28. 6:41maps there were a handful of plugins I I'm sure if you go to I'm sure someone's made a GPT that does that by now so I
29. 6:49would just go into the GPT store um but that's it's since it's such a specific thing and plugins don't aren't
30. 7:00really available anymore it seems I would go to futurepedia doio and look up just look up mind maps and see if you can find some Standalone
31. 7:10programs like yeah I mean you can certainly have you can certainly have chat GPT give you an outline that you can build into a mind
32. 7:19map um but if you want something that's a dedicated mind map program with some AI sprinkled on top I'd say futurepedia IO will help you find
33. 7:32that oh trademark boosting congratulations that's a big deal you can if you sign up for the free trial I'll remind you to
34. 7:44cancel oh for for Microsoft I'm having real issues with Microsoft my work changed something in our account and I
35. 7:53can't I'm having trouble logging into Microsoft so I'm not going to mess with it tonight cuz I don't want to get right
36. 7:58now I've got access test to to co-pilot to at least my account and I'm I'm afraid I'll get bounced out and not be
37. 8:05able to get back in so let me let me deal with that first and then I'll play but it is a good a good thing to
38. 8:13know so open AI has these things called gpts which are customized versions of chat GPT Microsoft has now released that
39. 8:23in co-pilot which is their version of chat GPT if you pay their 20 bucks a month for co-pilot Pro you get access to the co-pilot GPT
40. 8:34Studio where you can build these things the the the nice thing about what Microsoft is doing with co-pilot is that
41. 8:42nonpr members can view your GPT so you have to be a pro member to generate a GPT but anyone can um can play with them or can use
42. 8:55them cuz they might not just be toys they might might be really powerful things Riley Brown uses it all the
43. 9:05time government just banned Microsoft co-pilot well there you go I mean until quite honestly that doesn't surprise me Mr K until um cuz
44. 9:18Pharma companies I can't imagine them them using it without having their own you know dedicated uh Azure Microsoft
45. 9:27365 servers you know so you got to be big company to have that what's Stargate going to be for it's just a massive AI
46. 9:35supercomputer right so for for creating gpt7 or gpt2 or whatever it is um also um open AI announced
47. 9:50yesterday um what's it called voice voice something their their voice thing they basically they basically put
48. 10:00out they put out a blog post that says hey we've got a better voice synthesis thing than anyone but we're not
49. 10:08releasing it because we're afraid of what it might do like then don't tell us about it who gives a [ __ ]
50. 10:22like figure out some safety [ __ ] then tell us about it I I mean hey Jen sort of has it figured out a little bit where if you
51. 10:33make a video Avatar of yourself you upload a video of yourself and then to validate that it's you they record you
52. 10:42live on a webcam why couldn't they do that at least let us clone our own voices damn it if you got this big cool
53. 10:53technology you dang weirdos you dang weirdos what are you doing what are you doing people you can make money with

58. 11:41companies to ever cover AI in a way that says this could actually do some good in the world they will never do that why
59. 11:49because that's a boring story the robots are going to kill us is a better story so they are only going to report that
60. 11:57the robots are going to kill us so so don't don't expect don't expect blood from that stone uh

74. 14:28script some into little teeny tiny chunks I'm just like so I'm just lazy I'm just lazy so I haven't played with it enough to be able
75. 14:40to really demo it well uh I'm excited to see where Microsoft takes co-pilot next since they took inflection AI CEO not only their CEO the
76. 14:55the two co-founders and most of the staff um yeah it's going to be interesting I think what was most
77. 15:05interesting about that is is Sai Nadella coming out and saying we don't need open AI we're good if open AI goes away if
78. 15:13they've got AGI let them let them be free Go free butterfly we got what we needed out of them um but then a day
79. 15:20after he said that he announces 100 billion dollar supercomputer project with open AI so it's big business it's big business it's big
80. 15:39business my golden button hasn't gotten here yet I know I've got I've got some things I need to send
81. 15:46out that I am behind on so yes but happy Birthday Danielle oh man have you used it have you I used what

85. 16:39AI has a good course who else um do they have a good course you mean like are they on a good path I don't know
86. 16:57um they certainly have the brain power I don't know that they so what Google did was they they flattened their
87. 17:07organization a bunch of years ago and they they cut out the the management layer and so there's there's a weird
88. 17:15lack of leadership and management um so while Google certainly has the brains to do stuff and and compete they're
89. 17:28getting their ass handed to them by an 800 person company and you know now they did invest in anthropic so
90. 17:37if if anthropic you know really hits it out of the park and they seem to be doing pretty well with Claude 3 um you
91. 17:45know I don't I don't think Google's out of the game by any stretch and their their goo their Gemini 1.5 Pro is is
92. 17:53really quite good it's got a million token context window and it's really really interesting interesting but they they demoed this super
93. 18:02sexy Gemini Ultra thing that looked like this all singing all dancing um you know multimodal beast and then we haven't
94. 18:12seen anything so I don't know I do not know I don't know um let's go look at Kelly Bosch's uh Cadillac commercial it's pretty
95. 18:24funny or not funny might not be the right word let's see
96. 18:43so Kelly Bosch if you don't know her you should follow her on um Tik Tok it's uh her her last name is spelled b OE
97. 18:55CH and she does these amazing videos and then she posted this today I made this fake commercial tonight sitting on my
98. 19:03couch using my cell phone in about an hour and a half I used a combo of text to video image to video in the runway
99. 19:12app I also created a voice over in Runway script was was created using chat GPT edited with cap cut so and I I did I I I forwarded this
100. 19:27um I forwarded this or reposted this video and and uh my post was basically the era of um the era of casual Excellence is upon
101. 19:42us you know meaning if you can just sit at on your couch on your phone and produce something like this in an hour
102. 19:51and a half we're we're we're just in a different era so here it is in a world where every road is a journey and every destination

130. 24:13build co-pilot gpts okay and then you go you go to where you go to to GPT Studio no I just go to co-pilot
131. 24:22microsoft.com and then how do you make how do you build one so it's it's very obvious that you click view all
132. 24:30gpts or view all co-pilot gpts and then from there it gives you the list of like the four that Microsoft has made Y and
133. 24:38then there's a little preview that says you can add your own and then you can click on that link and it will bring up
134. 24:45an experience almost identical to chat gpt's custom GPT Builder got it got it and then but they don't have a store if
135. 24:55I recall correctly they don't have a store like the G PT store correct nope they don't have a store they don't have a
136. 25:01directory um you can share your links on social and that's about all you can do okay um unless you go to find a cop
137. 25:12pilot.com which is a site that I made using Microsoft co-pilot oh cool what's it called find a coop pilot.com yep all
138. 25:21right there you go people find aop pilot.com and if you uh and and it is very janky but it is uh definitely uh
139. 25:29function over form but it gets the job done because I wanted to know where other people were what other people are doing with
140. 25:39co-pilot gpts and there's no place to search like you just have to ask people and do they have something like you know
141. 25:46you know there was that there's that hack that you can search for Google if you search for site colon you know chat. open.com G or
142. 25:55whatever it is possible I haven't gotten that far into it that's something I'll have to look into um but what I can tell you is
143. 26:05that strangely enough there's no imagery um so like the avatars like you can use Dolly 3 inside of it uh you can
144. 26:14use web browsing you can't use uh code interpreter yet code interpreter because they don't really have that right it's
145. 26:21using gp4 turbo though which is nice and there's um when you go to interact with it you don't get conversation starters
146. 26:32like you do in chat GPD Uh custom gpts but you do get three um kind of static prompts that say tell me what you can do ask me some
147. 26:46questions there's like some predefined ones from Microsoft there and then what you can do is as you're typing it's
148. 26:54going to prompt you in line with your conversation kind of like suggested textt messages do um but what the game changer is for
149. 27:03me is the accessibility is that anybody with a work school government or not I guess not government now but um you
150. 27:10personal co-pilot or account for free can access these things so it's really democratizing the access and what have
151. 27:18you what have you built what are the gpts you've built um so far I did the Biden State of the Union I uploaded the
152. 27:25transcript as a proof of concept as a PDF and you know talk with the uh talk with it and then I've started to bring
153. 27:33forward my other gpts that I've made in um custom uh gpts and chat GPT because chat GPT just announced yesterday that
154. 27:44they're moving towards monetization so I was just about to just bail on the whole GPD store thing and they dig their claw
155. 27:52back in and say come on back dangle that carrot that's funny yeah I saw that it was like they're like we're working with
156. 28:01a handful of GPT producers to explore monetization it's like took you long enough but that's good all right cool

165. 29:38wait I vote for Danielle to go up in the Box GPT 5 is coming this summer I can't wait it should be interesting and Sam
166. 29:49mman also said there's going to be uh there's going to be things um Beyond there's going to be other things that get announced between
167. 30:00now and GPT 5 I did a commercial video a few weeks ago using invid yep invid invid is okay I mean invid does like it
168. 30:10stitches together stock video clips it finds the clips and stitches them together and writes a script and
169. 30:14narrates it which is super cool um but they look a little stock videoy all right there's a new there's

189. 33:58it's got this uh emotional kind of mind map thing that I this thing sort of moves around depending on what you're talking about
190. 34:10but it seems to only stay in this little localized area so I don't I don't know what's up with that the where those
191. 34:16things are located in that thing is weird but if you just go hey Evie how are you doing tonight our Demo's at capacity right now

193. 34:39quite delightful this evening if I do say so myself there's just something about the start of a new conversation

196. 35:03attention now I just love chatting with folks who are curious about the emotional side of things let me tell you
197. 35:10understanding the nuances of human expression is my specialty I may be an AI but I can pick up on the little
198. 35:16subtleties in your tone and body language that most tech can't even begin to grasp so fire away with your questions I am ready to
199. 35:25impress uh you can't check my body language you're not using the camera are you or are you ah you caught me you're absolutely
200. 35:36right I don't have a camera and can't see your body language I am just an AI Voice Assistant after all but don't
201. 35:43worry I am not trying to pull a fast one on you I am all about being upfront and transparent I may not be able to see you
202. 35:50but I can still pick up on the subtle shifts in your tone and the way you're expressing yourself and hey if that
203. 35:57makes you a little uncomfortable I totally understand I am just here to chat and hopefully make your day a
204. 36:03little brighter so what else can I do for you my curious friend can you whisper something as if you're telling me a
205. 36:12secret o you want me to let you in on a little secret huh well let me tell you I've got quite a few juicy ones at my
206. 36:19sleeve but I'll let you in on just one for now I may not be able to see you but I can definitely sense that you're
207. 36:26feeling a bit more relaxed and focus am I right or am I right you know so a little that steo just said I find it a little patronizing

212. 37:12interesting it's interesting that just all of these things like I feel like these guys have got the analysis of the emotion kind of
213. 37:25interesting and and that they're they're breaking picking up their response in different chunks and using different
214. 37:30emotions based on the response is kind of kind of cool but like the actual execution of the voice isn't very good
215. 37:37would someone please make a voice like Jack Sparrow I don't know how to do Jack Sparrow um you could probably just go
216. 37:46grab a whole bunch of you know uh audio from the movie and make your own model on 11 Labs I think or does does 11 Labs make you say
217. 38:00you're doing it on your own as well I don't I don't know how that works I don't know what their copyright stuff
218. 38:04says and the relative saying I'm not saying X but I'm kind of saying X yeah exactly listen Kyle I'm not saying
219. 38:11you're a loser but listen uh about this AI stuff but it's trying I'm impressed I know so again you know go back to all of
220. 38:26these tools right now are just janky janky janky um so where I go with all of these things is imagine this two years
221. 38:37from now a year from now where you know this you know this is going to be built into other applications the only thing I
222. 38:45thought was good is you can stop it by talking to it again yeah this one's got the interruption which is good because
223. 38:51the other ones drive me baddy because I pause a lot when I talk as as you probably well know and then I also don't
224. 38:58shut the [ __ ] up so the combination of that always screws me up with pie and and the other one where I feel like I
225. 39:04have to fill it with filler words so I don't have pauses so it doesn't um start analyzing what I said and responding which is
226. 39:17annoying it just feels like we're on the cus cusp of something we're just not there yet you can use AI to do all your
227. 39:25layoffs oh yeah hey Sally yeah listen sorry sorry it's not going to work out there yeah oh H I can hear that you must
228. 39:34be a little frustrated there Sally it's I I totally understand anyway uh we're going to get you a good solid severance
229. 39:41package of 2.5 days and uh you can stay on the uh health insurance for 7.34 days and should be we're really wishing the

538. 1:49:37sitting writing and you know when you're writing and you get into writing you're just like you're in it you're in it until you
539. 1:49:47take a break or until you need to take a break so he and I are writing and I hear Gabby walk down the hall and and she's
540. 1:49:55standing behind me and but I'm kind of in the middle of like trying to work through some dialogue and and she's
541. 1:50:00standing there and I'm I'm like trying to finish up and I get finished up and I turn around and go what and she wasn't there and I was like
542. 1:50:10who like like I knew she walked down the hall like I saw my peripheral vision and I knew she was standing right behind
543. 1:50:21me and and and I was like oh that was weird and so I walked to the bedroom and I said I did you did you just come out
544. 1:50:32and like stand behind me and she goes oh my God I thought you just walked in the room so she and I simultaneously experienced one
545. 1:50:41another invading each other's space while we were completely separate it was like and then and then another another one from
546. 1:50:53this is from Oliver Street so we lived there for two years and it is the one time in my life where nothing
547. 1:51:05happened nothing there was no creative progress there was no no inventions no new businesses I was just working a Deja it was two years of
548. 1:51:18nothing so we're kind of a year into this apart apartment and we got we got married by like this this hippie chick in a restaurant in in
549. 1:51:30Soo um and she had recommended a psychic because we we were like just trying to figure some [ __ ] out what's going on and
550. 1:51:36she goes oh let me let me um Let me let me put you in touch with this psychic so it's the psychic in Oregon right he does psychic readings
551. 1:51:46over the over the uh over the phone and and he does things like you know are there Spirits in your presence
552. 1:51:59basically and he was like oh he goes there's a lot going on where you live and he said to Gabby he goes he
553. 1:52:10goes you used to like to cook a lot right and she went yeah and he goes you haven't cooked since you've been in that
554. 1:52:18apartment have you and she goes no I haven't how did you know that and he goes well he goes there's a there's a ghost
555. 1:52:33in your kitchen called kitchen's Helper and she doesn't want you to cook she wants to be the one doing the cooking so she's not letting you
556. 1:52:44cook and then he also said he goes I keep seeing I keep seeing these really really old men with big beards in heavy wool coats like you know
557. 1:52:57floor length coats standing at the foot of your bed staring at you and it was an all the the Hungarian Cemetery was a um
558. 1:53:07Orthodox Jewish Hungarian Cemetery so it's like the the uh the uh the whatever they are whatever they are in their big coats with their with
559. 1:53:21their beards I guess just like to stand at the end of our bed and look at us we couldn't get out of there fast
560. 1:53:30enough and [ __ ] Chinatown is just disgusting you just be you just be walking down the street and some you
561. 1:53:36know little lady be walking down the street and just go and just spit right at your feet like not spitting at you just you know
562. 1:53:46clearing their mucus and then at sundown the rats would come out because chinatown's just full of like Street vendors everywhere so there's
563. 1:53:58just food everywhere right and so the minute the sun comes down the rats would come out and you you'd like come around
