4:43 Demis aabus um and another co-founder at
4:47 Deep Mind um won the Nobel Prize for
4:50 chemistry for their work probably on the
4:53 material science the the uh the 380,000
4:56 stable crystals that they dumped onto
4:59 the material science world I'm guessing
5:01 that was related to that or may maybe it
5:03 was the uh the the alpha fold and Alpha
5:07 fold 2 the the protein folding stuff
5:10 they won the Nobel Prize and then
5:12 Jeffrey Hinton won the Nobel Prize for
5:15 physics
5:17 so this AI [ __ ] it's getting a couple of
5:20 nods
5:22 like this is this is some big deals so
5:26 anyway no Champion I know Amelio's wife
5:28 right I finally did a project for
5:30 education I use notebook LM to analyze
5:33 new data from cmec very cool love that
5:37 yay for science yep we're fans of
5:39 science here yeah we were up to 165
5:41 people we're down to 53 now so so we got
5:44 rid of the the uh the 100 people that
5:46 were

10:36 it does a couple of things it it de
10:39 demonizes them in my opinion and it
10:42 demystifies them a bit and so if you

11:24 works is this down the left hand side is
11:27 where you've got your um oh wait I can
11:30 do this hang on I've got a gimbal here

11:35 go um down the left hand side is where
11:37 you've got your knowledge so I uploaded
11:39 this is just a PDF of a book that I'm
11:42 about to publish I think it's coming out
11:43 next week um called collective
11:46 intelligence in the age of AI you can
11:47 put multiple documents here you can put
11:50 YouTube video URLs here you can put
11:52 website URLs but basically you upload a
11:55 bunch of content and then the way the
11:57 site works it allows you to chat with it
12:00 to interact with it so you just chat
12:02 down here just like chat GPT but you're
12:04 interacting with your documents so if
12:07 you put up a bunch of annual reports for
12:09 a business you could say hey tell me
12:10 about you know what these annual reports
12:13 have in common or you know what are some
12:14 Trends you're seeing whatever it might
12:16 be but in the lower right hand corner
12:19 here is this thing called notebook
12:21 guide and if you click on that it does
12:24 some cool stuff it gives you a summary
12:26 of all the data that you've uploaded it
12:28 gives you some short cuts to create like
12:30 an FAQ a timeline a briefing document
12:33 whatever gives you some suggestions for
12:35 other things you can ask and it gives
12:38 you this thing audio
12:42 overview and all you do is say generate
12:46 right now mine says load because I've
12:47 already generated one but if you haven't
12:49 it'll it'll say generate right there and
12:51 you generate it and then what it does is
12:54 it generates this audio podcast between
12:57 a guy and a woman kind of like NPR style
13:01 podcast talking about the thing so here
13:03 they are talking about my book so I'll
13:04 play this a little bit here all right so
13:06 today we're going to dive into something
13:07 kind of mindblowing yeah the future of
13:09 intelligence it's a big one but we're
13:12 not talking you know like those Sci-Fi
13:15 movies with robots taking over right
13:16 this is different this is about humans
13:19 and AI like teaming up yeah to become
13:23 something even smarter than we could be
13:25 on our own like unlocking superpowers we
13:27 never thought of exactly yeah and to
13:30 help us explore this we've got
13:31 collective intelligence in the age of AI
13:34 great book it is book and you know the
13:37 authors Kevin Clark and Kyle Shannon
13:39 they're not just talking about this
13:40 stuff they're actually out there
13:41 building it yeah they're really making
13:43 it happen with their company so anyway
13:46 so that's it so I would strongly
13:47 encourage you if you haven't played with
13:49 this I would strongly encourage you to
13:51 go uh do that um the joke about me
13:55 having less tabs when I'm traveling is
13:58 actually a good one so to today when we
14:00 were at MC um I could not log into their
14:04 WiFi because my um Chrome
14:11 browser had completely [ __ ] to bed it it
14:14 acted it acted like it was functional
14:16 except for when I tried to submit um the
14:19 password for getting on their Wi-Fi so
14:22 one of our meetings started 15 minutes
14:24 late and I I actually ended up just
14:26 using my Hotpot which I probably should
14:28 have done sooner

14:34 so yeah yeah yeah if only Google had
14:38 programmers that could manage to build a
14:41 pul down menu for all their products
14:43 honest to God archetypal architect it's
14:46 the
14:47 the seriously all they need is a single
14:50 landing page like ai. goole.com and it's
14:53 a bunch of links to all the [ __ ] you can
14:55 go play with but everything is a
14:57 different URL it's absolute night
15:00 I think notebook LM is going to get a
15:02 little bit more attention um and it's
15:04 got its own URL so so I think they're
15:06 going to pay some attention to this one
15:08 but yeah their their uh product
15:09 marketing and product management over
15:12 there are um
15:15 special not good not good at all does
15:20 anyone try the image edit and chat gbt I
15:23 use it all the
15:25 time and it is frustratingly bad
15:30 but I'm too lazy to move my images into
15:34 things where I can actually edit them so
15:35 I just keep
15:37 trying and then I eventually just give
15:39 up my embrace the Jank book I've got two
15:43 images that I need to create for the
15:45 last two chapters and I just haven't
15:47 been able to get it to spell anything
15:49 remotely correctly for them so I've just
15:51 kind of bailed on it for a while so I
15:53 need to get back to that that's a good
15:54 reminder actually have I tried autogen
15:57 Studio 3.0 yet no it's it's coming on if
16:00 you're a builder yeah I'm I I I'm not a
16:03 programmer I'm not a builder so I'm I'm
16:05 a builder more of stuff that just uses
16:08 generative AI um I've done a little bit
16:10 of programming with the repet auto agent
16:14 um which is not bad um but I'm I'm just
16:17 not a programmer I'm more a product guy
16:20 oh yeah hello who gave me that forever
16:22 hook thank you so much yeah I guess my
16:24 hair is looking a little elisy but not
16:27 quite that elisy
16:29 Ideo is really good for spelling it is
16:31 here's the problem though I've got all
16:33 of the images for the Embrace of the
16:35 Jank book were done in
16:38 um open AI in chat GPT
16:41 dolly3 and when I take the same prompts
16:44 and put them in ideogram or or other
16:46 things they just they don't look the
16:47 same so so I need the look and feel that
16:50 I've gotten from open AI I just haven't
16:53 had the persistence to get those last
16:56 images right or I haven't had the I've
16:59 been too lazy to go into Photoshop and
17:01 just Photoshop it
17:04 in whatever I don't care it's called
17:07 embrace the Jank so I'm embracing the
17:09 Jank but I can't get it to spell enough
17:11 of the words that they actually look
17:12 like words for those last two
17:15 chapters um I've been away meeting a
17:17 deadline have you played much with
17:19 canvas I've played a decent amount with
17:21 canvas I wouldn't say that I'm an expert
17:24 at all but but what I can tell you is
17:27 that if you don't know what canvas is
17:28 it's the new editing pane if you're in
17:32 chat GPT and you click on the model pull
17:35 down menu there's a new thing called
17:38 gp40 with canvas and it gives you an
17:41 editable window so if you ask it to
17:44 write you a chapter of a book it gives
17:46 you that chapter of the book and then
17:48 you can just select paragraphs within it
17:50 and have it rewrite it you can tell it
17:52 to make it shorter or longer you can
17:54 change the reading grade level um but
17:56 the significant thing is you're actually
17:58 editing piece parts of that document um
18:02 and you can do the same with
18:04 programming so it's quite quite powerful
18:07 always
18:12 elisy oh man it's driving me nuts not
18:15 having agents yet I want them a ASAP I'm
18:17 with you Jason I can't I'm I'm just
18:22 like I I am in such an I've been in such
18:25 an impatient place with AI because
18:29 because open AI just stopped shipping
18:32 [ __ ] over the summer that I'm just in a
18:35 in a persistent state of I want my
18:38 crap I want my crap and I want it
18:42 now give me the AI stuff give it to me
18:44 for free I want all this remarkable
18:47 technology and I don't want to pay for
18:49 it where's my

18:55 audio I'm
18:56 whiny so yeah I'm

19:04 you all right it's cool being able to
19:07 render into canvas to see if the code is
19:10 working for UI stuff yeah the problem
19:12 with canvas right now is it doesn't have
19:14 a web rendering pain like like uh Claude
19:18 uh artifacts does and that's just kind
19:20 of a pain in the ass anytime I have to
19:22 copy and paste into another environment
19:23 I'm like H this feels like
19:27 work I'm just going to how about I just
19:29 not how about if I just
19:33 no I read they're trying to push out
19:36 search GPT before the end of 2024 yeah I
19:39 heard that too I heard that mirror Mora
19:41 was the one that was kashing all the
19:43 product launches and I think um the the
19:47 other thing that I heard was that Sam
19:48 Alman gave the testing team nine days to
19:52 test 01
19:55 preview and then he pushed it out and I
19:58 think that's why miror moradi quit so
20:01 Sam's just like [ __ ] it we're putting
20:03 some stuff in the world and miror was
20:05 like uh maybe we should test it before
20:07 we do what do you think and he's like
20:09 nah I'm good and she's like all right
20:10 I'm gonna leave he's like
20:14 okay but yeah I heard search gbt was one
20:17 of those that she wouldn't let out so it
20:20 I here's Here's My Philosophy with all

20:24 stuff I am now at the point where
20:29 I don't care if you announce something
20:32 like like meta just announced their new
20:34 video model and all these Twitter idiots
20:37 were like you know they launched it you
20:40 know meta launched a new video model no
20:43 they didn't launch it they had an
20:46 announcement that somewhere in one of
20:49 their Labs they've got a cool video
20:51 thing when do we get to play with it um
20:54 how about never does never work for you
20:56 so I'm done with those announcements

20:59 if I can't play with it it doesn't
21:02 exist I was mixed up then oh Claude is
21:05 what you were referring to ah yeah yeah
21:07 Claude being able to render the stuff
21:10 right in line after it writes the code
21:12 is is magical that feels magical to me
21:15 llama has an open- Source stack for
21:17 developing agents I've not had any luck
21:19 yet yeah I like canvas but it went I
21:22 went too long and gave up cuz reading
21:29 does selecting the 40 option with canvas
21:32 extend the number of prompts you get
21:34 with
21:37 40 well 40 I don't think has a limit on
21:41 it unless you're on a free version then
21:43 it probably
21:46 does I would assume that 40 with canvas
21:50 is probably a different server is my
21:52 guess so maybe the counter resets I
21:56 don't know where the counter is
21:57 calculated and I don't I think you've
22:01 got unlimited prompts with GPT 40 you
22:04 have limited prompts with 01 preview and

24:45 GPT so if you go into chat GPT and you
24:49 upload a CSV file right a data file and
24:54 then you say tell me what's interesting
24:56 about this data you can watch it writing
25:00 code it it like prompts itself okay I'm
25:02 going to go do this and then it writes
25:03 code in Python and it executes it and it
25:07 comes up with the result and if it
25:08 doesn't like the result it says oops I
25:10 don't like that result I you know
25:12 there's an error in it let me try a
25:13 different approach and then it tries it
25:16 again so that's got a bit of that
25:19 autonomous component to it where it's it
25:22 you know and if if you watch the 01
25:24 preview if you open that little pul down
25:27 menu when it says think thinking you can
25:29 actually see the prompts that it's
25:31 giving itself so it's thinking through
25:32 the problem in this multi-step way
25:35 agents are kind of like that with the
25:39 addition that they can
25:42 um that they can they can use function
25:45 calling so they can actually take an
25:48 action on your behalf so not only could
25:50 it think through things like I could say
25:53 hey I'm going to be in this part of
25:55 Pennsylvania find me a good restaurant
25:57 near this hotel and book me reservations
26:01 the agent will you know say okay well
26:04 first thing I'm going to do is I'm going
26:05 to find out where that location is next
26:08 thing I'm going to do is I'm going to
26:09 search for restaurants the next thing
26:11 I'm going to do is I'm going to go on
26:13 you know GrubHub or nut GrubHub uh
26:15 whatever that one is Open Table Open
26:18 Table it doesn't [ __ ] matter but you
26:20 know I'm going to log in for Kyle on his

34:27 like he's like his Civil War buff and a
34:29 history buff and he's like I like you
34:32 know when I'm at interesting towns find
34:34 out like what was the history there and
34:37 so I just flipped on um GPT voice the
34:41 the new advanced voice and I said hey

34:46 um I said I'm at the intersection of
34:49 Route 202 and Route 263 in Pennsylvania
34:54 did anything from the Civil War happen
34:56 here and she said oh the intersection of
34:58 Route 202 and Route 263 in Pennsylvania

35:04 here and she said oh it was a Depot kind
35:08 of place she goes they like they stored
35:10 stuff there during the war but the you
35:12 know the real action took place 150 mil

35:20 were there any inventors from here oh
35:21 yes there was a certain inventor from
35:23 here and it gave us this whole history
35:25 of some inventor from doy toown that I
35:27 don't know did [ __ ] and it was cool I it
35:31 like it it
35:33 just blows my mind the other thing I was
35:36 I was with um one of our one of our
35:40 ex-clients at novaris and um I just
35:44 turned it on and I said oh you know I'm
35:47 sitting here with my friend who's a
35:48 marketing manager for this specific drug
35:50 I said can you tell me about what it
35:52 does and it explained what the drug did
35:54 and what the mechanism was and then I
35:56 took something that that this guy said
35:59 was a challenge he was working on I said
36:00 come up with some ideas for me for that
36:02 challenge and it just it's like no
36:04 matter what you [ __ ] ask it it
36:07 knows uh I'm starting to use the voice
36:09 more and more too took me a while to
36:11 catch on yeah and I wouldn't Source Camp
36:14 I wouldn't say I'm using it a
36:17 lot but I am but when I do use it it
36:20 blows me away I'm kind of like I'm kind
36:23 of in that similar place of like do we
36:25 have agents yet like is the voice
36:26 connected to the internet yeah like like
36:29 I want to be able to just say to this
36:31 thing like go do [ __ ] for me and it'll
36:34 okay I'm off to do [ __ ] it's like okay

36:39 so right now it's still a bit of a
36:40 novelty but we're so [ __ ] close but I
36:43 also the the other thing about the
36:45 advanced voice that that's been
36:47 interesting is
36:49 um advanced voice in the um in the
36:54 API runs between $12 and $18 an hour
36:58 which for API stuff is ridiculously
37:01 expensive that also puts um chat GPT
37:07 from a pricing standpoint about 10 times
37:11 higher than hiring a $2 an hour person
37:15 in India right so you got 12 bucks an
37:17 hour for GPT voice you got two bucks in
37:20 India or a buck 20 whatever it
37:24 is that API price the the AP API price
37:28 for chat GPT came down 100x over the
37:31 course of
37:33 2024 I guess right or from like halfway
37:36 through 2023 to 2024 came down 100x so
37:40 even if GPT voice comes down 10x if it's
37:43 $12 right now if it comes down
37:46 10x it's a buck 20 right so then then
37:49 you're at parody with hiring you know
37:53 with hiring a person offshore in India
37:56 um and the customer experience is going
37:58 to be way better so that industry is is
38:02 a you know it's it's headed for a major
38:05 disruption I've been using voice a lot
38:08 oh yeah cam interesting um it said it
38:11 only had access up to April 2023 is it
38:14 true did it lie no that's right so cam
38:17 the the the important thing about um
38:20 advanced voice right now is it's got
38:22 very similar limitations to 01 preview
38:25 where it's not connected to the internet
38:28 um it's its data is only you know up to
38:31 a certain point so you can't ask it for
38:33 the weather or an update on the
38:35 hurricane it may give it to you but it's
38:37 not connected to the
38:38 internet I assume that that's for safety
38:42 reasons or it might be because GPT voice
38:45 is
38:46 using some different model I like I
38:49 don't know the reason for it not being
38:51 connected to the internet but is it's
38:52 not connected to the internet and
38:55 whether it's April 23 or September 23 or
38:58 whenever it is I'm not quite sure what
38:59 the actual date is but there's
39:01 definitely a cut off and it's not
39:03 connected to the
39:05 net I'm a narcissist that trick would

41:33 write a 1500w essay and it just vomits
41:36 it out in a second
41:40 what I mean you know Joker I mean we're
41:44 we're not that far I I think that
41:47 um who said it demisis saus maybe
41:51 someone from
41:52 Google said we're probably going to have
41:56 infinite token yeah token
41:59 Windows um or context Windows
42:03 token I don't my brain's not working but
42:06 we're going to have
42:07 infinite um context Windows within a
42:12 year and if you don't know what that
42:14 means so so if you use chat GPT right
42:17 now it's got a context window of about
42:19 32,000 tokens which is about 25,000
42:22 words so what that means is if you paste
42:24 in a really long document it kind of
42:26 forgets the beginning of the
42:28 conversation if you talk for a
42:31 bit um or or it can't do it Al together
42:34 um I think 01 preview has a much much
42:36 bigger context window by the way
42:40 um Claude right now has a 200,000 token
42:44 context window so that's like 150,000
42:46 words so basic novels like like uh like
42:51 uh what's what's the one that that I
42:53 always use I forget but like a basic
42:56 novel is like 50,000 words so 150,000
42:59 words in Claude that's a pretty big
43:01 context window that you can interact
43:03 with um Google Gemini 1.5 Pro now has 2
43:11 million tokens so that's a million and a
43:13 half
43:14 words that's a lot that's a lot of
43:17 context um and so infinite is just going
43:20 to be like you'll be able to just dump
43:24 all of whatever data you want to put in
43:25 there and just start interacting with it
43:28 and that's going to include the like
43:30 Gemini's multimodal so you can upload
43:32 video you can upload audio and it just
43:34 understands it it can see video it can
43:37 see what's on screen it can understand
43:39 audio without having to transcribe it
43:41 it's just it's just remarkable there's a
43:44 screen recording in Irregulars okay
43:45 great for the for that fast thing that's
43:48 amazing what's the notebook LM URL it
43:51 doesn't it didn't save my PDFs and I
43:54 can't upload piics and videos
43:57 well it should save your PDFs that that

44:54 prompt for for itself to be a good

44:59 then like it's going to be fascinating

45:04 interviewer than you are right but

45:15 reveal as much as you can that meets my
45:18 criteria I mean that's such a
45:21 fascinating
45:22 exercise I was trying to use notebook LM
45:24 but wasn't sure how to generate audio

45:29 can see this but so I'll explain it as
45:31 I'm doing it I I I showed this a bit
45:32 earlier but this is this is one of those
45:35 things where Google's lack of lack
45:39 of having uh product people is hurting
45:44 them okay so I'm on Notebook LM and and
45:49 I went into a notebook and so on the
45:51 leftand side you you upload your
45:55 PDF and then in the middle of the window
45:58 um at the bottom of the screen you've
46:00 got the the box where you type stuff in
46:03 and then in the lower right hand corner
46:05 there's this thing called notebook guide
46:08 and click on that and then that brings
46:10 up this modal this this window that's
46:13 got a summary of all your documents and
46:15 then some quick starts for how you can
46:17 interact with it and then the upper
46:19 right hand corner is where there's the
46:20 audio interview and if you haven't made
46:23 one yet you just click on the generate
46:25 button in that upper right hand corner
46:27 in the notebook guide window that's it's
46:30 buried and so it's it's a feature that
46:33 everyone is losing their minds over but
46:35 it's still very buried
46:37 so yes please explain it too so let me

46:48 product people there's just a ton of

47:24 ready to announce their big investment
47:26 by Microsoft and Sam Alman said you've
47:28 got two weeks go build the chat GPT
47:30 thing that's in our documentation and so
47:33 they built it in two weeks and they went
47:35 out for drinks the night before they
47:37 were going to launch it and they
47:39 basically assumed no one was going to
47:41 use it no one was going to notice and
47:44 within 5 days a million people were
47:46 using it and within 6 weeks it was 100
47:48 million um I feel like the so notebook
47:53 LM had been out for a
47:55 year before they added this audio
47:58 overview feature and they added the
47:59 audio overview feature and now
48:01 everyone's like oh my God this notebook
48:02 LM thing is just amazing and and this
48:05 this generat podcast audio overview
48:09 people are losing their minds over it so
48:12 um it's really good to hear that they're
48:14 you know they're going to put some real
48:15 real focus on this product because I
48:17 think it's a winner um and quite
48:21 frankly the
48:23 audio if you if they created a tool that
48:26 that uses this voice technology and
48:28 created like an authoring tool like this
48:31 this one creates this NPR style podcast
48:34 but it would be nice if I could say I
48:36 want a 15c you know Broadcast News
48:41 version of this and I want to you know
48:42 this is the podcast version and I want
48:44 to create a version where it's like um a
48:48 panel of five different people you know
48:51 that talk for an hour right or whatever
48:53 it might be um I could see it being a
48:56 standalone product
48:58 without being attached to notebook LM
49:00 but it's it's pretty cool that it's
49:01 attached to notebook LM because you can
49:03 do all that other [ __ ] with it but it's

50:24 against a version of this techn ology

50:32 um that does the thing that we take that
50:36 we most value about what we do and it
50:39 will do it better than
50:42 us and I don't I don't think that's an
50:46 easy thing to accept for anyone it's
50:51 weird it's weird we've been the
50:55 Apex entity on the planet for a while at
50:58 least in our own minds

51:03 how to use phrases like Apex

51:12 This entity that right now I would argue
51:17 is significantly smarter than most of
51:20 us and in two years is going to be

51:30 it has agentic behavior and it can just

58:21 the steam engine first showed up in
58:22 their town and they're plowing all all
58:24 their fields with horses and and the
58:27 rich neighbor got the steam tractor
58:29 right they're looking at this weird
58:31 metal thing and they're like yeah but
58:34 that's that but that won't affect us we
58:36 do real farming we do real real farming
58:40 is with horses because the horses poop
58:43 in the fields and that's fertilizer and
58:45 that's real farming that that steel
58:50 horse that won't replace us we we we're
58:55 good and then some point they're like
58:57 but that that steel horse is actually as
59:00 powerful as a hundred of your horses 100

1:00:38 really used it to do the thing that he
1:00:41 did and when he saw what it
1:00:44 did he was like I had no idea he goes I
1:00:48 have to go he like he like hung up the
1:00:50 call like he had to go process what he
1:00:53 had just
1:00:54 witnessed he was he was like literally
1:00:57 speechless he was literally like I I
1:00:59 like I had no idea I thought it was like
1:01:02 Google and when he saw what it actually
1:01:04 did especially with something that he
1:01:06 was intimately knowledgeable about it

1:07:13 today so the only thing we can imagine
1:07:16 right now is it taking the jobs what we
1:07:20 can't imagine is what are the new jobs
1:07:22 that get created because it's doing the
1:07:25 current job
1:07:27 whole new categories of work will emerge
1:07:30 out of this some of it will be
1:07:32 tremendously exciting some of it may not
1:07:34 be some people will make that transition
1:07:37 really well many people will
1:07:40 not but we cannot currently imagine a
1:07:43 world that doesn't look like how we do
1:07:46 things today because it's all we know

1:10:32 you spend trying to get chat GPT to
1:10:35 build you the pitch deck are going to be
1:10:37 way more valuable than you just pitching

1:10:46 and I've heard this I've never
1:10:49 experienced this of
1:10:51 course but you know that instinct where
1:10:53 you're like oh I should give this to the
1:10:54 new employee and then you're like oh but
1:10:56 it's going to take me as long to explain
1:10:59 it like I can do it faster than it would
1:11:02 take me to explain it to them and so you
1:11:04 just do it and then if you do that over
1:11:06 and over again that employee never gets
1:11:08 any better because you never delegated
1:11:11 anything to them that's kind of where
1:11:14 this is with with this AI stuff is
1:11:19 that being AI first being being AI

1:11:52 solve that so what you will likely do is
1:11:54 solve your problem faster than you would
1:11:56 have otherwise but even if you fail

1:12:00 super critical actually SEO is now more
1:12:03 accessible or at least improved with AI

1:12:10 also argue that seo's likely going to
1:12:12 shift dramatically like what works what
1:12:14 doesn't so if the AI can keep up with
1:12:17 and anticipate how those changes are
1:12:19 going to start rolling um like like a
1:12:22 good a good um agent once we get agents
1:12:26 would be to create an agent to go
1:12:28 understand all of the SEO strategies and
1:12:30 then to go sus out all of the SEO
1:12:33 algorithms and come up with a
1:12:37 strategy um for how how SEO has changed
1:12:40 over the past six months and predict how
1:12:42 it's going to change over the next six
1:12:43 months and come up with SEO strategies
1:12:45 that are different every month for the
1:12:47 next six months anticipating the needs
1:12:49 and then have that go on a rolling basis
1:12:52 where it's it's always every day it
1:12:55 looks back over the past six months
1:12:58 predicts the next six months generates a
1:13:00 dynamic SEO strategy and just executes
1:13:03 it on a daily

1:15:22 exception of GPT 40 mini I maybe you
1:15:25 need it to be faster than 40 is I don't
1:15:28 know anyway whatever so let me let me
1:15:31 walk you through what I know gp4 Legacy
1:15:36 model just because it's Legacy don't
1:15:40 ignore it they'll eventually kill this
1:15:42 thing but that is a 1.8 trillion mixture
1:15:47 of experts model or trillion parameter
1:15:49 mixture of experts model it doesn't
1:15:51 matter it's a beast and if GPT 40 is not
1:15:56 giving you giving you what you want it's
1:15:59 worth trying gp4 especially with things

1:16:08 they say it's faster the reason they're

1:26:44 parts of it but there's parts of it that
1:26:45 are horrible just save it so so you at
1:26:48 least have the parts that are good and
1:26:50 then maybe you don't get anything better
1:26:51 than that and that's just what you use
1:26:54 um
1:26:55 and then just delete it and generate
1:26:57 another one if you don't like that
1:26:58 delete it and generate another one so I
1:27:00 did that like 15 20 times to get it

1:27:05 um at some point they will likely add
1:27:08 the ability to give it a Target length
1:27:10 and to you know tell it to focus on this
1:27:12 versus that and all that sort of [ __ ]
