15. 2:32um they took that down for bullying because I was bullying the scammer so I made a new scammer one and then when I reinstalled Tick Tock it
16. 2:43said um make a video with photos and I thought oh why don't I just I'll take all these ideogram pictures that I did
17. 2:50and I'll turn that into a photo thing and see how it is and it's cute so I I wasn't I wasn't intending to be prolific

48. 7:25chat gbt is free but you can pay 20 bucks to get the advanced version which I personally think is worth it it's one
49. 7:31of the few of these AI things I think is worth paying for um Claude now has a paid version but the free versions just fine and you can put
50. 7:40in really long prompts in Claude that's a competitor to chat GPT Bard is also a competitor to chat gbt they're all just
51. 7:47fighting like cats and dogs out there they're like I want you to use my large language model no I want you to lose my
52. 7:53large language model Well mine's connected to the internet well mine can do a hundred thousand tokens Well mine's just better than all urls
53. 8:00that's how they talk they all met with Senator Schumer today and I heard a recording of it every CEO in that room
54. 8:08that's how they sounded well you're just a dum-dum head it was amazing I I had a different idea of CEOs in my head
55. 8:15uh apparently that was quite a productive meeting uh Schumer called it historic Elon Musk said he thought it was potentially historic
56. 8:24um so who knows okay this this is what I call the kids table so these three are kind of the top three that I use every day
57. 8:34um and and kind of bounce between them if one of them's not giving me the answers I want and then I also use Bing
58. 8:39a fair amount that's Microsoft's version of gpt4 um if you want to play with meta's llama 2 models uh perplexity.ai has given
59. 8:48those up for free and perplexity itself is kind of an interesting tool Pi dot AI is chatty GPT you can put it into talk mode and talk
60. 8:57to it that's what it's designed for it's really good at that and then Poe lets you play with lots of different models
61. 9:03and you can make your own bot there really really easily so that's fun now here's some of the new stuff
62. 9:08there's just two there's too much did too much text on this I would go ahead and screenshot this if I were you uh if
63. 9:15you're interested in this stuff so this is all the image stuff so mid journey and ideogram the two at the top right here are um
64. 9:24the the the sort of big guys on the Block right now mid journey is the best image quality ideogram can do words on
65. 9:32images like or just words in images like all these all of these were done in ideogram including a janky piece of [ __ ]
66. 9:40and I'm not weird I'm irregular Okay so um that's those Leonardo is uh is a web front end of stable diffusion hey Jen
67. 9:53the reason I have this here if you go to labs.hagen.com you can make it you can upload a video in English or
68. 10:06I suppose whatever language and then it will output whatever language you choose and here's an example of it so we've
69. 10:14heard from a number of clients that modular content is important to them getting more efficient with how we
70. 10:19create content and how we leverage contents and you're thinking like but Kyle are they actually sinking your lips to the
71. 10:33Italian yes and and then they they even like uh change my my inflection to sound more Italian like a story fine
72. 10:42yeah like that is not how I say Story vine I say Story vine and they say I started then it's amazing it's it's just astounding
73. 10:51so that's hey Jen and then the big news of the day I think is actually pretty big news Adobe today um did a general release on Adobe
74. 11:04Firefly Photoshop generative fill illustrator's generative recolor um Adobe Express all that sort of stuff
75. 11:12so all of that all of the toys that you could play with with Adobe that were in beta where you weren't allowed to use
76. 11:17them commercially that's gone so um firefly.adobe.com is Firefly Adobe Express is kind of like um canva and it's got AI Tools in it and
77. 11:32then you've got the generative AI tools within Photoshop and illustrator and then they also listed like Premiere and
78. 11:37some other after effects and stuff like that they've been rolling AI tools into these tools for a while but they just
79. 11:43put them all in a big list I think they put them all in the big list because they're gonna up the monthly subscription between two and five
80. 11:49dollars but with a Creative Cloud subscription with a Photoshop subscription you're gonna get some amount of generative AI credits
81. 11:59per month as part of the subscription and then you're going to be able to buy 100 additional credits for five bucks
82. 12:06now credits is one of those weird [ __ ] things is it five credits for an image or is it five images for a credit
83. 12:13or is it one for one or you know is it two credits if it's a big image or like I have no idea what credits [ __ ] mean at this point but
84. 12:24um here's the deal if you work in Corporate America in any way or really in any kind of professional business
85. 12:30other than just like I make [ __ ] and put it on the internet if you work for a company that's concerned about say you know
86. 12:38copyright infringement and and you're not quite sure because mid-journey and I don't even know what ideogram was chained trained on
87. 12:47um but stable diffusion and mid-journey were definitely trained on copywritten images so the the the IP story there is really
88. 12:57murky so if you're in Corporate America especially in a larger organization those are essentially off limits Adobe
89. 13:03trained their models on open source and Adobe stock images that they owned all the rights to so there's nothing in that
90. 13:12training set that violates anything the other thing adobe's doing which I think is [ __ ] brilliant is they're going to
91. 13:18be coming up with ways for artists to opt out of having their images trained in in the model opt into having their images trained
92. 13:28attribution and compensation models they're not out yet but that's on their roadmap so so that's a that's a really big deal so
93. 13:37um if you haven't played with that stuff go play with that I'm happy to demo it here tonight uh and then promptbook will
94. 13:43teach you how to how to talk to these image models and futurepedia.io is um a big old directory of tools okay

97. 14:11is the sincerest form of fraud so some [ __ ] stole all of my videos stole my logo the name and just added an extra L at the

198. 31:03whatever regulations they're going to put in place to protect the big companies it it essentially ensures that
199. 31:12that handful of companies that are going to build these really big foundational models can't have a full lock on the future of
200. 31:21AI so I think that's really healthy I think from from the open source Community from the developer Community
201. 31:29um as someone right now I've got a big Pharma company asking me to develop some new AI technology um that's going to have to leverage this
202. 31:38stuff I think I'm probably going to end up using llama2 because I I just have this sneaking suspicion GPT for
203. 31:45Enterprise isn't going to be available to me in the time that I need to start this project so I think I think from a
204. 31:52from a commercial standpoint and being able to do um unrestricted development um and keep data private and secure I think it's brilliant
205. 32:07um oh this is an interesting one what's your company's or stance on generative AI they're being judicious we're all
206. 32:15jumping in bumbling around crickets there's a you should add a fifth one to this which is um we've banned it
207. 32:25right it's worse than crickets is this right um howdy partner you know I think this is good I like it okay um okay now
208. 32:40what is beta I saw an advertisement for it today wanted to ask before joining I'll look that up in a second Nancy
209. 32:47here's the here's the thing about the the Llama 2 model that is a little [ __ ] up if you look for uh if you go Google
210. 33:01or Bing Bing search is always an option um that's my default now which I can't believe um if you go look for um worm worm GPT
211. 33:19it's a hundred dollar a month autonomous agent designed for hackers to do evil [ __ ] with AI so having an open source model like that
212. 33:33makes it really really easy for black hat asshats to make a tool for hackers hackers gonna hack right it just got infinitely easier for
213. 33:45hackers gonna hack right um I don't know if oh good someone let's see around crickets um so right now Las Vegas is in a three-day
214. 34:01they're on their third day of the major casinos being um um ransomware attacked so like the MGM company oh pole ended they're being
215. 34:13judicious 50 we're Jumping All in 50 percent Paul ended I don't know how to do these polls so whatever um

222. 35:13happening more and more and more because up to this point you have to have some smart hackers sitting in a room figuring
223. 35:20out vulnerabilities and how to get in and they didn't they would social engineer and they would do what they need to do
224. 35:26well now you're just going to be able to take an autonomous agent like wormjpt and just saying go find me all the
225. 35:31computers that have vulnerabilities where it's connected to a company that has revenues north of 100 million dollars go here's your list
226. 35:42list click here to hack so so that's that now like I think in the end I think in the end it's a good thing the the Llama 2 models
227. 35:58are not you know they're not even as powerful as gpt4 they're GPT 3.5 ish my strong suspicion is that the really powerful models that
228. 36:10meta has developed and I guarantee you they've already developed them they're sitting on right so so by by
229. 36:17them releasing the Llama 2 models into the world they get the developers to go oh [ __ ] we can go develop on that like
230. 36:25I'm probably going to develop on it which is that's siphoning my energy and money away from open Ai and and using a
231. 36:34a meta model right and then at some point Med is going to go oh you want to see something really cool it's the all singing all dancing
232. 36:43multi-modal 83 trillion parameter llama 16 model that we've been keeping behind the curtains do you want to play
233. 36:52with that that would be more that will charge you for right that's that's my suspicion so uh you know I think it I

293. 46:23about a 10 hit rate after that for you to get it dialed in but here's the here's the trick with idea gram the
294. 46:31other thing about ideogram is this um it's the image quality itself is kind of like stable diffusion 1.4
295. 46:46or like mid-journey three or two um you know mid journey is up to 5.3 or 5.4 stable diffusions up to sdxl the the
296. 46:57core image engine in ideogram isn't great but because it can do text it's it's worth the pain in the ass so generally here's what I'll do
297. 47:08is I'll just scroll through um ideogram until I see something that's kind of a style that I like like that's
298. 47:16actually a pretty cool style but it's got no words on it so that might be one to kind of hack and see if you can get it to generate words
299. 47:23um some of them some of the people in here have gotten really good at doing these kind of you know pure typography
300. 47:28like this piano store that's actually kind of a neat neat logo and neat typography like that's that's actually
301. 47:36see their piano is completely wrong but here it's fine and and you know what I would what I would do is I like with something like this
302. 47:44you could dick around with this long enough to find a logo you like and then just go just go you know pop you know pop this text into a font
303. 47:54analyzer and have it find the closest font that matches that if you really like that font and just go into
304. 48:00illustrator and recreate all this right so that's that's how I'd use some of this stuff um but what I'll do is I'll go like this is
305. 48:09this is really cool like this feels decently predictable to me and and kind of cute and so I'll just grab that
306. 48:17prompt you can you can remix this thing so I could come in and just remix it and then it's going to use this is the base
307. 48:24image and you can change the prompt but but you know you'll get some variation of this it tends to remix sort of Fairly

560. 1:31:39generative recolor has been rolled out to illustrator Adobe Firefly is now out of beta you can use any of those images they're all
561. 1:31:47ethically sourced ethically sourced artisanal artisanal ethnically sourced AI images but they are um and the other nice thing about Adobe
562. 1:31:59is that in in their development roadmap I'm in I'm in part of the I'm in one of their beta communities on their development roadmap is um

594. 1:38:16it's creating bitmaps but it's creating you know some of this stuff is very Vector you know vector-like Vector like
595. 1:38:24with clean lines and then you can use a vectorizing tool to turn the non-vector stuff into Vector stuff the thing I said what the [ __ ] to

597. 1:38:48and one of the tools in it is a vectorize tool so what that looks like to me is that in in your own Discord server you could set

621. 1:43:13have a feeling that 5x more is probably like 2x more than what it used to be that's just my instinct from being in
622. 1:43:20marketing for too long and being a cynical Gen X prick um you get Priority Access to cloud.ai during high traffic periods and you get
623. 1:43:28early access to new features so basically for 20 bucks a month it works up until a certain point and then it just you have to wait for four
624. 1:43:39hours or eight hours here's the deal with Claude though it's pretty [ __ ] good in terms of writing it's not quite gpt4 but it's pretty

634. 1:45:06can't remember what you were talking about what that likely means is that Chachi PT only has about a three thousand word context window
635. 1:45:13so as you're typing long conversations the the sort of what it can remember sort of Rises out of that context window and
636. 1:45:22anything older in the conversation it forgets so Claude you can have much longer conversations in Claude than you can in
637. 1:45:30chat gbt so if you're dealing with long documents if you're if you're um if for whatever reason you've got a penchant to
638. 1:45:38hate chat EBT this is a really good option now what do you get with the the same 20 bucks and I think this is an either or quite frankly
639. 1:45:50um I'm continuing to pay for chat GPT and not Claude because I don't do enough long documents to justify it and I'm not
640. 1:45:57going to pay for two because they're effectively the same thing for 20 bucks with chat GPT you have to re-log in occasionally

642. 1:46:17so for the 20 bucks with chat GPT you get gpt4 and this gpt4 the the there's two other places that I know of that you

644. 1:46:37you the ability to pay for um their premium models which include Claude 200k And gpt4 so Poe you could
645. 1:46:47actually get both of them that's an an interesting third option um chat EBT you get gpt4 you get plug-ins
646. 1:47:02and you get Advanced Data analysis now for my money Advanced Data analysis is probably worth way more than 20 bucks a
647. 1:47:10month this tool is [ __ ] remarkable you can upload a CSV file of anything here and it will do full-on data
648. 1:47:19analysis of it like you can you can literally just say to it what's in this CSV file what's interesting about it and help me analyze
649. 1:47:28it and then help me make charts and graphs to visualize the trends in it whatever it's that's [ __ ] remarkable I just showed a demo of the
650. 1:47:37um web pilot plug-in where it analyzed I was interacting with my company's website and it it traversed my whole website successfully
651. 1:47:49I think plugins are mostly Miss in in the hit or miss game I think plugins are about 92 percent [ __ ]

657. 1:48:57different engines and basically pulling the best figuring out which of those models is the best like it's apparently

659. 1:49:09can't quite catch it because they're apparently doing some interesting [ __ ] on the back end with it um so that's kind of the differences

661. 1:49:25use it enough to really justify it I should probably cancel my subscription but with Poe you get bots so they have lots
