2:29 Omni model, which is
2:32 according to them, and by them I mean uh

2:39 really the first
2:42 world model from one of the big labs.

3:03 on this new model, but I found a
3:05 loophole. So, if you join us at 7:30,

3:10 generate more video than you think you
3:11 should be able to.

6:26 that we'll be playing with that. Uh, it
6:28 also looks highly likely
6:31 like we get a new model from OpenAI
6:34 tomorrow. So, we'll talk about that,
6:35 what Sam Alman's been saying and doing.
6:38 Uh, and a big milestone that a large
6:43 language model hit today

7:24 that a fair amount of what Google
7:27 announced yesterday was a decently big
7:30 deal.
7:32 Um, I think that just continues through
7:34 the end of the year. I And not just from
7:36 them. I think I think what we're we're
7:39 in we're in May. Yeah. So, this this is
7:41 about what I figured. I figured the
7:44 first 6 months of 2026 were going to be
7:47 um pretty impressive, which they have
7:49 been, and I feel like the second half of
7:51 2026 is going to be bonkers,
7:54 just insane.
7:57 Um, one thing I can tell you is working
8:00 with uh Gemini 3.5 Flash, the the new
8:06 Omni model,
8:08 um it's still jankier than crap. It can
8:11 do remarkable things. I mean, it is
8:13 definitely nano banana for video. Um,
8:16 it's a full-on video reasoning engine or
8:19 a world model. Seems to understand
8:21 physics and things.
8:28 Um, but it's still janky. It's still
8:31 like I'll show you some examples tonight
8:33 of like I had it make a video. I I
8:36 uploaded a video of me in vertical and
8:39 then I said, "Oh, make the same video of
8:41 me with butterflies on my face." And so
8:44 it turned it turned the video sideways
8:48 of me with vid with butterflies on my
8:50 face, but I was sideways. And I said,
8:51 "Well, turned the video, you know,
8:54 vertical." And so it turned the ver
8:56 video vertical, but it left me sideways.
9:00 So, so there's still um you know, it
9:04 struggles with uh prepositions and
9:07 colors. Yeah, it's it's kind of a mess.

9:14 and it's pretty remarkable.

9:22 it is my contention that sometime in
9:25 2026, we're going to have models that
9:27 make it clear that we're not going to
9:30 need to babysit these things anymore. We
9:33 have yet to see that model.

11:39 and it is a world model. And you're

14:50 announcements. Most of them are crap.
15:17 I am getting so much organizing done
15:19 with my codeex much more user friendly
15:21 than openclaw has been. I saw two
15:24 different Tik Tok videos today were
15:26 fairly major influencers said that they
15:29 have retired their open claw and moved
15:31 to codeex. That is effectively what I've
15:33 done. I didn't retire my open claw. Adam
15:36 is still
15:38 not fully functional and alive. I should
15:42 probably just kill him.
