24:06 can work on a project together
24:11 period we can communicate during the Tik
24:15 Tok lives but we also have a Discord
24:17 Channel where we can communicate
24:20 period I'd like to come up with both
24:23 ideas of a project we can work on
24:25 together but also how we can figure out
24:30 who's good at what and divvy up the work
24:32 period can you help
24:34 me come up with a
24:40 plan a project management framework and
24:43 a pile of
24:45 ideas okay oh my God that was a minute
24:49 and a half of of me prompting it this
24:52 three minute thing has absolutely got to

2:01:18 forever to even get it in the

2:01:25 these rules topics should be determined
2:01:27 by a combination of what he says and how
2:01:30 long he talked on the topic longer

2:01:35 imply they are more important I tried to
2:01:38 do that with time code and oh it was
2:01:42 just a nightmare like I it seems to be
2:01:45 decent here but it's not great um select
2:01:47 the topics that will appeal to a broad
2:01:49 audience audience list the topic
2:01:50 chronologically in this format hour hour
2:01:52 minute minute 7 to 10 word topic
2:01:55 description be sure to capture the topic
2:01:57 so anyway so I pop it in there and so
2:02:01 it's now it it now goes and reads that
2:02:03 whole transcript and it'll take I don't
2:02:05 know 30 seconds or
2:02:07 so oh my God this is brilliant who did

2:03:51 very inconsistent but so now that that's
2:03:54 written now I just come over to YouTube
2:03:58 and I go
2:04:00 to the YouTube Studio the back
2:04:04 end and go to content and this was the
2:04:09 12th so there's the
2:04:11 12th and then I just pop this in the
2:04:14 description I pull out the title pop
2:04:18 that in the title
2:04:21 and get rid of the spaces in
2:04:27 between all these things see how manual
2:04:30 and janky ass this is I try I tried to
2:04:34 tell it to like create these chapters
2:04:36 without spaces in between them it just
2:04:38 it just [ __ ] it

2:17:58 one I just demoed with the screenplay
2:18:00 and with making the YouTube uh
2:18:02 description uh Bing is Microsoft's
2:18:05 version of chat GPT it's Bing is just
2:18:08 this side of useless right now because
2:18:10 its safety guard rails are so egregious
2:18:13 that it's it's just it's a piece of [ __ ]
2:18:15 but it's free it has 3 in it and it's
2:18:19 connected to the internet so if you
2:18:21 can't afford to pay the the 20 bucks
2:18:23 there Bing is a really good alternative
2:18:26 um Bard is free Claude Claude Claude has
2:18:30 let you do some stuff for free but they
2:18:31 really limited that so I pay the 20
2:18:33 bucks for Claude just so I can use it
2:18:36 more um Pi is what we nickname chatty
2:18:40 GPT so if you get the IOS app you can
2:18:42 put it in conversation mode and just
2:18:44 talk to it it's really good perplexity
2:18:47 doai I use I use a fair amount it's good
2:18:49 for citations and things like that but
2:18:52 the new chat GPT browse with Bing is
2:18:56 also doing that now I discovered that
2:18:58 tonight uh and then POS worth playing
2:19:00 with so that's it on the large language
2:19:03 models so Chachi BT Bard Claude and
2:19:07 Bing
2:19:08 Pi perplexity and PO for the images um
2:19:15 Dolly 3 within chat GPT I'm going to
2:19:17 actually cancel my mid Journey um
2:19:20 account although maybe I won't I don't
2:19:22 know mid journey is better for art but
2:19:25 Dolly 3 inside um chat gbt is just like
2:19:28 nothing I've ever experienced it's
2:19:30 really good and and it's the image
2:19:32 quality is is it's pretty close to Mid
2:19:35 Journey it can do text um but it it's
2:19:39 just it's better um ideogram was a
2:19:41 darling for about 3 weeks and then Dolly
2:19:43 3 came out um the the Adobe stuff if
2:19:47 you're in business business the Adobe
2:19:49 stuff has not been trained on
2:19:50 copywritten um data so it's safer all
2:19:55 right he uploaded a screenplay he wrote
