12. 3:00the disappointment of the GPT store that's not a store it's not even it's barely a directory people it's a
13. 3:09web page with 8 84 gpts out of 3 million listed on [Music] it I was doing a live today on LinkedIn
14. 3:25and it hit me I think it was was it k know or it might have been Kelly Kelly Camp was like you know what's with
15. 3:36what's with open AI not being good at being a consumer software company and I realized kind of in the moment um open AI is a research
16. 3:51lab open AI is is is not interested in chat GPT well they are now but but chat GPT was an afterthought they're interested in chat
17. 4:04GPT 5 they're interested in the underlying model that changes the world they're research lab the fact that chat
18. 4:12GPT took off and became popular was an accident they they are The Accidental apple right and so I think we including me put kind of
19. 4:25apple level expectations on them [Music] because because they were the first to do this technology that we know is going
20. 4:40to change the world and that's kind of been that's kind of been Apple's backyard for a long time and they've
21. 4:47always been masterful at the consumer thing and at the marketing thing so anyway that hit me today that we're holding
22. 5:00a research lab to consumer marketing standards mod reminder all right I don't know what you're reminding
23. 5:10them but hey Kyler are you buying the R1 already bought I was in the first batch of 10,000 I I I bought it within the
24. 5:19first the first I saw of it was Robert scoble said he ordered one and so then I went and looked at it and I watched the keynote which was
25. 5:28decently unwatchable but the technology was pretty impressive and then the industrial design of the thing was so sexy and it
26. 5:36was also only 200 bucks so apparently the first 10,000 are going to be delivered by end of March the second
27. 5:4410,000 by the end of April or miday and then the third 10,000 by June or something like that I'll believe it when
28. 5:53I see it it's delivering Hardware is not easy especially when you're a startup up so you know they they uh it's it's
29. 6:03interesting they kind of did the equivalent of a uh of a a crowdfunding campaign but they launched it at
30. 6:12CES but anyway um if you don't know what I'm talking about it's the uh the rabbit R1 it's a funny
31. 6:28name I think rabbit I think rabbits definitely need to be part of our AI learning lab Zoo now I really think rabbits are are [Laughter]

36. 7:25you want me to explain something if hey does everyone know how chat GPT actually works if you don't know how that works I
37. 7:31can tell you how it works it'll blow your [ __ ] mind um when you understand how chat GPT works it makes no sense that it works it makes no
38. 7:45sense although it makes perfect sense but it makes no sense all right I got to go to the mod Channel hold
39. 7:55please I'm a little congested this even oh yeah yeah yeah I did say that but wait but I've got to do
40. 8:10something thanks for the mod now I know what you're talking about um I may not be able to do it right
41. 8:27now uh where do I do I do it here no uh I'm going to have to get to

47. 9:45called uh professional programming on it and and on on a weekly basis they would watch shows with actual actors and uh
48. 9:54and props and and music and plots and writing uh this is not not that this is very much like a professional show if you remove the
49. 10:09professional you understand yeah yeah well not special yeah yeah it's he's he's interesting he's interesting I I I
50. 10:20understand your appeal I understand why you would enjoy this um I am confused I I'll admit I'm confused I do not find it as
51. 10:32entertaining as i' I've seen you laugh sometimes at the what this is and I I I he's he's it certainly seems
52. 10:44like you think he's clever it certainly seems that way yes yes no I no I I support you because I love you I this is
53. 10:53not about any Judgment of um whatever this is all right Andy and now the CBS Evening News with Walter kronite I'm
54. 11:05Walter K kronite and you're not actually my first job in New York City I sold yo-yos at FAO Schwarz on Fifth
55. 11:15Avenue and they stationed me because you know I got the whole package going they stationed me right at the top of the escalators with my
56. 11:24yo-yos I think even back then it was like it was a little wooden yo-yo it's like 20 for a yo-yo and but I could do yo-yo
57. 11:33tricks and I stood at the top of the escalator and uh one day Walter kronite comes up the escalator and FAO Schwarz with his
58. 11:44grandkids and I'm doing tricks and I I zip the the yo-yo out across the floor and bring it back and zap it up and
59. 11:54Walter kronite looks at his little grandson and goes yep walking a dog huh I actually have a Walter kronite
60. 12:07story I also Keith Richards also came in I yo-yoed for Keith Richards that was pretty cool that was a good first job in
61. 12:14New York if you're going to have a first job in New York selling yo-yos at the at FAO Schwarz where you know Tom Hanks did Big that's a good
62. 12:24one all right okay what are we doing here tonight did you guys want to talk about anything cuz I don't know I I I ain't got any of

69. 13:38fairly seriously into um that stuff you know all the jugglers can you talk about the GPT store is it
70. 13:49open to the public I can absolutely talk about the GPT store I almost did a video on it this afternoon and then I just ran out of time
71. 13:59um I'm going to do a video on the GPT store it is um it's bad but let's go look at it and I'll tell you I'll tell you why it's bad and
72. 14:13I'll tell you how they can fix it and listen I think they they likely will fix it but they said they were going to
73. 14:19launch this thing the end of November and it's now mid January so two months after they said they were going to launch it they launch
74. 14:29it and it is what I would have expected back in November so I thought they were actually working on it I assume they
75. 14:37were not that they just threw this thing together um anyway uh let's go look at it let's go let's go look at the chat
76. 14:43GPT all right let's go look at the chat GPT by the way this is from Suzanne Welker Jurgens um I think this is one of
77. 14:52her one of her gpts makes uh cool wine bottle label designs I think that's what that is or she might have just prompted
78. 15:01that up there but it's got she's got like other ones that are really cool so the Irregulars the Irregulars she can't
79. 15:11spell that's not that's not dalus spelling that that's Suzanne just mistyping this dolly did perfect she
80. 15:19just actually mistyped it so just in case there was any wait what oh that that was a dolly typo see I've never
81. 15:28it's F so funny Dolly I've never had it make a typo for me it's always perfect for me very strange anyway sucks to be you guys [Laughter]

88. 16:52need to have a GPT Plus account Kyle did you see that Riley Brown added you in LinkedIn um I so um Danielle I I saw
89. 17:08that there were some posts about Riley Brown I didn't know who he was until I like went like right before I came on
90. 17:15here and I went and saw who he was so sort of I didn't take it in at all so I've got to go figure out what it
91. 17:25actually means and I know he's probably got a big following so I I think that's a good thing I don't know I'm like a I'm like what what do
92. 17:34you call that I'm like an old guy trying to be hip on the Tik toks and the YouTubes and uh so I I I stumble into
93. 17:42this it's funny I just I this chapter that I wrote for Cindy Coon's book um I started out with um there was this moment in
94. 17:541995 where we're standing in our agency.com office offices and um we had hired Klay shery who's he's a futurist
95. 18:03and he works at Columbia I think he still works at Columbia but anyway he he's he's written a couple of books and
96. 18:08things like that but clay worked for us and and at one point I don't know what happened we like landed yet another
97. 18:15Fortune 500 client like we had landed four or five in a row and we landed another one and Clay shery just looked
98. 18:21at me and he goes he goes you know who you are Kyle you're the Forest Gump of the internet and he he meant it as a compliment but
99. 18:34it was just like like I was just like stumbling my way into success after success and I kind of feel like that's
100. 18:42you know I like that feels consistent with my entire career so uh so yeah I don't know if it's a success Riley is a
101. 18:50uh he's a YouTuber that he he's one of he's one of the guys that's like super energetic about AI um so I I don't I don't I as energetic as I
102. 19:03am I don't have that kind of uh how do we say uh performance style so oh man can we at least flip the blandon's bag over oh yeah I guess we
103. 19:15can yes sissies hang on I got it I'm gonna this weekend I'm going to go out to uh I'm going to go out to like
104. 19:27a office supply store and get myself a pack of uh construction paper and get I'm going to buy a whole
105. 19:37back pack of construction paper so I can get one black piece oh man uh what are we doing here we are talking about the GPT store okay so
106. 19:50here's chat GPT if you don't know what GP so so chat GPT large language model you type [ __ ] into it and it does stuff
107. 19:57right uh um it can make pictures it can see pictures it can code it can analyze data it does all sorts of this stuff
108. 20:07gpts are these things that um are little customized versions of this so like for example here's one that I made called
109. 20:17the AI executive order Explorer so this is chat GPT but this has actually been trained on I uploaded um President Biden's exec itive
110. 20:28order on artificial intelligence and then now you can go ask questions about it so that's pretty slick and then
111. 20:35there's there's you know just tons and tons and tons of these uh open AI said there were three million of these um
112. 20:43this is this is one I made called 70s muscle car machine which will Design you like a poster for your bedroom for the
113. 20:4970s of a muscle car um that one makes me very happy um you know and and you just say like there's a little pre pre done
114. 20:58thing here I'm ready to design my dream car and then it asks you what dream car you want to do like I always say AI learning lab
115. 21:05just like a box of chocolates exactly Papa JJ oh man come on
116. 21:21load oh y'all are funny mods the mods are cute I got to tell you the mod are having a good a good little conversation
117. 21:30off the side all right let's start by so wait what are we going to do we're going to do a Mustang we'll do Mustang uh fast
118. 21:40back and then it should ask us what color we want great um what color do you want let's go let's go uh blue white
119. 21:55stripes uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh a blue Mustang Fastback with white stripes that's going to look stunning

124. 22:56back so that's a that's that's what a GPT is they can they can be anything and then the GPT store so if you go to this thing
125. 23:05that says explore gpts it takes you to this thing gpts and then you scroll down and there's a bunch of these gpts and you're
126. 23:15like well Kyle isn't that sort of what it looked like before it is sort of what it looked like before the difference is
127. 23:21that you can now search for other people's gpts where you you really couldn't before um so if if I put in here [Music] um well I could
128. 23:35do I could do my Sin City sipper Sin Sin City sipper so you know up will come you know my thing and anything with the word sin in it and
129. 23:47then you can go to that and so and so that's what it is now if I go back to the store um I can also click on my gpts
130. 23:57it'll give me just a list of mine one of the things okay here's one of the things that I find really frustrating about the GPT
131. 24:06store this is my list of gpts that I can see I can't give this URL to someone I can't I can't say here's a link to all
132. 24:15of my gpts on the GPT store that's one thing it doesn't do which I find absolutely ridiculous like seriously
133. 24:23really really that's what we're going with you can't you can't you can see your but you can't share this so that so
134. 24:29there's strike number one um let's see strike number two there's seven categories which that's fine there's
135. 24:36ultimately going to be you know more than this but they start with seven but when you click on these categories it's
136. 24:42it's literally just jumping you down to an anchor link on a single web page so the GPT store right now is actually just
137. 24:50a single web page with with anchor links to the seven sections and then each section displays uh it features six gpts
138. 25:01and if you click show more it shows six more and then that's it like you can't see if I wanted to see more things
139. 25:10within productivity uh there's only 12 that are being featured so this is a hand curated list from probably some
140. 25:18intern at open AI That's that's just picking the ones in this list I maybe they're doing it by by popularity I
141. 25:26don't I don't know I think you have to have at least a th000 um uses of your GPT to get it eligible for this list um
142. 25:36so anyway so so that's that um there's no mention of pricing or that you need to to upscale to to get here there's no
143. 25:45mention of um how you share these things there's no mention of if you want to embed these things in your website
144. 25:55there's no mention of if you want to make money on these things you can make money with you know one of the things that Sam
145. 26:03Alman talked about when they launched the gpts was that there was going to be rev sharing like there's none of that in
146. 26:08here so so this is this is what I would consider to be a minimum viable web page this is not even a it's
147. 26:18not even a store at this point you know it's barely a directory true you can search for them and the search isn't bad
148. 26:25it seems to be pretty quick and I can I could put in here like pottery and then it will go find you know Pottery stuff wonder if I can do
149. 26:41glaze wonder if Corey Sandlers glaze recipe maker here is here I mean I'm sure it's here wonder if I can find it no recipe found glazing
150. 26:56recipe told you I can't get that song out of my
151. 27:10head recipe is recipe right no anyway all right so that's what the CH GPT store is um Now search for The Decorator app okay

153. 27:37there you should put a picture in there if you haven't need inspiration for your home improvement submit a photo of your
154. 27:43space and let's turn it into something all right let me see if I can find a picture of a space oh look at that that's that's the
155. 27:52Sin City sipper hero image I actually love that image uh uh uh uh Blandon baby oh yeah okay there's a space there there's a
156. 28:02space we got a few pets but but we'll go with that one so we're going to upload that space and then let's see what the
157. 28:09decorator app does does with our room full of vermin uh to begin with your decorating Journey could you please describe the
158. 28:20room oh it didn't take the the upload once you've made your so we'll say um uh foyer so this is to describe it I
159. 28:43think all right cool very cool so that's that um here's the deal about the GPT store the fact that I'm kind of razing on them right now
160. 28:58I'm not going to be the only one people are going to Raz on this thing they're going to pick on it they're going to say
161. 29:03this is the dumbest thing ever this is stupid this is poo poo and it will be until it's not or until they bail on it
162. 29:11right so if you if you've been playing along for the past year um open AI made a pretty big deal of these things called plugins back in the
163. 29:24day back in February March something like that whenever GPT 4 came out plugins came out pretty shortly after or maybe even when it
164. 29:32launched and the plugin store was popular for about a month and then nobody used the plugins and in fact like
165. 29:38three weeks after they launched plugins Sam Altman said there's not a product Market fit so basically they had the
166. 29:45data to know that plugins were a flop and then when he announced gpts back in November one of the things he
167. 29:53basically said in a subsequent interview was that that gpts were the evolution of plugins and so I think it was Cindy [ __ ]
168. 30:02pointed out or maybe it was I forget someone someone in one of my lives today pointed out that a lot of the featured um
169. 30:13gpts are the same companies that that had popular plugins so lunatick I made a Tik Tock of me complaining about it for the first time in
170. 30:24months complaining about what about the about the uh about the the GPT store yeah I'm going to I'm going to make a
171. 30:32Tik Tok tomorrow complaining about it cuz it's like they got to get their [ __ ] together I and listen I I respect that
172. 30:39they're a research lab that they they're an accidental consumer company but you've got 10 billion you're the highest
173. 30:47profile tech company on the planet right now just in terms of people paying attention to you bring in some consumer
174. 30:54software people right bring in some people that know how to Market this stuff and and and create product for
175. 31:00this this kind of audience um it's not that hard right now you you the you literally have zero competition other
176. 31:07than po which the CEO of quora who runs PO is on the board of open AI so you've effectively got zero competition you
177. 31:17can't [ __ ] this up and and they have managed to under deliver in my opinion in my humble he's not very humble is he he
178. 31:27said it was in his humble opinion but then he seems he seems to have hubris he it you know do you understand what I'm
179. 31:35saying it's like he's very opinionated he's got an edge he's got an edge it's like he's like a he's he's like a New
180. 31:42Yorker except he act he he he acts like a midwesterner but then he's got this Edge he seems angry he seems
181. 31:50angry very Charming very Charming but he I just I why do you watch this okay and [Laughter] oh so anyway that's the GPT store I
182. 32:06don't mean to dump on it but they got to get their [ __ ] together and and what do I always say everything right now is a janky piece of
183. 32:18[ __ ] this is living up to that expectation um underestimate any of this technology at your own risk it's really easy to make fun of this
184. 32:30stuff right now it's really easy to go it's not perfect I'm not going to use it I'm going to wait this stuff the the one of the
185. 32:38interesting things wait Kyle can you plug the salon as a place to share your custom gpts and get help I can
186. 32:45absolutely do that that's a really good idea um okay so here's what I want you to do go to how many many folks are in here go to
187. 32:58go to there the salon. a so so this this place well that place is just a link tree that that URL is just going to take
188. 33:07you to a link tree but this organization so the AI learning lab Channel this channel is can I still juggle why do you

193. 34:30oh my God so yes I can still juggle um anyway hey ion where was I what were we talking about blam it on the Blandon

195. 34:46okay what am I supposed to do here people okay AIS salon. mn. or go there the salon. um this is a community I started
196. 34:57the week after chat GPT launched so year we just celebrated our Oney year anniversary and um so when when you come to the AI Salon
197. 35:08the first the first link on that on that link tree the salon. a will will bring you here first place you should go is
198. 35:15welcome to the salon and you'll see that picture that I just showed over there on that other thing um and this talks about
199. 35:22who we are and what we do okay so um go check this out you know the AI Salon is really a gathering place for people that are curious about
200. 35:34AI that are trying to figure this [ __ ] out no matter where you are in the journey one of the things I talk about a
201. 35:40lot in here is we're all beginning like we're no one is an expert right now and they're not going to be
202. 35:47for I'm going to go out on a limb and say three years but it's it's probably more like two but I just have a feeling
203. 35:54that things are going to change so so much over the next 3 years that we are all for the next at least 3 years going
204. 36:03to be in a constant state of ignorance and feeling like we're clueless feeling like we're behind feeling like we don't know what we're
205. 36:14doing and anyone in here that comes in here regularly we call them the Irregulars you can be an irregular too
206. 36:22how just show up and listen to my stupid ass every night and then play and get curious and then join the AI salon so this is the this is
207. 36:33the place we We Gather the AI salon and and we've got you know we talk about our values here on this page and I I really
208. 36:40want you to check these out and take them in um because they're important this is this is who we want
209. 36:47here we want people that are curious we want people that are generous that are willing to share what they know not like
210. 36:53you have to ask them to tell you about the prompt but they're just like hey I just figured something out here's what I
211. 36:58did here's how you know here here's what worked here's what didn't and that happens regularly in here and it's it is
212. 37:04it is surprisingly rare but like that's who this group is um exploration is one of our values we want adventurous people
213. 37:11we want collaborative people we want people that are like oh I got to figure this thing out or I just I just told
214. 37:17someone about Ai and now they want to hire me but I can't do the programming part but you can do that let's you know
215. 37:23come on I can make the costumes I've got a barn let's put on on a show um we want that um inclusion is one of our values
216. 37:33like people are going to come from all different professions all different experiences all different educational backgrounds
217. 37:41and because this affects everyone these these what's happening with AI is going to affect everyone that touches a
218. 37:47computer and and a lot of people that don't and then empathy a lot of people are scared a lot of people are angry and
219. 37:54so how do we interact with people that might not be where we are well be empathetic take them in understand they might be afraid
220. 38:05understand they might be pissed off understand why take that in so if those values resonate with you then this is
221. 38:11your this is this is your people um and it's an amazing amazing group and then in the community section first thing
222. 38:19that you should do is introduce yourself so the oops hang on the little first section in community is introduce
223. 38:26yourself so hop in there introduce yourself be generous tell us more than just hey I'm here AI is cool hop in and
224. 38:35tell us what you do and what's your background and you know I don't know what your Epiphany was with AI or just
225. 38:42you're just getting started and people will adopt you and then there's a water cooler discussion there's a showand tell
226. 38:49so the showand tell is really fun so so what happens is this the Irregulars the people that come here all the time just
227. 38:56because of the nature of this channel I sometimes have to repeat things over over and over again like you know what's
228. 39:01chat GPT or what's a GPT or what's the store or what's the salon and so while I'm rambling and babbling and being
229. 39:09distracted with do you still juggle they're they're off like making images entertaining themselves having
230. 39:17side conversations and so the show and tell channel has become kind of this real time Jam for drunk drunk
231. 39:25robots the bot bent Blandon Blues that's really good Chris um and so as as I'm rambling people can he
232. 39:38juggle that's about as good as I do card tricks I can fling them pretty good uh so they just hey Sam let me build
233. 39:48your website for your store really I mean come on you you've had three months to put that together and you came up
234. 39:55with a scrolling single web page with with anchor tags I we could have done that in 1995 for you there
235. 40:05buddy um so The Accidental Apple yeah I mean that is that is sort of what what chat gpts become or open AI
236. 40:16become Al this although this new uh the rabbit R1 Hardware device they they've kind of snuck into that position with
237. 40:23that device nice nice Joker wait what how are we supposed to sleep at night when you're posting stuff like that huh
238. 40:31can I make music with co-pilot on my phone absolutely yeah you you should be able to I well I don't know if the co-pilot app
239. 40:42has access to plugins I can show you how to make music and co-pilot in a website so what you can probably do
240. 40:49Jeffrey is go to go to your browser on your phone and go to Copilot microsoft.com if you can't do it within
241. 40:58the app but you should be able to do it within the app but let me go show you how to do that so anyway please go to um

349. 1:00:54soft for Words there were music ones there were all these discrete tools and all of them for the most part had the same exact
350. 1:01:08requirement for you to be able to use them which is you needed to become a prompt engineer right so particularly a tool like mid
351. 1:01:18Journey not only did you have to learn how to write the prompt to get your image you had to learn how to write like
352. 1:01:26command line commands and you also had to learn what Discord was and you had to go to Discord and it was really
353. 1:01:34confusing because you'd go to a website called mid journey.com and you'd click on join the beta and then it would just
354. 1:01:41teleport you to this entirely different thing called Discord which if you're not a gamer you don't know what the [ __ ] Discord
355. 1:01:49is and you just be like where where am I and then toward the end of the year toward the end of 2023 things started to shift and and
356. 1:02:08and and that idea of everything sort of requiring the same skill is quickly going away and So Korea represents a new
357. 1:02:19breed of tool as does Dolly 3 so Dolly 3 let me flip over here so so let me go show you mid Journey let's let's let's jump over to the to

361. 1:02:54is become a programmer right so it's like this thing is counterintuitive on about 30 different levels the reason you
362. 1:03:01would take the time to learn something like mid journey is that it makes images better than any of the other tools out
363. 1:03:07there it still does it's still kind of the best so I could say um 70s uh muscle car in lime green with uh let's see
364. 1:03:25craer mags and side pipes in an abandoned Factory and then I'm going to put Dash Das AR space 16 colon
365. 1:03:459 but Kyle why are you doing that why are you doing D- AR 16 colon9 well because if if it's not obvious to you
366. 1:03:56when you want to add a modifier to a prompt in mid Journey you type Dash Dash and the abbreviation for that feature
367. 1:04:03and then the parameters AR stands for aspect ratio 169 is the aspect ratio so it's just it's kind of [ __ ]
368. 1:04:11ridiculous right but you do that and then it's going to go off and do its thing and it's going to make a a really
369. 1:04:16beautiful image and then that's why you put up with that so so this was sort of the this was how you made images and
370. 1:04:23stable diffusion was even worse because stable diffusion you had to get the you had to get a web interface up and running on your own local
371. 1:04:37machine that that would then um call uh a virtual machine up in the cloud that had gpus like it it was a
372. 1:04:45nightmare to set up but but anyway so so here we are this is making the uh making the the cool image we's see we'll see
373. 1:04:54what they do here these are not bad it did a challenger which is probably the appropriate car for it to create and
374. 1:05:01they're a little janky and weird but that's okay like that one this one here on the bottom somewhere between like a a challenger and a

376. 1:05:19model but anyway all right so that's mid Journey um then we go to next Evolution I think in the evolution of these things was um was chat
377. 1:05:31GPT so built into chat GPT 4 also built into co-pilot you can also do this on co-pilot is Dolly 3 so I can now say

381. 1:06:15the back end I don't know if you knew that it did that but that's that's how Dolly works and so all of a sudden I and
382. 1:06:24actually I kind of like that better than what mid Journey came up with which is that's a surprise to me that you know
383. 1:06:30that that sort of got to something more pleasing for me than mid Journey that that quickly um and what you can do if
384. 1:06:37you're on an image and you click on this I here is the The Prompt that it wrote so um chat GPT wrote this prompt a 1970s

386. 1:06:55um the big deal about creating images in chat GPT is even though I started with just make me an image as the initial
387. 1:07:04prompt you don't have to start with um I I'll Kim I'll get to co-pilot in a second um co-pilot's interesting to
388. 1:07:13me co-pilot should be a lot better than it is um but it's free so so I I like copilot a lot I wish I liked it more um
389. 1:07:24you could be having a whole conversation with chat GPT about marketing your business or you know coming up with uh
390. 1:07:32interior design ideas you know or or just you know fun fun for your room and then you could say say after having all
391. 1:07:42the conversation about funu principles you could say um show me what a room might look like that that aderes to the
392. 1:07:51principles we've been talking about and it will just WR a prompt in the background that will take into
393. 1:07:56consideration all of that conversation you've had above it so the skill here becomes very very different right you
394. 1:08:03can you can still do prompt engineering but it's not as required it's a different skill set and then what's
395. 1:08:11what's showed up here in the past I don't know what's it been four weeks six weeks stable diffusion released a thing
396. 1:08:18called stable diffusion XL turbo no you don't need to know that it doesn't [ __ ] matter but a whole bunch of
397. 1:08:26tools have now adopted that and what stable diffusion XL turbo does is it renders images in real time so like this thing
398. 1:08:37took whatever it took 10 15 seconds mid Journey took 10 15 seconds this this XL turbo thing does it in real time so so the one I'll show you

402. 1:09:27windows um the one thing that co-pilot can't do is it won't do the 16x9 wide it only makes Square images for whatever
403. 1:09:34reason they didn't program in aspect ratios what I think is I think is just stupid but whatever um here's the deal with
404. 1:09:44co-pilot is this is using the same technology that chat GPT uses the the GPT 4 backend and Dolly 3 it's using the same same core
405. 1:09:55Technologies um but the the actual app itself for for what co-pilot is um has got a lot more safety guard rails on it
406. 1:10:03than chat GPT does and so I find it really limiting because of that but here you are like these are good solid images
407. 1:10:13right good solid images that first one was the best one but you know that that's essentially exactly what I asked
408. 1:10:20for so the nice thing about co-pilot is it's completely free now they rate limit you and you can't do things and if you
409. 1:10:28try to make an image it doesn't like it'll shut down the conversation and there there's all sorts of things that
410. 1:10:32are very frustrating about co-pilot but it's free so if you don't have the 20 bucks a month co-pilot's [ __ ] awesome
411. 1:10:40because it is chat gp4 or no it is gp4 it's Microsoft's version of chat gp4 but it is gp4 under the hood and it
412. 1:10:49is Dolly 3 under the hood and they've now incorporated sunno into this and it's got Bing web search in it so yeah

431. 1:14:48larger context a tool like this that that is like literally as you're typing morphing that image all of a sudden it's giving
432. 1:14:59you instant feedback and it it's it's less about the prompt and and more about you kind of editing in real time like oh
