0:01 I know, I know you're bored with AI. 0:03 There's nothing to do, right? 0:05 Well, in the past week, 0:08 there's been so much new stuff to try 0:11 that I'm just going to give you a list 0:13 and just anything that sounds fun, go 0:15 experiment with it. Um, the first one is 0:19 just if you haven't really dug into chat 0:23 GPT recently, there's all sorts of new 0:25 interface stuff there. There's all sorts 0:27 of new models. There's there's reasoning 0:30 and canvas. If you haven't played with 0:33 canvas, it's absolutely remarkable. So, 0:35 just go play with with with uh chat GPT. 0:40 The next one I would try is runway MLS. 0:44 This is the texttovideo tool 0:47 has now made available to everyone. 0:50 Act one, which is you record a video of 0:53 you talking and then basically you can 0:56 map that voice and the actions of your 0:59 face onto a character you create in some 1:04 image generation tool and it makes like 1:06 really convincing 1:08 um like cartoon characters or or funny 1:11 characters. Now note on that one, it's 1:13 expensive. It's about 10 cents a second. 1:16 I'm on Discord right now trying to see 1:19 if it's if there's any way to get it any 1:21 cheaper, but like a 20 second video I 1:23 did cost me $2. So, if you're going to 1:26 do that one, do short tests and, you 1:28 know, plan them a little bit so you're 1:30 not just blowing credits. Um, let's see. 1:33 Perplexity now uses 01 mini from OpenAI 1:39 as their reasoning engine. So, if you 1:40 give perplexity a complex enough um 1:44 prompt, it will do reasoning just like 1:48 01 reasoning because it uses 01 1:50 reasoning. Um but go try that. That 1:52 could be something fun to do. Um Claude, 1:56 there's a new version. If you go to 1:58 claude.ai, 1:59 there's a new version of 3.5 Sonnet, 2:02 which let's just call it 3.6. I think 2:04 they call it 3.5 new. Um but um but it's 2:09 it's really good. There's also a 3.5 2:12 haik coup that's out that's worth 2:14 experimenting with. And then if you're a 2:15 geek, if you're a programmer, um Claude 2:20 also released computer use, which is you 2:23 can use their API to have it control 2:27 your mouse and keyboard on your 2:29 computer. It can like see your browser, 2:31 click on things, fill in forms, all 2:34 using Claude to navigate. So, it's 2:37 absolutely remarkable. Um, in the 2:39 open-source space, there's a new 2:42 open-source video tool called Mochi, M O 2:45 C HI. And then there's also Stable 2:48 Diffusion 3.5, which I'm sure is 2:50 available in all sorts of things, 2:52 probably including PO and some of the 2:55 image generation tools that use 2:56 thirdparty models. So, that's a lot. Go 3:00 play. 3:02 Report back. If you've played with any 3:04 of these and you really like them, pop 3:05 it in the comments below. Or if you 3:07 discover anything new, pop it in the 3:08 comments.
