23. 4:31philosophic about it um couple of notable things in the past day or two I haven't had a ton I haven't really had
24. 4:38much time at all to to pay too much attention to this but I did see that uh Demis aabus um and another co-founder at
25. 4:46Deep Mind um won the Nobel Prize for chemistry for their work probably on the material science the the uh the 380,000
26. 4:56stable crystals that they dumped onto the material science world I'm guessing that was related to that or may maybe it
27. 5:03was the uh the the alpha fold and Alpha fold 2 the the protein folding stuff they won the Nobel Prize and then
28. 5:11Jeffrey Hinton won the Nobel Prize for physics so this AI [ __ ] it's getting a couple of nods like this is this is some big deals so
29. 5:25anyway no Champion I know Amelio's wife right I finally did a project for education I use notebook LM to analyze
30. 5:33new data from cmec very cool love that yay for science yep we're fans of science here yeah we were up to 165
31. 5:41people we're down to 53 now so so we got rid of the the uh the 100 people that were like Rosie O'Donald's let herself go [Music] [Laughter]

41. 7:23lunch down here and then we drive to Connecticut and then we drive from Connecticut and barely make it back for
42. 7:31um for my flight so so I don't think I'll be on tomorrow night but if the if the flight's delayed I'll do do another airport
43. 7:41live so I fall asleep listening that's that's listen you know that's I you don't need sleep medicine when you have the AI learning

57. 10:20to do one it's it's not scary when you when you use it if you're just looking at AI from the outside AI can seem really scary
58. 10:31if you're if you're using these tools it it does a couple of things it it de demonizes them in my opinion and it
59. 10:42demystifies them a bit and so if you want to play with that go to notebook lm. goole.com and the way it works there's a there's a
60. 10:54thing down the left hand side in fact I can show it here my my setup is a little janky but I can actually show it to you
61. 11:00all right so that is not notebook LM that's the salon but I'm going to go to notebook lm. goole.com and then you'll probably
62. 11:14have to log into it or whatever but you basically say new notebook and I'm going to click on not a new notebook but I'm
63. 11:20going to click on this one called collective intelligence and the way this works is this down the left hand side is
64. 11:26where you've got your um oh wait I can do this hang on I've got a gimbal here so yeah there we go um down the left hand side is where
65. 11:37you've got your knowledge so I uploaded this is just a PDF of a book that I'm about to publish I think it's coming out
66. 11:43next week um called collective intelligence in the age of AI you can put multiple documents here you can put
67. 11:49YouTube video URLs here you can put website URLs but basically you upload a bunch of content and then the way the
68. 11:57site works it allows you to chat with it to interact with it so you just chat down here just like chat GPT but you're
69. 12:04interacting with your documents so if you put up a bunch of annual reports for a business you could say hey tell me
70. 12:10about you know what these annual reports have in common or you know what are some Trends you're seeing whatever it might
71. 12:15be but in the lower right hand corner here is this thing called notebook guide and if you click on that it does
72. 12:24some cool stuff it gives you a summary of all the data that you've uploaded it gives you some short cuts to create like
73. 12:30an FAQ a timeline a briefing document whatever gives you some suggestions for other things you can ask and it gives you this thing audio
74. 12:41overview and all you do is say generate right now mine says load because I've already generated one but if you haven't
75. 12:49it'll it'll say generate right there and you generate it and then what it does is it generates this audio podcast between
76. 12:57a guy and a woman kind of like NPR style podcast talking about the thing so here they are talking about my book so I'll
77. 13:04play this a little bit here all right so today we're going to dive into something kind of mindblowing yeah the future of
78. 13:08intelligence it's a big one but we're not talking you know like those Sci-Fi movies with robots taking over right
79. 13:16this is different this is about humans and AI like teaming up yeah to become something even smarter than we could be
80. 13:24on our own like unlocking superpowers we never thought of exactly yeah and to help us explore this we've got
81. 13:31collective intelligence in the age of AI great book it is book and you know the authors Kevin Clark and Kyle Shannon
82. 13:38they're not just talking about this stuff they're actually out there building it yeah they're really making
83. 13:43it happen with their company so anyway so that's it so I would strongly encourage you if you haven't played with
84. 13:48this I would strongly encourage you to go uh do that um the joke about me having less tabs when I'm traveling is
85. 13:57actually a good one so to today when we were at MC um I could not log into their WiFi because my um Chrome
86. 14:10browser had completely [ __ ] to bed it it acted it acted like it was functional except for when I tried to submit um the
87. 14:19password for getting on their Wi-Fi so one of our meetings started 15 minutes late and I I actually ended up just
88. 14:26using my Hotpot which I probably should have done sooner [Laughter] so yeah yeah yeah if only Google had
89. 14:38programmers that could manage to build a pul down menu for all their products honest to God archetypal architect it's the
90. 14:47the seriously all they need is a single landing page like ai. goole.com and it's a bunch of links to all the [ __ ] you can
91. 14:54go play with but everything is a different URL it's absolute night I think notebook LM is going to get a
92. 15:01little bit more attention um and it's got its own URL so so I think they're going to pay some attention to this one
93. 15:07but yeah their their uh product marketing and product management over there are um special not good not good at all does
94. 15:20anyone try the image edit and chat gbt I use it all the time and it is frustratingly bad but I'm too lazy to move my images into
95. 15:33things where I can actually edit them so I just keep trying and then I eventually just give up my embrace the Jank book I've got two
96. 15:43images that I need to create for the last two chapters and I just haven't been able to get it to spell anything
97. 15:48remotely correctly for them so I've just kind of bailed on it for a while so I need to get back to that that's a good
98. 15:54reminder actually have I tried autogen Studio 3.0 yet no it's it's coming on if you're a builder yeah I'm I I I'm not a
99. 16:02programmer I'm not a builder so I'm I'm a builder more of stuff that just uses generative AI um I've done a little bit
100. 16:10of programming with the repet auto agent um which is not bad um but I'm I'm just not a programmer I'm more a product guy
101. 16:19oh yeah hello who gave me that forever hook thank you so much yeah I guess my hair is looking a little elisy but not quite that elisy
102. 16:29Ideo is really good for spelling it is here's the problem though I've got all of the images for the Embrace of the Jank book were done in
103. 16:37um open AI in chat GPT dolly3 and when I take the same prompts and put them in ideogram or or other things they just they don't look the
104. 16:47same so so I need the look and feel that I've gotten from open AI I just haven't had the persistence to get those last
105. 16:55images right or I haven't had the I've been too lazy to go into Photoshop and just Photoshop it in whatever I don't care it's called
106. 17:06embrace the Jank so I'm embracing the Jank but I can't get it to spell enough of the words that they actually look
107. 17:12like words for those last two chapters um I've been away meeting a deadline have you played much with
108. 17:18canvas I've played a decent amount with canvas I wouldn't say that I'm an expert at all but but what I can tell you is
109. 17:26that if you don't know what canvas is it's the new editing pane if you're in chat GPT and you click on the model pull
110. 17:34down menu there's a new thing called gp40 with canvas and it gives you an editable window so if you ask it to
111. 17:43write you a chapter of a book it gives you that chapter of the book and then you can just select paragraphs within it
112. 17:50and have it rewrite it you can tell it to make it shorter or longer you can change the reading grade level um but
113. 17:56the significant thing is you're actually editing piece parts of that document um and you can do the same with
114. 18:03programming so it's quite quite powerful always elisy oh man it's driving me nuts not having agents yet I want them a ASAP I'm
115. 18:17with you Jason I can't I'm I'm just like I I am in such an I've been in such an impatient place with AI because
116. 18:28because open AI just stopped shipping [ __ ] over the summer that I'm just in a in a persistent state of I want my
117. 18:37crap I want my crap and I want it now give me the AI stuff give it to me for free I want all this remarkable
118. 18:46technology and I don't want to pay for it where's my Sora where's the audio I'm whiny so yeah I'm
119. 19:01I'm with you all right it's cool being able to render into canvas to see if the code is working for UI stuff yeah the problem
120. 19:12with canvas right now is it doesn't have a web rendering pain like like uh Claude uh artifacts does and that's just kind
121. 19:20of a pain in the ass anytime I have to copy and paste into another environment I'm like H this feels like
122. 19:26work I'm just going to how about I just not how about if I just no I read they're trying to push out
123. 19:35search GPT before the end of 2024 yeah I heard that too I heard that mirror Mora was the one that was kashing all the
124. 19:43product launches and I think um the the other thing that I heard was that Sam Alman gave the testing team nine days to test 01
125. 19:55preview and then he pushed it out and I think that's why miror moradi quit so Sam's just like [ __ ] it we're putting
126. 20:03some stuff in the world and miror was like uh maybe we should test it before we do what do you think and he's like
127. 20:08nah I'm good and she's like all right I'm gonna leave he's like okay but yeah I heard search gbt was one
128. 20:17of those that she wouldn't let out so it I here's Here's My Philosophy with all this stuff I am now at the point where
129. 20:28I don't care if you announce something like like meta just announced their new video model and all these Twitter idiots
130. 20:36were like you know they launched it you know meta launched a new video model no they didn't launch it they had an
131. 20:46announcement that somewhere in one of their Labs they've got a cool video thing when do we get to play with it um
132. 20:53how about never does never work for you so I'm done with those announcements [ __ ] them if I can't play with it it doesn't
133. 21:02exist I was mixed up then oh Claude is what you were referring to ah yeah yeah Claude being able to render the stuff
134. 21:09right in line after it writes the code is is magical that feels magical to me llama has an open- Source stack for
135. 21:16developing agents I've not had any luck yet yeah I like canvas but it went I went too long and gave up cuz reading
136. 21:28does selecting the 40 option with canvas extend the number of prompts you get with 40 well 40 I don't think has a limit on
137. 21:40it unless you're on a free version then it probably does I would assume that 40 with canvas is probably a different server is my
138. 21:52guess so maybe the counter resets I don't know where the counter is calculated and I don't I think you've
139. 22:01got unlimited prompts with GPT 40 you have limited prompts with 01 preview and with 01 mini I don't think you have that same
140. 22:13restriction it's my toothbrush I don't think you have that same restriction with um with 40 but I could be wrong I don't
141. 22:22know someone can correct me uh I want it now veruka salt exactly I want it now
142. 22:37Daddy I like the purple one did you see the media interview with Jeffrey Hinton I did not um but I did
143. 22:46see that he won and I saw someone said something about what he said in that interview but I didn't see it I was
144. 22:51getting 01 and 40 confused because they because they need a marketing team exactly jenu yeah 4 4 401 01 preview 01 mini 40 mini
145. 23:07um yeah it's stupid it's I I mean honest to God so and why has no one asked Sam Alman that hey Sam quick question for you um what the
146. 23:21[ __ ] what the [ __ ] is with the names you've got a reasoning engine that that behaves differently than the other
147. 23:30[ __ ] why would you not name it like GP it sounds like a fast car and the r stands for reasoning and GPT R would be different than chat GPT
148. 23:4340 no we named it 01 because the O is for open AI except the GPT 40 is for gp4 Omni like Sam
149. 23:59you seem like someone who went to college once uh berer Sam wman names his products like
150. 24:15George Foreman names his kids Kyle or anyone are agents like virtual assistants well do you mean a virtual assistant
151. 24:26like a real human being virtual assistant assistant what agents are is um you can kind of experience it a bit if you've ever played with
152. 24:41um with code interpreter in chat GPT so if you go into chat GPT and you upload a CSV file right a data file and
153. 24:54then you say tell me what's interesting about this data you can watch it writing code it it like prompts itself okay I'm
154. 25:01going to go do this and then it writes code in Python and it executes it and it comes up with the result and if it
155. 25:08doesn't like the result it says oops I don't like that result I you know there's an error in it let me try a
156. 25:13different approach and then it tries it again so that's got a bit of that autonomous component to it where it's it
157. 25:21you know and if if you watch the 01 preview if you open that little pul down menu when it says think thinking you can
158. 25:29actually see the prompts that it's giving itself so it's thinking through the problem in this multi-step way
159. 25:34agents are kind of like that with the addition that they can um that they can they can use function calling so they can actually take an
160. 25:47action on your behalf so not only could it think through things like I could say hey I'm going to be in this part of
161. 25:54Pennsylvania find me a good restaurant near this hotel and book me reservations the agent will you know say okay well
162. 26:04first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to find out where that location is next thing I'm going to do is I'm going to
163. 26:08search for restaurants the next thing I'm going to do is I'm going to go on you know GrubHub or nut GrubHub uh
164. 26:14whatever that one is Open Table Open Table it doesn't [ __ ] matter but you know I'm going to log in for Kyle on his
165. 26:22Open Table account I'm going to book reservations if if they're not if he doesn't like them I'll go back and

183. 29:40interviewing like set up set up your your GPT voice give it a little bit of pre-training and just ask if someone
184. 29:48would be willing to be interviewed by the by the bot and just say I'll be here I'm gonna be listening but I just want to see if it
185. 29:57works and just so actually this is kind of an interesting screening this is kind of an interesting screening test Jim if you say to someone
186. 30:07hey you know would you be willing to experiment and the answer is no or they're really weird about it then you
187. 30:14know that they don't have a sense of adventure and listen for this role maybe they don't need a sense of adventure
188. 30:20right but it's still kind of an interesting gating um a gating thing so yeah and and so here's the deal all right Jim
189. 30:32so feel free to ignore it but I think you I think you ask a couple of them if not all of them if they'd be willing to
190. 30:39be interviewed by by by chat GP and then Rec if any of them say yes record that [ __ ] like record it with a couple of
191. 30:48cameras because that would make great content first interview conducted by chat GPT and you could be sitting there
192. 30:55and you know maybe if to intervene maybe you don't Maybe it's really good anyway that's that's that's kind of fun on that
193. 31:01note versioning seems bad for libraries being used by ai ai can end up mixing Syntax for different versions yeah Jason the
194. 31:10the here's the embrace the Jank um as as a theme of AI today is just the reality you should not assume
195. 31:25that AI can do anything in a real production environment 100% it is going to [ __ ] stuff up it's just where it is right now the reasoning
196. 31:36stuff isn't quite there the it's just it's just not quite there um it will be in 2 years but but right now it's just it's
197. 31:47just not that kind of tool these they're not these kind of tools they're they're just they're janky they're janky it's a

201. 32:23violent about it um and I saw another one I don't know I would just go to Reddit and just see what tactics people are
202. 32:32using to jailbreak voice might be something fun there it doesn't give the option to upload picks 01 01 doesn't 01 preview
203. 32:44does not have any of the fancy [ __ ] that 40 has you can't upload images you can't upload csvs but you can switch back and
204. 32:52forth between 01 and 40 so long as you don't upload anything to 40 and then expect to switch back what what you might do start with
205. 33:0401 get it to think about some [ __ ] then flip to 40 and add images to it but you can't go back so it's just janky right

209. 33:49around up here in really nice weather today I had an incredible experience with chat GPT as my guide in a museum oh that's super cool oh you
210. 33:58know what we did today so rich my sales guy we're driving somewhere through near near doy Doylestown I think Pennsylvania and
211. 34:09um and we got to the intersection of Route 202 and Route 263 and he goes does does chat GPT that voice thing does it
212. 34:19have access to GPS and I was like no it doesn't really and and I said what what what do you want to do he goes well I
213. 34:26like he's like his Civil War buff and a history buff and he's like I like you know when I'm at interesting towns find
214. 34:34out like what was the history there and so I just flipped on um GPT voice the the new advanced voice and I said hey Quinn
215. 34:46um I said I'm at the intersection of Route 202 and Route 263 in Pennsylvania did anything from the Civil War happen

217. 35:04here and she said oh it was a Depot kind of place she goes they like they stored stuff there during the war but the you
218. 35:11know the real action took place 150 mil West in Gettysburg um and then I said well did anything interesting happen here like
219. 35:19were there any inventors from here oh yes there was a certain inventor from here and it gave us this whole history
220. 35:24of some inventor from doy toown that I don't know did [ __ ] and it was cool I it like it it just blows my mind the other thing I was
221. 35:36I was with um one of our one of our ex-clients at novaris and um I just turned it on and I said oh you know I'm
222. 35:46sitting here with my friend who's a marketing manager for this specific drug I said can you tell me about what it
223. 35:51does and it explained what the drug did and what the mechanism was and then I took something that that this guy said
224. 35:58was a challenge he was working on I said come up with some ideas for me for that challenge and it just it's like no
225. 36:04matter what you [ __ ] ask it it knows uh I'm starting to use the voice more and more too took me a while to
226. 36:11catch on yeah and I wouldn't Source Camp I wouldn't say I'm using it a lot but I am but when I do use it it
227. 36:20blows me away I'm kind of like I'm kind of in that similar place of like do we have agents yet like is the voice
228. 36:26connected to the internet yeah like like I want to be able to just say to this thing like go do [ __ ] for me and it'll
229. 36:34okay I'm off to do [ __ ] it's like okay Kyle I'm done but it doesn't do that yet so right now it's still a bit of a
230. 36:40novelty but we're so [ __ ] close but I also the the other thing about the advanced voice that that's been interesting is
231. 36:49um advanced voice in the um in the API runs between $12 and $18 an hour which for API stuff is ridiculously

242. 38:38internet I assume that that's for safety reasons or it might be because GPT voice is using some different model I like I

264. 42:07infinite um context Windows within a year and if you don't know what that means so so if you use chat GPT right
265. 42:16now it's got a context window of about 32,000 tokens which is about 25,000 words so what that means is if you paste
266. 42:24in a really long document it kind of forgets the beginning of the conversation if you talk for a bit um or or it can't do it Al together
267. 42:33um I think 01 preview has a much much bigger context window by the way um Claude right now has a 200,000 token
268. 42:43context window so that's like 150,000 words so basic novels like like uh like uh what's what's the one that that I
269. 42:52always use I forget but like a basic novel is like 50,000 words so 150,000 words in Claude that's a pretty big
270. 43:01context window that you can interact with um Google Gemini 1.5 Pro now has 2 million tokens so that's a million and a half

284. 44:59then like it's going to be fascinating like maybe it becomes a better interviewer than you are right but

286. 45:12people you know please ask questions to reveal as much as you can that meets my criteria I mean that's such a fascinating
287. 45:21exercise I was trying to use notebook LM but wasn't sure how to generate audio okay k so I don't know if you can if you
288. 45:28can see this but so I'll explain it as I'm doing it I I I showed this a bit earlier but this is this is one of those
289. 45:35things where Google's lack of lack of having uh product people is hurting them okay so I'm on Notebook LM and and
290. 45:48I went into a notebook and so on the leftand side you you upload your PDF and then in the middle of the window
291. 45:58um at the bottom of the screen you've got the the box where you type stuff in and then in the lower right hand corner
292. 46:04there's this thing called notebook guide and click on that and then that brings up this modal this this window that's
293. 46:12got a summary of all your documents and then some quick starts for how you can interact with it and then the upper
294. 46:18right hand corner is where there's the audio interview and if you haven't made one yet you just click on the generate
295. 46:25button in that upper right hand corner in the notebook guide window that's it's buried and so it's it's a feature that

304. 47:41use it no one was going to notice and within 5 days a million people were using it and within 6 weeks it was 100
305. 47:48million um I feel like the so notebook LM had been out for a year before they added this audio overview feature and they added the
306. 47:59audio overview feature and now everyone's like oh my God this notebook LM thing is just amazing and and this
307. 48:05this generat podcast audio overview people are losing their minds over it so um it's really good to hear that they're
308. 48:13you know they're going to put some real real focus on this product because I think it's a winner um and quite frankly the
309. 48:22audio if you if they created a tool that that uses this voice technology and created like an authoring tool like this
310. 48:31this one creates this NPR style podcast but it would be nice if I could say I want a 15c you know Broadcast News
311. 48:40version of this and I want to you know this is the podcast version and I want to create a version where it's like um a
312. 48:47panel of five different people you know that talk for an hour right or whatever it might be um I could see it being a standalone product

327. 51:28and then when it has reasoning and when it has agentic behavior and it can just do our jobs instead of just contributing

394. 1:03:26our planet and it's grav he can answer it like it's trivial to him but but why are you asking your 20 PhD friend about tide
395. 1:03:42cycles when they he could be under he could be creating the unified theory so so yeah I I agree I mean I I think we become the barrier
396. 1:03:57but and hopefully this remains true we've got imagination and so maybe our imagination allows us to look at it and use it in
397. 1:04:07ways that you know still make it valuable and interesting I don't know it's it's it's Bonkers Zenex zenes announced today

399. 1:04:25that's it is Zen desk it is I think it is um that's amazing so if if if you can do chatbots that can reference all of your customer service
400. 1:04:41documentation then those chat Bots can actually give accurate answers when somebody has a specific question about your company or your
401. 1:04:49product and then you add in the real-time voice layer on top of that and all of a sudden you have a customer
402. 1:04:54service repres representative that is the most knowledgeable representative of your company's product info in all of the [Laughter] people
403. 1:05:08overnight and if you you know run enough parallel servers then no one is ever on hold again imagine imagine calling up a
404. 1:05:24company where 3 years from this people we're going to be able to call up any company and the phone just answers hello this is

414. 1:07:04right so these tools are going to become as good as all of the workers at all of the jobs but those are the jobs we have
415. 1:07:12today so the only thing we can imagine right now is it taking the jobs what we can't imagine is what are the new jobs
416. 1:07:21that get created because it's doing the current job whole new categories of work will emerge out of this some of it will be
417. 1:07:32tremendously exciting some of it may not be some people will make that transition really well many people will
418. 1:07:39not but we cannot currently imagine a world that doesn't look like how we do things today because it's all we know
419. 1:07:49it's all we know it's how we do things today I mean I have spent the last two years trying to learn how to use my brain to do problem
420. 1:08:00solving because quite frankly I'm really inefficient at it I'm good at it I love it but chat GPT is way better at it for

422. 1:08:17what we should do we should come up with 20 words that begin with the letter r that that mean um um excitement okay uh great uh get the
423. 1:08:30dictionary grab a thesaurus right and we go let's get whiteboarding restitution not quite excitement but okay that's a word begins
424. 1:08:41with our good and then you know 2 three hours later we've got a list of 19 and we're like what's that last [ __ ] word you yes out of chat
425. 1:08:51GPT you have 20 words in 4 seconds you're like oh yeah what if we Ed the letter T like how do you not default to must go
426. 1:09:08to whiteboard let's get out the Post-it notes and just go to [ __ ] it let's ask chat jbt and then take that cognitive
427. 1:09:19energy you have that you would have spent 2 hours coming up with 20 words now that you have the 20 words what are
428. 1:09:24you going to use that two hours to do I don't know but I bet you could do something really kickass with your
429. 1:09:32brain instead of having to come up with 20 stupid [ __ ] words and think about that for every profession so that's where we're
430. 1:09:42headed and and I I agree with with with uh Cosmic lover like the the only way you're going to be able to understand
431. 1:09:49that is to be in it as I'm solving a problem with my business even building a pitch deck trying to build an AI tool for the task as I run
432. 1:10:00into needs that's it's it's a great thing to do so my thought has always been Jason to given two options let's say that you
433. 1:10:12know that that deck that pitch deck is going to take you two hours to build and then you have an instinct that
434. 1:10:20you could use chat GPT to make that deck in 15 minutes but in reality it takes you two hours I would argue that the two hours
435. 1:10:32you spend trying to get chat GPT to build you the pitch deck are going to be way more valuable than you just pitching
436. 1:10:38it and and this kind of comes down to um you know when you have an employee and I've heard this I've never experienced this of
437. 1:10:50course but you know that instinct where you're like oh I should give this to the new employee and then you're like oh but
438. 1:10:56it's going to take me as long to explain it like I can do it faster than it would take me to explain it to them and so you
439. 1:11:03just do it and then if you do that over and over again that employee never gets any better because you never delegated
440. 1:11:11anything to them that's kind of where this is with with this AI stuff is that being AI first being being AI
441. 1:11:22native as they call it Jim Jim Ross attempted to do this or you know still attempts to do this every single day is
442. 1:11:29whenever he's got a problem he thinks how do I solve this with AI first and then he puts in time to try to
443. 1:11:36solve he's got a problem he thinks how do I solve this with AI firstes of AI are while he's trying to
444. 1:11:52solve that so what you will likely do is solve your problem faster than you would have otherwise but even if you fail
445. 1:11:58you've learned a bunch so that that's super critical actually SEO is now more accessible or at least improved with AI
446. 1:12:05it is it is cool AI guy um but I would also argue that seo's likely going to shift dramatically like what works what
447. 1:12:14doesn't so if the AI can keep up with and anticipate how those changes are going to start rolling um like like a
448. 1:12:21good a good um agent once we get agents would be to create an agent to go understand all of the SEO strategies and
449. 1:12:30then to go sus out all of the SEO algorithms and come up with a strategy um for how how SEO has changed
450. 1:12:39over the past six months and predict how it's going to change over the next six months and come up with SEO strategies
451. 1:12:45that are different every month for the next six months anticipating the needs and then have that go on a rolling basis
452. 1:12:52where it's it's always every day it looks back over the past six months predicts the next six months generates a
453. 1:12:59dynamic SEO strategy and just executes it on a daily basis there's an agent to write now we don't have the tools to write them yet
454. 1:13:10but when they come that's the kind of stuff you're going to be able to do so oh that was Helen okay uh uh uh Brave New World crazy ass

464. 1:15:09GPT 40 mini faster for everyday tasks and then GPT for the Legacy model all of these are things that you might that
465. 1:15:19there are reasons to use with the maybe exception of GPT 40 mini I maybe you need it to be faster than 40 is I don't
466. 1:15:28know anyway whatever so let me let me walk you through what I know gp4 Legacy model just because it's Legacy don't
467. 1:15:39ignore it they'll eventually kill this thing but that is a 1.8 trillion mixture of experts model or trillion parameter

533. 1:26:58delete it and generate another one so I did that like 15 20 times to get it right um at some point they will likely add
534. 1:27:07the ability to give it a Target length and to you know tell it to focus on this versus that and all that sort of [ __ ]
535. 1:27:14but right now it's just it is what it is like I said this is a feature that kind of slapped onto notebook LM because they
536. 1:27:20found some cool technology within Google they're like oh we should do an audio overview that um and it's it's
