80. 17:33generation. They they've been ignored by Sam Alman for nearly a decade now. And you still love them. Uh every day my
81. 17:41mind gets blown again. All right. So tell me, what did you do today? So I I had a speaking gig on Friday and I had a
82. 17:49QR code that I had everybody scan and I said, "If you will fill out my Google form, Yeah. Um I'll send you a little
83. 17:57bonus prompting exercise." Mhm. So they did and I went to my Google sheet. I copied and pasted my entire Google sheet
84. 18:06which I'd asked them what was your Kevin Mallister moment. Was your favorite takeaway or you know what did you learn
85. 18:14today? All of that was in this form. So, I copied everybody's responses, threw them into chat GPT and said and and
86. 18:24created a GPT and said, "I want you to write a followup letter to each of these people." Oh my god, so good. Add my Calendarly
87. 18:34link. um personalize each letter to this person and pull out one quote or comment that they made that was the most
88. 18:45favorable about my talk and it created 15 emails. I didn't have to do a thing. And so good. Yes. So it created all
89. 18:56these emails with a call to action at the end and they were all different. So if they compare notes, they're all going
90. 19:02to be different. And then the crazy thing after that is I just had their email addresses. I didn't necessarily
91. 19:08have their last names. And I went to LinkedIn to see if I could connect with them there, but I didn't know their
92. 19:13names or even their companies. So then I asked chat in that same chat, I said, "Can you go find these people on
93. 19:20LinkedIn?" And it gave me links to their profile. And they weren't hallucinations. No. And I connected with every one of
94. 19:28them. It gave me their I mean, they didn't have it their last name. All it had was their email address. That's
95. 19:33amazing. Not their company name or their last name. So, I'm telling you, I know everybody's hot on agents, but I just
96. 19:41think we've got a tool that's so powerful that most people have not even scratched the surface of. Yeah. No, I
97. 19:50same thing. the the the other one that's in that neighborhood for me right now is Notebook LM and it's and I haven't really gotten
98. 19:59into projects in chat GBT because I have a feeling projects are you know you probably do something similar to
99. 20:04notebook LM but but I did all of my um content evolution collab transcripts for the past two years. Oh wow. And I've got
100. 20:1349 of them. So I've got one more before I max out on you know I'll have to start consolidating them. But but I put all of
101. 20:20them in there and I had it write me a history of collab. I said, you know, write like what were the things we tal
102. 20:27about talked about, what were the technological things, what were the major contributions of each of the people who participated and it just
103. 20:34wrote this amazing like three-page history of the past two years. It's just incredible. So incredible. That's that's
104. 20:42such a good one. And I just I'm I'll be curious to see, you know, the kind of responses you get because that lives in
105. 20:47that space of like the uh the Jim Ross thing, sending someone a song, you know, five minutes after you met with them. Um
106. 20:55where it's just like it's such an unexpected thing to have it be that personalized, right? You know, and that
107. 21:01quick. And the best part is that was one of my exercises I did during my talk is I showed them how to customize their
108. 21:08emails. Oh. Oh, that's great. That's really great. So now they're receiving it. So good. Wait, Ocean has a question.

125. 23:17things. I really do. I think they're underrated. It looks like content can now be copied from at least some parts

135. 24:56asking for stories of impact. So, give me your name, your occupation or role, company or or just if you're an
136. 25:04individual, city and state, and then just three short bullets. What's a challenge you were going through that
137. 25:10needed addressing? Um how did you use AI and what was your experience like to address that challenge? And then what
138. 25:17was the result? And so if you are willing, just go share a story of impact and I'm going to take all the stories
139. 25:25stories that were shared and I'm going to kind of do what Kelly just talked about where I'm going to take all those
140. 25:30and I'm going to have chat GPT give me a little cheat sheet of where people are, what state they're from. So if I'm
141. 25:37meeting with a senator or a congressman or someone and I find out what state they're from, I can just grab someone's
142. 25:43story. Or if if people are like, "Well, tell me a story of how real people benefit from this." I want to have that that cheat sheet there.

146. 26:21between the cracks, which now now that I've written it that way, uh, it the sophomore humor fairy in me is hearing it is hearing it quite
147. 26:36differently than when I wrote it. Um, okay. This is a prompt that if if uh if you haven't done something like this in chat GPT now
148. 26:49um it's got awareness it's got memory of everything you've ever talked about. So if you don't know if you if you haven't
149. 26:57been paying attention on a 10 minute by 10 minute basis to to the meanderings of of chat GPT like I have you may have
150. 27:06missed this but it's got long-term memory now. So everything you've ever said to chat GPT, it's got access to
151. 27:13that as its memory. And so I wrote this prompt and I was I was quite stunned by it. And what I wrote was, "Tell me
152. 27:20something about me that is between the cracks of what we've talked about." Um, and then what it wrote I thought was
153. 27:30just beautiful. It said, "Here's something I noticed between the cracks. You're someone who moves between worlds
154. 27:36almost instinctively. Not just in your work, storytelling, and technology, creativity, and business, but in your
155. 27:43nature. You seem to live in the tension between opposing ideas, not trying to resolve them, but finding energy inside

164. 29:00said oh it's sick of fantic and it's really dangerous um and so it may behave differently now and that's actually and in fact why don't
165. 29:11We Why don't we go I'm going to start a new a new chat and see if it see how different it is. Oh, I'm getting two
166. 29:28responses. You're someone who's restless in the best way, not because you're dissatisfied, but because you're chasing
167. 29:35the full articulation of yourself. I like that. You're not just building projects or communities or art pieces.
168. 29:40You're chasing a feeling. The click of there it is. Like that. The moment when all the threads you've been weaving,
