17:24 very abstract so you know nothing rep

17:29 every morning I'm gonna get a picture

17:32 tweet from the previous days
17:35 interactions with chat GPT like an
17:37 artistic interpretation of it so that
17:39 was my first one I thought that was
17:40 pretty

21:09 ideas well write a really good prompt
21:12 that's got your tone in it oh the other
21:14 thing that I thought would be fun to
21:16 cover today is um custom instructions
21:20 has now been updated in in Ye Old chat
21:23 GPT I don't know if you all have seen
21:25 this but if you go
21:26 into settings and you go to
21:30 personalization and then over here in
21:31 custom instructions you go to
21:34 on and they changed up these fields um
21:39 what should chat GPT call you Kyle what
21:42 do you do and then you know you put that
21:44 in there what traits should chat GPT
21:48 have and then they give you a little
21:51 well this machine's [ __ ] up with
21:55 visual display can't really read it but

22:10 give it a sequential response count

1:49:25 that and if there was a theme that
1:49:27 happened across the 24 sessions of AI
1:49:30 festiv us we had 34 speakers across two
1:49:34 days 24 hours of
1:49:36 programming um you know to a person they
1:49:39 were all talking about what they were
1:49:41 doing
1:49:42 personally to try to deal with this AI
1:49:45 stuff nobody came out and said here's
1:49:47 how you use chat GP or here's how you
1:49:48 use this they were all like here's what
1:49:50 I'm up to in the world and oh and by the
1:49:52 way here's some of the tools that I use
1:49:53 but the tools took a backseat to that
1:49:56 mindset and that to me was was really
1:49:59 revelatory and that's that's what this
1:50:01 training is all about so all
1:50:05 right okay good people daily mindset
