74. 17:16forms and redid them all using chat gpt's uh Advanced Data analysis I assume he did it in 30 minutes and charged a
75. 17:25boatload this is going to be a new model well it's not a new model it's a it's it's an ages old model but but
76. 17:35um people that get really good at using AI are going to be to be able to do stuff very quickly and if you dis charge
77. 17:42on an hourly basis he'd don't he'd only get you know gotten paid the news I know he' he'd only gotten paid for 30 minutes of his
78. 17:52work but it's it's not that it took him 30 minutes it's the value of what it provides to that other business
79. 17:59so as you're talking people about doing things with AI for them don't talk to them about using AI talk to them about the problem that
80. 18:08you're solving for them and get them talking about if you solv this problem what would it be worth to them or what
81. 18:17would it save them or how much more money would they make or how many more deals would they close and if you can
82. 18:23get any sort of semblance of okay if they can close two more deals a month I know that their average deal size is
83. 18:30about 5 grand and if you take 10 grand a month that's 120 Grand a year so maybe this is going to be worth to them conservatively 25
84. 18:41Grand and you say well if I solve this for you how about how about you give me 10 grand if we solve it and then I'll
85. 18:48come back a month later and if you've closed any more deals you pay me the 15 as a bonus like deals like that are going to

94. 20:26something what he's starting is a company called safe super intelligence Inc ilas suger left open
95. 20:40AI not to work on AGI but to work on as a ASI which means that he thinks as ASI is possible you have to get to AGI before you can get to
96. 20:54ASI so the fact that he quit there to start his own company to work on a new version of of super intelligence
