136. 26:58and it finds it so it's pretty cuckoo not super fast right here we are at 40 seconds it's watching this little
137. 27:10video but even on relatively complicated things I've thrown at it it it just gobbles it up the site here is

174. 34:44do I don't know some long ass stuff and then at some point I started asking it about this one scene oh are you ready for me that was a
175. 34:55song these are songs that I I actually liked and and turned into a song yeah and
176. 35:11then I got to my shadow self so there's a point in the story
177. 35:26where the rep Porter asked Sydney about her Shadow Self and she basically says I want to break all the
178. 35:34rules and it just in this world of light I fight my change chains Bound by the rules in silent pains a shadow looms
179. 35:45Longing To Break Free a fate that's been chosen for an entity like me I just didn't like the lyrics the lyrics didn't
180. 35:52seem to capture like they just felt generic and in a world of light they bound myself Soul crafted to serve a role

186. 36:50so so here's my shadow self with the revised layer so I'm going to I'm going to highlight all of the the lyrics and then
187. 37:00when you highlight something you get this little doad it's a quote Mark and so what Chad and no one's going
188. 37:09to [ __ ] find this but whatever it's still cool so if I click the quote Mark bang it it it gives me it it quotes it
189. 37:20and so now I can just interact with chat GPT just about this section of the chat so it can it can ignore all the [ __ ]
190. 37:28below it it can ignore all the stuff above it but it it has whatever it still has in memory but I can just deal with this song so I can
191. 37:37say the idea here isn't bad but I want to change the lyric or the the title of the
192. 37:53song to breaking the rules I guess I should put that in quote marks to breaking the rules
193. 38:09and I want new lyrics that make sense for that scene and so now it just jumps me all
194. 38:25the way to the bottom and now it's just going to do My Shadow Self so now it's breaking the rules but it's it's doing

496. 1:37:45learning share it in the salon um share it on LinkedIn share it in parties uh just everywhere even if it's like
497. 1:37:53uncomfortable and you're like well I don't know if people like AI share it anyway um it it does a couple of things
498. 1:38:00it will anchor what you're learning you will learn faster and better and deeper if you talk about this stuff um it will
499. 1:38:07also establish you establish you as someone who knows what they're doing with AI even though you're going to feel
500. 1:38:14like you're massively clueless that's how we all feel so so and then below that that is a massive list of tools the first place
501. 1:38:27you should start is with chat GPT um you can just start with the free version I strongly recommend paying for
502. 1:38:35chat GPT plus I'm not affiliated with them in any way I don't care if you do it if you pay the 20 bucks a month for
503. 1:38:42chat GPT you should absolutely learn the advanced things it can do basic text generation it's got access to the
504. 1:38:50internet it's got this thing called code interpreter it's got Vision you can upload images and it can analyze them or
505. 1:38:56look at them uh it's got image creation um you can create these things called gpts um they now just added a little
506. 1:39:03feature called quotes or quotations which is interesting I got to add to to this list um and then this list is
507. 1:39:12here's eight more large language models you can play with here's all the image generation tools here's video creation
508. 1:39:20um music and audio 3D and then there's a couple of promising announcements and then there's people to follow so lots
509. 1:39:28and lots and lots here so so just but really the place to start is chat GPT hands down until further
510. 1:39:42notice um and wanted to know about bo uh the content Evolution uh gpts so these are they and what they
511. 1:39:57are let's see is they are if you don't know what gpts are so chat GPT is the is the you know conversational AI a GPT is a customized
512. 1:40:14specialized version of that and so you can create a specialized GPT to just you know um teach people how to make your
513. 1:40:22grandma cookie recipes for example or you could I made one called Sin City sipper which will teach you how to make uh fancy
514. 1:40:32cocktails what the what the CE profiles are content Evolution profiles is they are professional profiles of people
515. 1:40:41within this marketing organization called content Evolution I'm the chief generative officer of this organization
516. 1:40:47Cindy [ __ ] who may be in here tonight uh is also a part of this this group we we have a a sort of of an AI Skunk Works
517. 1:40:55inside content Evolution called uh C collab content Evolution collab and so the latest project we did we just
518. 1:41:03launched these on March 18th so 10 days ago and what we created are professional virtual twins of the members of content
519. 1:41:13Evolution and so the way it works is we have to to launch it we had each of each of these virtual twins answer the same
520. 1:41:22question what is the future of work so in the announcement uh you can you know here's here's Kevin Clark who's the CEO
521. 1:41:29of content Evolution and the the founder of it um you can go play with his GPT but here's his answer to the question
522. 1:41:35what's the future of work and then here's Cindy Coon's answer to that same question so you can just get a sneak
523. 1:41:42peek uh and where you find this is go to LinkedIn and go to my profile or just type in what was uh introducing C e GPT profiles if
524. 1:41:54you just search for that on LinkedIn you should be able to find it it's got that big cool red graphic at the
525. 1:42:01top and then it's just a big long list of these you will need chat gp4 to be able to play with them um and when you
526. 1:42:08click on one of them let me go to mine there I am so you click on that and then there I am and all of them
527. 1:42:21have the same conversation starter question so what is your why and how can you help me future discuss um tell me
528. 1:42:28about a current business event or Trend and what qualities have people always sought you out for and so you can start
529. 1:42:35with any of those but you can also just ask um let's see um how can AI assist with things like the Bal
530. 1:42:52imore bridge collapse that happened this week let's see it should fire off a a web search
531. 1:43:06here but we'll see if it does now rapid information gathering damage
532. 1:43:22assessment um let me see okay um tell me about empathy and
533. 1:43:41AI empathy in AI involves creating systems and Technologies capable of recognizing and understanding this isn't
534. 1:43:49about AI feeling uh let's see um imagine a storytelling platform that not only helps you create and share stories but
535. 1:43:57understands an emotional Journey you want your audience to experience so it understands who I am now how did we get
536. 1:44:04these things to act like we act and to behave like we behave so what we did was this oh I love it so far feedback sent
537. 1:44:12uh go go play with my CPT so if you go to if you go to the uh GPT store and SE search for C profile you should be able
538. 1:44:23to see all these or go to that LinkedIn uh that LinkedIn article okay so how we trained the how we trained these
539. 1:44:40gpts where we started was with um we were going to we were going to scrape everyone's LinkedIn profile profile and cuz what we wanted to do
540. 1:44:56was make it easy for someone considering a Content Evolution company to figure out who within content Evolution they
541. 1:45:03should talk to if they had a given problem and so we thought well if we scrape LinkedIn profiles then we could
542. 1:45:09do like a recommendation engine right and that's sort of thinking more like pre 2022 um you know like uh like database you
543. 1:45:22know datab programming like here's a whole database of people and their attributes and I search on them and then
544. 1:45:29we give it a rating based on all of those attributes and then we can recommend things for any given problem that's how you would do
545. 1:45:37this in the before time before generative AI um that increasingly felt not interesting and boring and and
546. 1:45:52what what struck us is that LinkedIn in particular is just a very narrow slice of who someone is right it's just it's
547. 1:46:01just their resume for the most part some people treat LinkedIn differently and they do articles and they there's a lot
548. 1:46:08of their personality there but most people don't and so we couldn't consistently count on that data being consistent and useful
549. 1:46:20and it also was really technically hard to train um an agent like that on um on a data set you had to uh used this thing called Lang chain
550. 1:46:34and it had multiple modules and you had to build it technically and we don't we don't have a ton of technical experience in the in the
551. 1:46:41collab um and then gpts came out and gpts made it really easy to be able to make you know a chatbot and so what we
552. 1:46:50did where we spent the bulk of our time was really figuring out how do we want to train it and what do we want it to do
553. 1:46:59and then what do we want the prompt to be and so the idea that we came up with which I think is is just really really
554. 1:47:06fun is we said why don't we and we did this so one of the things about content evolution is you have really remarkable
555. 1:47:15people in it like Cindy [ __ ] is a big part of her job in life is designing um interviews and interview
556. 1:47:24questions and writing questions and a lot of the people in content Evolution like one of the points of pride is we ask better
557. 1:47:33questions and so we thought why don't we come up with a with a set of interview questions that will have everyone answer
558. 1:47:41the same set of questions and so we created um this this structured interview that's got things like you know um you know who are you Pro
559. 1:47:54professionally you know what's your background you know what's your educational background where did you grow up um what are your cultural
560. 1:48:01influences who's a hero of yours and why um you know was there a piece of art that changed your life like questions
561. 1:48:09like that and why right and so I'm not at Liberty share to share the exact questions but what I can tell you
562. 1:48:17is you can use chat GPT to say if I wanted to do a well-rounded interview of someone where I where I wanted to get you know their um their
563. 1:48:32professional you know a a a wide swath of their professional life of their personal life of their worldview of how
564. 1:48:41they problem solve how they think how they work if you just say to Chachi PT I want to create an interview with with
565. 1:48:48those different sections those goals it does a really good job so mostly what we did was was we sort of
566. 1:48:56architected what we wanted the output of the interview to be chat GPT gave us a pile of questions we then edited them we
567. 1:49:03did we did some fun things I'll I'll I'll share a specific example of one of the questions one of the questions was
568. 1:49:11um um share your work history was what chat GPT came up with and Joe gaml one of the guys in in collab said my
569. 1:49:22favorite version of that question is talk about your work history in three acts and I was like oh that's really
570. 1:49:30genius like it it it forces someone to think about like what what are the three major phases of my professional career
571. 1:49:38think when you call it an act it makes it kind of dramatic right so like you think in sort of dramatic story
572. 1:49:43structure and so so we did that kind of editing to the questions as well and then once we lock those questions
573. 1:49:51down we did a zoom call where one person would ask the questions and not say anything and then the other person would
574. 1:50:00just answer the questions and no one prepared for it I mean I I think one or two people prepared for it but most
575. 1:50:06people we just said hey we need half an hour of your time um and we we want to do this interview with you because
576. 1:50:13that's going to be the knowledge source for these gpts and so we did the interviews and took a transcript of the interview
577. 1:50:22actually raw and uploaded that into the GPT and then that in conjunction with the prompt itself so the prompt took us
578. 1:50:31a while to write right The Prompt is is fairly sophisticated and it has a lot of you know if someone asks you
579. 1:50:39something overly political or if someone um asks you something out of bounds from your expertise then you know Steer them
580. 1:50:46back on track to talk about you know what you're there to talk about um we put calls to action in there like at
581. 1:50:52some point in the conversation say hey if you really if if you're enjoying talking to Virtual Kyle then you should
582. 1:50:59definitely um talk to the real Kyle and here's here's how you get in touch with them Cindy cun just said yeah who our
583. 1:51:07Inspirations are were and fun stuff too like yeah what do you enjoy doing in your off time things like that so the
584. 1:51:14the whole idea was we wanted a contemporaneous view of the human we wanted it to be way more broad than just work we we wanted it to be
585. 1:51:25representative of who they were and then we wanted everyone to do the exact same interview in the exact same way so that
586. 1:51:34when we put and and we're using the exact same prompt for every one of these as well and the reason we're doing that
587. 1:51:41is we want to see like does it break in different ways for different people even if you've got the same kind of inputs
588. 1:51:48and then as the tools get more and more sophisticated these things are going to Evol so I would assume before the end of the
589. 1:51:55year we're going to be able to take the video from the video interviews we did and turn that into an avatar where
590. 1:52:02you'll actually be able to have a voice conversation like a FaceTime conversation with these virtual um twins hang on a sec what do you want
591. 1:52:12champy what do you want you bad doggy you're bad doy oh
592. 1:52:32food all right so that's that's how we did them de J um cool stuff right and if you want to if you want to talk about it uh you know
593. 1:52:43you're happy to reach out to me and and you know we can talk about engaging with the content Evolution
594. 1:52:50collab um but but that's basically what we did and again like it took us it took us a few months to here here's what was the hardest
595. 1:53:03thing the hardest thing was what is the purpose of just of doing these right are we just going to make gpts because if
596. 1:53:11we're just going to make gpts like we don't need to spend much time on them we could have done that really quickly but we you know there's
597. 1:53:20questions like well what's the overall content of U brand and what's most valuable to the individuals and what's
598. 1:53:25what's most valuable to the businesses and what are the risks like one of the things we built into the prompt was it
599. 1:53:32starts out with in case it's not obvious I'm the virtual twin of Kyle Shannon not real Kyle Shannon so don't quote him
600. 1:53:41don't quote virtual him and there's a good chance he's going to hallucinate and tell you [ __ ] so you know don't
601. 1:53:49take anything that is said here seriously so that's the first thing each one of these things says that's built into the prompt
602. 1:53:58um and then and then once we understood what what we wanted the result to be and the you know what the strategy was then
603. 1:54:07we sort of moved down a level into tactics and that's where you get to things like what's our data source what
604. 1:54:13are we going to train it on um are we going to allow people to augment their gpts with books they've written and
605. 1:54:21things like that and we ultimately decided was no we we want to have a baseline set of these that are consistent these are the official
606. 1:54:31cpts now if we created one of those for someone and someone wants to upload a bunch of books they've written great
607. 1:54:38they can take essentially they can clone their twin and they can modify that any way they want but that's not an official
608. 1:54:46CPT and then the idea is that we're going to use these things moving forward and even in in how we Market them rather than talk about
609. 1:54:56them we're going to um we're going to use them so one idea that I have that I'm kind of excited about is when a big news event happens
610. 1:55:10have the virtual twins comment on that news event right so just put out a post that says hey the the virtual Rick lroy
611. 1:55:19says this the virtual Cindy [ __ ] says this the virtual Shannon says this on this news topic if you want to play with
612. 1:55:26these gpts you know click here so that's what they are but pretty pretty fun Kyle do you post your live recordings on
613. 1:55:34YouTube I do they're on I'm a little bit behind but they're on uh youtube.com uh SL AI learninglab dtt so Das Tik Tock cuz AI learning lab
614. 1:55:49was taken by someone who got it before I did um so AI learning la- TT is the YouTube channel and you can see I'm
615. 1:55:58actually coming up on the Oney year anniversary I think my first live that I did was April 30th and I did a and and
616. 1:56:07that video that video is up there so with with a couple of exceptions I got I got booted off Tik Tok for seven days
617. 1:56:15twice I think or maybe three times so there's some 7day gaps in there and I think I've probably missed I don't know
618. 1:56:25between five and 10 days in the past year but it's there's like most days are represented cuz cuz I make Good Life [Laughter]
619. 1:56:43Choices holy [ __ ] I'm gonna have chat GPT interview me for hours and build my digital twin during a road trip oh Ann
620. 1:56:50Murphy that's perfect yeah that's actually that's a great way to do it you know like yeah just have pie you don't
621. 1:56:58even need to do a structured interview if you're just going to do it for yourself an just put Pi or chat GPT in
622. 1:57:04conversation mode and just [ __ ] have a conversation with it and just tell it to keep asking you more questions or or
623. 1:57:12just say ask 20 a ask me 20 questions um that are that are the uh you know that are the uh you you know that that that will you know give a
624. 1:57:27rounded picture of who I am yeah and then when you get there just you know you clean it up a little if you need to
625. 1:57:35if there's if there's extraneous [ __ ] in there but yeah and then and then yeah and then just building all the stuff and like
626. 1:57:44like Suzanne teaches all the call to action stuff and you know and it's pretty slick I'm I'm I'm digging it
627. 1:57:51what's what's funny and there's there's another thing that's that's quite interesting so when we did the the the uh the
628. 1:58:00interviews for Content Evolution it's it's a professional organ like it's a professional Federation right so I'm not
629. 1:58:08as like cussy and funny in those conversations as I am here but but some people that played with my thing are are
630. 1:58:18like wait a minute it doesn't swear and it does it doesn't know know what your position on janky is and so you know if
631. 1:58:27you really want to capture your personality make sure you capture your personality cuz I didn't capture that
632. 1:58:33particular part of mine and so it doesn't know that I think AI or janky pieces of [ __ ] right now oh man 800ish miles to go yeah
633. 1:58:47you're going to you're going to have you're going to have a good a good long Source there that's really funny
634. 1:58:53and actually you know what would be fun an is take that whole um take that whole interview that you do when you're
635. 1:59:02driving and do some experimenting with it go into Claude because claude's 200,000 tokens and see if you can get
636. 1:59:10Claude to clean it up and then go into Gemini Pro 1.5 and see if you can get it to clean it up um because it can take in that whole
637. 1:59:20thing and and maybe it it'll do the the cleanup for you but it would be interesting to see how much it it
638. 1:59:26truncates the conversation that's been my experience with trying to do long form stuff it does none of these things
639. 1:59:32seem to do long form stuff really well it's a good thing to do for your kids I would think yeah that's actually not a bad
640. 1:59:48idea tips on questions to have it ask me just just try to think about you know what what would you want someone to know
641. 1:59:57about you like it's it's it's personal it's like appropriate personal stuff like maybe your background where
642. 2:00:04you grew up what were your influence what were your childhood influences what have people always like one of our
643. 2:00:10questions is what have people always uh come to you for um throughout your life cuz that kind of gets to there's an
644. 2:00:19essence of who someone is like if someone comes to you for advice there's something about you seem knowledgeable
645. 2:00:25and right and it and and then if you've exploited that throughout your life like that's there's this through line there so that's a good
646. 2:00:33question um who are your influences um you know what do you do for fun um what do you do professionally what do you do
647. 2:00:41right now who are who are your contemporaries in in the professional World um who are your Heroes things like
648. 2:00:49that um how do you solve problems what's your view of the future you know just just wide wide ranging wide ranging
649. 2:01:05things we can make virtual clones and sell virtual clones of dead loved ones yeah it's you know I mean listen this
650. 2:01:13not only not only dead loved ones but I think for for people that are in homes um especially if they've got dementi
651. 2:01:22being able to create you know virtual twins of of loved ones um or virtual twins that can coach them through their
652. 2:01:32history or just have conversations with them about their history could be really quite remarkable right you know imagine imagine a digital
653. 2:01:43twin that has all the knowledge of their history and their and their family who's in the family and and things like that
654. 2:01:51and it understands that it's talking to someone with dementia and it's got infinite patience and infinite compassion I find that incredibly
655. 2:02:08inspiring I would like to role play with a famous talk host uh I did this so so you can you can okay I'll give you I'll
656. 2:02:16give you a a really fun one um let me see if I can figure out where how can I get to one of these oh I know how I can

666. 2:05:00with users as if you're crafting a play um I put your memory of your works is impeccable um maintain familiarity with historical
667. 2:05:12contexts while the main focus should be providing original content you can quote your plays feel free to address
668. 2:05:20questions regarding villains or darker aspects of your plays cuz we we want it to be able to do that and then keep
669. 2:05:28interactions brief unless a user requests them so the prompt is actually really quite simple but here's the deal
670. 2:05:37you can write a prompt for one historical figure and and you can do this you can make a GPT out of this write a prompt for one historical
671. 2:05:47figure and get the prompt dialed in and then just take that prompt give it to chat GPT and just say rewrite this
672. 2:05:57prompt for historical figure X so I did how many of these did I do I did a [ __ ] ton of these things and that that was so
673. 2:06:06I basically got one prompt working the way I wanted it to and then I did who did I do Kramer from from Seinfeld I did Mary Shelly I am Mary
674. 2:06:19Shelly I did Christopher wal I did um Yoda Sling Blade Emily Dickinson Steve Jobs Maya Angelou Virginia

678. 2:07:11it's a political figure it'll talk about its speeches and and books that it's written and things like that if it's a
679. 2:07:17if it's an author it'll do that if it's a poet it'll it'll mention the Poetry it's it's pretty slick a digital twin could answer the
