26. 6:08rather than it just turning but the wheels are actually rolling and and they actually turn toward in the direction of the
27. 6:15turn I've never had I've never had a video thing ever be able to do this one ever the car either doesn't move or it
28. 6:24moves and it looks like it's just being dragged by a cable because the wheels aren't rolling so um unfortunately we're not going to
29. 6:35be able to play a ton with Sora because it their servers are so jam-packed full of people trying to make videos of goat
30. 6:45people uh but we'll play with that we'll play with that today um lots of other stuff that happened today
31. 6:57um on the same say that Sundar Pai so Sundar Pai is the CEO of Google and he basically got up on stage
32. 7:07today and said yeah all this AI shit's slowing down like we're [Music] plateauing and then he launches a new
33. 7:19version of Gemini with a 2 million token context window and they they announce this chip called will a Quantum Computing chip where
34. 7:36Google has cracked a perennial problem in quantum computers namely every time you add a cubit which is basically a
35. 7:47processor it's a it's a it's a bit in a Quantum State it's both on and off at the same time for all of the parallel
36. 7:55universes in all of the whatever the [ __ ] parallel univers versus go into the Matrix I suppose every time you add a new
37. 8:05Cubit it exponentially increases the errors that the system generates their new chip fixes that they've been trying to fix this for 30
38. 8:20years the error rate in quantum computers has essentially been the gating the gating factor and again talking about this as
39. 8:30if I know what I'm talking about I don't if you ask me anything deeper than this I I will fall apart no I won't actually
40. 8:38I'll refer to uh 01 or Gemini to tell me what the [ __ ] going on but as far as I understand it this is what's going on
41. 8:47they've solved that and their little their little Willow chip an unassuming little name they gave it a a a
42. 8:56mathematical Benchmark problem and and it solved in five minutes what would take today's fastest supercomputer 10 to the 25 years so it's
43. 9:10like 10 septian or no wait 20 25 septian I don't know some long number no I think it's 10 to the 25th yeah 10 to the 25th so 10 sep septian
44. 9:23years today's fastest supercomputer for this problem would take significantly more years than the universe is
45. 9:35old to solve and it solved it in five [Music] minutes and I think it I think it has like
46. 9:49150 150 cubits in it or something like that um I did see I did see a uh a post about it that saidis this the end
47. 10:01of Bitcoin right is this just going to crack cryptography apparently to crack Bitcoin you need a processor with more
48. 10:09than 500 cubits on it well we're at 150 so I would say that that encryption encryption probably ain't around for a whole lot longer
49. 10:25yikes it's gonna be fine it's gonna be fine you know at at least the the AIS aren't trying to um escape and replicate

56. 11:51the researchers were talking amongst themselves about shutting down 01 like turning it off and 2% of the
57. 12:00time it basically tried to replicate itself and all of its weights onto another server so that they couldn't touch

61. 12:47Sora turbo which is based on Sora 1.0 which they showed us back in March so this is old Sora so as good as this is
62. 12:58the Sora that was demo that someone took secret video of like in the past week was Sora 2.0 and that that we don't have
63. 13:06access to so we don't really know anything about that so this is the old Sora so the the sort of jankiness in the
64. 13:14physics here feels familiar it feels like the [ __ ] we saw before um there's all sorts of weird um uh restrictions about who can use it
65. 13:27which I can talk to in a second um Sora videos oh good Danielle has has shared some Sora videos in Irregulars we'll go check those out
66. 13:39cool Quantum cry cryptography yeah so I think I think that at the point at which quantum computers screw screw with
67. 13:47cryptography then I think we do have a new kind of cryptography however I don't because Bitcoin is on
68. 13:57the blockchain I don't I don't think you can just up and replace its cryptography algorithm right I don't know I don't
69. 14:06know enough quite about how Bitcoin uh is structured and if it's designed to be upgradeable but lots of restrictions on what you can use for

76. 15:54reasoning engine as well as chat GPT Pro which is 200 bucks a month which if it was just access to a fancier version of
77. 16:0401 you're like that seems Mighty pricey but now now that they launch Sora Pro members get 500 Generations a
78. 16:16month plus members get 50 Generations a month so 10 times more Generations in in the priority q and then unlimited Generations in the
79. 16:28rela relaxed queue right so um Plus members get no Generations in the relaxed queue I I suppose you just got
80. 16:37to Pony up the bucks if you want more than 50 generations of Sora so so all of a sudden the uh the uh 200 bucks a month and I have a
81. 16:48feeling they're going to add some other things to that Self Storage show Jim Ross win for the day landed a property management
82. 16:55client today by demoing an AI voice agent making customer service calls boom boom if you don't know Jim

89. 17:58he's like a Golden Retriever with enthusiasm for AI and he has figured out he's like more than anyone I know has
90. 18:06figured out how to incorporate AI into his business you're like well what could he possibly do in storage I don't know
91. 18:12marketing one night I taught people how to make songs on sunno when when sunno first came out and Jim was like that's
92. 18:18cool I just met with a guy let me make him a song about storage and he sent it to him while we were on the live he
93. 18:25actually landed the client in five minutes because he sent him a song because it that doesn't make any
94. 18:32sense why would you write someone a song you just met with that's not possible and yet it was and so he just said [ __ ]
95. 18:40it and so today he just landed another client by creating an AI agent and saying why don't you call up this number
96. 18:48and talk to this AI agent I just made for your business unbelievable Kudos man that's awesome so anyway be like Jim be like Jim

112. 22:19you're paying 20 bucks a month and you want to use Sora you could essentially use it for a project that maybe you want to
113. 22:30generate a minute not even a minute 30 seconds worth of final video you could probably do one project
114. 22:37a month so if you're if you're just like toying with it then that's what then it's th this is essentially in line with
115. 22:45every other video Generation Um software out there they're all they're all really [ __ ] expensive all right what's this say from Ocean
116. 22:59so yes we trust AI more than human how I wouldn't say we trust AI more than human however wouldn't AI GPT use all this information one day
117. 23:11against us I asked this question to Pi and didn't get a satisfied answer um uh so here's the thing humans humans are still directing
118. 23:26the AI right there's a hyp hypothetical situation where the AI goes Rogue we we have no evidence that that's that that's
119. 23:35going to happen um you do have Bad actors you do have you do have people that um that are going to use AI for nefarious
120. 23:46purposes but you also have people that have the same powerful AI tools that are going to you know hunt those people down
121. 23:52and prevent them from doing bad nefarious things so we'll see I don't know I don't know I don't know hanging on to the question for a little

160. 31:43you don't get [ __ ] here if you're a 20 Buck a month member you get about they say 50 videos a month I would
161. 31:53argue it's probably more like 30 and then of one that are usable it's probably like 10 maybe eight so you get like you get like two
162. 32:05videos a week that you can use if you pay 20 bucks a month if you pay 100 or 200 bucks a month you get the
163. 32:16new fancy reasoning engine plus you get an actual usable amount of Sora video um and and you actually get unlimited um
164. 32:25rate limited like slowed down renders um so if you're going to do anything in video and quite frankly I kind of feel
165. 32:34like this with um with uh with the other video sites as well expect to spend a couple hundred bucks a month if you're
166. 32:43going to do any amount of video or and I strongly recommend this apply for every creative partner program for every every platform out
167. 32:55there all the image generation tools all the video generation tools all of them without most with some exceptions have

176. 34:29replicated one of their ads with AI only all the real filmmakers out there said this is a piece of [ __ ]

384. 1:16:14so like they sort of look okay we're like okay if we speed that one up we could combine that one with this other
385. 1:16:21one and it would sort of look like an edit and it would sort of look like they're doing what we want them to do

533. 1:46:48six or seven at night so we're GNA go all day Friday all day Saturday we are gonna take a break Friday night and
534. 1:46:56actually sleep because we were stupid last year and just did it for 24 hours but all day Friday all day Saturday the
535. 1:47:0527th and 28th every hour is going to be a different teacher from from the AI Salon community and from Irregulars and
536. 1:47:14just from people that we know that are good with AI teaching different things so one hour might be mid Journey one

577. 1:53:08had to then go learn what AI does is it's already learned it and you just ask it to tell it just to teach it to you
578. 1:53:18and it's like it's just a fundamentally different experience and yeah I think your experience with in two hours you
579. 1:53:25learned more than you learned in a four-year degree that's what I think we all have the opportunity to do every
580. 1:53:31[ __ ] day if we wanted to it's exhausting to you know try to take in that much [ __ ] but it really is the kind
581. 1:53:38of thing where you're like I could start on a Saturday morning with a with a topic that I'm completely clueless in
582. 1:53:46and by the end of the day on Sunday have built something with domain expertise like significantly beyond what should be
