26. 7:04turbo version of gp4 because it was fast and and uh it was probably optimized so I don't know who flipping

55. 13:46the challenges right now is we don't have the AI everything app right we don't have you know we don't have everything for 20
56. 13:55bucks a month in chat GPT we've got images and we've got all the a fair amount of the compute stuff in there and the word
57. 14:03stuff in there but we don't have audio stuff in there we don't have lip sync stuff in there so we'll see we'll see if
58. 14:11it all if it all starts to consolidate Kyle Luma is so confusing to me the new stuff seems I don't understand the point okay Joy I I

74. 18:08for these cool things that looked like they should rotate but it it wouldn't rotate the thing so I don't know what
75. 18:14was going on there anyway okay and then they've got the these new things called boards and okay so here's my here's my take on boards
76. 18:27um boards are brainstorming interface and I and I I'm I'm suspecting that
77. 18:41the the problem Luma laabs is trying to solve is like like if I'm just in this view you can kind of see where you
78. 18:50change you know ideas just because the thumbnails change um but you know like like I've got like all
79. 19:01these ancel Adam looking things you know in between other things and and I might I might want to come back to those but
80. 19:08then there's a bunch of [ __ ] in between and so I think what they did with boards is they said why don't we you know come up with
81. 19:18some a way to organize ideas and make it really intuitive to um to generate those ideas and and make it more quick to generate
82. 19:33ideas um this feels a bit like a um a solution looking for a problem because everybody does uh brainstorming in a different way
83. 19:48but let me let me share what I what little I know and we'll kind of explore it together all right so I created a new
84. 19:57board so now I've got a new board and they're you know they're giving you some ideas here you can make a character of of a of a
85. 20:07person YouTube question you said you'd have Claud create scripts 11 labs for vocals and what was it to stitch it all together
86. 20:18hey Jen we we'll put it together in hey Jen once we have the voice and the image we're going to use mid journey to create the
87. 20:26images um mid journey to create the the Avatar image Claude will write the script or chat GPT 11 Labs will bring it to
88. 20:38life and we'll put it in together in haen we could just do it all in ha Jen as well if we wanted to because they use
89. 20:4611 Labs um but I I figure might as well you know play with a couple of tools um Okay show her looking around her hair
90. 20:55flying in the breeze visualize a close-up portrait of New York so let's come up with a let's come up with a concept here

92. 21:29mystery garden um with mechanical
93. 21:43insects metallic trees and colorful flowers let's just start with
94. 22:00that and so it's going to go off and it's going to make us four Images which is cool what's it going to do here we're
95. 22:09going to do them in 16 by9 it's going to do images first all right and so it does them like that now one of the cool things it it
96. 22:21did is Fantastical it it kind of um whatever you called this um uh mad lized The Prompt that I wrote so
97. 22:33instead of mechanical insects let's go with cybernetic bees and then we'll do another one where instead of a mystery
98. 22:42garden it's an enchanted forest then we'll do another one where it's a cryptic jungle then we'll do another one where it's an enigmatic
99. 22:52Park and then I could sort of flip through this and I could go oh I like I like this B thing so oh you know what I should do I should do um
100. 23:04enigmatic beehive um in a magical Garden all right and so it's going to do its thing and I can now I can go back
101. 23:19here and I can I can slide left and right so so the left and right here what I've gathered is left and right is
102. 23:27variation on the theme and then up and down is is a new theme a new idea right and so here I could do um let's see any one of these I can
103. 23:41modify let's say let's say I like this one with the lily pads let me modify this one so so if I say modify it drops
104. 23:49the little image down here and I can say U make this in the daytime I don't know if that'll work but that's what we're going to
105. 24:00try and then I can come up here and what else can I do I can make a video of this I can use this as a reference I can do
106. 24:08more like this one and let me do more like this one more like this and any one of those I can download and now I can I can

113. 25:39you know if I've got you know sort of left and right things variations of this it just it's a way to to very very quickly spit out a lot of
114. 25:49ideas and then I I can also share this board so people are sharing their boards um I can also click this brainstorm button
115. 25:59and then what it does is it sort of analyzes all the [ __ ] in there and cybernetic nature and it it writes us some prompts with a sample
116. 26:08little image so surreal Dreamscape with Salvador doy inspired elements that sounds cool let's do that and so it
117. 26:16writes The Prompt for me and then I can generate that and then I can come back up here and I can say let's brainstorm [Music] on uh this one

119. 26:49glowing Flora that's interesting and then let's go ahead and put can I drop this down there make video reference yeah so I can pop that
120. 27:02in as a reference and that's going to give us some new thing so yeah so this is a way this is a way to be in a more of a flow state with
121. 27:16prompting is is is what I think they're solving for here right so instead of a magical Garden we can have an enchanted
122. 27:24garden instead of a garden it can be a sanctuary or it could be an oasis every time I change one of these words it's giving me four
123. 27:35new images instead of glowing for Flora let's go with bioluminescent Coral right and it's just cranking cranking cranking
124. 27:54cranking so I think this is going to be I think this is going to be a a fantasmagorico oh yeah let's do that Android dragon
125. 28:12flies I think Joy what this is going to be is some people are going to [ __ ] love this interface and other people are
126. 28:20going to hate it I'm somewhere in between with it because I like brainstorming ing a lot but I don't know I this feels like it's
127. 28:33harder to run down rabbit holes to me but but I don't know like I haven't used it enough to really know but I mean we've generated a lot of
128. 28:46really cool imagery here it's you know it's almost like it's almost like where do you start is kind of the problem let's turn that into a
129. 28:55video so there's the frame so let's say um the vines on the trunks of the
130. 29:09trees snake around them does this have an API I don't think
131. 29:24so documentation Discord what's this that's just my account upgrade for faster [ __ ] you can spend more money with
132. 29:37us um I don't I don't think so oh the other nice thing about uh Luma Labs is they've got an IOS app so the
133. 29:47interface of the IOS app is essentially identical to this I okay so now that I think about it I think why this feels weird on desktop
134. 29:59is I think that this is an interface designed for mobile that they also put on desktop oh I don't think I tried Luma
135. 30:08Labs I know well that's the problem there's too many [ __ ] tools now okay one nice thing is when you do a video they give you two videos
136. 30:18per so it did a nice Zoom that's nice but the like the vines are not snaking up the up the trunks of the the
137. 30:34trees but this is nice I mean like now that I'm in a zoomed in view this is kind of like mid Journey where you can just flip between all the
138. 30:44images yeah this is kind of nice I mean huh I like that make it a reference make more like this let's do
139. 30:56that but now how do I get back to that oh I guess I just let's make more like

161. 36:21boards and my where where I'm thinking it why I'm thinking this feels weird on desktop is if I think about this as a
162. 36:32mobile experience right now I'm scrolling up and down which you do on mobile and then right now I'm scrolling
163. 36:39left and right which you do on mobile right this is a very mobile friendly I I bet they designed this for the phone
164. 36:46first and then said well [ __ ] it let's just put it on the web I think that's why this seems like a um why this seems like a solution in
165. 36:55search of a problem because I think on mobile this actually solves Joyce said this helped great awesome yeah it's this is weird this is
166. 37:07weird but it's weird because I think it's designed for mobile try it on your phone I I I have a feeling so this is
167. 37:13funny um Kelly Bosch who we've talked a lot about here in the past couple of weeks because I just did a video with
168. 37:19her or she did the video I did the music um her process is she sits on the couch in the evening after work with her phone
169. 37:33and she's in mid journey and she's just generating images generate images generate images generate images and then
170. 37:39she turns then she goes over to Runway she pops all those images into Runway makes videos makes a bunch of videos
171. 37:45then she dumps dumps those all into um into an editing program and makes her videos um this would be a really quick way to
172. 37:56start with a single idea just blow that idea out just because what they've effectively done here is they've sort of
173. 38:04taken the the the shackles off of usage limits and things like that like I'm sure there are some but what they're
174. 38:12what they're basically doing is they're saying go fast and go W you know just go nuts and and I think in probably very
175. 38:20short order I mean if you think about actually you know what if you think about this as a Kelly Bosch video you'd
176. 38:28say okay let's pick let's pick you know four or five images from from this sequence to turn into videos let's pick
177. 38:35four or five from this sequence to turn into videos you know this one was a dud so [ __ ] it this one's really cool with
178. 38:43the dragon flies so let's let's actually go make some more dragon flies you know here we've got glowing orbs right and
