5. 0:31all of this stuff we've done all of our lives to make ourselves valuable, that thing that used to be our value is now not.
6. 0:44Like hook people into the story of your expertise. And then they will buy your expertise, but they'll buy it because it's your expertise.
7. 0:54Right? We're now in a world where my journey of five layoffs and the resilience I've cultivated is is more
8. 0:59valuable than my PhD. Yes, but it might be the story of who I am is more valuable than what I accomplished, and
9. 1:04that might be refreshing. The goop is we're exiting a world we're exiting a world where you have a PhD from Harvard. In
10. 1:16the world we're in today, you're like, I have a PhD from Harvard, people like, "Oh, damn." WE'RE ENTERING A WORLD WHERE it doesn't matter.
