30:34 nebulous thing it's not from a math
30:36 standpoint but it is from a human
30:38 standpoint so the word

30:44 when you ask it how many letters are in
30:47 the word strawberry it doesn't actually
30:48 know the word strawberry it knows
30:51 strawberry jump into strawberry okay
30:53 great so 75 to 22 got it okay so the

31:00 generally looking at the last token of
31:02 that word and and so it gets two RS here
31:05 but it misses the r
31:08 there the fact that chat GPT is now

39:22 and it could say if the initial response

39:28 a reasoning engine could go look at the

39:33 actually right there's a third R so

39:42 way large language models work you type
39:45 in your prompt and when you hit
39:48 submit it generates a probability number
39:52 for some location and what they call
39:54 latent space this mathematical space for
39:56 the next most probable token which could
39:59 be a word or part of a word and then it
40:01 just keeps doing that over and over
40:03 again so when it types something out
40:05 that it looks like something that was
40:08 conscious typed something out it has no

49:58 stated he's happy with what they have
50:00 built and will be back in January back
50:04 to finish the job in January two other
50:06 prominent execs also left open AI my
50:10 instinct here is they finished something
50:13 and it's a good time to make a
50:15 break GPT 5 was apparently finished in
50:19 the spring and went into red team
50:21 testing which is also apparently
50:23 finished apparently open AI has got G
50:27 pt5 ready to drop at will if they just
50:31 decide if someone else puts out some
50:33 model and they want to make you know
50:36 take back the lead keep the lead
50:37 apparently they're ready to drop it at
50:40 will
50:42 um this account ALS has also mentioned
50:45 grock and perplexity and other llms
50:48 improving dramatically this is the
50:49 biggest re reason for my prediction
50:52 below um this is definitely related to
50:55 qar so when when last Thursday when
50:59 strawberry Man created a bit a GitHub
51:02 repository and put some python code in
51:04 it it created a a strawberry out of asy
51:08 and there was a little qar that that
51:10 went to the middle of the the little I
51:13 don't know square of asky
51:15 characters uh and then the Tweet above
51:17 mentions a new architecture so drum roll
51:19 please my guess is that what's being
51:22 announced is a standalone reasoning
51:24 engine open AI imple implementation of
51:27 qar built in such a way that developers
51:30 can easily use it to augment existing
51:33 models making them dramatically
51:35 better so if this were just being en
51:38 rolled out for um for cat GPT perplexity
51:42 wouldn't be being talked about grock
51:44 wouldn't be being talked about when when
51:47 Mr strawberry was initially talking
51:49 about that I was confused I'm like wait
51:51 why maybe this is a grock thing and he's
51:53 just trolling them but I I think it's a
51:56 standalone reason engine it also likely
51:59 is the GPT 40 large
52:03 model I I have much less confidence that
52:06 they'll drop GPT 5 there's a pole up
52:10 right there so I don't know what's in
52:12 the pole but actually I can go look at

53:34 event it is possible that what gets

53:53 reasoning and the current large language
53:55 models do not have reasoning

1:10:54 and it's got some Hall ations in it and
1:10:56 you throw a reasoning engine on top of
1:10:59 it all of a sudden that get that good
1:11:02 answer turns to a great
1:11:04 answer right and your hallucinations go
1:11:08 down like this the third level of AGI is
1:11:12 Agents so not only can it generate the
1:11:16 the
1:11:17 goods
1:11:20 reason to see if their answers are right
1:11:23 or Reason to figure out how to prompt
1:11:25 like maybe you give the llm a shitty
1:11:29 prompt and the first thing have you
1:11:31 noticed that what perplexity does they
1:11:32 do they do a pretty cool reasoning thing
1:11:34 when you type a query into perplexity it
1:11:38 actually gives you like a four or five
1:11:39 step plan okay first I'm going to go to
1:11:42 the web and I'm going to research this
1:11:43 then I'm going to try to understand the

1:27:27 would know sort of what you did

1:27:47 know this is my writing style so when
1:27:49 you write I want you to write in my
1:27:51 writing style that's sort of a digital

1:28:59 um uh I forget what some of the other
1:29:02 ones were but anyway it doesn't matter I
1:29:04 mean we we Cindy [ __ ] who's maybe on the
1:29:07 call tonight is expert at you know
1:29:11 writing questions like this and so she
1:29:13 helped architect this thing and then we
1:29:15 we generated a bunch of questions for it
1:29:17 and then seven or eight of us on the
1:29:19 call we all just said oh there should be
1:29:22 this one there should be that one well
1:29:23 here's my favorite way to ask that thing
1:29:25 and so we just dialed in these questions
1:29:28 and
1:29:29 then for every person we wanted to make
1:29:31 a digital twin for we did a video
1:29:35 call and one person would read the
1:29:38 question and then the person would
1:29:39 answer it on video not

2:26:30 you're talking about some are open AI
2:26:32 some are not open AI like use Claude use
2:26:34 this yeah Claude Claude has gotten more
2:26:37 advanced over the last few days that I I
2:26:40 stuff that I've never been able to do it
2:26:44 it's totally shocking uh to what some of
2:26:47 the things that it's done already so I
2:26:49 wonder I wonder if they added if if they
2:26:51 added strawberry if they added they had
2:26:53 to they had to because it's way too
2:26:56 advanced really oh yeah so what's
2:26:59 happening in in chat PT now with
2:27:01 strawberry like what's different well I
2:27:04 I uploaded uh the white paper and I said
2:27:07 do an analysis and and make all the
2:27:11 improvements uh in the white paper and
2:27:14 it it it had a much more real uh tone to
2:27:19 it it was more human
2:27:21 uh than I ever thought and it talked to
2:27:23 me directly uh and then it it it advised

2:27:28 probably uh depending on your audience
2:27:31 who should uh you should take out the
2:27:34 technology jargon and here's what you
2:27:36 should do if you're going to present it
2:27:38 to other people uh and so it did the
2:27:41 whole white paper this was 93
2:27:44 Pages uh and [ __ ] yeah it analyzed the
2:27:49 whole white paper section by section by
2:27:51 section by section and then made
2:27:53 analysis not only did it make the
2:27:55 analysis it actually made it had the
2:27:57 original and then put the uh what it
2:28:01 recommended uh right next to it so it it
2:28:03 just said this is this is this is what I
2:28:06 think you should do or this is how you
2:28:08 should word it but it it added so much
2:28:12 other little uh tangible things like I
2:28:15 said I I just started working on it
2:28:17 maybe 45 minutes ago but but I tested it
2:28:22 and it was way different the results W

2:28:27 non strawberry model no oh yeah with the
2:28:30 non- strawberry model I've been working
2:28:31 on it for like four weeks and this model

2:28:54 the current state-of-the-art models is

2:29:16 every paragraph it actually had a

2:29:22 then it asked me well what type of
2:29:23 audience are you really uh looking uh uh
2:29:27 you know at delivering this to so you
2:29:29 can actually do multiple white papers if
2:29:32 you actually wanted to to a different
2:29:34 audience but I I'm pretty impressed just
2:29:37 in the last second because it saved me
2:29:39 so much time already I can't wait until
2:29:41 I get to the other uh stuff that I'm
