1. 0:00I'm going to pull up the second slide, which is walk back into a moment when when when was the last time
2. 0:12that the use of AI has gotten you bent out of shape? Look back at the last moment that this happened in.
3. 0:26And if you can't find the AI moment, find anything that that that bent you out of shape. Um and just just go back and find See if you can
4. 0:40narrow down what the actual trigger was for that. You might have a lot of examples. Pick one. You will be able to
5. 0:56pick another one later if you want to.
6. 1:25And you can freely move through these questions on your own time. What were your thoughts and emotions at that time?
7. 1:36Maybe you can even recall what did you feel in your body and where in your body. You might felt have felt hot or cold.
8. 1:46You might have felt icky or sweaty. You might felt have seen a color.
9. 2:19>> And then, what did you do next? Or is there something that you didn't do? In other words, what did you not do that you wanted to do
10. 2:32in that moment?
11. 3:20And the last one is what did you make it mean about you? Did you make it mean anything about you?
