30. 7:16spends millions of dollars on thumbnails and things like that. Um, but uh since Lord Digital Gods processes
31. 7:28all of the he creates all the chapters and descriptions for the videos, I thought is there a way for him to take,
32. 7:35you know, the scripts that he's written and basically incorporate nano banana image generation into that
33. 7:43mix somehow. And he's been vibe coding for two or three days. And so he's now got a system that we're going to be able
34. 7:50to well he's going to be able to automatically take uh you know stuff from the YouTube channel and turn it
35. 7:58into YouTube thumbnails, right? And we can upload it like example thumbnails that we wanted to mimic. And so this is
36. 8:06one where he put up a bunch of pictures and then added Champy to it and put me in a tux. I just did a product shoot with a client
37. 8:19with Nano Banana. He's going to flip. I just did a product shoot. Yeah, a product shoot. Maybe that's something
38. 8:24we'll play with tonight is we'll make some we'll make some product images. But is he vibe coding in Gemini? I think
39. 8:32he's vibe coding in chat GBT. Vicki, he started in Claude and he said Claude just failed. It kept it kept like
40. 8:40booting him for not having enough credits. I I gotta say, Claude, right now, you know, one of the one of the
41. 8:47things that's going on with all these um all these large language models is they're spending way more money than
42. 8:55they're making, right? They're in growth acquisition mode and so they're spending ridiculous amounts of money. Claude
43. 9:02doesn't they don't overspend. I think they just cut you off and it's like people are starting to leave Claude
44. 9:07because of that. So, I I think that's a that's a long-term kind of disaster. Digital gods, yes, chatbt mostly. But

62. 12:25everyone told them, "Uh, you should probably lean into this, you dumb dums." So what they've done now is at the bottom here
63. 12:33they've got a banana next to the image generation tool. So you know what it is. So nano banana is the code name for the image
64. 12:42generation model that's built into Gemini 2.5 flash. Um what happened last night on the live I still can't explain.
65. 12:56So, I generated a prompt using JSON, which is just basically structured prompting. Everyone's talking about it
66. 13:04like it's the second coming of the Lord, and it's just really structured prompting. Um, but whatever. Um, and you
67. 13:13know, sometimes I like structured prompts, sometimes I don't. Like, sometimes I like mucking with it. I like
68. 13:18Nano Banana better than 2.5 Pro. Yes. Yes. So, this is a weird thing. So, so, okay, normally how this goes is you've
69. 13:30got your lead models, the most expensive models are the best models, and then you've got things like the
70. 13:39flash version or the light version or the mini version that are smaller versions that are not quite as good,
71. 13:46right? What Google did here is weird. So their 2.5 Pro model can do images. See create images here. Now they have a
72. 13:57banana beside this one. So maybe they changed this. Maybe this is also now maybe pros using nano banana as well. I
73. 14:04don't know. I honestly don't know. So anyway, I I guess if it's got a if it's got a tool beside it, if it's got a
74. 14:11banana beside it, it's it's Nano Banana. But it's the image generating tool. What happened last night is I created this
75. 14:16JSON prompt and I said, "Make me an image." And what Gemini did was it somehow interpreted that into me asking for it to create an
76. 14:26application that generates images. I think it just kind of made that leap on its own because I I said, "Here's the
77. 14:35prompt. Make an image out of that prompt." And what it made was an application to make an image out of that
78. 14:39prompt, which I then vibe coded to make it a bit more um a bit more uh refined, but but it created an application. Now,
79. 14:51Vicki had that happen to her once and she said she hasn't been able to get it to do it again. Um Pate who works at
80. 14:58Google said that's never happened to him. So, I think that was just an anomaly. But why why that happened is is
81. 15:05what you've got with Nano Banana is it's a native image generation model within this LL LLM. It's a multimodal LLM that
82. 15:14understands video, it understands images, it understands audio and it understands text and then it can do
83. 15:21things like code and do all sorts of other things. Um so that's why it was able to do that. So it's not that it's
84. 15:28it's not that it's separate applications. It's that it is the the the model itself is capable of coding
85. 15:36and for whatever reason maybe because I gave it a structured prompt and however I prompted the thing it interpreted that
86. 15:42as oh you want me to write you an application for image generation I can do that. That's what it did. Um okay archetypal
87. 15:52have you tried the story book too there is in Gemini. Yeah, this the storybook model is is really cool. So, if you go
88. 16:00to the left hand side um menu here, there's this thing called gems. And storybook is they only have three gems
89. 16:10as as far as I can tell. Oh, they have four now. Wait, show more. Oh. Oh, they have Oh, they're growing. They've got
90. 16:19eight, nine, 10, 11. They've got 11 of them now. So gems are like custom GPTs. Um your gems will appear here. You can
91. 16:29create a new gem. And so they've got this one gem called story book which creates a custom kids story book.
92. 16:36Um so yeah, if you haven't played with that, that's worth going to play with. But we're going to we're going to play
