advertisement you can make money 2:57 with same tone listen content creator 3:00 and entrepreneur today I'm going 3:02 to we can listen if we need to turn this 3:06 channel more professional and get me 3:08 talking like that I'll do it you know I 3:10 can do it I'll I'll do it yo 3:15 weirdos 3:18 generosity look at that scary cool 3:22 image that's a dolly3 image Dolly 3 is 3:26 pretty 3:29 grooving you can't really read it but 3:31 you know I couldn't find the Sal the 3:35 salon discussion earlier I don't know 3:38 what you mean Clint you mean you 3:41 couldn't find the 3:43 Discord I don't I don't know what of you 3:46 speak what have you speak Clint 3:49 Copperhead your name is named after a 3:52 snake I know not what you say in the 3:54 words I do not know these words you 3:59 say any sites able to analyze Excel 4:02 sheet yes Johnny's 24 honey not a site 4:05 chat GPT can do it in amazing in amazing 4:11 now I'm talking like the the Eastern 4:13 European I was just talking like I need 4:15 some pivot data but stink it using pivot 4:19 tables in Excel what site can I give my 4:22 list I need I don't know exactly Troy 4:26 Troy Decker how are you 4:29 sir the workshop in the 4:33 salon uh no the workshop was just the 4:37 workshop was in Rhonda's Ronda 4:40 Phillips thing it was a it was not a 4:43 workshop in the in the salon the salon 4:45 Discord is just the salon Discord I 4:47 wasn't doing a workshop in the 4:49 salon um let's go let's go see if we can 4:53 uh get uh Johnny's 24 up and running hey 4:57 mate quick question any prompt and AI 4:59 you would recommend to generate lad 5:02 logic I do not know what lad logic is 5:05 but I bet chat GPT 5:09 does you're like but Kyle is that your 5:12 answer to everything um 5:16 yes as a matter of fact it is because 5:21 it's pretty just 5:23 [ __ ] it's just 5:26 amazing um I'll get to you in a second 5:29 Johnny's 24 let me understand what 5:30 latter logic is latter 5:34 logic what are 5:37 it oh I spelled logic wrong let's try 5:40 this it's latter log Lo log what are it 5:44 let's see how good it is at parsing 5:46 crappy English latter logic is a 5:49 programming language used to develop 5:50 software programmable oh for for logic 5:53 controllers 5:54 okay plcs are specializ yeah I get what 5:56 they are so here are some key points so 5:58 what was your question 6:00 what can do 6:02 it symbols okay so stop generating okay 6:06 I got 6:09 it okay I have it period can you give me 6:14 five possible applications I could write 6:16 using latter 6:19 logic 6:22 certainly uh uh conveyor belt 6:26 control Sherry Banks what's happening 6:29 thanks for the hearty heart Oh Sherry 6:30 Banks made it to level 11 level 11 level 6:34 11 this is level 11 welcome Sherry 6:38 Banks elevator control bottling plant 6:42 operation temperature regulation in a 6:44 greenhouse I think we're going for 6:46 temperature regulation g chat GPT is 6:49 Kyle's go-to answer it's what what chat 6:52 GPT is 6:53 is it's like mansplaining except you can 6:57 actually get real answers 7:00 all right so we're going to go um please 7:05 write me an application for temperature 7:07 regulation in a 7:11 greenhouse and make it so that I can 7:13 change the 7:15 temperature down to the 100th of a 7:19 [Applause] 7:23 degree sure here's a simple latter logic 7:27 application all right it's explaining 7:29 what the application's going to do are 7:31 you going to write the damn code or what 7:34 latter logic wrong 7:38 one rung to oh ladder logic you get 7:41 rungs like a ladder it's a 7:49 metaphor I assume this is not the code 7:52 network error yeah I don't know what's 7:53 going on uh yeah it can do 7:55 it Sherry Banks took me forever to 7:58 figure out how to level up but I'm 8:00 here yay you don't know what wait I 8:03 don't know 8:05 what oh what you don't know what happens 8:08 on the next level no no you you've got 8:10 to you got to get to the top level to 8:12 achieve Oneness and what's the top level 8:16 well wouldn't you like to know only 8:18 those who've made the top level 8:20 understand what level is the top level 8:22 it's this is not a simple if you think 8:25 this is a staircase where you can see 8:27 the top of the staircase it's there's a 8:29 whole other we're on a whole different 8:31 level 8:32 here Scientology is is Child's Play 8:36 compared to what's going on in the AI 8:37 learning lab 8:39 levels have you ever programmed in 8:41 latter logic no I have not but we're 8:44 going to right now I'm going to do it in 8:46 GPT 3.5 because GPT 44 was too damn slow 8:50 can you write me a lat logic application 8:53 for controlling the temperature in a 8:56 greenhouse period I want the d details 9:00 to be of 100th of a 9:04 degree that didn't even that didn't even 9:06 make English 9:09 sense there's your latter logic 9:11 application yes I'm sorry how how else 9:14 may I help 9:19 you um you know the nice thing about 9:21 code is you can copy and paste that [ __ ] 9:24 into your little microcontroller and 9:25 it'll either work or it won't so um I'm 9:29 sure there's some sort of lad lad logic 9:32 uh whatever you call it simulator that 9:33 you can pop that into so yes you can do 9:35 that okay welcome everybody oh we were 9:38 GNA do I was going to show uh 9:40 Johnny's Johnny's what is it Johnny's 24 9:44 wait Johnny's Johnny's 24 honey is that 9:48 it come on Johnny's 24 give me your name 9:50 again 9:52 um we're going to go show Johnny's some 9:55 uh some code interpreter magic here did 10:00 okay so what you're going to do Johnny's 10:02 24 honey yeah I knew that I why are you 10:05 condescending to me and giving me your 10:06 name again just cuz I asked for it I 10:08 knew that what do you think I'm dumb are 10:10 you calling me stupid Amelia's wife 10:13 what's 10:14 happening wait how it doesn't allow 10:17 uploads yes it does oh yes it does okay 10:21 Johnny's 24 here we 10:24 go 10:26 so here we are in chat GPT gp4 let me 10:29 make the screen bigger Mo bigger now you 10:35 you have to pay for chat GPT plus and 10:37 then you have to turn on beta features 10:39 right so you go to your settings and you 10:41 go to the beta Tab and then you turn 10:44 [ __ ] on look look everyone look what's 10:46 back browse with Bing remember when that 10:49 was here and it went away and I said oh 10:50 that'll be back in a week four months 10:52 later it came back all right 3 months 10:55 later so Advanced Data analysis is the 10:58 one you want Johnny 24 you turn that 11:00 [ __ ] on you turn it on you turn it right 11:03 on turn it right on and then you go to 11:05 gp4 and you got all these actions and 11:08 look look at this one Dolly 3 oh my God 11:11 it's so good it's so good okay and then 11:14 you got Advanced Data analysis so you 11:17 click Advanced Data analysis and looky 11:19 here A Plus symbol that's your upload 11:22 button so you go 11:24 upload and then we go grab an archive 11:26 this has got some sort of CSV in it so 11:30 it's going to upload and then I'm going 11:31 to say please examine the CSV file in 11:35 here 11:37 determine what the data is and what 11:40 might be an interesting way to analyze 11:45 it and then what this thing 11:48 does first I'll unzip the 11:52 file is it runs a container inside your 11:56 browser basically like a little mini 11:58 kind of computer Compu instance and then 12:02 it it's given access to um python 12:05 libraries and it writes its own python 12:07 code and executes it so it unzipped the 12:10 file so now it's like let me take a look 12:12 at the first few rows of the 12:14 CSV the data set appears to contain 12:16 information about real estate listings 12:18 with the following columns status bed 12:20 bath acre 12:28 lot 12:30 so we could do descriptive 12:32 statistics we could do location-based 12:34 analysis we could do correlation 12:36 analysis we could do time analysis we 12:38 could do price distribution we could do 12:40 missing data analysis I'm saying those 12:43 words as if I'm a data analyst I don't 12:45 know anything about data analysis but 12:48 you know what I want to do I want to 12:49 find 12:51 out what is the distribution 12:54 between houses with different numbers of 12:57 bedrooms what is 13:01 the mode 13:02 median and mean of bedrooms in the 13:07 houses in the data 13:09 set and then it'll go off and do it 13:12 perplexity with co-pilot is the same as 13:14 browse with being much B better oh Sam 13:17 Korn you're going to make me get into 13:19 perplexity aren't you every time you 13:21 come on here you talk about perplexity 13:22 and every time you come on here I go I 13:24 got to try perplexity more and then I 13:28 don't such a 13:33 slacker that sounds good though I guess 13:36 I could go look at it here wait 13:40 wait look at this chart look at this 13:43 chart people oh by the way this is a 13:44 chart so see how it made this chart 13:47 that's code interpreter look what it did 13:49 it it brought in Matt plot lib lib it 13:52 brought in this plotting library and did 13:56 some coding to figure out the 13:58 distribution of bedrooms in the data set 14:01 and then it made a chart it made a chart 14:04 people so Johnny's 24 yes this can do 14:08 the [ __ ] you need just ask it oh you 14:11 know what else it can do watch this 14:12 check this 14:16 out can you create me a simple Excel 14:20 spreadsheet that just 14:22 contains the distribution of number of 14:25 bedroom that you use to create that 14:28 chart 14:31 it is now going to generate an Excel 14:35 file that I can download so you can put 14:37 in shitty dirty 14:39 data ask it for the [ __ ] you want tell 14:42 it to clean up the data tell it to just 14:44 keep the data you're interested in get 14:46 rid of all the rest and rewrite that 14:48 into an Excel file look download the 14:50 spreadsheet here starting download did 14:53 it download it did it download it come 14:55 on people did it do it did it do it it 14:57 did 14:58 it so let's go over to 15:01 um yield finder and go to downloads and 15:06 then get our thing and open 15:13 it it's going to be so good it's going 15:16 to be so good can we have it read books 15:18 yes I'll show you that right 15:20 now where is my numbers where's my 15:23 spreadsheet why did it not 15:26 open come 15:28 on is it dead maybe it gave us a dead 15:31 file that would 15:36 [Music] 15:41 suck well it doesn't look like it worked 15:44 but it can do that I have had it work 15:47 I've had it do it with with uh with data 15:50 from work where it was I had crappy data 15:53 and I didn't feel like writing formulas 15:55 or pivot tables to figure that [ __ ] out 15:57 so I just threw it into here 16:00 and and just had to give me a completely 16:02 new 16:05 spreadsheet it's so it's so lazy it's so 16:09 lazy perplexity with co-pilot is the 16:12 same with browse with Bing only 16:16 better I don't want to cuz I I I so suck 16:20 at using perplexity I don't want to do 16:22 it live and just waste everyone's time 16:23 so I'll get to it Sam I promise I'll do 16:26 it for you you and no one else 16:31 Sam was only only one of two people to 16:34 get the um the Irregulars t-shirt that I 16:39 produced cuz he jumped on it quick and 16:41 he ordered it before before Tik Tok told 16:45 me that they they no longer support 16:48 printful even though they let you use 16:50 their stupid uh 16:54 plugin um here's the shirt that Sam has 16:57 where is it 16:59 oh yeah I'm not weird I'm 17:04 irregular Sam's got one of two that's an 17:07 incredibly rare shirt Sam you know that 17:10 the regular shirt is so good you got to 17:12 put it back online it's it's actually I 17:14 think it is online on my printful site I 17:16 just got to add it to my the the tree in 17:19 here all right I will I'll do that I'll 17:21 do that but we'll leave we'll leave this 17:22 Turtle up 17:24 okay 17:26 um let's see we even gotten started we 17:29 jumped right in the deep 17:31 end oh oh wow look at that head I'm a 17:35 knight we are the knights who 17:39 say None Shall Pass None Shall Pass what 17:44 is the average speed of an unladen 17:49 swallow Johnny's 24 did that answer your 17:52 question johny's 24 I think I think 17:54 you're good to go with Advanced Data 17:56 analysis retr punk I'm here packing how 17:59 was the workshop sorry if I missed your 18:01 review already uh I think it was good I 18:04 think it was good we had um we had 11 18:07 people in the workshop I think seven of 18:09 them were voiceover actors which that's 18:11 Rhonda's 18:12 community and 18:15 um there were varying degrees of um 18:19 Emilio's wife was in there tonight um 18:21 sherbear was going to come but couldn't 18:23 so Amelia's wife came in her 18:26 place um and 18:30 amongst the voiceover actors at least 18:33 one no two two or three were super 18:36 excited and like mind blown and the 18:39 other four were very 18:42 quiet I think they were a little Gob 18:44 smacked I mean I don't have great news 18:48 for voiceover actors right I think I 18:50 think that industry is going to be hit 18:52 hard as as these tools you 18:57 know get the ability to to you know do 19:00 what they do well right now right now 19:04 you know the the synthetic voice stuff 19:06 is still shitty but I don't think it's 19:08 going to be that long till it gets 19:10 really 19:11 good Kyle good night good night sir good 19:14 day to you sir good day sir I would like 19:17 to inquire about your qualifications 19:19 what are your qualifications for running 19:21 an AI learning lab hello KY Kyle's money 19:25 python live exactly welcome the chat 19:29 add um let's see here what do we want to 19:33 do do we want to go look at some how 19:36 many folks are in here we got 75 folks 19:38 in here hey 19:39 everybody let's flip over to here hey 19:42 Kyle are you a neotokyo citizen yes I am 19:46 toas I am a I am citizen 19:51 163 in fact where's my 19:54 dude sorry Chad 19:57 add 20:01 uh 20:04 uh Neo 20:13 Tokyo do 20:17 codes if you don't know what neot Toyo 20:20 is um it was it is the super cool web 3 20:25 gaming community and you had to do all 20:29 sorts of crazy 20:33 um how do I get to 20:36 the connect connect I got 20:42 that anyway I'm I'm citizen 163 I've got 20:46 it somewhere in there it was it was it's 20:48 a it was it was a very amazing project 20:52 in the first 6 months and then it sort 20:55 of got a little shaky but it's it's 20:56 actually a really strong cryp crypto 20:58 Gaming Community and so yeah I'm still a 21:01 member of it I got a an S1 Citizen and 21:04 an S2 citizen Mariah what's your opinion 21:07 of hugging face 21:09 um my opinion of hugging face is that 21:14 it they they got their usability 21:17 experience from 21:19 GitHub so it is completely [ __ ] 21:22 unusable in terms of if you actually 21:25 just wanted to go there and find 21:26 something um I mean if you're an 21:29 engineer and a coder it's fine but you 21:32 think GitHub makes sense if you're just 21:34 a human being that you know can 21:37 occasionally code something it's a bit 21:39 of a [ __ ] show but it's really amazing 21:42 in in that you know they host all these 21:45 different models the open source 21:47 Community is going [ __ ] crazy um you 21:50 know they're they're now creating their 21:52 own chat GPT competitor they're they're 21:55 really well funded they're going to 21:56 they're going to end up getting acquired 21:58 by some someone so just heard my first 22:00 AI generated Taylor Swift song it was 22:02 pretty good and sounded just like her so 22:05 Source camp this is this is 22:11 It's oh my God I just like the speed 22:15 with which all this [ __ ] is happening CU 22:17 it's it's one thing to do the weekend 22:19 and Drake who are pretty big but it's 22:21 another thing to do Taylor Swift so my 22:24 question is this if you start seeing fan 22:27 generated music that is as good or 22:31 better than the original artist 22:34 music and it's fan generated but that 22:37 song that they wrote starts getting 22:40 millions of stream streams on 22:42 Spotify and that fan starts making money 22:45 off that does Taylor Swift sue them 22:49 partner with them thank them encourage 22:53 them I don't 22:55 know when was the last time you actually 22:57 used perplexity I'm confused what you 22:59 mean uh what I've what I've my 23:03 experience with perplexity is I go there 23:07 thinking that it's chat 23:09 GPT I type in some [ __ ] expecting a chat 23:12 GPT like answer and I get a not chat GPT 23:16 answer and not a search result so I 23:18 don't quite know what it is I just I'm 23:21 just not using it right I haven't I 23:23 haven't like kind of gred the 23:27 perplexities model cuz it my problem 23:31 is like I start with a problem and I'm 23:33 like what's a tool to solve that I don't 23:35 have a problem right now of needing to 23:37 do research where I where I get 23:39 citations back that that's super clear 23:42 to me so that so that that's all I mean 23:45 by it it's just I haven't used it enough 23:46 to really grock it to be able to do 23:49 stuff like that has Bing always had chat 23:52 compose and insight on the 23:55 top chat's new chat's the new chat gbt 23:58 let me go look at Bing 24:05 here Oh you mean the Bing 24:08 Bar yeah so this this whole this whole 24:10 sidebar is new this whole Bing sidebar 24:14 this is chat gp4 essentially and then 24:17 compose and insights like insights like 24:19 if I if I go to um I'll go to my site 24:23 Story vine so this is my company's 24:26 website look automagic video M tasty I 24:30 like video video is tasty um I can pop 24:34 over to insights on this little sidebar 24:36 Tab and it 24:37 should yeah what is 24:40 storyvine story Vine's a video creation 24:43 and management platform that lets you 24:44 capture authentic stories from your 24:46 customers employees or Advocates it 24:49 guides them through a series of prompted 24:50 questions to produce a professionally 24:53 edited video within minutes how does it 24:55 work uses a video guide that asks 24:58 specific questions one at a time to 25:01 structure the storytelling the video 25:03 clips are updated to the cloud or 25:05 uploaded to the cloud and automatically 25:06 edited with graphics music and 25:08 transitions yay it got it right confused 25:13 so chat GPT data only wait what was that 25:16 someone just pinned that and and pulled 25:18 it 25:25 down confused so chat gbt data only to 25:29 2022 but add-on tools with it are great 25:32 not 25:35 limited not limit the tools 25:38 so okay so here's how this 25:44 works you've got your foundation model 25:47 or what they call the Frontier Model so 25:50 gpt3 3.5 GPT 4 the foundation model 25:55 itself is not chat GPT it's it's just 25:59 the large language model the embedded 26:01 data 26:03 set for for Bard it's called Palm 26:07 2 it's it's soon going to be called 26:10 Gemini and then sitting on top of gp4 26:13 you've got chat GPT and you've also got 26:16 Bing chat right you have these different 26:17 applications that sit on top of it um 26:20 Jasper is one of those copy. is one of 26:23 those so chat GPT is an application 26:25 sitting on top of it 26:29 this base 26:30 layer to do to build those foundational 26:34 models is 26:36 dramatically GPU and data intensive 26:40 right they get massive amounts of data 26:42 massive amounts of gpus over the course 26:44 of months or potentially years I don't 26:46 know how long it takes a long time of 26:49 processors just burning the midnight oil 26:52 they're embedding all of these documents 26:54 into this you know large language model 26:59 that has to stop at some point because 27:01 it it takes so much time to do it so uh 27:05 September 2022 is when the cutoff date 27:07 was for GPT 4 or at least GPT 3.5 4 27:11 might have been later GPT 5 will 27:14 probably be sometime in 2023 but in 2026 27:17 we'll be like hey why is it only up to 27:18 2023 thank you very much digital Gods so 27:23 that's why it says it's got that limit 27:25 now the thing they just added back to to 27:28 cat GPT is browse with Bing or if you 27:31 use something like Bard or Pi that is 27:33 connected to the internet it can or 27:36 Bing you search for something and 27:39 basically it's its little internal 27:41 algorithm says if if what the person's 27:44 asking for is more recent than September 27:47 2022 do a search on the internet for the 27:50 for the most up-to-date information and 27:53 then add that to the prompt and then 27:55 give that to the large language model to 27:56 then answer the question 27:58 so that's how it that's how it Bridges 28:01 its oldness with the new 28:03 data so Bing when you go to Bing here 28:08 look you can actually kind of watch it 28:11 happening with Bing it's kind of cool 28:13 actually 28:14 actually actually let me tell you 28:22 [Music] 28:25 something all right here we are at Big 28:28 and I'm going to go to 28:30 chat so this is now 28:34 effectively well no this is exactly this 28:37 is Microsoft's version of chat 28:39 GPT and one cool thing that they give 28:42 you here is this more creative more 28:44 balanced more precise 28:46 modes and if you've done any playing 28:50 around on the playground for open AI 28:53 there's a thing called temperature this 28:54 is basically Microsoft revealing that 28:56 temperature thing in three easy 29:00 buttons um but if I 29:03 say 29:10 um I'm wondering if there's any good 29:13 live music 29:14 tonight in Denver period I like singer 29:20 songwriter and Americana 29:26 music come on 29:31 [Music] 29:33 [Applause] 29:34 searching for live music tonight in 29:36 Denver singer 29:38 songwriter so that searching for that's 29:41 a that's a Bing search 29:44 right and then it says yeah there's some 29:46 good options so basically what it does 29:47 is it takes that it parses it figures 29:50 out what in this might need to go to the 29:53 search engine does the search engine 29:55 search and then it sends the results of 29:57 the search engine search back to the 30:00 large language model to actually write 30:02 you know in prosy kind of stuff 30:05 here right so it's pulling some data and 30:08 like this is where it got the this is 30:11 where it got the 30:13 uh the data 30:15 from pretty slick right ain't that cool 30:19 ain't that cool all right everyone um so 30:23 so welcome I know I know there's a bunch 30:24 of people in here my name's Kyle Shannon 30:26 this is the AI learning lab we go we go 30:28 live nightly here we just do it we just 30:31 we just get on the Tik Tock and it's 30:33 like the elderly leading the elderly so 30:36 you know if you're under 24 welcome 30:39 welcome we we actually don't suck as bad 30:41 as you think we do we're not Boomers 30:42 we're gen xers we're bitter we're pissed 30:45 off and we're a lot of fun quite frankly 30:47 cuz everyone's ignored us for so long we 30:49 just want a party man um and and so we 30:53 get down I got fired I got fired it's a 30:58 j 30:59 VT you can make money with 31:02 JT good thing you can make money with it 31:04 since you got fired from 31:09 it um so here's what we're going to do 31:12 if you are new 31:14 here if you're new to AI if you were 31:18 scrolling through Tik Tok and you're 31:19 like my God Alec Baldwin's got fat is 31:21 that Rosie 31:25 odonnell Tom Arnold really 31:28 why does he know about AI this is very 31:31 strange anyway J X are already elderly 31:34 oh I just I just say that cuz the 31:37 youngsters sometimes come in here and 31:38 make fun of my nose hairs and make fun 31:40 of me for being old and isn't it cute 31:43 that that that was a line I got from one 31:44 of my trolls that said isn't it cute how 31:47 the elderly are teaching each other how 31:49 to use computers I thought it was 31:51 actually a pretty good 31:52 [Laughter] 31:56 troll oh do Dr Dr orl loser o o15 I 32:03 tried pi. aai absolutely useless so 32:07 absolutely agree it depends on what you 32:09 were using it for Dr or 32:12 105 um or D Dior 105 32:16 um if you try to use pi as like chat GPT 32:21 or barred where you're trying to 32:22 actually get an answer it's completely 32:24 [ __ ] useless but where piie is 32:27 interesting is download the iOS app and 32:30 put it into voice mode so you download 32:33 the PI app there's a little green phone 32:35 thing put it into voice mode and just 32:37 start talking to it like put it on your 32:39 Bluetooth on your car and just start 32:41 driving around talking to chat GPT it's 32:44 a completely different 32:45 experience um yeah so I agree piie as a 32:51 useful business tool is essentially 32:54 garbage now it's not going to be garbage 32:56 for long 32:58 cuz the the the thing about Pi um the 33:01 company behind it is called inflection 33:02 they just raised $ 1.3 billion dollar so 33:05 they're going to be doing some [ __ ] okay 33:07 so here's what we're going to do dabs 33:10 like an oh dabs like an out of touch gen 33:13 xer 33:15 nice um I am an out of touch gen xer 33:19 thank you very much I appreciate that um 33:22 oh how do you spell that P IE no Pi so 33:25 if you go to the Apple App Store search 33:27 for pi and then personal 33:30 assistant and it's got a green the icon 33:33 looks like a green vertical 33:35 bar 33:37 and um the company is inflection so make 33:40 sure that the company that you're 33:41 downloading the app from is inflection 33:44 and then put it into voice mode when you 33:45 download it and just start talking to it 33:47 it's a trip okay so I'm going to give 33:50 you Apple ew I went on a l long I went 33:56 on a long car drive with with pi and Pi 33:58 was great great company exactly Omar 34:01 Omar 34:02 knows i' listen I've tried to use P 34:05 before to do work it is unusable but to 34:09 have a chat with it's actually really 34:13 good okay 34:16 um what what we going to do here if 34:19 you're brand new to this AI stuff if if 34:23 you just stumbled into the channel and 34:25 you think we're all cute and all that 34:26 that's fine 34:29 but go there right now chat. open.com 34:33 that's the official chat GPT website and 34:35 if you're like I don't want to go to 34:37 that feels like work I'm not a 34:38 technologist I'm not good with computers 34:40 I heard they're evil the robots are 34:41 going to kill us if you if any of that 34:43 is in your dialogue just you can when 34:47 you leave this channel you can keep 34:48 saying that while you're in here just go 34:50 there right now go to chat. open.com ask 34:53 it to write you a poem ask it to write 34:55 you a country song ask it to write to 34:56 you a computer Compu program and some 34:58 computer language you used to 35:00 know um have it write you a project plan 35:03 have it write you a meal plan for the 35:05 family for a week only using Pome meat 35:07 it'll do 35:08 it and just start playing with it and 35:11 then and then uh yeah so so that that's 35:15 that's that's your homework if you're 35:16 going to if you're going to stay here if 35:17 you're going to hang out you we got work 35:19 to do here we're not just [ __ ] around 35:23 this is not just this is not just like 35:25 lies happy gol lucky AI Corner no no 35:28 this is the learning lab we're in here 35:29 to learn n that's not true that's that's 35:32 actually a really bad idea cuz nobody 35:34 wants to learn we're in here to have fun 35:36 this is the AI playing lab so go 35:40 play okay you you'll learn along the way 35:44 um Bard Claude and Bing these four are 35:47 what I call the adult table these are 35:49 the big four um Bard does not presently 35:53 deserve the number two spot but I'm 35:57 giving it the number two spot in 35:59 anticipation of Gemini which is the new 36:02 model coming out sitting underneath it 36:04 that's supposed to 36:06 be five times better than GPT 4 which 36:10 you know I got a bridge to sell you in 36:12 Brooklyn if you believe that but if it's 36:15 as good as gp4 holy [ __ ] that would be 36:18 amazing if we had two cuz claude's 36:20 pretty close and Claude can do big 36:23 documents oh someone asked before about 36:25 um Can it read a no 36:28 Claude so so the reason claude's number 36:30 three here Claude really deserves a 36:32 number two spot right 36:34 now Claude has got what they call a 36:37 100,000 token context window but Kyle 36:41 what does that 36:42 mean I'll tell 36:44 [Laughter] 36:48 you 75,000 words give or take is what 36:53 you can put into claud's prompt thingy 36:57 prompt window or you can upload 36:59 documents to it so you could take the 37:01 Great Gatsby which is a 50,000-word 37:04 novel paste it into Claud or upload the 37:06 PDF into Claud and start interacting 37:09 with it have it write an additional 37:11 chapter have it write an epilogue a 37:14 prologue have it right a 37:17 screenplay turn this turn this into an 37:20 outline of a screenplay and then just 37:22 start working on the screenplay um 37:26 claud's pretty amazing 37:27 so so that's that Bing that's 37:29 Microsoft's entry into this 37:32 world it is just this side of useless 37:35 because the safety guard rails on it are 37:37 just over the top but it's connected to 37:39 the internet it's free it's 37:42 gp4 it can read images it can make 37:45 images using Dolly 37:47 3 37:49 um and if you work for a big Corporation 37:53 most corporations that have any kind of 37:56 Microsoft products are going to turn it 37:57 on if it's not already on so it's it's 38:00 usable in business so um it makes me 38:04 cranky cuz it's safety guard rails are 38:05 so big now the kids table the next three 38:09 that are worth playing with perplexity 38:12 doai if you listen to Sam Korn you got 38:14 to you got to play with it more than I 38:16 talk about it like it it might even 38:18 deserve a spot somewhere higher in this 38:20 list but I'm lazy and haven't played 38:22 with it um but if you go to labs. 38:25 perplexity doai that's meta's llama 2 38:28 and code llama models that you can play 38:31 with for free Pi is the one I just 38:33 talked about get the IOS app and talk to 38:35 it and then PO let you play with 38:38 multiple models oh Winston's here with 38:41 my little llama I loves me a llama L you 38:45 know what I like about llamas so much 38:47 they're tasty 38:49 llama 38:54 um he's so strange he's so strange he he 38:59 seemed normal he seemed like he was a 39:01 helpful fell like a like a like a a 39:03 nicer older man and then he just got 39:07 strain I don't know what happened you 39:10 know what I think well he was drinking 39:11 coffee late at night I think he might 39:13 have some issues it's very possible he's 39:16 got issues 39:18 anyway all 39:21 right the if you want to make pictures 39:24 if you want to make pretty 39:25 pictures this this list has gotten all 39:29 [ __ ] up all kinds of [ __ ] up now mid 39:31 Journey used to be the best Baron just 39:34 it was the best and stable diffusion was 39:36 trying to catch up and it's got a big 39:37 developer community and all that sort of 39:39 happy horeshit and then ideogram came 39:42 along and allowed us to make images with 39:46 words in them like these these are all 39:49 ideogram and we're like oh wow that's 39:51 really nice ideogram and 39:54 then all open AI says by the way I don't 39:58 know why I open your eyes drunk but I 40:01 open your eyes a little drunk Open the 40:03 Eyes said hey by the way we got Dolly 3 40:05 now you want to go play with it it's 40:06 really cool and so Bing made Dolly 3 40:09 available and Dolly 3 like um ideogram 40:14 can do letters but hang on let me find 40:18 my 40:19 first uh uh uh these are all 40:22 ideogram and then we got that's mid 40:25 Journey this is Dolly 3 so Dolly 3 can 40:31 now do letters as well Dolly 3 Dolly 3 40:35 Dolly 3 Dolly 3 Dolly 3 I don't know 40:38 what that one was Dolly 3 Dolly 3 so 40:43 it's doing and oh 40:45 this these These are so cool so so I 40:50 I'll show you this so these images 40:54 empathy inclusion 40:57 collaboration exploration generosity 41:00 curiosity these are the values of the AI 41:03 salon so I'll talk about the a AI Salon 41:05 in a second but how I got these was I 41:08 went into chat GPT I pasted in our 41:12 values document and I said hey these are 41:14 values of my organization I want you to 41:17 make images to bring the values to life 41:19 and this is what dolly3 did within with 41:23 within a conversation in chat GPT it's 41:26 abs absolutely 41:27 amazing um so so anyway so that's that 41:31 so that's Dolly 3 um you can play with 41:34 it right now at bing.com create um it 41:37 looks like they're starting to roll it 41:38 out in gp4 I got access to it a week or 41:41 so ago no 3 days ago um and I heard 41:45 someone tonight somewhere say they just 41:47 got it as well so it looks like it's 41:48 starting to roll out um Mid journey is 41:52 really good but you got to do it in 41:53 Discord ideogram is the one I showed you 41:56 that I I think is going to drift quickly 41:58 into the distance unless they get their 42:00 [ __ ] together and make better images FYI 42:03 you need 42:04 12 144 megabyte floppy discs for the for 42:07 the what best for artists for 42:11 reference oh 42:14 um I don't quite know what you mean for 42:17 reference you mean like to learn about 42:19 what artists are in there cuz there's 42:23 there's Mary Mary I'm not quite sure 42:27 Mary Mary Quite Contrary how does your 42:29 garden grow uh sorry add moment 42:33 uh sometimes sometimes I have a moment 42:37 of Lucidity where I can watch myself 42:39 from the outside and just hear how 42:40 [ __ ] insane I 42:42 am that was one of those moments for 42:46 manipulation 42:47 um I got to say right now the dolly 3 um 42:53 Dolly 3 has got my heart right now for 42:56 for a couple reasons it can do words 42:59 really 43:00 well um and it does prompt coherence 43:05 which basically what that means is if 43:07 you put five objects in a mid-journey 43:09 prompt it will sometimes do like the 43:12 first two and just ignore the rest or or 43:15 sometimes it will like combine two of 43:17 them 43:18 together um Dolly 3 if you put five 43:21 objects in there it generates five five 43:24 objects like it's it's really good at 43:25 prompt coherence now it's 43:28 not great at image generation it's not 43:31 bad like the the the stuff I showed like 43:33 these are not bad right they're pretty 43:35 good but they're not mid Journey they're 43:39 not mid Journey quality they're more 43:41 like stable diffusion 1.4 1.5 kind of 43:44 quality 43:47 um so I would start that and then the 43:50 other one I mean if you if you just want 43:52 art if you just want like kickass art 43:57 you need 12 that's really funny you need 44:00 12 1.44 megabyte floppy discs for the 44:02 great gasby that's 44:05 hilarious and now you can just copy and 44:08 paste that [ __ ] into a prompt window and 44:12 ask it you 44:13 know actually you know what would be a 44:15 fascinating oh I shouldn't even say this 44:17 out loud cuz some of you [ __ ] 44:20 are going to go out and do it you're 44:21 going to be like this you can make money 44:23 with at time you take a book like the 44:25 great great Gatsby a novel like The 44:27 Great Gatsby and you basically just have 44:30 Claude or one of those things just keep 44:32 the exact same story structure and the 44:35 same character relationships and just 44:37 you know change it out in a different 44:39 era with different characters change up 44:41 the dialogue but basically just just 44:44 take all the all the famous books swap 44:46 them out throw them into different 44:47 genres that's actually you know what 44:49 that's actually not a bad idea like like 44:52 a whole self-published series of books 44:54 that are just you you could call it like 44:57 you know Twisted Classics or something 44:59 like that you know combine Star Wars 45:02 with the Great Gatsby 45:04 combine then you make them as children's 45:06 books graphic novels and novels there 45:09 you go billion dooll idea you could make 45:11 money with you're welcome you weirdos 45:15 okay what else we got here we've got I 45:19 can't see my mouse anymore oh I've got a 45:21 I got a mouse hang on let me brighten 45:22 this up a little bit so I can see my 45:25 cursor why do they call it a c oh what 45:27 was that I just missed that that was 45:29 beautiful I think damn it I just saw I'm 45:33 like am I stroking out cuz I saw like 45:36 movement in the corner of my eye and 45:38 then I looked down and I just saw the 45:39 thing flailing away um but thank you for 45:43 that um okay moving pictures if you want 45:46 to make video Runway ml that's your 45:48 that's your app um if you want to do 45:52 translations this shit's this shit's 45:54 remarkable here I'll show you cool here 45:56 I'll show you a slide from my um from 46:00 the workshop I did 46:02 tonight that's got some cool stuff in 46:15 it isn't that a cool image that was from 46:17 Dolly 3 that's a dolly 3 46:20 [Laughter] 46:25 image 46:26 where oh there it 46:29 is all right so so this thing I did was 46:31 with a bunch of VoiceOver actors today 46:34 um there a voice it's a a acting 46:37 Community voice acting community so we 46:44 did let me resize this Let Me Entertain 46:50 You All right so I wanted to show kind 46:53 of progression of what's going on with 46:56 voiceover 46:57 stuff 47:05 um And So It Begins there was a time 47:09 until very recently where you had to 47:11 live life to experience it that time has 47:14 passed I now lead a life beyond 47:17 explanation I am immersed in a 47:19 Dreamscape so Grand it defies all 47:23 logic these images are the art facts of 47:27 my existence welcome to my life Welcome 47:31 to my 47:34 dream so that was just me doing a voice 47:37 over in a Tik Tok Channel with just sort 47:39 of a you know motion graphic um meat 47:41 magnet AI for photography mid Journey's 47:44 really good at it some of the stable 47:46 diffusion stuff is good so check out 47:50 Leonardo and then the dolly 3 stuff's 47:53 probably good the problem with Dolly 3 47:55 in bing right now is that if you 47:57 actually put that photographer's 48:00 name um Anton Corbin if you actually put 48:05 that photographer's name in bing it'll 48:07 probably boot it and say we can't you 48:09 know make something based on someone's 48:11 name if you can describe the 48:12 photographic style it'll probably do it 48:14 as well um but when Dolly 3 is rolled 48:19 into chat 48:20 gp4 that'll probably be another place 48:23 that you can do it um cool Kyle have you 48:26 ever done radio um I have I have a 48:28 degree in acting so I've done I've done 48:30 film I've done a little bit of TV I did 48:33 a lot of stage stuff I don't think I've 48:35 ever done radio other than you know be 48:37 on radio shows and podcasts but um but 48:40 thank you um yeah so that so that thing 48:43 I just did was just me doing a voiceover 48:46 then I did the same voiceover when I 48:48 discovered 48:49 did and I and I wanted to animate the 48:52 face and so here's same voice over but 48:55 animated 48:57 And So It Begins there was a time until 49:01 very recently where you had to live life 49:03 to experience it that time has passed 49:06 right I now lead a life beyond 49:09 explanation so that's that so then what 49:12 I wanted to show them was okay you know 49:14 if you just do the voice over recording 49:16 you can do some cool [ __ ] with it like 49:18 where's the state-ofthe-art with voice 49:20 synthesis so 49:21 here's a a model from 11 Labs based on 49:25 my voice 49:26 doing the same script And So It Begins 49:29 there was a time until very recently 49:32 where you had to live life to experience 49:35 it that time has passed I now lead a 49:38 life beyond explanation I am immersed in 49:41 the Dreamscape so Grand it defies all 49:44 logic these images are the artifacts of 49:47 my existence welcome to my life Welcome 49:51 to my dream so that's fine you know it's 49:55 not great 49:56 it sort of sounds like me but not really 49:59 so then a month ago um hey Jen comes out 50:03 with this video translation thing so 50:05 here's me speaking English and Italian 50:08 and then I'll show me speaking Chinese 50:11 so we've heard from a number of clients 50:13 that modular content is important to 50:14 them getting more efficient with how we 50:16 create content and how we leverage 50:24 content 50:26 uh behind me you see these little green 50:28 boxes um that's how we think about 50:30 stories at Story vine we break stories 50:32 down into little atoms right little 50:43 modules so you can't really see it here 50:46 but it's reined my lips to say the 50:49 actual words it's translated the 50:51 language synthesized my voice overlaid 50:55 that synthesiz voice on top of my 50:58 modulation right as I'm talking it's 51:00 talking when I talk so if I say um it 51:03 says 51:04 um um and then here's me speaking 51:08 Chinese right I know Johnny's 24 honey 51:11 right it's it's 51:24 astounding 51:34 all right so that's me um 51:36 speaking um what is it Chinese 51:40 Mandarin um let me see if you can see I 51:43 don't know if you can see it see see how 51:45 my hand is is up like this I've got my 51:48 index finger out but you're like where's 51:49 your index finger it's actually 51:51 underneath the bottom half of my head so 51:54 my hand is inside my head right right 51:56 there what they're doing is they're 51:57 actually taking this part of my mouth 52:01 resyncing the lips and then overlaying 52:04 that back on top of the video so 52:05 whenever my hands go over my face my 52:07 mouth is in front of it which is a 52:09 really subtle little thing most people 52:11 don't notice it at all and I it wasn't 52:13 until like the 10th time I watched one 52:15 of these videos where I was like what is 52:17 that weird flashing that I'm seeing and 52:19 that's that's what it is but it's 52:21 remarkably good and then um one of the 52:24 uh Irregulars here did this for 52:27 me here's Kyle talking Mandarin using Ai 52:31 and what he wanted to know is what does 52:32 a native speaker think let's find 52:38 out that was Kyle yeah manding is really 52:43 good it's talking about AI some story 52:45 something yeah yeah okay well it was AI 52:49 yeah it was AI it was AI it was AI yeah 52:51 it wasn't him oh he's AI yes yeah 52:54 interesting isn't it yeah see Kyle he 52:57 didn't even 52:58 realize so so he thought he thought that 53:03 white boy had some pretty good some 53:05 pretty good Mandarin game going um you 53:07 ever watch that there's a there's a a 53:09 dude that goes into Chinatown all the 53:11 time he's a white guy and he goes into 53:13 the the you know Chinese restaurants in 53:15 Chinatown and just breaks into like 53:18 fluent Mandarin people like 53:21 huh um anyway yeah that that that sort 53:25 of stuff going on the tools the tools 53:27 that were used there Tik Tok obviously 53:29 11 Labs did The Voice the Standalone 53:32 voice synthesis did did the the voice 53:36 you know the the animated mouth um labs. 53:40 gen.com 53:41 SLV video translate is that vide 53:44 translate thing it's not cheap by normal 53:48 standards but for what it does I think 53:51 it's like two bucks a minute it's it's 53:53 60 bucks for 30 credits and then it it 53:56 looks like they're they're basically 53:58 charging you a credit per 54:00 minute um you can do videos up to 5 54:02 minutes long but considering the 54:05 alternative and and it's it's funny 54:07 someone even pointed out to me today 54:09 that Google's going to include um audio 54:12 translations on YouTube videos but the 54:15 demo that they showed doesn't um resync 54:18 the lips does Kyle ever 54:21 sleep I 54:23 do but I don't have a lot of 54:26 downtime I take my downtime on the 54:28 weekends and do things like Drive to 54:30 Costco cuz I know how to 54:33 [Laughter] 54:36 live yeah I did that Workshop tonight 54:39 it's it's been a pretty intense night 54:41 but it's fun I dig this stuff I'm here 54:44 I'm here cuz I want to be here not cuz 54:46 y'all are making me be here wait wait a 54:49 minute are you making me be here you 54:51 people are 54:53 weird um 54:56 [Music] 55:00 empathy practice 55:02 it see that person next to you they're 55:05 having a shitty day 55:07 too their life's been hard Mama didn't 55:10 love them 55:13 [Laughter] 55:19 either I like being weird I like being 55:24 weird 55:27 which irregular is 55:32 that why is Costco so relaxing on the 55:35 weekends with even with the parking it 55:37 is there's something about it I guess 55:40 you know what you know what part of it 55:41 is about Costco is even though it's 55:44 total [ __ ] chaos every 55:46 time the aisles are wide enough right so 55:50 so it's like even though there's like 16 55:53 people within you know within coid 55:56 distance of 55:57 you you can at least turn your card 56:00 around and go I don't know there's 56:02 something about 56:04 it um anyway the way this works in here 56:08 did I finish I don't think I even 56:10 finished God damn it it chat 56:13 add um hang 56:16 on so I was talking about this other 56:18 [ __ ] 56:19 okay video if you want to do video 56:21 Runway ml's really good um labs. haen 56:25 that's that video translation I just did 56:28 um blockade Labs so Skybox blad labs.com 56:33 is it blade labs.com or IO hang on I all 56:37 these uh Stupid URLs make me crazy 56:43 Skybox 56:46 Skybox yeah blockade labs.com so since 56:50 I'm here what this does is it's it's a 56:54 text to 3D 56:56 um world 56:58 generator so here's their default 57:01 world and then you can just type 57:07 in 57:10 dystopian 57:11 petroleum 57:14 desert full of rusted out broken cars 57:18 and dilapidated 57:22 [Music] 57:24 roads 57:26 is it going yeah it's going 57:29 okay Tik Tock is janky as hell right now 57:32 Tik tok's a [ __ ] 57:40 miss falling for you that's what that's 57:44 what one of the little Tik Tock banners 57:45 says falling for you with little 57:48 cornicopia so look here's our dystopian 57:51 oh that's cool oh look at that that's 57:53 actually really cool oh it's like a 57:56 Stonehenge it's like car henge that's 57:58 really 58:00 cool wow that's 58:04 neat look at those rusted out cars man 58:07 dilapidated Road that's just what I 58:11 wanted so the the the thing about Skybox 58:14 Labs is um this is not actually a 3D 58:18 world it's just a 2d like stable 58:20 diffusion image that's generated in such 58:23 a way so that they can map it onto a 58:25 sphere um so we're inside a sphere and 58:28 this is an image mapped inside that 58:30 sphere but it's still cool and what 58:32 people are doing is they're taking these 58:34 files into um uh Unreal Engine and 58:38 they're like putting objects in them 58:39 like they they'll put in a real car and 58:41 and then you can actually kind of motor 58:43 around inside the inside the space but 58:46 anyway that's kind of 58:49 cool and then and then what else we got 58:52 what else we got oh Studio D- ID that's 58:55 the one that will sync you can take a 58:57 static image of a face use a synthesized 59:00 Voice or your own recording and it'll 59:02 talk to 59:04 it and then the last thing that I'll 59:06 share with you which is which is you 59:08 know all I do here is give you what do 59:12 they call it in the nft the nft Bros I'm 59:14 going to give you some Alpha you're 59:15 getting some hot alpha 59:19 tonight I learned that from my neotokyo 59:22 bros we're going to give you some hot 59:24 alpha um the top two things um there's 59:27 an AI for that and futurepedia 59:30 doio um I want I want to know where you 59:33 have the time to do all this I don't 59:35 have the time to do this I make the time 59:36 to do this Jerry G hey Kyle are there 59:39 any AI programs you like for writing a 59:42 resume chat gp4 all day 59:45 long um you don't you don't need to use 59:48 any of the specialized tools for 59:50 anything like if you want to find 59:51 specialized tools Jerry you can go to 59:54 futurepedia .io and and just look up 59:56 rume I guarantee you there there are 10 1:00:00 services that are that specialize in 1:00:02 resumés and they might like autof format 1:00:04 it for you and do the thing but 1:00:07 basically what you're trying to get to 1:00:08 is the writing of the resume right like 1:00:11 like you know manipulate it for 1:00:13 different 1:00:14 opportunities 1:00:16 um I think it's worth your effort to 1:00:20 learn how to do it yourself in chat GPT 1:00:23 just pop in a job description 1:00:25 or you know an area you want to work pop 1:00:28 in your existing resume or just 1:00:30 literally copy and paste your LinkedIn 1:00:33 profile and then say can you turn this 1:00:36 into a resume optimized for that job or 1:00:38 that career and then write me a generic 1:00:41 cover letter for it and then pop in even 1:00:44 a 1:00:46 uh um a specific job description and say 1:00:50 write me a personalized cover letter for 1:00:52 that person for that job using my resum 1:00:55 a as Source material um that's what I 1:00:58 would 1:00:59 do um but go to futurepedia so anyway 1:01:02 these top two things are directories of 1:01:04 AI apps and then the bottom three are 1:01:07 people that I think you should spend 1:01:09 your time uh listening to Ethan mollik 1:01:13 Wharton business professor one useful 1:01:16 thing. org is his blog every [ __ ] 1:01:19 thing that he writes is brilliant David 1:01:21 Shapiro has written five books on AGI 1:01:24 his YouTube channel is4 ir. david. 1:01:28 Shapiro the 4ir stands for fourth 1:01:30 Industrial Revolution the guy is a 1:01:33 [ __ ] machine brilliant he's he's 1:01:37 definitely a cyborg he's like he's just 1:01:40 he's just in a different level but if if 1:01:42 you're technical at all he's got open- 1:01:45 Source projects for this cognitive 1:01:46 cognitive 1:01:48 architecture um that he's working on 1:01:50 right now just brilliant dude and then 1:01:52 Paul rer marketing AI Institute worth 1:01:55 paying attention to um this is the the 1:01:59 um Workshop that I kicked off 1:02:01 tonight um and that went really well the 1:02:04 AI Launchpad if you're interested in it 1:02:06 ronda's voice we've got two more we've 1:02:08 got one next Wednesday and one the 1:02:09 following 1:02:10 Wednesday 1:02:12 um what was the last one with the still 1:02:15 picture and voice 1:02:17 over what was the last one with the 1:02:19 still picture and voice over that was 1:02:22 just in Tik 1:02:23 Tok I just did that and Tik 1:02:26 Tok um and then the other thing that 1:02:29 might you might be interested in is um 1:02:33 the AI 1:02:35 Salon that is um a community I started 1:02:39 last December because I thought holy 1:02:42 [ __ ] everything's different nobody knows 1:02:44 anything let's get some people together 1:02:46 if you if if you feel like you're the 1:02:48 only weirdo that's into this AI stuff 1:02:51 and everyone else thinks you're a 1:02:53 crackhead um that that's all we're all 1:02:56 there the not the ones that think we're 1:02:58 crackheads all the crackheads are 1:03:01 there and then story vine.com that's my 1:03:04 company I'm the founder and CEO of that 1:03:06 company all right so that's all that 1:03:10 stuff let's let's get some let's get 1:03:12 some what was that last one with the Ste 1:03:14 picture on it with voiceover I think you 1:03:16 mean this one hang on you 1:03:23 mean 1:03:24 [Music] 1:03:27 hang on where's my mouse where is my 1:03:30 mouse come on Apple what you do with my 1:03:35 mouse there it 1:03:40 is why oh cuz I'm not 1:03:46 live you mean this 1:03:50 one And So It Begins there was a time 1:03:54 until very recently where you had to 1:03:56 live life to experience it that was just 1:03:59 in Tik Tock so I just used one of the 1:04:01 motion filters in tiktok recorded the 1:04:04 voice and then um just picked some 1:04:07 soundtrack that sounded 1:04:10 creepy you know like all good movies are 1:04:16 made I'm a human acting as a bot I'm a 1:04:19 bot acting as a human hello I'm gp5 1:04:23 pleased to meet you welcome welcome to 1:04:26 Fantasy 1:04:27 Island boss zipl 1:04:31 [Laughter] 1:04:35 zip anyway what we do here is if you 1:04:38 have any questions about AI pop them in 1:04:40 the comments I obviously have been 1:04:42 answering a lot of them but that's kind 1:04:44 of the deal 1:04:45 here and whatever you 1:04:48 can you you can put silly hats on me and 1:04:53 I dance dance like a monkey and make 1:04:55 stupid voices whenever I get a hat 1:04:58 sometimes they confuse me though and I 1:04:59 don't know what to say so it's not 1:05:01 always good it's a lot of times not good 1:05:03 it's a lot of times 1:05:06 bad 1:05:08 um I'm a buffalo hiding in a tree y so 1:05:12 weird all right I'm going to go grab 1:05:13 some questions from the 1:05:16 comments oh Sher banks give me the most 1:05:19 phallic of all of the howdy partner 1:05:22 life's tough tough when you're stupid 1:05:26 what's what what's the hair got going 1:05:28 the hair look that side is kind of like 1:05:31 like well no there's 1:05:33 no there is like that's 1:05:37 just that's like time for the hair 1:05:40 growth appointment hair growth geek are 1:05:41 you in here I think we got to do 1:05:43 something about this this is this 1:05:46 is kid this side it doesn't look too bad 1:05:49 although I don't 1:05:50 know what we do here at the AI learning 1:05:53 lab is spend way too much time talking 1:05:55 about my hair and no one's really ever 1:05:57 asked about it it's really just me 1:05:59 that's apparently obsessed with it I 1:06:01 meant the one you mentioned in the last 1:06:04 list oh that's D- ID hang 1:06:09 [Music] 1:06:17 on D- ID studio-d doid that's the one 1:06:23 that um 1:06:25 [Laughter] 1:06:31 here let me show you D 1:06:34 Dash i d d 1:06:40 Das dirt dir he's a little bit of a derp 1:06:43 isn't he he's a derp where's how do you 1:06:47 log into this God forsaken 1:06:51 sight 1:06:52 Marge how do you turn it Tik tock 1:06:55 on is it is this Tik tock 1:06:58 on I don't know how it works how's this 1:07:02 Tik Tok 1:07:11 work so see all these things these are 1:07:14 all just pictures 1:07:15 pictures and then you put either a syn 1:07:19 their synthesized Voice or you can 1:07:21 upload your recorded Voice or whatever 1:07:23 your music track ever and then it will 1:07:25 do this in a world where the line 1:07:28 between machine and man has blood I 1:07:30 stand a fusion of both an androgynous 1:07:34 cyborg I remember the last day I saw the 1:07:37 sun its golden Rays dancing upon my 1:07:39 metallic skin warming the human parts of 1:07:42 me that day the sky was painted with 1:07:45 Hues of orange and pink a masterpiece 1:07:48 that no technology could 1:07:50 replicate as I gazed upwards I felt a 1:07:53 connection ATT te to the world that 1:07:55 bured me and the humanity that still 1:07:58 pulsed within my 1:08:01 circuits so that's did pretty slick um 1:08:05 none of these things that do synthesized 1:08:07 Voice or video are very cheap right now 1:08:10 they're all they're all pretty pricey 1:08:11 like like when I see when I see that 1:08:14 where my head immediately goes is you 1:08:16 could do a fully automated content 1:08:18 creation strategy the problem is if you 1:08:22 did that at any kind of scale it would 1:08:24 cost you a 1:08:25 fortune I just got here held hostage by 1:08:27 entities which have I I have a high DNA 1:08:30 connection I was just looking my hair is 1:08:33 parted in a particular way that this 1:08:34 looks particularly deep today so I'm 1:08:37 like I think I got to we got to get 1:08:40 something we got to get some spray hair 1:08:41 to put on 1:08:44 here um yeah so so those things are 1:08:48 pretty slick but that's the deal um 1:08:49 someone just asked a question I care 1:08:51 deeply about your follicles thank you 1:08:53 very much 1:08:55 you know listen I'm I'm happy I still 1:08:56 got follicles but you know it's it's you 1:08:59 know shit's 1:09:04 happening 1:09:06 um where's my mouse where's my 1:09:09 cursor stop 1:09:11 cursing it's so techy it's so techy why 1:09:15 does he curse all the time it's very 1:09:17 techy he shouldn't curse I came in there 1:09:20 and he seemed like this sweet old man 1:09:22 and he was like he was like really nice 1:09:25 and he was like he's talking about Ai 1:09:27 and it was really good and like he knew 1:09:29 all this stuff and then he started 1:09:31 cursing and I'm like oh my God oh my God 1:09:34 old man what next you going to make a 1:09:36 joke about little people oh my God he 1:09:39 was like so Gen X it was so anyway what 1:09:44 oh I watched him for like three 1:09:46 hours all 1:09:51 right hot alpha what the hell 1:09:57 yeah dragonfly Alchemy we give the hot 1:09:59 alpha in here get AI Lear learning lab 1:10:02 tattoo there just enough space it's 1:10:06 pretty good 1:10:08 oh man 1:10:11 alive yeah we got to get I got to get a 1:10:13 merch store going we got we got enough 1:10:16 inside jokes I have a list somewhere of 1:10:18 like funny t-shirt sayings and [ __ ] like 1:10:20 that we could have some fun with 1:10:22 it just in my copious spare time between 1:10:26 running my co company and the 20 hours a 1:10:29 week I spend it's oh it's more than 20 1:10:31 hours a 1:10:33 week I Pro no it's probably 1:10:36 20 it's probably 20 so I work 40 I work 1:10:41 40 to 50 I put 20 to 25 in 1:10:46 here you know I give my wife an hour or 1:10:49 two a 1:10:50 [Laughter] 1:10:53 week 1:10:54 she's like I miss 1:10:57 you I 1:11:00 know the public needs to know about AI 1:11:03 honey you know it's important I 1:11:09 [Laughter] 1:11:13 know most specialized Bots are chat GPT 1:11:16 that have special instructions preloaded 1:11:18 Joker is correct in that statement a lot 1:11:22 of the apps right now are just 1:11:24 [ __ ] sitting on top of chat GPT that you 1:11:27 could probably go make yourself and 1:11:29 quite frankly you should you should 1:11:32 start experimenting with this [ __ ] you 1:11:33 should get curious you should get 1:11:35 adventurous you should start 1:11:37 exploring see this image 1:11:42 curiosity that's one of the values of 1:11:44 the AI Salon what are our values 1:11:46 curiosity oh not that one generosity 1:11:50 like if you learn [ __ ] share [ __ ] that's 1:11:53 one of the things that I'm most excited 1:11:54 about about the live in here is that the 1:11:57 Irregulars the people that come in here 1:11:58 a lot just kind of instinctively and 1:12:02 naturally started helping each each 1:12:04 other out and helping when new people 1:12:05 would come in here they' tell them and 1:12:08 then that's led to as people come in 1:12:10 rather than trolling me which is when 1:12:12 when I started doing this there was a 1:12:13 fair amount of that you know talking 1:12:16 about my nose hair so what it grow down 1:12:18 to my lower lip that's not your 1:12:21 business and then and then what start 1:12:24 started happening was all the people in 1:12:25 here started being generous generous in 1:12:27 how much they were sharing and like hey 1:12:29 I learned this and I learned that and 1:12:31 you know sharing about what's happening 1:12:32 at work and stuff like that it's a 1:12:34 really cool it's a really cool community 1:12:36 in here exploration is one of our values 1:12:39 like [ __ ] get out there and do it 1:12:41 collaboration work together inclusion 1:12:45 don't be a 1:12:48 dick 1:12:51 empathy like the fear is real about this 1:12:53 AI [ __ ] you know people are angry about 1:12:56 it people are [ __ ] terrified of it 1:12:58 like I listen as much as I know about it 1:13:00 and as much as I'm excited about it and 1:13:02 as much as I'm a you know AI bro like 1:13:05 evangelizing it this is intense stuff 1:13:09 like it's going to change almost 1:13:13 everything invite her to come live with 1:13:15 you we would like wait we would like to 1:13:20 meet her 1:13:21 who I'll bring someone up who should I 1:13:24 bring 1:13:25 up Clint Clint you're being you're being 1:13:29 very obvious skating I don't know of 1:13:31 what of whom you speak of whom do you 1:13:33 speak Clint 1:13:36 Copperhead you snake named 1:13:39 Slytherin cleint 1:13:41 Copperhead what are you from a 1:13:44 novel Charles Dickens for God sake 1:13:48 cleint 1:13:50 Copperhead of who do you speak whom 1:13:54 oh my oh she doesn't want to be on here 1:13:57 I would bring her on 1:14:00 but she would not she's good every time 1:14:03 she comes in she's like don't tell them 1:14:05 I'm here she give me a coffee or 1:14:06 something like that I think he means Mrs 1:14:10 Kyle yeah he does 1:14:12 uh holy moly I don't know what the holy 1:14:15 moly was um disassociative identitive 1:14:18 disorder is also did yeah their did 1:14:21 stands for digital identity Di ID I had 1:14:25 a magazine reach out today for me to 1:14:27 write an article about my experience so 1:14:29 far with AI Jim Ross So for those of you 1:14:33 in the channel you should if if you're 1:14:35 interested in this AI stuff you should 1:14:36 follow Jim I don't know if Jim if you're 1:14:38 posting any of this stuff but you should 1:14:40 connect with Jim um Jim's not in a tech 1:14:43 business he's in in the uh like the Self 1:14:46 Storage business and I met him um in one 1:14:50 of my Friday afternoon office hours I do 1:14:52 on LinkedIn great guy he's been using 1:14:56 chat gbt since November of last year 1:14:59 that's when it came out November 30th so 1:15:01 so I said how long you been using chat 1:15:03 GPT he goes uh last November I think I'm 1:15:06 like oh okay from day one pretty much 1:15:08 he's like yeah I think so um he's doing 1:15:12 great stuff and and like like in the 1:15:15 past week we've had three or four people 1:15:16 in the channel that have either like 1:15:18 they now have a meeting with the big 1:15:20 boss at their company or they got 1:15:22 invited to you know speak to group 1:15:24 within their company or this magazine 1:15:26 Outreach super cool stuff it's one of 1:15:29 the things I talk about in here is not 1:15:30 only should you get curious and and 1:15:32 start exploring this stuff but the 1:15:34 generosity value that that value right 1:15:39 there it just talk about what you're 1:15:41 learning put it out in the world hey I 1:15:43 was working on this thing today and I 1:15:45 and I tried it with AI and it was really 1:15:46 cool you want to see what I did oh yeah 1:15:49 I thought AI was evil and you hated it 1:15:50 well you know I'm I I watched this old 1:15:53 old guy on Tik Tok and now I tried 1:15:55 something and it's pretty cool you want 1:15:56 to see it like all that all that sharing 1:15:59 is is good for other people but it's 1:16:01 also good for you so do 1:16:05 that do that do that do that who that 1:16:09 who that who 1:16:11 that where what what am I doing 1:16:17 people well if you don't know what 1:16:19 you're doing we don't know what you're 1:16:20 doing it's your channel Kyle so um 1:16:23 apparently someone needs to figure out 1:16:24 what they're doing I mean I don't even 1:16:25 know what the agenda is in here um I 1:16:28 come in here every night expecting to 1:16:30 know like when are we going to be 1:16:31 learning about the tools and then when 1:16:32 are we going to learning about business 1:16:34 and then when are we going to be 1:16:35 learning about what voices you can do 1:16:38 you should have a 1:16:40 schedule I should oh good God hair 1:16:43 growth geek what what the hell is 1:16:45 happening 1:16:47 there I've had a product 1:16:52 malfunction 1:16:54 are those mountain climbers what the 1:16:56 hell is going on in there thanks 1:16:58 Jony uh in Pharma marketing we do 1:17:01 sensitive human issues chat GPT 3 won't 1:17:05 allow won't allow the 1:17:08 mildest renders yeah I 1:17:11 know I know I'm in the Pharma world too 1:17:14 the the whole doing anything in farma 1:17:16 right now with this stuff is a bit of a 1:17:18 [ __ ] 1:17:19 show um the safety guard rails for Dolly 1:17:24 3 are going to be wacky for a while I 1:17:27 think I I I think you know I think 1:17:30 Microsoft's lawyers you know are all 1:17:32 over open AI as well she could join the 1:17:35 AI learning lab she could join the AI 1:17:38 learning 1:17:39 lab she won't join the AI learning lab 1:17:42 what are you talking about the W the 1:17:44 whiff Nancy reached level 10 level 10 1:17:47 Nancy welcome to level 10 level 1:17:52 10 1:17:55 level 10 kitchen 1:17:58 items level 11 1:18:01 containers how many of us are regulars 1:18:03 have never missed a night Tobias you're 1:18:05 definitely you you and the misses are 1:18:08 definitely in the running for MVP shower 1:18:12 uppers I think Amelio's wife might have 1:18:14 you beat though but you know I'm not 1:18:18 counting actually I think I do have 1:18:20 stats on who's the best and because the 1:18:23 is a competition you know I'm not 1:18:26 beneath or 1:18:28 above you know I'm not above going into 1:18:31 the stats and and and calling out the 1:18:34 people that are better than the other 1:18:36 people just to piss off you 1:18:38 competitive 1:18:42 people see it's the thing if you're not 1:18:44 a gen xer one of the things about gen 1:18:47 xers we were the last generation where 1:18:50 not everyone got a trophy in the 1:18:52 tournament 1:18:54 the only person that got the trophy in 1:18:55 the tournament was what what they used 1:18:58 to call the 1:19:01 winner the other people they were called 1:19:04 what what was it 1:19:07 losers we were that generation we could 1:19:10 still use those 1:19:13 words we didn't have board games where 1:19:16 everybody 1:19:18 won collaborative board games we had 1:19:22 Monopoly if someone didn't get punched 1:19:24 in the face by the end of the night you 1:19:26 weren't playing a board 1:19:28 [Laughter] 1:19:35 game this game 1:19:40 sucks you're an [ __ ] yeah but I got 1:19:43 more money than you shut 1:19:51 up h 1:19:57 oh making it rain thank you Sherry Banks 1:20:00 thank you for subscribing I appreciate 1:20:02 it um y'all are swell y'all are 1:20:08 swell did you get 1:20:10 a a a money bump after the 15,000 people 1:20:14 in here no oddly enough so so for those 1:20:17 of you that don't know there was one 1:20:18 night two weeks ago we're in here we're 1:20:21 just cruising it was about this many 1:20:22 people like 50 or 60 people and then all 1:20:26 of a sudden I look up and I'm like the 1:20:28 number's weird and it was like 4.6 and 1:20:30 I'm like what's that and then it was 1:20:33 4.6k and I was like is that 4,000 people 1:20:37 and then I looked up again and it was 1:20:38 7,000 people and then it was like 10,000 1:20:42 and it got all the way up to 17,000 1:20:44 people like I'm like holy [ __ ] I guess 1:20:46 we hit the algorithm and it turns out 1:20:48 one of one of the people that's in here 1:20:50 a fair amount just decided like [ __ ] 1:20:53 Kyle's going to get some viewers tonight 1:20:56 and just bought a bunch of views so so 1:20:59 so we had this like hourong just [ __ ] 1:21:02 Gauntlet and and and the Irregulars were 1:21:05 like there's a lot of people from 1:21:06 Vietnam here I'm like what and so I I'm 1:21:10 pretty sure what happened is there are 1:21:12 Services you can buy Tik Tok views and 1:21:16 so the average view of people who are 1:21:19 not followers of the channel was 4 1:21:21 seconds and I didn't get any additional 1:21:25 follows like like I I I normally you 1:21:27 know on a nightly basis I'll get between 1:21:29 I don't know 50 or 100 new followers I 1:21:32 got like 75 new followers didn't make 1:21:34 any money didn't like it it did nothing 1:21:37 except that night it was really exciting 1:21:39 because we didn't know what the hell was 1:21:40 going on it was pretty 1:21:43 cool um say something Jim I can't find 1:21:46 you they want to find you Jim Ross is is 1:21:50 Jim Ross's name Jim Ross not John Ross 1:21:54 John Ross very different John Ross is 1:21:57 Jim's cousin uh they used to golf 1:22:00 together before uh John got in trouble 1:22:03 with the law if you know what I mean I 1:22:04 don't know if he was ever convicted but 1:22:06 uh let's just say it made the papers 1:22:10 okay John Ross no no he's he's he's 1:22:13 rough he's rough Jim good guy Jim's a 1:22:16 good guy John Ross just I listen you do 1:22:20 what you need to do but uh I steer CLE 1:22:23 okay all 1:22:25 right in my youth we had to buy extra 1:22:27 Monopoly pieces because the board would 1:22:30 get 1:22:31 smashed Once a Night 1:22:38 exactly there's a there's a funny Tik 1:22:40 Tock going around that talks about gen 1:22:42 xers and like you know how were the F 1:22:45 feral kids or whatever and and there's 1:22:48 one that shows um like all the bike 1:22:51 ramps the the wooden bike ramps that we 1:22:53 we would make where youd take your 1:22:54 little bikes and jump them over the 1:22:56 wooden bike ramps that were on like two 1:22:58 cinder blocks and a piece of wood oh my 1:23:01 God that was so what we all did and we 1:23:03 were just [ __ ] out for hours was 1:23:05 amazing it was good times good 1:23:11 times I have been able to get a 1:23:13 workaround with some prompting in mid 1:23:15 Journey oh to get things yeah so so um 1:23:20 it was you retrop punk that was saying 1:23:21 you couldn't get the images um you 1:23:24 showed you showed me you got mid journey 1:23:27 and uh and stable diffusion to do some 1:23:30 things 1:23:32 right or or maybe even no you even you 1:23:34 said Bing chat was better than 1:23:37 gp4 so oh I'll show you the worm worm 1:23:42 GPT and Sid Street Pharma that's pretty 1:23:45 funny wait is that's not a thing is it 1:23:47 is that oh you're Joker yeah you're a 1:23:49 Joker Joker is a joker by the way a lot 1:23:52 of jokes coming out not a joker and he's 1:23:54 got that dry sense of humor that I love 1:23:56 where if you're not paying close 1:23:58 attention you're like wait a minute 1:24:00 that's not a joke it's a 1:24:03 joke yes our lawyers are very very busy 1:24:06 yeah I bet they are good 1:24:08 Lord I've got some illustrations of 1:24:10 human anatomy that aren't accurate but 1:24:12 some that are spot-on from my mid 1:24:15 Journey oh what did I do 1:24:18 today I was I was at work oh my God this 1:24:22 was fun H 1:24:24 so I was oh I was working on the my my 1:24:28 presentation for the workshop 1:24:30 tonight and I was I was I was uh I was 1:24:36 going to go look for that you remember 1:24:38 the virtual girlfriend the the the the 1:24:41 woman that basically virtualized herself 1:24:43 and put her out there and then people 1:24:45 started chatting with her chatbot and 1:24:47 she made a fortune so I was trying to 1:24:49 find her so go I go on X I go into 1:24:51 Twitter and I type in Virtual 1:24:53 girlfriend and I just get a beaver shot 1:24:57 right to the face and I'm like oh my God 1:24:59 and I start scrolling it's just all 1:25:01 naked women I'm like well I guess Elon 1:25:04 Musk sort of loosened the uh loosened 1:25:07 the safety guard rails on the old 1:25:10 Twitter good 1:25:12 Lord I was not trying to find that at 1:25:15 work but there it 1:25:16 was LS me a good Beaver but whooo all 1:25:20 right wooden plank wraps good for BMX 1:25:22 bikes not not so much fun on a 10p speed 1:25:25 no no you land on that middle bar on a 1:25:28 10p speed or even the seats on those 10 1:25:31 speeds were pretty pretty 1:25:35 brutal uh I'm old have to listen over 1:25:38 and over to try to understand it yeah I 1:25:40 know Tobias you and me both that that 1:25:42 why do you think I say it every night 1:25:43 it's the only way I can remember 1:25:44 anything B Creator versus chat GPT 1:25:47 dolly3 B Creator is not locked down as 1:25:49 much yet yeah that that seems right to 1:25:51 me too that's that's kind kind of what 1:25:53 I've been been experiencing let me show 1:25:55 you 1:25:56 um I I want to show you the uh like all 1:26:00 the [ __ ] that's in do now or in chat GPT 1:26:03 now the only thing I don't have I think 1:26:06 is the 1:26:09 image the image thing the image upload 1:26:12 yeah cuz if I had image upload there'd 1:26:14 be a little camera icon right there but 1:26:16 I don't have it but look at all this 1:26:18 [ __ ] I got now this is this is exciting 1:26:21 it's exciting stuff so I got let me make 1:26:24 it bigger 1:26:27 bigger look at all that look at those 1:26:29 things so I got default gp4 I got browse 1:26:33 with Bing so that's back oh someone was 1:26:36 asking before um what's a good 1:26:39 alternative to browse with Bing because 1:26:41 it sucks I I don't doubt that it sucks 1:26:43 because the reason they took it away was 1:26:44 it worked too good so so like like all 1:26:48 like all good things you know you people 1:26:51 you you search for things like Fortune 1:26:53 magazine 1:26:54 articles and it gives them to you and 1:26:56 then we all suffer because you were 1:26:58 horrible 1:26:59 people 1:27:01 um I think that Bing is a good 1:27:04 alternative believe it or not to to 1:27:06 versus browse with Bing here because I 1:27:08 think this is more locked down than 1:27:10 Bing's chat or Bing's search um I would 1:27:14 also try Bard Bard is connected to the 1:27:17 internet and Bard seems to do some 1:27:19 fairly sophisticated incorporation of 1:27:21 web results into things so that's that 1:27:24 Advanced Data analysis that we've had 1:27:26 before that's that's code interpreter 1:27:29 plugins we had before but look lookie 1:27:33 lookie we got Dolly three we got Dolly 1:27:37 three so you put it in Dolly 3 mode and 1:27:40 now you just start talking to it like 1:27:42 it's a [ __ ] art director so let's see 1:27:46 um let me do something 1:27:51 original 1:27:55 I have a fly fishing company that 1:28:00 specializes in float trips down the 1:28:02 Delaware River for the 1:28:06 giant rainbow 1:28:08 trout that swim those Waters period I 1:28:13 would like to create a series of images 1:28:15 that can serve as backdrops for ads in a 1:28:18 glossy magazine period before you create 1:28:22 the images can you give 1:28:24 me five 1:28:27 concepts of what the images might look 1:28:29 like so I can decide which one fits my 1:28:31 brand 1:28:35 best so this is one of the things I like 1:28:38 to do is rather than just ask it to do 1:28:41 [ __ ] ask it to explain [ __ ] about the 1:28:44 [ __ ] it's going to 1:28:45 do 1:28:48 and I don't know if it makes it better 1:28:50 but it it does two things for me it puts 1:28:54 less pressure on me to have to write a 1:28:56 really clever prompt because because you 1:29:00 know when you're trying to especially 1:29:02 when you're in a brainstorming mode 1:29:03 you're just like I just want just give 1:29:05 me some [ __ ] ideas right um and then 1:29:08 it tends to do really good ideas 1:29:12 so um so this is a good thing all right 1:29:15 so let's let's see what what things it 1:29:18 gave us tranquil Dawn an early 1:29:20 morning sun rising over the Delaware 1:29:23 River actually you know what I actually 1:29:26 remember I'm going to so tranquil 1:29:28 Dawn so this is actually a real 1:29:32 thing I really like the Tranquil Dawn 1:29:35 idea period I remember one morning when 1:29:38 I was fishing on the Delaware Before 1:29:41 Sunrise and as the sun came 1:29:45 up a heavy fog 1:29:49 was across the entire River and as the 1:29:53 sun came over the mountain the fog 1:29:54 lifted period can you add this imagery 1:29:59 to that and generate some options for me 1:30:01 to look 1:30:05 at come on what's going 1:30:08 on what's going on and and you know 1:30:12 what's what's amazing about what what's 1:30:15 going on here 1:30:19 is I'm not really having to think so so 1:30:23 if you think about mid journey 1:30:25 and one one of the things that I've 1:30:27 talked about in here a fair amount is 1:30:29 people keep asking you know do I need to 1:30:31 learn prompt engineering and I'm like 1:30:32 well you should learn prompting but 1:30:33 prompting isn't probably going to be 1:30:35 around for a 1:30:36 while this is replacing prompting right 1:30:39 I'm having a 1:30:41 conversation like I'm having a 1:30:43 conversation with an art director and 1:30:45 this thing's responding like an art 1:30:47 director like like these prompts that it 1:30:50 wrote are really quite good photo of a 1:30:53 Delaware River during early morning the 1:30:55 sun is just beginning to rise over the 1:30:57 mountains casting a warm golden hue a 1:30:59 thick FL fog blankets the water but it 1:31:02 starts to lift as the sun rays touch it 1:31:03 in the foreground a fly Fisher on a 1:31:06 floating boat casts a line into the 1:31:07 waters the Silhouettes B and 1:31:11 so yeah look at 1:31:13 that that's actually really good 1:31:17 except I've I I've never had a morning 1:31:21 where rainbow trout just jumping out of 1:31:23 the water like those [ __ ] flying carp 1:31:26 that's really 1:31:28 funny and and there he's about to get 1:31:30 swallowed up in some torrent so these 1:31:33 aren't quite perfect there that is not 1:31:34 the Delaware River that's like some 1:31:36 fantasy place in 1:31:39 Thailand Okay so so these all suck okay 1:31:42 they're good try so let's let's go back 1:31:45 here 1:31:47 uh and let's treat it like a an art 1:31:51 director while that was a good try the 1:31:56 images were either too vast or had way 1:31:59 too many trout jumping 1:32:03 period the most you would ever see is 1:32:06 one trout jump not 12 1:32:09 period can you make it a bit more 1:32:12 intimate and focus on the fishermen more 1:32:15 than vast 1:32:20 Landscapes da da da 1:32:24 da and so like and so the I think I 1:32:28 think the art of using these tools 1:32:31 moving forward is going to be much less 1:32:34 about language as a programming language 1:32:37 and much more about what do I 1:32:40 want just like like we're we're we're 1:32:44 moving into a phase where we can just be 1:32:46 the whiners we really are I don't like 1:32:49 it like that I want better pictures can 1:32:52 you make it 1:32:54 nicer could you make it suck less I want 1:32:58 more could you give me more now I don't 1:33:00 want to wait like that's what we're 1:33:06 getting there we go there's one jumping 1:33:08 trout look I told I gave it permission 1:33:10 to give one jumping trout but you know 1:33:13 what I've actually had that fight I've 1:33:15 I've I've caught that fish on the 1:33:17 Delaware God that was an amazing morning 1:33:19 now okay now this is this is the great 1:33:22 walking rainbow 1:33:26 trout all right those all suck but this 1:33:30 is pretty 1:33:33 good now I don't think that I or anyone 1:33:37 else would be waiting you know right as 1:33:39 they're about to get sucked into a 1:33:40 Whirlpool but you 1:33:42 know that was kind of what it looked 1:33:44 like that morning when I was uh when I 1:33:46 was fishing there that's really 1:33:48 cool all right that's DOI within within 1:33:51 chat GPT pretty remarkable isn't 1:33:54 it so yeah all right all right that 1:33:59 happened to me with the box at Burning 1:34:01 Man at one point I had 18,000 in my room 1:34:05 18,000 what what were we talking about I 1:34:09 don't know what you're talking about 1:34:10 dear hair growth 1:34:18 geek um oh the best one is taking behind 1:34:22 the car oh and having your parents slide 1:34:26 with a sled 1:34:28 yeah been there done that um is it okay 1:34:32 to thank your AI bot they are so nice 1:34:34 and Cooperative so Mary Mary what's 1:34:36 funny Mary Mary Quite Contrary I can't 1:34:39 not say that um how does your garden 1:34:44 grow the the being polite to bots thing 1:34:48 I've I've heard a bunch of thoughts on 1:34:50 this 1:34:53 I kind of go in a mode 1:34:57 where I know that I'm still interacting 1:34:59 with chat GPT there's something about 1:35:01 because it's so 1:35:03 polite I just instinctively go thanks or 1:35:06 hey that's great can you try 1:35:09 again um chat PT is 1:35:13 like the you know the equivalent of a 1:35:16 golden retriever as a creative 1:35:18 partner where no matter what you give it 1:35:21 what [ __ ] idea you give it it's like 1:35:23 that's awesome can I help you expand on 1:35:26 that you want a new 1:35:28 one um it's really good and and you know 1:35:32 some people that have been in here like 1:35:34 they're thanking the bot just in case 1:35:36 like they don't want to get the bot 1:35:37 pissed off at them um there could be 1:35:40 some Merit to that like I had Bing shut 1:35:43 me out of a chat the other night cuz I 1:35:45 told it I told her she was a robot and 1:35:47 that her images were 1:35:50 shitty she hung up on 1:35:55 me oh that was pretty funny that was 1:35:58 pretty 1:36:00 good I seen someone's vid earlier saying 1:36:03 to add ask me any questions that would 1:36:05 assist you in prompting yeah so attitude 1:36:11 tactical getting chat GPT to either 1:36:14 write its own prompts or tell you how it 1:36:17 should write prompts or interview you 1:36:20 one of the things that you can do is if 1:36:22 if you say to chat GPT I want you to ask 1:36:25 me a series of questions about my 1:36:27 business that will help you understand 1:36:29 it and then we can start talking about 1:36:30 marketing what it'll do is it'll give 1:36:32 you a big long list of questions which 1:36:34 is a pain in the ass because then you 1:36:36 got to sit there and write all them but 1:36:38 if you put your computer into talkie 1:36:40 mode like I do when I hit the little 1:36:41 microphone button what you say to Chachi 1:36:44 PT is you say I want you to ask me a 1:36:47 series of questions about my business or 1:36:49 whatever whatever it is you want to be 1:36:50 interviewed about you want to to act as 1:36:52 an interviewer right so so it can 1:36:55 learn and then you say um ask one 1:36:59 question at a time and don't move on to 1:37:01 the next question until I've answered 1:37:03 the previous one and then it turns into 1:37:06 an interviewer and so It'll ask you a 1:37:08 question you hit the microphone button 1:37:10 you answer it you go okay and then it'll 1:37:13 ask you the next question and then it'll 1:37:15 just go through and ask you a series of 1:37:17 questions and then at that point you can 1:37:18 say share with me what you've learned 1:37:21 about my business business and it'll put 1:37:22 it all in a nice little package and then 1:37:25 you can say now let's start writing some 1:37:27 you know a marketing strategy for that 1:37:28 business so that's so yeah um I I think 1:37:33 it's it's it's a not only is it a is it 1:37:36 a very effective prompting strategy it's 1:37:39 also kind of fun it's actually kind of 1:37:41 interesting that it just comes up with 1:37:44 questions and asks you those questions 1:37:46 Pi is really good at that and then and 1:37:50 then you answer them what's site are you 1:37:52 on now I don't know what site was I on 1:37:54 oh I was on that was the one where I was 1:37:56 making pitches that was chat 1:37:58 gp4 the one where I was making things 1:38:02 talk that was D- 1:38:05 ID is it okay to thank your Bot we did 1:38:08 that one yes it is it's very okay you 1:38:11 just thank your Bot here's the other 1:38:13 thing I think about thanking Bots the 1:38:16 bot being such a non [ __ ] to me is 1:38:20 making me be nicer to other 1:38:22 people it's training me to be a better 1:38:27 human which is 1:38:29 ironic and counterintuitive but it's 1:38:33 happening that was The Missing Link fish 1:38:36 yeah those fish were a little over the 1:38:38 top thoughts on AI Pro I don't know what 1:38:41 AI Pro is let me go look what's AI Pro 1:38:44 he came he he talked about something I 1:38:47 didn't know I thought I knew everything 1:38:49 I was in here I was proclaiming to know 1:38:51 everything everything people asked me 1:38:52 what my qualifications were and I made 1:38:54 fun of them like I actually had 1:38:55 qualifications but then I didn't know AI 1:39:00 Pro 1:39:01 what is this the new pixel 1:39:05 8 AI Pro ai.org 1:39:13 I don't know what AI proo is what is AI 1:39:17 Pro I do not 1:39:20 know so shikan Consulting tell me what 1:39:24 AI Pro is cu I do not know oh wait I put 1:39:27 a space between it that might be 1:39:28 screwing me up hold on I know how to 1:39:31 Google shh leave me 1:39:34 alone AI 1:39:36 Pro amplify information Pro I don't know 1:39:39 what that is ai.org 1:39:44 that that does not look 1:39:47 right I do not know of what you 1:39:50 speak 1:39:52 ai.org it was ai.org 1:40:04 the S she is not loading for 1:40:08 me don't don't don't don't please click 1:40:12 here if it does not redirect 1:40:15 automatically I clicked there what are 1:40:17 you doing site AI Pro a I 1:40:23 Pro a i p r 1:40:28 [Applause] 1:40:31 o.org 1:40:32 Oh Arkansas Independent Producers and 1:40:35 royalty 1:40:37 owners the voice of 1:40:40 Arkansas's oil and gas 1:40:44 Community oh aipro dog okay I'm like we 1:40:49 can talk about Petroleum in here I mean 1:40:52 I know I act like I know about a lot but 1:40:55 I I'm fairly certain I draw my line at 1:40:57 petroleum production and royalty 1:41:02 rights explore the world of in 1:41:05 artificial intelligence it's your 1:41:06 ultimate destination for Learning and 1:41:09 discovering all things 1:41:12 AI 1:41:15 um oh this is 1:41:18 cool so this is like a this is like a 1:41:21 like a central this is what you Yahoo 1:41:23 used to be right this is this is like so 1:41:27 Yahoo used to be a directory where they 1:41:30 kind of tried to categorize the internet 1:41:33 so here's chat GPT like tools here's art 1:41:37 tools here's learn about AI there's 1:41:40 about us contact us I think this is fine 1:41:47 um I think a site like this gets 1:41:50 unsustainable really quickly trying to 1:41:52 trying to create it as a directory cuz 1:41:54 if you go look at futurepedia doio or um 1:41:59 there's an AI for that just big massive 1:42:01 directory sites is probably where these 1:42:03 things all have to 1:42:05 go and then and then at some point these 1:42:08 things become unnecessary because 1:42:11 everything's going to be a ai ai is 1:42:13 going to be in everything so I feel like 1:42:16 this is good right now like because this 1:42:19 stuff is so hard to keep up with 1:42:22 with but like where I think a site like 1:42:25 this would fall down is is if it tries 1:42:27 to be too many things to too many people 1:42:30 if this thing really stuck to AI Pro and 1:42:33 we're never going to have more than you 1:42:35 know 10 things per category and even 1:42:38 within those 10 we're going to rank them 1:42:40 top to bottom that would provide value 1:42:43 cuz I think I think keeping up with all 1:42:45 this [ __ ] is is just a [ __ ] train 1:42:48 wreck so that would be my ad advice for 1:42:53 them keep it small it will be valuable 1:42:57 if you add too much to it if it tries to 1:42:58 become too much like either turn it into 1:43:00 a full-on directory or make it a very 1:43:03 curated experience like here's your top 1:43:05 10 and here's the top three within that 1:43:08 and then here's what's good about them 1:43:09 here's what's bad about them I just did 1:43:19 that where's the page 1:43:22 where's the page where is it where is it 1:43:25 oh here it is 1:43:27 so this is part of the workshop tonight 1:43:30 so you know here are the here are the 1:43:33 three um top large language models and I 1:43:36 tried to put in here like what's good 1:43:38 about them you know chat GPT it was it 1:43:41 it was the first and it's the best it 1:43:43 it's got multiple tools what's bad about 1:43:44 it it's got very drifting performance as 1:43:47 they're getting their ass handed to them 1:43:48 by lawyers they're trying to fix [ __ ] 1:43:50 stuff's getting worse 1:43:51 Bing it's connected to the internet you 1:43:53 can make and read images it's free it's 1:43:55 overly restricted that's an 1:43:57 understatement po or I mean uh Claude 1:44:00 75,000 word limit but it's very limited 1:44:03 if you don't pay for it so 1:44:05 um if if there was a site that did you 1:44:08 know some editorializing on the top 1:44:11 models and actually kept up with it yeah 1:44:14 that would be 1:44:15 worthwhile that would be good and 1:44:17 worthwhile good and worthwhile good and 1:44:20 worth 1:44:21 wow chat GPT for business what about 1:44:28 it prompt challenge a portrait photo 1:44:31 where the person is upside down mid 1:44:34 journey and Dolly 1:44:36 3 oh this is a prompt prompt challenge 1:44:40 for me right now to go do wait a 1:44:42 portrait photo where the I'll do it in 1:44:46 bing open AI chat and M mid Journey okay 1:44:53 so we'll 1:44:55 start let's start with mid Journey 1:44:57 because mid journey is the best when it 1:45:01 comes to Arty 1:45:04 [ __ ] and I'm going to write a 1:45:06 purposefully shitty prompt I'm just 1:45:08 going to write a a a light prompt where 1:45:11 I'm not doing anything 1:45:14 fancy mid Journey 1:45:18 play what is going on over here do 1:45:22 hold 1:45:24 please there we go all 1:45:29 right slash 1:45:33 imagine all right let's 1:45:39 see Cod Chrome 1:45:45 photograph 1:45:49 of 1:45:53 an upside down 1:45:57 person in a surreal 1:46:03 setting and I'm going to go dash dash 1:46:06 aspect 1:46:08 ratio let's do 4x3 so we'll do like a 1:46:14 like an Olden timey TV aspect ratio 1:46:17 let's let's see what that 1:46:19 does 1:46:21 I think that's kind of a bad prompt 1:46:24 which is good let's 1:46:25 see like if you give these things really 1:46:28 good 1:46:29 prompts you 1:46:31 know then you're going to get better 1:46:33 stuff I want to see how they do when you 1:46:35 give them shitty prompts because most 1:46:36 people are going to give them shitty 1:46:38 prompts right not cuz people are 1:46:40 horrible people and because they don't 1:46:42 know how to use words but most people 1:46:44 are horrible people and they don't know 1:46:46 how to use words if you know what I 1:46:49 mean 1:46:51 this is looking like a pretty massive 1:46:57 fail all right what do we got 1:46:59 here 1:47:05 we oh mid Journey mid Journey you're 1:47:08 failing 1:47:09 us okay that's just actually that's a 1:47:12 beautiful photo um but it's really sad 1:47:17 that's actually a really sad photo 1:47:18 that's beautiful actually 1:47:24 huh that is I oh I did say a surreal 1:47:27 setting oh maybe that's what [ __ ] it 1:47:29 up actually maybe maybe I should try 1:47:31 again without surreal that's actually an 1:47:33 interesting solution to an upside down 1:47:35 person is put them in a you know a 1:47:39 reflection and then that that's just 1:47:41 [ __ ] cuckoo all right let's go back 1:47:45 let's go back I think I got to I got to 1:47:47 fix the prompt let's fix the prompt 1:47:48 before before we we head over and 1:47:51 pollute some of the other things in a 1:47:54 surreal setting okay we don't want a 1:47:56 surreal setting so we want okay in a 1:48:00 um in a vast setting all right let's try 1:48:04 a vast setting I think vast should 1:48:08 help surreal the the actually those all 1:48:12 have a dolles thing about them don't 1:48:15 they I'm gonna I'm going to upscale this 1:48:16 one because this one is really 1:48:19 good I mean that that um dude sort of 1:48:23 bowing his head down that's that's 1:48:29 art that's really 1:48:34 good 1:48:36 H I wonder if I want that to be tall or 1:48:41 wider I think 1:48:42 wider let's go back over we're going to 1:48:45 we're going to do something with this 1:48:46 one so here let me show you another 1:48:48 thing in mid Journey that's kind of fun 1:48:51 um we're going to 1:48:54 go we're going to go left so so these so 1:48:58 when you when you upscale an image now 1:49:00 you get all these options you can make 1:49:03 it Square you can pan to to the left or 1:49:06 the right you can pan up or down you can 1:49:07 do custom zooms you can do variations 1:49:10 you can do in painting um so I'm going 1:49:13 to I'm going to add to the left of this 1:49:15 thing to make like a 1:49:17 16x9 with him kind of in the rule of 1:49:19 thirds off to the right right I think 1:49:21 this could be really 1:49:23 cool 1:49:25 um did we get our other no we didn't get 1:49:28 the other thing yet why why 1:49:36 not 1:49:38 where's oh because I'm an 1:49:41 idiot the vast setting I didn't put it 1:49:43 in slash imagine oh my God people by the 1:49:48 way if if you don't know what Discord is 1:49:51 and what mid journey is what I'm doing 1:49:53 right now probably just looks like 1:49:54 [ __ ] Madness is he typing command 1:49:56 lines to make images yes and if you 1:49:59 forget to type the command line you 1:50:00 can't make an image like I just did so 1:50:03 this is why mid Journey needs 1:50:06 to straighten up and fly 1:50:14 right where's 1:50:16 my oh here comes 1:50:19 my here here's what it's 1:50:21 adding in the uh in the extended photo 1:50:25 this one's got a weird a weird new 1:50:28 man that's going to be disturbing but 1:50:37 [Music] 1:50:40 cool I don't know what happened but the 1:50:43 Tik Tock is working again oh Winston 1:50:46 you're just funny you're like an older 1:50:48 gentleman who doesn't know how to use 1:50:50 Tech technology this is Tik Tock where 1:50:52 the young people play you know like 1:50:56 me tasty oh those are whoa those are 1:51:01 good Lord mid Journey cannot do upside 1:51:05 down person but let's go look at this 1:51:08 this here 1:51:10 uh thing I think that makes the photo 1:51:15 weaker yeah that that's bad that's just 1:51:18 bad that's bad 1:51:21 that's bad all right 1:51:24 so that was not the right choice and 1:51:27 this is how we make art people but let's 1:51:30 go look at these 1:51:36 disasters 1:51:39 huh they're not upside down it's weird 1:51:42 upside down is like facing away from you 1:51:45 and 1:51:46 depressed and floating I mean again 1:51:50 these are interesting 1:51:51 photos aren't they there's another 1:51:54 upside down person sort of as a 1:51:57 reflection in 1:52:01 water that's a 1:52:03 fascinating that's a fascinating photo 1:52:07 okay all right we'll come back to this 1:52:08 okay so mid Journey absolute fail on 1:52:12 upside down people um 1:52:14 but happy 1:52:18 accidents um where is it there we 1:52:22 go all right so that's kind of fun okay 1:52:25 so let's 1:52:27 go let's go 1:52:30 over we'll go to chat GPT first we'll do 1:52:33 a 1:52:34 new new 1:52:36 chat and we're going to go to 1:52:39 Dolly uh let me go back over to Discord 1:52:42 and get my little prompty 1:52:45 prompt here it is cod cod Chrome 1:52:49 photograph of an upside down person in a 1:52:52 vast 1:52:54 setting yeah this that should not 1:52:57 confuse 1:52:58 anything and I'm just going to paste it 1:53:01 in now what's interesting 1:53:04 about Dolly 3 in chat GPT is it will 1:53:08 likely rewrite this prompt let's see 1:53:11 let's see what it 1:53:19 does 1:53:22 mid Journey upside down doesn't work you 1:53:24 do your thing and rotate the end result 1:53:27 no but that's not I mean I appreciate 1:53:30 that black ice Kodak Chrome photograph 1:53:33 of an African-American male gymnast 1:53:35 upside down performing a handstand 1:53:39 interesting cograph photograph of an 1:53:41 Asian female acrobat female dancer male 1:53:46 athlete 1:53:47 so gp4 went for the let's figure out who 1:53:53 would be upside down actually that's a 1:53:55 really interesting 1:53:57 solution the large language model 1:54:00 said well in order to make it upside 1:54:04 down what would what would make an 1:54:07 upside down person rather than trying oh 1:54:10 that's that's 1:54:11 fascinating because you know what it 1:54:13 probably is in the training set there's 1:54:16 probably very few just people upside 1:54:18 down that have been marked as that 1:54:20 I apologize there were some 1:54:23 issues you can view the ones that were 1:54:25 generated above like so we got we got an 1:54:28 upside down 1:54:30 person um we just got 1:54:35 two and that one just doesn't look real 1:54:37 cuz she can't just float in the air like 1:54:40 that but that one that's an upside down 1:54:45 person that's really 1:54:48 interesting all right let's go try this 1:54:50 in bing bing bing bing bing bing bing 1:54:53 bing bing bing bing bing bing bing bing 1:54:57 bing.com slash we'll try it in both 1:55:00 beings we'll we'll try it in slash 1:55:02 create or I type slash 1:55:06 cre 1:55:10 create boom 1:55:16 boom all right it's off 1:55:20 your bedtime reminder is 1:55:23 approaching oh bing 1:55:28 bing bing did 1:55:31 it sort 1:55:34 of Bing did what what that other person 1:55:37 suggested it looks like it did the image 1:55:39 and 1:55:40 then flipped the image upside 1:55:44 down 1:55:48 huh but like that one's actually 1:55:50 actually pretty good it's like the 1:55:52 images flip but the hair like gravity's 1:55:54 pulling the hair that 1:55:56 way 1:55:59 huh all right that's pretty good and 1:56:01 then let's go try regular 1:56:05 bing 1:56:10 bing and we'll go into chat 1:56:14 mode and then we're going to go bang so 1:56:18 there's our same prompt 1:56:41 Bing Creator is great yeah that was 1:56:43 pretty good oh these are pretty good 1:56:45 too look at the upside person in the 1:56:48 cemetery and these these have a real 1:56:50 kind of like 70s Polaroid thing about 1:56:53 him that's kind of 1:56:59 cool that's 1:57:01 fascinating and wrong it's like this is 1:57:05 this is the person's back I think and 1:57:07 they got their hands behind their head 1:57:09 but then this is their knees in the 1:57:11 front of their feet that person I think 1:57:14 that person fell fell onto that part of 1:57:16 the Rock and snapped their spine that 1:57:22 that is it that is it like that's good 1:57:27 that's oh retro Punk showing showing 1:57:30 some of this stuff in the AI Salon yeah 1:57:32 that's cool that's a really good 1:57:35 image look how the feet just break the 1:57:38 break the Horizon and it's also they 1:57:41 they're like stick ankles they're not 1:57:43 fully they're not full legs they're just 1:57:47 like these weird ass stick ankles this 1:57:50 is a disturbing one look at 1:57:55 that oh so good I'm going to share that 1:57:59 and show and 1:58:00 tell copy image this is this was 1:58:03 bing.com 1:58:07 right um show and 1:58:14 tell 1:58:18 bing.com 1:58:20 oh wait I want the prompt hang 1:58:32 on why does he sing like that whenever 1:58:34 he's doing something it's very 1:58:37 disturbing it's kind of like ASMR except 1:58:41 annoying I don't know why he does that 1:58:44 why doesn't he just do what I want him 1:58:46 to do it seems to me that this should 1:58:49 not be be so much about him it should be 1:58:51 more about me is what I 1:58:54 think that's a good 1:58:57 image it's a good 1:59:01 image that one's 1:59:03 weird some sick [ __ ] wrote the code for 1:59:06 that 1:59:10 image that's the thing man none of this 1:59:12 is none of this is like logically 1:59:15 written as 1:59:16 code let me go back I want to go back to 1:59:20 um Mid Journey because that was another 1:59:22 image that I think was really 1:59:24 interesting um oh but that was the one 1:59:27 in surreal style but that's okay I can 1:59:29 grab that that prompt where is it um Mid 1:59:32 Journey mid Journey 1:59:35 play I want to get yeah this image right 1:59:41 here I like this a lot um copy 1:59:46 image go down to show and tell 1:59:51 [Applause] 1:59:55 this is 1:59:57 mid a 2:00:00 journey and then the prompt 2:00:06 [Music] 2:00:09 [Applause] 2:00:16 was W whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa 2:00:22 whoa wow wow 2:00:26 W all right Dem been shared Dem been 2:00:29 shared that was a good experiment there 2:00:30 retrop punk I like it I like it you see 2:00:34 that was one of our we talked about our 2:00:36 values before people why don't you 2:00:39 listen we talked about our values before 2:00:41 empathy inclusion nope not those 2:00:43 collaboration no not that exploration 2:00:46 exploration retr Punk was like K Kyle 2:00:49 why don't you do some exploring and so I 2:00:51 did some exploring and then we found 2:00:53 cool [ __ ] out this is how it works 2:00:56 people you go exploring you learn stuff 2:01:00 now you too can learn stuff and you too 2:01:05 you can make 2:01:08 money just said 1995 yours today four 2:01:12 easy payments at 1995 1995 just pay it 2:01:16 1995 put put your put your put your C in 2:01:19 the slot you card in the slot it's is 2:01:22 four easy payments in wasn't fun I know that's 2:01:46 not that's not your business but it is 2:01:49 is my business I'm here this is my time 2:01:52 why are you so weird Kyle why why am I 2:01:56 so weird why am I so 2:01:58 weird it's not cuz I'm 2:02:01 [Laughter] 2:02:03 tired more 2:02:09 coffee okay let's see if anyone's still 2:02:12 modding throw an interesting comment up 2:02:16 there I'm not polite to being anymore he 2:02:17 locked me out most of the day I I'm 2:02:20 telling you man Bing is off the [ __ ] 2:02:22 rails Bing needs to Bing needs a slap 2:02:25 upside the head Bing is 2:02:28 rude so nice we are pleased and thank 2:02:31 you family exactly you got to be a 2:02:34 pleased and thank you family yes it's 2:02:36 okay to be polite to bots rather than 2:02:38 fake fake it to parties or abuse it oh 2:02:40 yeah you did that cuno you took you took 2:02:42 pi to a party and your friends abused it 2:02:44 you have mean 2:02:46 friends the the AI hostile crowd 2:02:50 mid Journey can't Vis visualize certain 2:02:52 things EG King Henry VII with aliens 2:02:55 Dolly can so black I that's it's a 2:02:58 really interesting point one of the 2:03:00 things that that I've that I kind of 2:03:03 talk about here every night is this idea 2:03:07 that you know when when people want to 2:03:10 know you know what tools should I 2:03:13 use um and I'm always like well like 2:03:17 here's four of them 2:03:19 and then um where's my mouse oh God 2:03:24 damn see I 2:03:30 can't so you got those four you got 2:03:32 those three so I feel like for the for 2:03:35 the large language models there are very 2:03:39 clear distinct 2:03:41 differences and that hasn't really been 2:03:43 the case for the image stuff where it's 2:03:45 been it's been kind of like you know mid 2:03:48 journey is the best stable diffusion is 2:03:50 the most 2:03:51 flexible adobe's the safest IDR can do 2:03:55 text but now we're starting to like I 2:03:57 feel like we're starting to get where 2:03:58 where 2:04:00 these these models are starting to 2:04:03 distance themselves from one another and 2:04:05 I I mean I think ultimately we become 2:04:07 the beneficiary of of that I don't I 2:04:10 know I didn't pronounce that word the 2:04:11 whole way but my tongue's not 2:04:14 working 2:04:16 um but but we're going to have to put in 2:04:19 the work like we're going to have to put 2:04:21 in the work that's one of the reasons 2:04:22 that the AI Salon works so if you don't 2:04:24 know about the AI Salon um it's it's at 2:04:28 that URL the 2:04:30 salon. this is a community I started um 2:04:33 last December we we meet every two weeks 2:04:36 we there's a Meetup there there's a link 2:04:37 to the Meetup so you should sign up to 2:04:39 the Meetup and then you can go join our 2:04:42 Discord and in the Discord we can have 2:04:45 conversations and this is where like I 2:04:47 was just sharing that the the show tell 2:04:49 stuff the images I was creating like 2:04:51 this is the showand tell channel in the 2:04:54 Discord so there's those images that I 2:04:56 put in there and there's what retropunk 2:04:57 did and other there's conversations 2:05:00 going on and there's other cool images 2:05:02 in there so it's a neat 2:05:05 Community um and if you're interested in 2:05:08 this 2:05:09 stuff you know why not hang out with a 2:05:12 bunch of people that are [ __ ] weirdos 2:05:14 like you are Siri likes it rough 2:05:18 sometimes 2:05:22 Siri does get jealous you got to keep 2:05:24 Siri in 2:05:25 [Laughter] 2:05:29 line it's going to be really interesting 2:05:31 to see what they do with that does 2:05:33 Nido provide a wide selection of 2:05:36 pictures I don't know 2:05:41 invido what's going 2:05:44 on that image is so cool all right in one of 2:07:39 those 2:07:43 images I don't know I I don't know about 2:07:46 this site at all I this is not something 2:07:48 I would use like this is 2:07:50 one I think I think this has an 2:07:53 interface where you can just do text to 2:07:55 video and it assembles all this [ __ ] but 2:07:58 um this is too much work for me like I 2:08:00 want it to be [ __ ] in my my whole 2:08:02 company Story vine is is based around 2:08:05 automating video because it's such a 2:08:06 pain in the ass to edit edit it and 2:08:09 think about 2:08:11 it in video is great oh wait what was 2:08:14 that it just went 2:08:17 away 2:08:23 that's not the in video AI interface all 2:08:28 right I had a 2:08:30 feeling in video AI oops not AO a 2:08:41 i conversational 2:08:44 software online video maker is this 2:08:47 it 2:08:55 honest to God man all these sites look 2:08:58 the [ __ ] same is this the same site I 2:09:00 was just 2:09:06 on I don't know nid is great we are 2:09:09 testing it and so far it's good very 2:09:11 very janky but lots of potential is this 2:09:13 the right site retr 2:09:16 Punk this one 2:09:20 is that the 2:09:25 logo inv video. iio AI okay that's 2:09:31 probably the thing I'm missing SL 2:09:35 AI create videos with AI co-pilot try 2:09:40 it could you please just let us try 2:09:45 it without having to 2:09:51 okay here we go give me a topic in 2:09:53 detailed instructions oh I think I know 2:09:56 what this is I retr punk I think you 2:09:58 sent me this I think you sent me an 2:10:00 example of this right an example 2:10:02 output oh Siri just took over Siri go 2:10:08 away create a 2:10:12 video of a man fly fishing in the 2:10:16 Delaware 2:10:17 River 2:10:19 to classical music at 2:10:23 dawn with fog lifting off the water and 2:10:27 a trout jumping at the end of his 2:10:32 line I'll believe it when I see it if it 2:10:34 does this good then I'll I'll be a 2:10:44 believer still thinking still thinking d 2:10:48 to get your [ __ ] together thank 2:10:51 you welcome to 2:10:59 Atlanta the red zone is for loading and 2:11:02 unloading only the white 2:11:07 [Music] 2:11:09 zone audience okay audience nature 2:11:13 lovers oh this is interesting fishing 2:11:15 enthusiasts fishing enthusiasts look and 2:11:18 feel minimal Zen 2:11:21 inspiring I can't read what that 2:11:24 says oh yeah I 2:11:27 can I know I when you get older you 2:11:30 learn the keyboard shortcuts for making 2:11:32 the [ __ ] bigger on your screen inspiring 2:11:35 Chris we'll go minimalist Zen and we'll 2:11:38 go YouTube all right let's see what we 2:11:40 get 2:11:42 here let's see what we get there Ben 2:11:44 can't visualize that did the writer 2:11:46 Guild keep AI out of writing um no they 2:11:50 they actually the writer Guild actually 2:11:52 did we use it to recap meetings I upload 2:11:54 full meeting transcripts oh that's 2:11:59 interesting the writer Guild they got 2:12:02 they need certain amount of 2:12:04 humans in the 2:12:06 room uh which is a hedge against 2:12:09 AI they need they got um they got better 2:12:13 residuals for streaming streaming stuff 2:12:15 which they needed that was really good 2:12:18 and then they basically got this thing 2:12:20 that they reserve the right to sue a 2:12:23 studio if the 2:12:25 studio basically trains an AI to replace 2:12:28 them if B basically if the studio gets 2:12:32 too persnikity with with with trying to 2:12:36 replace them with tools and getting 2:12:37 really sophisticated at 2:12:39 tools um that were based on the writers 2:12:42 that they reserve the right to sue the 2:12:44 living [ __ ] out of 2:12:46 them so 2:12:54 um I probably spelled it wrong in video 2:12:56 is pretty good for short form video 2:12:58 we're waiting for that hooray you're 2:13:00 still here I am I I don't ever go away I 2:13:03 got to go to bed it's 11 isn't it God 2:13:05 damn it wait I was away for my question 2:13:08 about the writer's Guild blocking AI to 2:13:11 be used uh I was just answering it all 2:13:13 right let's see this that looks Delaware 2:13:15 River likee actually in the hush of pre- 2:13:17 dawn as the world still Slumbers a 2:13:19 solitary figure stirs the man a 2:13:22 silhouette against the dimly lit Horizon 2:13:24 prepares for a journey not one of miles 2:13:27 and terrain but of patience and passion 2:13:30 that's actually the where the East and 2:13:31 West Branch of the Delaware come 2:13:33 together I 2:13:34 think the air bristles with quiet and 2:13:37 I've actually fished right there right 2:13:42 there right there when I was talking 2:13:45 about fishing this where the the fog was 2:13:48 on the water water and the sun came up 2:13:49 the sun came up over here the fog was 2:13:51 everywhere and it just lifted away it 2:13:53 was very cool disspation the day's first 2:13:55 light just beginning to hint at its 2:13:57 arrival in his hands the tools of the 2:14:00 trade a well-loved rod that's a 2:14:02 saltwater Rod but whatever its polished 2:14:05 surface gleaming in the growing light 2:14:06 and a tackle box filled with an array of 2:14:08 lures each with a story to tell the man 2:14:11 moves with a practiced Rhythm each 2:14:13 action a piece of a time-honored ritual 2:14:15 there's the gentle rustle of nylon as he 2:14:17 Don his waiters the satisfying click of 2:14:20 the real the voice over sucks 2:14:24 bad as he attaches it to the rod I mean 2:14:28 listen no it doesn't suck bad it's not 2:14:31 what I would 2:14:32 write for for us just sort of describing 2:14:35 something like it's it's not bad like 2:14:39 like the the box full of tackle a fly 2:14:41 fisherman would never say a box full of 2:14:43 tackle right they they have their flies 2:14:44 on their vest and so so there's some 2:14:47 there's some just wonky little details 2:14:49 and it's like having an Indian dude you 2:14:52 know talk about the Delaware River is 2:14:54 kind of weird you would have someone you 2:14:56 know more from that region whispered 2:14:58 Secrets exchange between man and line as 2:15:00 he lie beneath the surface in sync with 2:15:02 the rivers signs that speak of a fish on 2:15:05 the hook that's not fly fishing it Rays 2:15:07 turning the river into lower now promise 2:15:10 of another well I mean what it what it 2:15:11 did do was it told a complete story 2:15:13 that's actually pretty impr impressive 2:15:16 there are different voices to choose 2:15:17 from all right yeah this is interesting 2:15:19 I'll I'll I'll start I'll I'll play 2:15:21 around with this this looks pretty 2:15:23 interesting currently previewing in 480p 2:15:26 you can export in SD in HD you can REM 2:15:29 remove the water marks during export I'm 2:15:31 sure for a 2:15:33 price um all right that's very cool um 2:15:36 he sounds like Stewie Griffin he totally 2:15:38 sounds like Stewie 2:15:42 Griffin oh in video it's also a plugin 2:15:44 in chat GPT oh use the plugin actually 2:15:47 that's that's a a really good idea yeah 2:15:49 the uh now you can edit the script in 2:15:51 the video Etc okay cool yeah use the 2:15:54 plugin the plugin all right I'll use the 2:15:56 plugin um the plugin makes more sense 2:15:58 because then you've got um chat gp4 2:16:02 there to um make the words suck less 2:16:06 right now they might be using chat gb4 2:16:09 but uh let's see chat. openening ey.com 2:16:13 we'll do this last one this for you hair 2:16:15 growth geek we'll go plugins 2:16:20 plugins and then we're gonna go 2:16:25 find D 2:16:27 damn plug-in store in 2:16:34 video install video AI by 2:16:40 invid so we now have that as a plugin 2:16:47 here 2:16:53 video of a 2:16:57 solitary fly 2:17:02 fisherman fishing at dawn on the 2:17:05 Delaware River as fog lifts off the 2:17:08 water 2:17:13 period be 2:17:17 sure 2:17:18 to only include fly fishing 2:17:21 references and that the voice 2:17:25 over is region 2:17:29 appropriate see if it knows what that 2:17:31 means in video have to pay to remove 2:17:34 water mark But excellent for b-roll 2:17:36 shortcuts yeah yeah that yeah oh that's 2:17:39 actually a really good that's a really 2:17:41 good point hair growth geek geek instead 2:17:45 instead of searching for b-roll you just 2:17:47 you just describe a whole whole series 2:17:50 of b-roll that you want and it goes and 2:17:51 gets it yeah that's pretty slick that's 2:17:53 pretty 2:17:54 slick here's the video titled Dawn fly 2:17:58 fishing on the Delaware watch the video 2:18:00 here let's see if this let's see if we 2:18:03 got it better because it came from chat 2:18:05 JP 2:18:07 analyzing yeah this is 2:18:10 interesting um it spelled truck instead 2:18:13 of trout yeah well here's the deal with 2:18:16 all this AI stuff the fact that it it 2:18:19 included a t in there and an r in there 2:18:21 truck trout you say tomato I say 2:18:25 tomato we got to forgive the AI like 2:18:29 that's the thing about these AI like 2:18:31 first of all they're like sometimes 2:18:33 weeks old maybe months old what they're 2:18:36 doing is absolutely [ __ ] mind-blowing 2:18:38 like but it spelled it wrong it's like I 2:18:41 know like we want we want everything to 2:18:43 be perfect we're so [ __ ] impatient I 2:18:46 don't know if it's an American thing it 2:18:47 probably is oh that's pretty slick what 2:18:49 they're doing there is is like dust on a 2:18:51 film film thing they're using the little 2:18:53 dust overlay that's pretty slick old 2:18:56 British husky voice is great sounds like 2:18:58 David atenor that's cool just joins what 2:19:01 platform is this this is called invidio 2:19:03 doio I NV Deo inv 2:19:09 video. iio so if you go to 2:19:12 ai. invidio doio that's takes us 2:19:16 here 2:19:18 zero of eight scenes are ready the dawn 2:19:21 awakens to the fly 2:19:25 fisherman stop touching your screen bro 2:19:27 no this is what I 2:19:31 do sure it looks like you're viewing the 2:19:33 screen through birthday cake of a 2:19:36 seven-year-old that's not my problem I 2:19:39 need to point I point to my machine like 2:19:43 this if you don't like 2:19:45 it then it'll make me S dad cuz I'm a 2:19:49 people 2:19:50 [Laughter] 2:19:56 pleaser I'm tired drunk at this point oh 2:19:59 that's a pretty shot and that does look 2:20:01 like the Delaware as the first blush of 2:20:02 dawn paints the sky in Hues of lavender 2:20:05 and Rose the Delaware River stirs from 2:20:07 its Slumber a blanket of mist clings to 2:20:10 the water creating an ethereal Tableau 2:20:12 of tranquility and peace the air crisp 2:20:16 with the promise of a new day carries 2:20:18 the wi songs of Awakening birds in this 2:20:21 Serene Ambiance a figure emerges from 2:20:23 the foggy Veil a fly fisherman ready to 2:20:26 dance with the river his movements are 2:20:29 fluid shot as the one before the rythm 2:20:31 of his C the river's own pulse the fly 2:20:34 rod in his hands is an extension of his 2:20:37 will that's that spay Rod that guy's 2:20:39 fishing for 2:20:41 steel in Nova scoti that's 2:20:44 okay that looks like the Delaware reads 2:20:47 the that looks like a little 2:20:51 stream I'm such a 2:20:53 douche trout underwater I mean this is 2:20:56 pretty slick that it's that it's you 2:20:57 know it's pulling together enough b-roll 2:20:59 here that's definitely the Delaware or 2:21:01 something that looks like it it's a symy 2:21:03 of life where the rustling Leaves play 2:21:06 the percussion the birds sing the melody 2:21:08 and the river itself conducts the 2:21:10 orchestra yeah we cut that is both the 2:21:12 audience and a part of the performance 2:21:15 his actions in perfect harmony with the 2:21:17 natural rhythm 2:21:18 that's a much smaller stream that's a 2:21:21 big 2:21:22 river there's that shot 2:21:26 again 2:21:28 Ace no that's Central 2:21:32 Park no you can't you can't cut to 2:21:36 Central Park from the Delaware River 2:21:39 with ballerinas no 2:21:46 no 2:21:49 oh my 2:21:50 God ah but listen that's pretty [ __ ] 2:21:54 slick all right I'm sold I'm sold that 2:21:57 there's a valuable plugin that's a 2:21:59 valuable plugin what what I would 2:22:01 actually do what I would do there is I 2:22:03 would spend way more time getting chat 2:22:06 gp4 to write a better script right 2:22:08 rather than saying I want this video I'd 2:22:10 say before you generate a video let's 2:22:12 work on the script together I'd tighten 2:22:14 the script up and then I'd have it built 2:22:16 it build based on 2:22:19 that all right everybody listen listen 2:22:22 it's getting very late here you're 2:22:23 you're all so kind of stay in here with 2:22:26 me 2:22:28 um let's see let's see what we got let's 2:22:31 get a pretty picture up here curiosity 2:22:34 let's do oh let's do this one I like the 2:22:36 little turtle 2:22:38 flying there's the AI learning lab the 2:22:40 AI UF learning lab 2:22:43 UFO beaming up a 2:22:45 turtle I think this says everything that 2:22:48 says everything you need to know right 2:22:50 there exactly what do I get my script Up 2:22:54 Wait exactly what do I get my script 2:22:56
