19. 4:43that echoed what I've been sensing and feeling which is not much has happened in January with AI he's like is it me or
20. 4:51has it been like a slow news month and I'm like yeah it's been a slow news month I you know I I responded to him

25. 5:50welcome let me let me get into that I'll I'll talk about that and then and then we'll we'll I'll sort of talk about
26. 5:56what's going on why and all that sort of stuff but before I do that my name is Kyle Shannon this is the AI learning lab

28. 6:08group called the AI Salon which this channel is an extension of and and we made a slight change it's not it's
29. 6:15actually not that big a deal I don't think but we'll see you know if it if it ends up not being great then we'll undo
30. 6:20it we'll fix it or whatever it does we'll figure it out oh listen here's the you know this channel this channel is ready fire aim
31. 6:30it's always been ready fire aim it's always going to be ready fire aim that's my Mo I'd rather get [ __ ] done and have
32. 6:37it be wrong then then uh then do it but I actually I'm actually excited about the change so I don't I don't think
33. 6:42there's anything wrong here but change is change and people find change um challenging change is challenging change is challenging it
34. 6:56is so what we do here is we talked about about AI stuff and if you have questions about AI pop them in the comments below

38. 7:22the part of the deal of this channel is there's a lot of people that show up here regularly night after and they're
39. 7:30actually called the Irregulars and so so here's kind of what's going on so we've got this site called the AI Salon the salon. right
40. 7:40there well actually that's not a site that's just a link tree but let's go to that link tree and show you what I'm
41. 7:46talking about so if you go to the salon. Joker resemble that remark um if you go to the salon. a it's going
42. 7:59to take you to this link tree the first link here is to the AI Salon community so it's a web-based community and you can think of the site
43. 8:07kind of like a cross between um between Discord and Facebook yeah you know it's like a private community site so you
44. 8:15come here you hang out this and it so cab Savage said just said or slab Savage just said yeah this place is pretty cool
45. 8:24uh this this oh wait I just lost my hang on I lost my dual camera dang it come on Tick Tock stop sucking all right so when you come to
46. 8:39the AI Salon um the first place I want you to go is to the welcome to the salon section and this talks about who we are
47. 8:45and what we do so we are now let me show you this this community has been growing we are now 19 people away from 19
48. 9:0019 no 29 people away from a thousand members um so the site the the community is growing and so so that so part of the change I'm
49. 9:14making with the regulars channel is just to deal with that change this channel this live is growing so these these
50. 9:21lives for the longest time had between anywhere between I don't know 15 and 20 and maybe 50 or 60 people and lately
51. 9:30we've been running more like you know 100 125 190 so so this is growing similarly the AI Salon is growing so so a change that I made
52. 9:44is when you come to the when you come to the AI Salon um first check out you know what we're about what our values are
53. 9:52about um and then there's a community section here and in the community section there's there's an introduce yourself section
54. 9:59there's a water cooler and there's a showand tell and so the showand tell when this community was just getting off
55. 10:05the ground so so this webbased community is only about 2 and a half or 3 months old and we've already got a thousand
56. 10:12people in it when we first started there wasn't a lot of activity here so I was driving people from the lives to this
57. 10:18more public showand tell channel in the community site the change that I'm making is there's down in clubs there's
58. 10:26in a regulars channel so the the people that come here regularly are called the Irregulars um and and that group's been
59. 10:33growing and growing and growing so so what we're going to do so what I've done is I've made the Irregulars Channel an
60. 10:38open Channel now and I'm defaulting it to posting so as you're posting things tonight rather than post if you're
61. 10:46posting things that are AI learning lab um related or you know images like that post them to the Irregulars Channel
62. 10:53because a lot of the stuff that we post has kind of inside jokes in it or it's a lot of stuff about me and champ or the
63. 10:59AI learning lab zoo or things like that where people in the general population don't necessarily know what we're up to
64. 11:07and my fear is that that can get a little intimidating it was kind of overrunning um some of the activity that
65. 11:12was going on in Show and Tell so if you still want to put sh stuff in Show and Tell keep put putting stuff in show and
66. 11:18tell but for tonight or I mean for these lives um share everything you're sharing for these lives in the Irregulars
67. 11:27Channel and then that way we can have our inside jokes and have this community be you know be the community if if you
68. 11:34don't come to these lives regularly it won't matter to you anyway if you do you'll know what all the inside jokes
69. 11:39are so so the whole idea is just to to rather than kind of split the focus of this community just drive everyone to
70. 11:46the same place so um and then what I would encourage you to do if if you're if you don't know what the hell I'm
71. 11:52talking about with the Irregulars then then um please just check out the AI salon and in the community section the
72. 11:59water coolers where you can have conversations show and tells where you can show stuff off um there's a news
73. 12:05channel one of the one of the channels um that I think is really important in the community section is called AI tools
74. 12:13and resources and it's got both Community um listed tools so anyone in the community that thinks they've got a
75. 12:20tool that is worth everyone else looking at thank you for that change thank you Kate I appreciate that um and then there's also uh the salon
76. 12:29recom uh tool recommendations so this is a list that I personally curate this is things that these are tools that I think
77. 12:36are worth you exploring starting with chat GPT yes you should start with chat GPT that makes more sense now that you
78. 12:43spoke it all out thanks Danielle yeah listen it's you know change is weird and and it's it's it's a fine line here
79. 12:53here's the like here's the good news and the bad news the good news is this community is growing which is also the
80. 13:00bad news just because by its nature it's going to change and so um so I feel I I feel like the salon itself has kind of
81. 13:08hit a critical mass um that it can kind of support its own activity and we don't need to drive as much traffic to the
82. 13:14general part of the site and then also um the Irregulars has kind of hit a bit of a critical mass too where we can have
83. 13:21a bigger community so so we we can figure out if there's you know things we need to adjust to it but we'll try this
84. 13:28for for a week or two and see how it goes so I think it's going to be okay but we'll see anyway so um all right so that's the change um
85. 13:38the other thing about the AI Salon is there are guilds and the guilds are awesome so Peter kaminsky's got an AI
86. 13:45101 Guild Leah's got an Art Guild Jane's got a Writers Guild Ken and Brad do business um pate and Roger Scott do AI
87. 13:53mechanics if you want to geek out on stuff there's a healthcare Guild a video Guild an education Guild uh Mr K here on
88. 14:00Tik Tok is the co-host of the or the coild master of the education Guild so if you're passionate about Ai and
89. 14:08education which you should be you should go support that that Guild that's the education Guild is our newest Guild so
90. 14:15they're the they're the baby in the bunch um but I got to tell you the guilds another thing that's happening we
91. 14:21talked about this in the salon meeting on Tuesday is the guilds are really starting to hit their stride really
92. 14:29starting to get participation and things like that for the for a while when we started the guilds you know two or three
93. 14:35people would show up to a guild meeting and it wasn't quite clear you know are these guilds worth it are they good and
94. 14:42all of a sudden um they're starting to do what we hope they would do which is become subcommunities within the larger
95. 14:50salon and the AI Irregulars channel is also one of those right so there's clubs down here some of the clubs are private
96. 14:57um but the the Irregulars club we just opened that up um but the idea is that we can have our own sub community and
97. 15:03have our own stuff going on and that's what those guilds are and so so yeah so that's the salon so you should go check
98. 15:09that out and then look see beautiful change that's that's that's gorgeous here I'm G to like that that's very

103. 16:09get the whole way through a song without rapping but you know oh Lordy all right so who wants to talk about what what do we want to talk
104. 16:20about with this AI stuff cuz even though there's not a ton of major announcements that have happened there is still a lot
105. 16:29of change and a lot of improvements and it's increasingly hard to keep up with this stuff open AI posted on LinkedIn
106. 16:37today they are hiring for a preparedness team huh I wonder if that's in their blog probably is let's go look
107. 16:54um uh open.com right SL blog I think that's right new embedding models Democratic
108. 17:10inputs to AI grant program how open AI is approaching elections no there's no blog post about it
109. 17:24huh what's that super alignment oh super alignment fast Grant that was from December nothing new nothing new from the chat
110. 17:36ja so post to Irregulars or post to show and tell sorry Source Camp post to a regulars so if you're here if you're if
111. 17:44you're an IR regular or if you're if you're someone hanging out and you want to post stuff and you've joined the AI Salon
112. 17:54um post anything sort of related to this channel in the Irregulars and then that way we have our own space and it's not
113. 18:00sort of interchanged with other people doing other stuff what is Google dead for search now given co-pilot well I
114. 18:07don't think so I I don't think it's dead given co-pilot I think I think Google search in a lot of ways is dead just
115. 18:15given large language models like especially now that you've got large language models that are connected
116. 18:23to the internet like co-pilot and like chat gbt and like bar why would you go why would you use a service that's business model is get you
117. 18:40to click on as many things as possible before finding your answer when you just have a tool that gives you the answer
118. 18:48like it it's it's just at a fundamental level like prior to chat GP Google made perfect sense right because
119. 19:04the internet's so huge this company went out and they they indexed all of the internet and if you want to find stuff
120. 19:12then you type it in this thing and just bling there's your answer they've got all of the internet there the challenge
121. 19:18has become in the past seven years because they effectively had a monopoly they told everyone if you want
122. 19:26your site to rank on Google here's the ALG algorithm you got to match the algorithm all these agencies popped
123. 19:31up and so for the past decade people have been SEO injecting code into their sites and they've been building Faker sites and
124. 19:42Lead funnel sites and all this sort of stuff so even the organic search results in Google are useless because 34 of them are sales
125. 19:53funnel sites for other [ __ ] but none of that was it it was not patently obvious how bad it was until you had something like chat GPT where
126. 20:06you just like could I have an answer please and it's like sure here's your answer could I I have this problem with
127. 20:12my code like like if you had a problem if you were trying to debug some code right you would go to you know your your
128. 20:21your you know engineering sites and this and that and if you couldn't find them there you couldn't find it on Reddit you
129. 20:26just go to Google and You' type in some chunks of code and say help me find this and then you're sifting through needles
130. 20:33in a haystack to try to find someone else that had that problem and now you just go could you just fix this
131. 20:42code fixes it so I think that's what's that's what's going to kill Google Google's not dead Google's going to be around for a while
132. 20:51but many people that I know rarely use Google anymore and I and it makes makes sense to me um what was I going to do I'm irregularly

135. 21:34okay you know it's funny about this all this G all these additions to chat GPT especially for with for a channel like this
136. 21:44where we've now got you know there's there's a lot of people in here who are probably you know at this point um
137. 21:53better at this [ __ ] than I am and then we've got people in here who are like just stumbled in like I guess I should learn something about
138. 22:02AI um so in order to show the more advanced stuff in chat GPT I kind of feel like I need to do a primer like here's what
139. 22:10chat GPT is here's what chat gp4 is or chat GPT plus cuz people call it chat GPT 4 but what you subscribe to is chat
140. 22:20GPT plus now there's chat GPT teams and now there's gpts and now there's you can call those gpts inside CH GPT chat good Lord oh

144. 23:44right all right the boys got some sort of some sort of internet thing
145. 24:17all right all all right let's see any news on Siri getting an AI upgrade uh I don't
146. 24:33know I I heard a rumor three days ago that Siri was going to get some sort of upgrade I mean I think Siri's going to
147. 24:40get an upgrade I wish they would retire Siri personally but whatever um serious piece of dog poop um but we'll see I don't know I
148. 24:55don't know what's going on with Siri okay the at thing all right thank you so trying to I'm trying to figure out how
149. 25:06to how to talk about this stuff so I guess I'll just talk about it because it's just hard to know um who's at what stage okay so let
150. 25:18me just explain generally what's going on with chat GPT so if you're new to chat GPT this is chat GPT um if you're
151. 25:26if you're not subscribed to chat GP p t plus you'll have chat GPT 3.5 uh which is actually really good um and if you go to the AI
152. 25:36salon and you go to under the Community section AI tools and resources the first little chunk here all of this information here is all
153. 25:46about chat GPT and what it can do so a lot of times people ask me what's the difference between 3.5 and four um here
154. 25:55it is chat GPT is fast um you can use custom instructions with it which are you can kind of personalize chat GPT to
155. 26:03have have a tone that's more like you um or more like what you want um and then you can also use conversational um chat
156. 26:12GPT on their mobile app so all of that's available it's there's a lot you can do with that but it's kind of limited to
157. 26:19that chat GPT 4 has much better writing capacity much better coding much better document analysis things like that it is
158. 26:31also connected to the internet it's got It's got more upto-date information in its base model and it's connected to the
159. 26:38internet it's got a thing called code interpreter where it can do Advanced Data analysis it's got a thing called
160. 26:44GPT Vision where it can see pictures like you can upload a photograph of a Sunset and have it write a poem about it
161. 26:53or upload a picture of a whiteboard and have it you know in interpret it and take notes for you it's got dolly3 image
162. 27:01Generation Um and it's got these things called custom gpts they just call them gpts but they're custom gpts okay so all
163. 27:10of that stuff exists within chat gp4 and it doesn't look any different this is chat gp4 the only difference is you have
164. 27:17this little paperclip icon here where you can upload files and then gpts are personalized little versions of
165. 27:27chat GP PT so the very first one I made I made on this channel live was called Sin City sipper and basically here's
166. 27:36what here's how you can think of a GPT a GPT one one metaphor is it's kind of like the App Store where chat GPT is
167. 27:43kind of like iOS the IOS operating system where the the operating system can make the phone do lots and lots of
168. 27:50things and then you have these individual apps that do very specific things that's kind of what gpts are chat
169. 27:56GPT is is the operating system and then gpts are specialized little applications within that the cool thing about the um
170. 28:06the G the way they the way you make gpts is that they're using chat GPT to help you make them so you don't have to do
171. 28:14any coding you can literally just say I want a GPT that does this and it will build you one it's really quite
172. 28:21remarkable cat gbt was good I'm still using it but I'm not happy with the results are you using chat gbt 4 or or uh
173. 28:323.5 because if you haven't made the upgrade to four chat GPT plus then you know then uh then it might be that if
174. 28:43if if what you're expecting is chat GPT to never hallucinate or get things wrong or you know get math right if you're not
175. 28:53using Code interpreter you're going to be you're going to be disappointed in in it for a while you're using four so yeah
176. 29:00I don't quite know what you're doing and I don't it's it'd be curious to know what you're doing and how you're doing it
177. 29:10because there there are some use cases with chat GPD and with all these tools where where I feel like you know these
178. 29:18things are absolutely amazing there are other things where I'm like these are just horrible pieces of trash right now
179. 29:24um this could also be an expectations thing here here's my my experience with chat GPT and chat GPT is the best right
180. 29:33there there other ones are getting close but there none of them are there my expectation right now is that chat GPT
181. 29:41should be able to get me to 80% of what I want quickly and then what I'm finding is that getting it from like 80% to 85 or
182. 29:5290% is decently easy getting it from 90% to 100% is essentially impossible so the way I've been using chat GPT is I I
183. 30:06first start with a problem right I don't just start with chat GPT and say what could I do with it and then try to get
184. 30:12it to do that it's more like what's a problem I'm trying to solve and how can I solve that and I try to keep a really
185. 30:19open mind about do I actually need AI for this and if it's if it's something like ideation and brainstorming and basic blocking and tackling
186. 30:30writing gpt's [ __ ] genius if you're looking to um refine things and get things accurate and repeatable and that sort of things
187. 30:46it falls apart really really quickly it won't be for long so I would say if you're really frustrated just start
188. 30:51playing [ __ ] around with other other tools and come back in 3 months Kyle can you extend the black construction paper
189. 30:56to the the right at your leisure yes I can or I can wait hang on where did I put it do I have scissors here yes I do

192. 31:25of you know what's funny a lot of of you are sitting there thinking like um that's not a $20 million Studio like it
193. 31:32looks like a shitty home office I know that's see one of the reasons you spend a lot of money it's called authenticity
194. 31:40people you want things to look authentic so by by making it look like a shitty home office with a laptop on a
195. 31:53lovely stand presented by the Irregulars by the way and black construction paper to make things visible the poll is live

199. 32:28chat GPT a never used it B I've played with the free version I've subscribed but need help I'm an expert well an
200. 32:37expert is in quotes So and he and he even put a smiley face there so basically for for D is you use chat GPT
201. 32:45for a lot like you let's put it this way you've used two or more of the advanced features of gp4 vote for D if you're like that if
202. 32:55you've subscribed but don't really play with it go with c and then if you use the version 3.5 go with b and if you've
203. 33:02never used it go with a so that'll be really interesting we got 40 votes so far you got three minutes left so I'll
204. 33:07let you know how that comes back okay so back to the back to the idea of GPT so these are kind of like the the
205. 33:15GPT equivalent of iPhone apps except you do not you do not need to be a developer to build them um it you can build them better if
206. 33:28you're a developer but you can with zero coding knowledge I mean zero not even like zappier level like you've got to
207. 33:37learn programming logic and then you just use their little Lego blocks but you're still programming with something
208. 33:42like zappier these gpts you can make literally by in fact this one Sin City sipper I said I it was something like I want to
209. 33:51create a bartending assistant that will determine if you're experienced or not experienced and teach you how to make a
210. 34:00drink and it will take classic drink recipes and give them a Vegas twist and that was essentially all I said for it
211. 34:07to do and then I refined it a little bit and so so just to show you how this works um I'm a tea Toler make me a classy
212. 34:18mocktail so I'm going to click that ah for the distinguished te Toler I have just the thing a sophisticated
213. 34:26sparkling Gra fruit Rosemary mocktail it's a refreshing non-alcoholic drink that boasts complexity and the Elegance
214. 34:33of a classic cocktail without the spirits here's how to mix it up one large grapefruit two tablespoon tablespoons of Honey some Rosemary
215. 34:42sprigs sparkling water and ice beautiful refreshing sounds lovely and then what this thing does so so it gives you a drink
216. 34:55recipe and then what it does is it will now make us an image of that
217. 35:10[Music] drink look at that lovely lovely so so that's what a that's oh the other thing that I programmed into this
218. 35:22is is I did a call to action so after it gives you a drink recipe it will tell you that it was created by me a member
219. 35:29of the AI salon and that's a link over to the salon and then a host of the AI learning lab and that's a a link to the
220. 35:34Tik Tok channel so you can create these things uh oh yeah um there's about a minute left on the poll don't forget the
221. 35:44poll so good good point Silver Fox um and depending on how that poll goes we can we can sort of figure out where we
222. 35:51want to put our focus on the GPT training stuff okay so that's a GPT now here's what happened in the past 3
223. 36:01days and oh so wait okay in the past two weeks week and a half in the past week and a half or two weeks open AI came out with
224. 36:15this thing called the GPT store the GPT store how you get to it is you click on explore gpts in chat GPT 4
225. 36:25and that will take you to this thing okay so in the in the AI learning lab 54 votes 5% have never used chat GPT 16% are on
226. 36:383.5 70% are on four but about essentially just under half of the ones on four are subscribed but not really
227. 36:47using it and then close to 40% are are in the you know I'm an expert like they've used some of the advanced
228. 36:54features um that's how many folks we have in here 153 that I mean that's a that's a that's a really promising sign
229. 37:01that that at least for this channel the people that are showing up here um are are decently educated so so that's good
230. 37:08um for those of you that are on 3.5 or who've never used chat GPT if you've got specific questions please put them in
231. 37:17the comments and we'll see if we can get the mods to to pull your things up but good good poll thank you for doing
232. 37:23that this poll would be great nightly it's actually not a bad idea right and and it's I don't know that it's it needs
233. 37:29to be chat GPT specific but it's just it makes sense to have it be chat GPT for a while just because they're
234. 37:37still the major player in town like if you're if you're just getting started with AI um chat GPT is where you should
235. 37:43be starting in in in my not so humble opinion oh c there's nothing there's nothing at all humble about Kyle um say the results again
236. 37:575% have not used chat GPT 16% have 3.5 33% well well 70% have
237. 38:13four and then that's split into two groups 33% or or just under half of that 70% 33% 33 points um for I have chat gp4
238. 38:26but I'm not really using it or you know I'm I I haven't quite figured the [ __ ] out yet and then 37% have chat GPT and are using it have
239. 38:35chat GPT plus and they're using it um I'm more interest interested in monetized gpts of course you are you can make money with okay
240. 38:48so the the there there is no golden button yet well there isn't in my house um cuz that's that's that's that's my
241. 39:02button I think everybody is interested in monetizing gpts um in one of the groups and Murphy that just just asked that question about the
242. 39:13poll one of the um the folks that comes to her weekend GPT jams um it's a mother daughter pair the mother created a GPT that like
243. 39:25earned her 30 grand in affiliate affiliate Revenue um I don't know what she did I don't know how she
244. 39:32promoted it but she basically built into her GPT uh are are GPT for free no it's not not it's not from open AI it it it is
245. 39:43from Microsoft but it's not the same it's 20 bucks a month chat GPT plus is 20 bucks a month I'll talk about that in a
246. 39:52second so what you're looking at right now is what open AI called back in November and is still calling the GPT
247. 40:01store there is nothing stor likee about it there's nothing to buy here they said there was going to be rev sharing with
248. 40:09gpts that were popular in the store that there was going to be rev sharing they have not mentioned that since um this site

259. 41:40mode which is I think that's a really interesting choice on their part they used to default to create mode they're
260. 41:46now defaulting us to configure mode so configure mode is a slightly more technical interface for how to create a
261. 41:53GPT where you upload a picture you name your GPT PT you write a description you write the prompt and then you do some
262. 41:59other stuff you don't have to do that if if the thought of writing a prompt and and you know sort of creating a
263. 42:11bot gives you the shakes and the Flop sweats you don't have to do it so you can just go to the create mode and you can literally
264. 42:21say I want a GPT that asks a user for a word they want to know the definition
265. 42:36of and then gives them the definition of that word in a rhyming poem of four to eight lines period after it gives them the poem and the
266. 42:55definition it should make them a picture that represents the word they got a definition of and incorporates the elements of the
267. 43:11poem all right so I just asked it I I said just do something stupid this is actually one of my a a a serious recommendation if if you're
268. 43:26trying to you learn to use chat GPT if you're trying to if you're trying to um get your head around gpts do stupid [ __ ]

280. 45:10programmer right if you were going to hire a programmer to write an app that makes nonsensical dictionary
281. 45:17definitions that that might be something someone's passionate about they're a linguist and they want to do some thing for kids and
282. 45:27you would have to find a developer you would have to have the resources and the time and the commitment to really
283. 45:34articulate it and and see if the developer is any good me maybe meet with 10 of them or hire one off Fiverr and
284. 45:41pray and now you can just talk like that and it does it so the way this works is you ask it for something let's see the

347. 56:58something someone asked a question before what was that that's pretty garage if you're selling gpts like apps yeah I know P but to be
348. 57:08clear there is there is nothing there there is zero information right now from open AI about monetizing
349. 57:17these so if people are oh that's right Rebel um if people are um selling these they're they're doing it in sort of you
350. 57:26know gray Market kind of ways and and it's not that it's not that nefarious so here's the two ways that I that I've seen people making
351. 57:37money you can make money with one is you use the GPT as a marketing front end for a small business or service
352. 57:50right so Suzanne Welker Jurgens um she's built 40 of these things every one of her gpts advertises her her company and
353. 57:59and and and all of the other gpts that she's built so she's using it as kind of a calling card um you could also use it like um some of
354. 58:13the ideas that we were playing with where was uh Danielle came up with this GPT that makes sugar cookies you know
355. 58:21like iced sugar cookies and it it it creates like a plate of custom ones and then um Vicky Baptist she has a 3D
356. 58:29printing business she's she's like I could I could have people make those cookies and I'll sell them the cookie
357. 58:34cutters that I'll 3D print um I did a I did a floral bouquet one that actually like this one it it it makes um you give
358. 58:46it emotions and then it chooses flowers that are appropriate for those emotions and then it creates you custom bouquets
359. 58:55well that would be something brilliant if you had a flower shop you could give your customers a tool like that let them design custom
360. 59:04bouquets you could put in a spreadsheet of here's all the flowers I have available right you could update that
361. 59:10Weekly here's my spreadsheet of what what my inventory is and then chat GPT knows the meaning of flowers cuz it knows all the
362. 59:22information and then the call to action could be if you want this bouquet you know click here and it'll you know copy
363. 59:29and paste the picture and send it over um so that's one way another way is you could put the link to a GPT behind a pay
364. 59:44wall now couple of things you can't do you can't embed a GPT so it just looks like it's part of your site you can't restrict
365. 59:55that link from being shared with other people so you could put it behind a paywall you can't see my hyperlink until
366. 1:00:01you pay me my 20 bucks but if someone copies that URL and gives it to someone else they can use it and then there's no way for you to
367. 1:00:10have someone without gp4 access GPT plus access to use it GPT plus subscriptions are required to be able to
368. 1:00:22use gpts and again I can hear you thinking right now I can I can hear you saying out loud Kyle why would I do this
369. 1:00:35because there's nothing static in this in in AI right now nothing is static everything's Dynamic so I would experiment with it if
370. 1:00:45you've got a good idea and maybe you've got some interesting way of doing something or you've got an interesting
371. 1:00:50like let's say my Sin City sipper was based on a book that I wrote and I uploaded that book of recipes and it's
372. 1:00:57just going to give recipes from the book and then make images like that's super cool you should be doing this to learn how to do
373. 1:01:07it and to get your gpts in the store and get people using them and understand that you've got to Market them just like
374. 1:01:15you've got to Market every other [ __ ] thing in life right this fantasy you can make money I wish I could quit you that fantasy is a
375. 1:01:26fantasy even if you have the world's best GPT and no one knows about it no one's going to use it how are you marketing it how who's
376. 1:01:36your audience how are you getting it to them you still have to do the work with all this [ __ ] AI will make it easier AI can do a
377. 1:01:47lot of the work for you AI can give you brilliant ideas and lots of ideas about how to Market it you still have to do the work
378. 1:01:57now here's the good news if you're like oh [ __ ] Kyle I don't want to work this work is hard do I have to work I don't want to
379. 1:02:06work I just want money could it just make me money 18 months maybe two years these tools are going to be very
380. 1:02:21very different than what they are right now so right now chat GPT is somewhere between a Google Search and some really well-educated
381. 1:02:36person you know typing typing on another computer really fast so you put something in it's just like spits [ __ ]
382. 1:02:44back but it's a ouch I just bit my tongue it's a very manual process it's a very back and forth process where we're headed is to a place
383. 1:02:56where the next version of chat GPT whether they call it GPT 5 or whatever oh thank you very much Empower I love

386. 1:03:33what's that mean right now when chat GPT gives you an answer it doesn't [ __ ] know what it said so one of the reasons they
387. 1:03:42hallucinate is they're not checking their own work they're just they're literally vomiting out words with a probability calculator like
388. 1:03:52not like it's sort of like how it is that that's exactly what it is it's a probability calculator that vomits words
389. 1:03:59onto your screen with no knowledge of what words they are I personally think that makes it more remarkable because it's doing pretty
390. 1:04:13[ __ ] good if all it's doing is barfing out oh you know what chat GPT essentially is is a fancier Auto
391. 1:04:22autocomplete that's that's really what we what we're dealing with here now the other thing that these things are going to
392. 1:04:31do so they're they're going to get reasoning life's tough it's tougher when you're stupid the other thing these
393. 1:04:37things are going to do they're they're going to get really smart so they're going to stop making mistakes or the or
394. 1:04:41like the the amount of mistakes they make is going to just get precipitously smaller and then the second big thing
395. 1:04:47that they're going to do that they don't do right now is they're going to have get your pencils out kids

401. 1:05:43to get a bunch of new customers to use it Go and chat PT will start spawning agents that start taking action on your
402. 1:05:52behalf it'll spawn up a marketing strategist and it'll SP spawn up a social media copywriter and it'll spawn
403. 1:06:00up a media buyer and it'll spawn up this and it'll spawn up that and and all these agents will you'll just give it a goal and it will
404. 1:06:08go we're not there now but the reason to play right now the reason to put things in the GPT store is we literally don't know the GPT store
405. 1:06:21right now is a Ste steing pile of poo that's so wet you can't even light it on fire it's that bad it's not a it's not a

644. 1:49:11efficiency and I am so not there right now I've like I I sort of went through that phase and I think I think to a great degree you have
645. 1:49:25to go through that phase because computers for all of our lives have been productivity tools they they
646. 1:49:37they do some other things but the G in GPT and the the Gen in geni generative it is so profoundly different
647. 1:49:55because it ain't just about productivity it's generating stuff it's leveling up human beings it's giving people
648. 1:50:07skills that they have no right having one of the things I hear a lot is people feel guilty how fast they're doing work how
649. 1:50:17good they're doing work how they're making images that are amazing but they're like well I did but I didn't do
650. 1:50:23anything I don't have any talent I you know it's not really me it's just the the the the guilt thing is a
651. 1:50:38fascinating one for me that people are feeling guilty that this did the work as fast as it did why are you feel feeling guilty well because
652. 1:50:51for 58 years of my life and however the [ __ ] long you've been on the planet we've told you get up and you go to work
653. 1:50:58and you you work works hard in my day we didn't even have shoes we walked to the school and and all of a sudden Along Comes a
