8:49 say and he said yeah I've used it and
8:51 it's all evil and it's it's unethical

9:41 particularly um complicated and then you
9:44 realize oh let me go see if chat GPD can
9:47 do that or whatever whatever tool you're
9:48 using and then then not only does it do
9:51 it but it does it like that and it does
9:52 it really well you're like oh [ __ ] I
9:55 guess I can go on a walk

10:24 and it's Alyssa's mom I forget Alyssa's

10:34 Jason is looking for some connection any
10:38 any recommendation on marketing a GPT I
10:41 have some ideas on that actually yeah
10:46 um
10:53 so so for those of you that don't know
10:55 what a GPT is there's this thing called
10:58 chat GPT
11:00 which which uses a model called gp4 and
11:03 then to confuse this all even more they
11:05 created these things called
11:07 gpts which are customized personalized
11:10 versions of chat gbt that you can share
11:12 you can train them on your own data you
11:15 can they they're think of it like a
11:18 pre-written prompt with a bunch of extra
11:20 [ __ ] in it that you can share and they
11:23 and they can do really cool
11:25 things
11:28 um and there's a couple of issues with
11:31 them one of the issues with them
11:33 is open AI promised us a GPT store which
11:38 they have technically delivered
11:42 but them defining it as a store is being
11:45 very generous to the word
11:47 store um it's being very generous to the
11:50 letter
11:53 s it is not a store it is barely a
11:56 directory Kyle the back box analogy no
11:59 no no no box analogies this early we'll
12:02 do that later
12:05 um so one of the problems with the store
12:08 is it's not a really good directory it's
12:09 not it's not super discoverable the
12:11 other problem with the store well the
12:13 other problem with gpts is they require
12:17 people to have chat GPT plus the $20 a
12:22 month
12:23 subscription and then they require they
12:26 essentially require people to use chat
12:29 GPT enough to know what to do with a
12:32 GPT so there's all your problems well no
12:35 that's not all of your problems there's
12:37 some of your problems you have a limited
12:39 audience that requires some specialized
12:41 expertise to be able to take advantage
12:43 of it and you have these remarkable
12:46 things that if they do take advantage of
12:48 it it can do really cool stuff right so
12:50 that's a good thing and it might be um
12:53 it might be uh marketing your business
12:56 right there might be a call to action
12:57 built into your your GPT that says says
12:59 hey if you like this and want more hire
13:01 me or come to my store or whatever it
13:03 might
13:04 be so an idea that I had um I'm working
13:09 on a project with content Evolution
13:10 right now where we're making
13:12 professional profiles for members of
13:15 this
13:16 organization
13:17 and one of the things that we're talking
13:20 about doing is recording videos of
13:24 ourself using our own professional
13:27 profiles to sort of first of all I'll
13:29 explain what it is so here I am logging
13:32 into my you know my CE Professional
13:35 Profile of Kyle Shannon and let's see
13:37 how it does and and I'll sort of explain
13:40 what it does what it was trained on I'll
13:43 put in some sample questions I'll look
13:44 at the answers I'll go o that really
13:47 sounds like me that's kind of how I
13:48 would answer that or that doesn't really
13:50 sound like me at all these gpts are
13:53 janky but you should still try it anyway
13:55 right something like that I think those
13:58 videos serve multiple purposes you can
14:02 Market with them right put it on
14:03 LinkedIn make a little Tik Tock of it
14:05 put it on reals put it wherever doesn't
14:07 matter YouTube
14:09 shorts
14:11 um they serve as a couple of things
14:14 they're marketing your GPT but what
14:16 they're also doing is teaching people
14:18 what chat GPT is and how powerful it is
14:21 and what your GPT is and it might
14:24 Inspire them to sign up for for chat GPT
14:27 plus so they can actually use your thing
14:28 so
14:29 um so so that's one and then like just
14:32 with marketing everything like you just
14:34 got to talk about it a lot you got to be
14:35 Shameless and plug it and make articles
14:39 about it and talk about how you made it
14:42 jow I'm an EMT and made an EMT study
14:45 buddy GPT yeah perfect that's awesome
14:48 and again you know what what would be
14:50 interesting is you know make a video of
14:53 of you as an EMT going into your study
14:55 buddy and say you know here's why I made
14:58 this here's the sort of pre-written
15:00 questions in it to get you started um
15:02 here's the kinds of things you can do in
15:04 it here's the kind of results it gives
15:07 you um and then share that with the
15:09 world right because the the gpts
15:12 themselves they don't have a lot of
15:14 context they kind of assume you know
15:17 what to do and and and you can program
15:21 them cleverly to help a little bit with
15:23 that but I think there's something about
15:25 putting them out in the world that I I
15:26 think could be a good
15:28 thing um the other thing I had a really
15:32 good experience today with Gemini
15:35 Advanced um which I'm which I'm paying
15:38 for I'm
15:41 still apoplectic about the fact that as
15:45 a paying business subscriber with a
15:48 Google
15:50 workplace account or whatever the [ __ ]
15:52 it's called I can't use Gemini
15:55 Advanced
15:57 that burns my biscuit
16:01 but anyway I used it today and I used it
16:04 for what I thought would be um a
16:08 competitive Advantage for it and it was
16:10 really good so I'm going to I'm going to
16:12 I'm going to kind of do a version of
16:14 what I did today for for myself I'll do
16:17 some hypothetical thing but I'll show
16:18 you what I did with it um because it was
16:21 pretty good it was pretty
16:23 good um I'm trying to think if it
16:27 was if it was as good as chat
16:33 gp4 I would say it was in the
16:37 neighborhood
16:39 and it was also in the neighborhood of
16:42 how frustrating it was
16:46 because what what's going on my
16:48 printer's all screwed up printer error
16:53 occurred whatever um sorry I saw this
16:56 blinking out of the side of my eye
16:58 couldn't
16:59 add
17:01 squirrel
17:03 uh I know it's frustrating but it's very
17:06 amusing from a storyline standpoint it
17:09 is it is a good story that that the paid
17:12 customers can't use the best tools of of
17:15 Google it's it's it's pretty staggering

19:59 here's the deal with zappier I because
20:01 you get some amount of zaps for free or
20:03 you get some amount of whatever for free
20:07 if you're coming up against
20:09 your um your rate limit where you're
20:13 using it more than the free thing lets
20:15 you use Andor if there are features you
20:18 want to use that only exist in the paid
20:22 plans then it's worth
20:24 it

20:31 it also depends what you want to do
20:35 like I was hot and heavy with
20:37 automations for a
20:40 while and then I've kind of cooled off
20:43 on it not because I
20:45 don't like automations or want them it's
20:48 like I I've done the sort of big
20:50 automations in my business like I didn't
20:52 have a ton of automations that I that
20:54 were particularly slowing down my
20:56 business the ones that were
20:59 I built automations for and they're
21:01 fixed and so I'm just using the
21:03 automations we built so I'm not I'm not
21:07 doing it on a day-to-day basis if you
21:08 want to start a business around it and
21:11 do it for other people then yeah I would
21:13 I would think that would be
21:15 good only to connect your
21:18 gpts
21:21 um probably not cuz I think you can
21:24 probably learn how to connect your gpts
21:27 without that and if you get something
21:29 where you really want to do something
21:30 fun with it I I would say do it
21:32 opportunistically like if you start
21:34 hitting against limits then do it but
21:36 otherwise
21:37 not I'm wondering if things are going to
21:40 get easier in the next year huh that's a
21:42 really interesting question Lori I
21:46 mean you you had the the it acted really
21:53 weird it it depends what what you're it
21:57 depends when you say things are going to
22:00 get easier I don't know what things
22:02 you're referring to if you're referring
22:03 to things like API Integrations I think
22:07 API Integrations are going to get much
22:08 easier and that's what what they're
22:10 going to be what they're going to be
22:12 called is Agents so we're going to see
22:16 agents I would think starting in the
22:20 next I would think by April we'll start
22:23 to see
22:24 agents and
22:27 then they're going to get they're going
22:28 to be confusing for a while cuz we're
22:30 not going to know how to use them and
22:33 then there's going to be a whole rash of

22:37 agents access to any of your systems

22:40 are going to kill you don't do it and

31:46 years so I thought well Gemini in theory
31:52 or well I've seen it do it is is
31:54 connected to YouTube and in theory it
31:56 should be really good at knowing what's
31:58 on
31:59 YouTube the the bar

32:07 with was this I went

32:20 YouTube

32:24 discusses how to talk about your your
32:29 business

47:53 open AI less so with

48:01 language models large commercial large
48:03 language models that we're all playing
48:04 with they're updating them in real time

48:18 pulling stuff on and offline it's

57:07 all I want to do is learn could somebody
57:09 give me a leg up this community is kind
57:11 of the opposite it's like oh how did you
57:13 do that well I did this and I did that
57:14 oh that'd be cool well what if you tried
57:16 this oh that's a good idea I don't have
57:18 hey you want to that's
57:21 generosity like if you decide to join
57:24 this community introducing yourself is
57:27 generosity like introduce yourself tell
57:30 us who you are use your real
57:33 name tell us what you're up to tell us
57:36 where you are in this AI Journey that's
57:38 generosity that's what this community is
57:40 it's
57:41 remarkable um exploration this is an
57:44 adventurous group right we're like ah
57:46 well how do can we break it can we fix
57:47 it can we blow it up can we do something
57:49 cool can we do something cooler what if
57:51 you did something
57:52 cooler um collaboration this is also a
57:54 group that it's like there there is a
57:56 lot of of subcommunities
58:00 forming what I think is really important
58:03 and I I don't think it's just important
58:05 you know that the salon is doing this I
58:07 think this is important moving
58:10 forward um the future of
58:13 work is going to be a lot less about the
58:17 skills you have because as AI tools get
58:20 better the skills get
58:23 democratized so every person is going to
58:25 be able to do multiple skills at a at a
58:29 fairly or very high level that right now
58:32 they might not be able to do and so in a
58:35 world where all people can do all skills
58:37 to some
58:39 degree you'll no longer work with people
58:42 because of the skills they have you're
58:44 you'll work with people because of who
58:46 they are and how much you trust
58:51 them who they are and how much much you
58:55 trust them
58:59 right I'll work with Source camp in here
59:03 not because she can do this that or the
59:05 other but because she's nice and I know
59:07 she works hard and she's really
59:08 conscientious how do I know that I've
59:10 interacted with
59:12 her so collaborating in a community like
59:16 that in like this is not just important
59:19 for like oh let's put on a show I want
59:21 to do something cool I think it's an
59:23 important skill moving forward um
59:25 inclusion is another one everyone is
59:27 coming from
59:30 somewhere and and no one has a clue
59:32 about this generative AI stuff so you're
59:34 going to have everyone from plumbers to
59:38 you know Pate is a PhD mathematician and
59:42 and you know everyone in between people
59:43 have been using AI for three minutes
59:45 people have been using AI for three
59:48 decades and what's amazing about being
59:52 this early in and in a in a movement or
59:56 in a shift like this AI stuff's going to
59:59 be is that all of those outside

1:00:52 helped my uncle troubleshoot his car

1:00:56 that like a month two months ago um I
1:01:00 had pie I my my car was just freaking
1:01:04 out and I didn't know what it was and
1:01:06 Pie walked me through it it was
1:01:09 amazing and then some mechanic confirmed
1:01:13 that that my my GPT doctor was
1:01:19 right but empathy is really
1:01:22 important understand that someone might
1:01:24 be scared someone might be pissed
1:01:27 off listen to
1:01:30 them understand what they're afraid of
1:01:33 maybe what they're afraid
1:01:35 of is a complete misunderstanding of how
1:01:38 the technology works or you know
1:01:40 misconception maybe what they're afraid
1:01:42 of is absolutely valid and they should

1:01:46 terrified and like take that
1:01:49 in share that with them and then say you
1:01:53 want to see something cool

1:03:31 prompt for me for his stupid video tool
1:03:34 dumb Dum he's jealous of me that's why

1:03:45 tool and if you can afford the 20 bucks
1:03:48 a month I think the 20 bucks a month for

1:04:21 audio and voice you're high on crack
1:04:26 so that's really important um the other
1:04:28 thing in the salon is um the guilds so

1:04:34 Ethics Guild there's an education Guild
1:04:36 Healthcare there's also Pate runs the

1:07:12 there um one of the things that I see in
1:07:18 other communities in a channel like show
1:07:20 and tell the whole point of Show and
1:07:21 Tell is to go in there and show your
1:07:24 child
1:07:25 right and so you get this in the mid
1:07:27 Journey server and you get this on you
1:07:30 know mid Journey groups on Facebook and
1:07:32 Linkedin and and in art groups and
1:07:34 things like that and and what you tend
1:07:36 to
1:07:37 get is you tend to get
1:07:40 virtuosos showing off their
1:07:43 masterpieces right
1:07:47 and one of the things that's happening
1:07:50 in Show and Tell here is that people are
1:07:53 willing to
1:07:55 to share their their
1:07:59 failures they're they're sharing things
1:08:01 that are interesting the other thing
1:08:03 that's happening
1:08:05 is there's like oh that's really cool

1:15:35 for each frame of a video they're taking
1:15:37 like a 100 frames at a time and they're
1:15:40 taking individual little pieces of the
1:15:42 video and they're looking at at them
1:15:43 like across 100 frames of video to make
1:15:46 sure that there's coherence on the piece
1:15:49 parts of the frame that's why it doesn't
1:15:53 have all the weirdness that the other
1:15:55 ones
1:15:57 do so like I look at that and I I just
1:16:01 look at the the the sort of craziness of
1:16:04 what these tools are
1:16:06 doing and I just go to this place of
1:16:09 like we we're entering a world where
1:16:14 everyone will have all the skills to
1:16:17 some
1:16:18 degree right everyone will have all the
1:16:21 knowledge to some degree now you need to
1:16:23 be AI literate you need to be able to
1:16:25 use these tools right now you need to
1:16:28 you know you need to piece part and duct
1:16:30 tape together a bunch of stuff to get it
1:16:31 to do stuff but 2 three years from now
1:16:35 all of these models are going to be
1:16:37 multimodal seamless agent driven you
1:16:40 just give it a goal and it's going to
1:16:42 spin up a bunch of bots for you go out
1:16:44 and do [ __ ] for you and deliver it so
1:16:46 everyone's going to have all the skills
1:16:49 everyone's going to have all the
1:16:52 knowledge
1:16:54 so the first the first thing I do is I
1:16:57 [ __ ] Panic right I because I go oh
1:17:00 [ __ ] then everyone's going to get fired
1:17:04 no no work still needs to get
1:17:07 done and human beings still need to be

1:18:35 starting to close and as these as these

1:18:48 normal year as these tools get better

1:18:51 better and the skill get more and more
1:18:55 democratized it's going to very quickly

1:22:50 picture there's still a little uncanny
1:22:52 valley where it's it's just like it's
1:22:53 not quite exactly what you look like you
1:22:56 know the humanity is not quite there but
1:22:58 you know you don't have to put on a nice

1:25:57 month for GPT team and you need two
1:25:59 seats right so you can't just do it for
1:26:01 one seat you need two seats um then they
1:26:04 will not train on your data so that's
1:26:05 there now
1:26:08 um I would still be very reticent to
1:26:12 share anything super
1:26:16 Critical with a third-party llm right
1:26:19 now whether it's Google or open AI or
1:26:21 Microsoft or for
1:26:25 anyone if you want to be truly safe you
1:26:28 run your models locally or on your own
1:26:31 instance of a GPU stack like a virtual
1:26:35 server um and if you're not geeky enough
1:26:37 to do that then they do that but
1:26:41 but I I I feel like there's this this
1:26:45 misconception out there that you know if
1:26:47 I type in I'm feeling a little depressed

1:42:03 it might work once for a day or two and
1:42:06 then everyone will copy it the market
1:42:08 gets saturated and the bottom falls out

1:42:47 competition right now if you're AI

1:44:13 move you know what's funny is it's funny
1:44:17 it just hit
1:44:19 me that cuz what I'm about to show
1:44:22 you is Sora makes these beautiful video
1:44:27 videos but they have no sound and it
1:44:29 like what hit me was I feel
1:44:33 like Runway ML and pabs were like silent
1:44:37 movies like silent movies were really
1:44:39 janky and like the movement was really
1:44:41 janky and they were silent and then at
1:44:43 some point someone figured out how to
1:44:44 put audio with them and then at some
1:44:46 point they added color to them right
1:44:47 there were these there were these
1:44:49 distinct phases and so Sora represents a
1:44:51 new
1:44:52 phase so it's kind of like to shift from
1:44:55 you know silent movies to talkies except
1:44:59 Sora still doesn't
1:45:02 talk but they they released this thing
1:45:06 or no they didn't release it they
1:45:08 announced this thing it's not
1:45:11 released and it looks
1:45:15 like I'll go through it a little bit
1:45:17 here in case people haven't seen it if
1:45:19 you've been anywhere if you're pay
1:45:21 attention at all to this AI stuff it's

1:46:24 background like the thing that so two
1:46:27 things impress me about this video of
1:46:29 her her legs actually look like legs if
1:46:32 you look at Runway when people walk in
1:46:34 Runway you kind of just have to forgive
1:46:36 that their legs sort of just defy
1:46:38 physics and then they'll sprout a third
1:46:40 leg and you know just like we used to
1:46:42 have e-hand eight- fingered
1:46:45 hands one of the things you accept with
1:46:47 AI video is that legs don't work right
1:46:49 well these legs work right right and
1:46:51 then the other thing about the
1:46:52 background people one of the things that
1:46:55 um Runway videos are notorious for is
1:46:58 like all of the individuals in the
1:47:00 background will sort of morph together
1:47:02 and then split apart and then turn into
1:47:04 a car and then an elephant and you know
1:47:07 so long as you just ignore this [ __ ] in
1:47:09 the background everything's fine well
1:47:12 this isn't
1:47:14 that like the only thing that I've
1:47:17 really
1:47:18 found that that's a tell here
1:47:22 is the thickness of the Soles of Her
1:47:25 Shoes kind of does
1:47:27 this right so there's there's there's a
1:47:30 couple of places that you can look here
1:47:31 where there's just weirdness right but
1:47:34 it's like really nitpicky little
1:47:37 [ __ ] and then they put out a bunch of

1:47:43 thing that this does so notice that edit
1:47:46 that just happened and that edit and
1:47:48 that edit and that edit

1:47:57 of these edits are from a single
1:48:01 prompt this thing understands the whole
1:48:04 world and it understand he is in the
1:48:09 world and you're like well well how it

1:48:17 a drone shot of big sir
1:48:22 that I was talking to someone on
1:48:26 Friday that they said when they saw this
1:48:28 shot they were like oh

1:48:37 what about this doesn't look real the
1:48:38 waves look real the Little Lighthouse is
1:48:42 not moving not changing it's totally
1:48:45 coherent all the rocks are coherent the
1:48:48 waves are coherent like it's

1:48:59 other
1:49:02 things one of the things that I was
1:49:04 impressed with with this is that this
1:49:10 section that open AI was actually
1:49:13 willing to admit uh this thing ain't
1:49:16 perfect and they gave examples of it
1:49:18 which I thought was was actually smart
1:49:22 so they said the current
1:49:26 model has weaknesses it may struggle
1:49:28 with the accuracy of simulating the
1:49:30 physics of a complex scene this is the
1:49:32 accuracy of simulating the physics of a
1:49:35 complex scene that's probably where Elon
1:49:37 Musk is going to [ __ ] all over them but
1:49:40 until he launches a tool that proves
1:49:43 itself you know as good or better than
1:49:45 this Sora can also combine
1:49:48 videos I can't paste Reddit to Mighty
1:49:52 networks just Joker you can do
1:49:55 screenshots all the [ __ ] where Mighty
1:49:57 networks has got some weird web
1:49:59 rendering thing where it just it doesn't
1:50:01 render previews of Twitter things it
1:50:04 doesn't R it sucks for that so just take
1:50:06 a
1:50:07 screenshot ins saying the video video is
1:50:10 the hardest yeah well so so I'm going to
1:50:12 show you now I'll show you now how it
1:50:13 works but anyway the the section here
1:50:16 they they say it it may not understand
1:50:19 physics of a complex scene it may not
1:50:21 understand specific instances of cause
1:50:22 and effect for example a person might
1:50:25 take a bite out of a cookie but
1:50:26 afterward the cookie might not have the
1:50:27 bite mark the model model also confuses
1:50:30 spatial details of a prompt for example
1:50:33 mix mixing up left and right and may
1:50:35 struggle with precise descriptions and
1:50:37 then it shows you some examples of [ __ ]
1:50:39 gone wrong right so there's a guy
1:50:41 running backwards on a treadmill that
1:50:43 seems to be motoring itself down some
1:50:46 sort of mythical Street it said weakness
1:50:49 sorus sometimes creates physical
1:50:51 implausible motion which is good here's
1:50:55 one where the dogs are the pups are
1:50:57 spontaneously emerging out of one
1:51:00 another um this one the ball goes in the
1:51:05 hoop sh and there's another ball it just
1:51:09 shows up and then goes through the rim
1:51:12 right so there's some Physics disaster
1:51:14 going on there this one's a blast watch
1:51:17 the chair watch the chair emerge out of
1:51:20 the
1:51:27 sand and I watch
1:51:35 and it's the Ouija
1:51:39 chair all right and then she can't blow
1:51:41 out the candles but I've seen I've seen
1:51:43 many grandmothers not be able to blow
1:51:45 out the candles so I think that that
1:51:47 one's actually not you know that one's
1:51:49 plausible um okay so let me show you how
1:51:52 this works and and I I did a video on
1:51:55 this today so if you want to if you want

1:52:00 uh understand it you can you can do that

1:52:08 research techniques and they have a link

1:52:13 report and so let me show you how this
1:52:16 thing actually works I think this is

1:52:27 this is how video works right if you
1:52:30 know if you if you've ever you know
1:52:32 taken any time to figure out how do
1:52:34 those moving pictures work
1:52:38 well we have this thing called
1:52:40 Persistence of vision and sort of the
1:52:42 lowest number that where it doesn't seem
1:52:44 really flickery and weird is about 24
1:52:46 frames a second which is um the the uh
1:52:51 what feature films do and TVs like 30
1:52:54 frames a second and video games are like
1:52:56 60 frames a second but basically for
1:52:59 every SEC second of video you got this
1:53:00 stack of 24 or 30 or 60 pictures
1:53:04 right and if you understand how
1:53:06 diffusion models work you you write a
1:53:09 prompt and and it sort of amalgamates
1:53:11 all these random noised images into a
1:53:14 single random noised image and then it
1:53:17 Den noises them over like 50 steps to
1:53:19 generate that image and so you can
1:53:22 imagine that if you're sort of taking
1:53:24 this you know kind of random concocted
1:53:26 image and you're denoising it and then
1:53:29 you're trying to maintain persistence
1:53:32 across a series of those some of the
1:53:34 shit's going to get lost and weird and
1:53:36 morphe like just the nature of how
1:53:38 diffusion models work that's just sort
1:53:40 of what happens and it it makes perfect
1:53:43 sense it it's actually staggering that
1:53:46 video like Runway ML and Pika is as good
1:53:49 as it is considering how diffusion
1:53:51 models work
1:53:53 okay so what open AI is doing is they're
1:53:58 taking the their training set they you
1:54:00 know they take lots and lots of video
1:54:02 and then they actually put it in a
1:54:04 visual encoder that understands all of
1:54:08 the things that are in the image and so
1:54:10 it understands in this case there's a
1:54:12 butterfly it looks like it's swimming
1:54:14 swimming you know on top of a coral reef
1:54:17 or whatever the [ __ ] that is but you
1:54:19 know it sort of breaks that down and
1:54:20 figures all that stuff out that that
1:54:22 visual encoder then turns the little
1:54:25 individual components into what they
1:54:27 call Patches or these are very similar
1:54:31 to tokens in a large language model but
1:54:33 but they they break the image up into
1:54:36 these
1:54:37 patches and then the way the system
1:54:40 actually processes a single frame is
1:54:43 that they load in like a 100
1:54:46 frames and they take one of these
1:54:48 patches and and and how I describe it in
1:54:52 my video is let's say in this larger
1:54:54 video one of these patches is a little
1:54:56 red sports car right on a road well so
1:55:00 that would be in at the beginning of
1:55:01 this patch they can look forward and
1:55:04 back in time and maintain the continuity
1:55:07 of this little patch so rather than
1:55:09 having to main maintain the continuity
1:55:12 of the hole they're maintaining the
1:55:14 continuity of very little
1:55:16 pieces like 100 frames at a time right
1:55:20 right looking forward and
1:55:22 back it's remarkable right it's
1:55:25 remarkable and so and so what it
1:55:27 actually does is it so it's got things
1:55:30 in there that understands physics it
1:55:32 understands how a room works and how
1:55:35 gravity works and how a river works and
1:55:37 how trees work it's not creating a
1:55:40 simulated model but it understands all
1:55:43 that [ __ ] and then it understands what
1:55:45 all the individual piece parts are of an
1:55:47 image and how they should interact with
1:55:50 one another and it maintains that
1:55:52 continuity by looking at a single patch
1:55:56 over time holy [ __ ] [ __ ]
1:56:00 Batman that's why the video is so good
1:56:04 is because it's effectively simulating
1:56:08 reality good Lord who are these
1:56:14 mathematicians so that's Sora and and
1:56:18 the other thing that that is is that
1:56:21 gets

2:08:17 houses just vacuuming of sidewalks like

2:10:20 if someone would have an an
2:10:23 idea we we would basically say don't say
2:10:26 it out loud unless you're going to build
2:10:28 it because if you say it out loud we'll
2:10:30 see it in two months or a month or a
2:10:33 week
2:10:35 later and it it just happened again and
2:10:39 again and again and again because you're
2:10:41 in such an inventive time that you know
2:10:44 the collective you know Uber mind is all
2:10:49 just buzzing trying to figure [ __ ] out
2:10:51 and if you go oh you know what would be
2:10:54 cool is if we put this together with
2:10:56 that and that then it would do that and
2:10:59 if you don't go build it right then it
2:11:01 would just pop up in like six different
2:11:04 places cuz everyone was having it at the
2:11:06 same
2:11:07 time but back
2:11:10 then in the mid 90s you actually had to
2:11:13 have some chops or you had to have
2:11:15 enough people around you that had
2:11:16 different skills that you can all build
2:11:18 [ __ ] it to get it built to get it in the
2:11:22 world we're leaving that
2:11:26 world I think we've left that world but
2:11:28 just most people don't know it
2:11:31 yet we're leaving the world of huh I
2:11:35 have an idea I wonder what it would look

2:11:41 have the hand to hire the people
2:11:44 to and we're entering the world of like

2:11:56 experience over the past year is you

2:11:59 idea you're like I have an idea there it

2:12:03 oh and then it goes one of two ways well
2:12:06 that was the dumbest idea I ever had
2:12:08 throw it out or huh that's kind of
2:12:10 interesting I wonder if it could do this

2:12:16 just keep running down that rabbit hole
2:12:22 the other thing that disappears in this
2:12:27 world is the is the self-limiting
2:12:32 beliefs you you know you know those
2:12:35 annoying self-help
2:12:38 gurus that are like if you believe
2:12:41 Harden if you say it you can manifest it
2:12:43 in
2:12:44 fact I've got I've got right here my
2:12:49 little cards I manifest Abracadabra as I
2:12:53 speak I
2:12:57 create your word manifests things the
2:13:00 secret right all that
2:13:05 [ __ ] when you're in a place oh thank you

2:13:19 you know the limitations you kind of
2:13:21 know the world you've been beat down

2:14:05 drawing I could get as good as I could
2:14:07 get at drawing I could put in a lot of
2:14:09 time and get a lot better at

2:14:22 more artistic than anything I draw ever
2:14:25 will be you're like oh yeah I'm just in
2:14:27 a different league

2:14:40 think that's something people are going
2:14:41 to have to
2:14:42 confront there's a certain comfort and
2:14:45 safety in well the reason I'm not
2:14:48 successful is because I wasn't good at

2:15:04 world maybe you get confronted with it

2:15:10 drive or it's your persistence or your

2:15:19 get confronted with some of that stuff
2:15:21 but the thing that really excites me is
2:15:23 and I and I witness it in the salon

2:15:30 those limiting beliefs are starting to
