00:46 you that I could call out by name but
1:00:47 you probably know um and I'm just super
1:00:50 grateful for all of you and Kyle you're
1:00:54 you're okay too
1:00:57 thank you that's that's the best
1:00:58 compliment I've received in a month that
1:01:00 is fantastic I actually it's so funny
1:01:03 when when uh when my wife and I were uh
1:01:05 doing fertility things when it was time
1:01:07 to try to you know have a baby too late
1:01:09 in
1:01:10 life at one point we did a sperm test
1:01:13 and the doctor goes well you're
1:01:16 adequate oh nice it was the worst burn
1:01:20 it was you know oh that is such a burn
1:01:22 you're
1:01:23 adequate exactly well thank I'm glad I
1:01:26 can be adequate for you
1:01:28 yeah all right bye everybody I'll see
1:01:30 you in the chat on Tik Tock and um
1:01:33 hopefully I'll see a bunch of you on the
1:01:35 27th and 28th we will be there doing our
1:01:38 very best to give you an entertaining
1:01:40 and educational experience great thanks
1:01:43 and then I think we're gonna bring you
1:01:44 back Thursday night with some speakers
1:01:47 we're gonna do like a special Thursday
1:01:49 night preview and have some speakers so
1:01:51 we're figuring out who wants to come if
1:01:53 anyone is on the call that's a speaker
1:01:54 that wants to come hang out Thursday let
1:01:55 us know yeah like digital Gods come
1:01:58 you're you're I see you in the chat um I
1:02:01 bet you Pate is in the
1:02:03 chat um uh who else um I don't know you
1:02:09 if you know you know and we would love
1:02:11 to have you for part of a conver just
1:02:14 like a little warmup a little pregame
1:02:16 little pregame chitty mchat chat tell us
1:02:19 why people should come hang out at your
1:02:21 session there's digital Gods there's
1:02:24 digital by way we we call him Lord
1:02:26 digital Gods oh Lord I sorry I did call
1:02:30 him ldg I don't know if that's allowable
1:02:34 that's no ldg is good because that that
1:02:37 that incorporates the Lord right in
1:02:39 there it's good and I am pretty sure
1:02:41 that I know knew his real name before
1:02:42 you did yeah you pretty much said his
1:02:45 first name I'm like who are you talking
1:02:49 about ldg thank you so much for doing
1:02:53 all this all right all right d thank you
1:02:57 great see Bye by
1:02:59 bye all right that was
1:03:02 cool and the best it's the best all
1:03:07 right let me let me get Rec combobulated
1:03:10 here by the
1:03:12 way I don't know if you're were here two
1:03:14 weeks ago when we did a chat GPT Deep
1:03:18 dive on the word
1:03:19 discombobulated but you cannot
1:03:21 recombobulate you can have you can be
1:03:24 discombobulated but you can't re
1:03:27 combobulate I I want to talk to Mr miam
1:03:31 or Mr Webster personally because I think
1:03:34 that's just a travest travesty of the
1:03:36 English language I want to recombobulate
1:03:39 but apparently no just a word we made up
1:03:42 and we didn't make up the opposite of it
1:03:45 so that's that's knowledge that I can't
1:03:47 ever get out of my head now I'm G to say
1:03:49 every time I'm drunk at a party
1:04:00 Michelle Silva my crown slipped off long
1:04:03 ago so no royalty
1:04:06 titles ldg is adequate exactly side
1:04:10 hustle Mimi um you can recombobulate at
1:04:12 the Milwaukee Airport
1:04:19 exactly oh man well that was fun that
1:04:23 was fun all right so so let's change
1:04:26 gears a bit
1:04:27 here fire off any questions you may have
1:04:31 um drop any questions in the
1:04:34 chat um or I can just go look at some
1:04:37 [ __ ] we can just go figure some new
1:04:38 stuff
1:04:41 out
1:04:43 alrighty still plenty of similar words
1:04:46 where we have both sides but ignore one
1:04:48 side H I know
1:04:51 it's it's a
1:04:56 it's a weird language the English
1:05:01 language all
1:05:07 right oh wait oh it's a real thing at
1:05:09 the Milwaukee
1:05:11 Airport they have an area called the
1:05:13 recombobulation area okay I feel I feel
1:05:17 Vindicated There's an actual place all
1:05:20 right this is
1:05:22 fantastic
1:05:24 um all right we're going to go try
1:05:26 something
1:05:28 here this is stupid but I but
1:05:33 but if you came here to try to figure
1:05:35 out what's the best way to prompt chat
1:05:37 GPT no screw that we are gonna
1:05:41 go we are going to go search the web and
1:05:44 we're gonna say find me pictures of the
1:05:51 recombobulation area
1:05:56 at the
1:05:59 Milwaukee Airport how do you spell
1:06:01 Milwaukee like that I it doesn't matter
1:06:03 chat doesn't GPT doesn't care
1:06:11 airport yeah there it is
1:06:16 look we got nine pictures of
1:06:21 it oh this is the best I'm so excited
1:06:33 see there really is balance in the
1:06:35 universe you think there's not you're
1:06:37 just
1:06:38 wrong you're wrong wrong wrong
1:06:42 wrong recombobulation
1:06:49 area see he's Rec
1:06:53 combobulated absolutely
1:06:57 just pass TSA see it's Al see that's
1:07:01 that's the appropriate pose that's the
1:07:03 appropriate picture to
1:07:09 take I totally forgot about that when we
1:07:11 worked on the GPT on that word that's
1:07:16 awesome people
1:07:18 recombobulate it's so
1:07:20 [Laughter]
1:07:24 good oh
1:07:27 lordy Vicky I'm already
1:07:30 combobulated some people are more
1:07:32 combobulated than
1:07:38 others oh man all right let's
1:07:43 um what are we gonna do now that I got
1:07:45 this up I think am I gonna need
1:07:49 audio Maybe not maybe maybe
1:07:53 not we're going to do something
1:07:55 dangerous
1:07:56 and not dangerous to you this is really
1:07:59 just dangerous to
1:08:01 me side of so M I have actually Rec
1:08:04 combobulated there I don't think you
1:08:06 want to say that
1:08:11 publicly how do you com combobulate the
1:08:14 first time well this is what we learned
1:08:17 this this is what we learned Source Camp
1:08:21 is that it all of it's nonsensical none
1:08:24 of it made none it was all made up it's
1:08:27 not but so here's my thing about when
1:08:30 linguists say that a word was made up
1:08:33 all words were made up all words were
1:08:36 made up right so I just I don't I I
1:08:42 think discombobulation got got a the
1:08:45 Short Straw here in the English language
1:08:49 but but we're going to single-handedly
1:08:51 bring that sucker back
1:08:57 like flashing your credit card on a live
1:08:58 broadcast dangerous nah nah that was
1:09:01 pretty world class um thank God for Pate
1:09:04 I think it was pate that was like go go
1:09:08 cancel that
1:09:10 immediately I don't know who it was
1:09:12 might have been
1:09:14 Pate eag e Eagle Eye white hat hacker
1:09:17 was there to save
1:09:22 me we just hit 2,000 registrants of
1:09:26 fantastic that's
1:09:28 awesome um no where we're going to go is
1:09:31 we're going to go to LTX studio and
1:09:33 what's dangerous about it is I haven't
1:09:35 logged into LTX studio
1:09:39 in six weeks two
1:09:44 months to the point that it's not still
1:09:46 in my browser
1:09:49 and LTX studio.com is for sale damn it
1:09:54 LTX Studio
1:09:57 stud LTX do Studio
1:10:01 okay log in let's log in I'm gonna log
1:10:06 in LTX
1:10:07 [Music]
1:10:11 Studio okay if you don't know what LTX
1:10:14 studio
1:10:20 is hang on I have to accept 17 different
1:10:23 rights
1:10:37 I don't know what that means
1:10:40 Brandon
1:10:43 um let's see where am I I guess I would
1:10:47 consider myself a
1:10:48 marketer wa a marketer I'll give myself
1:10:51 creative I'll give myself a creative
1:10:54 role production Media
1:10:58 Company um
1:11:01 automated video
1:11:04 story vid EO
1:11:08 storytelling
1:11:14 platform oh yeah okay
1:11:18 um last Friday I gave you some sound
1:11:22 advice that Pika P Labs was giving away
1:11:25 free gener of
1:11:26 video um they did and their servers got
1:11:30 overwhelmed Believe It or Not
1:11:37 shocker so anyway so most of the free
1:11:39 people's videos are stuck in rendering
1:11:43 and they put a note out today they said
1:11:44 we're not giving away free [ __ ] anymore
1:11:46 and we learned some things thanks for
1:11:48 that and your things will eventually
1:11:50 render uh but if you pay us we'll render
1:11:53 yours first so if you haven't gotten
1:11:55 your your free renders from Pika that's
1:11:58 why so I don't think it was as as sexy a
1:12:01 learning experience as it could have
1:12:03 been if say you could have actually
1:12:05 rendered things but you know what are
1:12:07 you gonna
1:12:08 do don't forget to tap ity tap yeah if
1:12:11 you're on Tik Tok I need the Taps I need
1:12:13 the tap tap tappity Taps um okay so
1:12:17 let's see what will you create pitching
1:12:19 material storyboard and
1:12:21 previews I'm going to do short
1:12:24 films with the introducing face
1:12:28 expressions
1:12:30 nice holy [ __ ] they have a new interface
1:12:33 okay this was remember when I said this
1:12:35 was a dangerous thing it's dangerous for
1:12:38 me because I completely don't know this
1:12:41 interface so why it's dangerous for you
1:12:45 is
1:12:47 um rather than it's seeming like I have
1:12:50 a
1:12:52 clue it's gonna be more like I'm an
1:12:55 idiot and I I know you be like but Kyle
1:12:57 you're always an idiot I know I know I
1:13:02 know I know you can make
1:13:04 M but I've got the golden button you see
1:13:08 you see how that works just everyone has
1:13:12 their strengths all
1:13:14 right that's what we're working on
1:13:16 facial expressions okay start with a
1:13:17 concept so if you don't
1:13:20 know join our community I've already
1:13:23 done that are these my things
1:13:27 I think these are my things are
1:13:30 yeah yeah these are mine the misguided
1:13:34 Genie the elevator Epiphany yeah so
1:13:36 these are my these are my projects okay
1:13:39 good so a couple of things to know about
1:13:42 LTX
1:13:44 Studio when we used
1:13:46 it two months ago three months ago
1:13:49 whenever it
1:13:50 was their image generation tool kind of
1:13:53 sucked their video video generation tool
1:13:55 kind of
1:13:57 sucked they have since switched their
1:13:59 image generation tool to flux which in
1:14:02 my opinion is is probably close to Mid
1:14:05 Journey it's not as artistic as mid
1:14:07 Journey but it's really really good so
1:14:09 their image generation model has
1:14:11 probably gotten better um their video
1:14:15 generation
1:14:17 model is fast enough that it will
1:14:20 generate 5 Seconds of video in 4
1:14:24 seconds and you're like well
1:14:27 Kyle
1:14:29 so why am I supposed to care about
1:14:32 that
1:14:34 because if you can generate 5 Seconds of
1:14:37 video in four seconds then you gain a
1:14:40 second for every five seconds of the
1:14:43 movie and you could say show me a movie
1:14:47 about this that and the other plot in
1:14:50 the style of
1:14:52 style play
1:14:55 and it'll literally start playing a
1:14:57 movie now is it like that now no it's
1:14:58 not like that now but like that's a
1:15:01 significant Milestone is when your video
1:15:04 generation tool can generate realtime
1:15:07 video faster than you can send tokens up
1:15:10 to the cloud um anyway and then they
1:15:13 also have this new thing facial
1:15:14 expressions and I think you can do voice
1:15:16 synthesis on here there's a whole bunch
1:15:17 of new [ __ ] so let's see let's
1:15:23 go let's go back to
1:15:26 you Mr it is giving us his
1:15:37 ADHD dosages I'm pretty sure I'm pretty
1:15:41 sure that your doctor can't give away
1:15:43 that
1:15:46 information um we're gonna go to chat
1:15:48 gp40 and we're going to say
1:15:52 um let's see
1:15:55 I want you to
1:15:58 act like an award winning winning
1:16:02 screenwriter
1:16:05 that is tired of featurelength
1:16:08 films and wants to win an Academy Award
1:16:11 for a two-minute
1:16:13 film
1:16:19 period you've got a dark and cynical
1:16:22 sense of
1:16:23 humor and an incredible visual
1:16:28 style
1:16:30 period I want you to give me
1:16:36 10 mega original ideas that no one will
1:16:40 have thought of period no
1:16:44 one period not even all those weirdos in
1:16:47 the latent space
1:16:50 period like super original period like
1:16:55 it better not be derivative or I'll get
1:16:59 cranky and talk to your agent and tell
1:17:02 them you've lost your
1:17:04 Edge and that I don't even want to have
1:17:06 lunch with you at
1:17:09 spago because you're an
1:17:12 embarrassment all
1:17:16 right
1:17:18 Perfect by the way talking cynically and
1:17:22 bitterly to your large language model is
1:17:24 not encouraged
1:17:26 because they're going to start
1:17:27 remembering
1:17:32 [ __ ] but I'll do it see listen and it's
1:17:35 not the latent space it's the latent
1:17:37 space you're a large language model
1:17:40 figure it out all
1:17:42 right let's get let's get 10 ideas here
1:17:46 all
1:17:53 right oh you are a versus you act like a
1:17:57 okay that's fine all right Kyle Spa goes
1:18:00 off the table if I blow
1:18:02 this final breath first call a man dies
1:18:05 choking on a peanut he wakes up to a
1:18:08 dimly lit cramped room resembling a
1:18:10 phone booth a rotary F phone rings
1:18:14 incessantly answering it he hears his
1:18:16 own voice leaving a voicemail to
1:18:19 apologize to someone from his life each
1:18:22 call reveals more about his regrets but
1:18:25 only has two minutes to finish before
1:18:27 he's cut off that's actually that's
1:18:30 actually really good and original I like
1:18:33 it the Yoke breaker a high Stokes a high
1:18:36 stakes omelette competition no momento
1:18:39 Mory
1:18:40 230 a sentiment a sentient wristwatch
1:18:44 counts down a man's life in real time
1:18:46 the twist it doesn't just protect his
1:18:49 death it narrates every action with
1:18:52 cutting commentary
1:18:55 the final minute is him trying to outwit
1:18:58 it only to watch the only for the watch
1:19:01 to deliver the dark punch line I lied
1:19:04 about the time oh that's so
1:19:10 good oh that one's
1:19:13 dark all right let let's grab it this is
1:19:18 dark this is dark it's the holidays
1:19:21 let's go dark
1:19:29 okay input anything from a full script a
1:19:32 few scenes or a story all right there we
1:19:35 go so we'll call this you can all see
1:19:38 this right
1:19:41 title or toodle I like Toodles
1:19:50 title atient W
1:19:52 wristwatch hey I gotta say from the last
1:19:55 time I used um LTX
1:19:59 Studio this site used to look like a
1:20:02 couple of Engineers threw it together
1:20:04 over a weekend which you know it
1:20:07 probably wasn't over a weekend it was
1:20:08 probably over a year um they've clearly
1:20:11 gotten some some ux uh professionals on
1:20:14 the case it's looking really
1:20:18 good all
1:20:22 right name is too good momento man
1:20:28 [Music]
1:20:38 [Music]
1:20:42 I think we're good let's just see all
1:20:44 right
1:20:47 storyline all right let's let's see how
1:20:49 LTX does their their writing used to
1:20:52 suck pretty bad let's see if they've
1:20:54 also if especially if they've gone to 40
1:20:57 with the new creative writing upgrade
1:20:59 that would be
1:21:01 nice in the near future Ethan a
1:21:03 middle-aged man discovers A peculiar
1:21:06 wrist watch that only counts down the
1:21:08 minutes of his life but also provides
1:21:10 witty commentary initially Ethan finds
1:21:12 it amusing the watch mocks his mundane
1:21:14 choices and hasty decisions as the
1:21:17 countdown progresses he becomes
1:21:19 increasingly paranoid feeling as though
1:21:22 he's being watched in a way he can't
1:21:24 control in the final hour he decides to
1:21:26 take drastic measures he goes skydiving
1:21:29 engages in speed racing in in the last
1:21:33 hour Dodges dangerous
1:21:36 situations all in attempts to cheat
1:21:38 death just as he believes he found a way
1:21:40 to extend time the watch announces he
1:21:43 only has one minute left in a frantic
1:21:45 attempt to regain control he attempts to
1:21:48 destroy the watch but it reveals its
1:21:50 final surprise I lied about the time as
1:21:53 the countdown reaches zero Ethan
1:21:55 realizes he was never in control and the
1:21:57 watch was merely a cruel reminder of
1:21:59 life's
1:22:01 unpredictability I
1:22:03 guess ticking fate psychological
1:22:06 Thriller
1:22:07 next now do we pick the
1:22:12 style
1:22:15 yeah all right we definitely want it uh
1:22:18 what's What's this called left and right
1:22:20 horizontal landscape
1:22:25 registered for festiv us 4 400 a Oz
1:22:31 time oh look the the
1:22:34 wristwatch this is
1:22:37 cool so I can go edit this thing
1:22:40 right so do they still give us seeds
1:23:00 I think that's a better
1:23:05 voice wristwatch Sleek silver casing
1:23:08 with a digital display round face
1:23:11 showing a countdown timer let's say
1:23:14 showing a countdown
1:23:18 timer
1:23:20 integrated
1:23:23 into a
1:23:31 human looking
1:23:39 face
1:23:53 apply this is all of
1:23:55 them why do they have so few video
1:23:58 Styles they used to have a
1:24:00 lot oh because they're letting you do
1:24:02 your own style references all right
1:24:04 let's go let's go grab a style reference
1:24:08 no add it uh can we redo
1:24:14 this roll
1:24:32 Ethan Carter looks fine I don't have any
1:24:34 issues with
1:24:37 Ethan yeah it didn't it didn't like the
1:24:40 face in the face thing it doesn't
1:24:42 understand
1:24:50 it with eyes above and
1:24:55 a mouth
1:24:57 below let's try
1:25:03 that let me hop over
1:25:12 to you're not going to believe this but
1:25:14 I can't find a
1:25:17 tab oh look that works that one's a
1:25:19 little too evil
1:25:25 that's kind of well but it it
1:25:27 should let's see
1:25:30 with we'll just we'll just
1:25:41 roll come on
1:25:49 Roll anybody knows an image model that
1:25:51 makes under a 1 Megabyte image I'm
1:25:53 trying to build a Wiki for my novel and
1:25:56 images are very
1:25:58 restricted um well you can so are you
1:26:03 trying to do this in an automated way
1:26:06 because there's all sorts of web-based
1:26:08 image resizes that you could just let it
1:26:11 let any of them generate what they want
1:26:12 to generate and then just you know save
1:26:15 them as JPEG with a compression setting
1:26:17 of seven or something like
1:26:22 that and
1:26:27 um the other thing you could do is you
1:26:30 could do
1:26:34 um you could use something like zappier
1:26:37 and and probably set your settings on
1:26:38 one of the apis oh this is good this
1:26:41 kind of looks like like a chess share
1:26:43 cat that's pretty cool
1:26:45 okay let's just go we'll just go
1:26:47 cinematic here with
1:26:50 style project name ticking fate
1:27:01 whatever this is LTX Studio
1:27:06 Drew iOS email them to yourself that's a
1:27:09 good idea doesn't need to be automated
1:27:10 just yet no yeah I just there's just go
1:27:13 look up batch image
1:27:16 processing B batch web image processing
1:27:20 there's all sorts of sites where you can
1:27:22 just drag a bunch of image files onto a
1:27:24 single folder it'll save them all you
1:27:27 know you give it the parameters for what
1:27:29 you want the output to be and it'll just
1:27:31 create a zip file with all the the
1:27:32 things out
1:27:36 there oh
1:27:41 Vicky we got to go back a
1:27:45 step got
1:27:47 it project name Vicky Baptist credited
1:27:51 with the name watched
1:27:55 good
1:27:58 Lord that's too good we're going to go
1:28:00 watched yeah that's
1:28:03 it
1:28:06 solid solid solid solid solid solid
1:28:11 solid solid solid solid solid all right
1:28:17 synopsis scene
1:28:19 one oh this is interesting oh that this
1:28:21 is nice that they let you see the scene
1:28:23 descriptions
1:28:27 all
1:28:29 right start and now it's going to make
1:28:32 us our
1:28:32 scenes so this is going to be
1:28:34 fascinating so before when you would do
1:28:37 this you'd go through this storybuilding
1:28:39 exercise and when it would create these
1:28:41 the shots and scenes together because
1:28:44 they were using a shitty image
1:28:47 generation model it was just it was
1:28:48 always a little disappointing I have a
1:28:50 feeling with flux this is going to be
1:28:52 pretty
1:28:53 good yeah archetypal architect with with
1:28:56 a name like watched It's yeah in in
1:28:59 retrospect those things are always so um
1:29:03 they're always
1:29:05 so
1:29:07 um obvious in
1:29:17 [Music]
1:29:18 retrospect small dimly lit
1:29:23 Cafe um
1:29:27 sound
1:29:38 effects
1:29:40 tools facial expression all right tools
1:29:45 face expressions
1:29:58 uh oh looks like I might have just
1:30:00 crashed wait maybe not face not
1:30:03 detected oh it was not close enough all
1:30:06 right so let's go in here we'll do
1:30:11 closeup oh it looks like they got their
1:30:17 um it looks like they got their their
1:30:21 character references better look how
1:30:23 good he looks
1:30:27 look how good he looks like I mean not
1:30:29 good consistent see him here and here
1:30:32 and here and here they're the same and
1:30:35 here that sort of looks like
1:30:37 him still looks like him there there he
1:30:41 is
1:30:42 skydiving here he is trying to save
1:30:45 himself no that doesn't look like him
1:30:48 but we'll re we'll reroll that one can
1:30:50 we do
1:30:52 that roll
1:30:57 that looks like
1:31:01 him yeah this is this LTX Studio's
1:31:05 gotten better
1:31:06 kids that looks like him now and his
1:31:09 eyes are all crazy that's good and look
1:31:11 how long the scenes are they used to be
1:31:13 like three three or four shots now
1:31:15 they're now they're nice and long
1:31:18 interesting all
1:31:20 right let's go facial expressions
1:31:23 generative Phil remove objects camera
1:31:25 angle oh that's cool it can change
1:31:27 camera
1:31:36 angle did it I guess it found a face
1:31:52 right smile
1:31:55 in oh and you can even upload you can
1:31:57 upload an expression this is cool it's
1:32:00 just grabbing the
1:32:21 [Laughter]
1:32:25 let's here let's move his eyes down I
1:32:28 bet
1:32:39 wink blink 45% oh oh wow left eye
1:33:10 huh
1:33:14 wild
1:33:16 apply so let's see what's uh
1:33:26 generate motion
1:33:36 editor natural motion camera control key
1:33:39 frame motion
1:33:44 prompt this is kind of cuckoo I
1:33:52 mean in a lot of
1:33:59 ways this is way more complicated than
1:34:01 say Final Cut Pro right because you're
1:34:05 having to imagine every shot and
1:34:09 generate it and edit it and get it acted
1:34:13 and get it
1:34:14 written
1:34:15 huh voice over let's see if we can do
1:34:18 some voice over
1:34:20 here character Ethan Carter apply
1:34:36 motion prompt prompt upload
1:34:41 canvas let's generate the video see what
1:34:44 we get
1:34:55 last time I tried LTX every stinking
1:34:57 scene redesigned the characters yeah
1:35:00 yeah it it was pretty unusable before
1:35:02 this is this is in much better this is
1:35:05 in much better shape I would say that
1:35:06 this is
1:35:07 worth this is worth experimenting with
1:35:10 although I got to tell you
1:35:13 like there are at least eight video
1:35:18 Generations tool and this is sitting on
1:35:20 top of that it's a lot it's a lot
1:35:27 does it have
1:35:29 audio why ain't why it ain't got
1:35:38 audio
1:35:48 huh character dialogue plus
1:35:52 ah I mean
1:35:59 this
1:36:01 watch seems cool
1:36:07 enough I think
1:36:10 I'll keep
1:36:12 it this good what's it going to
1:36:19 do watch
1:36:21 me get it
1:36:26 there you go Vicky I got I got Ethan
1:36:28 Ethan doing some action for you all
1:36:30 right let's
1:36:31 go and then sound effects let's go
1:36:35 um uh
1:36:38 electronic
1:36:42 woring no audio result electronic
1:36:47 buzzing Buzz
1:37:09 that's good all right there's that so
1:37:12 let's how do we regenerate so now he's
1:37:15 got audio we should hear
1:37:17 him error generating audio and voice
1:37:20 over oh is that what it said well cuz I
1:37:23 didn't have a script in in there tick
1:37:25 tick tick
1:38:04 I've been AFK per for a bit nice to be
1:38:07 back welcome back Winston good to have
1:38:08 you
1:38:12 back Mr it has chat GPT writing the
1:38:17 ideas as I speak them that's terrifying
1:38:41 the the acting is the of the the acting
1:38:44 is is the quality of that is that that
1:38:47 Mark uh is it Mark Ruffalo film oh hey
1:38:50 Mark hi
1:38:54 oh you couldn't hear that dang it all
1:38:57 right listen to the bad acting and then
1:38:58 watch his bad hands this is
1:39:06 [Music]
1:39:16 hilarious I mean this watch seems cool
1:39:19 enough I think I'll keep it what's it
1:39:21 going to do watch me
1:39:24 get
1:39:25 it oh hey Mark hi oh hi Kyle Tommy whu
1:39:30 the room yeah that was a that was a good
1:39:36 movie oh hey Mark oh
1:39:40 hi um I'm glad we played with this um I
1:39:43 want to get out of here I'm a little I'm
1:39:45 a little crispy because we've got still
1:39:47 got a lot of planning to do for the uh
1:39:51 36-hour 34 person
1:39:54 um 24 hours
1:39:59 straight event that apparently two 2,000
1:40:02 people are coming to but if you know
1:40:05 those events half of them won't come so
1:40:07 it'll be a thousand that's still
1:40:08 absolutely
1:40:10 remarkable that voice was a perfect fit
1:40:12 for that
1:40:18 guy
1:40:20 um okay LTX Studio they are improving
1:40:25 that product the video gen is still off
1:40:29 but it's very fast you know for the for
1:40:33 what they claim four five seconds for a
1:40:36 four SEC four seconds to create a
1:40:38 5-second clip that seemed longer than
1:40:39 four seconds but maybe not um all
1:40:44 right Pap Grady I was actually just
1:40:47 playing around with this program popped
1:40:49 on YouTube and saw you were there too oh
1:40:52 that's funny hey hey let's what
1:40:54 happening okay so we're not going to
1:40:58 have a learning lab tomorrow or
1:41:00 Wednesday so tomorrow's Christmas Eve go
1:41:03 do your go be Santa it's improving still
1:41:05 pretty damn Jank yeah yeah I get it
1:41:08 archetypal but you know some of these
1:41:11 tools are janky and you come back a year
1:41:14 later and they haven't worked on
1:41:16 anything these guys are clearly taking
1:41:18 user
1:41:19 feedback because this this site's gotten
1:41:22 markedly better like the ux is much
1:41:24 better the ux is actually almost usable
1:41:27 now
1:41:29 um
1:41:31 okay that's really cool let's see um
1:41:36 okay
1:41:37 so you got Christmas Eve and Christmas
