8. 0:53audience so I asked chat GPT if it was self-aware and did some back and forth and then at some point I said you know
9. 1:00tell me about your Shadow Self you know the youngan you know dark dark inner side and and we we went back and forth
10. 1:06and and I'll start the interaction I'm going to read with kind of the end of The Shadow Self section and then I'll go
