12. 2:44today trying to figure out what I was going to talk about tonight and I couldn't do it. And so what I'm going to talk about
13. 2:52tonight is the fact that I couldn't figure out something to talk about tonight. Random thoughts by TK is in the house. Genie's in the house.

15. 3:29Is Champ okay? Champ is okay. Champ hurt his leg. He's got arthritis. I think he's probably got arthritis everywhere.
16. 3:36He's old. He's like 13 years old. Um but he was like running around our yard and he janked his leg out and he was really
17. 3:43bad for a couple of days. But uh but he's better now. He's good. He's been singing. Oh, he's a little lazy right
18. 3:48now. Champy, do you want to sing? You want an A minor champ? Do people want to hear you sing? You want to sing?
19. 4:13I hope they will sing. David played and it pleased the Lord. You don't really care for music, do you?

28. 6:22I have a feeling a best boy back in the g glory days of of Hollywood was something very different than what they are today.

36. 7:46I'm going to go with it. I think the big story. Do you have any connections with theater education? Um I don't with theater education. I um
37. 8:01I mean I'm probably a phone call or two away from people who are very connected to theater education. Daisy Thomas um who is the
38. 8:11she's our policy director for the AI salon. Um she she has been very involved with her local theater in Florida
39. 8:22and she's also quite the educator. So, she's probably someone good to tap into. Um, I'm in the middle of trying to get a
40. 8:31musical produced, so I'm educating myself about that world.
41. 8:50Yeah, Elon lost his lawsuit against Altman. So, check this out. So, they're in the courtroom dragging out all of the [ __ ] that they did
42. 9:03and the emails and the text and the tweets and the backstabbing and the douchy behavior. And the the jury gets the uh case
43. 9:15and they deliberate for 90 minutes. They come back out They come back out after 90 minutes and they're like, "Uh, hey judge,
44. 9:32uh, there's this thing called a statute of limitations and it seems like that has passed. Is that is that the case?"
45. 9:43And the judge tossed it. Elon waited too long to sue Sam. Uh but you know, we got a week and a half or
46. 9:54two weeks of courtroom drama about what douchebags all of them are.
47. 10:08Sitting in this lonely town, wondering things are going to change. Dream my life away. Seems these dreams have turned to a
48. 10:22bunch dust clouds. Get my nerve up, but my past is pulling me down. Wondering how long this black sheep going to stick around.
49. 10:42Somebody told me once before, you can never go home again. Won't you leave? Sing things to steer me away. Yeah. From
50. 10:54the truth of who I am and what I believe. So I thanked him for two cents with a handshake and some sympathy.

64. 13:11think that's the big idea. It's actually hard to know what to focus on right now. Like what's the big story?
65. 13:17I don't know. They're all big. And when and when everything is important, nothing is important, right? Everyone's
66. 13:25overwhelmed. Everyone's bitching and moaning. graduates are like, "Eric Schmidt, go [ __ ] yourself with AI." So,
67. 13:31we're just going to talk about it all tonight. There are surprising number of Daisy Thomas's in Florida. Um, Daisy, well, if

81. 16:14each other in person this week, which I'm really excited about. I've never met Brandon in person. So that's going to
82. 16:20happen. That I'm really, really stoked about. If you're in town for Zenesk, I will be there probably more Wednesday than
83. 16:30Tuesday. I've got a big day tomorrow with another organization. I do a little consulting here and there. And when you
84. 16:38do consulting, sometimes they're like, "Uh, we'd like you to come consult now." Like, okay.
85. 17:05Danielle, are you finding it? I mean, you seem to still be keeping up with the tools decently well. Are you
86. 17:11overwhelmed, too? How are you doing on that front? That's something I'm always surprised about is people that can still keep up with it.
87. 17:25I'm going to open my window because it has been chilly and rainy all day. Danielle, I'm overwhelmed. Okay, good.
88. 17:37I'm glad. I thought every now and then I think someone might know the secret that that you know the secret to not being
89. 17:45overwhelmed with AI. There isn't a secret. Nobody knows anything. There are no experts. Everyone's overwhelmed. Good. Yeah.
90. 17:56Yeah. We're all trying to deal with it, man. We're all trying to deal with it. That's kind of that's part of what I'm
91. 18:02going to talk about tonight. The the reason the reason that I think that there's that it's really hard to to
92. 18:11know what to talk about right now, and this is what I'll sort of unpack in the next 90 minutes, is that AI is starting to make the
93. 18:22transition from a tool to infrastructure. Infrastructure is boring. Infrastructure is complicated. infrastructure involves
94. 18:35lots and lots of people, lots and lots of layers, lots of stacks, stacks of stuff. And I think that's that's kind of what
95. 18:45the deal is right now is that we're moving from from a mode where where AI was this kind of singular thing, a singular tool
96. 18:56to the tools becoming more and more and more complicated to now it's starting to move into this functional layer. And so it's really
97. 19:06hard to talk about a functional layer because it's just a functional layer. The only thing that makes it interesting is what you do with it.
98. 19:14Right? And you can't do anything with it until you understand what the layer is. And it's hard to understand what the
99. 19:19layer is because it's being invented right now. So anyway, that's what we're going to talk about on the AI learning
