25:52 because I take the weekends off I get
25:55 time to relax and when I relax I get

35:27 technology was just laughably bad on the

52:40 so I do street photography or I haven't
52:42 done it in years you know three or four
52:43 years but I I used to do it a lot I'd
52:46 carry my camera with me everywhere and
52:49 so and I and I have a particular like
52:51 kind of high contrast High vignette you
52:54 know kind of kind of style right
52:57 it's a very particular style it's like
52:59 it's what I look like but what's what's
53:01 so cool now is I can take any one of
53:04 these mood boards and I just say copy
53:06 code and it it throws the code up here
53:09 and now I can just
53:11 go Um Let's do let's do

57:27 along and altav Vista was the big one
57:29 for a while and then Google came along
57:31 and knocked them out and the rest is

57:36 but AI tools are going to get ubiquitous
57:39 over the next three years but a tool
57:41 like that right now for the next two or
57:43 three years I think could be quite
57:44 valuable and again that's a kind of
57:46 thing where you could probably go build
57:48 that site at lovable. deev and you know
57:52 if you could find someone with OCD to
57:54 maintain it

57:58 creating sites like that like organize

1:01:33 magpies they're big they're like two
1:01:36 feet long they're big and they're nasty
1:01:39 Birds they've got these big long purple
1:01:41 tails that are really beautiful but
1:01:42 they're just nasty and they hate Eagles
1:01:45 so as I was walking up the hill um these
1:01:50 two magpies start harassing the [ __ ] out
1:01:52 of this eagle and it's just sitting
1:01:53 there like [ __ ] off
1:01:56 and and then they they landed on this
1:01:58 little perch and they're just screaming
1:02:00 at this thing and so I I got just close
1:02:03 enough to take a shot and um I I took
1:02:07 this shot right as the eagle took off it
1:02:10 it stood up like that lifted its wings
1:02:12 and just did a single flap and just
1:02:15 glided all the way down into the valley

1:30:22 all sorts of tools that you can play

1:30:57 chat GPT it's insane here's all these
1:30:59 other
1:31:00 llms music and audio if you haven't
1:31:03 played
1:31:04 with umso and yudo these two tools these
1:31:08 are mind they just face
1:31:11 melting face
1:31:14 melting so you go find a list of tools
1:31:17 and literally start playing literally
1:31:20 just play [ __ ] do anything make stuff
1:31:22 for your kids make stuff for yourself
1:31:24 make stupid [ __ ] make serious [ __ ] make
1:31:27 scary [ __ ] make fun it doesn't matter it
1:31:30 literally doesn't matter just let your
1:31:33 intuition guide you and play and then at
1:31:36 some point you'll learn enough about the
1:31:39 tools where you'll go huh you know that
1:31:42 project I was working on I bet I could
1:31:44 use H to solve that problem that's
1:31:47 mindfully
1:31:48 create you learn enough just tactical
1:31:52 like okay I sort of get with these
1:31:54 things are doing now I can make a song
1:31:56 over here and I can make an image over
1:31:59 there huh I wonder if I and then I could
1:32:03 turn that image into a video I could
1:32:05 probably stick those all together and
1:32:06 make a music video yeah you
1:32:10 can mindfully create think of some
1:32:13 project some problem you want to solve
1:32:15 some business you want to start and then
1:32:17 generously lead is the most important
1:32:19 one what generously lead looks like is
1:32:22 join a community
1:32:25 join a
1:32:26 community like the AI Salon you can join
1:32:28 other ones but the AI salon's the best
1:32:31 because the people in here aren't
1:32:33 [ __ ] they're really
1:32:35 generous and so what happens is people
1:32:38 in here Learn out Loud as they're
1:32:39 learning they're sharing what they're
1:32:40 learning and they're asking other people
1:32:43 for help and those other people are
1:32:44 actually helping them it is not a
1:32:46 proprietary kind of community a lot of
1:32:50 the AI communities are are are more
1:32:52 technical in nature and they just tend
1:32:54 to be a bit more closed
1:32:56 off this didn't start as a technical
1:32:58 community this community was started the
1:33:00 week after chat GPT
1:33:04 launched because chat GPT in my opinion
1:33:09 represents the moment where the
1:33:13 98.5% of human beings that are not
1:33:16 developers get access to AI that's what
1:33:19 this group is about now if you're
1:33:21 developer [ __ ] come on in here
1:33:23 because there's also sorts of people
1:33:24 building and you're going to be able to
1:33:26 collaborate with people that have very
1:33:27 different Minds than
1:33:29 you but the focus is on generative
1:33:32 Ai llms and chat GPT and image tools and
1:33:36 music tools and video tools and 3D tools
1:33:39 and coding tools all that sort of stuff
1:33:42 that's generating all this amazing stuff
1:33:45 Learn out Loud ask people for help in a
1:33:47 community like this you will you will be
1:33:50 AI literate before you know
1:33:52 it and here's I can promise
1:33:56 you no matter how far behind you think
1:33:59 you are the fact that you are watching
1:34:02 an old man on a Monday night talk
1:34:05 incoherently for two
1:34:07 hours means that you've got a sense of
1:34:10 play and a sense of curiosity that are
1:34:13 the main ingredients that you need right
1:34:15 now it really is what you
1:34:19 need and within two weeks you'll be
1:34:22 doing stuff that will blow your [ __ ]
1:34:24 mind and then just tell people about
1:34:27 that just tell them what you're doing
1:34:28 post it on LinkedIn post it on Facebook
1:34:31 talk about it at a dinner
1:34:34 party and your life will change and we
1:34:37 witnessed that night after night after
1:34:40 night in here people coming in I we uh
1:34:43 cuno Chris vuno um in here just survived
1:34:46 a round of job cuts at her company she
1:34:49 works for a big company they just did a
1:34:51 whole round of layoffs she survived that
1:34:54 round of layoffs because she knew Ai and
1:34:56 because she was loud about
1:34:59 it a year and a half ago she was the
1:35:02 only one in the lunchroom going hey you
1:35:04 guys playing with AI no we don't know
1:35:06 what you're talking about we're not
1:35:08 allowed to use
1:35:10 that all those people got laid off she
1:35:14 didn't so all right that's
1:35:18 it just saying it doesn't really help
1:35:22 who can I talk to that won't steal my
1:35:24 idea okay here's the deal
1:35:26 nmuk um so so we are in a we're in an
1:35:32 environment right now where anyone can
1:35:34 steal
1:35:36 anything having started about 30
1:35:40 companies in my day here's what I can
1:35:42 promise you you could give someone not
1:35:45 only your idea the manual how to build
1:35:48 it um a a business model a financial
1:35:52 model um you you could give them the
1:35:55 entire manual to how to take your idea
1:35:57 and take it to to to
1:35:59 Market and they either won't do it or
1:36:01 they'll [ __ ] it up execution is really
1:36:04 hard what's F what what's what you need
1:36:08 is to move fast what you can do with AI
1:36:10 is you can move fast it is my opinion
1:36:14 you can move faster collaborating with
1:36:16 other people you don't have to tell them
1:36:18 the specific idea you could here's what
1:36:22 I promise you people are too busy trying
1:36:23 to figure this [ __ ] out to steal your
1:36:25 idea and executions
1:36:28 hard so I say put it out there but you
1:36:32 know listen that that is a very personal

1:38:39 pictures on it and understand them and
1:38:41 so I start with a whiteboard and within
1:38:43 about 15 minutes it's my 15 minutes so
1:38:46 in my head it's 15 minutes in reality
1:38:48 it's probably about half an hour or more
1:38:50 depending on how much I'm rambling um
1:38:54 and I end up creating
1:38:56 um name uh business plan marketing plan
1:39:02 um
1:39:02 tagline mockups of what the posters will
1:39:06 look like in the airport interface look
1:39:09 and feel um code for the front end and
1:39:12 backend and database all within like 15

1:40:53 if you don't know that Google just
1:40:55 figured that out um 2025 is going to be
1:40:59 weird there's going to be a lot a lot of
1:41:02 job displacement I think and there's
1:41:04 going to be a lot of pissing and moaning
1:41:06 about ai ai is taking our
1:41:10 jobs the opportunity right now is that
1:41:13 there are so many people ignoring AI
1:41:16 that if you get curious about
1:41:18 AI you're going to start to discover
1:41:21 that some things are possible you didn't
1:41:24 have any [ __ ] clue that you could do
1:41:27 that you could be a coder that you could
1:41:29 be an artist that you could create music
1:41:31 that's actually
1:41:33 listenable that you could be a good
1:41:35 writer that you could do business plans
1:41:38 and do a business and and come up with
1:41:40 strategies all that sort of stuff is
1:41:42 literally within your
1:41:43 grasp and what's going to happen is
1:41:46 people people in 20125 are going to
1:41:49 understand that these tools have gone
1:41:51 from being janky pieces of [ __ ] that
1:41:53 can't do anything to truly phenomenal
1:41:58 collaborative partners that are going to
1:42:00 let the people that are curious about
1:42:02 them and literate about them do anything
1:42:05 they want and what you're going to find
1:42:07 is people's passions are going to emerge
1:42:10 and they're going to start businesses
1:42:12 for reasons we can't comprehend right
1:42:15 now because they can and they're really
