22. 4:51Kyle that's that's what this is turning into and and it's actually it's actually getting really fun there's there's a
23. 4:57really cool thing going on uh my co worker said this chat GPT has been a game changer for me thank you for the
24. 5:04recommendation awesome Karen so so this is this is the whole point right this is the whole point people are afraid of this people
25. 5:16are um excited about this people are agnostic to it people are angry about it they're all over the place um some
26. 5:24people are unaware of it oh that's really cool oh nice thanks cuno that's super cool those are awesome those are little little little
27. 5:34images I know I'm going to put more of those together I've got to do that I wish there was a way to show those
28. 5:39things bigger in in the old Tik Tok but you know we'll figure it out we'll figure it out so so um so that's what
29. 5:46this group's about um and and um we've got a Discord server so part of the part of what these lives have become is kind
30. 5:53of this real time Jam where people are asking and answering each other questions in the comments ments here and
31. 6:00on the Discord and as I'm talking about stuff and demoing stuff people are making their own images and sharing
32. 6:05images it's become a really Dynamic experience and I'm I'm super excited about it um so there's a way that you
33. 6:11can join like the private group in the Discord but I'll give you the information on on the Discord and um and
34. 6:18I'm going to talk about our values because the values in here are really important um and so I'm going to talk
35. 6:23about those um if you're brand new to Ai and have not done anything with it yet um Silver Fox hi I'm addicted to Fashion
36. 6:33creation now thanks I didn't need Friday anyway so so Silver Fox was here the other night um someone came in and said
37. 6:42well what can chat gp2 chat GPT do for a fashion brand and so if you don't know in the past three or four weeks chat GPT
38. 6:51has released both um gptv which is GPT vision and Dolly 3 which is this remarkable image generation tool that
39. 7:00made all these images that I show here and uh So within like a 10-minute little session I went from like just not well I
40. 7:10don't know anything about fashion um other than I don't get invited to those events I'm not in that crowd and within
41. 7:2110 minutes like we had gone and gotten some sample images from the internet and had cat GPT describe them and we took
42. 7:28those and we made a a look and feel and turned that into a photo it was really cool it was really amazing and it's uh
43. 7:34that's part of what this channel is about so you can ask questions I'll demo stuff I'll we can do whatever like it it
44. 7:40it essentially goes wherever the where everyone in here wants it to go um so so let me let me walk into stuff um a
45. 7:49marketing director at my company reached out oh that just went away could someone repin that it's cool oh that's so cool sh Jerry D that
46. 8:01comment oh that's so cool oh that's yeah oh that's so so if you're a subscriber you get some of those Custom Custom

49. 8:24yep awesome drip drip so cuno she's been in here for for a while months um and and when she first came in she was kind
50. 8:37of this Lone Wolf in her company oh that's super cool Luna stick so so this is one of the things happening in the in
51. 8:45the private channel in the Discord is the people that are that are subscribers that are in there so they they've
52. 8:52nicknamed themselves the Irregulars so so if you're if you're a scri a subscriber you get the The Irregular
53. 9:00role in Discord and she just made irregular um suppositories I suppose that's awesome these are
54. 9:17great one one of the other things we do in here you can make money with Chachi B we make fun of that you can make money with
55. 9:25ch uh we'll talk about that um anyway okay let's let's let's jump around here for for a second let me get you guys up to
56. 9:35speed so so this is a new um image that I created tonight oops let me see where I can put this thing where you can see it all so so
57. 9:51this this is kind of a a representative image of the AI salon and I'll I'll read the little text over there to the to the right
58. 9:59um it talks about what the salon is and and so this is just a part of that but but the AI Salon is a ragtag group of
59. 10:06missfits neru wells and Mis creant who've gathered to explore the Uncharted Wilderness of generative AI we're
60. 10:13everyone from entrepreneurs to Educators from healthcare workers to creatives and everyone in between so the whole idea is
61. 10:21the salon is about people choosing to be on this adventure so rather than approaching this stuff with fear or you
62. 10:27know it's going to take our job or like all the all the things that are there um it's it's about choosing to be on the
63. 10:33adventure and just getting curious and and and supporting one another and all that sort of stuff so I'm going to go

70. 11:32about this stuff as as you as you learn these remarkable skills the the the instinct is like oh my God I did
71. 11:39something really cool I gotta I got to keep it to myself I got to keep it to myself we're entering an era of um kind
72. 11:47of massive growth and massive abundance and so and everything's changing so something that you figure out today is
73. 11:55going to be irrelevant 3 months from now something I talk about a lot share share share um exploration is is another one
74. 12:02of our values like let's explore let's let's you know choose to go on this adventure collaboration is another one
75. 12:09the Discord is full of people helping one another putting projects together collaborating on stuff um yeah let's do
76. 12:16that um we want people to feel included no matter where they're from no matter what your technical bre background one
77. 12:23of the one of the fallacies about this generative AI stuff is you have to be a mathematician to be able to do it you
78. 12:29have to be you know [ __ ] genius no no you don't that's that's why this channel exists um empathy um let's see you can

83. 13:27that a a lot of people are really scared right now and so if you talk about AI or generative AI or any of this stuff chat
84. 13:36GPT sometimes people react you know angrily sometimes they act in react in fear they're like they dismissive um
85. 13:44just be empathetic right everyone's going through some [ __ ] trying to figure this stuff out so that's that's what the
86. 13:49group's about so again like I said if it's some if it sounds like you're Jam um go to the salon. there's an invite to

96. 15:22important site right now for for getting started with this generative AI stuff is chat by far by far just go to chat. open.com that's the
97. 15:33official website these are the guys that started it all um they just rolled out a whole bunch of new features they have a
98. 15:39big uh developers conference coming up November 6th which I think we're going to hear some new stuff um and and that
99. 15:47thing's amazing um these other ones are kind of the majors so if you've been playing with this stuff for a while and
100. 15:52you haven't played with some of these other tools Claude Bard and Bing are all worth exploring Bard right now is not
101. 15:59super great it's good but it's not great but it's about to get great um they're they're launching a thing called Gemini
102. 16:06um which is supposed to be good as gp4 I'll believe it when I see it but that's the that's the that's the Scuttle butt in the AI
103. 16:16Community okay so that's those um other important llms to to uh explore piie oh my little color coding here if it's
104. 16:27yellow it's like that's the one I I think is the the the the the one to pay attention most on this page um Pi is a
105. 16:37conversational bot that you can just talk to it you put it into conversation mode with the IOS app and it's really
106. 16:45interesting um the other ones are good to play with uh the Llama models po you can play with lots of different models
107. 16:53at po perplexity is really good for um is the other Channel I'm here a lot um what is the other channel Oh you
108. 17:02mean the the uh so if you're a subscriber here you get access to the Discord um there's a private channel in
109. 17:12the AI Salon Discord so if you want to if you want to see if you want to get into the to the AI Salon Discord that's free you just go to the
110. 17:26salon. and then if you want to be in the private Channel there um you go to you become a subscriber here and you

116. 18:18here's the deal these things are changing so much that I I'm constantly redoing this so I'm just kind of trying
117. 18:24to keep it you know keep it keep it uh you know recently simple from a from an admin standpoint on my side okay image
118. 18:34creation these are the the big four that I play with with image creation um dolly3 right now is my is is the little
119. 18:41darling because dolly3 lives inside chat GPT um if you pay for chat GPT plus which is like their 20 Buck a month
120. 18:50thing um I'm not in any way affiliated with them so I'm like when I say it's the best like it's the best it's just it
121. 18:56is um it it's just there's there's none of the things that are out there right now are up to it in terms of features
122. 19:05what it does and the quality of what it does um the new Bard May challenge that but but right now um it's big and Dolly
123. 19:133 is lives within that so all of these images were made with Dolly 3 so inside chat GPT you go into Dolly 3 mode and you
124. 19:26just ask it to make stuff those are all from Ted this is a cool one if you squint your eyes it says AI learning
125. 19:34lab and it's just people walking in the rain but embedded in it is are the words AI learning lab a't that cool
126. 19:43um that one was another tool on top of uh Dolly 3 but steel so all this stuff was made with Dolly 3 inside chat GPT so

128. 20:09hello hello it's me okay you can hear me all right good you know I'm I know I sing like
129. 20:26aell uh but my my camera went black like everything was good I'm good Kyle okay great terrific okay um Dolly 3 is really
130. 20:34cool mid journey in terms of quality is the best but you have to do it in Discord one of the cool things about the
131. 20:39AI Salon is you can do mid journey within within our Discord we have a channel just to do that um Leonardo if
132. 20:46you like lots of configuration and switches to flip Leonardo is really good it's built on top of stable diffusion
133. 20:53and then if you work for a big company Firefly from Adobe is solid AI generation and there's also generative
134. 21:00fill within Photoshop which is really remarkable um and it's it's all kind of safe for corporate because it hasn't
135. 21:08been trained on any uh copywritten imagery so so that's good there all right video creation we're really new
136. 21:16with this stuff the video stuff's really janky but the three on the left Runway ml Moon Valley and pabs are all kind of
137. 21:23um General um like text to video or image to video creation tools um visel is kind of like a corporate video or
138. 21:32just like a a narrated video using stock video it'll put those together that's pretty interesting hey Jen and did are
139. 21:40are voice uh let's see Be not Afraid Kyle p is actually hella witty and funny really good at catching the tone of
140. 21:48voice too yeah it really is good the other thing that I've noticed Be not Afraid is um pie will like if you say
141. 21:57something not normal Pi will react weird like like I told Pi once that that U my mom was going into hospice my mom's been
142. 22:07dead for a while so so I was just like demoing it to someone and Pie came back and was like oh no no no no no she she
143. 22:14got really upset I was like oh my I upset the robot I said oh I'm just demoing this it's not really going on
144. 22:21she was like oh thank goodness so it's a trip anyway um hey Jen and did are voice synthesis tools that do like those
145. 22:30animated you can take a picture you made in mid journey and make it talk and then haen also has um um voice translation video translation
146. 22:41to other languages just amazing all right um there's some of the music and audio things 11 labs for voice synthesis
147. 22:50refusion and sound raw for um for Music Creation uh there's another one called Sona is it Sono hang Ono s u n o that can make um music with
148. 23:09lyrics in it [Music] and that's sunno but you have to make things inside Discord so refusion is
149. 23:24similar it can do words as well um and that's just in a web browser and then for 3 his blog is one useful
150. 23:32thing um brilliant brilliant guy and he's been kicking the tires on all the new features of chat PT and talk about
151. 23:41talking about them in the context of future of work and future of Education really cool guy David Shapiro is up to
152. 23:49really amazing stuff with AGI and op Source he's you know certifiable genius Paul rers is from the marketing AI
153. 23:57Institute Rachel Woods here on Tik Tok has the AI exchange so these are really good and I think that's it is that is

171. 26:37um about sometime in the in the in the early part of the year I don't know February March April I started seeing
172. 26:47all these Tik Tok channels that were like you could make money with and it they always had that annoying [ __ ] voice like the Tik Tock
173. 26:56voice you know you're flipping along and it's like and and it it it just it it struck me as weird because I'm like well what
174. 27:07do you mean you can make money with J gbt like well you know and here's why it struck me is weird what this promise is is Easy
175. 27:20Money the easy button you can make money with CET jpt is not a strategy CET jpt is a tool okay so they could all they they do
176. 27:36they could also make videos like you can make money with Photoshop you can make money with a shovel you can make money with
177. 27:44cha it's not about the tool now chbt and these large language models and the image generation tools they're pretty [ __ ] magical like
178. 27:55these are really powerful tools but if you start with the tool you'll get lost you'll be you'll just be all
179. 28:02over the place and and you'll be out trying to sell yourself and like I can do chat PT and people won't know what that
180. 28:07means how you make money with chat PT is you figure out a problem to solve that you've got some expertise or some passion
181. 28:17about that you're like I think I can solve that problem and then you go to chat GPT and you say hey can you help me solve this problem
182. 28:28and then it comes up with ideas and then you're like oh that's great maybe we could write a book maybe we could write
183. 28:33a marketing plan maybe we could solve problems for people great and if you solve that problem well other people are
184. 28:41willing to give you money for that that's business that's how you make money with chat gbt you solve a problem
185. 28:48I'm having a hard time creating images it tells me it's not able to create images Dolly 3 fubsy okay okay okay good
186. 28:56okay this is good good so there's two possible problems you're having there fubsy um let's let's let's go dig
187. 29:05in all right so if you haven't seen chat GPT this is it down the left hand side here we've got this is my prompt history
188. 29:13and then over here we've got um chat GPT 3.5 chat GPT 4 and and all this stuff down here okay if I roll over chat gp4 I've got
189. 29:27all these different modes one of them is Dolly 3 so a possibility fubsy is you're on one of the other modes so you might
190. 29:34be on default mode even though Dolly 3 is here if it's not selected it's not going to make images so if I'm in default mode and I
191. 29:45say uh oh Siri are you around are you taking over my microphone hello yes you are Siri go away okay come on come on uh all right whatever uh
192. 30:02make me okay there there it goes make me an image of a Mustang and so it says I'm sorry I cannot create original copywritten
193. 30:14images however I can provide a textual description right so if you're getting stuff like this it probably means you're in the wrong
194. 30:21mode um if I go new chat and now I flip over here to dolly3 make me an image of a 1969 GTO Judge in Grabber
195. 30:33Orange it's actually not called Grabber Orange in a 69 GTO judge but whatever now it's creating images right so if if
196. 30:40you're getting this popup that's it now if you're in dolly3 and you're running if if you're if you're asking it to generate things um
197. 30:54that are against its safety guidelines like maybe you're trying to do I don't know a shirtless man and a something or
198. 31:00other um it might go wellow that's against our policy so it might be refusing based on safety guidelines so
199. 31:09my suspicion is it's probably you're in the wrong mode um here's these images they're not bad one thing I noticed
200. 31:16tonight so so so one of the things that is very much true here fubsy was the one by the way I was talking earlier about
201. 31:22doing the fashion stuff FUBU was the one that came in and said what can we do for fashion um that's actually a nice image
202. 31:29of a GTO Judge so's that one um but notice there's only two of them so last night when we were doing this and we
203. 31:35when we were doing these images with fubsy we were getting four I think they actually um cut down the default images
204. 31:42to two cuz I I now ask it to make four images and it doesn't do it um can you give me four variations we'll see if it does it
205. 31:53now yeah I'm sorry I can only generate up to two images at a time time so we'll say yes we'll get two more just to get cool
206. 32:04images um so hopefully you're in Dolly 3 so so wait no I'm just trying to create fashion images and it tells me it's a text based
207. 32:15AI if you're in Dolly I would quit are you in your browser or or are you in um the app fubsy are you in the open are
208. 32:24you in the chat GPT app or are you in the website that's a slick picture that's like showroom
209. 32:39quality nice no I'm just trying to create fashion images it tells me it's text Bas AI yeah I shouldn't be doing that I
210. 32:47would I would quit quit and restart um I would even log out and log back into open AI into chat gbt um and if you're if you're in the
211. 32:58app on iOS um I would I would at a minimum force quit it I'm in the browser I've used different browsers and even logged out and
212. 33:12used a different device huh what country are you in fubsy I wonder if it's a country thing I doubt it
213. 33:28new chat so like you know in fubsy did you use Dolly 3 when you submit the prompt yeah that's that was my question Silver Fox it sounds like
214. 33:42he's in dolly3 mode I I don't know I I it like it if it's saying it's a it like does it say Dolly 3 at the top right here so when I
215. 33:55say new chat you got to have the Blue checkbox by Dolly 3 and then you say make me an image of a blue silk suit
216. 34:08on a fashion runway in a vertical format see how it says Dolly 3 up here does it say that when you're generate
217. 34:18the image Mary Mary GTO Judge Hearts I know that's my favorite of all the muscle cars is the 69 GTO Judge and you
218. 34:27know what I want I don't want I don't want like a concourse 6069 GTO Judge I want a Resto mod I want I want a modern
219. 34:38chassis that's tight and and spooky sitting underneath that cool body style and I want to pound it into the
220. 34:49ground there's our images so it's can I request to join the live to explain it yeah sure let's let's see let's see how we

230. 36:29prompt and I tell it you know create vertical pictures and whatnot um it tells me it tells me it says I'm a I'm a
231. 36:37text based Ai and I cannot create visual images or drawings including 3D images I even tried to do like create a 3D image
232. 36:44of a you know a cowboy like yeah not letting me do anything what country are you in uh I'm in the country of
233. 36:54California no I thought I thought it might be I thought it might be a country thing if you were in a different country
234. 37:00um Country California that's [ __ ] awesome um I I honestly don't know um and you've got so so oh I can't I'm wait let me flip my camera
235. 37:17um flip camera okay so so when you go new chat you've got you've got all these different modes so so it sounds like
236. 37:27it's so so you go to default mode you import you you put an image there I don't huh I have a I have default browse with Bing and
237. 37:38three yeah okay you can turn I can show you how to turn these other two on okay but um and and it says Dolly 3 and it
238. 37:46says beta and you've got it checked and then when you go to once you 3 the little the little icon to to upload
239. 37:54images goes away right right right yeah andage correct yeah this is a this is a this is an open AI uh tech support problem I
240. 38:11like I've I've never even heard of that before like I've heard of a lot of people where dolly3 is not there but if
241. 38:17it's there and not calling it something's wrong um you've tried different browsers correct I I tried uh the the what is it the edge or the

420. 1:08:58for the AI Salon actually where it said you know here's here's the things to do but one of the things it said to do was
421. 1:09:04um um paid media I'm like well we don't have money like we're brand new like just group right like so no there's no
422. 1:09:11money so so then I said you know give me a table generate a table um that compares paid media to earned media and
423. 1:09:18it just knocked that out and that kind of blew me away and then another point I I had it right an email and I put it in
424. 1:09:25like send Grid or something like that and it looked like [ __ ] and I was like oh yeah I got to do it in HTML so then I
425. 1:09:31said hey can you write me an HTML email and make it look pretty and then it just wrote all the code which is amazing and
426. 1:09:38then so so my company Story vine so what we do is we it's it's an automated video storytelling platform so we've
427. 1:09:46got um we've got an app that guides an end user step by step through telling a story so introduce yourself here here
428. 1:09:53talk about when you were diagnosed with some disease here talk about you know how you're treating it how you're
429. 1:10:00feeling what your hopes and dreams for the future are whatever it might be so we do a lot of work in healthcare and
430. 1:10:06Pharma and a lot of times our Pharma clients believe it or not this is mind-blowing to me still but they can't
431. 1:10:13find patience right so the patient has to have the right what they call indications and it's got to be the right
432. 1:10:18story and and so so I thought well I wonder you know how could if I could use chat GPT to make personas and so I said
433. 1:10:30to chat GPT hey you know i' I'd like to make some personas can you help with that and it said sure and it it like
434. 1:10:37instantly came up with a Persona framework said here's 20 attributes for a Persona and I picked I don't know
435. 1:10:43seven or eight of those and I said okay here's the seven or eight that I want I said now give me 12 personas and it just
436. 1:10:49created 12 personas so this is this one is aminaa and and she's one of the 12 and then I actually had Amina so I had
437. 1:10:59this Persona answer a set of storyvine prompts as if she went through our app and answered those questions based on
438. 1:11:07who she was what her family background is what her medical background is and what's remarkable about the story that
439. 1:11:13she told is it's like eerily familiar it feels very very much like the videos that we get in when patients tell their stor
440. 1:11:24so then I took it one step further and I said well I wonder if I could take this story and use um some of this generative
441. 1:11:31AI stuff to make video clips that I could then put in the story Vine system to generate a video um so generated an image in mid Journey
442. 1:11:43that that you know looked like a Mina or close enough and then I I used uh D- ID was the tool that's one of the tools
443. 1:11:53that I recommend and generated this video hello I'm Amina Ahmed I was diagnosed with Alis about 4 years ago
444. 1:12:10what brings me joy is spending time with my family especially my parents and siblings we enjoy cooking and eating

454. 1:13:413.5 it probably wasn't even GPT 4 and within 20 minutes I had created this video and and you know this is one
455. 1:13:51of those we're not in Kansas any any more moments where like I don't you know I don't need a a special effects team to
456. 1:13:59do this I don't need 3D meshes I just need some image I made and I I did like Photoshop expanded fill to to you know
457. 1:14:08extend the image that I created in mid journey and then turned those into animated videos put them into our system
458. 1:14:14and bang it was as if a person filmed in our system so yeah so there you go there's some Persona work I there's
459. 1:14:22there's you know an infinite number of ways you can do that since I'm on this page if you're new here um uh this channel the AI learning lab
460. 1:14:33is is is really kind of an extension of a community that I've created called the AI Salon that that we're coming up on

478. 1:16:45save it to my camera roll and pop into Tik Tok and do it but the the quality of the images is great it's no different

558. 1:30:18on um there's a thing on like an open- source project called um open interpreter that you install in your
559. 1:30:32terminal on your Mac and then it's basically like code interpreter for your operating system so you can ask it for
560. 1:30:40to go find images I don't know if it searches inside images by by Vision um but open interpreter is is designed to
561. 1:30:49do exactly that Brandon um I've played with it a little bit like I installed it and played with it a little bit but I

593. 1:35:48year 18 months is my guess I think Apple's going to be really good at with that stuff so we'll probably have agents

645. 1:47:37editor act like a mathematician and then you can give it special instructions so so those are kind of the two features chat gbd4 has both of
646. 1:47:49those but it also has in default mode it's got Vision so you can upload images and it can see those images um it's got browse with Bing so
647. 1:48:00it's connected to the internet it's got Advanced Data analysis which is it will write and execute its own python code
648. 1:48:09and do full-on data analysis for you it's got plugins and it's got dolly3 which is all this image Generation stuff
649. 1:48:16so all of this stuff is only available in GPT 4 in the in the 20 Buck a month thing that so that's that's it from a feature
650. 1:48:28standpoint from a technical standpoint um GPT 3.5 is 175 billion parameter model which shouldn't mean anything to you but
651. 1:48:45it basically just means it's got a lot of things in it GPT 4 is 1.8 trillion so gp4 is 11 times bigger than GPT 3.5 GPT 4 also has this
652. 1:49:04thing called Moe it's like modes of experts or something like that but anyway it's it's a series of um 180 billion
653. 1:49:18parameter large language models that are trained on specific things so one's trained on coding and one's trained on I
654. 1:49:26don't know creative writing and one's trained on technical writing and so it's got It's got these all these different
655. 1:49:32modes within it so when you give it a prompt one of the things it's doing is it's figuring out which of the models is
656. 1:49:39most likely to be able to answer the specific thing you're answering and I assume it can even mix those I think it's called mixture of
657. 1:49:48experts Moe I don't I I don't quite remember what it is but it's just gp4 is a dramatically more sophisticated version of the same
658. 1:49:58technology that sits in 3.5 but it's just better in in almost any ways what are plugins so plugins I'll show you how they work so
659. 1:50:12oops So within within a chat when when you enable plugins you've got this little drop down menu at the top here and then these are
660. 1:50:23all things that I've got installed um but in any given chat I can activate up to three of them right so
661. 1:50:34here's here's a canva one where you can generate some things in canva and we'll we'll try a canva one because I haven't
662. 1:50:41used this in a while I think I did it once so I don't really know how it works so this is a good example of and I'm
663. 1:50:49going to turn off pen so we're just going to use canva so so think of of plugins kind of like the the app store for the for the iPhone
664. 1:51:00or for or for your Google phone right you you go to the App Store and you get all these apps so they're extensions
665. 1:51:05they they they make the the phone be able to do more stuff these are exactly the same and and they're very similar in
666. 1:51:13that the early iPhone apps were not actually apps they were just like links to websites and they were pretty shitty
667. 1:51:22and so these are a lot like that there's a lot of really crappy ones there's not much quality control but I think in the
668. 1:51:29future these things are going to be like the App Store but now that we've got canvin here I'm going to say I want to

764. 2:07:44able to why um it's really bad the the way these things work work the nature of how they work is um that
765. 2:07:58they it it's predicting the next word so so when you say give me a thousand words it kind of presumes that it knows what
766. 2:08:07it's written but it doesn't the way it works the way the large language models work is you you write in your prompt and
767. 2:08:16it creates a mathematical probability and it basically just says the next most probable word for for that comes after
768. 2:08:24this prompt is the and then it says the next most probable word after that is the dog and it and it just keeps doing
769. 2:08:33that so it's kind of writing in this linear way it's not going back and looking at what it's written and it's
770. 2:08:39not it it's not doing any predicting of the whole document so so it will kind of guess what a thousand-word document is but it
771. 2:08:50doesn't know so it'll just miss so that's one of the it's one of the more frustrating things is kind of predictability of length or
772. 2:09:00predictability of of uh like the hallucination thing where it just gets things wrong and you're like hey you got that completely wrong it's
773. 2:09:08like oh I'm terribly sorry let me try that again here you go here's the correct answer and it's still the wrong
774. 2:09:14answer and then you do like five times and you realize oh okay it's never going to get the right answer here I got to I
775. 2:09:19got to come about it from another way that's just the nature of how it works so um again that's part of what I think the exercise
776. 2:09:30for all of us is right now is play with this [ __ ] enough like what what value I get out of these sessions doing these on a nightly basis
