6:12 image generation the only way to get
6:15 good at it is to do a lot of
6:18 it and video generators in particular
6:22 are really expensive like your 10 bucks
6:24 a month buys you like I don't know 20
6:26 Generations you could blow through 20
6:28 Generations making sense seconds of
6:30 video
6:32 right just trying to get something that
6:35 works and then that's that's not even
6:38 the learning part so now that I'm in the
6:41 Creator program I've got lots of credits
6:43 so what I'm hoping we can do is we can
6:46 start learning some stuff together like
6:47 I can go in there and look at all the
6:50 features they have and you know not not
6:53 be so selective now good news um I just
6:57 saw right before I got on on x Pika P
7:00 Labs uh p. art if you go to p.
7:05 art they have given um they're doing
7:09 unlimited video Generations through
7:11 December 22nd so this is the
7:14 19th so that's 20222 so it's Friday
7:17 Saturday Sunday so all weekend this
7:20 weekend you can do unlimited video

7:24 many as you can because it's not about
7:27 like even if you don't have a project

7:33 might get inspired enough to like want

8:06 to be a precursor to
8:08 agents um which is in the in the Mac

8:15 GPT you can now have it interact with
8:19 applications on your computer you're
8:21 still driving the interaction and you
8:23 have to copy and paste content but you
8:26 know from chat GPT over to your app if
8:28 you're doing something like that
8:30 so it's it's not directly modifying the
8:33 app yet but the fact that it's connected
8:36 to it is step one toward an agentic
8:39 behavior and if if you don't know what
8:41 agentic is we got to come up with a new
8:43 word for it Sam Waltman said he hates
8:45 that

18:47 questions and I I I get this sense I get
18:51 this sense ocean that your deal is this
18:54 you're like using it and you're feeling
18:56 optimistic about it and then and then
18:58 you're like it can't be this good
19:00 there's got to be a dark cloud right
19:05 um the fact of the matter is we just
19:07 don't
19:08 know my experience and the experience of
19:12 a lot of people on this channel is that
19:15 what AI is really good at is taking the
19:18 ideas that I have and the the work that
19:21 I want to do and amplifying it and
19:24 amplifying me and amplifying my voice
19:27 and and making what I want to do
19:30 just much easier and and so so my
19:33 experience with it is it is a Humanity
19:37 amplifier and that's that's a good thing
19:39 now there's a shitty thing about
19:42 Humanity people
19:44 suck
19:45 right I mean in general people are good
19:48 but there's some people that suck
19:50 there's people going through
19:52 [ __ ] and so it can amplify their
19:54 Humanity as well so if they're in a bad
19:56 place and they want to do some shitty
19:58 thing with AI they're going
20:00 to but I don't think I I don't think
20:03 it's like AI is not doing
20:05 that that's a human being using a form
20:09 of self-expression that's a shitty form
20:12 of self-expression that's
20:14 destructive I don't think that's AI
20:16 doing that I just think that's people
20:17 doing that and what I've seen at least
20:20 in this
20:21 community is that it is net you know
20:27 mostly positive
20:29 like even people in this community who
20:32 are copywriters who are like yeah my
20:34 job's being affected by this they're
20:36 finding new ways to do copywriting you
20:39 know have you looked at u.com yeah i' I
20:42 I looked at it for a while seems like
20:45 jper much l the research function is
20:47 really good yeah there's a bunch of
20:50 there's a bunch of apps like Jasper and
20:52 you and things like that that are
20:54 they're effectively very
20:56 fancy pre- prompted you know versions of
21:00 chat GPT right where they figured out
21:03 some things that many people want to do
21:06 and they make it push button easy I
21:08 think those I think those kind of apps
21:09 have value
21:13 um I tend not to use them a lot because
21:16 they all have subscriptions on top of
21:18 the subscriptions I'm already paying and
21:20 so but if one of those apps does
21:22 something really good for you then I
21:24 would jump on
21:25 it um check out mini perplex

23:12 nonprofits this year we're doing AI
23:15 Festivus and what it is is it this is
23:18 batshit crazy and you should register
23:21 now because it's free this shouldn't be
23:22 free this should cost you a [ __ ]
23:24 fortune so what it is is on Friday
23:27 December 27th and Saturday December 28th
23:30 we're going to start at 9:00 in the
23:32 morning Pacific and go till 9 at night
23:35 Pacific for both days and every hour is
23:38 a different workshop with a different
23:40 member of the community teaching stuff
23:42 some are going to be technical some are
23:44 going to be creative some are going to
23:46 be business some are going to be
23:47 philosophical there's going to be like
23:50 panels and round taes about business

23:55 Bonkers so so like just non-stop and
23:57 then there's going to be a hangout out
23:59 like a second Zoom so so we'll have the
24:03 the workshop zooms so if you just want

24:12 there if you want to pick and choose the

26:54 percentage of functional versus
26:56 dysfunctional families is quite
26:58 challenging due to varying definitions

27:05 lies families can be quite unique and
27:08 everyone has their own special Dynamics
27:12 it's all part of what makes each family
27:14 unique if you have more questions feel

28:58 challenges it's safe to say that many
29:01 families have their ups and downs
29:03 especially during the holidays yeah I
29:05 want you to I want you to dig deeper I
29:06 want you let's let's go with with three
29:09 categories let let's go with batshit
29:11 crazy and then we'll go with um you know
29:16 working on being normal and then we'll
29:18 go with the families that everyone else
29:22 resents sure so for the badshit crazy
29:25 group these are families with lots of
29:27 chaos Maybe some drama the working on
29:30 being normal category covers families
29:32 who have their struggles but are trying
29:34 to improve and keep it together then
29:36 there are those everyone else resents
29:38 the seemingly perfect families who
29:40 appear to have it all figured out yeah
29:41 they're they're they're the ones you got
29:42 to watch out for but give me give me
29:44 some percentages just B based on the
29:46 research you do go go do a little
29:48 research and come back see if you can
29:50 put them in categories I'd love some
29:51 numbers for each of those
29:55 categories based on some research it
29:57 appears that around 70 to 80% of
29:59 Americans consider their families to be
30:02 dysfunctional so a significant chunk
30:04 falls into the bat crazy or working on
30:07 being normal categories the percentage
30:09 of families that everyone else resents
30:12 the seemingly perfect ones is much
30:14 smaller but remember every family has
30:16 its own story and struggles okay all
30:19 right not exactly research but that was
30:21 fun I love that she goes okay the bat

30:34 have you ever seen interviews with
30:35 people where like they're like you know
30:38 what was it like growing up they're like
30:39 it was good and then the interviewer is

30:52 what my family is like a Spanish Nolla
30:56 with with more more than villain and at
30:59 least three crazies exactly um I

31:12 family up and her family's from the
31:14 Bronx so they're
31:15 loud so we're up watching TV football or
31:20 you know whatever the [ __ ] you do and
31:22 and there's just screaming like a
31:24 screaming argument downstairs and it's
31:27 just going on and on and on and it was
31:29 going on for like two hours it's like
31:30 most of a football game just screaming
31:33 argument and I finally went down and I

31:41 about it was two hours of them fighting
31:45 about who was more famous Michael
