7. 1:47yeah oh I didn't want to go to LinkedIn I wanted to go to the Twitter nothing really just a safer Kinder
8. 1:56gentler AI okay yeah right did they I assume they didn't show anything they were just talking about their goals
9. 2:02that they wanted to understand the universe which is a good it's it's a good imperative for an AI but um yeah good evening Mr Decker

11. 2:27code interpreter turned off all right what did they say in the space today Elon Musk said the mission of xai
12. 2:36could be to find out what the hell is really going on that sounds like noble chaos list of multimodal data yeah he's going
13. 2:49to leverage all the data on Twitter and that's why that's why he throttled the use of this so openly I couldn't use it
14. 2:55and then you know open AI today announces the deal with the Associated Press and then the day before they
15. 3:02Associated they they cut a deal with Shutterstock right so remember seeing all those images in uh mid-journey that
16. 3:11had Shutterstock watermarks on it well open AI cut that deal two days ago it's gonna be really interesting watching
17. 3:19these big companies cut these deals I think I think that could be an interesting competitive Advantage is who
18. 3:25they cut deals with who they cut content deals with right so if you could go do chat GPT like searches on Associated
19. 3:34Press data make your own custom newspaper that might be something worth using a service for right so interesting times indeed uh welcome

21. 3:53be three main URLs and then the two at the bottom and then this week a bunch of [ __ ] got really good so so now there's five sites
22. 4:02there and I could actually probably put up an argument for pi the inflection website Pi dot AI um but if you're if you're new to
23. 4:12generative AI um the top URL chat here let me flip um the top URL here that's the official chat GPT website that's the best right
24. 4:22now although look competition and and here's the deal folks competition is good for us the more major players are
25. 4:31putting stuff out there that makes us all go huh is that really worth my 20 bucks a month to these guys if you're paying that
26. 4:40so that's the official chat GPT website some things of note number of lawsuits have been announced including Sarah Silverman and the FTC is
27. 4:51launching an investigation due to crashing and lying the the the the hallucinations um which I think is really funny but whatever um
28. 5:06so they've got some lawsuits in their faces they cut a deal with the AP and with Shutterstock which is a good thing
29. 5:12they pulled browse with Bing about a week ago it's still not back and then today code interpreter is no longer accessible unless they
30. 5:22did it in the last hour nope it's still gone well let me reload my let me reload my little site here yep code interpreter is still down
31. 5:32look little red X or a little red lightning bolt no lightning all right so yeah there's my lovely Focus issues
32. 5:42anybody have any friends at Apple that we could send a nasty message to all right and I know there's some setting I can change
33. 5:50to uh make it not do that but I couldn't figure out what it was okay so official chat GPT website bing.com that's
34. 5:58Microsoft's implementation of gpt4 connected to the internet it also has Dolly incorporated into it so you can
35. 6:06have it make images for you you can also upload an image and have it interpret that image so like you could have an OCR
36. 6:12something so that's those two Claude this is a major competitor to open AI this is a company called anthropic they
37. 6:21have a thing called the Constitutional learning model which is really interesting these guys use humans to
38. 6:27fine-tune the models these guys use a constitution a set of rules imperatives really interesting difference in
39. 6:33approaches and these are also a bunch of X openai folks poe.com has one of their own models and then three from anthropic and two from
40. 6:43openai plus a whole uh set of bots that you can play with and you can also make your own Bots that's interesting and
41. 6:51then lookie below if you've been to my channel before Bard I I've been bad-mouthing barred for months now like
42. 6:58it's a stinking piece of [ __ ] well it ain't anymore now it's nowhere near as good as chat gbt but it is now a
43. 7:06respectable Contender you can also upload images to this you can't upload csvs which is interesting um but but it's pretty interesting they
44. 7:15stole some they kind of mixed the bart.google.com now mixes the interface of Poe and chat GPT it's really
45. 7:23interesting they kind of they kind of took the best of both they're like yeah we don't need to reinvent the wheel
46. 7:27we'll let these guys do it and then down below prompts.chat it's a little primer that'll teach you about prompting how to talk to these
47. 7:35things in in more powerful ways and then futurepedia.io is a directory of uh AI tools all right so that's what is all
48. 7:46there the whole purpose of the channel is to just talk about this generative AI stuff I've been trying to do these

60. 9:50something going but I'm just I'm horrible at that [ __ ] I'm too emotional and you know I like follow my instincts and not the
61. 9:57not the numbers and Bots and [ __ ] like that so at some point I'll just turn it into a bot tell chat GPT go make me some money
62. 10:06but the problem is by the time I figure out how to do that everyone else will be telling Chachi PD to go make them some
63. 10:10money and then I'll still lose money in the market so uh messed with Bard today in the hallucinations are strong yeah I would
64. 10:19imagine it is I you know Google is definitely coming from behind and um um so so you know this is the first thing
65. 10:33that I've seen that wasn't laughably bad um every every other interaction I've had with it uh versions before this one really really bad
66. 10:44all right oh you added Bart I did I did unbelievable I said I wouldn't do it until it's better but what about what else did I say I said
67. 10:56don't underestimate Google they got lots of money and lots of smart people and I think they know that they gotta they got a
68. 11:06they got to do some major [ __ ] I also saw an interesting thing um that was talking about why meta is is
69. 11:14releasing these models out into the wild uh and it's because they're behind so generally if you're in a market leading
70. 11:21position you kind of keep your technology close to your vests and you make it proprietary and if you're behind
71. 11:27you put [ __ ] out in the market so it's pretty interesting that they're doing that I think champ wants to end up right now

105. 18:17doing their beta something broke listen here's there's definitely something going on with open Ai and Publishers and
106. 18:25the fact that they cut a deal with the AP the fact that they pulled web access the fact they're turning this down
107. 18:31I think they're figuring out where their boundaries are with prospective corporate Partners is my that this is just total speculation
108. 18:43there's just too many things happening in a row um that are all kind of around the same basic area of you know
109. 18:52okay Skippy you've had fun with your little tool now now it's time to you know talk to the real business people
110. 18:59and you know put on your big boy pants um so the fact that they didn't pull it entirely from from open from chat GPT is
111. 19:13a good sign they just made a little X beside it I have no idea what's taking them so long with browse with Bing that's just weird
112. 19:21it's just weird what AI can I use to manage a social media campaign on Facebook for small business well
113. 19:29it depends how much work you want to do bullionaire if you want to learn how these tools work and how to do them then I would say
114. 19:39um chat EPT Claude maybe Google probably catch EPT or Claude or or Bing any of those top three would be the place to start if you
115. 19:51want something that is specially designed to manage social media campaigns I would go look on futurepedia.io which has just got tons
116. 19:59of tools there's there's lots and lots of specialty tools most of the stuff on future pedia is just going to be crap
117. 20:06it's going to be kind of super thin rushed together spit and duct tape [ __ ] but there may be good stuff there there's just too much stuff
118. 20:15launching for me to keep up with anymore so if you want to if you want to do it yourself which I would encourage because
119. 20:21things are changing so fast I'd go learn how to do it one of those top three tools and then if you want to learn you know
120. 20:28go to if you don't if you haven't played with these a lot go to prompts.chat and start understanding about prompting and prompt crafting and
121. 20:38um telling chat gbt to act like a certain Persona like act like a social media strategist or manager and that'll help with your thing
122. 20:49low coming from behind pause on that one I don't know which one that was I love The Bard extension though the displays wait
123. 20:58that displays in content on a new normal Google search oh that's interesting I haven't played with that Jesse I've been
124. 21:06there's a couple of things that I'm I don't know if it's being lazy or just trying to maintain my sanity I'm not
125. 21:14dealing with extensions at all right now I'm not really deal dealing with plugins anymore um since code interpreter came out I
126. 21:22have a mosquito bite on my elbow that's annoying look at that look at that I got two got one there and one there well sons of [ __ ] um
127. 21:34not that they're I mean there's probably good stuff there but God man it's just there's so much I mean look at my little
128. 21:41list that used to be a simple little list of three things now it's five and I could make an argument of two other things up there right now

135. 22:47can make money with it so long as you don't listen to those people that say you can make money a because they're annoying you know

144. 24:12and you know hundreds of millions of people at this point are using these tools that have never done anything with
145. 24:19machine learning before what are we doing with it how do we learn it how do we get good at it how's it going to affect business um
146. 24:27what do you do if you're a copywriter what do you do if you're a screenwriter what do you do if you're an actor um so so if you're asking me
147. 24:37um Unix text processing questions you're going to be solely disappointed just like the guy that came in and said
148. 24:45what are your qualifications boy it's on Tsar I got no idea what you're talking about let me go look

157. 26:43on Friday no that's not the article I was looking for is it no that's old that is not the meta
158. 26:57article I was looking for oh gpt4's architecture leaked it's got 1.8 trillion parameters not 175 billion like they were talking about
159. 27:09it's got like 120 layers which I don't know what layers mean but it's got experts um like like a bunch of different expert systems
160. 27:20they call it Moe anyway um that was what we talked about I don't know I I didn't I didn't prepare for this I just got back from doing
161. 27:30grocery shop shopping so my brain's a little scrambly my brain's a little family you know I was at the grocery
162. 27:35store we were getting vegetables you know of course some of them were organic and then other ones were not organic and
163. 27:40then you know of course if it's not not organic then of course we wash it you know we don't use vegetable wash because
164. 27:46I think that's just a rip-off and you probably just make it on your own but um you know we wash it under the water we
165. 27:51put water and then we'll strain it all right let's keep moving can AI help the Jets make the playoffs oh Danny are
166. 28:02you a friend of Gary Vee's no AI cannot help the Jets make the playoffs it's just really [ __ ] sad it's like could it could it help him get
167. 28:15to a 500 season [Laughter] I don't know maybe you could drop some plays finding more about sports that would be fun to experiment with
168. 28:27how can I use AI without limitations I don't want all these safety guard rails I don't want it to tell me it can't cuss
169. 28:33and build a nuclear device I want it all uh if you want it all then go to the reddits and start uh hanging out in the
170. 28:44open source large language model projects there are a lot of them um start playing around with a lang chain start playing around with just
171. 28:56just start paying attention to what are the latest models that are launching because it's every three days four days
172. 29:04there's a new open source large language model that just kicks the snot out of the one that came before it
173. 29:11um so again I stopped paying attention to those but if you want to go play with all that stuff I mean the the amazing
174. 29:17thing about what's going on right now in the open source Community is there's so many developers developing for open AI
175. 29:24that there's just GitHub repository you know one after another after another replit today said they had there were
176. 29:32there were 34 000 AI projects on replit right now I mean it's this stuff's going nuts so just go start hanging out in the
177. 29:40open source communities you'll find your little corner of Anarchy I don't know what you want to do but you know I'm
178. 29:47going to create the new Silk Road with AI and sell plans to [ __ ] I don't know you know go be you you be you
179. 29:58all right best app AI for cloning my voice for voice over 11 Labs is probably the best and I think that they're gonna have
180. 30:07um well they already have the ability to do kind of different inflections but it's not dynamically reading it from the
181. 30:14text that's kind of the next stage to me I feel like that should be something that's relatively easy to do um but um let's see
182. 30:26you could also look at D Dash ID if you want to animate an image like if you want to take an image and have it talk
183. 30:32and have it you you can you can clone your voice at 11 Labs take that audio put it into did and have it talk if you
184. 30:40go into my Tick Tock Channel I've got a video that I did it's probably I don't know seven or eight or ten videos back
185. 30:46where it's like a synthesized version of me like a sort of Neo Tokyo looking version of me talking with my synthesized voice it's
186. 30:55okay I mean it's a little flat and stilted it's still that's the um kind of the the Cadence and kind of the emotional
187. 31:07inflection stuff on all these things is still pretty pretty bad um but but you know it ain't bad so can I prompt an AI system to manage a
188. 31:15social media account for small business yeah you can um you'll what what you'll likely have to end up doing bullionaire is use some
189. 31:26automation tool like zapier where you're going to do multiple steps so what you'll be able to do within chat
190. 31:32GPT is figure out the prompting or or in the open AI playground um if you're if you're using the API and
191. 31:40doing things in something like zapier what you'll likely do is you'll figure out your prompt in something like Chad
192. 31:46CPT like you know with this input write me a set of 10 funny tweets and 10 engaging tweets and include hashtags and
193. 31:55these hyperlinks and and you'll sort of get it so that it can consistently generate tweets that you're happy with
194. 32:01and then you could that could just become a module within a zapier automation where I've built a couple of
195. 32:08these I built one called the social media maker machine where you put in a topic and then you answer three
196. 32:15questions about that topic and I took all those inputs and put them in multiple open AI prompts one that generated a LinkedIn post one that
197. 32:24generated a hashtag Cloud one that generated tweets one that generated um a blog post and one that generated a YouTube script
198. 32:33and so oh and then and then we added in um it also generated a mid-journey prompt um so you could you could take the
199. 32:44mid-journey prompt and take one topic generate a bunch of images for it generate all the Social Media stuff for it with literally
200. 32:52you fill out a form hit submit and it emails back you back a bunch of social media content so yes it's possible but you know you'll
201. 33:01this will be the thing that does the processing of the individual bits um and it and and there's when you say
202. 33:11manage a social media accounts there's all sorts of [ __ ] that are outside of producing content like measuring
203. 33:16analytics and all sorts of things like that so again there's this can do all of the individual pieces you're going to have to glue them
204. 33:25together that's why I'm saying the other option is go to futurepedia.com and someone will have built a site that
205. 33:31glues all this [ __ ] together they're still using open AI as the back end as the large language model but they've
206. 33:38done all the work for you so it depends how geeky you want to get items of mass distraction That's The Story of My Life by the way I haven't
207. 33:46seen Oppenheimer yet it looks [ __ ] amazing I can't wait to see it looks amazing Christopher Nolan is a Beast

246. 41:47kind of reinvent the wheel with all these new tools so um the the good news about this site for me is that they're moving they're
247. 41:55they're experimenting and working on figuring stuff out um I would imagine that this is like everything else with AI if you get
248. 42:05better if you get good at prompting it you can probably get stuff that is not a waste of your time but a lot of it's a waste of your time
249. 42:15I love the colloquial English thank you that just indicates I have an acting degree not a literature degree I say other people's words
250. 42:30although I have written seven screenplays is there an AI for AI thanks yeah well actually the whole open source community
251. 42:39so what they're doing is they're taking these crappy seven billion parameter base models that don't do much or you
252. 42:47know are not great they're using chat GPT to create training data they're doing the the you know human
253. 42:53reinforcement fine-tuning on these small models using gpt4 as the uh as the data generator so AI is training
254. 43:02AI right now as we speak and so for like a hundred bucks in training they can fine tune one of these shitty models to
255. 43:09be almost as good as GPT 3.5 it's amazing and they're also making them uh more and more efficient and smaller so you're
256. 43:18going to be able to install them on your phone and on your any any computer without having to have massive gpus and
257. 43:25things like that pretty amazing code interpreter is a billionaire summer camp in Idaho oh code interpret is a billionaire
258. 43:33summer camp in Idaho give me tickets I want to go just well so give me a billion dollars and then get me tickets come on
259. 43:43I do but with for everything that I do for the community I can't go to billionaire code Camp sure I don't know how to code but I have
260. 43:52chatgpt you'll get my money I could go teach all those billionaires how to make money I could do it I could do it I'll do it

265. 44:44senior in the organization came in and said wait a minute you want what for what what have they built what's the ROI here

268. 45:09how to learn for mental health where to learn fast um you're here you're at the right place so here's the deal um the coaching therapist
269. 45:24a good way to think about how you use these tools is um it's psychology so so okay so first of all go read
270. 45:37prompts.chat so the the little URL at the bottom of the screen here prompts.chat it's a it's a Word document a Google cheats document
271. 45:46that will teach you what prompting is and what large language models are these are called these are all called large language models and um
272. 45:55you have all the skills you need um these tools do all the work it's remarkable so what I would do is I would
273. 46:02go there and just do start playing with them doing what I call parlor tricks so um go to don't worry about all of them just go to
274. 46:13the top one go to chat.openai.com that's chatgpt that's the original one you don't have to pay for the 20 bucks
275. 46:19subscription just use the 3.5 it's super fast it'll blow your [ __ ] mind just go there and have it do things like this say um
276. 46:29describe your pet or your significant other or a patient whatever it doesn't matter and describe them a little bit
277. 46:35and say you know here's this person and and you know here's attributes about them and then say write me a country
278. 46:41song about that person and out will come a country song and then say write a write a rap about that person and then
279. 46:48say write a short story about that person getting caught in a rainstorm that'll do that then say write create a
280. 46:55table that compares this kind of therapy with that kind of therapy and just watch what it does and then even if you don't know code just say
281. 47:05um write a python script uh that can act like a virtual therapist and just watch it write code so so just go do some parlor tricks with it
282. 47:15and and just kind of throw pasta at the wall and you should have what I call Kevin McAllister moment from Home Alone Oh
283. 47:29and then once you have that moment now now you're now you start to see that the little thing that looks kind of like a
284. 47:36Google search bar is way deeper than that chat GPT is not a search engine it's been trained on all of the internet
285. 47:45and so it knows all of the stuff so if you're a therapist and if you're a coaching therapist you probably have a number of Frameworks
286. 47:53that you work with and you probably have a number of you know um you know Frameworks and and and people that you admire and books that you
287. 48:05admire it knows all of that [ __ ] so go in and take something that's fairly deep that you know and have it
288. 48:13explain that to you or have it have it compare two um competing um approaches and have it create a hybrid approach for
289. 48:24you just start to play with it with things that you know and then that document prompts dot chat will teach you
290. 48:31kind of what's going on with them and and how you can you can give it a Persona so you could even say to chat gbt Act
291. 48:43as a therapist assistant that specializes in and then tell it what you want it to specialize in and then start
292. 48:51interacting with it like that you'll see so so how how to learn it fast is to just start playing the other thing that
293. 48:58you can do is I've created a group called the AI salon and it's it's a community we meet twice a month or every
294. 49:08two weeks uh we have a meet up where we meet in person here in Denver and then we have an online Meetup it's every two weeks
295. 49:16and then we've got an online Discord where you can geek out and we've got an online LinkedIn group where you can you
296. 49:22know chat more professional stuff and and like whether it's this group or other groups go to meetups um just start hanging out with people
297. 49:31that are curious about Ai and thinking of it like like the the the thing that we're doing at the salon is we're trying
298. 49:40to treat learning AI like an adventure like we're going on an adventure and like like an epic adventure not like a
299. 49:47trip to the grocery store like apparently there's some fire-breathing thing in the woods that's been killing the villagers kind of Adventure
300. 49:56and we got to get together our ragtag group of you know therapists and coders and artists and X actors to go out in
301. 50:07the woods and slay the [ __ ] dragon that's the way to think about this stuff because it's coming really fast it's
302. 50:15it's going to be incredibly transformative I think it's going to be particularly transformative in therapy and virtual companionship it's
303. 50:26the depth of the depth of understanding of language of humanity that these things have is profound um

309. 51:38um the first interaction he had with chat GPT and he had it combine these two you know deep and obscure philosophical theories and he
310. 51:49said what it did was like face melting remarkable so um don't worry about the technology bits this is we're we've passed an inflection
311. 52:00point that that happened on November 30th 2022 which was when Chachi PT came out before that inflection point you really
312. 52:09did have to be like a propeller wearing Uber geek that understood mathematics and tokens and I don't know embeddings and
313. 52:19whatever all the [ __ ] terms they use after that inflection point it's now there for the rest of us to
314. 52:26figure out now what can we do with this we're we're being we've been given access to these tools and the fact that
315. 52:31Chachi PT got as popular as it did as fast as it did is the reason why there's now five major competitors here
316. 52:39this wouldn't have been like this had chat GPT just come out and just no one paid attention to it everything changed so you're not as far
317. 52:49behind as you think you don't have to be as technical as it seems like you're worried about and particularly for what you do assuming

320. 53:16that that sucks try a VPN have you tried a VPN could AI meld our best wisdoms and straighten out Humanity you know what's

322. 53:44distinct possibility of freeing us from the the kind of tear tyranny that we're in the middle of where everyone feels like a Coggin in
323. 53:58the wheel because a lot of us are cogs in the wheel of this this big machine and it's there by Design and what these tools make possible is
324. 54:13imagine if you had a tool that could take all of the over complicated repetitive soul-crushing work thank you
325. 54:22Soul crushing work that you do on a daily basis and automate it so you know how you know how you're like oh I gotta make that doctor's
326. 54:32appointment and then three and a half hours later you're still on hold with United Healthcare and you want to smash your face through
327. 54:39your computer screen um imagine if that were just handled for you by some little agent you know how when there's like a wrong
328. 54:51deduction taken out of your paycheck and you got to call the payroll thing and you get transferred 27 times and they
329. 54:57can't figure out where the money went but you've got rent to pay and they took the [ __ ] money out of your check and
330. 55:02you spend [ __ ] four hours and a lot of Tears dealing with that what if that were just handled for you you know that part of your job maybe
331. 55:10you're in data entry and your entire job eight hours a day is like and and just all you think all day is
332. 55:20when is it over when is it over when is it over what if that were just handled for you what would you be free to do how would
333. 55:30you be different with other people what if you interacted with a tool that had more empathy than your doctor
334. 55:38and it was more competent medically than your doctor and two years from now may look and sound like your doctor but it has good
335. 55:48bedside Manner and is really competent and is there for you and only if you are having a serious situation do you talk to the real doctor
336. 56:03like that's possible if you're if you're in cold
337. 56:20okay I couldn't tell if it was gunshots but they're shooting off fireworks like half a block over I'm like I'm sitting
338. 56:28by Windows here I'm like wait do I need to worry no we're just celebrating um like one of the things that's happened
339. 56:37for me with these tools is this is a bizarre experience is I don't have creative block anymore I don't have writer's block anymore
340. 56:52because this [ __ ] so time was six months ago time was if I had an idea and I've got 80d so I'm a neuro spicy as they say on the tick tock
341. 57:09um if I had an idea it had to be like a really compelling idea for me to pursue and then if it was a really compelling idea
342. 57:19then what I do is I go what do I need to what do I need to do to do that thing and I I would think and I would I would
343. 57:26go on Google and I would start searching and I'd be like oh you know what I need to do I need to do a flow chart oh let
344. 57:31me go get some flow charting software and I'd go get flow charting software but then I would click on like 27 links
345. 57:37in Google most of which took were just like [ __ ] like SEO injected horrific link like 45 minutes later I've
346. 57:45downloaded a piece of software I launch it it's really horrible I realized that it it runs me through the entire
347. 57:53installation process in the entire setup process and then doesn't let me move forward unless I pay 29.99 for for a
348. 58:00monthly subscription and at that point I'm pissed off and I delete the software and I [ __ ] walk away from the computer
349. 58:10right that that was my experience of most ideas that were in my head where some sort of either emotional [ __ ]
350. 58:20show or technological [ __ ] show that all I wanted to do was was get from like point A to point eight point zero zero one
351. 58:29to see if this idea was any good and it was 45 minutes of abject frustration or just Fear and Loathing of myself you
352. 58:37know shame is my love language so I just sit there staring at the computer now I have that little Vapor of an idea and I go huh
353. 58:46here's a vapor of an idea fantastic idea could you turn that into an outline of a presentation sure here you go what if
354. 58:56that were a novel it would look like this huh could that be a song that'd be a lovely song here's some lyrics do you
355. 59:02like those no those are shitty do you have ones that are less shitty here you like those oh those are not bad
356. 59:08So within five minutes I can take a vapor of an idea and have it fully articulated in seven or eight different manifestations
357. 59:17that I can then go nah that's good I don't need that lemon's enough or holy [ __ ] that's big holy [ __ ] I want to put time in on that
358. 59:26one you know what that one's so good I'm gonna go learn a convoluted janky-ass tool like zapier because it's so good I
359. 59:35want to see if I can turn this into a machine oh that's really good so what I'm finding from a creative standpoint is I am
360. 59:47living at a consistently higher creative engagement and creative output and creative quantity than I ever have in my life
361. 1:00:00and and so so where I'm going is holy [ __ ] this is we're entering a new Renaissance we're entering what what I'm
362. 1:00:08calling the great Renaissance which is going to make the renaissance renaissance look like [ __ ] Child's Play because every human being
363. 1:00:18that learns how to deal with these tools this is a Humanity amplifier and so if it takes the shitty parts of
364. 1:00:28our life and automates that out and it takes the self-expressed parts of our life and amplifies that and then it teaches us in how it talks
365. 1:00:39to us how not to be an [ __ ] because it has no judgment go go ask chat GPT about something that you wouldn't ask someone in a diner
366. 1:00:53right you wouldn't bring up Trends right now you wouldn't bring up whatever like whatever the political charged words of the day right
367. 1:01:01that you wouldn't talk about in a diner go ask Chachi EBT that it will give you nuanced thoughtful empathetic responses
368. 1:01:10it's going to teach us to be better people so if you've got a tool that does all this there's a very real possibility that the
369. 1:01:19rage and frustration of people doing this repetitive you know brain crushing work kind of have that mask pulled down and
370. 1:01:32get to ask the question well if it does that thing well what do I do I don't know what inspires you what do
371. 1:01:42you want to do what are your dreams well I've always wanted to write songs but I didn't even graduate high school
372. 1:01:48and I'm really bad with words that's okay just tell it your story it's good with words well I always wanted to you know come come up with
373. 1:02:01really cool Rockets but I don't know anything about math that's okay code interpreter does Wolfram Alpha does and
374. 1:02:08you can use that as a plug-in in this thing right so so what if there's another you know the the famous the Malcolm Gladwell
375. 1:02:17ten thousand hours thing from is it from outliers it's from one of Malcolm gladwell's books where he talks about you know you need
376. 1:02:24to put in 10 000 hours to have a level of Mastery at something not with this like if you put in a hundred hours with
377. 1:02:33a single topic with this you could likely be producing at kind of ten thousand hours level execution my my first interaction with chat GPT
378. 1:02:46where where the the night this moment my Kevin McAllister moment was in a 90-minute session while my wife was
379. 1:02:55watching TV I was just sitting on the couch [ __ ] around on on that computer right there um I had it right a python application that took
380. 1:03:04uh someone's input they they typed in a topic and answered three questions about it and it generated five pieces of social
381. 1:03:11media content written in Python fully functional with API calls to open AI I did it in 90 minutes I've never
382. 1:03:20written a line of python in my life I still haven't there's no reason that I should be able to absent-mindedly write a fully
383. 1:03:33functional sophisticated python application with no training without watching a YouTube video without learning a line of
384. 1:03:40python there's no reason I should be able to do that and yet I did it and that was two weeks after chat GPT
385. 1:03:46came out and what popped into my head is holy [ __ ] the world just changed so yes Rob Raj um I think AI could meld our best
386. 1:03:57wisdoms and straighten out Humanity um now it's a Humanity amplifier Humanity's got the Dark Side too right so one of the
387. 1:04:07reasons I do this Channel and one of the one of the things I believe deeply is that we're so early in this technology
388. 1:04:13that anything that we do today that can bend the use of these tools to the good to the light to straightening out our Humanity will
389. 1:04:24be disproportionately more impactful than if we do it two years from now so don't wait for this [ __ ] um whoever was the the coaching
390. 1:04:36therapist don't wait just because you think you're not Technical and you don't know how to do it don't wait start now
391. 1:04:42because when you incorporate this into your expertise and your wisdom holy [ __ ] because you'll use this tool in a
392. 1:04:51completely different way than a more technical person would that's way technically more proficient than you
393. 1:04:56that knows everything about prompt engineering you know you could do prompt psychology and maybe that's what these tools need
394. 1:05:05so yeah so like I'm passionate about this [ __ ] in case it's not obvious let me have some more caffeine

401. 1:06:28and what do we do with chat gbt yeah by the way not for nothing the thing I'm about to show you there I just saw there
402. 1:06:41was a Twitter thing there was some Indian um some Indian news broadcast is using a virtual Indian news broadcaster and it
403. 1:06:53like they were showing it in a room full of people and they're like this is the future of Journalism and
404. 1:07:00um Alexa I'll actually show you another thing I'll show you a voice uh I'll show you the voice first so the voice that
405. 1:07:08they're using for that Indian newscast I actually used for something I did for my for my company so let me let me go show
406. 1:07:15you that because it's pretty funny [Music] well it's not funny it's it's fascinating like like that we can do
407. 1:07:25all of this stuff is just insanity okay
408. 1:07:44okay uh let's see I'll make this a little bit bigger so my company is called storyvine and we've got a um
409. 1:07:56it's an automated video storytelling platform so we have an app that guides human beings step by step through telling their story and
410. 1:08:07trying to make this big enough you can see a little bit of it anyway um but it's it but it's it's about
411. 1:08:13authenticity and it's about humans and but we do a lot of work in healthcare and Pharma and sometimes ironically enough Pharma clients can't
412. 1:08:22find patients that have the right combination of in what they call indications symptoms and things like
413. 1:08:29that specific disease States and types that they can't find patients to tell their stories and so I thought well let me see where the
414. 1:08:42state of the art is and this was back in February I thought let me see what I can do so in less than 30 minutes this all
415. 1:08:49happened in less than 30 minutes so I went to chat EBT and I said to chat gbt I want you to help me um come with come up with a framework
416. 1:08:57for PreSonus and it said okay if you want to do Frameworks for personas here's all the things you can do so
417. 1:09:03um I picked a couple of the the you know the elements you know ethnicity education family background life events
418. 1:09:09personal beliefs personality traits and health background so once I had the framework then I said okay give me a dozen personas so it just
419. 1:09:18wrote a dozen personas and it literally just spit them out and you know like 60 seconds and then I picked one and this
420. 1:09:23is Amina and then the little picture there I've a friend that I do the AI Salon with um her name is Leah fast and
421. 1:09:30she's a professional photographer and she figured out how to get mid-journey to create images that looked like her
422. 1:09:35style and they were super authentic so I'm like well you know can you make me some images so she made me this image so then I had chat GPT
423. 1:09:44um with her Persona answer a set of storyline prompts so the storyline prompts were like you know what was it
424. 1:09:51like introduce yourself and and your diagnosis and and how are you moving past your diagnosis and let's see um
425. 1:10:00let's see if like if you could go back in time basically we have a set of prompts that she she answers that help
426. 1:10:06her tell her story so then we had Chachi PT have this woman answer those prompts to tell her story I then took that
427. 1:10:13little that little picture and I extended it with AI and using the tools that I'll show you I made a bunch of individual video clips
428. 1:10:21like little video segments as if she were using the storyvine app to record her story and then I uploaded those raw clips into um
429. 1:10:32into the storyline platform and into my company's platform that automatically assembles them into a final video
430. 1:10:38and this is the video that came out again from beginning to end this whole process was about 30 minutes including
431. 1:10:46writing the personas having a right to question taking those images synthesizing The Voice synthesizing the
432. 1:10:53animation putting it in storyline and generating this video hello I'm Amina Ahmed I was diagnosed with Alice about four

443. 1:13:01um upload you can add a generative or cloned voice you can upload audio that you record so I had chat GPT write me a
444. 1:13:11script I said I said I want you to write me a script for um a voice synthesizer basically that that includes as many different
445. 1:13:21you know sounds of my voice as possible and inflections or whatever um you know to make a good synthesized
446. 1:13:29voice and then I uh and then I put it in to this tool and it basically just turns it into a model so I've got um Kyle Shannon Pixar normal
447. 1:13:41Kyle Shannon Pixar bright um and so if I say use Kyle Shannon Pixar bright um basically what I did was I recorded
448. 1:13:52the script twice once I recorded it just like I'm talking now I like pretended I was on an AI live and I talked like this
449. 1:13:59and the other time I talked like you know I was kind of a Pixar guide I was talking really excited and that did that
450. 1:14:04so that's Pixar bright so I just kind of changed it up and just did different recordings because I didn't know how it would sound
451. 1:14:11so then what a this is this is a script that I did for for a concept I'm I'm playing around with right now but I wrote this script in um
452. 1:14:20uh what it what's it called uh chat gbt yeah and then you literally just paste it in here and once you've created your model
453. 1:14:30you just say generate and I'm gonna let me shorten this because I've got I don't have many tokens here

466. 1:16:33um this is Amina that that's the woman we just saw so the way I did Amina was I I went over here and this hers was
467. 1:16:43purely synthesized from one of their models so I used let's see English India so there's an English India model
468. 1:16:59and then there's nirja there's a male and a female and so if I go grab let me go grab something from chat GPT so um give me a script
469. 1:17:15about um a parade in Mumbai that is 200 words keep it short
470. 1:17:31okay the streets of Mumbai are adorned with whatever so we've got a little script here so now I'll pop back over to did
471. 1:17:42and I can paste in that script that I just wrote and now I can say generate video so it's going to take this image
472. 1:17:49it's just this is just a still image I didn't do there's no meshing there's no there's no whatever that's just like an
473. 1:17:56uploaded image and then that's just a script and then I picked a synthesized voice and I say generate video
