13. 3:12every fliping night so on these lives I've been going live now it's going on four months so it's like three and a half
14. 3:22months every night for like 2 and 1 half or 3 hours and normally it's just an add Fest and we joke and we do all that
15. 3:29stuff talk about stuff but I actually came up with a game show so so we're going to let me let me this probably going to suck but you
16. 3:42know this is how all the great things start you start janky and then you work your way up there we go there's Chad add
17. 3:52let's see we'll put we'll put some other AI learning lab over here so it looks I think that one could be good if

56. 10:55to be chat GPT I can use all of the modes so I can use 3.5 or four I can use plugins I can use code interpreter browse with Bing Dolly I've
57. 11:08got I've got all the goodies I got all the toys oh we can read images Impressions and prizes surprise surprise

127. 23:51period in the past few weeks a lot of people have been generating good ideas and funny images and the idea came up that we
128. 24:05can work on a project together period we can communicate during the Tik Tok lives but we also have a Discord
129. 24:16Channel where we can communicate period I'd like to come up with both ideas of a project we can work on
130. 24:25together but also how we can figure out who's good at what and divvy up the work period can you help me come up with a
131. 24:39plan a project management framework and a pile of ideas okay oh my God that was a minute and a half of of me prompting it this
132. 24:51three minute thing has absolutely got to go all right the next one we're going to do okay the idea collection phase use a
133. 24:58platform like Trello or a SAA so Trello maybe um skill set inventory phase fill out a Google form or use a bot on
134. 25:08Discord all right that's not a bad idea so so we could do a Google form team formation phase based on the skill
135. 25:16set okay whatever planning and execution phase set clearcept review and feedback phase okay that we just need to get
136. 25:22started so project ideas AI art collaborative project member can collaborate on AI generated art use
137. 25:30platforms like Dolly AI music collection a AI meme challenge that could be fun and then we could share memes about the AI learning
138. 25:42lab AI storytelling AI experimentation lab members propose AI experiments like chat Bots game AI or predictive models I
139. 25:51think we want it to have have it be fun right or AI game development tips for effective collaboration open Community
140. 25:59defined roles I I agree with that conflict resolution yeah I think that's good celebrate small wins um
