21. 6:09video generation right now is just like image generation the only way to get good at it is to do a lot of
22. 6:18it and video generators in particular are really expensive like your 10 bucks a month buys you like I don't know 20
23. 6:26Generations you could blow through 20 Generations making sense seconds of video right just trying to get something that
24. 6:35works and then that's that's not even the learning part so now that I'm in the Creator program I've got lots of credits
25. 6:43so what I'm hoping we can do is we can start learning some stuff together like I can go in there and look at all the
26. 6:50features they have and you know not not be so selective now good news um I just saw right before I got on on x Pika P
27. 7:00Labs uh p. art if you go to p. art they have given um they're doing unlimited video Generations through December 22nd so this is the
28. 7:1319th so that's 20222 so it's Friday Saturday Sunday so all weekend this weekend you can do unlimited video
29. 7:22Generations in Pika go [ __ ] make as many as you can because it's not about like even if you don't have a project
30. 7:28just go make them go learn what that stuff can do get good at it you know you might get inspired enough to like want
31. 7:34to cough up the money for a subscription but even if you don't like that's a good skill to have is just understanding
32. 7:40where the boundaries are with these [Music] tools um the other thing that I haven't
33. 7:56tried today was day 11 day 11 of open AI ship Miss um they launched what I would consider to be a precursor to
34. 8:07agents um which is in the in the Mac App of Chad GPT you can now have it interact with applications on your computer you're
35. 8:20still driving the interaction and you have to copy and paste content but you know from chat GPT over to your app if
36. 8:28you're doing something like that so it's it's not directly modifying the app yet but the fact that it's connected
37. 8:35to it is step one toward an agentic behavior and if if you don't know what agentic is we got to come up with a new
38. 8:42word for it Sam Waltman said he hates that [Music] word and I'll do anything Sam says I'm just trying to get Sam back on my good
39. 8:52side you know ever since he became jealous of my good looks and talent and intellectual prow all that sort of stuff
40. 9:01I've just been trying to win him back and it's it's it's a long road you know this is relationship building people you
41. 9:08try and you try and and people get jealous of you when you're remarkable you know and so I I have nothing but but love and
42. 9:17admiration for Sam and just because he's too small to to recognize the magnanimous human being that I am that's
43. 9:24not his fault it's a societal structural issue you understand what I'm saying neither do I glad we made this [Music]

88. 18:23should AI please AI should slash will improve the quality of our life however could it make us unhappy and gratefully technology made
89. 18:38us greedy and lazy what about AI is the impact ocean is ocean has always got the Deep philosophical questions and I I I get this sense I get
90. 18:51this sense ocean that your deal is this you're like using it and you're feeling optimistic about it and then and then
91. 18:58you're like it can't be this good there's got to be a dark cloud right um the fact of the matter is we just don't
92. 19:07know my experience and the experience of a lot of people on this channel is that what AI is really good at is taking the
93. 19:17ideas that I have and the the work that I want to do and amplifying it and amplifying me and amplifying my voice
94. 19:26and and making what I want to do just much easier and and so so my experience with it is it is a Humanity
95. 19:36amplifier and that's that's a good thing now there's a shitty thing about Humanity people suck right I mean in general people are good
96. 19:48but there's some people that suck there's people going through [ __ ] and so it can amplify their Humanity as well so if they're in a bad
97. 19:56place and they want to do some shitty thing with AI they're going to but I don't think I I don't think it's like AI is not doing
98. 20:05that that's a human being using a form of self-expression that's a shitty form of self-expression that's destructive I don't think that's AI
99. 20:15doing that I just think that's people doing that and what I've seen at least in this community is that it is net you know mostly positive
100. 20:29like even people in this community who are copywriters who are like yeah my job's being affected by this they're
101. 20:36finding new ways to do copywriting you know have you looked at u.com yeah i' I I looked at it for a while seems like
102. 20:44jper much l the research function is really good yeah there's a bunch of there's a bunch of apps like Jasper and
103. 20:52you and things like that that are they're effectively very fancy pre- prompted you know versions of chat GPT right where they figured out
104. 21:02some things that many people want to do and they make it push button easy I think those I think those kind of apps have value
105. 21:12um I tend not to use them a lot because they all have subscriptions on top of the subscriptions I'm already paying and
106. 21:19so but if one of those apps does something really good for you then I would jump on it um check out mini perplex

113. 22:56GPT for good which was a 24-hour GPT buildon it was awesome and in 24 hours this community built and shared more than 150 custom gpts for
114. 23:11nonprofits this year we're doing AI Festivus and what it is is it this is batshit crazy and you should register
115. 23:20now because it's free this shouldn't be free this should cost you a [ __ ] fortune so what it is is on Friday
116. 23:26December 27th and Saturday December 28th we're going to start at 9:00 in the morning Pacific and go till 9 at night
117. 23:34Pacific for both days and every hour is a different workshop with a different member of the community teaching stuff
118. 23:42some are going to be technical some are going to be creative some are going to be business some are going to be
119. 23:47philosophical there's going to be like panels and round taes about business it's it's just [ __ ] Bonkers so so like just non-stop and
120. 23:57then there's going to be a hangout out like a second Zoom so so we'll have the the workshop zooms so if you just want to [ __ ] cram it
121. 24:06in and like learn for 12 hours a day for two days in a row you can just hang out there if you want to pick and choose the
122. 24:14workshops you want um then there's going to be a hangout area where you can come hang out and we'll let you know when the
123. 24:20the things are starting but it's going to be a [ __ ] blast and and listen you might ask why are we doing
124. 24:26this we came from D functional families and we know that by December 27th you're done with your family you're like what
125. 24:34what am I doing with my life and you need an excuse now you can say I I got this work thing I I'll be in the I'll be in the
126. 24:43kids bedroom I'll just I'm gonna be in there for like four hours just it's a work thing and it's legitimate you are professionally doing
127. 24:57something and if you are uh from a a a functional family unit um we we'll make fun of [Music] you I wonder what the percentage
128. 25:12is you know of people that are in batshit Crazy families to people that are in families that are like that hug
129. 25:20and can express their feelings without getting in fist fights it's got it's got to be in the single digits

138. 26:51internet determining the exact percentage of functional versus dysfunctional families is quite challenging due to varying definitions
139. 27:00and methods yeah everyone lies families can be quite unique and everyone has their own special Dynamics
140. 27:11it's all part of what makes each family unique if you have more questions feel free to ask no I want I want an actual
141. 27:18number Santa I I I understand that it's hard to determine it but come up with something for me is it so here's the
142. 27:24thing is it like 5050 is it like 10% are functional is it like 1% are functional give me a Range there buddy you go down a lot of
143. 27:35chimneys well from my observations it seems that most families have their own mix of strengths and quirks perhaps you
144. 27:45could say that the majority of families are doing their best and have moments of both functionality and a bit of chaos

152. 28:56supportive While others have more challenges it's safe to say that many families have their ups and downs
153. 29:02especially during the holidays yeah I want you to I want you to dig deeper I want you let's let's go with with three
154. 29:08categories let let's go with batshit crazy and then we'll go with um you know working on being normal and then we'll
155. 29:18go with the families that everyone else resents sure so for the badshit crazy group these are families with lots of
156. 29:27chaos Maybe some drama the working on being normal category covers families who have their struggles but are trying
157. 29:33to improve and keep it together then there are those everyone else resents the seemingly perfect families who
158. 29:39appear to have it all figured out yeah they're they're they're the ones you got to watch out for but give me give me
159. 29:43some percentages just B based on the research you do go go do a little research and come back see if you can
160. 29:49put them in categories I'd love some numbers for each of those categories based on some research it appears that around 70 to 80% of
161. 29:59Americans consider their families to be dysfunctional so a significant chunk falls into the bat crazy or working on
162. 30:06being normal categories the percentage of families that everyone else resents the seemingly perfect ones is much
163. 30:13smaller but remember every family has its own story and struggles okay all right not exactly research but that was
164. 30:21fun I love that she goes okay the bat [ __ ] crazy category have you ever seen interviews with
165. 30:35people where like they're like you know what was it like growing up they're like it was good and then the interviewer is
166. 30:41like wait what what do you mean it was good like well yeah like I mean my parents were supportive of my choices and like wait
167. 30:52what my family is like a Spanish Nolla with with more more than villain and at least three crazies exactly um I
168. 31:02remember one Christmas this was this was years ago um we had my family up gab's family up and her family's from the Bronx so they're
169. 31:15loud so we're up watching TV football or you know whatever the [ __ ] you do and and there's just screaming like a
170. 31:23screaming argument downstairs and it's just going on and on and on and it was going on for like two hours it's like
171. 31:30most of a football game just screaming argument and I finally went down and I said I I just said shut up shut up like what are you fighting
172. 31:41about it was two hours of them fighting about who was more famous Michael Jackson or Barbara strand that was the
173. 31:51argument hours hours screaming it's like have you seen that video of of the the dude go talking about the Wicked Witch of the

187. 34:59tools gener all tools 36 holy [ __ ] there's a lot of tools erase and replace background backdrop remix video to video gen one 3D capture
188. 35:16image variation that's fascinating image to image infinite image oh it's just zooming out painting expand hand
189. 35:30image lip sync remove background generate audio generative session all right um what's the best tool to stitch
190. 35:40Sora videos together these days I use well it depends Silver Fox if you want to use um if you just want to do
191. 35:52jump Cuts you you can just paste a bunch of things in in QuickTime Pro if you're on a Mac if if you're on Windows I don't
192. 35:59know on a Mac I know um I just use iMovie which is probably stupid I'm sure there's better tools a lot of people
193. 36:08love cap cut and cap cut apparently um Tik Tok likes so for the next what is it for the next month while Tik Tok still
194. 36:18exists it's it's one month from today Tik tok's supposed to go away can you CL carif wait oh can you clarify what you
195. 36:27mean okay do you know helping Ai and web Scout python package I don't know those two things but that's cool love

209. 39:45here's part of My Philosophy for how you get AI literate is that you play you just play um it's hard to play with
210. 39:54video programs because they're expensive you can't just dick around with them which is really unfortunate
211. 40:00um what there there's a couple of pieces of good news there are like 12 of them now so there are many many video tools
212. 40:08that you can play with so they all give you some amount of credits or or like a a subscription will give you at least some amount of
213. 40:16generations um I got into the creative program here uh with with Runway so I can actually experiment so we we'll be
214. 40:23playing a lot more with this um by the way great content and keep going love love from India thank you very much appreciate it um okay

216. 40:50left then to the camera and say generate and so that's going to go make us a video so now we're going to go to act one and so what act
217. 41:04one does is we can now I can record a performance in video with me Talking Words generally how you do a performance
218. 41:15although we could be doing MIM and then we're going to map um that performance onto this image so let's just see what this came up with

373. 1:13:22called act one and in act one you you can record a performance of yourself so act one is just still in Runway it's just another tool you can
