5. 0:51trying to answer everyone's questions I think I'm just gonna um answer whatever I see most recently and then if I miss some I miss some
6. 1:01and then I'll just try to keep it uh active so I'm still kind of new to the live game I've got three subscribers I

9. 1:26I've been uh obsessed with this stuff for well I've been incredibly curious for about a year and obsessed for about six months and you
10. 1:36know to the point that I started a Tick-Tock Channel which is insanity uh and I started a newsletter and I'm
11. 1:42completely re-architecting my business and I I can't keep up with it it's impossible to keep up with but it's just
12. 1:48it's absolutely wild so I know a lot of people are just joining so this is the AI learning lab ask any questions that
13. 1:54you want about AI I'll do my best to answer them the reason I have that URL on screen that will that's a an image
14. 2:02that I created in stable diffusion here let me start project called Kyle Shannon dreams and it's just it's one that I
15. 2:08just love the image and it's the kind of thing that I would have created had I had the talent and then stable diffusion
16. 2:15and mid-journey now give me the talent that I never had on the drawing front use the question feature how do I use the question feature
17. 2:24hipness Factor I don't know what to do um all right I'm gonna use the question feature let me see uh
18. 2:38all right I don't see it in my three dots what's that interact is it interact I don't know tell me how to use the
19. 2:45question feature if you have questions about AI pop them in there um if you've never used chat GPT that's the official URL
20. 2:53um you can there there's now an official IOS app called um thank you hallucinate I know I need help right it's it's pathetic it's it's

24. 3:41AI is going to be good for us older folk because because as the as the tools start to execute the Tactical bits for us what what's really
25. 3:52needed is kind of experience and critical thinking and curation and taste uh and I think we've we've got uh we've
26. 4:00got that like the longer you've been on the planet you just have more of that so that I'm excited about how can I use AI
27. 4:05with confidential information so you can use it in a couple of ways you can um there are a lot of Open Source
28. 4:15um large language models that you can install on a local machine there's one called hang on let me go look for it
29. 4:23I'm like surfing and don't know what I'm doing I sing and hum and do stupid shits so so you're gonna have to deal with
30. 4:30that but let me go see if I can find this there is I think it's called G PT for all yeah gpt4all.io
31. 4:45and what this is there's a Windows installer an OS X installer and a Unix uh Ubuntu I never know how to say that installer
32. 4:54and you can choose which models to which large language models to install there's a bunch of them out there
33. 5:03um I'm trying to think the MPT 7b1 why I know that is is beyond me but if you if if you use this um you're not making any calls to the
34. 5:17internet you're actually installing it on your local machine and then the large language model is um is just being run locally so anything
35. 5:26secure that you want to do with it is just being done locally um if you want to get geekier and go deeper you can do things like Lang chain
36. 5:36and and you know set up a virtual machine on Google collab or on some other tool like that and and do that so um so hopefully that helps
37. 5:46and let me go back to this crafty little bugger that's the official chat GPT URL do you think oh crap I just lost that
38. 5:55question sorry hold please hold oh we'll be back it'll be back carry on carry on um do you think the owner of chatgpt is
39. 6:09saying to slow down on AI for its own business purpose so the owner of chatgpt did not say to slow down Elon Musk and a bunch of other AI um
40. 6:21scientists and things like that called for a six-month um pause in in AI innovation and a week after Elon Musk called for a
41. 6:37six-month pause in an innovation he accepted a delivery of 10 000 gpus and started a competitor to chat gbt so I'm
42. 6:47not and he was just doing it to slow down the competition but you know it no one's going to slow down this this is
43. 6:53this stuff is moving too fast so to give you some some perspective about how quickly this stuff is going I was a I
44. 7:00was there for the early days of the World Wide Web I started one of the first digital agencies in the mid 90s um and and um the uh
45. 7:10the World Wide Web to get to 100 million users took six years six years from like I don't know whatever it was 91 or 92
46. 7:17when Tim bernersley invented it to 100 million users six years um chat CPT six weeks to 100 million users
47. 7:26so this stuff's moving fast I would like to see Chach EBT merge with mid Journey that would be cool do you have do you
48. 7:33hate when dumb people talk about it taking over the world because they can't understand well I don't know that they're dumb they
49. 7:41might be ignorant about what AI is and how it works um I think that we also have 50 years of Hollywood telling us that
50. 7:49the robots are going to kill us [Music] so I think everyone everyone's default just at least in America
51. 7:58the default is the robots are going to kill us they're going to steal our jobs it's going to screw things up and and
52. 8:05and there's a justifiable fear here because these these models these these um large language models are so so capable
53. 8:14there is going to be massive disruption um so I don't hate it when people but here's what I hate I hate when people
54. 8:22have very strong opinions that actually haven't used the tools like I don't mind you hating on AI being
55. 8:29scared of it you know saying it's gonna it's gonna eat our lunch if you've actually used them and if you actually
56. 8:34take the time to understand how they work and and to educate other people then I'm I'm I don't care what opinion
57. 8:41you have I think some people are gonna hate them some are going to love them I happen to be I I have what what I I was
58. 8:47uh I was accused of having adorable optimism on a panel I was on um and and I'll take that I don't mind
59. 8:54that label what's up man finishing up tutorial using chat gbt for deform animations tonight cool man that's really cool
60. 9:02um by the way I if if you're like hey where were you for a week um I was in the corner I got I got Tick
61. 9:08Tock detention they told me I was I was a bad boy they didn't tell me what I said I don't remember what I said but I
62. 9:15obviously said some word that was on the on the evil list and it just went and then I appealed it and they said no

68. 10:15complete speculation and guessing I think that we will have like an easier way to access autonomous agents we'll have like agents that go do
69. 10:25stuff for us I think Apple could be someone that launches that so Apple's got a big event coming up in June
70. 10:33um they've already announced that they're launching voice cloning as part of the next iOS update which is really
71. 10:38interesting so I'd be able to clone my voice and then send voice messages just by texting them or you know
72. 10:45there's reasons that that could be really good and interesting but if they if they actually turn those agents into
73. 10:50things that can perform actions for us so I think there'll be agents um I think that the political season is going to be
74. 10:59insane with misinformation and clones and deep fakes and all that like it's just gonna be Bonkers it's gonna be bonkers um
75. 11:10and I think that within a year um Chet gpt-like capabilities are literally going to be everywhere it's going to be in all the Microsoft
76. 11:19products it's going to be in all the Google products it's going to be in all the screenwriting software you know
77. 11:25um adobe's Firefly all the little tools that they're testing out with firefly will likely get rolled into Photoshop
78. 11:31and illustrator and all that sort of stuff so I think I just think we're gonna see this stuff's gonna be quite
79. 11:35ubiquitous and then I think the next five years it's going to start to be like really significant scientific advancement
80. 11:44um including these large language models they're going to get absolutely crazy take up a lot of space question mark do
81. 11:52I take up a lot of space yeah I'm fairly beefy I take up a fair amount of space [Laughter] musk is just jealous yeah musk is
82. 12:03jealous musk is pissed off because well because musk put 50 million dollars he started open AI he came up with the name
83. 12:09and he's like I want this to be open source and they're like no we need to raise more money we're going to bring in
84. 12:13Microsoft as a partner we're going to turn it into a for-profit company even though it's a fixed profit company and I
85. 12:20don't know if any of you heard this but when Sam Altman was um was uh testifying to to Congress um it doesn't sound like he's got any
86. 12:30ownership in open AI which I find baffling but maybe it's true [Music] I use a lot of AI but I'm also heeding
87. 12:42the warning of foundational experts in the field yeah like Tim Tim uh what's his name Hinton no Jeffrey Hinton Jeff Hinton Godfather of AI
88. 12:52saying that this stuff is scary yeah naughty naughty I know I was naughty I got I got booted I got kicked into the corner um
89. 12:59I think it might do the same for my work okay wait uh it's cut a lot of time out of my work outlines rough drafts
90. 13:05summarizing yeah that kind of stuff it's brilliant for um oh thank you for sharing the live I appreciate that if you have any um
91. 13:12questions about AI just drop them in the uh in the comments I'm doing my best to keep up with them take your time to
92. 13:18learn how to communicate with it um yeah the the if you're if you're new to chat GPT that's the URL for it right
93. 13:26there I don't I don't have any affiliation with them I just that that's the official site there's just a lot of
94. 13:31scam sites out there so I don't want people to get scammed um a good way to start thinking about chat GPT is to think about it as
95. 13:41uh like a collaborative assistant rather than thinking I put in the perfect prompt and get back the perfect answer
96. 13:48start thinking about it more like no I'm gonna set it up we're gonna I'm gonna start talking to it like like right now
97. 13:54I need to write a paper and so it's going to be my writing assistant it's going to help me clarify my outline and
98. 14:01rearrange the outline and then it's going to help me flesh out the outline and then maybe it'll give me an idea for
99. 14:05an opening paragraph and then I'll go run off and do some work then I'll come back and and if you go back and forth
100. 14:11with it like that a you learn how to prompt but you also start you'll you'll start to get that this is a very
101. 14:17different kind of interaction than a Google search this is not just you put in a single thing and you get back an
102. 14:23answer it is much more like you've got access to I don't know eighty percent of the knowledge of humanity at your fingertips
103. 14:32what are you gonna do with it and you can do a lot it's it's just remarkable um all right it's staggering how it
104. 14:40helps you comb your way to a result that that's exactly what it feels like right like my experience with chat gbt and
105. 14:48with all the large language models other than Bard which sucks right now um is that I'll kind of have a whisper
106. 14:56of an idea like a very vague idea and I'll go oh let me try to jump in with chat GPT and I'll jump in and say I kind
107. 15:04of have this vague idea and that will come up like like a fully fleshed out version of it and I'm like oh no that's
108. 15:12not quite it and then I'll say you know change it this way boom out it comes oh that's really good and then that'll give me some ideas and
109. 15:19I'm like well wait what's the I remember you know some I don't know quote that that sort of sounded like this what was
110. 15:26that quote and it'll go oh that quote was said by this person and here's the exact quote um by the way the new um if you're a part of
111. 15:36um GPT plus you now have access to um web browsing and plugins and so web browsing so here's so so if you haven't
112. 15:47used chat GPT chat GPT up to this point was not connected to the internet so if you ask it something about current events
113. 15:56um it it would basically just say my knowledge ends at September 2021. um but now that this is connected to the
114. 16:04internet I'll show you a cool thing here so I'm in Denver right now and it's really Smoky out so why is it smoky in Denver question mark
115. 16:15and it's going to tell us so right so what that says you can't quite see it it says browsing the web and then it's it rewrote what I asked
116. 16:24for um to to do a search and now it's clicked on a link and I think you can open this up some of them you can
117. 16:30actually see what it's doing so it went to the Denver Post and it says it's thinking so I assume that means it's summarizing the article
118. 16:39and hopefully here the smoke in Denver is due to numerous wildfires burning in western Canada particularly in the province of Alberta
119. 16:49these fires have been burning um Drive education leading to 1800 square miles being burned which is 10 times the norm for this time of year
120. 17:00so this has given me a really long answer I mean what's what's interesting about chat GPT and these large language
121. 17:05models is there they're not always consistent in how they and how they respond I asked this question right
122. 17:13before I went on live and it gave me a single sentence it's smoky in Denver because of fires in western Canada that
123. 17:20was it that just wrote me a novel about about climate change and how you know things are bad um [Music]
124. 17:34plug-ins yeah plugins are very cool the the plugins are a little um they're a little raw they're a little janky as they say
125. 17:43let me see if I can show you how to yeah then you get this little drop down menu right here and these are the ones I've
126. 17:53got installed but you can go to the plug-in store and there are why do I only have two pages of plugins oh that's popular
127. 18:06let me look at all of them hold okay I've got 14 oh wow they added more I've got 32 Pages 32 times 4 120 plugins
128. 18:18so Tasty Recipes rental search there's a bunch of new ones in here um did they add search yet no there's no
129. 18:26search you can't you can't search for plugins so you literally have to just click Page by Page it's up to 32 Pages now creature generator
130. 18:36oh this is cool okay so I'm going to install this okay so so it's called creature generator creates a random creature from
131. 18:43an and an image wait and an image it for use in role-playing games okay so so I've I've installed it so now what you
132. 18:52do you leave the the store and you go to this little drop down menu and I've got zapier turned on I'm going
133. 19:02to turn that off so you can use up to three plugins in a session basically and I'm gonna go turn on creature generator and then I'll say um
134. 19:15make me a dragon before a new D and D game um that uh breathes
135. 19:29fire and lives in a cave because I'm not creative let's see what it does now it should fire up yeah so it says using creature generator
136. 19:43so what the plugins do is they send your prompt to open AI open AI then figures out um it kind of parses what you asked for and then
137. 19:56um and then the plug and then it basically says do any of do any of the plugins I have installed do what was just asked and then it sends a
138. 20:08it sends a thing and it wrote some code so it wrote name cave crawler cave crawlers are small anthropo anthropod
139. 20:16like creatures that inhabit the underground hit points 30 speed 30 strength eight dexterity 18. and then now it's creating I think it
140. 20:27created the image and then hopefully it'll actually display the image but that might just be a link to it we'll see
141. 20:36we'll see when this finishes hopefully it's some cool dragon so I assume what they're doing is that's just
142. 20:47yeah oh cool not really a dragon it's it's more like a it's more like a like a bed bug gone bad and a dragon so
143. 20:58I assume that means they're using Dolly too because Dolly two's gotta gotta well first of all dolly two is crappy uh
144. 21:06and but anyway that's how plugins work they're pretty cool okay your screen reminds me of when I wrote basic on a
145. 21:14Radio Shack computer yeah yeah that was my first uh my first computer in 1977 was a Radio Shack trash 80. I learned basic on it as well
146. 21:24all right do all the plugins come with plus yes and I and you can even go find other ones um it was Smoky here just a couple of
147. 21:38days ago Cool Joe well not cool but I'm glad it cleared up um I sent it transcripts of discussions and it turns it into cohesive content ah
148. 21:46here's another cool thing okay traded with the 4000 token limit and you try to paste a transcript in and it's too long and it fails for you
149. 21:55go to po.com poe.com which has a bunch of uh different models that you can choose
150. 22:09from you can also create um Bots chat bots on your own um but looky here at this Claude instant 100K so you have to be a subscriber
151. 22:22um I think it's 20 bucks a month um so so I know yet another 20 subscription there's just gonna be you know thousands of these things um
152. 22:34you know I might have someone here picking something up anyway um with it with a hundred thousand uh token
153. 22:41limit with with Claude instant you can put in up to 75 000 words so you could literally copy and paste a novel into um
154. 22:52into the chat window and um start asking questions about the novel so pretty amazing okay you have to treat it like an employee yes you do
155. 23:07how did you do that teach us how did I do what Emilio's wife I don't know what I did tell me what I did and I'll teach you
156. 23:15what did I do what did I do uh could it have written a more elaborate response because it was second time you asked no it doesn't seem to it
157. 23:23doesn't seem to be um it doesn't have memory like that it doesn't have memory across sessions it's got kind of memory within a session and
158. 23:32then open AI is using some of what we contribute to contribute to a fine-tuning model but it does not have memory across um
159. 23:41sessions you'd have to use something like Lang chain and a vector database to start you there will be things there will be
160. 23:51things like this that do have memory in the future we're just early right now they don't have memory like that
161. 23:57do all the plugins come with plus yes cool and scary thought um okay it's easy to get overwhelmed so many apps and tools popping up tips on
162. 24:05solid info sources um I've got a newsletter called everyday AI that's free this is not it's not a sales pitch
163. 24:16um but if you go to it's it's at beehive.com and we're up to issue 19 we started it back in December
164. 24:27um there's like every issue has got some commentary on what went on in the week and then like like this week
165. 24:35um you know here come the robots here come the prophets Elon Musk basically said in the shareholder meeting that he
166. 24:41thinks that the total addressable market for personal robots is every per one robot per human being on Earth so he
167. 24:48said it's like 10.7 billion robots is what we're gonna sell and he goes maybe two per person so that's Elon um so that's a good source
168. 25:00um Rachel Woods here on Tick Tock I think her her channel is called AI the AI Exchange she's good um there's a guy on YouTube he's okay he's
169. 25:15a little I don't know plasticy for me named Matt wolf but he's he's he puts out a lot of content and it's got good information in it uh um
170. 25:27oh someone's just complaining that that thing didn't give me what I wanted it wasn't a dragon that's probably because
171. 25:32they use Dolly and Dolly sucks um the the other thing about getting overwhelmed is it's it's absolutely
172. 25:41overwhelming right now so what I've done like even though I'm doing this newsletter and I've got this Channel and
173. 25:47I'm trying to learn all this [ __ ] um I I've really just limited what I use it for to to kind of chat GPT and image
174. 25:57things and then an occasional specific tool like if I need music I'll go spin up some music I'll go figure out a tool and spin it up
175. 26:04um one of the one of the best things if you really want to geek out and keep ahead of this stuff is um
176. 26:13futurepedia.io I know there's a couple of these out there but futurepedia.io is a directory of um of AI tools and and they're all
177. 26:24categorized there's music tools and Graphics tools and writing tools and there's too many a day to keep up
178. 26:31with but if you want to kind of try to geek out you can do it there I pay the 20 bucks for chat EBT it saves me so
179. 26:37many hours in stress I'm self-employed yeah I'm telling you these tools are like they're like Talent amplifiers
180. 26:44right so if you're good at whatever copywriting project management um consultant whatever it might be it really does amplify what you can do
181. 26:55it speeds it up it it um it allows you to go deeper and it allows you to speed it up or go more go more quickly wait I said speed it up it
182. 27:04speeds it up you can go more quickly oh and it sort of gives you new ideas you can kind of live at a higher strategic
183. 27:10level when you work with it I think it's a remarkable thing um all the plugins how did I do that okay so so
184. 27:17Amelia's wife I will go back and do this for you because you're off so if you're a part of chat GPT plus
185. 27:28which is the that little yellow thing beside chat EVT you'll have GPT 3.5 that's their you know original model and then you have gpt4
186. 27:40in order to get to those so you have to pay the 20 bucks a month to get chat gbt Plus in order to get to those you have
187. 27:46to enable them so you go to your name and you click on settings and then in settings you've got general
188. 27:53settings you've got data controls by the way if if you don't want um uh your stuff to be used by open Ai and
189. 28:01you don't want it to retain a history which is where some of the security holes are you can turn off chat history
190. 28:06and training but if you turn that off you'll lose all your chat history so make sure you hit the export data button
191. 28:12first okay so that's that's anything you can do here the other thing you can do here is beta features and you turn on
192. 28:18web browsing and plugins and once you have those turned on now when you go to gpt4 you can use the default mode which is just normal gpt4
193. 28:31without access to the internet you can use web browsing mode which is now it'll search the internet and then you can use plug-in mode
194. 28:43and it'll pop up this little menu here and so these are the ones that I've got installed and then but you can only
195. 28:53activate one of three per session so you sort of figure out okay like here's one called ask your PDF where you can upload a PDF to
196. 29:01it here's one on music notation here's one on business information there's the creature generator which sucks created a
197. 29:08shitty creature there's kayak there's CL Corner shopping so these are the ones I have installed and at the very bottom of
198. 29:15this list is the thing to the plug-in store and that's where you can go find all of the like if I put new it'll show
199. 29:21me what's new here so here's oh prompt perfect is really cool I'll show you prompt perfect okay so if you don't have
200. 29:27it installed you install it so I already installed prompt perfect so we're going to go back out and it says no plugins enabled so I'm
201. 29:35going to go down I'm going to find prompt perfect I'm going to turn it on and what it says is um type perfect to craft the perfect prompt
202. 29:45every time this is actually really cool so I'm going to put in a prompt here what am I going to say I'm going to
203. 29:51write a crappy prompt I'm going to write the crappy prompt of um make uh help me design uh
204. 30:07Garden for Denver oh wait and before the prompt you have to type the word perfect so if you type the word perfect at the
205. 30:17beginning of the prompt when you have that plug-in installed and I and I said I say perfect help me design a garden for Denver like that
206. 30:26doesn't let's see for like uh for let's say the Denver climate so that's a pretty crappy prompt and so
207. 30:37because I type perfect at the beginning of it it's now going to fire up that plug-in it should yep using prompt perfect so it figured it out
208. 30:49good and now I can I can open it if I want to see what's going on so it looks like it looks like chat gbt is really slow right now
209. 30:59but it says text help me so so I think what it's doing now it's going to rewrite what I wrote and then it's going to rewrite it
210. 31:07yeah so that was my text and now prompt perfect is going to take that and they're going to use whatever
211. 31:13algorithm they did so can you assist me on creating a garden that is well suited for climatic conditions in Denver I'm
212. 31:21looking for guidance on the most appropriate plants layout and maintenance practices that will thrive in the particular environment and then
213. 31:29and then it answers the prompt so so basically behind the scenes it's improving your prompt so that's one
214. 31:34plug-in and there's like 120 of them now so hope that helps um am I only the only one crazy crazy one taking notes in in these lives I I
215. 31:46uh I thank you that's a compliment I think that means there's good information here or I'm saying stuff
216. 31:53that you're gonna blackmail me on later um but I am trying to do my best I really am trying to help this is the AI

228. 33:47mid-journey artists and things like that that's a cool one that one's pretty so that's what's at every day AI
229. 33:55oh Future pedias made by Matt wolf cool is it that's cool yeah I mean man Wolf's good he's just he's just a little slick but you know
230. 34:03that's coming from a guy who is what would be the opposite of slick whatever this is oh man wait we can blackmail you I'd
231. 34:15never considered that yeah just as chat CPT I'll help you write up the letter all right um how can I learn I'm new here ah okay
232. 34:22so this is why I do this so I think the best way to learn right now is just go to that address I'm not affiliated with
233. 34:29it I'm not making any money on this I don't care if you use it or not but if you really want to learn AI
234. 34:34best thing to do is start using it so chat.openai.com that's the official chatgpt website you go there it's really quite simple
235. 34:44once you sign in um it's just a bottom of the screen and I can say um explain um

251. 37:31circumference of a circle um after asking me the radius I also hate math but
252. 37:48um there's your python code so it's going to import a math library and then it writes the code for me to do
253. 37:56that and then it explains what it actually did so the the depth the depth of knowledge of chat GPT is it it's essentially impossible to
254. 38:09comprehend so how they how they trained it was they they basically turned it loose on all of the public internet right so all
255. 38:19of Wikipedia all of the blogs all of the websites all of everything that isn't behind a password um is what these things are trained on
256. 38:28foreign and so it just knows a lot and then and then they've tuned it to be very capable with things like coding and logic and
257. 38:39and all sorts of things like that so um so hopefully that helps um do I really Garden or will you pay a
258. 38:46gardener I do not pay gardeners I just I um I I apparently just like to [ __ ] so so I Garden but I just complain about it the whole time

321. 49:14all right do I recommend using our personal computer for AI sure I I mean I wouldn't put you know personal stuff in
322. 49:21there if if it's if it's work stuff or um or very personal stuff then either install it locally or run a large
323. 49:31language model on a virtual machine like a Google collab kind of a thing um the it's a bit of the Wild West right now
324. 49:42the good news is these open source large language models you can just there's one called GPT for all um I went to that earlier I'll show it

326. 50:06um some uh open source large language models you can install locally on your computer and is this little machenko there's a

336. 51:40delete all of your chat history so make sure that you export your data first so with chatgpt you can make it a bit more
337. 51:46secure by by turning on those data controls I happen to like having my chat history there and I will risk someone
338. 51:53finding my super secret recipe for that email I wrote to to someone uh is Google collab a paid service it's interesting
339. 52:07there's you can use you can use it for free and then you get some amount of like priority cycles for free
340. 52:18and then when those priority Cycles go away you can still use it but it's slower or it's de-prioritized so I guess
341. 52:25if they're busy you don't get as much performance um I think I I bought the 10 a month Google collab that that I can turn on gpus for doing
342. 52:36the large language model stuff but I haven't like I was using Google collab to do stable diffusion when I was
343. 52:41doing the Kyle Shannon dreams art project the one that that image is from and um but I haven't done that in a while so
344. 52:48I haven't used it I've been installing some of the things from GitHub on it but I'm really just messing around with it so

360. 55:31learning people that might be watching um you know ai's been around for decades and and it's been getting you know more
361. 55:39and more sophisticated for decades but but the the sort of new stuff is let's call it post November 30th right post D-Day or
362. 55:49was launched because what chatgpt did was it opened up access to these large language models to Everyday People
363. 55:57that's why my newsletter is called everyday AI right this is we we're in a new phase we we've crossed over into a
364. 56:05new inflection point which we did this with the internet when the World Wide Web came out and now we're doing it
365. 56:09again with with artificial intelligence where just real people can now use these tools and just real people uh 100
366. 56:17million of them started using it within six weeks so so it is the fastest adoption of any technology in history
367. 56:25I mean just mind-boggling like the iPhone got to 100 million users in four years the World Wide Web was six years
368. 56:36newspaper was a hundred years back in the 1700s um so these things are accelerating but but this is uh this is big and fast

383. 59:15any given subject and within 10 minutes be deep into that subject and doing remarkable things in it it was my big
