2:32 And I'm just looking at all the stuff
2:34 that I could talk about and the only
2:36 thing sticking in my craw right now is
2:41 agents. These agentic,
2:43 they're not even call apps anymore,
2:46 right? They used to call chat GPT an
2:48 app. It's an app. We're going to go use
2:50 chat GBT, you know? We're going to go
2:52 use Midjourney. We're going to go use
2:54 these apps.
2:56 And we're not using apps anymore.
2:58 They're now harnesses. We have to go
3:00 deal with a harness.

3:05 Do you know First of all, do you even
3:07 know how to put a harness on your horse?
3:13 I don't.
3:16 Um I've got my head enough around these
3:19 things to kind of get
3:25 to kind of be able to provide some kind
3:28 of semblance of value tonight.
3:32 But it's not going to be much. But I I
3:35 want to go one thing I want to do is I
3:36 want to go look at the interfaces of all
3:38 of the harnesses that I have access to.
3:40 They're all the same. They all look
3:42 exactly the same. They all they all kind
3:44 of look like chat GPT did when it first
3:46 came out and but they're completely
3:50 different and you have to have different
3:51 skills and you have to know you have to
3:53 learn skills until skills aren't going
3:56 to be the way to do it at some point.
3:57 But right now, you got to learn skills.
4:00 And skills are kind of like custom GPTs,
4:02 but kind of not.
4:05 And there's dozens of them. And you put
4:07 them in places, but you don't put them
4:09 in the same place for it. So, anyway, so
4:12 that's what we're going to talk about
4:13 tonight. So, so,
4:19 so tonight probably going to be a light
4:22 a light show. I I assume people are
4:24 either traveling or with their families.
4:26 Uh, so it's probably going to be small a
4:27 small but intimate crowd. A small but
4:29 enthusiastic crowd. Um, although there's

17:38 do the show proper, I'm like, I want to
17:39 I want to be providing the people the
17:41 value, the good the goodness.
17:46 And and I'm I'm in a quandry about these
17:49 agentic systems for for a couple of
17:51 reasons. They're changing really fast.
17:54 Everyone is copying everyone. best
17:56 practices are changing really fast.
17:59 They're very, very complicated.
18:02 My instinct is to try to learn them all.
18:04 And I am learning a I am learning new
18:07 behavior.
18:09 So, we'll talk about that tonight. So,
