11. 2:48we'll make a little creative stuff I saw a really interesting um comment from David Shapiro you guys know I'm a fan of his
12. 3:00and hang on let me get this all straightened up for y'all let me get things straightened up here I I ain't done this in a few days

14. 3:20exactly oh some of us stayed way after hours I I saw that being organized and I was going to crash it and I thought if I

29. 6:31live um I ordered adan's book and it came already oh that's amazing is it so Cuna what's cool about that book is
30. 6:41those guys just met like a month ago like a month or six six weeks ago they came from two different communities that
31. 6:49that I'm participating in and they met on one of my office hours and they hit it off and they're like we should write
32. 6:54a book and you just got the book that it's just amazing it's just am amazing it's it's absolutely Bonkers and
33. 7:03you know if you were at AI Festivus which I'm sure a lot of you were um that event came together in 15 days start to
34. 7:14finish like there was nothing there was no ideas nothing so everything from recruiting the speakers to organizing the speakers
35. 7:24to creating the itinerary to building the website to building the schedule to figuring out what the hell we were going to do to figuring out
36. 7:35technology to then realizing that this event was a hell of a lot more popular than we planned on and having to Pivot
37. 7:42all that happened in 15 days [Music]

50. 10:30out a post today on X that basically said the more he uses AI the more he's convinced that he his skills are no
51. 10:38longer necessary in this world and like he was a guy that you know when million dooll an hour systems went down he was
52. 10:45the guy that fixed them and brought them back up right he's a brilliant dude he's written five books on AGI he's got I
53. 10:53don't know three or four different well probably more than that probably more like 10 or 20 open AI uh open source AI
54. 11:03projects and he basically just stopped making content about it but what he said today is just basically he's just not really necessary
55. 11:15and no one's going to be necessary as we move into more and more um um as the as these agents start doing
56. 11:26our work for us and they start getting smarter [Music]

73. 15:232025 I think 2025 shit's going to start acceler like truly accelerating what's accelerated so far is the intelligence of the
74. 15:33models but that hasn't trickled down to us yet right we don't have access to 03 we still don't really know how to use 01
75. 15:41we don't know how to prompt it we don't know what to ask it once we have autonomous agents they're going to know
76. 15:47how to use those tools and they're going to start I forget I think it was Andre karpathy this week basically said
77. 15:59I think was it him it was him or Demis hassabis that basically said that probably in 2025 we're going to get
78. 16:09to the point where the AI is going to take over the research for the AI researchers that basically Sam mman
79. 16:21could just sit there and go okay here's a bank of servers here you know here's 100,000 gpus you know here's some tweaks
80. 16:29to to how we want to optimize [ __ ] go and off they go so I have a feeling I have a feeling things are going to

88. 18:19computers have never acted like this like in the history of computing computers were all these deterministic machines that we
89. 18:28programmed logic into and they did what we told them to do and that's not how they're working now it's just not I know we want them to be
90. 18:43more we want them to be more predictable we want them to hallucinate less [Music]
91. 19:05adoption on our hands seems so much faster than when we rolled out the web in our hands yeah yeah exactly like
92. 19:13we've got access to stuff that is dramatically more capable like the web took a long time to materialize you had to be a geek for a lot
93. 19:22longer to to really take advantage of it here here's the the reason I'm so I'm so I'm so flued right now is that this is this GNA sound

95. 19:54um I think we still think we matter when it comes to work I know that's G to sound really [ __ ] up and I think to a degree we
96. 20:13[Music] do but I think it becomes optional I think it becomes a choice now is this going to happen in 2025 no it's not but in the next five
97. 20:26years probably where the machines are just going to take over doing most of the stuff we do I just got an app Robert uh scoble
98. 20:37talked about this yesterday on Ax X I just got an app it's called Simple or something like that so will there be any
99. 20:45benefit to being an early adopter well so yes I okay so here's the thing Source Camp I think the early
100. 20:53adopters get lots of opportunity but the opportunity is going to be shortlived the opportunity is going to be Bridging
101. 21:00the Gap while these Technologies catch up and start doing the work right and and while companies ignore Ai and all of a sudden realize their
102. 21:12business model is no longer relevant there there's going to be a lot of money to be made with those kind of companies
103. 21:19struggling to survive or figuring out what a future looks like so I think I think early adopters benefit in the short
104. 21:26term and then I think we all end up in this place where we can kind of choose the stuff we want to do like there will
105. 21:34be people that choose to use computers to do stuff but like the the need to have to do that I think is the thing
106. 21:44that starts to go away and I don't I don't I don't think we have there's nothing in our history like for Generations that prepares us for

113. 22:57creative work to knowledge work to admin work to like all the stuff that we do that is is support of the
114. 23:06machine almost all of that is going to be um we won't need to do it it will get done better without us we may choose to do
115. 23:21it but I don't think I don't think people are prepared for that um [Music] that [Music]

118. 24:08Ai and what it does is you talk to it like chat GPT and then it will call up businesses for you and have conversations on your
119. 24:20behalf and report back to you so you could say um call up all the hardware stores in a 20m radius and find out if they have you know air
120. 24:32conditioners in stock and then it'll say you know check the ones you want to call and you hit a button and it makes phone calls and then
121. 24:40it shows you the transcriptions of the conversation it had with people in those stores do you know how many [ __ ] Saturdays all of us have
122. 24:52spent [ __ ] dialing up lows when you realized you're a slacker and you didn't prep hair and now it's hot and all the
123. 25:00air conditioners are sold out and you're a loser and your wife's not very happy about it not that I have personal experience
124. 25:08with that I'm I'm I'm saying that merely as a hypothetical well now you just go into your app and 20 phone calls are made
125. 25:18simultaneously and conversations are had with either human beings or Bots it doesn't matter because my bot will call up
126. 25:29something on the other end that's a human or a bot will find out if they have that inventory in stock and let me
127. 25:36know and I mean that's like like that's that's just like a teeny little use case but it's huge it's like take take you know Google
128. 25:48searches or the Yellow Pages in the olden timey days and none of the stuff that we used to have to do for that has to be done
129. 26:00anymore nobody has to print the Yellow Pages nobody has to do the Google searches side hustle Mimi you can also
130. 26:09use it to find which ones don't have a website or an optimized business listing oh wow yeah I like I haven't played with
131. 26:16simple AI at all I played with it once I had it call up what did I have it do oh I had to call up two restaurants [Music]

133. 26:34appreciate it um um I I also had um simple Ai call up two restaurants I felt bad I didn't want to call up a bunch
134. 26:45because I didn't in intend on buying tacos but but I had to call up two restaurants and ask if they had tacos
135. 26:51and one of them was a Mexican restaurant the answer was yes and one of them was a burger joint and they said not yet but

137. 27:13it how much does it cost $200 a month what for simple AI it's free as far as I can tell I don't know how they make their
138. 27:22money maybe they're making their money from small businesses paying to be listed I don't I have no idea I have no idea
139. 27:30what what what simple AI likely is simple AI is likely I mean you can probably find it on TechCrunch if it's a if it's a real
140. 27:41funded company you can find it um my guess my guess is that someone used the real the the advanced voice API or the
141. 27:53Google API one of them with their advanced voice the open AI Google's API for advanced voice and then they basically
142. 28:02just wrote an application that's got a little chat GPT front end that that is connected to the internet that goes out and finds
143. 28:10businesses and then you know has the call feature hooked up to it and they're just using advanced voice so it's
144. 28:16probably something that was thrown together over I don't know couple of weeks maybe two [Laughter] months will it will it wait on on hold
145. 28:28for hours it might I don't know it might people don't like AI nurse technology but it's coming well I'll tell you what fa Fab

147. 28:52like hate hate more than AI nurses is shitty nurs nures or no nurses so if we go from having shitty nurses or no nurses to AI nurses that
148. 29:06suck okay that's a toss up to AI nurses that are decent great to AI nurses that are awesome that's coming if you've ever had
149. 29:20a personal conversation with pie or with advanced voice um it is a remarkably patient and understanding interaction like a
150. 29:32remarkably patient and understanding interaction so imagine a nurse an AI nurse that you just talk to like a regular
151. 29:40nurse they know every single thing about your case about your medical history they know all of it they know all the
152. 29:47answers they're programmed not to hallucinate and give you shitty stuff right they've got guard rails and they're
153. 29:56compassionate now they're not in person you might say all right Reva James hi kylen said goodbye to my best buddy dog

155. 30:18are the best and the the worst thing about doggos is their lifespans don't match ours so if you're if you're a dog
156. 30:27person actually if you're an any animal person you're sort of signing up for for losing that so I'm very sorry about that
157. 30:35um best way to do it I I mean one thing one thing I would do is um go to chat GPT Andor sunno probably chat GPT first
158. 30:47and just maybe even in advanced voice just tell chat GPT all the things you remember about your per and what you loved about them and
159. 30:59maybe even have it write lyrics for you have it write a poem and then take that over to sunno and just describe the kind
160. 31:05of you know song that you think the dog would like or that you know represents the dog so you could write it you could write a song really
161. 31:13quickly um you know in terms of in terms of us using AI I mean I I would say
162. 31:30something like like like low-level AI is probably more appropriate something like iMovie where you can just dump a bunch
163. 31:38of pictures in there with some music so maybe go to sunno and make a custom song and then take a bunch of pictures into
164. 31:44iMovie and just have it you know it can it can do those or I think even photos if you're on a Mac photos can do like a
165. 31:52a photo album with music so you could go write a custom song and then make a make a movie out of that I think would be a
166. 31:58really fun way to go the other thing you could do is you could take photos into Runway ml or photos into Luma labs and
167. 32:06have it animate photos and sort of bring them bring them to life might be kind of interesting so oh but I feel so bad so sorry about that

170. 32:51haven't been watching what's going on with the humanoid robot thing we're not that far away from humanoid robots oh simple AI is 15 bucks

172. 33:18that are going to be able to do 24hour you know good you know nursing care in in not in not too much time um so again it's it's kind of

180. 35:2220 18 gpt3 Is 2020 right so this is when when news stories first came out about gpt3 being this thing's pretty good this
181. 35:35is where it was then you remember in March of 2023 gp4 comes out and it was so much better than gpt3 look how low it was on the arc AGI
182. 35:50score it's like not even a blip then GPT 40 comes out that comes out when was that a year ago right something like a year
183. 36:05ago then this year in the summer we got 01 preview then we got 01 High 01 Pro is now at 50% 01 Pro is at 50% and then 03 low is at
184. 36:2277% humans are at um 8 85% on the AR AGI test and 03 when they [ __ ] turned it Loose it was like 1.1
185. 36:36million in compute for it to answer all the questions so it's expensive but it hit 87.5 it beat humans this is in four years five
186. 36:52years this is in five years now has this affected us yet no no this is this is the intelligence technology that like we don't even have
187. 37:05access to this 03 [ __ ] only if you're paying 200 bucks a month do you have access to to that stuff but for 20 bucks
188. 37:13a month you've got access to this thing that is dramatically smarter than gp4 so if you're still using gp4 and GPT
189. 37:2440 and you're like yeah that's pretty smart like like we're we we're in a completely different Ballpark and right
190. 37:32now it requires humans to understand the problems that they're trying to solve to use all this intelligence I don't think it's going to
191. 37:40require humans to figure out how to use these tools by the end of 2025 maybe maybe sometime into 2026 um can you talk about deep seek
192. 37:55V3 I don't know a ton about it I haven't used it but deep seek V3 is a model that beats GPT 40 and Claud Sonet in a bunch
193. 38:07of tests including programming I don't know about creative writing I don't know a ton of details about it but it was
194. 38:14trained on I think $5.5 million in compute 2,000 gpus and $5 million in compute 2,000 gpus over a two or three month period
195. 38:28and it's now better than the state-of-the-art models that they spent billions on and it's open source and we have the
196. 38:36weights so what's going to happen Becky is this um because of all this open source stuff just just imagine you know this line
197. 38:48that at the very top of this right now is 03 from from open Ai and only special people have access to that and it's
198. 38:55going to be really [ __ ] expensive expensive coming in behind that very quickly probably in the six month to a
199. 39:02year is open- Source models whether they come from meta or whether X starts open- sourcing things or whether they come from
200. 39:10China are are going to all start being released and and what the what the um what the research Community is going to
201. 39:18do is they're going to take those models and they're going to optimize them and make them smaller and smaller and better
202. 39:25and better and our devices are phones are going to get better chips so the phones are going to get more processing
203. 39:33power and then these tools are going to get smaller and they're going to get small to the point that you can run them
204. 39:39on a what they call an edge device on the phone so locally on your phone soon like three years you're going to have like a
205. 39:55thousand genius level intelligences like way smarter than Einstein that will do anything you want them to do locally on your
206. 40:10phone you don't need a connection to the internet but that's coming really soon I I like I what does that mean I
207. 40:23have no [ __ ] clue I I mean I got I got no clue I got nothing I got nothing for you I I thought he knew what he was
208. 40:32doing this is supposed to be called the AI learning lab isn't it is he some sort of Professor what kind of professor doesn't know what's
209. 40:42happening D from Ocean hi Kyle congrats on AI Fest of this it was great my question how did you come up with the
210. 40:55idea and if you about the outcome and did you ever think it would be this successful great question um okay so if you don't
211. 41:05know um we did this thing called AI Festivus if you if you go to the website it's still there you can go to AI festiv
212. 41:16us.com and we did this thing that was two days on Friday and Saturday how did you convene the speakers to
213. 41:30attend that's these are great questions okay let me show you something cool I went over to my friend Claude And I uploaded I uploaded the um
214. 41:49[Music] um I uploaded the zoom attendee
215. 42:06statistics into um Claude And I said build me a dashboard of statistics for AI Festivus so in 15 days AI Festivus went from being a not
216. 42:21an idea to the event that happened this past weekend we had 3250 or so people register of those we had 2335 attend you know some session or
217. 42:35other which I think is astounding from 87 countries um with an average concurrent attendee rate of 546 people
218. 42:45so over two 12-hour days on a holiday weekend we averaged 546 people watching those sessions it's it's absolutely
219. 42:56mind-blowing so to your question about how did we come up with it so last year right before the holidays open AI launched um custom
220. 43:10gpts and Sam Alman said here's custom gpts and what's coming is the GPT store where you're going to be able to
221. 43:18monetize these things and it's going to be great and everybody's going to love you and you're going to love it and
222. 43:22everything's going to be good with the world they never launched the GPT store they launched what they call a store but
223. 43:28it's really just a bad directory and it hasn't gotten better um so so that ship is long sale but the custom gpts are still very
224. 43:39valuable so last year at on this same weekend um everyone was really excited about these so I just kind of had it in
225. 43:48my I I just kind of had the brainstorm what if we did a 24hour um GPT buildon kind of like a hackathon but for gpts and I've done you
226. 43:58know website building hackathons over the years and we always built websites for nonprofits so I said why don't we
227. 44:03build these for nonprofit so I called up an Murphy because I didn't want to do 24 hours on my own I couldn't sustain it
228. 44:12and I said hey how about you and I splitting 24 hours and you know you invite your community I'll invite my
229. 44:19community and we'll just teach people to make gpts for 24 hours and I did mine on Tik Tok she did hers on zoom and
230. 44:26everything 3 hours we swapped and in 24 hours we made 150 custom gpts for nonprofits super inspiring the the
231. 44:37communities were you know people said they were going to come and make a GPT or two and they stayed for the whole 24
232. 44:42hours and made 20 I mean it was just it was just a cool event so about a month ago um an and I connected and and we
233. 44:52said well are we going to do anything we're like ah we could do something and we were just sort of kicking ideas back
234. 44:57and forth and what we came up with was wouldn't it be cool if rather than you know she and I just teaching a
235. 45:04tool that we've got all these remarkable people in our communities so what if we just reach out to the people in our
236. 45:12communities so she's got she leads AI she's part of Rachel Woods's AI exchange she does some stuff with Paul rater's
237. 45:19group the marketing AI Institute I've got the AI salon so we've got these different communities that that we're in
238. 45:26and we literally just called up the people we know that are doing cool [ __ ] like I knew Cindy [ __ ] was doing
239. 45:32something cool and I knew that Nate St Pierre had this cool Hollywood thing and I knew that CJ was making good images
240. 45:38and Kelly Bosch makes these inspiring videos like you know you know the people that you like in your communities if
241. 45:44you're if you're playing around in this stuff and so we just reached out to people and with the exception of two
242. 45:51people that couldn't do it because they were traveling Source Camp was one of them Kelly camp I'd love to you know
243. 45:58still do something with Kelly um with the exception of two people who just couldn't do it for for Logistics reasons
244. 46:05every single person we asked said yes so we had 24 slots right we had we had two 12h hour days in our head and we
245. 46:15ended up with 34 speakers that said yes so then we combined some of them into panels and things like that because we
246. 46:21didn't want to say no to anyone like these are all people willing to come talk so Annex actually did the curation

249. 46:46and all that sort of stuff Vicky and Brandon from the AI Salon helped with some of the backend stuff Vicki ended up
250. 46:52you know basically hurting all the cats in the AI salon we built within the AI salon so if you don't know the AI
251. 47:01Salon we built a whole custom area for AI festiv us that had its own chat and so there was just this ongoing
252. 47:12chat so the back channel for the event still exists in the Festivus chat there was a showand tell area where people
253. 47:18could show off work they were working off uh you know work that they were building based on what they were
254. 47:24learning oh there's a cute dogger cute PPP well that's enough internet for the day and then we have a resource area and
255. 47:38the resource area if you haven't been there has all of the recordings now you can't find these on YouTube the only place you can find
256. 47:51these is in the AI salon so you have to be a member of the AI Salon to get these and we're going to do some really we we
257. 47:56we've got an idea to to to a really interesting way to repurpose this content that I'm really excited about so
258. 48:03I can't talk about it yet because it's not baked but that's how it came together and then we just basically put it
259. 48:11together in two weeks and it was just it was just kind of tireless work of a bunch of volunteers quite frankly that
260. 48:18made it happen and then some sponsors came on that helped us offset a lot of the cost because um at one point Sabrina Roman
261. 48:27from LinkedIn and from YouTube Fame who's got a really big Community globally she said this is a great event
262. 48:34you should all go attend and so I think a huge amount of the Boost came from her community I'm starting to call the AI haters analog
263. 48:50artists curiously close to the total number of billionaires in the world what's that the uh the the uh the the
264. 48:58number of people that showed up at AI festiv us I like it I'll take it yeah Vicky was the chief cat hurder she was
265. 49:05definitely the the chief cat [Laughter] herter oh man so yeah so that was that whatever
266. 49:20what other question did you have have you thought about the outcome oh the outcome um well like one of the outcomes was when we ended the
267. 49:31event the attendees did not accept that reality so so they created their own Afterparty after 36 hours of hanging out
268. 49:43with the likes of us they were like we're not going to let this drop we're gon to go hang out and so they went and
269. 49:49hung out for I guess the rest of the night I don't [ __ ] know I was going to drop in but I knew if I dropped in I
270. 49:55wouldn't get out um Kyle you've got two people waiting to present NE wanting to present next year you know what's you
271. 50:01know what's amazing Mimi is we have we have way more than two a bunch of the speakers said I want to reserve slots
272. 50:10for next year so I this this is a model so let me let me tell you the thing that I'm happiest about with
273. 50:18this when we first created the salon one of the things that immediately started happening it's just this happens in
274. 50:25every Community right right you got a bunch of people that sign up and never do anything you got a bunch of people
275. 50:31that sign up and do stuff for a little bit and then fade off and then you end up with some some amount of people some
276. 50:36core amount of people in any Community IM emerge As Leaders right they they just take over and they they welcome
277. 50:44people in and they're nice and they're helpful and they're good and that of course started happening within the AI
278. 50:50salon and one of the reasons we created guilds within the salon was we didn't have a place for that for that
279. 50:57leadership to be channeled we didn't have we didn't have an opportunity for people to you know put that energy somewhere
280. 51:05and so that's why we we created guilds what I love about AI festivas is it gives members of the community and
281. 51:13opportunity to put themselves out there like one of the things we talk about if you haven't seen the AI Salon oh and I
282. 51:20want to talk about this too an and I talked about this today if when you first go to the salon you land on this welcome page
283. 51:27and the welcome page is a video from Leah faston and I who started the salon and we talked about I used we used to
284. 51:35call this the journey to AI literacy and I've I've changed that today I actually changed this today um after a conversation with
285. 51:44an I don't think you can be AI literate right now because things are moving too fast right I talk in here all the time about
286. 51:53I'm not an expert and no one's an expert anyone that tells you they're an expert is full of [ __ ] because things are moving too fast
287. 52:01but you can be ready you can be ready for what's coming right so the journey to AI Readiness is is what this is all
288. 52:10about but in this in this journey it's it's a three-step journey um quick chatty DD okay my crisis has been where are all the medical
289. 52:21breakthroughs we we've got music images podcast Etc but where's the medical so ton SK the medical stuff is going to take
290. 52:30longer anywhere where you've got someone's life on the line is going to take longer right driving right autonomous driving is you know we
291. 52:41thought this would be here five years ago we're a decade or 15 years into it and it's still not quite there it's
292. 52:48still close um autonomous flying of commercial airliners not happening right now um we do have a bit of robotic surgery but
293. 52:59it is all you know teleportation kind of [ __ ] rather than autonomous robots doing the surgery um if your medical issue is with janky
294. 53:11hands we've got you covered um and and every you know things have to go through the FDA right you can't make claims that
295. 53:18you've cured something without It Go without it going through testing so the medical stuff is just going to take
296. 53:25longer it's a much more conservative industry and quite frankly here's the deal medical malpractice and incompetent
297. 53:34doctors kill some large number of people every year right let's say it's a 100,000 shitty drivers kill a 100,000
298. 53:45people a year or 200 or 500 whatever it is medical staff oh medical stuff is happening my friend developed an MRI
299. 53:52test for infants or oh an MRI vest for infants oh okay cool yeah the again when we're in this exponential curve the
300. 54:00problem solving is going to start getting it's going to start coming much more rapidly so I'd say probably in the
301. 54:06next three years we're going to start seeing really dramatic stuff it's just going to be delayed um the the problem with it is if
302. 54:15you have one Tesla you know kill someone because self-driving was bad that makes the headlines a 100,000 people you know
303. 54:24killed by just bad drivers no it's just completely ignored same with human doctors just performing bad medical care
304. 54:33right but the first you know robot doctor that causes someone's death that's going to make the headlines right
305. 54:40so so it's just it's just a natural transition that we're in the middle of is why that will come later okay back to
306. 54:47this thing with with the salon the journey to AI Readiness play first just play play with the tools right this
307. 54:54entire weekend was about playing with the tools mindfully Crea is once you learn a little bit now start to build

314. 55:47fantastic fantastic like so so here's here's what we got to you're not AI literate now but you're probably AI ready you're least ready to
315. 55:56know how to think about it how to experiment with it and so this journey is play first mindfully create and then
316. 56:03generously lead this generously lead thing is super important because because things are moving so fast no single
317. 56:11person can learn enough about anything to actually have any kind of Mastery it's just it's it's it is functionally impossible
318. 56:24there's too much too fast when you're in a community CJ Fletcher figures out how to do kind of what I
319. 56:31would call Deep prompting and and Kelly Camp learns how to apply things to business like Jim Ross figures out how
320. 56:40to apply things to his business like everyone's got these different lenses that they look at this stuff
321. 56:46through what the AI Festivus event did was it it gave what ended up being a really big stage to the smartest people
322. 56:56the natural leaders that were already in the community already being generous what blew me away more than anything is
323. 57:03is it was to a person we said hey would you you know would you want to you know participate yep I'm in just tell me
324. 57:11where to be like here's my here's my schedule I've got you know these six family events I've got to attend but
325. 57:17I've got a 4-Hour block here and a two-hour block here if you can squeeze me in I'll do it not a question and that ended up being a
326. 57:25really powerful thing for all the for all the speakers right and it ended up being an incredibly powerful thing for the for the
327. 57:33attendees because they they just got this schoras board and for the people that sat there through the two days
328. 57:39through 24 hours of this just think about like all of what washed over them and all the perspective shifts and at
329. 57:47some point they're checking out and they're making nachos and their you know Uncle Bob's coming in and talking about
330. 57:54politics and then they go back to the festiv US and they learn a little bit more and then they go back and it's all just kind of seeping
331. 58:01in those people that sat through that 24 hours and kind of went through the marathon with us I guarantee you they're
332. 58:08in a very different place right now than they were at the beginning of it promise you I like we've got you
333. 58:14should see the testimonials that we've got like this changed people's lives it changed people's lives cuno
334. 58:26did we get any new members of the AI Salon we got a lot I I don't know if you're in here Vicky but do you know do
335. 58:34you know how many how many we got it was a lot because normally when we get when in the introduce yourself section this
336. 58:42section I normally have like one or two or three a week right I tell people to go go here all the time but see all
337. 58:50these ones where I I I don't have the hearts checked that these are all new people so like there's so so just even
338. 58:57in the past day there's been so I would I'm guessing 3400 but probably more than that the other thing that was really
339. 59:09cool is let me go back to this thing um if I go to Regional these were we had 950 attendees from the United States we had 650 from
340. 59:26Europe 450 from Asia 150 from Africa 855 from South America and then um 50 from Australia New Zealand oceanana like that's a [ __ ] Global
341. 59:42event like that's a global event right you can call it Global if two people from London show up we we had 650 people from
342. 59:53Europe 450 people from from Asia 150 from Africa I mean holy [ __ ] Vicky on YouTube about 700 new members of the
343. 1:00:08salon to put that in context the salon we were at 1,200 when when we switched from Discord to Mighty networks we pretty
344. 1:00:21quickly got to about a thousand and then we we kind of bumped up to 200 and then over the next year year and a half we just broke
345. 1:00:312000 maybe a month ago not even three weeks ago so we just added 700 people to the AI Salon that's [ __ ] huge that's [ __ ]
346. 1:00:45huge like just percentage wise so to say that the the AI Festivus was a success like it was a it was a success
347. 1:00:56beyond what we could have imagined and for an event that literally was a vapor of an idea 15 days before it

352. 1:01:50with the AI Salon you know you're in the no so um I don't think we're quite there yet but I think this event is very much in the right
353. 1:02:03direction what I love about this event is it wasn't just the AI salon right Ann's got I think 1,700 members of
354. 1:02:12she leads AI or something like that she's got a lot of that and we now have 2700 people we had 2,000 people in AI
355. 1:02:20salon and then we've got those other communities that we had speakers come from and then Sabrina Romanov brought a
356. 1:02:26bunch of people from her community all these communities overlapping is a very good thing you might think oh that's
357. 1:02:34competitive and those are your people no no no no no no no we are in an expansive an exponentially expansive
358. 1:02:42phase of AI development right now so the more people we can get involved anywhere like it doesn't matter where they go if
359. 1:02:51they're involved and in the conversation we all win um the Woodstock of AI it was kind of a Woodstock of AI I mean it was I
360. 1:03:01mean look at the look at those stats the global stats and look at the engagement I mean the engagement was Bonkers too
