11:53 we've just got to create an
11:54 administrative function for the salon um
11:56 which seems like a lot of work so so

21:40 who's studying artificial intelligence

21:45 this it's different well how's it
21:49 different you got to join you got to
21:52 join and you got to try to get to level
21:53 33 in here there's all sorts of
21:57 listen this this is an adventure you see
21:59 these people you see these people see
22:02 the chasm they've got across to get to
22:04 the promised
22:06 land this is not going to be easy people
22:09 you choose to be on this

22:47 amazing community and so one of the
22:49 things we did was we captured the values
22:52 of how people behave in here so look at
22:55 these values so it's under the welcome
22:57 to the salon section curiosity is one of
23:01 them generosity is one of them
23:04 meaning if you learn something share
23:06 what you learned share your prompts for
23:08 your images um share how you did
23:12 something brilliant for your business
23:14 share how you did something for your
23:15 business that was an absolute [ __ ]
23:17 failure and what you learned from
23:20 it we're so early in this industry it's
23:24 not even an industry yet we're so early
23:26 in generative AI we don't even know what
23:28 it is yet or what the impact is going to
23:29 be there's no risk in Sharing anything
23:32 you have no proprietary information
23:34 that's going to be valuable 3 months
23:36 from now no one does no one does zero
23:39 people do out of one billion people zero
23:42 people have a clue in this stuff right
23:44 now so so share share share exploration
23:47 is one of our values collaboration like
23:50 hook up with someone and and and come up
23:53 with a project go do something for a
23:56 client inclusion doesn't matter where
23:58 people come from everyone's coming from
24:00 somewhere and then empathy everyone's

26:50 worth the money to to be able to get out

26:54 going to be the best thing ever for
26:56 always Maybe
26:58 but maybe not and if and if Google
27:01 Gemini Ultra comes along and it's really
27:04 rocking good and it's better than chat
27:06 PT and you want to switch over to that
27:07 and pay them 30 bucks a month instead of
27:09 chat GPT you're going to be pissed off
27:12 if you saved your five bucks a month but
27:14 you now you got to pay
27:18 twice okay so tool

27:24 show it to you because if you're brand
27:26 new to AI this page is I

28:32 actually did all this typing and then I
28:34 went in and added added uh you know py
28:38 little comments okay so if you're just
28:41 getting started with with AI the
28:44 absolute place to start no questions
28:47 asked no like no argument right now the
28:50 best place to start is with chat GPT and
28:53 you're like I'm so tired of everyone
28:55 saying chat GPT it's so stupid it's just
28:57 they say it all the time and it's like
28:59 it's so annoying isn't there something
29:00 else I could use yes but this is the
29:02 best one and until further notice like
29:05 and here's what I promise you if
29:08 something comes out that kicks the [ __ ]
29:10 out of this and it's better than chat
29:13 GPT that will be at the top of the list
29:16 but this right now is at the top of the
29:17 list if you can afford the 20 bucks a
29:20 month if you can afford the 20 bucks a
29:24 month I actually think it is
29:26 irresponsible for you not to have a chat
29:29 GPT Plus subscription if you can afford
29:32 it and you and you want to get into this
29:34 AI stuff because just it there is so
29:36 much that it does including all the gpts
29:39 that we're going to go do you can't play
29:41 with gpts unless you have it
29:44 okay so this explains what 3.5 is and
29:48 what's included in it what gp4 is and
29:51 what's included in it it also talks
29:52 about the chat GPT for developers the
29:55 the
29:56 playground uh then below that you've got
29:58 some other large language models Claude
30:00 Bard perplexity and co-pilot then you've
30:03 got the specialty large language models
30:05 pie grock llau and
30:08 po then you've got image creation Dolly
30:11 3 mid Journey Kaa Leonardo and
30:15 Firefly those are five that if you want
30:18 to do image generation it is worth you
30:20 at least
30:22 learning what all of these do well
30:25 there's a week of your life just running
30:27 down the rabbit
30:28 holes then video creation I think we've
30:31 got five here we've got Runway M Mel and
30:34 pabs we've got hey genen and D- ID and
30:37 we got Visa then we got music and audio
30:40 then we got 3D worlds and then we got
30:42 people you should follow okay so that's
30:45 all in the where is
30:47 it tools and resources AI tools and
30:50 resources in the community section all
30:54 right and then we also have guilds what
30:57 are guilds Kyle that sounds so sexy

31:09 not just communities of interest but but
31:12 places you can go learn learn stuff um

33:50 when I go to the save button in the
33:52 upper right here so long as I

1:50:04 a directory of all of the gpts uh that
1:50:08 were made and then also if you want to
1:50:09 create your own GPT here are the
1:50:12 instructions that we
1:50:14 taught um for everyone to make their own

1:51:10 so so we we had some pre-prom questions
1:51:12 that made it easy for someone to get
1:51:15 started and so it's going to it's
1:51:18 actually making us an image first which
1:51:20 is cute it's going to make us a donkey
1:51:25 image yay and then it says the long
1:51:28 hopes donkey shelter is a Beacon of Hope
1:51:30 and care for donkeys founded in 1998
1:51:33 this dedicated nonprofit organization's
