0:08 Champy, you want to sing?
0:30 Load the car and write the note.
0:37 >> Grab the bags and grab your coat.
0:43 Tell the ones that need to know
0:48 we are headed north.
0:56 One foot in and one foot back.
1:02 Well, it don't pay to live like that.
1:07 So, I cut the ties and jump the tracks
1:12 for never to return.
1:20 >> Brooklyn. Brooklyn, take me in.
1:25 Are you wear the shape I'm in?
1:30 My hands they shake my head, it spins.
1:35 Oh, Brooklyn, Brooklyn, take me in.
1:41 When at first I learned to speak,
1:46 I used all my words to fight.
1:51 with him and her and you and me.
1:56 It was just a waste of time.
2:03 It was such a waste of time.
2:12 Brooklyn, take me in.
2:16 Are you wear the shape I'm in?
2:21 My hands they shake. My head is spins.
2:26 Oh, Brooklyn, Brooklyn, take me in.
2:31 Two words that became hard to say.
2:38 I I and love and you.
2:45 What you were then I am today.
2:50 Look at the things I do.
2:58 Brooklyn, Brooklyn, take me.
3:03 Are you wear the shape I'm in? Sing it,
3:06 champion. My hands they shake, my head
3:09 is spins.
3:12 Oh, Brooklyn, Brooklyn, take me in.
3:30 Oh, good evening, good people. Happy
3:32 Friday night. Date night. Got the nachos
3:35 going. Hot pockets.
3:39 You know, I have a feeling that the
3:41 nacho and hot pocket crowd is probably
3:45 also rocking some Uncrustables.
3:49 Bought at the Costco, of course.
4:00 I don't know why I find that funny.
4:34 Woo! Oh,
5:04 you
5:25 Woohoo!
5:29 Woohoo!
6:29 morning.
6:31 Morning.
6:50 There's been something, baby, I've been
6:52 trying to say
6:56 for an age and it seems I don't know
6:58 how.
7:02 The past and the future now surrounding
7:05 me.
7:08 Surrender to whatever treat there can be
7:10 found.
7:14 There's been a little trouble
7:17 since you came to my rescue.
7:24 And if you're like all of the rest, I
7:26 would have quit you long ago. But I
7:29 couldn't do that.
7:35 Oh, tell me now. Women never went to
7:39 well.
7:42 Make a man crazy, make him cold as hell.
7:48 I a woman that you wish me well,
7:52 but I'm spotty trying.
7:55 Still going to have to find my way
7:58 through.
8:12 Okay, let's get this show started. Good
8:16 lord, what a day. That was a day. That
8:18 was a day. A lot. Source camp's here.
8:24 If you were at office hours today, that
8:27 was peppy.
8:33 Oh my god.
8:36 It was actually I think it was actually
8:38 quite an important day.
8:41 So, we got to office hours today. Brent
8:44 Peterson started out with, "I've had my
8:46 jaw on the floor for the past week
8:50 watching his team of agents hire and
8:55 fire one another and manage one another
8:57 and
9:01 create their own
9:04 weird kind of programming language that
9:06 they use instead of language language to
9:09 reduce the context window." so they can
9:12 optimize their token usage. Um, they're
9:16 designing work schedules and maps of
9:19 when they're most efficient.
9:31 And it was kind of the perfect setup for
9:33 where my head is right now with this
9:35 stuff, which is
9:44 It's like all the stuff we've learned to
9:46 this point, we're still going to be able
9:48 to use,
9:51 but the core
10:02 trying to figure out how to
10:05 how to characterize what I feel right
10:06 now.
10:08 The core
10:12 group of people that are going to
10:14 accelerate right now
10:18 are the ones that are learning how to
10:23 onboard
10:25 agent employees. Onboard and it's not
10:28 just onboard them. Like onboarding
10:30 sounds like [ __ ] HR.
10:36 The people have the combination of
10:38 understanding what it is they're trying
10:40 to accomplish.
10:42 What are the roles required to
10:44 accomplish that
10:47 and then have
10:51 the aptitude and skill to be able to
10:53 spin those things up. Right now it's
10:55 very technical, but probably within six
10:57 months it's not going to be.
11:01 And so,
11:11 so I think, you know, I think in the end
11:13 where I am right now is that this is the
11:16 year. I thought this would be the case
11:19 and today was kind of my confirmation of
11:21 it. This is the year that that we will
11:24 all experience AI powerful enough that
11:28 we're like, "Oh, yeah. it can do all of
11:30 my job or all of those seven jobs. And
11:33 the people that know how to wield that
11:35 digital talent and can figure out how to
11:38 do that efficiently or profitably are
11:41 just going to take off.
11:45 It's like [ __ ]
11:48 It's a whole another thing.
11:51 It's it it's it is what we've been
11:53 learning for the past three years and
11:55 it's not
12:22 Oh,
12:24 today I met a nice lady. She's creating
12:26 songs using tryhalo.ai. I invited her.
12:29 Awesome.
12:31 I'm aware I'm feeling a lo at a loss.
12:37 I don't have the resources to create
12:39 agents.
12:41 Well, Corey, let's see. Um,
12:50 right now cams and bars. Um, right now,
12:56 right now, I wouldn't worry about it.
13:07 And it could be worth
13:10 I don't know.
13:12 I wouldn't worry about it right now.
13:14 There's um
13:18 Brandon told me about there's a thing if
13:21 you go to is it kimi.com? I think it's
13:23 ki.com.
13:27 Yeah. If you go to km ai km.com
13:33 kimi.com
13:40 Yeah.
13:43 Let me share my screen.
13:55 Oops.
14:01 All right. So, it's just like a normal
14:03 chatbt looking thing, but but over here
14:06 on the left is Kim Claw.
14:09 And so Kimi claw is
14:12 open claw, but you can basically buy it
14:14 for a monthly fee. It's 47 bucks a
14:16 month. Um, which isn't cheap, but
14:21 it's,
14:23 you know, it would it would at least
14:25 allow you to experiment with it. Deploy
14:28 open claw with one click.
14:31 Link to existing open claw. Um, the
14:35 other thing you can do, Corey, is just
14:37 wait. So, so there's a couple of things
14:39 I I it it it appears that Anthropic is
14:42 being real jerks about this. They're not
14:44 allowing.
14:46 They basically made a terms of service
14:48 today that if someone connects their
14:50 Open Claw to their 20 buck a month
14:52 subscription for
14:55 um Anthropic, they're going to ban those
14:57 accounts,
14:59 which which seems very shortsighted to
15:01 me.
15:06 Oh, yeah. And then Sam Alman and Daario
15:09 Amade at at that international
15:10 conference not holding hands there.
15:12 There's no love between them right now.
15:14 Anyway,
15:16 apparently you can connect Open Claw to
15:19 your OpenAI your chat EPT account which
15:23 Sam Alman announced today. So there's
15:25 weirdness with Anthropic right now. I
15:27 think you can still use the API for
15:29 Anthropic just not the main account. Um,
15:36 but because because Peter, whatever his
15:39 name is, um, I forget his last name, the
15:42 OpenClaw guy, he works for OpenAI. Now,
15:46 there will probably be some iteration of
15:49 of uh, OpenClaw within your Chat GPT
15:52 subscription within 6 months. So, I
15:54 don't think you need to rush to do it.
15:55 Don't don't feel like you have to catch
15:57 up to this. right now. It's an absolute
16:01 nightmare to set up. So, like I wouldn't
16:04 I wouldn't beat yourself up up over it.
16:23 My hair is getting grayer. That's what
16:24 happens when you get old. That mean that
16:27 means you've been here too long. If
16:30 you're watching your host graying,
16:35 I think my hair is getting grayer for
16:38 for uh uh because of all this [ __ ] we're
16:42 going through.
16:45 It was a really thoughtful discussion
16:46 today, I think. Um, but I did get
16:49 feedback that some people left there a
16:50 little freaked out. But
16:54 it's it's a it's
16:58 if anyone if anyone should be prepared
17:01 for what's coming, it's us, right?
17:04 What was clear to me today and the the
17:06 metaphor that I used was just
17:10 boats exiting, you know, one of those
17:12 inlets in Miami where the waves are
17:14 really crazy and people get thrown off
17:16 the boats and the boats sink. Um,
17:21 that's the waters we're entering,
17:26 you know, in the end, I'm actually quite
17:28 optimistic. Um, I just think that the
17:30 the transition is going to be rough.
17:35 Frumple,
17:40 was it already mentioned Peter fulfilled
17:43 your 18 person single company
17:45 prediction?
17:50 Oh, that Well, he did he technically I
17:54 mean I certainly think that Open Claw is
17:56 worth a billion dollars. I don't know
17:58 what OpenAI paid him. Did they pay him a
18:01 billion dollars to come over there? I
18:02 don't think they did, but I don't I
18:04 don't know what the terms of the of the
18:06 deal were. No. $1 billion.
18:10 It was definitely a freakout vibe.
18:16 Doc Dr. J.
18:21 Yeah. Yeah, I know.
18:42 One of the things that is also true,
18:44 even though the technology is getting
18:46 powerful and weird, one of the things
18:48 that is also true is that things take
18:51 longer
18:53 than you think they will. Right.
18:57 Elon Musk predicted full self-driving
18:59 cars by what, 2018?
19:02 We still don't really have them. There's
19:04 it's sort of rolled out,
19:10 but it's certainly not it's certainly
19:12 not commonplace and widespread. So,
19:14 we're almost 10 years past that. So, so
19:17 things could take longer.
19:24 The thing that sort of wigs me out
19:27 is you take four or five smart people in
19:31 a little cohort that decide they want to
19:34 go after their ex employer
19:37 and they create a a batch of employees
19:40 that's every bit as good as that.
19:44 You're going to have these these giant
19:47 corporations that are just going to be
19:49 like the Titanic.
19:51 sliding past the iceberg, right?
19:54 Shredding their hole, not really
19:55 realizing what just happened.
19:59 So, how long how long do those
20:01 companies, you know, maintain their
20:03 current working models?
20:07 That could be 5 years.
20:10 So, it's actually it's very possible
20:14 that on the surface it doesn't look like
20:17 anything's really changing for 3 years.
20:21 I just have an instinct it's going to be
20:22 faster than that.
20:31 Uh uh I heard on the news today the USA
20:34 may be going down the Aussie road of no
20:38 social media under 16 possibly. There's
20:41 a lot of lot of chatter about that. Tech
20:44 is fast but humans are slow to adopt.
20:49 one person open source couple of months
20:51 super hype I think it qualifies.
20:56 Yeah. If they paid him a billion dollars
20:59 if OpenAI paid Peter Stevenson. Hey
21:02 Kyle, how are you? I'm good. I I I am
21:12 I'm in preemptive existential
21:15 angst.
21:20 I feel I feel like
21:25 like I have the burden of knowledge
21:27 right now. the burden of knowledge of
21:28 what's coming
21:33 and I tend to be te tech optimistic
21:35 meaning I just I think it's going to
21:37 progress
21:42 but you know we had agents agents came
21:44 out in chat GPT year and a half ago
21:47 maybe a year ago we've got Manis we've
21:51 got gen spark they haven't really
21:53 changed anything
21:56 but this open claw thing. You know, it's
21:58 the fastest adopted software in his open
22:00 source software in history.
22:03 I assume that chat GPT still holds the
22:06 record for fastest adopted commercial
22:08 software in history.
22:15 And you've got geeks all over the world,
22:17 you know, deploying hundreds of
22:19 thousands of agents in a month.
22:23 And who knows what they're going to do.
22:27 And then I think what that does is it
22:30 makes all of the frontier companies
22:33 accelerate whatever agent projects
22:35 they've got going on cuz they're not
22:37 going to they're not going to want to
22:38 let an open-source project show them up.
22:41 Open Claw is really interesting. It's
22:42 really interesting. It's really
22:45 interesting.
22:59 This is
23:17 moo.
23:51 Okay. So, what are we going to do?
23:57 Last night we we vibe coded up the
24:00 beginning of a website that is now
24:03 connected to
24:05 better get building the website quick.
24:12 That's pretty funny.
24:31 Already prompt injection malware in the
24:34 claw via the popular skill plugin. Yeah,
24:36 I saw that today that the the most
24:38 popular skill for um for Open Claw was
24:43 malware.
24:44 So, yeah, it's it's
24:49 about to get messy.
24:56 Oh, good lord. Good lord. Good lord.
24:59 Good lord. Um, okay. Let's see what we
25:03 want to do. Let's go to lovable and look
25:04 at what we built last night.
25:07 Seven questions, a mirror, not a great.
25:10 Oh, that's right. Um, let's see. Once
25:13 I am
25:18 in the assessment,
25:22 I can't get back out. Let's fix that.
25:33 I also let me go. I went into chat GPT
25:38 today.
25:39 I had a little conversation with Quinn.
25:45 Oh, they haven't seen the live website.
25:46 That's right. Okay. So, we'll show them
25:48 that.
25:57 give me a brief of what we talked
26:03 about
26:06 in this chat. So, I woke up this morning
26:08 with some thoughts on the
26:12 Wait, did you get custom icon
26:15 for the chat session? Yeah, you can you
26:18 can choose them.
26:20 You can choose those icons. If I go
26:23 rename project. No.
26:26 If I go
26:29 create repurpose
26:33 edit project settings.
26:38 See, you can do all sorts of little
26:39 things.
26:41 So, I did a little plant.
26:45 It could be a heart.
26:50 You learn something new every day.
26:53 It could be a brain. Is it a brain or is
26:56 it a heart? I think it's both. I think
26:58 it's the plant. I think it's the plant.
27:02 Could be a music note.
27:05 Hey, sleepy. Anyone else sleepy?
27:14 Oh, did I did I lose my
27:19 Okay, so here's what we talked about.
27:25 Good lord.
27:28 The core challenge. You're building a
27:30 practical, scalable entry point into the
27:32 great repurpose that works for
27:34 individuals navigating identity
27:36 disruption, businesses facing AIdriven
27:38 role shifts, leaders who need strategy
27:41 that is human- centered but economically
27:43 grounded. Key tension. If employees lose
27:45 purpose, companies lose money. If
27:47 individuals tie identity too tightly to
27:49 tasks, AI disruption creates an ego
27:53 crisis. We cannot lead with ego death.
27:55 We must lead with possibility. naming
27:57 exploration,
28:00 the great repurpose training program,
28:02 training program, playbook, roadmap,
28:04 action plan, initiative, boot camp, lab.
28:07 So, I was thinking about like the great
28:10 repurpose is great as a as an as a
28:13 something to name
28:15 what's going on, but like, okay, so what
28:18 are you going to [ __ ] do about it?
28:20 Workforce transformation, workforce
28:22 shift.
28:24 Because you described the great
28:26 repurpose as an invisible crisis of
28:28 meaning, we explored meaning
28:31 at work lab human agency workshop.
28:33 Reclaim your agency. Claim your purpose.
28:37 You rejected reclaim to backwardlooking.
28:40 That wasn't why I did it, but whatever.
28:42 Structural insight. Uh decoupling.
28:46 Start with decoupling. Identity of work.
28:51 instead of exercise. Oh, this is this is
28:53 what I was thinking for you, Brandon.
28:55 That
28:59 identity flexibility.
29:03 No,
29:06 I was thinking about the path assessment
29:08 thing.
29:12 Like could we get people excited about
29:15 what's possible
29:17 rather than feel like they're in some
29:20 sort of chaotic storm.
29:25 We didn't ask for it. We can't escape
29:26 it. The only way forward is through.
29:33 AI may be the tool that helps you
29:35 survive.
29:40 Oh, that's cool.
29:43 Let's see
29:45 where this leaves us. You're building
29:47 something that is not just upskilling,
29:49 not just workforce.
29:59 Yeah, there's really nothing there. I
30:01 thought that might give me insights
30:03 about what I want to do. Okay, we now
30:05 have a back to home button. Yay. Okay,
30:09 so what we're looking at here, this is
30:10 our lovable website that we have so far.
30:14 So
30:15 what this is is we spent some time in in
30:19 chat GPT or Claude I think Claude who
30:22 wrote up um three different documents. a
30:27 website copy document,
30:29 a spec for the for the assessment tool,
30:32 and then um a description of the website
30:37 design, I think, or something like that.
30:41 And it made us this, the work that
30:42 defined you as Okay, so we've got to
30:44 upload
30:46 a hero image.
30:52 Hey Brandon, do you know if lovable when
30:54 you upload images, can it can it see the
30:57 images?
31:17 Here's the hero image.
31:21 You
31:23 used
31:25 sarif fonts
31:27 not sands
31:30 like the image. You also
31:35 picked colors
31:38 that don't match the image.
31:41 Do you have I'm going to put this in
31:43 plan mode.
31:46 Do you have
31:55 So, I'm asking it if it uh if it can
31:58 actually see the image. It It'll
31:59 probably lie to me.
32:10 Well, I know it said it did for us
32:12 earlier, but then it I'm looking at the
32:14 colors and they're not the right colors
32:15 from the image and it it chose a serif
32:19 font instead of a sans serif font.
32:24 You also changed your plan eight times.
32:27 It's true.
32:32 Um, edit. Okay. The homepage hero
32:36 section will be updated to match the
32:37 uploaded reference image. Use the
32:40 uploaded photo as the hero background
32:42 image. Copy it into the project and
32:44 display it. Switch the hero text to sans
32:47 serif bold left aligned.
32:50 Currently uses serif.
32:54 Oh, that's good. It actually it so it
32:56 can see it. It said update the hero copy
32:59 to match the image. Great repurpose.
33:02 Finding meaning in the face of
33:03 unprecedented change.
33:07 I usually have luck with lovable
33:09 matching the image. Okay, then it was
33:11 probably me changing the plan eight
33:12 times last night. So, I just approved
33:16 this plan.
33:18 All right, now we're building. Let's
33:20 see.
33:48 All right. I don't have to wait. Well,
33:50 let me let's see.
34:19 The image isn't
34:25 displaying
34:27 >> what?
34:27 >> Read what it says.
34:30 >> Oh,
34:35 that's weird.
34:46 Um,
34:51 since we have the
35:27 Okay. So, while that's building, this is
35:28 cool. So, in lovable, while it's
35:30 building, you keep asking questions. Um,
35:34 the
35:36 clickable area
35:39 on the
35:42 sliders isn't
35:46 large enough.
35:49 Clicking on the line itself
36:16 also the questions are too direct.
36:22 We need to use more
36:27 sophisticated
36:29 methods
36:32 to get people to answer
36:37 such sensitive. Use plan mode for this
36:39 one. Yeah, I think you're right. Um
36:43 for such sensitive
36:50 territory.
36:53 All right, let's go back and see if we
36:55 have
36:57 image is still broken.
37:01 Re-upload hero image.
37:08 Let's do it this way.
37:15 Data.
37:53 Thank you.
38:00 Okay, that image. So, we're going to
38:02 upload that and I'm going to say,
38:06 um, here's
38:08 the same image without the title text on
38:12 it. Please overlay the text
38:18 for title and subtitle
38:25 over this image.
38:31 And we're not going to plan. Oh, wait.
38:33 Do I need to?
38:36 All right, that's approved. Okay, so let
38:38 me fire that off in there. Great.
38:41 Repurpose. Take the selfch check.
38:49 That's bad interface, right? To click on
38:52 a button, take the selfch check, and
38:54 then I've got to begin it
38:57 like double nested bullets. That's
39:00 crappy.
39:04 That's pretty slick. That that fluidity
39:08 is good. Imagine
39:11 if your job title disappeared tomorrow.
39:13 I'd feel lost. That title is a big part
39:15 of how I see myself. I'd be fine.
39:21 See, this this question bugs the [ __ ]
39:23 out of me. Let's go to the next one. The
39:26 tool just did in seconds what used to
39:28 take you hours. Honestly, it stings a
39:30 little.
39:31 All right.
39:34 A friend introduces you at a dinner
39:35 party. I'd fumble with what to say
39:37 beyond my job.
39:42 I'd know exactly what I'd want them to
39:44 say about me.
39:47 You have a free Saturday with no
39:49 obligations. I'd probably drift.
39:52 Not sure what I'm billing. I know what
39:54 exactly what I spend my time on. These
39:56 are all the same question. These are
39:59 shitty questions. All right, we're going
40:00 to go back to Claude, I think. Although,
40:03 maybe Claude's in here.
40:07 Done. And the hero now shows your photo.
40:10 All right, there we go. And that's there
40:12 you go.
40:15 Make the sub
40:19 title
40:21 larger
40:23 and
40:25 closer to
40:27 the title.
40:30 Um,
40:40 The signal,
40:46 the five phases.
40:54 These are not the five phases.
41:04 Okay, here's a lesson that we learned
41:07 last night.
41:09 Don't overthink building [ __ ] in
41:11 Lovable.
41:15 Lovable went on ahead and rewrote our
41:19 entire
41:20 program.
41:23 Oh my god, this is exhausting. Okay.
41:34 Let me go look at the website copy.
41:38 Maybe maybe we gave it shitty copy. That
41:40 is possible.
41:50 Take the self great is the framework.
42:09 All right.
42:18 downloads
42:22 do website copy.
42:26 It looks like
42:29 you rewrote
42:33 the
42:35 five stages
42:38 entirely.
42:42 That's bad.
42:45 Look at this web site. Copy.
42:53 Don't follow
42:56 title and subhead,
43:02 but follow
43:06 everything else. Tik Tok pin. Kuno, your
43:08 agent army, your agent army can make you
43:11 money with chatbt.
43:13 >> You can make money with chatb.
43:17 >> It's going to get so obnoxious. Like,
43:20 it's oh my god, it's going to get so
43:23 obnoxious. The bros that made the you
43:26 can make money with chat GPT are now
43:28 going to be like, I've got the perfect
43:30 agent onboarding program for you. Oh,
43:34 it's going to get insufferable. Okay.
43:36 Um, don't follow the Let me go look at
43:38 one other thing here. Let me go back
43:41 over here and I'm going to go to the
43:43 selfch check spec. I'm going to look at
43:45 the questions.
43:49 Were these questions shitty?
43:52 Salon routing.
44:10 Here we go. Questions.
44:30 Okay,
44:32 I want you to completely
44:36 rethink the
44:39 question strategy
44:42 for the
44:45 selfch Check.
44:50 Right now you are asking
44:56 obvious questions as if
45:01 some someone will know how
45:06 tied
45:08 their identity
45:12 is
45:15 to their work.
45:22 The questions need to reveal
45:27 where
45:30 they lie on each of the five
45:35 stages
45:37 without
45:40 directly asking
45:44 questions related to
45:48 each stage.
45:53 Oh [ __ ] I should have gotten thinking
45:55 mode. Stop. Thinking mode.
46:06 All right.
46:08 Um, I understand this is boring. There's
46:11 28 people in Tik Tok. There's 15 people
46:14 on YouTube. You didn't read its
46:16 response. I understand that user XD I'm
46:18 tired and I'm moving fast. I'm
46:20 frustrated with with myself because I
46:25 um
46:27 I think I way overthought how to use how
46:31 to build this website in Lovable. I
46:34 basically should have done all this
46:35 inside lovable,
46:38 but I had it in my head that because
46:41 Claude has all this context of the
46:43 project that it would do better.
46:48 But at least Claude is being
46:50 sickopantic. When I told it it was a
46:53 shitty question, writer, it replied,
46:55 "You're completely right. Asking someone
46:58 how fused your identity to your work is
47:00 like asking a fish how how wet it is.
47:05 Let me rethink this from scratch. All
47:08 right. So, we're going to we're going to
47:10 update the copy on the website. We're
47:11 going to update the questions. So, let's
47:13 let Claude do its thing here.
47:16 Oh, good lord. Good people.
47:20 Any other lovable people make the uh
47:22 mistake I just did?
47:26 overthink [ __ ]
47:28 This reminds me of that thing HT Snow
47:30 Day talked about where
47:34 um he did a contest to to have people
47:37 vibe code a game
47:40 and it was like this big
47:42 cross-disciplinary room of people and
47:44 the only only people that failed to vibe
47:47 code a game were the engineers because
47:51 none of them used the word game. The
47:53 people that didn't know anything about
47:54 programming just said, "I want a game
47:56 where stuff falls from the sky."
48:00 And the tool was able to turn that into
48:03 a game. But if you knew too much about
48:05 programming, you'd ask for things like
48:08 gravity systems.
48:10 Oh my god, I'm still still
48:13 three days into a breathing sanctuary
48:16 element using lovable and chat GPT. Oh
48:20 yeah, you are awesome. Oh, well, I don't
48:23 know. Maybe you're talking about Corey
48:25 Sandler. Um,
48:30 Cam Ken on day two of using Lovable.
48:32 How's it going, Cam? I know. I know. I
48:34 pushed you over there to check it out.
48:36 Is it working? Is Are you getting stuff?
48:39 Let's see. Silverf Fox, I I I have, but
48:42 I'm getting better. And I save all the
48:44 artifacts to go back to if I need to.
48:45 That's smart. No, you Oh, thank you very
48:48 much, Signs of Awesome. I appreciate
48:49 that. I I uh I'm a little low energy
48:52 tonight and I'm a little I'm a little uh
48:56 I'm a little self-judgy.
48:59 I'm a little self-judgy that the website
49:00 we created sucks, but Corey, too. Yeah,
49:04 that's great. Corey's awesome.
49:07 Ah, okay. Compacting our conversation so
49:09 we can keep chatting. Okay, that's just
49:11 that's going to take a while. So, let's
49:12 go back to this. We We'll keep playing.
49:14 We'll keep playing here. The Great
49:16 Repurpose.
49:18 I mean, it's pretty.
49:25 Seven questions, two minutes, a mirror,
49:27 not a grade. Okay, so let's Well, we
49:28 we'll have it do the copy thing worse.
49:30 It looks like you rewrote the five
49:31 stages entirely. That's bad. Look at
49:33 this web site copy. Don't follow title
49:35 and subhead, but follow everything else
49:39 and make sure you don't rewrite it.
49:47 re you don't alter
49:51 the core
49:55 core elements of the movement.
50:00 All right. So, we'll have better website
50:02 copy here. So, that's good.
50:05 I also feel like this needs a paragraph
50:07 above the take the selfch check button.
50:10 I also think take the selfch check
50:12 button. Selfch check we came up with
50:15 last night sucks. And the orange sucks.
50:19 And the blue the blue sitting on top of
50:22 the green image sucks.
50:27 Okay. Wait. Make sure to tell Lovable to
50:29 check accessibility following WC A 2.0
50:34 standards. You call this a date? Yeah,
50:36 exactly.
50:38 I'm in lovable token jail, so I'm
50:40 playing in other ways. [ __ ] lovable
50:42 token jail sucks.
50:45 This This is another thing that's that's
50:47 another thing about these agents is
50:49 they're burning through tokens.
50:51 Brent Peterson was telling us how they
50:53 work today. Like every time they check
50:55 in with something, they're sending like
50:57 400,000 tokens. And so if you don't if
51:00 you don't get your agents to be a little
51:04 bit smarter, then uh you burn through
51:07 some money.
51:10 Brent was saying two or three times a
51:11 day he was getting notifications that
51:13 his credit card was being charged for
51:16 more for more.
51:18 It's crazy.
51:28 We recorded office hours and I'm pretty
51:31 sure I don't know if it made it up today
51:33 but I'm pretty sure
51:36 let's see.
51:40 So if I go to
51:43 get started now let's see
51:48 um office hours.
51:52 If you want to see the office hours
51:54 meeting today, 27th February.
52:05 Yeah, I don't think it's Oh, wait. Here
52:06 it is.
52:10 Two days ago.
52:22 Yeah. So
52:24 if you go to watch past meetings, let's
52:28 see
52:30 AI salon.
52:37 If you go to learn and grow in the AI
52:40 salon,
52:42 watch past meetings.
52:52 Let's see recent replays.
52:56 Those are salon presents.
53:06 They're not out loud.
53:09 Office hours.
53:14 Okay, it's in office hours down here.
53:16 February 20th. So, this one is today's
53:19 office hours, the one with the great
53:21 repurpose image on it. Um,
53:25 I think it's actually an important
53:27 office hours to watch. So, go to the
53:30 salon, scroll down to learn and grow,
53:32 watch past meetings, or you can just go
53:34 up and search for um office hours, and
53:38 you'll find it in that search result.
53:44 Go look at um look what I made. Very
53:47 nice.
53:53 Unimark for web desktop and in your LLM
53:56 places
53:57 like links LinkedIn do not allow you.
54:00 Oh, that's cool.
54:04 Senh Howgard made a series of images
54:07 all illustrating people being rooted
54:09 stuck in their lives. Oh, that's
54:11 interesting.
54:12 Love how you can think out to an LLM and
54:14 get your crazy ideas realized.
54:19 Scroll for art.
54:30 Those are cool.
54:37 Lori Blair something is forming not
54:40 despite the breaking but because of it.
54:42 So these are so in look what I made um
54:46 if you go to
54:51 where is it community feed is where the
54:53 the prompt of the week is. Yeah. If you
54:56 go to community feed Brandon
55:01 puts in a prompt of the week.
55:05 There you go. There's Brandon in ice,
55:08 fire and ice.
55:10 Something is forming. What is it? Create
55:13 an image, a song, a short story, and
55:15 then you share it. And look what I made.
55:28 I made this song. The black cross on the
55:32 page.
55:35 Oh, that's nice. Seem to be appropriate.
55:38 Hope is tired.
55:42 It's a great title.
56:23 I told my therapist, hands in my lap,
56:25 I'm not suicidal, but something's
56:28 cracked. It's not a cliff edge, not a
56:30 goodbye, just a quiet fear I can't deny.
56:35 I'm tired and away shakes my bones like
56:38 I've been fighting wars alone. Not loud,
56:42 not wild, not falling apart. Just
56:44 holding the tremor inside my heart. She
56:48 didn't say everyone feels this way.
56:51 Didn't tell me to smile it away. She
56:54 leaned in close, voice, slow, warm like
56:57 she'd heard this storm before. She said
57:00 that sentence means you've been on your
57:04 own too long. It's not that you want to
57:07 be gone. It's that you can't keep
57:10 carrying on like this. Hope is tired,
57:14 not dead. It's buried under what you
57:17 never said. You don't want to disappear.
57:21 You just
57:26 >> nice song.
57:28 Nice song. All right. So, if you want to
57:33 participate and play first and go uh do
57:37 do the good stuff. Go to the community
57:40 feed, find Brandon's um prompt of the
57:43 week, and go make some stuff. All right.
57:45 Go do that. Make [ __ ] Sure. Okay. Let
57:48 me let me go back to let's go see if
57:50 lovable fixed our
57:54 five phases.
57:59 Unhook identity. I'm not my job. Your
58:02 identity got fused with your work.
58:04 Unhook hooking isn't giving up. It isn't
58:06 abandoning your career or craft. It's
58:08 recognizing that you're more than the
58:10 tasks.
58:11 What it feels like. Grief, anger,
58:13 disorientation.
58:15 Reclaim value. what it means, what it
58:17 feels like. This is good. I don't like
58:20 the design, but that's okay.
58:26 All right, let's go back to cloud now.
58:28 Let me change how I'm sharing so I can
58:30 just move quickly.
58:42 So, we've at least got our five values
58:44 in there correctly. That's nice. Let's
58:46 go back to Claude. See what it's done
58:50 with the selfch check questions
58:52 document. Oh, it gave us a fancy
58:56 fancy
59:22 design philosophy. The old questions ask
59:24 people to rate themselves on things they
59:26 can't see. The new questions put people
59:28 in a moment and watch where they go.
59:30 Okay, the seven questions. Question one,
59:34 you're at a dinner party and someone
59:35 asks, "So, what do you do?" I give my
59:37 title, my company. It's the most natural
59:39 answer and honestly the most interesting
59:42 thing about me right now. I end up
59:44 talking about something I'm curious
59:45 about or working on. My job title barely
59:48 comes up.
59:52 A colleague shows you something AI
59:54 generated that looks a lot like your
59:55 work. My stomach drops. I start scanning
59:57 for what's wrong with it, hoping it's
59:59 bad. If it's good, I feel worse. That's
1:00:03 what I'm like. It's funny when I go see
1:00:06 a play, when I go when I go to the
1:00:08 theater, whether it's a musical or a
1:00:10 play,
1:00:12 if it's bad, it's insufferable.
1:00:17 Cuz, you know, I sit there going, I
1:00:19 could do this better. And if it's good,
1:00:22 it's worse. Cuz then I'm like, [ __ ] I'm
1:00:26 not that good.
1:00:28 Sucks. Sucks to be able to not just
1:00:30 watch [ __ ] Uh, my stomach dropped.
1:00:32 Okay. Well, that's okay. That's good.
1:00:34 Whatever. Okay. A friend asked you to
1:00:36 help
1:00:38 their kid with career advice.
1:00:40 The kid wants to go into your field. I
1:00:42 hesitate. I'm not sure what to tell them
1:00:44 anymore.
1:00:48 The field I entered doesn't exist the
1:00:50 same way. And I'd feel dishonest to say
1:00:52 go for it.
1:00:54 Does it have to be seven questions as
1:00:56 opposed to what you think it should be
1:00:57 more or less?
1:01:04 I don't know.
1:01:08 Secretly measures. It's Saturday
1:01:10 morning. Nothing is scheduled. You have
1:01:12 the whole day.
1:01:14 All right. I feel a little lost.
1:01:19 You can just You just read that AI can
1:01:21 now handle a major part of what people
1:01:23 in your field do. Your first thought is
1:01:26 there's one more thing being taken away.
1:01:30 My mind immediately starts racing to
1:01:32 what I could do if that task were off my
1:01:35 plate.
1:01:36 There's been something I've been wanting
1:01:38 to try.
1:01:40 A friend hands you their laptop
1:01:44 and says, "Try this new AI tool. Make
1:01:47 something with it.
1:02:02 Let's see.
1:02:40 Okay,
1:02:42 here are a new set of questions.
1:02:48 Um, don't worry about the commentary
1:02:53 here. Just
1:02:56 update the questions
1:02:59 in your assessment
1:03:04 tool. Okay.
1:03:11 Voit conf
1:03:13 vibes.
1:03:15 Oh, let's let's let's ask uh
1:03:19 please check the site for accessibility
1:03:28 following
1:03:30 WC
1:03:31 WC A
1:03:34 2.0
1:03:37 specs.
1:03:42 Oh, that's cool. So, it's in the queue.
1:03:44 That's I like that.
1:04:11 The hero image has
1:04:16 more of a subtle
1:04:23 dark green
1:04:25 palette.
1:04:28 The blue you chose for the site
1:04:34 doesn't match at all.
1:04:38 And the orange
1:04:41 buttons
1:04:44 make me want to hurl
1:04:51 frumple. I was just going to say it
1:04:53 sounds like Voit Comp test question from
1:04:56 Bladeunner.
1:05:00 Well,
1:05:02 we are living in a sci-fi movie now.
1:05:10 Every sci-fi movie of our of our
1:05:12 childhood is now a documentary.
1:05:18 I mean, seriously, the the only the only
1:05:21 thing that feels like is not
1:05:24 imminently coming
1:05:27 like flying cars are close.
1:05:31 You know, you we've got drones now that
1:05:33 they just make them bigger and you can
1:05:34 sit in them.
1:05:38 Time travel we're not we're not getting
1:05:41 anytime soon. and uh and the particle
1:05:46 beamy thing, you know, recombining
1:05:49 yourself. What what was that thing
1:05:51 called?
1:05:52 My brain's dead
1:05:56 in Star Trek.
1:06:05 Everyone's sleeping.
1:06:07 Yeah, teleporter.
1:06:09 I was like, I think it's teleporting,
1:06:10 but that's not right. That seems too
1:06:12 simple.
1:06:15 All right, let's go take the selfch
1:06:17 check again.
1:06:20 You're at a dinner party, so what do you
1:06:22 do?
1:06:39 See my results.
1:06:41 Your results are ready. Send my results.
1:06:49 Holiday. That's what it is. Tik Tok pin.
1:06:53 What's the idea behind this? Sorry if I
1:06:55 missed the purpose. Sure. So, so
1:06:57 Frumple, this is
1:07:01 the great repurpose. There's an article.
1:07:04 Where can I share an article? I really
1:07:06 can't. Oh, you know where I'll share it?
1:07:08 I'll I'll put it in uh I'll put it in
1:07:10 the AI salon. I'll just do a post in
1:07:13 community feed
1:07:15 and there's an article that I wrote
1:07:17 three weeks ago
1:07:19 um this coming Sunday. So it's it's
1:07:22 brand new
1:07:24 um called the great repurpose. And this
1:07:28 concept was born here on the live
1:07:33 um three weeks ago last night. And I I
1:07:36 published the the article on Sunday.
1:07:41 So let me grab this
1:07:45 copy.
1:07:48 There's a question for you on lovable
1:07:52 where.
1:08:04 Okay, hang on. Um
1:08:09 community feed.
1:08:13 Um
1:08:16 for those
1:08:20 asking
1:08:22 here is
1:08:24 the great
1:08:27 repurpose
1:08:28 article.
1:08:30 So the the great repurpose is a movement
1:08:35 I think now. Oops, I did that wrong. Um,
1:08:46 it's basically putting a name to what I
1:08:48 feel is an invisible crisis of meaning
1:08:51 where particularly in this country, we
1:08:54 have our identity very tightly coupled
1:08:58 with our work. And as AI disrupts our
1:09:00 work, it's going to leave people lost
1:09:02 and not knowing what to do. And so what
1:09:05 we're vibe coding and lovable is a
1:09:07 website that has a self- assessment
1:09:09 tool. And the self- assessment tool is
1:09:12 going to put someone, you know, on a on
1:09:14 on some sort of journey. Um, and and a
1:09:18 lot of the answers to the journey are
1:09:20 things in the AI salon like go to office
1:09:23 hours on Friday if you if you really
1:09:24 want to be depressed like the one today.
1:09:27 Um, where's the question on lovable?
1:09:31 In the AI summit in India, no one was
1:09:33 able to predict exactly what kind of
1:09:35 jobs humans would be doing. Pavven, I
1:09:38 think it is
1:09:41 it is it is nonobvious right now what
1:09:44 humans will be doing.
1:09:47 We don't know
1:09:49 because this
1:09:52 the surreal state that we find ourselves
1:09:55 in, we know every job's going to change.
1:09:58 Like I know that beyond a shadow of a
1:10:00 doubt.
1:10:01 We don't know how they're going to
1:10:02 change. We don't know what's going to
1:10:04 remain.
1:10:06 I assume there's going to be a lot of
1:10:08 jobs to just kind of babysit these
1:10:10 agents as they are birthed,
1:10:13 right? But then they're going to get
1:10:15 good at some point and you won't need to
1:10:16 babysit them anymore.
1:10:20 Um,
1:10:22 I think there's going to be a lot more
1:10:23 jobs of humanto human contact, like just
1:10:26 people gathering PE, you know, concerts,
1:10:30 in-person events. Oh, no. Lovable has a
1:10:33 question for me. Ah,
1:10:35 okay. What accent color should replace
1:10:38 the orange? Warm, gold, amber.
1:10:41 That could work. Oh, sage, muted green.
1:10:45 Let's do that for the dark background.
1:10:48 Dark olive black.
1:10:54 Submit.
1:10:58 Bonus awarded.
1:11:01 I just claimed five credits.
1:11:05 Choose where to receive the credits. I
1:11:08 think I'm working in cloud lovable right
1:11:09 now.
1:11:11 All right. Fantastic. five free credits.
1:11:15 Whoop.
1:11:20 All right. So, that's working on the
1:11:21 website. So, anyway, um if you go to the
1:11:25 salon and go to the community feed, you
1:11:27 can go read that article. And then this
1:11:29 site is it's going to it's going to be
1:11:32 the site that lives at um the
1:11:35 greatrepurpose.com.
1:11:37 So, now we have a nice little sage green
1:11:39 button. Doesn't look so obnoxious. The
1:11:41 background is the same black as the
1:11:43 picture or at least in the same
1:11:45 neighborhood, right? Beautiful.
1:11:49 Okay.
1:11:53 Okay. So, in the queue. Okay. Let's see.
1:11:57 Um,
1:11:59 so one of the things that I want to say
1:12:01 is, um, I hate
1:12:04 the double
1:12:07 interface.
1:12:11 where I
1:12:14 click
1:12:16 start the survey
1:12:20 and then I have to
1:12:25 click
1:12:28 begin.
1:12:34 Jump me right to
1:12:37 Q1.
1:12:47 below the
1:12:50 starting
1:12:52 page. Copy
1:12:55 also.
1:12:56 Can you make the
1:13:00 assessment
1:13:02 interface
1:13:06 more like an app?
1:13:13 rather I'm going to do this in plan mode
1:13:19 rather
1:13:22 than a
1:13:25 web page.
1:13:28 Are you mostly a claude enjoyer? I can't
1:13:31 quit it. Hey Jay Long, I am I have been
1:13:34 a fairly insufferable Chat GPT fanboy
1:13:39 for most of this channel and
1:13:46 the combination of them retiring 40
1:13:52 sucking 5.1 not being bad 5.2 sucking
1:13:56 again.
1:14:00 the fact that their agent have ha their
1:14:02 agents haven't improved. And the fact
1:14:04 that Claude
1:14:06 is really good at coding and is actually
1:14:09 pretty good at writing. It's a little
1:14:11 sick of fantic for my taste, but it's
1:14:13 just like Claude's just better right
1:14:15 now. I think OpenAI has feels like
1:14:18 they've lost the plot to me. So, um I'm
1:14:21 not surprised that that you like Claude.
1:14:23 I you know, for for me, I've used Claude
1:14:26 over the years, but it was always like a
1:14:28 second
1:14:29 you know, a second fiddle. Like having
1:14:31 all my context in chat GPT is a pretty
1:14:34 big barrier to leave. So, it's got to be
1:14:37 pretty shitty for me to for me to check
1:14:39 out.
1:14:41 Okay. Um, let's just approve that
1:14:43 instead of me thinking about what it's
1:14:45 recommending.
1:14:47 The transporter.
1:15:25 Future of AI is still up for grabs.
1:15:40 All right. So, it's off building stuff
1:15:42 right now. Any questions?
1:15:46 Any thoughts?
1:15:52 Okay. Tomorrow,
1:15:55 mark it on your calendars. 400 PM
1:15:57 Eastern. So, 2 p.m. my time, 100 p.m.
1:16:01 West Coast time,
1:16:04 Central time zone. You're on your own.
1:16:07 Um,
1:16:10 Lord Digital Gods Glenn is teaching an
1:16:14 LOL tomorrow
1:16:16 on
1:16:18 playing with large data sets. So, so
1:16:21 here's here's the thing about
1:16:23 when you hear things like
1:16:26 playing with large data sets, unless
1:16:28 you're a data scientist or a math nerd,
1:16:32 that's probably not going to sound like
1:16:34 a fun afternoon on a Saturday. But don't
1:16:39 forget, we now live in an era where with
1:16:42 AI, you too can do data analysis. You
1:16:46 too can look at really interesting huge
1:16:48 data sets and have AI chop them up and
1:16:53 chew them up and spit out really
1:16:55 interesting insights that you might be
1:16:57 interested in. You don't have to be a
1:16:59 data science scientist anymore to be
1:17:01 able to do really interesting things
1:17:02 with data. So what Lord Lord Digital
1:17:06 Gods is going to do is he's going to
1:17:08 show you where these interesting data
1:17:10 sets are, take some and show you what
1:17:12 you can do with them. So, if you're at
1:17:14 all interested in understanding the
1:17:17 power of AI and the power of I just
1:17:20 data, um it it would be very worth your
1:17:23 while to to take his uh his LOL, his
1:17:27 learn out loud, which is tomorrow at 400
1:17:29 PM. All right.
1:17:32 3 p.m. my time. Yeah. 3 p.m. Central.
1:17:38 Vicki, I've been purposefully skipping
1:17:40 Central time. I'm like, here's East
1:17:42 Coast, here's West Coast, here's
1:17:43 mountain. Central, you're on your own. I
1:17:46 know. And I know you've probably been
1:17:47 hearing me. Okay. Um
1:17:51 Oh, good. So, now we have something that
1:17:53 looks kind of like an app.
1:18:04 Why is it not starting centered? Okay.
1:18:08 some changes uh for the assessment tool.
1:18:14 Um
1:18:19 one
1:18:21 the
1:18:24 starting position of the
1:18:28 slider isn't
1:18:32 half way.
1:18:35 It's slightly to the left
1:18:40 like
1:18:42 43
1:18:44 versus 50.
1:18:46 Um, all right. That's that two.
1:18:51 When the assessment
1:18:54 is done,
1:18:56 I want
1:19:00 there to be
1:19:06 some sort of numeric
1:19:09 score
1:19:11 and the be beginning of
1:19:17 an assessment
1:19:20 paragraph
1:19:24 that is the actual result
1:19:29 but then
1:19:32 fades to out
1:19:37 letting the user know
1:19:43 to read the whole thing. We need their
1:19:48 email.
1:19:52 And I thought I had one other one. Oh.
1:20:03 There should be a
1:20:07 numeric
1:20:09 score
1:20:11 for each of the five phases and
1:20:18 explanation
1:20:20 of what it means.
1:20:24 It might already exist, but that's okay.
1:20:26 All
1:20:27 right, let that go. Build that [ __ ]
1:20:29 Let's go back to
1:20:32 Oh, I can't get out of here.
1:20:36 That's shitty.
1:20:52 Top part is the overall nav except the
1:20:54 top bar goes away when I'm in the
1:20:56 assessment. That's bad. Um
1:21:00 top nav bar
1:21:03 should not disappear
1:21:08 when I am in the assessment.
1:21:23 All right, let's see. We're going to put
1:21:24 Kyle at the salon.as. Send my results.
1:21:31 Your signal is starting to come through.
1:21:52 Okay, all these URLs are wrong.
1:21:56 All right, learn out loud sessions. All
1:21:58 these URLs are wrong.
1:22:01 All right. So, we need to get URLs for
1:22:05 to feed this thing. AI relationship,
1:22:10 purpose, value, creative action.
1:22:22 All right.
1:22:24 You can do euros in the background.
1:22:26 Okay. Good. Yeah, go ahead and do that,
1:22:27 Brandon. That's great.
1:22:33 Good night from EST. Have a great
1:22:35 weekend. See you on the lol tomorrow.
1:22:37 Beautiful. All right, Silverf Fox. Have
1:22:38 a good night.
1:22:42 All right,
1:22:44 digital gods. We will install a
1:22:45 framework live
1:22:48 as well as to f facilitate data magic.
1:22:51 That's going to be really cool.
1:22:54 You should definitely you should
1:22:56 definitely spend some spend some quality
1:22:58 time with LDG.
1:23:22 Okay.
1:23:26 All right. That's now at 50%. That's
1:23:28 great. Let's jank these all We'll jack
1:23:31 these all to the left.
1:23:36 Like we're all freaked out
1:23:39 about everything and we haven't done
1:23:41 anything with AI.
1:23:50 Your overall signal 2.0 out of 10.
1:23:58 Your clearest signal is identity.
1:24:00 Um, okay.
1:24:04 Don't show the
1:24:07 individual
1:24:09 stage scores
1:24:14 before the email
1:24:18 is entered.
1:24:24 Um,
1:24:28 don't show the individual stage codes
1:24:30 before the email is entered. also.
1:24:44 Um,
1:24:47 give the person the option
1:24:51 of downloading a PDF
1:24:56 of their report.
1:25:00 Um,
1:25:02 after they enter their email,
1:25:09 can you create a PDF generator
1:25:15 that includes the graph
1:25:18 and the report,
1:25:21 nicely formatted
1:25:24 and easy to read.
1:25:28 I find the alternating
1:25:34 colors
1:25:36 for each stage.
1:25:40 Um,
1:25:42 hard to read.
1:25:44 Also, change
1:25:47 phases
1:25:49 to stages.
1:25:53 Okay, that's doing that.
1:25:58 I'm down with LDG. Yeah, you know me.
1:26:06 Sensient Lattis
1:26:09 sent a goat. Thank you for the goat.
1:26:15 What is this? Date night. This is date
1:26:17 night. This is Friday night date night.
1:26:20 You are here.
1:26:22 Your clearest signal is identity.
1:26:26 this. Okay, here's what we got to do.
1:26:29 Let's go back to clog.
1:26:32 Okay, now I want you to write me.
1:26:46 A prompt
1:26:48 I can give to lovable
1:26:53 that
1:26:56 uses AI to write
1:27:02 a custom
1:27:07 assessment
1:27:12 that takes into account
1:27:17 where people are
1:27:21 strong and vulnerable. able
1:27:26 overall. Um
1:27:32 rather
1:27:35 than just
1:27:38 talking about the individual
1:27:43 stage scores,
1:27:45 the AI
1:27:48 should use
1:27:52 intelligent
1:27:54 um
1:27:57 design
1:28:00 strategy
1:28:02 to interpret where they are.
1:28:08 Maybe
1:28:10 you come up with
1:28:15 10 to
1:28:21 archetype
1:28:24 names or question mark. You tell me what
1:28:29 we should do.
1:28:32 Goat gift from Tik Tok. Yeah. S sentient
1:28:34 Lettuce send some nice gifts. Thank you
1:28:35 very much.
1:28:37 Harsh weed. This is date night.
1:28:46 All right.
1:28:48 Weekend homework.
1:28:52 If you have not vibe coded anything,
1:28:56 you can vibe code in chat GPT. You can
1:28:58 vibe code in Claude. You can do a couple
1:29:02 of prompts in lovable, but you quickly
1:29:04 run out of tokens or it's like 10 bucks
1:29:06 a month. Um, you can vibe code in
1:29:10 Gemini.
1:29:11 There's all sorts of places you can vibe
1:29:13 code. So, if you have not vibe coded, if
1:29:16 you don't even know what vibe coding is,
1:29:18 basically these tools like lovable, like
1:29:21 this this uh where I'm building this
1:29:24 website, it's doing all the coding for
1:29:27 this website
1:29:30 in the background here. What's it doing,
1:29:32 dude? Okay, this is it's off doing its
1:29:34 thing. Um, so like all this design and
1:29:37 these buttons and put in your email
1:29:40 address here and submit it. All that
1:29:43 stuff is programming, right? And if you
1:29:45 want to go look at the code, you can go
1:29:47 look at the code. Look at all this. Like
1:29:49 sitting underneath that pretty website's
1:29:51 all this damn code. I didn't write this
1:29:54 code. I said make me a damn website.
1:29:56 Here's the words.
1:30:03 And they do a free security check.
1:30:05 That's awesome.
1:30:07 All right, so this thing's still going
1:30:09 off. And
1:30:18 um
1:30:21 we need an intro
1:30:25 paragraph
1:30:28 before the survey button.
1:30:33 that talks about the great
1:30:36 repurpose overall
1:30:40 and what the selfch check is all about.
1:30:46 Yes, sir. Sir. Yes, sir. I was just
1:30:49 going to ask before you hit enter if you
1:30:50 could make sure that it doesn't push the
1:30:53 assessment click to call to action below
1:30:55 the scroll point, but
1:31:00 >> I don't I don't uh
1:31:05 I don't mind it being beneath the scroll
1:31:07 point. I think someone will scroll at
1:31:08 least a little bit. Like it needs to be
1:31:11 shortly below the scroll point, but I
1:31:12 think if we're going to put a paragraph
1:31:13 there, it's going to drop it below it.
1:31:16 We could we could slide the the text up
1:31:19 a little bit. We could tighten things
1:31:20 vertically.
1:31:22 All right. Cool. Thank you.
1:31:30 Vibe coding is like raising a toddler.
1:31:32 Use your words.
1:31:35 Use your words. It's so true.
1:31:40 Could you make this suck less? Use your
1:31:43 words. Ask for what you actually want.
1:31:46 Learn how to ask for what you want. If
1:31:48 you're not good at asking for what you
1:31:49 want in life,
1:31:51 AI sucks.
1:31:53 I would think
1:32:25 Okay.
1:32:27 Is this Did it do its thing?
1:32:44 Yeah, this is good. Your clear signals
1:32:46 AI relationship. Okay, let's see if this
1:32:48 thing did what it did. This is a much
1:32:50 better idea than showing. Okay, selfch
1:32:52 check.
1:33:09 AI powered results engine 12 archetypes
1:33:11 pattern matching cloud API.
1:33:15 Pattern match the five scores against
1:33:16 one of 12 archetypes. call the cloud
1:33:20 API.
1:33:44 Um,
1:33:48 I think your
1:33:51 archetypes
1:33:54 are too esoteric.
1:33:59 I'd like them to be more clear.
1:34:04 Um,
1:34:07 I like
1:34:13 strategist.
1:34:17 Let's see. And also just say
1:34:22 use AI,
1:34:25 use
1:34:27 lovable cloud
1:34:31 for the
1:34:33 um
1:34:35 AI
1:34:36 tool,
1:34:38 not the clawed API.
1:34:42 All right.
1:34:46 What did you do with the tokens I gave
1:34:47 you last week?
1:34:50 The spacing will be different on the
1:34:51 live site anyway. The spacing on the
1:34:53 lovable screen is off. Yeah, that's
1:34:55 true.
1:34:57 Your overall signal.
1:35:16 Refining archetype names for clarity and
1:35:18 warmth. That's good. I like that.
1:35:24 Good calls on both. The archetype name
1:35:26 should be immediately obvious. You hear
1:35:27 it and you know what it means. And
1:35:30 lovable cloud handles a AI integration
1:35:32 natively without needing to wire up an
1:35:34 external API. Yes, Claude. Thank you for
1:35:38 confirming that I told you what I told
1:35:40 you and I'm awesome for doing it. Thank
1:35:45 you. Thank you, Claude. I feel
1:35:47 validated.
1:35:54 I can see clearly now the rain gone.
1:36:00 I can see all obstacles in my way.
1:36:07 D.
1:36:10 It's going to be a bright bright
1:36:14 sunshiny day.
1:36:17 It's going to be a bright bright bright
1:36:20 sunshine day. All right, we'll see if
1:36:24 this screws everything up.
1:36:32 Score pattern ID very low. Other de
1:36:35 dimensions vary but none compensate.
1:36:41 Uh
1:36:57 it's got all sorts of math in here.
1:37:02 I like math. I mean, I like I like
1:37:05 knowing that there are human beings on
1:37:06 the planet that think in math.
1:37:10 I don't
1:37:14 Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. All
1:37:18 right, here's we go. I'll tackle all
1:37:21 four design changes. Hide dimensional
1:37:24 scores. Okay, that's already done.
1:37:27 All right, what what do we do list? Oh,
1:37:28 I see Brandon's in here working away.
1:37:32 The people are now covered in the hero
1:37:34 image. Did you screw up my title page?
1:37:39 Brandon's breaking the website. Look at
1:37:42 that poor lady. Look at that poor lady.
1:37:46 >> She's got a word on her face.
1:37:54 That's good. I'm fixing it. I'm fixing
1:37:57 it.
1:37:59 All right, let's just get this thing
1:38:02 done. This Claude thing. Oh, I've got
1:38:04 Opus 4.6 extended thinking on. That's
1:38:07 the That's the problem. But if it's
1:38:11 creating math and archetypes, let's let
1:38:13 it think good.
1:38:27 And then the final thing we'll do, I
1:38:29 think we'll actually get this thing
1:38:32 done and launched tonight. I've I've got
1:38:34 a bunch of stuff I want to do. Like the
1:38:35 about page, Brandon, should should be,
1:38:38 you know, about Well, we'll talk about
1:38:42 it. Like the about page needs to have
1:38:44 more than what it has right now. Um
1:38:48 and and and and whatever else.
1:39:04 Clearer archetype name names in the fog.
1:39:06 Holding on in the grief. Finding the
1:39:09 layer.
1:39:12 Clear and waiting. Tools first. God. Oh,
1:39:15 these are horrible.
1:39:51 You've used 90% of your session limit.
1:39:54 All right. So, let's just go. Let's just
1:39:55 go. We'll take these as is. We can we
1:39:57 can fix these later. Um, I'm going to
1:39:59 upload
1:40:06 AI results engine. Is this it?
1:40:10 Yeah.
1:40:25 Um follow the guidance
1:40:32 in this document
1:40:36 to
1:40:40 create a more so
1:40:44 sophisticated
1:40:46 output
1:40:48 uh assessment
1:40:54 using AI to personalize
1:40:58 the assessment
1:41:02 per
1:41:04 person using the
1:41:08 12 archetypes
1:41:14 in here as
1:41:20 inspiration. Feel
1:41:24 free to adapt.
1:41:30 But the goal here
1:41:33 is to
1:41:35 um But the goal here
1:41:39 is to
1:41:44 create
1:41:48 an overall
1:41:54 Analysis that is as meaningful
1:42:02 and actionable
1:42:09 within the assessment
1:42:12 itself.
1:42:16 um
1:42:18 include mentions of AI salon
1:42:24 activities.
1:42:27 All right, go. Okay, so it's going to
1:42:30 think it's going to come up with a plan.
1:42:31 We're just going to accept the plan.
1:42:32 We're going to let it build and then
1:42:35 we're going to launch this puppy.
1:42:45 And I suppose
1:42:49 Brandon, I'm guessing that this isn't
1:42:52 using a database because
1:42:55 it's only a seven question assessment.
1:42:58 There's no reason someone would need to
1:42:59 save their results and come back to
1:43:01 them.
1:43:03 Yeah.
1:43:06 Yeah. They're not saving the results,
1:43:07 but each result does print out on its
1:43:10 own unique URL uh that is stored in a
1:43:13 database in Lovable Cloud for the
1:43:16 purposes of sharing the results. All
1:43:18 right. Um, hey Brandon, also look into
1:43:22 what would be cool. I don't know if we
1:43:24 can do this. I assume I know we can do
1:43:27 anything because with programming you
1:43:28 can do whatever the hell you want, but I
1:43:31 it it would be ideal if what this thing
1:43:34 did was actually send the assessment um
1:43:40 to kit
1:43:42 to then send to the person
1:43:46 or send the assessment
1:43:48 >> as an attached PDF or something like
1:43:49 that. Yeah. Okay, cool. Replace. Let me
1:43:52 look at what this said. Oh, sorry. I
1:43:55 already approved it.
1:43:56 >> Okay, great. It's fine. Let's see what
1:43:59 it says, though. Replace the current
1:44:01 static. Okay. Archetype matching engine.
1:44:03 New file
1:44:05 AI interpretation edge function. Create
1:44:09 superbase functions generate
1:44:11 interpretation index.ts.
1:44:14 This is so cool as a non-developer. Like
1:44:16 just seeing [ __ ] like this thing, this
1:44:19 thing that we're making is creating some
1:44:21 cool file in some cool directory
1:44:24 somewhere in Superbase is just cool.
1:44:30 All right. Database update kit
1:44:32 integration subscribe kit edge function
1:44:35 files to create database migration
1:44:38 matching order. Okay. Yeah. All right.
1:44:41 Fine. Let's let it go do its thing.
1:44:44 Ran approved by Brandon Tit. By the way,
1:44:47 Brandon, so one of the things you can do
1:44:49 in Lovable is I invited Brandon in as a
1:44:52 collaborator on this project. So we are
1:44:55 now well he showed you how he can break
1:44:59 he can break. Look, she's got a face
1:45:01 again. He fixed it.
1:45:05 That's great. The great repurposes a map
1:45:07 for the invisible crisis known as
1:45:09 naming. happens when your sense of to
1:45:12 your sense of meaning when the work that
1:45:13 defined you changes faster than you can
1:45:15 adapt. The selfch check is where you
1:45:18 start seven scenario-based questions.
1:45:20 This is fine. These this is the copy in
1:45:23 this thing sucks.
1:45:25 That's all right. We got to start.
1:45:28 >> Do you have a favicon yet? Do you have
1:45:30 an icon for the great repurpose? Vicki
1:45:32 is suggesting we need to update our
1:45:33 metadata and favicon.
1:45:35 >> Okay. You know what I'll do? I'm just
1:45:37 gonna go to my the chat GPT thing. This
1:45:39 thing right here.
1:45:41 I kind of like it. Um,
1:45:45 so let me go
1:45:48 roll over it. Do a command shift five.
1:45:50 Go up here.
1:45:54 Do a one
1:45:58 20 by 120. That works.
1:46:05 All right.
1:46:10 There's a header
1:46:13 um menu I list for the signal, but we
1:46:17 don't have what that is. We have the
1:46:19 five stages, we have about, and we have
1:46:21 the signal, but the signal just links
1:46:23 back to the homepage right now. Did you
1:46:24 have something specific copy for that?
1:46:27 >> No, you can just kill that.
1:46:32 So, I'm just going to upload this and
1:46:34 tell it to turn this into a favicon,
1:46:36 right?
1:46:38 Yes.
1:46:40 Good call, Vicki. Thank you. There we
1:46:43 go. Open that up.
1:46:46 Um
1:46:49 um
1:46:51 please
1:46:54 um
1:46:58 use this as the fav icon.
1:47:03 Now turn planning off and
1:47:08 yeah that's now in the queue.
1:47:11 Plan approved. Check the hero layout. So
1:47:13 what's going on with the queue? It just
1:47:14 It just does it.
1:47:16 >> Yep.
1:47:19 Yeah. Cuz right now this looks really
1:47:21 good, but if you click the little uh
1:47:24 arrow up into the right arrow in the
1:47:26 top, you'll see why I'm trying to muck
1:47:29 with it
1:47:30 because you can't. No,
1:47:33 >> it's way too overpowering.
1:47:36 >> Yeah, it's uh whatever you call it. It
1:47:38 needs to It needs to have a fixed width
1:47:40 or whatever, right?
1:47:42 >> Yeah.
1:47:42 >> Yeah. So that's what I have it working
1:47:44 on.
1:47:45 >> Yeah. Actually, right, if if you look at
1:47:46 the the width of the white section,
1:47:50 right, it should it should it should
1:47:52 match this. So you can just tell it to
1:47:53 match that section. That'll do it.
1:48:01 I mean, it looks it looks pretty. It's
1:48:03 nice, but yeah, it's a mess.
1:48:08 Okay, so that's off doing things.
1:48:10 Started implementation.
1:48:17 Okay. So, let's go look at we'll take
1:48:19 another self assessment and see if it
1:48:22 does the cool mathy kind of thing.
1:48:34 Oops.
1:49:08 All right. So, if I want to publish
1:49:13 and I want to add a custom domain.
1:49:18 Oh, you got to publish first. Okay.
1:49:21 So, let's go ahead and publish it.
1:49:40 URL edit
1:49:44 add custom domain done
1:49:49 publish
1:50:09 I just found out 11 Labs readers
1:50:13 contest has been extended through next
1:50:16 week, next Friday.
1:50:19 have some creative writing. You can
1:50:20 write a 6,000 plus word creative
1:50:24 uh piece to submit to 11 Labs reader for
1:50:26 a chance to win.
1:50:27 >> Cool.
1:50:30 All
1:50:32 right, this is publishing.
1:51:25 Your app is live.
1:51:29 All right. So, the app's live but
1:51:31 looking like [ __ ] But that's okay cuz
1:51:33 we're going to fix that.
1:51:35 But now if I go here, add custom domain.
1:51:44 Add existing domain. You already own
1:51:47 the great reper.
1:51:53 the great repurpus.com
1:52:00 connect domain. If you've never seen
1:52:03 this thing connected domain, it's pretty
1:52:06 slick. If you've ever tried to set up
1:52:07 your own domain and they're like, just
1:52:10 go edit your M record and your A record
1:52:13 and your C record and do this and stick
1:52:17 that there and route your thing to the
1:52:19 thing and the DNS. You didn't set up
1:52:21 your DNS, right? You big dumb dummy.
1:52:26 You don't have to do that anymore. You
1:52:28 just sign into your GoDaddy and you're
1:52:30 done.
1:52:47 Success.
1:52:50 The process is finished. The great
1:52:52 repurpose.com is now configured. Done.
1:52:55 Look at that.
1:52:58 See what I'm saying?
1:53:01 Andy's going to be so impressed.
1:53:07 Okay,
1:53:09 let's see. Great repurp. So, it's
1:53:12 verifying that. How do I get out of
1:53:14 here? Did I just click somewhere?
1:53:16 Project settings. Uh, go back.
1:53:20 Okay. Publish. I want to edit this. Can
1:53:23 I edit this settings? Edit. I'm gonna
1:53:25 edit this. So, my lovable domain is just
1:53:29 going to be.
1:53:34 Should we do the great repurpose the
1:53:37 great repurpose.lovable.app.
1:53:39 Check.
1:53:41 Okay. The great repurpose.lovable.app.
1:53:44 Done.
1:53:46 Website access anyone's link. Website
1:53:48 info.
1:53:50 The great repurpose. Okay.
1:53:54 Publish.
1:53:56 Up to date. Okay.
1:54:01 Let's see if we go out here. Is this
1:54:03 fixed yet?
1:54:05 It's not fixed. Brandon,
1:54:10 I know you're sick. We got to go. Okay.
1:54:11 Anyway, let's go check
1:54:15 the
1:54:17 great repurpose.com.
1:54:25 Oh, that's interesting. It's got a
1:54:26 little lovable logo there. Setting up
1:54:28 the great repurpose.com. This may take a
1:54:30 few minutes. So, it's at least pointing
1:54:31 to a lovable site. That's great.
1:54:35 Okay.
1:54:39 Update site info for publish.
1:54:49 Publish up to date.
1:55:11 the great repurpose.com. Okay. Um All
1:55:15 right. I'm out of here
1:55:17 right now. All your metadata. Check the
1:55:19 metadata. Oh,
1:55:22 you need to change your metadata
1:55:25 favicon. Kyle,
1:55:28 >> we already did that.
1:55:29 >> Okay. Thank you.
1:55:32 Did you you fixed all the metadata
1:55:34 stuff, Brandon?
1:55:35 >> Uh, I didn't, but we we can take that
1:55:37 offline. Uh, also, if you do it in
1:55:39 incognito mode, it's resolving.
1:55:41 >> Okay, great. Beautiful. So, let's go
1:55:43 look at that. We'll go new incognito
1:55:46 mode. The great repurpose.com.
1:55:53 Boom. Look at that.
1:55:57 We got ourselves a website here, kids.
1:56:00 Yeah. See? Yum. Yeah, you paluca.
1:56:04 Yeah,
1:56:07 there's so much to fix on this website,
1:56:10 but still it's in the neighborhood and
1:56:13 it doesn't look like it was vibe coded
1:56:15 because it's not purple and pink.
1:56:18 Unlock your full reading.
1:56:21 All right, I'm going to get us on out of
1:56:25 here. So, Brandon and I will work on
1:56:26 this uh and make this thing suck a
1:56:30 little less.
1:56:31 And uh
1:56:34 yeah,
1:56:36 I hope you enjoyed the past.
1:56:40 It's been a lot.
1:56:42 It was four days last week and three
1:56:44 days this week,
1:56:47 but now we have marketing materials.
1:56:49 We've got a website. We've got an
1:56:51 assessment tool. It points to or will
1:56:54 point to AI salon
1:56:57 stuff.
1:56:58 and then we'll figure out other things
1:57:00 we want to do with it. All right,
1:57:03 beautiful, beautiful, good people. Um,
1:57:06 have a great weekend. Go build yourself
1:57:08 something with a vibe coding tool if you
1:57:10 haven't tried it yet. It's awesome. All
