53:19 hero's journey like like with the Three
53:21 Little Pigs um it's sort of the
53:23 beginning middle and end of the story so
53:28 a a a dramatic Arc you know movies
53:30 generally start at sort of a a low place
53:33 right and then something happens called
53:35 the inciting incident and then the drama
53:38 ramps up so you know a guy's walking
53:41 down a street a kid kicks a ball you
53:44 know into the middle of the street he
53:46 picks it up and a bus almost hits him
53:48 and all of a sudden you know he starts
53:51 doing things different in his life and
53:52 the drama escalates right and then it
53:55 reaches a dramatic climax and then you
53:57 come down the other side so the dramatic
53:59 Arc is telling a story that's got a good
54:01 beginning middle and an
54:03 end and so I just had chat GPT do it for
54:06 me right so I just had it you know um
54:09 write us a script that's that's good and
54:11 and LTX Studio to its credit it it took
54:14 the synopsis including character names
54:17 so you got a Seasons investigator a mute
54:19 artist and a suspicious neighbor this is
54:22 good um the aspect ratio is 16 by9 um
54:27 the visual aesthetic I'm going to play
54:28 with that in a second and then the SI

57:14 um they're using kind of a crappy model
57:17 detective enters the artist dimly lit
57:20 cluttered office so we can probably add
57:22 another scene but the way this works is
57:24 you get a scene and then within the
57:26 scene you get shots and so in the scene
57:30 here there's like location artist Loft
57:33 um lighting dimly lit weather it's
57:35 inside so it doesn't matter voice over
57:39 as I stepped into the artist's loft I
57:41 was met with silence right cuz he's it's
57:43 a mute artist and it's a it's a wide
57:46 shot so you can change it to you know
57:48 medium shot you could do from
57:51 above let's try from above see what that
57:54 looks like
57:59 all right that's kind of cool and then
58:02 you can generate video now under the
58:05 project settings in the upper

1:16:30 of a blank piece of paper it's
1:16:31 completely intimidating because you can
1:16:33 write anything right um it's similar
1:16:36 with AI so if you say how can I use AI
1:16:38 for my business it's it's just a
1:16:40 completely overwhelming thing here's
1:16:42 what I would do what are the three
1:16:45 biggest challenges you have in your
1:16:47 business right now that if you could
1:16:49 solve them would make a big difference
1:16:52 right maybe one of them super acute but
1:16:55 like super urgent but you know not super
1:16:58 critical but it's super urgent like that
1:17:00 might be a good candidate or maybe
1:17:02 something is super important but you
1:17:04 just don't have the skills for it or you
1:17:05 don't have the you don't have any ideas
1:17:07 you're completely out of ideas start
1:17:09 with a problem and then say okay if I
1:17:12 were going to solve that problem where
1:17:14 would I go first in most cases you can
1:17:16 go to chat GPT and and do you know 90%
1:17:21 of the ideation within chat GPT if not
1:17:23 all of it you might find that I need to
1:17:26 go use a different tool to do a
1:17:27 different thing but start with a problem
1:17:30 rather than starting with AI I think
1:17:31 that'll help all right let's see if we

1:19:05 be free for long um especially I would
1:19:09 assume that they're going to upgrade
1:19:10 like the image generation models in this
1:19:12 so so it's not quite so shitty um and
1:19:15 when they actually upgrade this to more
1:19:16 expensive Services I I I would imagine
1:19:19 they're going to start charging for
1:19:22 it
1:19:23 um so it's possible that it it has caps
1:19:28 and limits but I don't think it does
1:19:30 right now they're just trying to get
1:19:31 feedback on the on the tool so it's off
1:19:34 rendering it's off doing its thing so we
1:19:36 should have a a movie so the way it
1:19:38 works is every one of these shots so
1:19:41 every image that you see here is the
1:19:43 exact image the other thing that's cool
1:19:45 is I can come in like if this is uh you

1:19:49 black and white it's not in color so I

1:23:10 whatever it it it would be less uncanny
1:23:13 value they're they're using like really
1:23:16 cheap image rendering and really cheap
1:23:19 you know video animation I'm I'm sure
1:23:21 they're using some version of stable
1:23:22 diffusion probably not with a lot of
1:23:24 good servers behind it um so so here's
1:23:28 what we're doing if you're new

1:24:58 you take video storytelling and replace
1:25:02 it with say
1:25:03 Consulting imagine a system like LTX
1:25:06 Studio where you just say here's my
1:25:09 client here's the problem they're facing
1:25:12 and the system just goes through and
1:25:13 starts doing research in a bunch of
1:25:16 different Industries and starts
1:25:17 organizing it all the in all these cards
1:25:19 and you can move these cards around and
1:25:21 it's doing analysis and right so imagine
1:25:24 something like LTX studio for every
1:25:26 single
1:25:29 job that's the kind of tools we're going
1:25:31 to start
1:25:32 seeing this one's relatively
1:25:34 straightforward cuz if you know anything
1:25:36 about storytelling you know starts at
1:25:39 the beginning you go through scenes
1:25:41 right so it's doing all that for
1:25:44 you so if you're like Dr bod who's like
1:25:46 doesn't have a lot of Storytelling
1:25:48 background well something like this is
1:25:50 going to allow her
1:25:53 to all of a sudden write really
1:25:55 sophisticated stories imagine that for
1:25:58 every
1:26:00 job that's where we're
1:26:02 headed so I look at this tool
1:26:06 as a hint like a teeny tiny little spark
1:26:12 of what's
1:26:13 coming I downloaded the video from LTX
1:26:16 and edited on cap cut we can combine
1:26:19 tools and get what you want
1:26:21 absolutely is it just me or we
1:26:23 experiencing a choppy feed right now
1:26:25 it's usually choppy when I switch
1:26:27 cameras it gets choppy for a
1:26:32 while keeps burping but not
1:26:37 bad I think that's called chat GPT
1:26:41 uh-huh
1:26:43 well yes and no
1:26:48 Brandon when chat GPT has autonomous
1:26:51 agents and it spins up autonomous agents
1:26:53 and just goes out and does [ __ ] for you
1:26:55 then it will be chat
1:26:56 GPT but until then I think having expert
1:27:00 systems like this is you know there's
1:27:02 going to be interesting software
1:27:07 now LTX studio is really really
1:27:10 interesting
1:27:13 until you can just say to chat GPT hey
1:27:16 just go make me this movie not only come
1:27:18 up with the concept but give me the
1:27:20 storyboard let me tweak some things and
1:27:23 then go make the movie and it just goes
1:27:24 off and does it and it's really good you
1:27:26 know that's that's probably 3 to 5 years
1:27:28 out
1:27:29 but so I think any piece of software
1:27:33 that's developed in the next three years
1:27:35 has got a really short shelf
1:27:37 life which if you're developer like
1:27:41 huh but that's just it's just the nature
1:27:43 of where we are no it's a different kind
1:27:45 of choppy it's intermittent I think I've
1:27:47 got shitty um I think my internet's
1:27:50 really shitty here we've also had the
1:27:52 past 3 or 4 days we've had a lot of
1:27:56 electrical shitty stuff um here in
