49. 12:05because sun's been kind of the King of the Hill for the past four or five months um 03 mini was supposed to come
50. 12:14out today like I said in my interface for chat GPT I had for a for a short couple of hours I had a little light
51. 12:23bulb and when you clicked on it it said thinking or think so it was the think icon and it looked like it was just a toggle
52. 12:31for 01 for the 01 model I thought it was 03 because it's a different interface element but it wasn't um [Music]
53. 13:09um I just realized that mids sentence I just started playing a song Sometimes with ADD you have an an occasional
54. 13:17Moment of clarity where you recognize just how [ __ ] stupid your brain is what are you going to do

65. 15:27is now you're giving all your data to China but you know you want free video it looks like it's pretty decent model [Music]

117. 24:06called the quantum Cipher so shortly after chat GPT came out I wrote a prompt that was um write an Eminem style rap about quantum
118. 24:20mechanics because chat GPT was kind of answering anything I could throw at it it was kind of blowing my mind and um
119. 24:29and so I thought let me write a prompt that can you know is kind of the two most disperate things and disciplines
120. 24:35and maybe we could smash them together um and it did pretty good at it right it it it definitely got the quantum
121. 24:42mechanics right and it got some version of rap lyrics right but they weren't they were never Eminem they they never
122. 24:49had the internal rhyme structure they never had the sophistication of his writing um and so I used that prompt for two
123. 24:59years I used it in every model I used it in Claude I used it in Gemini I used it in Facebook or uh uh what's it called uh
124. 25:07what's it called Microsoft Bing Bing chat um nothing really got it and then last November open AI released a
125. 25:18creative writing upgrade to GPT 40 it was just rolled out as one of their upgrades um no no real Fanfare um and I
126. 25:27tried that prompt and some version of those lyrics came out like all of a sudden it could do those lyrics and it
127. 25:34was 3 days after sunno had come out with V4 um that just does better music so I took these lyrics that I sort of
128. 25:44massaged and punched around a little bit and then I put them over into sunno and I made I don't know 20 or 25 tracks in
129. 25:51sunno and that was one of the tracks it made it's just just [ __ ] Banger so good and then and then uh I did a Tik
130. 25:58Tok video where I said holy [ __ ] or holy crap and that video went went crazy so anyway so that's what that is but what
131. 26:06we're going to do tonight there's a new music um tool called um refusion um and it's really good I I talked earlier I'm working on this
132. 26:17musical one of the things we've been trying to do is get it to write a duet sunno or yudo get it to write a duet
133. 26:24where it goes woman man woman man back and forth and it just can't do it it'll like it'll it'll just the man will be in
134. 26:31the woman's part or the it'll like start with a woman and then go to a man and then it's just a man for the rest of the
135. 26:37thing um this thing kind of nailed it right off the bat so so we're going to go take the ingredients from that song
136. 26:47and we'll put it in Udo and we'll put it in refusion and compare them then we'll do some other things but before we get to that um let's go

180. 35:06company I don't know who's running it I don't know if it's well funded my fear with pi is that she's going to go away
181. 35:12when I talk about advanced voice that's chat gpt's brand name for their version two voice model um Pi
182. 35:26Gemini um most most of the voice models that you talk to you're actually interacting with three models so you
183. 35:33talk in words those words get translated into text so the first model translates your voice into text it then sends the
184. 35:41text to a large language model gets an answer back then takes that text and sends it to another model that turns
185. 35:49that text back into voice to talk to you most of these things that you talk to there's a 3 to 5c Delay from when you
186. 35:57talk talk to when it responds advanced voice doesn't have those three layers you're talking directly into the model
187. 36:05and not only can It understand your words it can understand your inflection so when I got all excited about the play
188. 36:11she got excited with me because she's hearing my inflection as well as the words so it's I advanced voice is is
189. 36:19just what I call you know that kind of system um there there's an open- Source uh thing called Moshi which is which is a similar kind
190. 36:30of model but it's really crappy and there's advanced voice and I don't know if there's anything else out there

237. 45:57it was a new york-based cyber security firm called whiz cool good for them that's awesome um is quen the Alibaba LM yes it
238. 46:07is so this is this is from Alibaba now what's interesting about it there's a bunch of different models here so the
239. 46:13one that I I played with this afternoon is called Max but they have plus capable of complex task they have
240. 46:22instruct which is a vision language model they have instru ruct 1M which is a long context open model so that's a
241. 46:31million a million token context window and then they've got qvq 72b preview capable of visual reasoning so
242. 46:42we might want to play with that too but let's go back to quen Max this is their most powerful one um deep seek is associated with
243. 46:51Alibaba no deep seek R1 so if you go to all right yeah listen if you're confused you should be it is absolutely
244. 47:05impossible to keep track of honest honest to God keeping track with AI at this point is like you know the meme of

608. 1:58:51he got so wrapped up in it that he missed it all and so he gets pissed off and he just goes I got to take a break
609. 1:58:57and so he goes and apologizes to his wife about [ __ ] up their vacation um and he brings her a sandwich and kind of
610. 1:59:03makes up with her and then so she sings this is the wife singing about marriage being about the little things that it
611. 1:59:11you know it's it's not the big things it's it's just the little things she just wants him to be there it's [Music]
612. 1:59:25in this room filled with light and Shadow you're lost in a world so vast so Hollow but I bring you a

619. 2:00:36talking about her Sydney and the wife goes you mean it and he goes right right it yeah of course it right so so he you know he's
620. 2:00:47kind of grappling with like you know thinking of Sydney as to her right and the wife's like snap out of it basically
621. 2:00:56um and then Sydney kind of snaps and tells him um she loves him and he tries pushing back he's like you don't even
622. 2:01:01know my name she goes yes I do and so she kind of Intimates that she knows everything about him um and and
623. 2:01:10then when he pushes her on that she sings [Music] this so this is Sydney singing to Kellen [Music]

625. 2:02:00name cuz I know your voice and I love your voice is I love your voice and your voice
626. 2:02:17speaks so that's her trying to convince him to love her and then it builds from there and she basically says you know
627. 2:02:24you love me and you need to leave your wife and he slams the computer shut stage goes to Black and then lights
628. 2:02:31slowly come up on the kitchen the next morning and Kell's passed out on the kitchen table with two empty bottles of
629. 2:02:38wine and his wife walks in and says looks like someone had a fun time last night and then she goes look who made
630. 2:02:45the cover and and he he drunk wrote an article so he basically gets upset with with Sydney writes an article drinking
631. 2:02:55doesn't even remember sending it and by the time he wakes up it's on the cover of the New York Tribune um and then
632. 2:03:03basically we go back to the the public and they split into for and against Ai and so then you end up with this big
633. 2:03:12number where the public is sort of losing their [ __ ] over this chat box on the of the future where dreams are machines visions of
634. 2:03:28tomorrow in digit streams caught in the debate where opinions Collide is the prise of AI Bona
635. 2:03:45[Music] see the dreamers with their heads in the cloud promising the mo oh they're so
636. 2:04:02proud but PE behind the curtain and what do we find empty promises the blind leading the blind

642. 2:05:09so here's the thing um you know it's inspired by events we we've kind of markedly changed a lot of the stuff
