11:21 business it could be you build gpts for
11:25 people it could be you set up AI
11:29 automations using zapier or things like
11:32 that it could
11:34 be you just get really damn good at this
11:37 stuff and someone hires
11:40 you so lots and lots of ways but don't
11:42 lead with the
11:45 technology if you start with how do I
11:47 use AI to make
11:49 money
11:51 well how do I use Photoshop to make
11:54 money how do I use Microsoft Word to
11:56 make money how do I use a fork to make
11:59 money
12:02 it's a weird
12:05 question but if you're like everyone's
12:07 struggling with there's there's some of
12:09 these Foods they fall off the
12:11 spoon and uh we got to hold them somehow
12:15 when we try to cut them with the
12:17 knife you invent the
12:19 fork and now you've made money with

12:26 fork it's about not being able to stab

18:30 but if you can afford the 20 bucks at
18:31 all like give up some Starbucks once or
18:34 twice a month to pay for
18:38 it it's absolutely worth it but most
18:41 people who say they use chat GPT don't
18:44 use chat
18:46 gp4 most people that use chat gp4 just
18:50 kind of use it like Google they don't
18:53 use it a lot and they use it in a really
18:55 narrow window so I'm going to show you

21:13 for you like programming like actual

21:21 a thing flash on the thing when I click
21:24 on the thing and it will do it um you
21:29 can also do something called uh
21:32 markdown if you if you say to chat GPT
21:36 write me a an article for LinkedIn on
21:38 the following topic and you give it some
21:41 good context and then you say formatted
21:44 and markdown so it's easier to read here

38:52 so there's your whiteboard there's your

38:57 actually what we just asked the the
38:59 person before that asked how do you make
39:00 money with you can make money with ch
39:03 and I said you know you you don't start
39:04 with the tool you start with the problem
39:06 and so solve is rather than ask what can
39:09 I do with AI ask how can I use AI to
39:13 solve some
39:15 problem and then a really good way to do
39:18 this a really good way to get unstuck
39:20 for how to understand how to use chat
39:21 gbt is do projects for other people and
39:25 if you're just getting started out and
39:26 you like you have zero confidence which
39:29 like right now if like I've got like a
39:33 confidence of two out of a 100 right so
39:37 if you're at zero you're not that much
39:39 further back than I am but you know just
39:42 do something for family or friends you
39:44 know may maybe I don't know you're you
39:49 you want to help someone do a kids book
39:51 for their kids right or you got a
39:53 community center or creative project you
39:56 want to help someone do a creative
39:57 project so so find problems that other
39:59 people have and ask them if you if you
40:02 can solve their problem using
40:05 AI um and then it on the work side of
40:08 things it could be at work but it could
40:09 be doing business kind of stuff there's
40:13 kind of two levels that I the way the
40:14 way I break this down one is business
40:16 process so think of business process as
40:19 internal things that if you really [ __ ]
40:22 them up it won't matter cuz it's just an
40:25 internal process as opposed to business
40:29 product which is that's where you're
40:30 putting stuff in front of customers or
40:32 in front of the public so start with
40:35 projects for others and then move on to
40:38 business process things like you could
40:39 summarize meetings you could create a
40:41 GPT that drafts emails you could do
40:43 creative brainstorming you could do
40:45 planning and then as you start to get
40:48 your head around these tools then you
40:50 can start to do oh maybe I can start to
40:51 do marketing content or product
40:54 explanations or videos about our
40:55 products or things like that right so
40:58 that's
40:59 solve play solve share and then the
41:03 third one
41:05 share look Cindy [ __ ] that's for you are
41:08 you in here I did a little raccoon for

41:15 share and establish yourself as an AI
41:19 expert even though you feel clueless not
41:23 a single person on this call not a
41:26 single person in the AI salon

41:35 this stuff it's too new it's changing

41:39 fast so the reason you want to share is
41:42 when you share and when you educate and
41:44 when you say out loud in the world I'm

41:51 learn and what it also does is it starts
41:54 to establishing it starts to establish
41:56 you in your Comm
41:58 Community as someone who knows something
42:01 about AI you don't need to know a
42:04 lot because there's so many people that
42:06 know nothing
42:09 so being visible will provide increasing
42:12 oh have a typo look at that this is why

42:16 people look humans hallucinate worse
42:18 than GPT does um where to share share in
42:23 social media LinkedIn Facebook share on
42:26 blogs shareing communities like the AI
42:29 Salon um share in professional circles
42:32 and
42:33 work personal networks and family oh God
42:36 I wouldn't want to tell my family I'm
42:37 doing this why not Oh They'll hate they
42:40 say they hate AI well okay one of them's
42:43 probably going to get laid off in the
42:45 next two years because of it so at some
42:47 point they'll come knocking on your door
