65. 13:23agencies in his life and so he started this new agency it's now going to be called Quartermaster named after Q in the in the Bond movies
66. 13:33I don't know if you know Q was short for quartermaster I didn't I learned that tonight and quartermaster is going to be an all
67. 13:44AI or or like an AI an AI committed agency so for example they fired their copy a copywriter and a something else
68. 13:59and they've now got the account person and the creative collaborating on copy and it wasn't cuz the copywriter
69. 14:06Couldn't Write it was because the copywriter wasn't willing to go outside of that specialty she wasn't willing to
70. 14:15go horizontal she wasn't willing to think bigger think more broadly the skill with AI is going up the value chain and and across being
71. 14:27able to be a inductor being able to be the one that coordinates all the [ __ ] can see all the
72. 14:41[ __ ] and so someone asked PJ well what do your clients think of the fact that you're using all this AI PJ's response

159. 29:12Hardware to run AI so I love that we're going to have local locally run like I'm guessing GPT 4 class large
160. 29:24language models without the need for an internet connection think about the massive parts of the world that maybe have cell
161. 29:37phones barely any connection no data plan that can get something that's the equivalent of gp4 on their [ __ ] device that's going to
162. 29:47it's going to change the world like it's just the [ __ ] accessibility boost that humans are about to get is wild but that said

172. 31:01running a Lo a large language model locally all of that happens on the chip it never leaves the phone and those things by this time next
173. 31:12year those local large language models are going to be pretty remarkable I can't wait to see what Apple does with

351. 1:04:49where my my tabletop system is basically nearing the end but there there's a lot of there's a lot of aspects to it that
352. 1:04:56are a little um cumbersome for GMS um but I don't want to change them um and I've been working with Chachi GPT
353. 1:05:08and and llms and uh stable diffusion and stuff for a while now and it kind of clicked and I was like holy cow I can I can totally
354. 1:05:18Implement a AI with my tabletop system right my head went not only that um I have this even loftier goal of basically
355. 1:05:32having imagine a bunch of tabletops um all connected to a large meta Universe um where the GP the gpts are essentially entities um different
356. 1:05:47characters um stores of knowledge things like that um and the players using a frontend web client you know would would
357. 1:05:56basically have all of their sheets logged have all of their details all that stuff all the campaign the GM would
358. 1:06:02be there um and things like like when a GM makes a new item or Homebrew something the llm can get involved
359. 1:06:09immediately and and basically recommend like power levels and stuff to keep it within the meta of the entire game um so
360. 1:06:17so basically there's a lot more and I don't want to like you know explain it all and waste your time um but um um
361. 1:06:24essentially what it is is it's a game within a game uh a bunch of people playing their tabletops connected to
362. 1:06:31like a social media hub that is essentially GM to by an llm or several llms Rags you know all these different
363. 1:06:40things that are coming out nowadays um so I I guess like some of my my my questioning is um I just like I just
364. 1:06:51recently paid chat GPT the $20 to actually try the the preium stuff i' I've mostly been doing a lot of image
365. 1:06:59work um I I just don't see it viable to go through chat GPT um even with their AI or with their API and all that stuff it doesn't make sense
366. 1:07:14to me from what I'm trying to do um perspective functionality perspective well from from a different
367. 1:07:23from a couple different perspectives one um like censorship um like the tabletops can get can get violent they can have sex they
368. 1:07:31you know there's stuff that and that just chat GPT won't allow and I don't want to to have to you know um censor GMS um and then also just
369. 1:07:43like it's bu it's almost like building a company a business on another business and if they yeah so I mean I've I've
370. 1:07:53looked into these other you know like the open source llms and stuff I just didn't know if you had any um knowledge
371. 1:07:59or expertise in any of that stuff I don't I don't know the open source World well I would go I would go
372. 1:08:06explore the mixl 8X um yeah mix is one that came up yeah mix the because because it's a mix of experts model
373. 1:08:15which is what chat gp4 is um and it they're apparently getting good good results with that then I would you know
374. 1:08:23just go look the Llama 2 variants I'd be surprised if someone didn't have a fine-tuned um llama 2 variant for for
375. 1:08:31RPGs already um and then and then just keep paying attention like like the um the um llama 3 whenever it comes out
376. 1:08:43like Zuckerberg is dumping [ __ ] massive amounts of gpus at training GP or llama 3 and he's going to open source it so um so
377. 1:08:55I I think mixol 8X is based on llama but I'm not sure on that but I would just sort of hang out in the Llama space but

379. 1:09:10like um like mix orom any of these um and I've also seen some things about like S slms I don't know small language models

381. 1:09:27like these little specialized models that do different things that could be interesting cuz you're you you're you're
382. 1:09:33having relatively small little knowledge sets for each of the little you know components of your game so that might be
383. 1:09:39might be something to look into where you you custom train small language models and the the other thing that
384. 1:09:44popped into my head is is completely [ __ ] stupid and not viable as a business tool but like the new rabbit R1
385. 1:09:52the handheld device you just push the button talk to the large language model there there's something about having you know not not quite
386. 1:10:02this but but some sort of tabletop thing where where like you know who whoever's running the game could just hit it ask
387. 1:10:09at something and it's an oracle that that talks so I don't know there might be something to play with good idea I
388. 1:10:14didn't even think about that like a physical yeah yeah I mean we phones and stuff but it but but that's kind of the
389. 1:10:19thing of of tabletop is having that physicality so it's yeah you te it to a phone maybe it's a Bluetooth it's
390. 1:10:26basically just a Bluetooth speaker with a button on it that that tethers to a phone with a little app like you you
391. 1:10:31could do something pretty clever um for probably not a lot of money so okay um all right well I'll keep
392. 1:10:39watching and and and paying attention it's it's so hard to yeah I know it's it's impossible to keep up with it just know that you can't
393. 1:10:47and I would say like don't wait for it to be perfect build it build it now build fast and just get it out there

395. 1:10:59local um company here in Denver called crafty and they've been around for seven or eight years and they were a training
396. 1:11:10company like training videos or something like that and they were doing like all the different um you know
397. 1:11:18business categories and all this sort of [ __ ] and they've been in it for for a while and one of the founders wives was into
398. 1:11:29crafting and so they just put up some crafting content and then like the next week they looked at their stats and all
399. 1:11:36the other stats are just flat and there's like there's one line that just like lifted up off the page and it was

550. 1:37:57anger understand that people might be a little on edge seek to understand what's going on with them before you judge

552. 1:38:18but an action take the time to acknowledge the efforts support and successes of the extraordinary people in
