15. 3:55lottery so I had a I had a grocery bill of $17.76 since on the 4th of July I thought that was pretty cool [Music]

34. 8:20was tied 77 and then like three points went to Ben Shelton and he won unbelievable he was playing like an
35. 8:28unseated like more than 100 seed player that almost took him out but you know the thing about tennis at that level when you're playing
36. 8:41at like Wimbleton level M it ain't about the skills anymore it's it's all about the head game [Music]

45. 10:47it in um iMovie if you're on a Mac if you're on a PC I don't [ __ ] I don't know I don't [ __ ] know I I I ain't
46. 10:54got nothing for you on PC cuz I'm a Mac boy I'm an apple Fanboy from way back when pinkies out everyone um yeah I don't know uh just a
47. 11:10simple video editor you can use [ __ ] like Premiere Pro but that's Overkill if you just want to stitch some [ __ ] together um peasant

68. 15:00I I've done I've done a couple of workshops I've I've I've got a couple of workshops that I could put something
69. 15:07together here's my here's my dilemma with courses on AI by the time you write it it's out of date and so one of the things one of the
70. 15:20things I think I am going to probably put together is I think I'm going to put together a course on how to learn how to learn AI
71. 15:35um so I'm going to take in the AI Salon which which is kind of a this this channel is kind of loosely related to
72. 15:45the AI Salon which I I also start I co-founded the week after chat GPT came out and we just created a new journey
73. 15:53within the AI salon and the journey is play first mindfully create generous lead the idea being that there's so much to learn with AI
74. 16:05and it's changing so fast that you can't really take a systematic approach to it you can but it's it's going to be really
75. 16:14limiting and so stage one is just play just play play with with any tools that are of any interest to you it doesn't it
76. 16:22literally literally doesn't matter but you should have fun with it and you should learn and and just learn by just
77. 16:33playing and then once you get a little education under your nails then shift into this phase we call mindfully create
78. 16:41which is figure out some project you want to do or some problem you want to solve or something you want to do for a
79. 16:47friend or something you want to do at work and then take what you've learned in playing and apply that to solving a problem or doing a
80. 16:56project and then the third phase is generous lead the basic idea is there is throughout all of this share what you're
81. 17:04learning learn out loud so I might put together of course got something going on I feel like there's a Aller uh yeah allergies pollen pollen
82. 17:18in the air wait hang on throat's closing up so I might do a course to really blow the doors off of learning how to learn
83. 17:30um because I I just think that any specific course right now is going to be outdated by the time you take it and
84. 17:35that just I just I'm not good with that I've been thinking about that perplexity Pages all write articles um that monetize by
85. 17:46views all day wait perplexity oh you've been writing perplexity Pages all day yeah what does learn AI mean to most
86. 17:57people these days learning to use AI tools yeah I don't know Pate I mean that's the thing that I'm I'm in the middle of a transition
87. 18:11from what I thought learning about AI meant to where I'm going and I don't know where I'm quite know where I'm going yet
88. 18:22but when you build things with AI when you build things like a some sort of Auto engine or if you build a digital twin of
89. 18:35yourself like how I how I've historically thought about software is you build the thing and then you put it
90. 18:41out to the world and let people use it and we're in a weird place right now where not a lot of people know how to
91. 18:48use chat GPT a lot of not of not a lot of people know how to use these tools well and
92. 19:07I think it's weird to put out a tool that even I don't know I don't understand how to use like I've got these digital twins I
93. 19:16made of myself I've got three of them now three or four of them and I don't know how to use them and so what are other people going
94. 19:26to do with them I don't know so I'm in this place where I think learning AI learning AI is just about a
95. 19:37completely different kind of thinking that's it's about critical thinking and intentionality and sort of highlevel high higher level
96. 19:49Communications sort of above the tools because the tools do so much and so it becomes about strategy and higher level
97. 19:57thinking and so don't know I it's it's a great question I don't have a good answer for it Shain saww do you know
98. 20:04where you're going to do you like the things AI is showing you where are you going to do you know good song don't know the name of it

171. 35:46like adds in all the images and [ __ ] like that you you can knock one out in a few minutes and then they also have a
172. 35:55collection which allows you to organize your threads and collaborate with others so pages are like articles threads are
173. 36:03like searches but then you can group a bunch of threads into a collection okay so that's perplexity now if we go to
174. 36:22Claude cloud. A here you've
175. 36:36got projects and projects are like custom gpts but then you also have this thing called so so if I click over here wait
176. 36:48let me see uh let's go projects let me go to projects so here's here's one that I made called the salmon flying East
177. 36:55guide and so this is has got my screenplay as the knowledge base and it's got a prompt that tells it how to behave so
178. 37:06this is like a custom GPT and then you can interact with my screenplay here and you know Claude doesn't have image
179. 37:13generation and it I think it has Vision but I'm not sure but that's that and then the other thing in Claude
180. 37:25is artifacts and artifacts is a feature that you have to turn on so if you go into your account on the lower left here
181. 37:36there's a thing called feature preview and if you click on that the only thing that's available for you to preview is this thing called
182. 37:42artifacts so you turn it on and then you go um create
183. 37:57an interactive dashboard that lets me es explore the Declaration of Independence
184. 38:11period make sure to make the interactivity complex and interesting and use visual elements as much as possible and so
185. 38:28I let it do its thing and then it will zip open up this second window this second window is the artifact or
186. 38:37artifacts I don't know why it's plural it's a single window but here's my chat and then here's this code that it's writing right

196. 41:01lawsuits so they have to put safety guard rails in it and whose safety are you Pro are you protecting right and where's that line
197. 41:14and who makes those decisions there's no good answer so you just kind of need to live with the fact that these things are
198. 41:22just shitty until they until they figure out where the boundaries are and that's it's not going to be like next week it's
199. 41:29going to be like 3 years it's just the way it is just the way it is we're early we're early we're early give everyone
