0:00 Well, be here Monday. 0:03 Okay. Are you When do you go? When do 0:06 you go to I'm flying out Monday night. 0:08 Fun Monday evening. So, I'll be I'll be 0:11 in the air. Sorry, Kyle. I love you, but 0:14 I'm not paying 95 for the Wi-Fi to join 0:18 in the AI learning lab from 30,000 ft. 0:23 All right. Cool. 0:25 All right. You ready, Champy? 0:29 [Music] 0:41 You're feeling nervous, aren't you, 0:44 boy? With quiet 0:47 voice and impeccable 0:52 style. Don't ever let them steal your 0:56 joy. hang a general way to keep them 1:00 from running 1:01 [Music] 1:02 wild. They coniced in your face, dress 1:06 you down and tell you that your place is 1:08 in the middle when they hate the way you 1:14 shine. I see you tugging on your 1:18 shirt, try to hide a side of it. 1:22 How much it 1:24 hurts. Let them laugh while they 1:30 can. Let them 1:33 spin. Let them scatter in thy 1:37 way. I've been to the movies. I've 1:43 seen and the 1:45 jokes on them. 1:50 Good evening, good people. Happy Friday 1:53 night, date 1:54 night. You're not a joke. 2:00 [Music] 2:20 Oh, 2:22 champ. What are we going to do with 2:25 [Music] 2:40 you? Let us be lovers. We'll marry our 2:44 fortunes together. 2:47 [Applause] 2:49 I've got some real estate here in my 2:54 bag. So, we bought a pack of 2:57 cigarettes and Mrs. 3:00 Wag and we've all come to the 3:04 [Music] 3:14 forum Kathy. I said as we board of the 3:18 ghound in 3:21 Pittsburgh, Michigan seems like a dream 3:24 to me 3:26 [Music] 3:32 now. I don't know those chords anymore. 3:36 [Music] 4:00 Good evening, good people. Hope you're 4:02 doing well tonight. 4:05 [Music] 4:10 Ah, 4:12 [Music] 4:40 Where the hell am 4:42 [Music] 4:56 [Music] 4:59 I? All right. So 5:03 tonight, you know what I've what I've 5:06 said in here many many times is don't do 5:10 real work on a 5:13 live. Just don't do it. 5:16 Because when I'm just [ __ ] around in 5:20 here, if something doesn't go right, I 5:22 can go, "Ah, screw it." And I move on 5:23 and I go do something else. If you're 5:25 trying to do real work, you can't do 5:26 that. So, I figured what I do tonight is 5:29 some real work. 5:37 Ah. So, I'm putting together a a 5:44 video that kind of showcases uh some of 5:48 our video persona stuff that we're doing 5:51 at 5:52 Storybine. Uh it's a little demo. So, I 5:54 need I need to make three characters 5:57 from the ground up. 5:59 And uh so I figure I'll just do it 6:02 tonight. You can come along for the 6:04 ride. So we're going to use chat GPT to 6:08 invent them. I've already written a 6:10 script so we know what they're going to 6:11 say. We've already got names for them. 6:14 They're funny 6:15 names. Um but we want to make them as 6:18 photorealistic as possible. And then 6:20 we're going to go do it. Friday night 6:21 date night. I'm sitting at home learning 6:24 GitHub. I need to get a life. Well, no. 6:26 You know, I just uh I just got access to 6:31 um to codeex, the new, if you don't 6:33 know, chat GPT came out with a new 6:36 coding agent or I don't even know if 6:39 that's the right word for it. It's a 6:42 coding system that spins up lots and 6:45 lots of agents. John Harris, fratin, 6:47 date 6:49 night. I have decided I wouldn't mind 6:52 coming back as a robot. 6:58 Oh man, Mr. It is going hot and heavy on 7:02 the the I iPad tapper. I like it. Solid. 7:07 Bringing in the 7:12 likes. Um, I will show you something fun 7:16 tonight. Let's see. Where is it? There 7:19 it is. 7:23 Um, if you haven't seen Hey 7:26 Jen's, what do they call them? Video 7:29 avatars. No, do they call them video 7:32 avatars? I forget what they call them. 7:34 What do they call them? 7:43 [Music] 7:54 D. Why can I not go 7:58 back 8:00 there? 8:04 Avatars. Hyper 8:06 realistic. They call them hyper 8:09 realistic avatars. All right. 8:11 So, let me Where am I going to go? 8:17 I think I'll go 8:19 here. 8:24 [Music] 8:28 Yeah. Yep. Got it. 8:32 Okay. They call it Where the hell is my 8:35 video? Exactly. Um Okay. So So what 8:39 you're looking at 8:41 here 8:43 is this is my coach. I'm Monnique 8:45 Elwell's digital twin. This is my 8:47 co-founder, Monnique from 8:50 Storybine. And so here is the video. 8:54 Here's her video clip for the video that 8:56 we're making. I'm Monique Elwell's 8:58 digital twin. We make authentic 9:00 storytelling simple, scalable, and let's 9:02 be honest, borderline magical. AI is 9:05 cool, but without people like you, 9:07 creatives, market researchers, 9:09 strategists, and the authenticity that 9:12 StoryVine brings. It reverts to the mean 9:14 like a robot trying to write poetry with 9:16 a spreadsheet. Accurate, sure. 9:18 Inspiring, not so much. We're excited to 9:20 kick off this strategic ideation and 9:22 build something incredible 9:24 together. So, that's pretty remarkable. 9:28 The way the way that you make those is 9:30 you record 9:32 um at least three minutes of video and 9:34 then it basically is just sort of 9:37 swapping out whatever it needs to swap 9:39 out. It'll add hand movement. It swaps 9:42 out the voice or the lip lip 9:45 syncing. Um, and it's it's pretty damn 9:49 good. So, so now the problem with that 9:52 is that that requires you to film the 9:54 video. Like I had a I had my gimbal and 9:57 I was walking backwards filming her and 9:59 she was walking and just saying 10:02 nonsense. To be clear, yeah, to be 10:04 clear, that video was AI generated. So, 10:09 we wrote a script, uploaded it to Hey 10:11 Genen, selected this video avatar, this 10:14 hyperrealistic avatar, and it made that 10:18 crazy, right? Okay. 10:21 So, what we're going to do though is 10:23 we're not going to do that. We're going 10:25 to do something different. 10:28 [Music] 10:30 Um, I think we'll experiment with 10:32 something. Okay. So, let me show you 10:33 what we got. 10:37 I got to change my tabs 10:39 again because you know tab 10:44 magic. Okay, 10:47 so we got 10:50 um this here thing. 10:53 So we're going to we're going to create 10:56 a script for for a story vine what we 11:00 call an intro plus three structure. So 11:02 someone introduces themselves. There's a 11:04 beginning segment, a middle segment, and 11:06 an end segment. That's a lot of uh what 11:09 Storyvine uh like that's kind of one of 11:12 our core workhorse story 11:14 frameworks. Um and then what we're going 11:16 to do is we're going to put um three so 11:20 so there's kind of a joke to this. We we 11:23 want to show that you can do this for 11:25 like executive 11:27 communications, doctor videos, HCP 11:30 videos, patient videos. So, I basically 11:33 worked with Chat GPT to say, "Here's 11:35 storyvine structure. Here's the basic 11:38 idea that I want. I want to feature the 11:40 CEO of a pharma company, a doctor, a 11:43 patient, and then Mon'nique." And so, I 11:46 gave it the concept and I said, I kind 11:48 of want it to be funny. And it it it 11:50 wrote a couple of different concepts. 11:52 And then we ended up creating a script. 11:58 [Music] 12:03 Let's see where is our final 12:08 script. Here it 12:12 is. So, the the intro segment. Um, hi, 12:18 I'm Chad Worththington, CEO of Prestige 12:20 Pharma. We boosted patient engagement by 12:23 40 47% after launching our new digital 12:26 platform. But hang on, who cares about 12:28 our groundbreaking results? You know 12:30 who's actually moving the needle? Story 12:32 Vine, authenticity at scale. Apparently, 12:35 if we sound human, people listen. Weird, 12:37 right? So that's that's him. And then so 12:41 that's the that's the basic shtick is 12:43 that everyone starts out talking about 12:46 their their medical situation and then 12:48 they go, "Hey, have you heard a story of 12:49 mine? Um, hey there, Dr. Leslie Goodcare 12:53 here." Yes, that's my real name. Ironic, 12:55 I know. We had this patient come in, 12:57 broke his leg while scratching a 12:58 mysterious ratch. Long story, but wait, 13:01 have you seen Storyvine? My niece made 13:03 me watch one of those videos, and 13:04 honestly, I got emotional. I'm not 13:06 saying it cured anyone. Uh, it cured 13:08 anyone, but if you can make a diff wait, 13:10 if you can make healthc care compliance 13:12 look sexy, you deserve some kind of 13:14 medal or at least a coffee mug. Uh, and 13:17 then, uh, I'm Toby Castaway. Get it? 13:20 Because he's got a cast. Castaway. Huh. 13:23 Also weirdly ironic given my current 13:26 situation. I was recovering from surgery 13:29 number two. Bored out of my mind with 13:30 this huge itchy catch cast. Turns out 13:33 breaking your leg while scratching a 13:35 rash isn't ideal. But hold up. What uh 13:39 can we just appreciate storyvine for a 13:41 sec? So anyway, so that's the those are 13:43 the scripts. We have the scripts. We 13:44 have these these descriptions. So now 13:46 what we need to do is we need to 13:49 actually design what those people are 13:52 going to look like, right? So what we're 13:55 going to do is this. We're going to go 13:57 back out here to our little chat. I 14:00 wonder if where do I want to do 14:03 this. I think I'm just going to leave it 14:05 in 40. 14:07 Okay. So far so good. Making sense? I 14:11 want to be able to join Zoom calls with 14:13 my avatar. I know we're not quite quite 14:15 there yet on that. To be clear, I 14:17 thought this was the 14:19 video you gave it to learn from. 14:22 No, no, John Harris, that was that that 14:27 was the uh this this one with Mon'nique 14:30 in it. No, this was this was the video 14:33 that 14:34 uh that that we created uh from that 14:39 video. This is this is an AI generated 14:41 video. It's crazy. It's It's insane. 14:45 It's just insane. Um, now the ones that 14:49 we're going to create with the with the 14:51 fake people, this is going to be a 14:52 little trickier, but we we're going to 14:54 we're going to try some [ __ ] here. Okay, 14:56 so so here's what I need to do now. So, 14:59 I need to say 15:03 um for each of 15:07 our characters, I 15:11 want you 15:14 to fill out a 15:18 persona 15:21 framework that will allow us to 15:26 understand 15:30 what they look 15:33 like, where they live, where the 15:37 video is being 15:42 filmed, what their voice sounds 15:47 like, and 15:54 um how they talk. how they articulate 15:58 themselves, 16:01 articulate themselves. Okay. All 16:06 right. So, one of the things StoryVine 16:09 or uh Chad GBT is really good at is 16:12 persona frameworks, right? 16:15 So, Chad Worthington, CEO of Prestige 16:18 Pharma, appearance, early 50s, sharp 16:20 suit suit, perfect hair, unnaturally 16:22 white teeth, slight tan, definitely 16:24 moisturizes. Um, looks like he gets 16:26 mistaken for someone on CNBC a lot. 16:29 That's great. Filmed in a modern sleek 16:31 office. 16:32 Okay. Late 40s practical glasses. Lab 16:35 over coats. Hair is a messy 16:38 bun. Filmed in a hospital break room. 16:42 Beautiful. 16:44 Okay. Communicate. Wait. Voice warm. 16:47 Articulate. Okay. Great. Beautiful. So, 16:50 so now we have a little description 16:52 there. So, chat GPT now knows kind of 16:54 who they are. So, I'm going to say um 16:58 you know how to prompt for midjourney. 17:06 Yes. The reason I'm asking that I know 17:08 it does know how to do that. I'm trying 17:11 to get the context in here. So, it's 17:13 going to tell me how 17:15 to prompt for midjourney. So, would you 17:19 like one prompt per persona? Wait to 17:20 create midjourney prompts. I'll 17:22 transfer. Yeah, they're visuals. Okay. 17:25 prompts for portraits, scenes, like I 17:27 want I want a single prompt per person. 17:37 I want the style to be 17:43 cinematic 16 17:46 by9 hyper 17:49 realistic 17:51 people 17:54 not too 17:57 uh 18:01 cliche. I want them to be believable. 18:08 I 18:09 want 18:12 uh each to be a 18:19 closeup 18:21 looking directly into the 18:25 camera with their 18:31 background 18:33 bouquet blurred. 18:40 with warm with with 18:51 uh good colors and 18:55 lighting 18:58 appropriate to the scene. 19:04 Okay, so now we're going to get some 19:06 midjourney 19:11 prompts. Close-up cinematic portrait of 19:13 a polished 50-year-old male 19:17 CEO with styled salt and pepper 19:21 hair looking directly into the camera. 19:23 Blurred modern glass office background 19:26 bokeh natural lighting with subtle 19:28 highlights. 16x9 hyperrealistic. 19:33 Um, hey, you 19:36 said you knew how to prompt for a 19:44 midjourney. Go 19:47 find this is so 19:50 frustrating. Um, 19:53 go find a 19:58 MJ7 20:01 best 20:04 practices 20:06 prompting 20:08 guide and 20:11 highlight it for me. God damn 20:15 it. It wrote crappy 20:18 prompts. Doing it, Kyle. Stop making me 20:20 subscribe to new platforms. Sorry about 20:28 that. Oh, good 20:35 lord. Now rewrite the 20:41 prompts using what you 20:45 learned. You 20:47 ninny. You can call your chat GPT a nin. 20:51 It's 20:52 acceptable. Closeup portrait. Look, 20:55 there we go. D- AR 16 by9 V7 style raw. 21:00 Okay, great. So, let's go do Chad 21:04 Worththington. So, we're going to pop on 21:06 over to 21:09 Midjourney. Uh, we're going to go 21:12 create. Um, I'm going to turn off 21:16 personalization for 21:19 now. Close-up portrait of a confident 21:23 cinematic lighting, photorealistic, 21:25 hyperrealistic, professional tone, 21:28 believable style raw. Okay, 21:31 let's and we'll put our stylization at 21:36 50. 21:38 So, let's go do I I'll 21:42 do I'm in midjourney, by the 21:50 way. Why do you talk to it? Because I'm 21:55 insane. Uh 21:58 uh. Now, I'm going to turn on 22:00 personalization and hit the same 22:02 thing. Aspect ratio. 22:05 That I think we're in. Are we in B7? 22:07 Yeah, I think we are. Style raw. 22:28 [Laughter] 22:46 Hey, Chad Worthington here. So, one of 22:49 the things you got to do more options. 22:52 Uh, zoom. Let's zoom out 2x on this bad 22:55 boy. That one's pretty funny. That one 22:57 could be the one. 23:02 Although I like I like these actually. 23:04 Okay, I like my personalization one. So, 23:06 we'll do instead of close-up portrait, 23:09 we'll 23:09 do 23:12 medium. Medium 23:16 shot 23:21 portrait. Medium shot portrait of a 23:24 confident. Let's see. 23:30 But I like this one a lot 23:32 actually. And it looks pretty realistic. 23:34 That's pretty good. So, we're going to 23:36 zoom out 2x on that. And actually, let 23:41 me I think we'll vary it after. All 23:44 right. 23:49 Wait, where did 23:55 my Don't I have a medium shot? Closeup. 24:01 Closeup. Oh. Oh, I lost it when I 24:04 clicked away. 24:06 Okay. Medium shot portrait. 24:12 medium 24:15 shot, comma, 24:17 centered portrait of a 24:21 confident navy tailored 24:25 suit. So, we're going to go style 24:29 raw. We're going to 24:32 go 16 by9. Are we in 16 by9? We are. 24:36 Okay. So, we're we don't need to add 24:38 that. 24:40 And then I think what I'm going to do is 24:42 I'm going to go dash dash dash R for 24:45 repeat and I'm going to go four. And 24:47 then that'll give me four sets of four. 24:49 So that'll give me 16 24:51 images. All right. Dang, stop making me 24:55 subscribe. Okay, everybody good? Plus 24:59 conversation mode is more geared toward 25:00 conversational responses. Gena prompt 25:05 friendly. Wait, what are you saying, 25:07 Robert? 25:12 is conversation mode in what you call it 25:19 midjourney. Okay, great. 25:29 Did 25:31 we? 25:33 Where? 25:35 What? Didn't we zoom out on this 25:51 one? Huh? I guess we didn't go here. 2x 25:56 zoom out. 26:31 You guys feeling any of 26:35 these? Don't forget to 26:41 breathe. His hair is all [ __ ] up and 26:44 funky. 26:50 He's too supermodel good-looking. That's 26:52 not good. All right, let's see. Those 26:56 guys look 26:58 evil. Um, this guy looks 27:01 good. Oh, but that was the one where we 27:04 had weirdass 27:06 hair. How about this guy? Let's do We'll 27:09 do subtle and strong variations on that 27:12 one. We'll do subtle and strong 27:15 variations on this one. 27:17 So, basically what I'm trying to do is 27:19 I'm just trying to find I'm just trying 27:21 to get something that looks decently 27:25 natural. That's not too 27:28 cartoony. That one's not bad, is 27:33 it? We'll do a subtle upscale and a 27:36 creative upscale. This one could be 27:41 fine. Yeah, that could be good. 27:48 Mr. IT, I need 27:50 him. You need a 27:53 CEO. You need a a a disarmingly handsome 27:58 CEO. Okay. So, let's go back. Let's now 28:00 get So, we'll probably get something out 28:02 of 28:03 that. So, now let me come and grab the 28:08 HCP. So, we're going to do medium shot 28:10 instead of 28:12 closeup. Come back in here. We'll go 28:16 bang. Go medium 28:28 shot style raw 28:32 d-r four for four variations of 28:37 that. All right, so those are all 28:39 coming. Let's see what our doctor 28:41 pictures are looking like. Here's our 28:44 variations. These are 28:46 two artistic and 28:50 stylistic. That one's not bad. Not 28:54 great. He looks 29:04 psychopathic. Yeah, I think this is 29:06 going to be the 29:07 dude. He looks a little plastic. 29:12 Oh, you know what would be an 29:13 interesting 29:15 experiment? 29:17 Um, make me a wide Oh, no. Let me let me 29:22 grab here. Here's what we're going to 29:23 do. We're going to grab the 29:28 CEO 29:30 prompt and we're going to go to 29:34 Sora. So, why we're going to Sora is 29:37 because Sora has the new image 29:39 generation model in it. 29:41 So, we're going to get an image. We're 29:43 going to do four 29:45 up. We're going to do it as a 3x 29:48 two. Can't believe they don't have 16 29:51 by9, but 29:53 whatever. And then we're going to drop 29:55 that prompt in there. And we're going to 29:57 see how this thing 30:00 does. Added to 30:03 Q my media. All right. So, that's off 30:06 doing its thing. 30:08 Oh, these are some cool experiments I 30:09 was 30:11 doing pretty 30:23 swell is midjourney still paid. 30:26 Midjourney is yes still paid. 30:41 She looks completely 30:43 frazzled. We don't want to look 30:45 frazzled. Let's see. Medium portrait of 30:48 a tired yet sharp of a 30:51 sharp 30:53 40s 30:56 female doctor wearing glasses. Uh, not a 30:59 messy 31:01 bun. Scrubs. 31:04 Um, no. Let's see. A white lab coat over 31:11 um 31:13 a 31:16 business 31:21 suit. Looking into the 31:24 camera with dry wit. Oh, we don't want 31:27 dry wit. I don't 31:31 think cluttered. We'll just say clinical 31:34 breakroom background blurred with 31:38 bokeh. I'm going to say warm ambient 31:41 lighting because we don't want it to 31:42 look this [ __ ] 31:45 gross. 31:49 Okay. All right. 31:52 Let's see if that's any better. And 31:55 let's 31:56 also Oops. 31:59 Let's also turn off 32:18 personalization. 32:20 This this looks like this looks like a 32:24 very different kind of video. 32:33 Uh, let's see. Let's see. We'll do 32:38 female. Okay. Like, let's do medium 32:41 shot. We'll 32:44 do head and 32:48 shoulders shot. Portrait of 40s female. 32:57 Let's see. 33:26 All right. So, we'll do Let me copy all 33:28 this. Copy. Do that. We'll do that. 33:32 We'll do that. We'll do that. We'll do 33:35 that. Let's see if we can get something 33:36 in the 33:38 neighborhood. I heard a dude. Dude. Hey, 33:42 dude. What about the lab coat? What 33:45 about 33:46 it right now? Midjourney is midjourney 33:48 still paid? 33:55 Yes. Oh, I like 33:57 her. We got to back her out. Let's back 34:00 her out 34:01 [Music] 34:02 to 2x and 1x 34:25 1.5. All right. So, that's So, we're 34:27 getting something there. Let's go back 34:29 to 34:30 Sora and see what we have here. Oh, this 34:33 is not 34:34 bad. That's not bad at all, is 34:43 it? That one's kind of warm. All 34:51 right. Uhuh. 34:56 What if there's a way to make this 34:59 remix? 35:02 Um, make the 35:05 skin more 35:10 realistic. It's just I I I read a phrase 35:13 on X that was like the an AI sheen. 35:19 Someone had some sort of upscaling thing 35:21 that removed the AI sheen. 35:24 And it's like there there's something 35:25 just plasticky about AI people. It'll be 35:28 nice when they get that dealt 35:35 with. It's almost like MidJourney 35:37 doesn't know what the tops of heads 35:38 looks like. And it's like MidJourney 35:40 doesn't know what a [ __ ] medium shot 35:42 is. I kind of like her. It's a little 35:45 It's a little dark, but we can we can 35:47 lighten that up in 35:50 Photoshop. I think that's kind of good. 35:54 Um, let me see. What else do we have 35:56 here? Wait, where where was 36:15 she? Yeah, I think this I think one of 36:17 these will be 36:19 good. See if we can get one. That's 36:27 All 36:28 right, one of these. Let's see. What do 36:30 we want? One, 36:32 two. There. She's got weird 36:36 clothes. That one's not 36:38 bad. She's got that weird ass blur in 36:42 her hair. I don't like that. All right, 36:44 let's do subtle variations of this one. 36:48 And that'll get rid of that blur in her 36:50 hair. But let's take this 36:53 prompt over to Sora cuz I'm kind of 36:57 liking what it's creating 37:01 here. How do I get out of 37:08 this? So, here's 37:23 That looks like a 37:25 painting. I think that I think this 37:27 one's pretty good. All 37:29 right, I got photo slop open. Okay, 37:33 [Music] 37:36 good. Let's grab the Oh, do we want to 37:38 upscale this? Oh, we can't. Fine. Copy 37:41 image. We'll go to 37:43 Photolop. We'll go 37:47 new 37:49 create 37:52 paste. Oops. 38:14 Let's see. 38:45 Okay, I think that's good. So, I need 38:47 two 38:50 things. So, this will be when he's 38:52 introducing 38:53 himself. So, I'm going to export this as 38:57 a quick 38:59 PNG. And I'm actually going to create a 39:02 folder on my desktop, which I know I 39:03 don't ever 39:04 do. Um, we'll just do SV video 39:13 assets. And I'll go 39:15 CEO 39:19 centered. Save. And now check this out. 39:23 So So in Story Vine, I need I need an 39:27 image off to the right. So, this is the 39:29 centered one when he's 39:31 talking, but I also need one where he's 39:33 over 39:34 here. And this used to be a real pain in 39:37 the ass because you had that big white 39:41 stripe and you had to [ __ ] rubber 39:43 stamp the [ __ ] out of it. And now you 39:45 just go generative fill 39:51 go. And AI makes it without anxiety. 39:56 Look at that. Gorgeous. Boom. Boom. 39:58 Boom. And we're not going to really see 40:00 it anyway, so it doesn't [ __ ] matter. 40:02 Okay. 40:03 So, there's that. We're going to export 40:09 this. Oops. Not a not export as. We just 40:13 want a quick PNG because we don't really 40:15 give a 40:17 [ __ ] Uhuh. 40:22 [Music] 40:27 CEO, 40:30 right? And then we get to go pick his 40:33 voice and then we get to test his voice. 40:35 Like this is I I I enjoy doing these 40:38 things. 40:39 Okay, so that's 40:43 him. Let's go back to Sora. Sort of sort 40:48 of. Did I? Oh no, I already copied 40:52 something. Hang on. I gotta go back here 40:54 and 40:56 get Dr. Les Leslie 40:59 [Laughter] 41:03 Goodare. All right, so Dr. Leslie 41:06 Goodare is going in here. Bang. Oh, that 41:08 said closeup. So, let's do medium 41:12 shot. 41:13 [Music] 41:16 Medium shot. 41:19 Oh, maybe portrait's the problem. Medium 41:23 shot. Oh, this wasn't the good prompt. 41:25 We need the other 41:27 prompt. Yeah, this 41:32 [Music] 41:34 one. Questions? Anybody know what I'm 41:37 doing? Anybody care? Anybody still 41:45 here? All right. Yeah, that that 41:48 haggarded look. Look how look how 41:51 [ __ ] haggarded she is. Tik Tok pin 41:53 Robert Mezer. If you don't use photo 41:56 realistic and tell 41:58 it tell it to make it taken professional 42:03 photography. 42:06 Okay. Yeah, midjourney is [ __ ] weird. 42:09 So don't say photo realistic. Okay. So, 42:12 we'll 42:13 say looking into the Wait, 42:16 hyperrealistic. Maybe. Yeah, maybe that 42:18 hyper realistic is is [ __ ] it up. 42:21 Okay. Uh cinematic grounded ne natural 42:25 texture 42:27 professional 42:34 photograph. And then we'll do the same 42:37 one with personalization turned off. 42:40 We'll try that again. Tik Tok pin. Okay, 42:42 got that. Beautiful. Source camp still 42:45 here. Connie still here. Enjoying 42:48 watching. Can I get the CEO, please? 42:51 Sure. Um, which one? There's like a 43:02 thousand. So, let's grab this shot. 43:15 Put this in 43:25 here. I think chat GPT might be the 43:29 might be the place to make these images. 43:35 That looks pretty pretty normal. That 43:38 looks pretty 43:41 realistic. Not 43:43 quite. Still something a little [ __ ] 43:46 off about 43:47 them. All right, let's see what that 43:49 does. Let's see what this thing 43:52 did. I don't know why it needs to make 43:54 them all [ __ ] super 43:57 models. It's like, come 44:01 on. She's kind of interesting. 44:04 She's 44:10 interesting. She's like too interesting. 44:13 She's like stock photo interesting. I 44:15 like 44:16 her. Let me back her out. 44:22 1.5. I like her a lot. I think we might 44:25 go with 44:30 her. Yeah. 44:32 Let's see what yield sora did 44:36 here. Yeah, these are 44:40 boring. Yeah, I don't like these. See, 44:43 like here's a really good example 44:47 of like this just feels boring. Like 44:50 it's a boring place. She doesn't work 44:52 for a nice 44:54 [Laughter] 44:57 place. And this like the stylization of 45:00 this is just good. 45:07 all these. All 45:10 right. Okay. 45:19 So, that's nice. 45:23 Let's copy this image. Let's go over to 45:27 Photo Slop. Let's go 45:32 new, create, paste. Grab this. Pull her 45:37 to the center. 46:01 Hello. Late night in Detroit. Glad to 46:03 make date night and see what Champ is up 46:04 to. Hey Lisa, what's happening? Champy's 46:08 sleeping. We're doing I'm doing I'm 46:11 doing some actual work here. 46:15 Um, this was stuff that I wanted to get 46:19 done today and didn't get it done today 46:21 because I was doing too much running 46:25 around. All right, so here's the This is 46:29 why I'm hesitating on this image. And 46:31 this is something you can only know by 46:33 doing this 46:35 [ __ ] Quick export as 46:38 PNG. and she's gonna be 46:43 doctor. 46:44 Um, her shoulders are slightly turned 46:47 away from the camera. And what I've 46:49 noticed with 46:50 the the animation programs, and I think 46:53 he Hedra does this pretty bad, is she'll 46:57 her eye contact will go in the 46:58 directions that her shoulders 47:03 are. Mr. IT video avatar in regulars. 47:07 Okay, let me let me get I got to get the 47:10 like these at least generated 47:13 uh the images. Let's go get the 47:17 patient because we still have to pick 47:20 voices and then we now need to assemble 47:23 them. All right, so this is cinematic 47:26 closeup. 47:28 Okay, so we're going to grab this. We're 47:31 going to go 47:33 to mid 47:36 johnny. We're going to 47:39 do 47:41 medium 47:44 head and 47:46 [Music] 47:48 shoulders 47:50 shot of a 30some male patient. 47:55 Hoodie and bed head. 47:58 No. Yeah, maybe. No. Hoodie and tossled 48:03 hair. 48:05 Gently tossled 48:10 hair. Large leg cast visible. 48:18 So, let's 48:33 do 48:35 wide 48:39 portrait shot of a 30-something patient. 48:41 Large leg 48:44 cast visible quirky expression looking 48:48 into the camera. Casual living room with 48:50 bokeh bookshelf cat. We don't need a 48:53 cat. We don't want things that can move. 48:58 Natural window 49:02 sunlight. Beams 49:05 in soft shadows. 49:11 Pro, professional, 49:19 photograph, humorous, and authentic. 49:22 That's 49:23 fine. We'll do 49:26 that. Then we'll do one with 49:29 personalization turned on. See if those 49:32 get in the neighborhood. Then we'll grab 49:34 this. Go over to chat. JPEG tag to 49:39 Sora. See if we can get a result over 49:42 here that's not [ __ ] 49:46 [Music] 50:02 boring. We don't want the large leg cast 50:05 visible. 50:09 Uh, let's see. 50:15 Sweatshirt. Let's see. Um, nice 50:20 sweatshirt. Gently tsled hair. 50:41 um male patient 50:46 um squared to the 50:57 camera. And we don't want 50:59 personalization on because those are too 51:01 dark and [ __ ] weird. 51:04 All 51:04 right. So, these were 51:09 fine. That's an arm and a 51:13 cast. Casts leg casts don't have bent 51:17 knees, I don't 51:18 think. He looks like a boxer. He looks 51:21 like some Irish boxer ready to go kick 51:23 someone's ass. 51:33 Okay, these are good. So, why are we 51:36 getting such variation on this one? 51:38 That's 51:39 weird. That's all right. Let's let's get 51:41 some variation. So, we'll do 51:45 um d- 51:48 raw 51:51 d-r4. So, we'll go get a bunch of these. 51:53 Let's go see what chat GBT did with it 51:55 now. 51:57 [Laughter] 52:02 Chat GBT actually did better with the 52:04 expression, the quirky 52:09 expression. Look at the [ __ ] yellow 52:12 cast that chat GPT images have. You want 52:14 to see something cool? I don't know if 52:15 you can see it. These look more yellow 52:17 on my screen. Let me grab one of these. 52:19 Let me grab this 52:21 one. So, we're going to copy this image. 52:25 I'm going to go into 52:29 Photoshop. This is actually a real 52:31 problem with chat GPT right now. Um, is 52:35 that all of the images have this yellow 52:37 cast to 52:38 them. So, if I go there and then I go 52:41 image uh what is it? 52:48 Uh, hue 52:51 saturation. Yeah. 52:56 Oh 52:57 no. Where's white 53:00 balance 53:04 curves? Yeah. Here we 53:09 go. So, is this white or is this 53:13 white? No. What's wrong? This is 53:21 white. I don't know if you could see 53:22 that. So, if I say okay here and then I 53:24 go command Z. Oh, what 53:28 happened? Did my my phone just 53:40 die? Lost you on TikTok. Yeah, my 53:43 phone's 53:47 dead. Huh? It's not charging. 53:55 All right, just tell the tick tockers. 53:57 I'll be there as soon as my trick phone 54:00 charges. What's going on here? 54:13 [Music] 54:26 I had done my five years in prison. 54:50 That was very weird. My phone 54:53 was My phone was charging but it was not 54:57 charging. So now it is charging. All 55:00 right, that was very strange. Okay, 55:02 we're 55:03 back. Anyway, 55:21 um All right. Whatever. Um chat GBT 55:25 images have a weird yellow cast to them. 55:27 So, if you want to use them, you may 55:30 need to fix that. Okay. These are our 55:33 little patients. These are much better. 55:36 Again, midjourney for the win. If you're 55:38 if you know, everyone's everyone's got 55:41 their own personality about which image 55:43 generation tools are best. Um Vicki said 55:46 it today like Midjourney is is just 55:49 better. It just 55:53 is. It's got more subtlety and nuance to 55:56 it. I think that guy is actually 56:01 great, but it would be nice if we didn't 56:03 have two white 56:05 guys. So, let's 56:08 see. Let's make him portrait of 30 56:14 something 56:18 male. Let's see. 56:39 We'll do 56:48 Chinese and then we'll do 57:12 All right. 57:18 [Music] 57:33 Oh, that one's 57:48 good. All 57:50 right, that thing's growing. We'll get 57:52 something out of this. 58:07 He paid mid Journey and forgot to pay 58:09 his internet bill. No, my phone just 58:11 died. It wasn't charging. Oh, now it's 58:14 like I'm at 1% right now. It's not going 58:16 up because I'm streaming and it's eating 58:18 all my juice. All right, we just need 58:22 one of these that doesn't suck. Let's 58:24 see. 58:28 Why are they all on an angle? That one's 58:30 not. That's pretty 58:35 good. I 58:38 like All 58:41 right, let's 58:46 do let's do subtle variation on that. 58:54 [Music] 58:58 Nobody here. There's 27 people 59:04 [Music] 59:11 here. Anybody have any questions about 59:13 what I'm 59:15 doing? Vicki Chat GPT has been giving me 59:18 really some really good people images 59:19 lately. Yeah, it's interesting. It 59:22 really is like, 59:30 huh, I kind of like him. He's kind of 59:33 handsome. 59:34 Okay, great. So, we're going to uh Do we 59:37 want to upscale 59:39 him? No. What I find is when I when I 59:43 upscale these things for video, it makes 59:45 them look faker for some 59:47 reason. Oops. 59:51 Copy 59:53 image. Photoshop. 59:58 New 1:00:06 paste. And we're going to 1:00:10 go 1:00:12 there. Why do I have all these [ __ ] 1:00:15 windows open? 1:00:26 Generative fill 1:00:32 generate. And then it's a little dark 1:00:34 and moody, but we can fix that with 1:00:37 levels. Could not complete your request 1:00:39 because your scratch disc is 1:00:42 full. Learn how to fix it. Oh, I know 1:00:45 how to fix it, you 1:00:51 dummies. Oh my 1:00:54 god. Let's see. We go to garbage. Oh, 1:00:57 there's nothing in the garbage. All 1:00:58 right, we go 1:00:59 to downloads and we go to 1:01:05 size. Let's see. What's this? That's 127 1:01:09 megabytes. Let's see if we can find some 1:01:11 gigabytes. What's this? 1:01:15 That's extra. I think these are the 1:01:17 same, right? So, I get rid of one of 1:01:20 those. Move to 1:01:24 trash. Let's go to 1:01:30 [Music] 1:01:33 desktop. A lot of this stuff's already 1:01:36 there. 1:01:38 Uhuh. 2.8 8 1:01:42 gigabytes. Okay, that I can get rid 1:01:48 of. That should be enough for at least 1:01:50 to do one edit, 1:01:54 right? Empty 1:01:59 trash. Generative field generate. 1:02:07 Okay, Robert Mexico. My GPT still 1:02:10 doesn't like to reimagine using baby 1:02:12 style. Really? That's really weird. 1:02:15 Robert. Oh, Robert. 1:02:18 Okay, I've got a trick for Robert. Hang 1:02:23 on. Why' that make that weird ghost 1:02:26 ghost thing at the top? Well, whatever. 1:02:29 Doesn't [ __ ] matter. Okay, this is 1:02:32 good enough. Let's flatten this 1:02:38 image. Flatten 1:02:42 image. This is just bizarre. We're going 1:02:44 to we're going to rubber stamp some [ __ ] 1:02:46 here. Hang on a 1:02:48 sec. That was 1:02:54 weird. All right. 1:03:00 That's fine now. 1:03:02 Okay. So, we're going to go image 1:03:06 adjustments. Uh, levels is probably 1:03:09 fine. So, we're just going to pop up the 1:03:11 middle. We're going 1:03:14 to bring that 1:03:16 up. That's 1:03:18 good. And now we're going to go 1:03:23 adjustments, vibrance. 1:03:28 There we go. Nice. Look at that color. 1:03:30 Much better. You can't sell online, but 1:03:33 trust me, it's much better. Okay. 1:03:36 Export. Quick 1:03:38 PNG. 1:03:43 Patient. 1:03:45 Okay. So, we're done generating images 1:03:47 now. Now, we got to go pick 1:03:49 voices. Voices. 1:03:54 Voices. So, how are we going to do this? 1:03:56 I think we're going to start in Cartisia 1:03:58 because that's where we're going to end. 1:04:00 So, if we can do all these in Cartisia, 1:04:02 that will be a 1:04:03 win. There's 1:04:06 Cartisia. Live will end in five, four, 1:04:09 three, two, one. No, it won't because I 1:04:12 fixed it. Yay. You did it. Yay. Anyone 1:04:17 ever used text generator plugin with 1:04:19 Obsidian? I have not. Multitasking a 1:04:22 little. Wait, Kyle's complaining about 1:04:23 the number of windows. 1:04:28 All right, I'm up to 6% on the phone. 1:04:30 So, it is charging now. Okay, so we need 1:04:33 to now go Oh, design a 1:04:38 voice. Oh, that's new. I think this 1:04:40 designer of voice is 1:04:45 new. Name, description, start with 1:04:47 existing 1:04:50 voices. All right. So, the first 1:04:59 dude was this 1:05:02 guy. No, no, no, no. He All right. So, 1:05:04 we know what he sounds 1:05:07 like. Any gender, masculine. 1:05:39 Good 1:05:44 lord. 1:05:47 Um, do we have British in here anywhere? 1:05:57 Yeah, this this sounds like him. So, 1:05:58 let's pick that one. So, mix. Oh, you 1:06:01 can add a voice. You can mix a voice. 1:06:04 So, we're going to call him What's his 1:06:06 name? His name 1:06:10 is 1:06:15 Chad. Oh, you can't hear that also, can 1:06:18 you? Well, hang on. British, too. Yes, 1:06:21 please. Interesting. So this is going to 1:06:23 be 1:06:24 Chad Chad CEO Chard Chad 1:06:29 CEO and description. So let's go back to 1:06:31 Chad GPT and say 1:06:34 um write me a 1:06:39 description of 1:06:41 what 1:06:44 Chad Chad's voice sounds like. Thank you 1:06:49 very much for the 1:06:50 galaxy. Um, Fasil Ben Alan, thank you so 1:06:55 much. That's very generous of you. Um, 1:06:57 write me a description with Chad's what 1:06:59 Chad's voice sounds like. 1:07:04 Okay. Chad Worthington's voice built for 1:07:07 the boardroom and turned on in a 1:07:10 golf. 1:07:15 Okay. Would you like me? Would you like 1:07:19 a sample line read in Chad's tone? I 1:07:22 don't think it can do that, but let's 1:07:23 put 1:07:29 yes. Yeah, it didn't say. It didn't say 1:07:32 it. I I guess if I was talking to it, it 1:07:35 might 1:07:43 have. We boosted patient 1:15:03 engagement by 47% after launching our 1:15:06 new digital platform. But hang on, who 1:15:08 cares about our groundbreaking results? 1:15:11 You know who's actually moving the 1:15:12 needle? Storyline. Authenticity at 1:15:15 scale. Apparently, if we sound human, 1:15:18 people listen. That's good. All 1:15:21 right. I like it. Let's lose 1:15:26 these pauses. I'm Chad Wington, CEO of 1:15:30 Prestige Farmer. We boosted patient 1:15:32 engagement by 47% after launching our 1:15:34 new digital platform. But hang on, who 1:15:37 cares about our groundbreaking results? 1:15:39 You know who's actually moving the 1:15:40 needle. Story line. Authenticity at 1:15:43 scale. Apparently, if we sound human, 1:15:46 people listen. 1:15:49 Sound is weird on YouTube, huh? Okay. 1:15:54 Let me Maybe it's just a bad 1:16:00 share. How's this? Let me download 1:16:08 this. I'm Chad Worththington, CEO of 1:16:11 Prestige Pharma. We boosted patient 1:16:13 engagement by 47% after launching our 1:16:16 new digital platform. But hang on, who 1:16:18 cares about our groundbreaking results? 1:16:20 You know who's actually moving the 1:16:22 needle? Storyvine. Authenticity at 1:16:25 scale. Apparently, if we sound human, 1:16:27 people listen. All right, that's good. 1:16:30 That sounds decently human. Okay, so we 1:16:33 got to move that now into our other 1:16:35 little 1:16:37 folder. Oops, that's not what I 1:16:41 wanted. I wanted a new window here. And 1:16:45 I wanted it to be this. I wanted to be 1:16:48 that. All right. So this 1:16:52 is 1:16:55 Chad voice. 1:16:58 Boom. All right. So 1:17:02 now we got Chad. So let's let's head 1:17:04 over to 1:17:07 Hedra and we're going to make us a 1:17:13 Chad. Oh, I gota I got to switch tabs, 1:17:15 don't I? 1:17:17 [Music] 1:17:24 Okay. So, now we're in 1:17:27 Heedra. So, let's go to video and we're 1:17:32 going to upload an image which is going 1:17:35 to be 1:17:39 [Music] 1:17:44 Chadorrific. Chad looks fantastic. 1:17:49 He's an Australian 1:17:55 chappie. Add to video. Generate. All 1:17:58 right. So, now let's go back 1:18:00 to Kesia. Wait, we got to go look at our 1:18:04 doctor 1:18:05 lady. Let's go look at our doctor lady. 1:18:17 D. What's 1:18:20 that? All right. Doctor, patient. That's 1:18:23 weird that 1:18:24 there's Oh, that's just dead. Moved to 1:18:27 trash. 1:18:29 Okay, that's our patient. That's our 1:18:31 doctor. That needs 1:18:34 fixing. Let's go back to 1:18:38 Photoshop. Grab her. She's right here. 1:18:41 We'll go command 1:18:43 L. We brighten it 1:18:46 up. We pull the midtonones up. Oh, hang 1:18:50 on. Cancel. We got to flatten the 1:18:54 image. Now we do levels. Now we 1:18:58 go. There we 1:19:00 go. There we 1:19:02 go. That's looking more better. Not as 1:19:06 moody. 1:19:09 [Music] 1:19:13 That's good there. And we'll do 1:19:16 vibrance. I think we can pull this back 1:19:18 a little bit 1:19:27 actually. That looks more 1:19:29 natural. And then let's do one final 1:19:32 thing. We will go 1:19:35 curves. And we are going to grab white 1:19:38 and we're going to put it 1:19:41 here. Uh let's see. That didn't really 1:19:44 change the game. That did. That was too 1:19:49 much. Is that better? Yeah, that's 1:19:52 better. It's not so yellow. Okay. Export 1:19:56 as 1:19:59 PNG. That was not 1:20:01 right. Bad menu. 1:20:08 selecting. If anybody's wondering what 1:20:10 we're doing here, we're making 1:20:13 [Laughter] 1:20:16 [ __ ] All right. Now, I'm going to go 1:20:19 over to 1:20:21 Cartisia. Let's go get her 1:20:25 script. Hey there, Dr. Leslie Goodcare 1:20:29 here. Copy. 1:20:41 feminine. 1:21:03 Wise lady. 1:21:47 These are [ __ ] 1:21:50 awful cabs. Oh, you can't hear 1:21:56 [Music] 1:21:57 these. Well, that's good because these 1:21:59 sucked. I might go to 11 labs because 1:22:01 these are bad. 1:22:04 It's nice to meet you. Hope you're 1:22:06 having a great day. Oh, that could work. 1:22:09 All right, let's see what this sounds 1:22:10 like. Hey there, Dr. Leslie. Good here. 1:22:13 Yes, that's my real name. Ironic. I 1:22:16 know. W had this patient come and broke 1:22:18 his leg while scratching a mysterious 1:22:20 rash. Long story about that. Wait, have 1:22:23 you seen Story Vine? My niece made me 1:22:26 watch one of their videos, and honestly, 1:22:28 I got emotional. I'm not saying it cured 1:22:30 anyone, but if you can make healthcare 1:22:32 compliance look sexy, you deserve some 1:22:34 kind of medal or at least a coffee 1:22:41 mug. That's my real name. Oops. 1:22:49 We had this patient come in 1:24:14 Hang on, I'm copyrighting 1:24:20 here. Speak it. Hey there, Dr. Leslie 1:24:23 Goodter here. Yes, that's my real name. 1:24:26 We had this patient come in, broke his 1:24:29 leg while scratching a mysterious rash. 1:24:31 Long story, but wait, have you seen 1:24:34 Storyline? I watch one of the That's 1:24:37 [ __ ] horrific. That's so 1:24:39 bad. Um, okay. Let's go find something 1:24:44 else. I I I sometimes these models are 1:24:47 just the uh the models are bad. Like the 1:24:52 uh the samples or whatever are bad. 1:25:01 It's nice to meet you. Hope you're 1:25:03 having a great day. 1:25:07 It's nice to meet you. Hope you're 1:25:09 having a great day. 1:25:11 These are Indian Russian. 1:25:19 It's nice to meet you. Hope you're 1:25:21 having a great day. It's nice to meet 1:25:23 you. Hope you're having a great day. Hey 1:25:27 there, Dr. Leslie. Goodare here. Yes, 1:25:30 that's my real name. We have this 1:25:33 patient come in. Yes. On on YouTube and 1:25:36 StreamYard, those uh voices are coming 1:25:38 through significantly distorted. Thought 1:25:40 it was on my end, but we're hearing 1:25:42 multiple people report it right now. 1:25:45 Huh. 1:25:47 Weird. On what? On YouTube. 1:25:51 Uh Streamyard. So I'm assuming 1:25:53 everywhere but Tik Tok. Huh. That's very 1:25:57 strange. Uh try 1:26:01 dream dreaming. But um uh yeah I I think 1:26:05 it's a just a sharing problem maybe with 1:26:07 the stream or something because it's 1:26:08 been every time you've gone into sharing 1:26:10 with uh with uh 1:26:15 Dreamina is uh Oh, that's the cap cut 1:26:18 thing. Yeah. Oh, this one. This one I 1:26:21 hear is really good for the 1:26:22 [Music] 1:26:24 um for the 1:26:26 uh Yes. What you said for the 1:26:33 um for the animation. Supposed to be 1:26:36 really good for the animation. Image 1:26:38 generator AI. Yeah, lip 1:26:41 sync. Sign in. 1:26:48 We also have a Tik Tok pin for you. 1:26:52 Is there a way to control how they read 1:26:54 using extra spacing or commas to make it 1:26:56 sound better? Yeah. Well, there's 1:26:58 there's a way to do it. Okay. So, so 1:27:01 here here's what we're going to do for 1:27:03 for the doc the good doctor. Let me log 1:27:06 in 1:27:07 here. Here's what we're going to do. And 1:27:09 the there's a reason I don't do this. 1:27:11 The reason I'm trying to get it to just 1:27:13 do the voice is at some point I want to 1:27:15 be able to automate this, but um you can 1:27:18 add things like ellipses seems to add 1:27:21 pauses. Um that makes it a little 1:27:24 better. Selecting the right voice helps, 1:27:27 but here's what you really need to do if 1:27:29 you want it if you want if you want any 1:27:31 kind of acting 1:27:34 control. You need you actually need to 1:27:36 have acting control. 1:27:38 Let's import image character. Let's 1:27:41 let's make a CEO video 1:27:48 here. All right. And then we're going to 1:27:50 upload 1:27:57 audio. There's Chad's voice. 1:28:05 I did upload the audio 1:28:12 file 10 megabytes 15 seconds is 1:28:16 supported. Oh god. Okay. So I can't use 1:28:19 Dreamina for something more than 16 15 1:28:25 seconds. This is like it is so [ __ ] 1:28:30 insane. 1:28:32 the limitations that they put on these 1:28:34 things because I understand why they do 1:28:35 it. They don't want someone putting in 1:28:37 an hour-long thing, but 1:28:40 like what what happens when you 1:28:43 have engineers who are good at 1:28:47 coding that do not have an angry Gen Xer 1:28:50 in the corner who's been in the real 1:28:52 world is you end up putting [ __ ] 1:28:54 limitations on. Like I I 1:28:59 I every every lip sync that I do is 1:29:02 longer than 15 seconds. 1:29:05 Oh, and I was sharing tabs. 1:29:09 Oh my 1:29:11 god. 1:29:13 Unbelievable. I thought I was sharing 1:29:16 correctly. Whatever. Anyway, dreaming it 1:29:19 doesn't work because it only does 15 1:29:20 seconds. But here's here's how we're 1:29:22 going to do um here's how we're going to 1:29:24 do Dr. Goodcare's voice. We're going to 1:29:27 go um QuickTime. We're going to go back 1:29:29 into our lovely 1:29:32 QuickTime player and we're going to do 1:29:35 new audio 1:29:37 recording. And then I'm going to jump 1:29:39 over. Oh, here it 1:29:42 is. This is This is a 1:29:47 trip. Hey there, Dr. Leslie. good care 1:29:51 here. Yes, that's my real name. We had 1:29:53 this patient come in, broke his leg 1:29:55 while scratching a mysterious rash. Long 1:29:58 story. But wait, have you seen 1:30:00 Storyvine? I watched one of their 1:30:02 patient videos and honestly, I got 1:30:04 emotional. If you can make authenticity 1:30:07 compliant, you deserve some kind of 1:30:09 medal or at least a good cup of 1:30:12 coffee. Okay, so you're going to think 1:30:15 that that doesn't sound like that 1:30:18 lady. Hey there, Dr. Leslie Goodcare 1:30:21 here. Yes, that's my real name. We had 1:30:24 this patient come in, broke his leg 1:30:26 while scratching my Is that all 1:30:28 distorted or is it just the when the 1:30:30 Google Yeah, I I have a feeling uh my 1:30:34 memor is all [ __ ] on Google. So, I'll 1:30:36 have to I'll have to do something on 1:30:38 Google. Okay, so now I'm going to save 1:30:40 this. So, I'm going to go this is uh 1:30:43 doctor 1:30:46 dashwith Kyle 1:30:55 voice and we're going to save that in 1:30:57 our little folder there. And now we're 1:31:00 going to go to 11 Labs. And 11 1:31:03 Labs has something really cool. 1:31:07 11 labs. If the screen would 1:31:10 load, black 1:31:25 bar. 1:31:27 Okay. 1:31:30 Um, let's go to Cartisia. Get our 1:31:33 script. Oh, no. We don't need a script 1:31:36 cuz we're doing a voice swap. And this 1:31:39 is really cool 1:31:39 [Music] 1:31:42 technology. So, we're going to go to 1:31:44 voice 1:31:45 changer and we're going to go find a 1:31:50 voice. Let's see. I just love talking 1:31:53 about movies, you know, TV shows. That 1:31:56 one's good. That sounds great. 1:31:59 Perfect. Add to my voices. 1:32:03 Okay, upload the 1:32:05 file. So, we're going to go grab the 1:32:08 file we just 1:32:12 made. We're going say generate 1:32:18 speech. Hey there, Dr. Leslie Goodcare 1:32:21 here. Yes, that's my real name. We had 1:32:24 this patient come in. Broke his leg 1:32:26 while scratching a mysterious rash. Long 1:32:29 story. But wait, have you seen 1:32:31 StoryVine? I watched one of their 1:32:33 patient videos and honestly, I got 1:32:35 emotional. If you can make authenticity 1:32:37 compliant, you deserve some kind of 1:32:39 medal or at least a good cup of coffee. 1:32:45 H, that one sounds okay. 1:32:47 Interesting. Okay, so let's download 1:32:50 that. So now we have her, we've got her 1:32:53 audio, so we're going to plop that over 1:32:55 in the 1:32:56 folder. So, we're going to go to 1:32:58 downloads and we're going to grab this 1:33:00 and we're going to drop it over here. 1:33:02 And then we're going to rename it 1:33:05 um doctor 1:33:09 [Music] 1:33:10 um good care dash. And we'll leave all 1:33:14 that 11 lab [ __ ] in there. Then we're 1:33:17 going to go back to 1:33:20 uh hang on. 1:33:24 [Music] 1:33:28 We're going to go back to 1:33:31 Hedra. Now I got to find 1:33:42 [Music] 1:33:45 Hedra. Where's Hedra? Where is it? I 1:33:48 lost that. Oh, it's right in front of 1:33:51 me. 1:33:52 Okay, here's our doctor. I'm Chad 1:33:54 Worthington, CEO of Prestige Pharma. We 1:33:57 boosted patient engagement by 47% after 1:34:00 launching our new digital platform. But 1:34:02 hang on, who cares about our 1:34:03 groundbreaking results? You know who's 1:34:05 actually moving the needle? StoryVine. 1:34:08 Authenticity at scale. Apparently, if we 1:34:11 sound human, people listen. 1:34:14 All right, that's good. That one works. 1:34:17 That's fine. This is just for an 1:34:19 internal demo, so it doesn't need these 1:34:21 don't need to be 1:34:25 great. Come 1:34:31 on. Boom. Upload 1:34:35 image. Uh, Dr. 1:34:39 PNG. There she is. It's looking 1:34:44 good. Audio script. Upload audio. 1:34:50 doctor with Kyle voice Dr. Goodare 11 1:34:55 Labs generate. All right, I'm going to 1:34:58 stop right there. You get the basic 1:35:01 idea. Um it's it's getting late and 1:35:04 [Music] 1:35:06 uh and that thing's going now. But but 1:35:09 now I'm gonna just start to assemble, 1:35:11 you know, I'll assemble all these things 1:35:13 into into a story vine template and then 1:35:16 we'll have these different segments in 1:35:18 them. Duration is 1:35:54 auto. 1:35:56 Huh. I wonder if it's like that if I 1:35:59 download it. It might not be. That's an 1:36:01 interesting thing to try. 1:36:06 download. 1:36:15 I'm Chad Worththington, CEO of Prestige 1:36:17 Farmer. Yeah, it's better. We boosted 1:36:19 patient engagement by 47%. Okay, cool. Um, all 1:38:41 right. So, it is Friday. I'm trying to 1:38:44 think if there's any um anything to do 1:38:47 for the weekend. 1:38:53 [Laughter] 1:39:00 Nah, I would 1:39:03 say given some [ __ ] that happened, you 1:39:06 know, this week, spend some time with 1:39:08 your 1:39:09 family. Spend some time with your family 1:39:11 this weekend. AI will be there on 1:39:14 Monday. Um, next week I should be here 1:39:17 Monday. Um, Brandon's not here Monday. 1:39:19 I'm here Monday. 1:39:26 Um, and then next week's iffy because 1:39:29 I'm I'm traveling like we're in a 1:39:30 different part of a different 1:39:33 state four out of four days. Like it's 1:39:36 just we're doing a lot of travel so I 1:39:38 don't know when I'm going to get in and 1:39:40 settled in in different locations. Um, 1:39:43 so we'll play it by ear. Um, and 1:39:45 Brandon's out at at Google IO. So, 1:39:48 apparently he's gonna come back with 432 1:39:50 things I've got to show you all and then 1:39:53 I'll show you six of 1:39:56 them. Spending my chief with time 1:39:58 spending time with my overachiever 1:40:00 daughter running uh the Chicago half 1:40:02 marathon. Oh my god, Vicki, that's 1:40:05 amazing. 1:40:07 Check the sticky trail. Check the 1:40:09 sticky. Okay, we can't h Oh yeah. Okay, 1:40:13 good. This is good. So, so Brandon's got 1:40:15 some suggestions. There's in in the AI 1:40:19 salon in water cooler, there's a link to 1:40:23 a video called the colorless man. It's 1:40:26 like a 13minute AI video. Um, Sunday, Brandon is 1:40:41 doing a learn a learn out loud session, 1:40:44 an LOL. So, if you go to events in the 1:40:47 salon, that's in 1:40:49 there. Let's go 1:41:57 look at our doctor. 1:41:59 Doctor, doctor, give me the news. I got 1:42:02 a bad case of loving you. 1:42:07 [Music] 1:42:09 Hey there, Dr. Leslie Goodcare here. 1:42:11 Yes, that's my real name. We had this 1:42:14 patient come in, broke his leg while 1:42:16 scratching a mysterious rash. Long 1:42:18 story, but wait, have you seen Story 1:42:21 Vine? I watched one of their patient 1:42:23 videos and honestly, I got emotional. If 1:42:26 you can make authenticity compliant, you 1:42:28 deserve some kind of medal or at least a 1:42:31 good cup of coffee. 1:42:35 See how remember when I said at the 1:42:37 beginning her her shoulders are a little 1:42:39 um they're not square to the camera and 1:42:41 it tends to to sort of talk in the 1:42:43 direction of her shoulders. That's what 1:42:46 we're getting in this one. But but still 1:42:47 it's not bad. Um let me download 1:42:51 this. So now I have three of my videos 1:42:54 done. 1:42:55 I got the I got the uh the pink video 1:42:59 with my 1:43:01 co-founder. I got 1:43:04 Chad. And now I got Dr. Goodare. Hey 1:43:07 there. Dr. Leslie Goodare here. Yeah. 1:43:10 Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Wait for it. 1:43:15 Just wait for 1:43:17 it. You damn smokers. 1:43:24 [Music] 1:43:31 Hey there, Dr. Leslie Goodcare here. 1:43:34 Yes, that's my real name. We had this 1:43:36 patient come in, broke his leg while 1:43:38 scratching a mysterious rash. Long 1:43:40 story, but wait, have you seen Story 1:43:43 Vine? I watched one of their patient 1:43:45 videos, and honestly, I got emotional. 1:43:48 If you can make authenticity compliant, 1:43:50 you deserve some kind of medal or at 1:43:52 least a good cup of coffee. 1:43:59 I'm actually going to go and invite 1:44:00 someone. Do that, Lisa. That would be 1:44:03 terrific. Um, 1:44:06 okay. I hope this wasn't too 1:44:08 tremendously boring. I have I have said 1:44:11 it many 1:44:14 times. If you run a live Tik Tok 1:44:16 channel, do not do real work on 1:44:20 it because it's boring as [ __ ] 1:44:25 Um, I don't, you know what it is? I'm 1:44:28 not I'm not like one of those Twitch 1:44:31 streamers where I'm really good at doing 1:44:32 and talking at the same time. Like, I 1:44:34 can sort of ramble 1:44:37 um in between [ __ ] but if I'm actually 1:44:39 focusing, you know, the ADD thing, like 1:44:42 my all the other [ __ ] goes out of my 1:44:44 brain. So, if I was boring tonight, 1:44:46 sorry, it 1:44:48 happens. 1:44:57 Um, all right. All right, everybody. So, 1:45:00 have yourself a fantastic 1:45:03 weekend and I will see you probably on 1:45:06 Monday. Um, have a good salon on Tuesday 1:45:09 and I'll be around uh intermittently 1:45:12 throughout the week. We will not be here 1:45:14 next Friday because I'm traveling. All 1:45:16 right. Have you looked at Kawasaki 1:45:17 motorcycle horse? Yeah, it's pretty 1:45:20 cool. Pretty pretty cool. Woo. All 1:45:23 right, cool. So, the only thing I need 1:45:27 to do now for this project is I need to 1:45:29 find a voice for the kid that sounds 1:45:32 natural, make his video, and then stick 1:45:34 him into a Storybine uh 1:45:37 template. And 1:45:39 uh and then I'm ready for Monday. I need 1:45:42 this video done by Monday. So, I was 1:45:45 doing real work here. You saw it live. 1:45:48 You saw it. We'll do it live. All right, 1:45:50 everyone. Peace out. Have a fantastic 1:45:53 weekend. Bye.
