2:16 to gpt4 it's got some really interesting
2:19 stuff Poe lets you play with six
2:21 different large language models and Bard
2:23 is Google's entry into the mix and
2:27 Bard's getting much much better
2:30 um if you know nothing about prompting
2:32 you know nothing about what these tools
2:34 are go to prompts.chat that thing down
2:36 below that'll teach you how to do that
2:38 how to talk to these machines and it'll
2:41 inspire you to some ideas
2:43 and uh yeah and as as we get people in
2:46 here
2:48 um just go start playing with that stuff

3:14 I moved to New York City out of school

3:20 wants another play so so you gotta gotta
3:23 spin it up yourself

3:28 then I wrote a bunch of screenplays then
3:29 in the mid 90s I started one of the
3:31 first digital agencies a company called
3:33 agency.com

3:36 one of the reasons I am like high on
3:39 crack
3:40 with this AI stuff is it very much
3:43 reminds me of the early days of the
3:44 world wide web and
3:47 um I had an epiphany about the World
3:49 Wide Web I thought [ __ ] this is going to
3:51 change everything in fact the world's
3:52 just changed it's just that no one knows
3:54 it yet that was the Epiphany I had in
3:56 1994 is that everything was going to be
3:58 different and and it turns out it it did
4:02 it it was one of those
4:04 and this feels bigger than that and it
4:07 feels like it's coming faster than that
4:08 so uh

5:22 of getting struck by lightning six times
5:24 and surviving or higher than winning the
5:26 lotto I think it's it's some stupid
5:28 crazy ass stat like that
5:32 but sure it can pick them

6:26 be a little fear in uh shouldn't be as
6:29 bad when you've got the model that's
6:32 just following a set of known rules that
6:34 you can either agree with or not I'll be

10:28 does that sound about right and would

10:52 pulling pulling real-time data
10:55 um and and that's uh inflection is the
10:59 name of the company inflection Ai and
11:01 they're the ones that just raised 1.3
11:03 billion dollars
11:06 for the series B
11:07 1.3 billion dollars but Kyle there must
11:11 be a decade-old company correct oh no
11:13 they're a year old 1.3 billion dollars
11:20 and they're probably going to raise
11:21 probably another 10. they're they're
11:23 looking to
11:24 um build a an AI supercluster of twenty
11:29 thousand h100 gpus
11:33 fun so um
11:36 so they're not even on this list right
11:38 so they probably should be on this list
11:40 but I'm running out of room like I ain't
11:43 got room so uh
11:46 Chaturbate and Bart are both really
11:48 biased Merlin you should actually you
11:51 know I would encourage you go to
11:53 prompts.chat and do what you can if if
11:55 you don't if you haven't played with
11:56 these things a lot
11:58 um I would encourage you to go to
11:59 prompts.chat see if you can get them to
12:01 act like
12:03 um personas that are you know on the
12:07 other side of whatever bias you think
12:08 they have
12:10 um and see if you can get them to behave
12:12 better
12:13 um because it's it's not just part of
12:15 the perception is these things are just
12:17 copying and pasting it's not really like
12:18 that the other thing I would say is go
12:20 try claude.ai because it's it's trained
12:23 on a constitutional learning model
12:25 um and that may have a different uh
12:28 a different set of leanings that may be
12:31 more to your liking and I think in the
12:33 future what we're going to have is we're
12:35 going to be able to opt into different
12:36 models I mean it's already starting to
12:38 happen where
12:39 um
12:41 Bard I actually discovered something
12:42 about Bard I think it was on last
12:44 night's live where I discovered it this
12:45 morning it's now incorporating links
12:49 into its results with images it's
12:51 actually really cool I'll show that
12:53 um I think what's going to start
12:54 happening is we'll we'll use different
12:56 models for different things so if you
12:58 want a fully unbiased you know kind of
13:00 model then you know go play with the
13:02 open source models but I think what
13:04 we'll do is is we'll kind of opt into
13:05 different things that have different
13:07 strengths moving forward

15:18 just lies it confidence it doesn't just
15:21 lie it confidently answers you even if
15:24 it's wrong

17:39 books and then I would tell it which one
17:41 I liked and then we were actually having
17:42 a conversation about the book so it was
17:44 like a reading club but I didn't have to
17:46 read I could tell pie to synopsize the
17:49 book for me give me the the big
17:51 takeaways and then anything I wanted to
17:53 dig deeper on I could dig deeper on and
17:55 if I get bored I could just say uh give
17:57 me another four books or five books or
18:00 whatever and it would do that
18:02 um and I was doing that in the car it's
18:04 it's pretty it's pretty slick it's
18:06 pretty slick thing
18:07 and then there's also someone brought up
18:09 on
18:11 um last night's live or the the night
18:13 before there's a site called air.ai
18:18 and yeah air.ai and that is
18:23 um
18:24 like like these these kind of bots like
18:26 I just played for you
18:29 um except they're making outbound sales
18:31 calls or they're taking inbound customer
18:33 service calls which we talked about like
18:35 at the beginning of the week I said
18:36 here's a business to start you know
18:38 replace all of the phone trees with AI
18:42 Bots that just answer the phone and know
18:44 everything about the company and can
18:46 help you and you never have to be on
18:48 hold again and then four days later
18:51 someone goes have you checked out air.ai
18:53 and that's what it is and there was I
18:55 saw a tick tock today where where it was
18:58 one of the air.ai sales people it just
19:01 called the dude and he picked up and it
19:04 had that weird pause in it which you
19:06 know for me I couldn't if someone called
19:08 me and there was that pause like that
19:09 I'd be like this is a [ __ ] bot click
19:11 uh but this guy didn't know it was a bot
19:14 and it was the guy was like you know the
19:16 bot was like Hey I'm so-and-so from
19:17 Tesla and you know are you thinking
19:20 about getting a new car have you thought
19:21 about a Tesla and the guy's like yeah I
19:23 love Tesla I'm a big fan of Elon Musk
19:25 and that and and so the the whole Tick
19:28 Tock video was the recording of this
19:30 back and forth with the bot and the guy
19:31 that didn't know it was a bot and in the
19:33 end the bot ends up making an
19:35 appointment for that guy to go test
19:37 drive a Tesla at his local dealership

23:39 evidence that minimalist running shoes
23:41 can help improve knee pain
23:44 um they're designed to provide less
23:45 cushioning and support that gives more
23:48 feedback to the muscles
23:50 okay and then it gives you know however
23:52 you know see a doctor
23:55 so then if I go

24:50 Chachi BT certainly doesn't do this they
24:52 disconnected it from the internet
24:54 I mean it's really fascinating that you

24:57 Chachi BT clearly is dealing with some
25:00 corporate issues and some legal issues
25:03 and some
25:05 uh engineering issues with their with
25:07 their connectedness to the internet but
25:09 Bing is just fine
25:11 but Bing is adding things like the
25:13 ability to read images the ability to
25:16 create images which Chachi PT hasn't
25:18 done so Bing is starting to get a little
25:20 bit better than Chachi BT
25:22 Bard was a laughable joke for a long
25:25 time and all of a sudden it's
25:28 um
25:29 looking pretty good and now it added
25:31 that feature which even Bing's not doing
25:33 and then you've got claude.ai which is
25:38 um you can upload PDF files to it and
25:40 start interacting with them you can
25:43 um it's got a hundred thousand token 100
25:46 000 token context Windows like a 75 000
25:49 word context window so you you've now
25:52 got major competitors in that thing I've
25:54 shown before Pi you can just talk to it
25:57 and it talks back so we're we're
26:00 entering a new phase this is clearly a
26:03 new phase because if you've been coming
26:04 to these lives for a bit
26:06 um there was only three things on this
26:07 list for a month and a half two months
26:09 something like that

27:02 strongly recommend is get AI literate
27:04 this kind of AI

27:07 learn automations with tools like zapier
27:11 learn how to prompt these things learn
27:14 which ones are strong at what because
27:15 these have they have very different
27:17 strengths now
27:19 um learn mid Journey learn stable
27:21 diffusion Leonardo that was just
27:23 mentioned
27:24 um which is built on top of stable
27:27 diffusion if you're geeky learn Lang
27:30 chain learn Auto GPT the autonomous
27:32 agents are going to be a thing
27:34 uh uh and then yeah just start taking
27:39 what you know and what you're good at
27:41 what you're passionate at and figure out
27:42 how to do all of those things with these
27:44 tools
27:45 and let let these tools amplify what you
27:49 want to do and then I think it'll be
27:51 clear what you end up doing from a job
27:52 perspective and and and things like that
27:55 if if you just ignore these things then
27:58 uh the decision may be made for you and
28:00 that's one of the things I'm trying to
