5:01 game changer for me thank you for the
5:04 recommendation awesome Karen so so this
5:08 is this is the whole point right this is
5:11 the whole
5:13 point people are afraid of this people
5:16 are um excited about this people are
5:20 agnostic to it people are angry about it
5:22 they're all over the place um some
5:24 people are unaware of it oh that's
5:26 really cool oh nice thanks cuno that's

5:35 images I know I'm going to put more of
5:36 those together I've got to do that I
5:38 wish there was a way to show those
5:39 things bigger in in the old Tik Tok but

5:47 this group's about um and and um we've
5:50 got a Discord server so part of the part
5:52 of what these lives have become is kind
5:54 of this real time Jam where people are
5:57 asking and answering each other
5:58 questions in the comments ments here and
6:00 on the Discord and as I'm talking about
6:02 stuff and demoing stuff people are
6:04 making their own images and sharing
6:05 images it's become a really Dynamic
6:08 experience and I'm I'm super excited
6:10 about it um so there's a way that you
6:12 can join like the private group in the
6:14 Discord but I'll give you the
6:15 information on on the Discord and um and
6:19 I'm going to talk about our values
6:20 because the values in here are really
6:22 important um and so I'm going to talk
6:24 about those um if you're brand new to Ai
6:27 and have not done anything with it yet

6:36 anyway so so Silver Fox was here the
6:39 other night um someone came in and said
6:43 well what can chat gp2 chat GPT do for a
6:46 fashion brand and so if you don't know
6:49 in the past three or four weeks chat GPT
6:52 has released both um gptv which is GPT
6:56 vision and Dolly 3 which is this
6:59 remarkable image generation tool that
7:01 made all these images that I show here
7:04 and uh So within like a 10-minute little
7:08 session I went from like just not well I
7:11 don't know anything about fashion
7:14 um other than I don't get invited to
7:16 those
7:18 events I'm not in that crowd and within
7:21 10 minutes like we had gone and gotten
7:23 some sample images from the internet and
7:26 had cat GPT describe them and we took
7:29 those and we made a a look and feel and
7:31 turned that into a photo it was really
7:32 cool it was really amazing and it's uh
7:35 that's part of what this channel is
7:36 about so you can ask questions I'll demo
7:38 stuff I'll we can do whatever like it it
7:41 it essentially goes wherever the where
7:43 everyone in here wants it to go um so so
7:47 let me let me walk into stuff um a
7:49 marketing director at my company reached
7:51 out oh that just went away could someone
7:52 repin

10:07 missfits neru wells and Mis creant
10:09 who've gathered to explore the Uncharted
10:11 Wilderness of generative AI we're
10:13 everyone from entrepreneurs to Educators
10:15 from healthcare workers to creatives and
10:17 everyone in between so the whole idea is
10:21 the salon is about people choosing to be
10:23 on this adventure so rather than
10:25 approaching this stuff with fear or you
10:27 know it's going to take our job or like
10:29 all the all the things that are there um
10:32 it's it's about choosing to be on the
10:34 adventure and just getting curious and
10:36 and and supporting one another and all
10:38 that sort of stuff so I'm going to go
10:39 through the values quickly and if these

11:29 as you're learning stuff be generous
11:31 with it and it you know what's funny
11:32 about this stuff as as you as you learn
11:34 these remarkable skills the the the
11:38 instinct is like oh my God I did
11:40 something really cool I gotta I got to
11:41 keep it to myself I got to keep it to
11:43 myself we're entering an era of um kind
11:48 of massive growth and massive abundance
11:51 and so and everything's changing so
11:54 something that you figure out today is
11:55 going to be irrelevant 3 months from now
11:58 something I talk about a lot share share
11:59 share um exploration is is another one
12:03 of our values like let's explore let's
12:05 let's you know choose to go on this
12:07 adventure collaboration is another one
12:09 the Discord is full of people helping
12:11 one another putting projects together
12:13 collaborating on stuff um yeah let's do
12:16 that um we want people to feel included
12:20 no matter where they're from no matter
12:22 what your technical bre background one
12:24 of the one of the fallacies about this
12:26 generative AI stuff is you have to be a
12:28 mathematician to be able to do it you
12:30 have to be you know [ __ ] genius no no
12:33 you don't that's that's why this channel
12:36 exists um empathy um let's see you can
12:41 go to the far right icon at the bottom

13:36 GPT sometimes people react you know
13:39 angrily sometimes they act in react in
13:41 fear they're like they dismissive um
13:44 just be empathetic right everyone's
13:46 going through some [ __ ] trying to figure
13:48 this stuff out so that's that's what the
13:49 group's about so again like I said if
13:53 it's some if it sounds like you're Jam
13:56 um go to the salon. there's an invite to

15:36 started it all um they just rolled out a
15:38 whole bunch of new features they have a
15:39 big uh developers conference coming up
15:41 November 6th which I think we're going
15:43 to hear some new stuff um and and that
15:48 thing's amazing um these other ones are
15:50 kind of the majors so if you've been
15:51 playing with this stuff for a while and
15:52 you haven't played with some of these
15:54 other tools Claude Bard and Bing are all
15:56 worth exploring Bard right now is not
15:59 super great it's good but it's not great
16:01 but it's about to get great um they're
16:04 they're launching a thing called Gemini
16:06 um which is supposed to be good as gp4
16:09 I'll believe it when I see it but that's
16:12 the that's the that's the Scuttle butt
16:14 in the AI
16:16 Community okay so that's those um other
16:21 important llms to to uh explore piie oh
16:25 my little color coding here if it's
16:27 yellow it's like that's the one I I
16:29 think is the the the the the one to pay
16:31 attention most on this page um Pi is a
16:37 conversational bot that you can just
16:40 talk to it you put it into conversation
16:42 mode with the IOS app and it's really
16:45 interesting um the other ones are good
16:47 to play with uh the Llama models po you
16:52 can play with lots of different models
16:53 at po perplexity is really good
16:56 for um is the other Channel I'm here a
17:00 lot um what is the other channel Oh you
17:03 mean the the uh so if you're a
17:05 subscriber here you get access to the
17:08 Discord um there's a private channel in
17:13 the AI Salon Discord so if you want
17:16 to if you want to see if you want to get
17:19 into the to the AI Salon Discord that's
17:23 free you just go to the
17:26 salon. and then if you want to be in the
17:29 private Channel there um you go to you
17:33 become a subscriber here and you

18:28 you know recently simple from a from an
18:30 admin standpoint on my side okay image
18:34 creation these are the the big four that
18:36 I play with with image creation um
18:38 dolly3 right now is my is is the little
18:41 darling because dolly3 lives inside chat
18:45 GPT um if you pay for chat GPT plus
18:48 which is like their 20 Buck a month
18:50 thing um I'm not in any way affiliated
18:53 with them so I'm like when I say it's
18:55 the best like it's the best it's just it
18:57 is um it it's just there's there's none
19:00 of the things that are out there right
19:02 now are up to it in terms of features
19:05 what it does and the quality of what it
19:07 does um the new Bard May challenge that
19:11 but but right now um it's big and Dolly
19:14 3 is lives within that so all of these
19:19 images were made with Dolly 3 so inside
19:22 chat
19:23 GPT you go into Dolly 3 mode and you
19:26 just ask it to make stuff those are all
19:28 from
19:29 Ted this is a cool one if you squint
19:32 your eyes it says AI learning
19:34 lab and it's just people walking in the
19:37 rain but embedded in it is are the words
19:40 AI learning lab a't that
19:42 cool
19:44 um that one was another tool on top of
19:47 uh Dolly 3 but steel so all this stuff
19:50 was made with Dolly 3 inside chat GPT so

20:34 cool mid journey in terms of quality is
20:36 the best but you have to do it in
20:38 Discord one of the cool things about the
20:40 AI Salon is you can do mid journey
20:41 within within our Discord we have a
20:43 channel just to do that um Leonardo if
20:47 you like lots of configuration and
20:50 switches to flip Leonardo is really good
20:52 it's built on top of stable diffusion
20:54 and then if you work for a big company
20:55 Firefly from Adobe is solid AI
20:59 generation and there's also generative
21:01 fill within Photoshop which is really
21:04 remarkable um and it's it's all kind of
21:07 safe for corporate because it hasn't
21:09 been trained on any uh copywritten
21:11 imagery so so that's good there all
21:14 right video creation we're really new
21:16 with this stuff the video stuff's really
21:18 janky but the three on the left Runway
21:21 ml Moon Valley and pabs are all kind of
21:24 um General um like text to video or
21:28 image to video creation tools um visel
21:31 is kind of like a corporate video or
21:32 just like a a narrated video using stock
21:35 video it'll put those together that's
21:37 pretty interesting hey Jen and did are
21:40 are voice uh let's see Be not Afraid
21:44 Kyle p is actually hella witty and funny
21:47 really good at catching the tone of
21:49 voice too yeah it really is good the
21:51 other thing that I've noticed Be not
21:53 Afraid is um pie will like if you say
21:57 something not normal Pi will react weird
22:01 like like I told Pi once that that U my
22:05 mom was going into hospice my mom's been
22:07 dead for a while so so I was just like
22:10 demoing it to someone and Pie came back
22:12 and was like oh no no no no no she she
22:15 got really upset I was like oh my I
22:18 upset the robot I said oh I'm just
22:20 demoing this it's not really going on
22:22 she was like oh thank goodness so it's a
22:25 trip anyway um hey Jen and did are voice
22:29 synthesis tools that do like those
22:30 animated you can take a picture you made
22:32 in mid journey and make it talk and then
22:34 haen also has um
22:39 um voice translation video translation
22:42 to other languages just amazing all
22:44 right um there's some of the music and
22:48 audio things 11 labs for voice synthesis
22:50 refusion and sound raw for um for Music
22:56 Creation uh there's another one called
22:58 Sona is it Sono hang
23:04 Ono s u n o that can make um music with
23:09 lyrics in it

23:22 things inside Discord so refusion is
23:24 similar it can do words as well um and
23:27 that's just in a web browser
23:29 and then for 3 his blog is one useful
23:32 thing um brilliant brilliant guy and
23:36 he's been kicking the tires on all the
23:40 new features of chat PT and talk about
23:42 talking about them in the context of
23:44 future of work and future of Education
23:47 really cool guy David Shapiro is up to
23:49 really amazing stuff with AGI and op
23:52 Source he's you know certifiable genius
23:55 Paul rers is from the marketing AI
23:57 Institute Rachel Woods here on Tik Tok
24:00 has the AI exchange so these are really
24:02 good and I think that's it is that is
24:04 that all I have yeah if you're a

26:47 all these Tik Tok channels that were
26:48 like you could make money
26:50 with and it they always had that
26:52 annoying [ __ ] voice like the Tik Tock
26:57 voice you know you're flipping along and
26:59 it's
27:00 like and and it it it just it it struck
27:05 me as weird because I'm like well what
27:08 do you mean you can make money with J
27:09 gbt like well you know and here's why it
27:13 struck me is
27:15 weird what this promise is is Easy
27:21 Money the easy button you can make money
27:27 with CET jpt is not a strategy CET jpt
27:31 is a
27:32 tool okay so they could all they they do
27:37 they could also make videos like you can
27:38 make money with Photoshop you can make
27:41 money with a shovel you can make money
27:43 with
27:44 cha it's not about the
27:48 tool now chbt and these large language
27:52 models and the image generation tools
27:54 they're pretty [ __ ] magical like
27:55 these are really powerful tools
27:58 but if you start with the tool you'll
28:01 get lost you'll be you'll just be all
28:02 over the place and and you'll be out
28:04 trying to sell yourself and like I can
28:05 do chat PT and people won't know what
28:07 that
28:08 means how you make money with chat PT is
28:11 you figure out a problem to solve that
28:14 you've got some expertise or some
28:16 passion
28:18 about that you're like I think I can
28:20 solve that problem and then you go to
28:22 chat GPT and you say hey can you help me
28:25 solve this
28:26 problem
28:28 and then it comes up with ideas and then
28:30 you're like oh that's great maybe we
28:32 could write a book maybe we could write
28:33 a marketing plan maybe we could solve
28:36 problems for people great and if you
28:39 solve that problem well other people are
28:42 willing to give you money for that
28:44 that's business that's how you make
28:46 money with chat gbt you solve a problem
28:49 I'm having a hard time creating images
28:51 it tells me it's not able to create
28:53 images Dolly 3 fubsy okay okay okay good
28:57 okay this is good good so there's two
28:59 possible problems you're having there
29:01 fubsy um let's let's let's go dig
29:06 in all right so if you haven't seen chat
29:08 GPT this is it down the left hand side
29:11 here we've got this is my prompt history
29:14 and then over here we've got um chat GPT
29:19 3.5 chat GPT 4 and and all this stuff
29:23 down here
29:24 okay if I roll over chat gp4 I've got
29:28 all these different modes one of them is
29:29 Dolly 3 so a possibility fubsy is you're
29:33 on one of the other modes so you might
29:34 be on default mode even though Dolly 3
29:37 is here if it's not selected it's not
29:39 going to make images so if I'm in
29:40 default mode and I
29:45 say uh oh Siri are you around are you
29:49 taking over my microphone hello yes you
29:52 are Siri go
29:55 away okay
29:59 come on come on uh all right whatever uh
30:02 make me okay there there it goes make me
30:07 an image of a
30:11 Mustang and so it says I'm sorry I
30:13 cannot create original copywritten
30:15 images however I can provide a textual
30:17 description right so if you're getting
30:18 stuff like this it probably means you're
30:20 in the wrong
30:21 mode um if I go new chat and now I flip
30:25 over here to dolly3
30:29 make me an image of a 1969 GTO Judge in
30:33 Grabber
30:34 Orange it's actually not called Grabber
30:36 Orange in a 69 GTO judge but whatever
30:39 now it's creating images right so if if
30:41 you're getting this popup that's it now
30:44 if you're in
30:46 dolly3
30:48 and you're running if if you're if
30:50 you're asking it to generate things um
30:54 that are against its safety guidelines
30:56 like maybe you're trying to do I don't
30:58 know a shirtless man and a something or

50:07 have it write you know a python

50:20 Advanced Data analysis where you could
50:22 put in a spreadsheet of your NAA
50:27 values and it could do all of the
50:29 calculations within there because what
50:31 what Advanced Data analysis does is it
50:33 writes and executes its own python code
50:36 within a container within the
50:38 chat um so that's probably the way to do

1:08:44 know I did like parlor tricks how it

1:08:49 stuff and then I started using it for
1:08:51 work so like social media marketing plan
1:08:53 and you know you know give me a social
1:08:55 media marketing plan and bang it would
1:08:56 knock one out and it knocked one out the
1:08:59 for the AI Salon actually where it said
1:09:01 you know here's here's the things to do
1:09:02 but one of the things it said to do was
1:09:05 um um paid media I'm like well we don't
1:09:07 have money like we're brand new like
1:09:09 just group right like so no there's no
1:09:11 money so so then I said you know give me
1:09:14 a table generate a table um that
1:09:16 compares paid media to earned media and
1:09:19 it just knocked that out and that kind
1:09:20 of blew me away and then another point I
1:09:23 I had it right an email and I put it in
1:09:26 like send Grid or something like that
1:09:27 and it looked like [ __ ] and I was like
1:09:28 oh yeah I got to do it in HTML so then I
1:09:31 said hey can you write me an HTML email
1:09:34 and make it look pretty and then it just
1:09:36 wrote all the code which is amazing and
1:09:39 then so so my company Story vine so what
1:09:41 we do is we it's it's an automated video
1:09:43 storytelling platform so we've
1:09:46 got um we've got an app that guides an
1:09:50 end user step by step through telling a
1:09:52 story so introduce yourself here here

1:09:56 some disease here talk about you know
1:09:59 how you're treating it how you're
1:10:00 feeling what your hopes and dreams for
1:10:02 the future are whatever it might be so
1:10:05 we do a lot of work in healthcare and
1:10:06 Pharma and a lot of times our Pharma
1:10:09 clients believe it or not this is
1:10:12 mind-blowing to me still but they can't
1:10:13 find patience right so the patient has
1:10:15 to have the right what they call
1:10:17 indications and it's got to be the right
1:10:19 story and and so so I thought well I
1:10:23 wonder you know how could if I could use
1:10:27 chat GPT to make personas and so I said
1:10:30 to chat GPT hey you know i' I'd like to
1:10:33 make some personas can you help with
1:10:35 that and it said sure and it it like
1:10:38 instantly came up with a Persona
1:10:39 framework said here's 20 attributes for
1:10:41 a Persona and I picked I don't know
1:10:43 seven or eight of those and I said okay
1:10:45 here's the seven or eight that I want I
1:10:47 said now give me 12 personas and it just
1:10:49 created 12 personas so this is this one
1:10:52 is aminaa and and she's one of the 12
1:10:56 and then I actually had Amina so I had
1:11:00 this Persona answer a set of storyvine
1:11:02 prompts as if she went through our app
1:11:05 and answered those questions based on
1:11:07 who she was what her family background
1:11:09 is what her medical background is and
1:11:11 what's remarkable about the story that
1:11:14 she told is it's like eerily familiar it
1:11:18 feels very very much like the videos
1:11:21 that we get in when patients tell their
1:11:23 stor
1:11:24 so then I took it one step further and I
1:11:27 said well I wonder if I could take this
1:11:29 story and use um some of this generative
1:11:32 AI stuff to make video clips that I
1:11:34 could then put in the story Vine system
1:11:36 to generate a video um
1:11:40 so generated an image in mid Journey
1:11:43 that that you know looked like a Mina or
1:11:45 close enough and
1:11:48 then I I used uh D-
1:11:51 ID was the tool that's one of the tools
1:11:54 that I recommend and generated this
1:12:03 video hello I'm Amina Ahmed I was
1:12:07 diagnosed with Alis about 4 years ago
1:12:11 what brings me joy is spending time with
1:12:13 my family especially my parents and
1:12:16 siblings we enjoy cooking and eating
1:12:18 traditional South Asian dishes together
1:12:22 moving beyond my diagnosis was not easy

1:13:19 questions create the image and then
1:13:22 create the raw video Clips put them into
1:13:25 the storyvine system and render this
1:13:27 video that entire
1:13:29 process was about 20 minutes from
1:13:32 beginning to end like I had a brain fart
1:13:34 and I was like oh I bet I could do
1:13:36 interesting personas with this let me
1:13:37 see what I can do this is back in
1:13:39 February so this was probably chat GPT
1:13:42 3.5 it probably wasn't even GPT
1:13:46 4 and within 20 minutes I had created
1:13:49 this video and and you know this is one
1:13:52 of those we're not in Kansas any any
1:13:53 more
1:13:54 moments where like I don't you know I
1:13:57 don't need a a special effects team to
1:14:00 do this I don't need 3D meshes I just
1:14:02 need some image I made and I I did like
1:14:05 Photoshop expanded fill to to you know
1:14:08 extend the image that I created in mid
1:14:11 journey and then turned those into
1:14:13 animated videos put them into our system
1:14:15 and bang it was as if a person filmed in
1:14:18 our system so yeah so there you go
1:14:21 there's some Persona work I there's
1:14:23 there's you know an infinite number of
1:14:25 ways you can do that since I'm on this

1:15:02 artist thing or an image thing and then
1:15:04 chat GPT came out and we're like oh
1:15:06 screw it let's just start a group um so
1:15:09 if if you want to learn about what the

1:15:19 speakers our our uh speaker next week is

1:15:29 [ __ ] brilliant she's super cool she's
1:15:32 going to be speaking uh not next week

1:16:31 those videos and I just pop into chat
1:16:33 GPT and I go make me an AI learning lab
1:16:38 and and then I just come up with some
1:16:39 concept image you know for a Tik Tok
1:16:42 background and it just generates it and
1:16:44 it's right there on the phone I just
1:16:45 save it to my camera roll and pop into
1:16:48 Tik Tok and do it but the the quality of
1:16:50 the images is great it's no different
1:16:52 than doing it on desktop which I guess
1:16:53 makes sense but I still find that a
1:16:56 little a little wild uh what tool did
1:17:01 the video I missed it um okay so two
1:17:05 tools storyvine is my company and that's
1:17:09 the one that assembled this video
1:17:10 together with the with the you know the
1:17:13 graphics and the lower thirds and the
1:17:15 transitions like this Zoom hello I'm

1:29:43 sophisticated and so people look at the
1:29:45 sophisticated output or the images and
1:29:47 they're like well it must be really hard

1:29:54 lot of Technology you can do
1:29:55 technological stuff

1:30:08 right have you heard of a search app

1:30:25 like an open- source project called um

1:30:33 terminal on your Mac and then it's

1:47:43 so those are kind of the two features
1:47:45 chat gbd4 has both of
1:47:49 those but it also has in default mode
1:47:54 it's got Vision so you can upload images
1:47:56 and it can see those
1:47:58 images um it's got browse with Bing so
1:48:01 it's connected to the internet it's got
1:48:03 Advanced Data analysis which is it will
1:48:07 write and execute its own python code
1:48:10 and do full-on data analysis for you
1:48:13 it's got plugins and it's got dolly3
1:48:15 which is all this image Generation stuff
1:48:17 so all of this stuff is only available
1:48:21 in GPT 4 in the in the 20 Buck a month
1:48:24 thing that so that's that's it from a
1:48:26 feature
1:48:29 standpoint from a technical
1:48:32 standpoint
1:48:35 um GPT 3.5 is 175 billion parameter
1:48:41 model
1:48:42 which shouldn't mean anything to you but
1:48:45 it basically just means it's got a lot
1:48:48 of things in it
1:48:52 GPT 4 is 1.8 trillion so gp4 is 11 times
1:48:59 bigger than GPT 3.5 GPT 4 also has this
1:49:04 thing
1:49:05 called Moe it's like modes of experts or
1:49:09 something like that but
1:49:12 anyway it's it's a series
1:49:15 of um 180 billion
1:49:19 parameter large language models that are
1:49:22 trained on specific things so one's
1:49:24 trained on coding and one's trained on I
1:49:27 don't know creative writing and one's
1:49:29 trained on technical writing and so it's
1:49:31 got It's got these all these different
1:49:33 modes within it so when you give it a
1:49:35 prompt one of the things it's doing is
1:49:37 it's figuring out which of the models is
1:49:39 most likely to be able to answer the
1:49:41 specific thing you're answering and I
1:49:43 assume it can even mix those I think
1:49:46 it's called mixture of
1:49:48 experts Moe I don't I I don't quite
1:49:50 remember what it is but it's just gp4 is
1:49:53 a dramatically more
1:49:56 sophisticated version of the same
1:49:58 technology that sits in 3.5 but it's
1:50:01 just better in in almost any ways what
1:50:04 are plugins so
1:50:06 plugins I'll show you how they work

1:50:13 oops So within within a chat when when
1:50:17 you enable
1:50:18 plugins you've got this little drop down
1:50:21 menu at the top here and then these are
1:50:23 all things that I've got
1:50:26 installed um but in any given chat I can
1:50:32 activate up to three of them right so

1:50:37 generate some things in canva and we'll
1:50:39 we'll try a canva one because I haven't
1:50:41 used this in a while I think I did it
1:50:45 once so I don't really know how it works
1:50:47 so this is a good example of and I'm
1:50:49 going to turn off pen so we're just
1:50:51 going to use canva
1:50:53 so so think of of plugins kind of like
1:50:58 the the app store for the for the iPhone
1:51:00 or for or for your Google phone right
1:51:02 you you go to the App Store and you get
1:51:04 all these apps so they're extensions
1:51:06 they they they make the the phone be
1:51:08 able to do more stuff these are exactly
1:51:11 the same and and they're very similar in
1:51:13 that the early iPhone apps were not
1:51:16 actually apps they were just like links
1:51:17 to websites and they were pretty shitty
1:51:23 and so these are a lot like that there's
1:51:25 a lot of really crappy ones there's not
1:51:26 much quality control but I think in the
1:51:29 future these things are going to be like

2:07:31 least gets you to some version of 80% of
2:07:35 what you need like just even the most
2:07:37 basic things that it does are remarkable
2:07:40 I tried to create an article with a
2:07:42 thousand words in chat gp4 but it wasn't
2:07:44 able to why um it's really bad the
2:07:49 the way these things work work the
2:07:51 nature of how they
2:07:53 work is
2:07:56 um that
2:07:58 they it it's predicting the next word so
2:08:02 so when you say give me a thousand words
2:08:05 it kind of presumes that it knows what
2:08:08 it's written but it doesn't the way it
2:08:11 works the way the large language models
2:08:13 work is you you write in your prompt and
2:08:17 it creates a mathematical probability
2:08:19 and it basically just says the next most
2:08:21 probable word for for that comes after
2:08:24 this prompt is the and then it says the
2:08:27 next most probable word after that is
2:08:30 the dog and it and it just keeps doing
2:08:33 that so it's kind of writing in this
2:08:36 linear way it's not going back and
2:08:38 looking at what it's written and it's
2:08:40 not it it's not doing any predicting of
2:08:43 the whole
2:08:44 document so so it will kind of guess
2:08:48 what a thousand-word document is but it
2:08:51 doesn't know so it'll just
2:08:53 miss so that's one of the it's one of
2:08:56 the more frustrating things is kind of
2:08:58 predictability of length or
2:09:00 predictability of of
2:09:04 uh like the hallucination thing where it
2:09:06 just gets things wrong and you're like
2:09:07 hey you got that completely wrong it's
2:09:09 like oh I'm terribly sorry let me try
2:09:11 that again here you go here's the
2:09:12 correct answer and it's still the wrong
2:09:15 answer and then you do like five times
2:09:16 and you realize oh okay it's never going
2:09:18 to get the right answer here I got to I
2:09:20 got to come about it from another way
2:09:22 that's just the nature of how it works

2:09:28 that's part of what I think the exercise

2:09:39 sessions doing these on a nightly basis

2:10:09 know kind of piece out the elephant

2:10:16 expanding so just about the time you
2:10:18 think you have it figured out some new
2:10:20 stuff comes along you're like oh God I
2:10:21 don't even know where the walls are
2:10:22 anymore so that's that's the the process
2:10:25 we're all in the middle of right now and
2:10:26 there's there's no good way I mean the
2:10:29 the only way to not be in that kind of
2:10:34 insanity is to not be in AI right now
2:10:37 not be playing with this stuff and I
2:10:39 don't for me that's not a viable
2:10:41 option I think it's
2:10:46 incredibly um
2:10:49 not
2:10:51 good couldn't think of a fancy word
2:10:53 there I think it's incredibly not good
2:10:55 to not be playing with this stuff right
