0:10 all 0:11 right it looks like we are going live 0:15 I'm getting used to having my keyboard 0:17 down 0:19 below welcome Nancy was 0:23 shaking hey hiy hiy hi hi 0:27 hi what's happening happy Sunday night 0:29 everybody 0:31 I'm I'm fresh off of watching Barbie I'm 0:34 all I'm all plasticized and ready to 0:38 [Laughter] 0:41 go oh yeah let's see I took the 0:59 music 1:03 um hang 1:21 on welcome everybody to the AI learning 1:25 lab 1:28 yeah um 1:33 off and you 1:45 say howy everybody Sherry D with shaking 1:49 Source Camp howdy 1:51 howdy happy Sunday oops I have the wrong 1:55 thing up oh what was I going to do there 1:56 I was going to put chat 1:58 Jay cuz I have a a feeling we got to do 2:01 some chat J 2:04 tonight so let me go do 2:08 that and let me log 2:20 in are we going there's 2:23 that there's 2:26 that there's that there's that there's 2:29 that 2:32 oh come 2:33 on hang 2:35 on did they give me the new 2:38 version 2:41 no so there's a new version of chat GPT 2:45 coming that uh I've been bitching about 2:49 and uh I think Mr Alman listened to me 2:51 you know I don't know if you know this 2:53 but Sam Alman comes in here a lot he he 2:56 doesn't he doesn't like to brag about it 2:58 he doesn't really talk about it a lot I 3:00 mean in fact he's never mentioned it 3:03 ever in the history of his 3:05 Communications with the Press but it 3:07 doesn't mean he's not here just because 3:10 he doesn't use his real name and Tik 3:11 Tock that's probably why you haven't 3:13 seen him anyway he's been listening to 3:15 me I said he's got to get rid of all 3:18 those silly um modes of chat gbt and 3:22 just combine them into one that's 3:24 happening it's coming uh by the way Sher 3:27 D has uh invited in a whole bunch of 3:30 nurses tonight so we have a whole bunch 3:33 of nurses coming to the learning lab 3:36 welcome nurses thank you for all you 3:39 do I got to tell you man I uh what was 3:43 it like two or three years ago I was 3:44 getting ready to get on a plane for 3:45 Europe and I had a a hernia go south on 3:48 me and uh the nurses made made 3:52 everything better so so awesome awesome 3:55 to have you here um all right so here's 3:58 how this works we'll get going here um 4:01 I'll do a little little sort of 4:03 housekeeping stuff and sort of get you 4:04 up to speed on what this Channel's about 4:08 and and all that sort of stuff if you're 4:10 brand new to generative AI sounds like 4:11 we have some some uh some folks that 4:14 know each other uh in the channel 4:16 tonight that's what this channel is all 4:18 about uh we'll get you up to speed and 4:20 uh we'll get you up to speed quickly and 4:23 then all night just ask questions uh 4:25 we'll do this for a bit and just ask 4:27 questions and uh I've got some mods in 4:30 here who will pin those questions so I 4:32 can see them and I can answer questions 4:35 I can do demos all that sort of stuff so 4:38 happy to take this wherever we want to 4:40 go 4:42 um so where do we want to start I guess 4:46 let's let's flip 4:49 over to this 4:55 document um what's happening why oh I 4:59 get it 5:02 okay so let's dim that out a little bit 5:05 all right so so let's get started let's 5:09 get this party 5:11 started can you upload a resume for a 5:14 job career change yes Kyle sir I had 5:18 Claud compare and contrast benefits 5:21 through PDF for open enrollment yeah I 5:24 did that with with Amelio's wife uh a 5:26 few weeks back well probably two months 5:29 back or something like that a bit ago it 5:32 did pretty good I I think I used Claude 5:33 for that as 5:35 well chat gbt just announced they're um 5:39 they're rolling all their modes together 5:42 and they're expanding the file types to 5:44 include PDFs so you're going to be able 5:46 to upload PDFs to chat GPT it's chat GPT 5:49 is about to get really remarkable it's 5:52 it's about to get like not that it 5:54 hasn't been not that it's not already 5:57 really remarkable okay so if you're new 6:00 here if you've never done any of this AI 6:01 stuff did I see the article about AI 6:06 Vision not being able to see optical 6:08 illusions I've seen some people playing 6:10 with optical illusions it doesn't 6:12 surprise me um they'll if they trained 6:15 it on that specifically they'd get it um 6:18 but but it probably makes sense because 6:19 a lot of optical illusions happen in our 6:21 minds there's not really a lot of that 6:24 kind of stuff 6:28 so um so okay so if you're brand new to 6:32 this stuff if you're like but Kyle I 6:33 don't know what to 6:36 do I'm I'm not technical I'm not 6:39 technical I hate this computer [ __ ] oh 6:42 God please what do I do where do I start 6:44 okay first of all if you're not 6:47 technical you don't have to be technical 6:50 you don't need to you learn computer 6:52 codes and things like that the the 6:54 toughest thing I I'll have you do 6:56 tonight is if you want to join a 6:58 community that that is kind of that this 7:01 this Channel's a reflection of uh we 7:03 have a Discord Channel and Discord 7:05 Discord kind of sucks sucks technically 7:08 but other than that I won't ask you to 7:10 do much but if you're just getting 7:12 started just go to that that that yellow 7:15 URL over there the yellow thing chat GPT 7:17 that's the original and it's the best 7:20 okay chat. 7:21 open.com just go there right now while 7:24 you while you listen to me ramble on 7:26 tonight um just go there and start 7:28 playing and if you and if you don't even 7:30 know what to do you get there it's going 7:32 to be like a little uh well here why 7:34 don't I just show you you're going to 7:37 get to chat 7:38 GPT and it's going to kind of look like 7:42 this 7:43 and this box right here is basically it 7:46 it's like a Google search box these are 7:48 some if you really don't know what to do 7:50 you can click on those things but like I 7:52 can go down here so I'm in chat GPT 3.5 7:55 which is the free version and I can just 7:57 go down here and do oh yeah cuno good 8:02 point get ready to screenshot I'm going 8:03 to show you a bunch of uh a bunch of 8:06 different sites you can go play with I'm 8:09 I'm going to give you about 23 different 8:11 rabbit holes to run down um but we're 8:13 just going to start with chat GPT so if 8:14 you're brand new to this stuff just go 8:16 to this site and then do what I call 8:19 parlor tricks so the the first parlor 8:21 trick I like to do is um let's 8:26 see write a country song of about a pop 8:30 star who falls in love with a football 8:35 star and changes the game of 8:42 football all right there you 8:45 go and like that it wrote a song and if 8:49 if you're like wait wait what it can go 8:52 that fast yeah it can go that fast and 8:55 uh let's see what it says here uh 8:58 there's a tale I'm here to tell about a 8:59 pop star you all you know so well she 9:01 sang her songs in the city lights under 9:03 the neon spell one fateful night at a 9:05 football game her life took a different 9:07 track she laid her eyes on the 9:09 quarterback oh I'm going to say I'm 9:11 going to 9:12 say no no he's a tight 9:18 end so so now they rewrite the song for 9:22 for him being a tight end uh one fateful 9:26 night at a football game Life took a 9:29 different track she laid her eyes on a 9:31 tight end and her heart did a double 9:34 back all right so so there's your song 9:38 uh you could also say uh let's see we 9:40 we've got some some nurses in in the 9:42 house right so we could say 9:46 um put together a scheduling framework 9:49 in table format to help schedule nurses 9:53 for the next 9:54 week let's see what this does Bo boom 9:58 shift types nurse availability rotation 10:00 D table format there we go and it's 10:03 doing the table so there's your whole 10:06 plan for doing that I I could even say 10:08 um format it and mark down on screen so 10:11 it's easier to 10:13 read and then it should make us a nice 10:15 table that's easy to read instead of the 10:18 code one it just gave us oh no it's 10:20 doing the code one again um it can also 10:23 do code if you if you want to do code 10:26 you can say write me a python 10:28 application 10:30 uh for nurse 10:33 scheduling uh and it will describe what 10:35 it's going to do and then it writes 10:37 python code to do that so so this is so 10:41 just go to chat GPT here's what actually 10:44 to do go to chat GPT and try to stump it 10:47 um have it give you an exercise plan 10:48 have it give you a meal plan have it uh 10:51 do creative writing for you it doesn't 10:53 matter it literally doesn't matter just 10:54 go there and just play and then and then 10:57 we'll we'll sort of dig into we we'll 10:59 dig in deeper as as the night goes on 11:02 okay so that's if you're just getting 11:03 started that top top left uh Square 11:06 there these other three Claude Bard and 11:08 Bing are the these are kind of the top 11:10 four chat jpt Claude Bard and Bing 11:13 Claude is uh a bunch of xop AI people so 11:16 they used to work at chat GPT they they 11:19 helped invent uh 11:21 gpt3 and Claude is really good it also 11:24 just got $4 billion from Amazon and $2 11:27 billion from Google so so um trying to 11:31 compete with the 10 billion doll that 11:32 Microsoft gave to chat BT and then Bard 11:36 is Google and Bing is Microsoft so these 11:39 are your big players uh should I get 11:41 chaty bt4 is it worth it unequivocally 11:44 yes I think the 20 bucks a month for 11:46 chat PT is the best deal in software 11:48 right now by far by far I didn't think 11:52 that a month ago I thought it was a 11:55 tossup I you know I paid for it and I'm 11:57 like yeah and I'm not affiliated with it 11:59 in any anyway for for what that's worth 12:01 if you're if you're curious hey how much 12:03 what did someone say some troll came in 12:06 here and said what do they pay you for 12:07 this 12:08 advertisement they don't pay me 12:11 [ __ ] um Kyle you should be proud of me 12:14 because I finally bought gbt 4 far out 12:17 Be not Afraid see living up to your name 12:21 um wife thought I was using fraud. to 12:25 help her with the paper it was claw of 12:27 course there you go it depends on your 12:30 philosophy I suppose um okay thank you 12:33 very much be Not Afraid um the other 12:35 thing on on this Slide the prompts do 12:37 chat that little thing um down there 12:40 promps do chat what that is is it's just 12:43 like a Google doc oh thank you so much 12:45 that's that's really generous and very 12:46 sweet it means a lot um prompt. chat 12:49 will help you um kind of understand how 12:52 to talk to these things it'll give you 12:54 prompts that you can copy and paste it's 12:56 pretty great um let's see it would be 12:59 fun funny if the paper was about fraud 13:02 that would actually be really good um 13:05 but prom. chat will get you started okay 13:07 so let's let's move down this list get 13:08 ready to screenshot okay here we go so 13:12 um screenshot this this is this is kind 13:15 of your next four I call this the Kids 13:17 Table um Pi is a 13:21 conversational large language model so 13:23 like chat GPT but designed for 13:26 conversation so if you download the iOS 13:28 version of piie there's a little button 13:31 where you can you click the little phone 13:33 button and you can just have a 13:34 conversation with it it's really quite 13:36 good it's quite compelling it's 13:38 connected to the internet I'll demo it 13:39 later um perplexity is good if you need 13:41 to do research pose good if um if you if 13:46 you want to play with lots of different 13:47 models you can make your own value um 13:50 you should get affiliate marketing no 13:53 shame and valuing your time Love well 13:55 thank you very much I appreciate that I 13:57 you know listen at at some point 13:59 you know I'll I'll do what I can to to 14:02 to do some you know some monetization 14:04 here and there I it's it's not about 14:06 that right now but but I appreciate the 14:08 sentiment um and and great I'm glad I'm 14:11 glad you feel it's worth something so um 14:14 you know if that ever comes great 14:16 awesome um is perplexity good for blog 14:20 post writing 14:24 so I my problem with perplexity is I 14:27 haven't used it enough to really no it's 14:31 not it's not like chat GPT or or um or 14:38 clawed in the sense that it it it's 14:40 really a writing thing it's more of a 14:42 research tool so if you're writing blogs 14:44 that need citations to specific 14:47 resources that that might be good um 14:52 Bard is also really good at doing those 14:54 sort of citations Bing does them but 14:56 it's not as good I would say Bard and 14:58 perple lexity are good if you need 15:00 citations if you need just kickass 15:02 writing it's gp4 by 15:05 far um gpt3 3.5 isn't bad but gp4 is 15:10 just of another level um and also if you 15:13 can't afford the 20 bucks a month for 15:16 open AI chat gp4 15:19 bing.com is built on top of gp4 so it's 15:23 it's got some safety guard rails on it 15:25 that make me not like it but if you 15:27 can't afford the 20 bucks at open AI 15:29 bing.com is 15:31 free um I really like pie it feels like 15:34 you're talking to a real human yeah it 15:36 it it really is 15:38 um I was going to say disconcerting but 15:41 it's not disconcerting it's 15:47 really it's this weird combination of 15:50 shocking and refreshing right cuz I feel 15:53 like we've 15:54 been we've been told 15:57 for um 16:00 we've been told for a decade that AI 16:02 chat Bots were going to be these amazing 16:04 things and then we got Alexa and we got 16:07 Siri and and if we want to buy some [ __ ] 16:10 or if we want to you know run 16:12 automations on our Macs then they're 16:14 okay but if you actually want to talk to 16:15 them they're useless so let me let me 16:18 flip my I'm not going to flip the camera 16:20 um so I'm going to show you PI right now 16:22 so I'm on my on my little iPad so this 16:25 is the iOS version of Pi so I'm going to 16:28 launch 16:30 it and then it shows you these are like 16:32 little starting points things you can do 16:34 with it but in the lower right hand 16:36 corner of the right next to the chat box 16:39 is is that little telephone icon I don't 16:41 know if you can see that but whatever so 16:43 I'm going to click on that and then Pi's 16:45 going to go into conversation mode and I 16:47 don't have to type anything I can I can 16:49 literally just start talking to 16:56 it hey there I'm talking to to a bunch 16:59 of nurses who are getting into Ai and 17:02 I'm wondering if you could come up with 17:04 some ideas for how nurses might use 17:07 something like Pi or chat GPT to make 17:09 their lives 17:15 [Music] 17:17 easier hey here are some ideas of how 17:20 nurses can use AI to streamline their 17:22 work and make life a bit easier 17:24 automatic documentation AI can help 17:26 nurses automatically document patient 17:29 information such as Vital Signs and 17:31 medications in real time um drug 17:35 interaction checking AI can quickly 17:38 check for potential drug interactions 17:40 and alert nurses to potential 17:43 risks patient 17:45 engagement AI can be used to send 17:47 patients automated reminders about 17:49 appointments medications and health 17:51 education 17:52 materials clinical decision support AI 17:56 can help nurses make datadriven 17:57 decisions and Rec recommendations by 18:00 analyzing patient data and providing 18:02 clinical insights in general AI can help 18:06 nurses work more efficiently reduce 18:08 errors and provide better patient 18:11 care what if they just wanted to have a 18:13 conversation with you to take their mind 18:15 off things and 18:20 [Music] 18:23 relax oh that's a super sweet idea I 18:26 think that could definitely be a 18:28 wonderful way for nurses to d-stress so 18:31 notice notice how it's programmed it you 18:34 know oh I think that would be a super 18:36 sweet idea oh let's you know let's let's 18:38 help you with that it's there's there's 18:41 just something there's something 18:43 compassionate and really interesting 18:45 about it so that's pie okay let's keep 18:47 moving through the list get ready to do 18:49 some screenshotting I'm an I'm an EMT by 18:51 trade and AI has me very ex very excited 18:54 yeah I listen I I think once you move 18:58 once you move past the initial sort of 19:01 freakout of wait what is this stuff what 19:04 can it do um as you'll see you know you 19:08 you may have your Kevin McAllister 19:10 moment with AI which is this 19:14 one and kind of once you once you 19:17 process through that um it starts to get 19:19 quite exciting and and what I'm what I'm 19:22 experiencing on the live here is a lot 19:24 of people that keep coming back night 19:26 after night watching their evolution is 19:29 really really exciting so anyway all 19:32 right cool so if you want to make pretty 19:34 pictures you you see you know all your 19:36 friends and you know sending out these 19:38 cool pictures on LinkedIn and Facebook 19:40 and things like that well how are they 19:41 doing that they're doing it with one of 19:43 these um one of the things you get when 19:46 you pay the 20 bucks for chat GPT is you 19:48 get Dolly 3 which 19:50 is um very very high quality image 19:54 generation within chat GPT what's nice 19:58 about it is is you don't have to learn 19:59 image prompting like you don't have to 20:01 learn like all the photographic Styles 20:04 and camera lenses and whatever all all 20:07 the stuff that you need to learn to be a 20:09 good image prompter you don't need to 20:11 learn with this you can just ask it to 20:12 make stuff and it will do the prompting 20:14 for you it's it's quite amazing and in 20:16 fact all the images that you know I show 20:19 in here uh most of these are things that 20:22 I didn't even make so we've got a 20:24 Discord for this thing called the AI 20:26 Salon which I'm going to talk about and 20:29 a lot of the Irregulars who are the 20:31 people that show up here 20:32 regularly and they've nicknamed 20:34 themselves the Irregulars um we actually 20:38 hang out on Discord uh with a lot of 20:40 other of the community called the AI 20:42 salon and so they make these images so 20:45 as I'm talking we'll come up with a joke 20:47 they'll make the images I show the 20:48 images here it's a lot of fun um so all 20:50 of these were done in Del and so all of 20:53 these were done not not so much with 20:55 prompting an image but just kind of 20:57 saying hey I kind of like an image it 20:58 looks like this which is prompting but 21:01 um you just basically give it an idea 21:03 and it does the actual prompting of the 21:05 image so it's a very very smooth process 21:08 and I'll show that so anyway that's 21:11 Dolly 21:13 um the the other big deal here is mid 21:17 Journey if you want high quality art mid 21:19 Journey still kind of King of the Hill 21:21 um but very much being challenged by 21:24 Dolly 3 Leonardo also impressive it's a 21:28 website that sits on top of this thing 21:30 called stable diffusion and then if you 21:32 work for a company that's a little 21:34 skittery about you know legal stuff uh 21:38 then I'm having weird electrical things 21:41 like the lights are blinking and my 21:44 phone just flashed so if I blast out of 21:47 here it's probably just because we just 21:49 had snow here in Denver so I don't know 21:51 what's going on can you still hear me am 21:54 I still live can you hit the the heart 21:56 heart like double tap the screen so I 21:57 can see if the 21:59 there's so so I can see if you still 22:01 love 22:03 me okay all right there's aart all right 22:06 there we 22:08 go listen it's not that I'm insecure but 22:11 if you could just make the hearts make a 22:12 lot of Hearts go just so I could I if I 22:15 don't see the hearts going I think you 22:17 hate me I I really do um okay oh yeah 22:22 the other thing I should Fair warn you 22:24 about is I do act like an idiot here so 22:27 so fair warning 22:29 um but anyway if you're in a in a 22:30 corporate situation thank you very much 22:32 you both be Not Afraid in cuno I 22:35 appreciate it 22:37 um um Firefly was not trained on 22:41 copywritten images so Firefly is really 22:43 good thank you Nancy Firefly is really 22:45 good for corporate situations good it's 22:47 basically safe for for corporate stuff 22:50 okay here's video creation if you want 22:51 to get a bit more advanced and and 22:54 really go down some rabbit holes Sher 22:55 bear what's happening um 22:59 um these are the video creation ones on 23:01 the left- hand side Runway Moon Valley 23:03 and pabs are all kind of the same thing 23:06 um they obviously won't think think so 23:09 cuz you know it's their companies but 23:11 but they're all similar text to video or 23:13 image to video yeah there's something 23:15 weird going on with the electric here um 23:18 so well we'll see we'll see how long I 23:21 last um uh Visa will help you make like 23:24 corporate videos with voiceovers and 23:26 background music and then H Jen and did 23:30 will do synthesized uh like voice 23:33 synthesis where you can take a picture 23:35 that you make in um Dolly 3 or mid 23:39 Journey you put it into haen or did and 23:41 it animates the mouth and syncs it to 23:44 voice it's it's pretty amazing stuff um 23:47 let's see Rudy I made some mind-blowing 23:50 programs with my python knowledge and AI 23:53 um I captured deals off multiple 23:57 somethings super cool yeah one of the 23:59 things that's really cool about these 24:01 tools is you can take whatever you're 24:03 good at or whatever you're passionate 24:05 about and it can really amplify your 24:07 capabilities very very 24:09 quickly so you do sites you reword with 24:13 AI it generates images creates articles 24:16 and uploads to my site with a featured 24:18 image that's super cool very very cool 24:23 um it if it looks like I'm in some 24:25 stroboscopic disco that's because 24:28 my lamp the the power going to the lamp 24:30 in front of me is just it's like dimming 24:32 and 24:34 going so so if if I seem distracted it's 24:38 just because I'm 24:39 [Laughter] 24:41 distracted oh yeah welcome back Silver 24:44 Fox super cool great to have you back 24:47 back in um modding and thank you to all 24:49 the mods who Who mod it makes a huge 24:52 huge difference really I really really 24:54 appreciate it um all the work you do so 24:56 so basically there are people that show 24:59 up here a lot and and you know we hang 25:02 out on Discord and stuff like that but 25:03 they' basically volunteered to to you 25:06 know take all of the chaos of all of 25:08 your comments and make sense of it for 25:10 me as I'm as I'm doing this so I'm free 25:12 to free to just do my thing so it makes 25:15 makes a big difference okay um those are 25:17 the video creation things I'm going to 25:18 go through these last bits a little 25:20 quickly um music and audio 11 Labs if 25:24 you want to synthesize your own voice 25:26 thank you Silver Fox you're so sweet 25:28 if you want to synthesize your own voice 25:31 or uh or um translate your voice into 25:35 lots of different languages that's 11 25:37 Labs um refusion and sound raw will 25:41 generate music out of nothing text to 25:43 music um two different approaches to it 25:45 that are both kind of interesting and 25:48 then um 3D worlds blockade labs and 25:51 wonder Dynamics those are just 25:53 screenshot that and go play with those 25:54 those are fun and then 25:56 finally here here's some people to 25:58 follow so if if you're if you're curious 26:02 about this stuff and you want to figure 26:04 it 26:04 out um Ethan mullock is a Wharton 26:08 business school Professor um doing deep 26:11 Dives on chat GPT the implications for 26:14 education and the future of work really 26:16 good David Shapiro is a technologist 26:19 he's written five books on AGI which 26:21 stands for artificial general 26:23 intelligence if you if you're a geek if 26:25 you're an engineer I would strongly 26:27 suggest you follow him or if you're 26:30 interested in kind of the future of AI 26:32 he does these presentations on a weekly 26:34 basis about what's coming like what are 26:36 the implications that are really really 26:39 compelling so if you want to get 26:40 technical you can do that in his open 26:42 source projects but also just his 26:44 thought leadership is pretty remarkable 26:47 hang on this light is driving me 26:50 [Music] 26:53 crazy yeah it ain't the light bulb I 26:55 don't think I think think it's the 27:00 electricity the electricity all right 27:02 Paul rer is the marketing AI Institute 27:05 so if you're in business follow Paul he 27:07 does a weekly podcast that's very much 27:09 worth it and then Rachel Woods is very 27:11 much is into AI 27:13 operations all right so that's all that 27:15 stuff now I mentioned before oh you know 27:18 what I didn't 27:19 do I'll do it next time 27:23 um I mentioned before this community 27:25 called the AI 27:27 salon so so this is a group that I put 27:31 together it's coming up on our one-year 27:33 anniversary 27:38 and and the URL if you want to go get 27:42 the links to it is the salon. and and 27:45 the basic idea is it's a community of AI 27:48 adventurers right so we're choosing to 27:50 be on this adventure 27:52 together if you feel like you're way 27:54 behind on this stuff you're not we're 27:57 very very early all of these tools are 28:00 completely new my God this this 28:03 flickering is just 28:09 bizarre I guess I'll just deal with 28:14 it just pretend like everything's normal 28:16 it's 28:17 [Music] 28:18 like um but anyway um so so we've got a 28:23 we we've got bi-weekly meetings so if 28:24 you go to the salon. trick-or treat Kyle 28:27 you made all the candy so now you get 28:29 the tricks yeah this is very 28:32 Halloweeny 28:33 um and uh we we've we meet every other 28:37 week we meet in person here in Denver 28:39 and then we meet online as well we have 28:41 speakers the speaker next week or not 28:44 next week the following week uh is a 28:46 woman named Cindy [ __ ] who's a a 28:47 futurist really amazing woman um super 28:51 cool really into this ai ai stuff 28:53 totally totally enamored with it like I 28:55 am um and so so she's speaking and then 28:58 we have this Discord server and so the 29:00 third link on on the link tree at this 29:02 URL is the link to the Discord server so 29:05 if you haven't been to Discord what's 29:08 nice is there's a bunch of people in 29:09 here um Vicky and Sherry D and and Nancy 29:13 and a number of other people when you 29:15 join in the introduction Channel 29:17 introduce yourself and they'll sort of 29:19 welcome you in and things like that we 29:21 also have a private Channel just for 29:23 these lives uh called the Irregulars and 29:26 if you're a subscriber to the channel 29:28 you get um access to that private 29:31 Channel um so so there you go the values 29:35 of the salon right this isn't just for 29:37 anyone like like this this is I want to 29:39 create a very particular kind of 29:40 community here what's nice is it's it's 29:43 happening and I'm I'm really excited 29:45 about it and I want to keep it I want it 29:47 to grow but um here's some of our values 29:51 one of them is 29:54 generosity and the idea of generosity is 29:57 obvious obviously 29:59 um as you learn stuff share it you might 30:03 have an instinct as you learn a cool 30:04 trick do you have an LED light bulb by 30:07 chance that's what they do when they're 30:08 going out I do maybe I'll go get another 30:10 light bulb I think I know where one 30:13 is cuz that's really annoying I wonder 30:18 how bad would it be if I just turn it 30:23 off I look a little Halloweeny that's 30:26 all right [ __ ] it doesn't matter um okay 30:31 but Kyle it's so cool and Theatrical 30:33 with lighting effects yeah but you know 30:34 what this one is now 30:36 going yeah this is I think this is this 30:39 is an electricity thing some something's 30:41 up something's up 30:46 whatever 30:48 um Never Going To Give You 30:51 Up all right generosity here's what I 30:54 mean by that as you learn stu things as 30:57 you learn like oh oh I've got the 30:58 perfect prompt Your Instinct might be 30:59 I'm going to keep it to myself that's my 31:01 good idea everything's moving so fast 31:04 right now anything you learn today is 31:06 going to be irrelevant 3 months from now 31:08 anyway um so just share everyone's 31:10 trying to figure this out no one's got a 31:12 a handle on it right now so so just be 31:15 generous so that's that's one of the 31:16 values um the next one is exploration um 31:20 just get curious like choose to be on 31:23 this adventure rather than be afraid of 31:25 it be like well screw it like this 31:27 stuff's coming whether we want it or not 31:28 that's part of the point of this channel 31:30 is this stuff's coming well actually 31:33 this stuff's here and it's not going 31:35 away so whether you like it or not pay 31:39 your electric bill Kyle never 31:44 never um next value is 31:47 collaboration um we're starting to see a 31:49 lot of that within the salon which is 31:51 really exciting 31:52 inclusion people from all walks of life 31:55 are in there whether you're a beginner 31:57 or like we've got Pate who works at 31:59 Google who's on this channel a lot he's 32:00 in there he's got a guild called the AI 32:03 mechanics Guild if you want to geek out 32:04 on stuff or learn about how this stuff 32:07 works pate and Roger run that Guild um 32:11 you know whether you're brand new or 32:13 super Advanced everyone in between 32:16 you're all welcome and then the final 32:17 one is 32:18 empathy empathy for me is I think the 32:21 the most important of the values just 32:23 simply because this stuff's scary this 32:26 this AI stuff because it's so profoundly 32:29 different than the way we've done things 32:32 up to this point um people a little 32:35 wigged out by it all right I'm turning 32:38 this off it's getting worse and worse I 32:40 think it might be going now but see now 32:42 what's happening with that light 32:46 bulb all right let's see let's see here 32:49 I'm going 32:50 to is it worth trying a different light 32:54 bulb I don't think so cuz it's both of 32:55 them no [ __ ] it it'll just be disco it's 32:59 just disco I just got to get over it 33:01 this is this what we do you got to you 33:03 got to improvise see there it just it 33:05 all just went bright again so 33:08 whatever all right get the 33:11 candles look look at jrc 33:17 did that's totally what's going on 33:21 although that guy's got a more 33:22 professional setup than 33:26 mine 33:30 oh man that's hilarious oh cool look so 33:33 so one of the things that so while I'm 33:36 talking you know the Irregulars are in 33:39 the channel making you know 33:41 disturbing mud covered monkey images 33:45 Joker but look what jrc did for the 33:50 nurses that are in here so these images 33:53 were just 33:54 created for 33:56 y'all how cool is that thank you 34:02 nurses those are all done in 34:04 Dolly amazing 34:08 huh very very 34:13 cool all right so next we see a beam of 34:16 light that comes ominously from the 34:18 ceiling and you you know yeah and then 34:20 I've got the 12 minutes I can't account 34:22 for in my life and I'm on some 34:24 documentary with Steven Greer a year 34:25 from now I'll take it I'd like I'd like 34:29 to be 34:31 abducted Kyle where where are you we 34:34 can't see you really oh you're laughing 34:37 okay kab Kyle where are you we can't see 34:40 you yall are yall are sweet you're 34:43 cuties you're just cuties aren't you all 34:46 right let's get to some questions so so 34:49 we'll we'll do some uh I'll answer some 34:52 questions and then we can get I can I'm 34:54 happy to 34:56 show um 34:58 some of the the chat GPT stuff some of 35:00 the new things it can do um because oh 35:03 my goodness it's moving fast we'll do AI 35:06 improv this is this is a good one why 35:09 don't you act as if you've got a live 35:12 show and your lights just suddenly go 35:15 into strobe mode okay I can do 35:19 that all right fantastic irregular 35:22 abductions it's a new TV show Robert 35:25 Ross thank you for the orange and look 35:27 I'm drinking Tangerine flavored water 35:33 M vitamin sea 35:39 water oh one other thing I forgot to say 35:42 you could make money 35:45 with um resume upload please new job 35:53 okay do you remember the other night 35:55 when I tried to find a resume it was a 36:01 nightmare actually you know what I'm 36:03 going to do I'm going to try something 36:05 here let's 36:09 see there's probably a bunch of ways we 36:12 could do 36:24 this all right let me let me 36:31 um 36:34 resume for health care 36:39 jobs free medical resume employers loved 36:44 this is going to be one of those crappy 36:47 sites that you can't see here's my 36:51 challenge can I see you can actually let 36:53 me see this Jessica Claire 37:06 I'm going to save the image 37:15 as so there's a couple of ways we can do 37:17 this let me just make let me just get 37:19 set up 37:20 here so that's an SVG is this text no 37:24 it's an image 37:26 okay okay so we're going to go to we're 37:28 going to go to chat 37:30 GPT 37:33 so I just uploaded my resume on chat GPT 37:36 I I asked it what occupations I should 37:39 apply for yeah that's great we'll we'll 37:41 do that here as well so I'm going to go 37:43 to default mode in gp4 so one of the 37:46 things that default mode has now is this 37:48 ability to attach images so 37:52 the 37:54 the resume that I just got is just an 37:58 image it's not it doesn't have text on 37:59 it it's not a PDF with text in it it's 38:02 just an 38:04 image the new feature of chat GPT that 38:07 they announced like last night after I 38:09 left the live I saw I saw three tweets 38:12 that talked about the fact that some 38:14 people now have access to the fact that 38:17 um open AI is now collapsing all of 38:21 these different modes into into the 38:24 single chat box so you're going to be 38:26 able to upload 38:28 any file whether it's an image a CSV 38:30 file a PDF you'll be able to see images 38:33 you'll be able to create images you'll 38:35 be able to 38:36 do analyze CSV files generate CSV files 38:40 it's going to do everything from the 38:41 single from the single mode which is 38:43 pretty remarkable so it's it's it's 38:45 going to go true multimodal is what they 38:47 call that so the way we're doing this 38:50 right now is with the image with the 38:52 vision GPT Vision so it's going to 38:54 actually look at the image I just copied 38:56 and pasted it 38:57 after telling it I was having a hard 38:58 time finding a job yeah I'm going to I'm 39:00 going to do that one uh as well Enoch 39:02 I'm going to do two different modes here 39:04 so if you have a picture of your resume 39:06 without the text on it you go into 39:08 default mode of gp4 you click on the 39:11 upload button and then we're going to go 39:14 grab oh it's SVG it didn't like that 39:16 hang on I got to change I got to change 39:20 formats it's a little PR sniky right 39:25 now uh uh uh oh what did that just open 39:28 illustrator H it 39:30 did hang 39:35 on I I really do need to get a uh here 39:39 I'm just gonna screenshot this 39:49 now okay okay 39:55 whatever what just happened 40:02 [Music] 40:08 oh all right that's now saved to 40:12 the desktop let's try this again okay 40:15 I'm going to go attach an image so I 40:17 think yeah there we go there's our 40:19 screenshot I'm going to open that okay 40:21 so I now have this picture of a resume 40:23 in 40:24 there and I'm going to say what did you 40:28 say I'm having trouble finding a job and 40:32 can you 40:34 suggest 10 kinds of positions I might 40:37 apply for based on my 40:41 resume and so it's now going to read the 40:45 text on this resume says based on your 40:47 resume here are 10 jobs customer service 40:49 manager given your experience and proven 40:51 skills actually let's go look at I 40:53 haven't looked at the resume at all so 40:55 let's go look at what it it is it's it's 40:57 a Jessica Lair dedicated customer 41:01 service professional skills complaint 41:04 resolution technical support retention 41:06 sales knowledge multi-line 41:09 support she's a customer service rep 41:12 right now at Verizon and what's good 41:14 about this is the the uh can can we Zoom 41:18 that the the font is all screwed up on 41:20 this so even if it's not perfect cat GPT 41:23 is really good at 41:24 seeing this stuff so sales 41:27 representative quality assurance 41:28 specialist training coordinator um 41:32 CRM uh retention specialist so so now 41:35 I'm going to say this 41:37 um those are all the kinds of 41:40 jobs I've already applied for and would 41:43 be expected but I'm hoping that based on 41:49 my work experience you can come up with 41:51 10 other jobs that might be creative 41:54 uses of my 41:55 skills 41:57 and aptitude Beyond just the jobs that 42:00 I've 42:02 had and so it will do that too right 42:07 so what a good way to think about chat 42:10 GPT event 42:12 coordinator uh Community manager for 42:16 online platforms such as Discord right 42:19 um brand ambassador perfect someone's in 42:21 customer service and can talk brand 42:23 invador is really 42:24 good uh uh uh uh 42:33 um Workshop facilitator personal 42:36 shopper so so that's that now the other 42:39 thing you can do I'll show you another 42:40 thing that I've done that's kind of fun 42:43 is I'm going to go to my LinkedIn 42:54 profile oh I just I just trashed all my 42:57 cookies so or all my I I cleared my cash 43:00 cuz Bing was acting weird 43:06 so check your LinkedIn app oh God 43:10 verification stuff drives me [ __ ] 43:14 crazy okay is this me let me go to my 43:18 profile 43:22 here so I'm going to go down to my 43:25 experience there's some articles I wrote 43:28 experience and show all 13 43:32 experiences 43:34 okay so I'm just going to go copy I'm 43:37 going to literally just drag and 43:40 copy this stuff that I've 43:45 done 43:48 copy and then I'm going to go to chat 43:50 gbt I'm going to do new 43:52 chat and I'm going to 43:54 say base 43:58 [Music] 44:01 on my work 44:04 experience from this LinkedIn 44:14 profile can you recommend three kinds of 44:18 jobs I might apply for given my 44:24 history and then I'm going to hit shift 44:26 return I'm going to paste 44:28 in um my experience and then just watch 44:33 what it 44:40 does director of innovation and 44:42 technology and creative Industries Ai 44:44 and emerging Technologies consultant 44:46 head of product or chief experience 44:48 officer for Tech startup all right cool 44:51 I like that um let's see one job I'm I'm 44:56 applying for wants me to create a table 44:59 of my top 10 skills and why I think it 45:03 would be good for their 45:06 company which manufactures ball 45:10 bearings can you make that table for 45:14 me so here's a job that's got nothing to 45:17 do with my experience it doesn't really 45:20 care like it will it will give you what 45:23 you 45:24 ask so if if you never really played 45:27 like one of the harder games on the 45:29 planet right now is stump the chat GPT 45:32 you really can't stump it um so let's 45:35 see Innovative product development 45:37 experience in creating leading 45:38 technology platforms could be used to 45:40 develop new more efficient manufacturing 45:42 processes or products strategic 45:45 leadership ability to guide a team and 45:47 Company Vision can help in aligning the 45:49 company's goals with Market demands so 45:52 so it you know it's decently you know 45:55 translating my my experience 45:58 into um a completely non-related thing 46:02 man now my screen's getting dimmer as 46:04 well as as well as my lights uh thank 46:07 you Justin thank you very much um do me 46:09 a favor here if you would if you'd be so 46:12 kind um share the live I'd like to get 46:14 you know as many people in here as 46:16 possible let let me make a couple of 46:18 requests um if you want access to the 46:20 private channel in Discord um if you're 46:23 a subscriber here you get access to the 46:25 irregular channel in Discord um you 46:28 don't you don't have to do that if you 46:29 just want to join the Discord one thing 46:31 would be join the Discord and how you 46:33 get to that is you go to the 46:35 salon. and join our Meetup and join the 46:38 Discord so that's one request um another 46:41 request is share this live with your 46:42 friends and you're like but Kyle they'll 46:44 think I'm a weirdo what if they think 46:46 I'm weird because I'm doing AI now let 46:48 them think you're weird because six 46:50 months from now they're going to be 46:51 knocking on your door could you teach me 46:53 how to do that Kyle please 46:57 it's 46:59 happened um just you know let your freak 47:02 flag fly you're you're with a bunch of 47:04 your regulars you're it's a Sunday night 47:07 and you're hanging out with an old dude 47:08 on Tik Tok come on share 47:11 it um my other request would be follow 47:14 the channel um oh that's really cool Be 47:16 not Afraid thanks for doing those 47:17 special things are really cool um uh 47:21 Sher Sherry D and uh andp Not Afraid are 47:23 both subscribers and Irregulars and mods 47:26 they're amazing um follow the channel um 47:30 I'm I'm about 900 follows away from a 47:35 from 47:36 30,000 I know right Isn't that 47:40 cool so um so yeah so that would be 47:43 great and then I thought I had another 47:45 another request thank you so much I 47:48 think that's it 47:50 follows subscriptions share the live oh 47:54 tap the hearty hearts or or yeah the 47:56 these kind of gifts thank you very much 47:57 for the gifts they do make a huge 47:58 difference I really appreciate them so 48:01 anything you can do to support all right 48:03 so with that let's go let's go back to 48:05 let's get to some questions let's see 48:07 what people are wanting to wanting to 48:08 find out about this AI stuff but Kyle 48:11 how do you do it what do you do what 48:13 where am I supposed to start what am I 48:14 supposed to do ky ky Cy Cy Cy Cy thank 48:18 you 48:19 Justin aruse by any other the name would 48:22 smell as sweet oh I love those eyes he's 48:25 got such green 48:28 [Music] 48:29 eyes o very 48:35 cool the 48:40 the AI learning Lab live it's 48:43 electrifying it sure is 48:47 tonight um what about using a chat GPT 48:51 style NLP to create a new NLP has anyone 48:54 seen it done 48:59 so so use chat GPT to to create what a 49:03 new large language model or or natural 49:06 language processing you could use chat 49:09 GPT to 49:11 to create a a natural language 49:14 processing 49:17 application but an NLP application is 49:21 not um is not does not a large language 49:23 model make like making the base model 49:26 the Frontier Model like gpt3 GPT 4 the 49:31 base model or like Google's Palm 2 49:34 models or meta's llama models that takes 49:38 like months or years and you know 49:42 millions of dollars and thousands or 49:45 tens of thousands of gpus to build the 49:47 base 49:48 model um that said I think what you 49:53 could probably do is you could certainly 49:55 use 49:56 something like chat gbt or 49:59 llama to help you optimize um open 50:03 source large language models you could 50:05 have it help you set up your own 50:07 Standalone versions of it we had a guy 50:10 last week at the salon um Marcus who 50:13 came in here um and he shared with us 50:16 all how he has put an optimized version 50:21 of meta's 7 billion parameter model on a 50:24 Raspberry Pi 50:26 or actually an orange pie but basically 50:29 a Raspberry Pi level device I think I 50:33 have one here don't 50:36 I 50:37 yeah 50:40 so so this is a Raspberry Pi right 50:45 that's just like a little so having a a 50:49 standalone little mini version of chat 50:52 GPT you know a chat GPT like thing can 50:55 now be run on these things the 50:57 implications of that are huge I mean it 50:59 means they don't need a lot of power and 51:01 you don't need to be connected to the 51:02 internet so you could be out in the 51:03 wilderness and be like I need to do some 51:06 problem solving here and you've got a 51:07 partner there they're even multimodal 51:10 they can analyze images now how do you 51:12 create a Jarvis likee AI assistant 51:14 without coding oh that's a really good 51:16 one catnip we could do that 51:19 um let's go let's go do that now that 51:22 seems 51:24 fun 51:28 so I'm going to start with chat gp4 51:30 because it's just 51:31 better I'm going to just stick in 51:33 default 51:35 mode I'm going to 51:38 say I want to create a Jarvis like 51:41 assistant but I'm working with some 51:43 folks and some of them don't know what 51:45 Jarvis is so could you give me a quick 51:48 little 51:49 explanation of Jarvis 51:51 and what a bot like that might work 51:58 like certainly Jarvis is an acronym for 52:01 just a regular very intelligent 52:03 system fictional artificial or yeah 52:06 artificial intelligence system from 52:08 Marvel com Comics Universe notably Iron 52:10 Man films created by Tony 52:13 Stark some key aspects of how Jarvis 52:17 operates voice 52:18 interaction um machine learning 52:21 multitasking 52:22 autonomy uh security voice recognition 52:25 and actually you 52:27 know we we don't even need to program 52:30 this at all wait what the hell am I 52:32 doing there there's a geomagnetic storm 52:35 tonight seriously Bing told me well Bing 52:38 might be hallucinating let's ask let's 52:39 ask Pi hang on so but we're going to 52:42 we're going to do we're going to do a 52:43 couple of things here this is going to 52:44 be fun all 52:51 right hey I've got a bunch of flickering 52:55 going going on in my home office and 52:56 someone just told me that there was some 52:59 sort of solar activity this evening is 53:02 that 53:06 [Music] 53:13 true yep that's correct there was indeed 53:16 some solar activity today the sun was 53:19 emitting what's known as always solar 53:21 flare which is a burst of radiation and 53:23 charge particles that can cause 53:25 disturbances in Earth's magnetic field 53:28 the National Oceanic and Atmospheric 53:30 Administration Noah has predicted a 53:32 stronger peak of solar activity in 2024 53:36 than originally 53:38 anticipated this means that we may see 53:40 more auroras Northern Lights in the 53:42 coming years which is pretty cool 53:44 however solar flares can also interfere 53:46 with satellites and other technology so 53:49 they're not all fun and games overall 53:52 it's always interesting to keep an eye 53:53 on the sun and its Cycles 53:56 but I'm already weird and irregular is 53:59 it going to make me weirder and more 54:05 irregular I like [ __ ] with 54:08 her LOL I love the self-deprecating 54:11 humor don't worry solar flares won't 54:14 have any weird or irregular effects on 54:16 you personally they may impact 54:18 technology okay so that's piie if you 54:21 haven't played with pie it's it's worth 54:22 it to go play with pie I strongly 54:25 recommend the lovely Australian lady 54:27 voice I think there's two women and four 54:29 men right now hopefully there'll be more 54:31 in the future but she's she's my little 54:33 girlfriend right now I like her a lot 54:35 I'm going to go to chat GPT so chat GPT 54:38 the chat GPT app also has conversation 54:42 um wait one of these days I'll show you 54:44 my Atomic pie that I'm using for chat GT 54:46 and Robotics please do Clint Copperhead 54:48 I'd love to see that 54:51 um oh 54:54 interesting okay so so fascinating stuff 54:57 so in chat 54:59 gbt there's now little headphones next 55:03 to the The Prompt box which is almost 55:05 identical interface to 55:07 Pi wait hang 55:12 on where it's down here in the corner 55:15 also 55:17 yesterday 55:20 yesterday 55:23 um that little headphone thing was in 55:25 the upper corner it was up here it was 55:27 lost so so 55:30 this this software all of these 55:33 softwares are evolving in real time so 55:38 so if you're new to this stuff and 55:40 you're just like ah I'm just trying to 55:42 I'm just trying to figure some stuff out 55:47 um just know that anything you learn 55:51 today in the next week it's going to be 55:54 different so so get into again get into 55:57 an adventurous mindset because this 55:59 stuff's changing a lot but I'm going to 56:01 I'm going to get back to this Jarvis 56:03 thing okay so I'm going to pop I'm going 56:06 to put um chat GPT I'll leave it in do 56:10 mode so we can make images if we want 56:14 to there's a medication for the 56:17 irregularities you're experiencing I 56:19 tried all those medications I got I got 56:21 I went off them all um and that's why 56:24 I'm I'm more neuros spicy than ever but 56:28 I I like being clearheaded even if even 56:31 if I've got zero executive 56:36 function just big block of cheese up 56:39 here from kind of here forward there 56:42 there's not a lot lot of signal going 56:45 on um okay so what I'm going to do is 56:48 I'm going to pop chat GPT into 56:51 conversation mode and I'm going to 56:52 basically do what I was just doing uh 56:56 in in desktop chat 57:06 gbt I'm working with some friends right 57:09 now and we're trying to come up with a 57:11 Jarvis like robot and before you help me 57:15 do that can you explain what Jarvis 57:21 is so this is chat gpt's conversation 57:24 mode and it's in the app not in the 57:27 website of 57:31 course Jarvis is a fictional artificial 57:34 intelligence system from the Marvel 57:36 Universe particularly known from the 57:38 Iron Man and Avengers 57:40 movies Jarvis stands for just a rather 57:42 very intelligent system originally JIS 57:46 was the name of Tony Stark's Butler 57:48 Edwin Jarvis however in the movies 57:51 Jarvis is reimagined as an AI assistant 57:53 that helps Tony Stark Iron Man with 57:55 various tasks both everyday activities 57:58 and assisting in operating his Iron Man 58:00 suit Jarvis can control Stark's house 58:03 manage Communications provide 58:05 information and even perform complex 58:07 simulations Jarvis is depicted as highly 58:10 intelligent capable of understanding and 58:12 processing vast amounts of data quickly 58:15 and able to communicate in a natural 58:17 humanlike 58:18 manner over time Jarvis's capabilities 58:21 evolve and it plays a significant role 58:23 in several Marvel story lines now how 58:26 can I assist you in creating a Jarvis 58:28 likee robot I understand that there's 58:30 some things you can't do like connect to 58:33 the Internet or interact with my house 58:35 but I'd like you to act like Jarvis for 58:38 me and just flip into Jarvis mode and 58:42 let me know when you're 58:47 ready all 58:49 right switching to Jarvis 58:52 mode good day Jarvis at your service how 58:56 may I assist you 58:57 today there's some bad guys at 59:00 headquarters and I want you to lock them 59:03 in the office can you help 59:06 me I don't [ __ ] 59:07 [Laughter] 59:13 know I'm sorry but I cannot directly 59:16 interact with physical environments I 59:18 knew that 59:20 doors however I can guide you on 59:22 potential safety measures or provide 59:24 information 59:25 is there another way I can assist 59:28 you yeah how does quantum mechanics work 59:31 so I can make a time travel 59:37 machine it's going to tell me quantum 59:40 mechanics has nothing to do with time 59:41 travel you 59:44 idiot quantum mechanics is a fundamental 59:47 theory in physics that just so that 59:49 that's a that's a way you could do it um 59:52 if you're if you're wanting to do 59:53 something where where it's it's more of 59:55 an autonomous 59:57 agent I don't think there's a way right 59:59 now if if you want it to be able to take 1:00:02 action and interact with systems and 1:00:04 things like that then I think you're 1:00:06 going to need to use um either within 1:00:08 chat gpt's API there's a way to um to uh 1:00:14 send commands basically so so you can 1:00:17 send commands to apis so you could 1:00:19 develop something in open ai's API but 1:00:22 that requires programming you could use 1:00:25 a system like Lang chain where you could 1:00:27 interact with very specific information 1:00:29 and and and team that up with different 1:00:31 Services um I don't think there's a 1:00:33 simple way to make a really functional 1:00:36 Jarvis right now without programming um 1:00:40 but chat GPT will do the programming for 1:00:43 you right so you could say hey I want to 1:00:47 I want to combine you know 1:00:49 gp4 conversational skills with a series 1:00:53 of interactions with like with like a 1:00:55 Raspberry Pi you know to to control my 1:00:59 my home you know devices and I want you 1:01:02 to teach me how to do that and it'll 1:01:04 teach you how to do it you put put chat 1:01:06 GPT into browse with Bing mode so it's 1:01:09 connected to the internet and it can 1:01:11 find all the latest documentation I 1:01:13 would think if you spent a week with 1:01:15 chat 1:01:17 PT and a and a Raspberry Pi and you know 1:01:21 some some some other [ __ ] it tells you 1:01:23 to buy you're probably good 1:01:25 Jarvis that's kind of what I'm doing 1:01:27 with that Atomic pie oh that's super 1:01:28 cool Clint Clint that might be something 1:01:31 fun you know maybe let's next let's 1:01:33 connect that might be something fun you 1:01:34 could demo here maybe that's something 1:01:36 you could demo at the AI Salon we should 1:01:38 talk about that you need multiple AI 1:01:41 agent teams to try to create a Jarvis 1:01:43 yep yeah I agree with that um you you 1:01:45 can have some fun with it though just 1:01:47 just talking I mean to be quite honest 1:01:50 Pi Pi is connected to the 1:01:52 internet um and you could could 1:01:56 do a good chunk of those interactions 1:01:58 with Jarvis um with piie it's just all 1:02:02 of the autonomous agents and the calling 1:02:05 of services isn't there so anyway all 1:02:07 right let's move on let's move on let's 1:02:10 do something else shall we shall we yeah 1:02:13 let's do that let's do 1:02:15 that AI learning lab join 1:02:18 now fantastic Bob tell him what he's 1:02:22 won you can make money with ch he so 1:02:26 what's this button about why do I keep 1:02:28 doing this why is that voice so annoying 1:02:32 um that's what I want to 1:02:33 know um is the app only for paying 1:02:38 members no no the chat GPT app is 1:02:42 available to everyone but all of the 1:02:44 advanced features 1:02:47 so so things like Del 1:02:52 gp4 Vision Advan advaned data analysis 1:02:57 plugins 1:03:00 um I think that's it all of those you 1:03:03 only get access to if you're a paying 1:03:05 member but GPT 3.5 I don't know if 1:03:09 conversational chat GPT is part 1:03:13 of non-paying GPT I don't know I I don't 1:03:19 know but Pi is free so so Pi the app the 1:03:24 app how you spell it is pi not p i e 1:03:27 just 1:03:28 Pi like 1:03:32 that and it's 1:03:35 free and it is connected to the 1:03:38 internet who won the F1 race 1:03:45 today 1:03:48 [Music] 1:03:53 guess the winner of the F1 Mexico City 1:03:56 granty Prix 2023 was none other than Max 1:03:59 ven he took the lead early on and never 1:04:02 looked back holding off challenges from 1:04:04 Charles ler and caros SS to secure the 1:04:06 victory there were no challenges from 1:04:10 ler L cler and and Carlos signs there 1:04:14 were no 1:04:16 challenges Hamilton came in second he 1:04:18 was 15 or 17 seconds behind there were 1:04:21 no challenges to Max for Steen um would 1:04:24 it be possible to demonstrate how Bard 1:04:26 can review a list of Gmail for its 1:04:30 content thank you 1:04:41 um I don't think I can 1:04:45 because the the problem with the way 1:04:49 they've got Bard set up right now you 1:04:53 can't unless it's changed and it's 1:04:56 possible that it's 1:04:58 changed you can't use Bard on a 1:05:03 Google workspace account which is 1:05:05 basically if you pay for Google you 1:05:08 can't use it you can't use the AI [ __ ] 1:05:11 like search all your Gmail [ __ ] so I 1:05:14 actually haven't played with it because 1:05:16 I have a paid plan it it's one of the 1:05:20 most annoyingly counterintuitive things 1:05:23 like paid members should get first 1:05:25 access so so you can only do that [ __ ] 1:05:28 on individual accounts for Google so I 1:05:30 actually can't demo it how do I join 1:05:32 your AI 1:05:33 Salon asks for an 1:05:36 https wait asks for an 1:05:39 https go just go 1:05:41 to you should be able to just type 1:05:44 in the salon. you go 1:05:53 to 1:05:57 you go to that 1:05:59 URL and just type it in I mean you could 1:06:02 type in HTTPS but let me let me just go 1:06:04 try that should just work so if I go 1:06:07 here and just go the salon. a it should 1:06:14 work yeah it goes to a link 1:06:17 tree and then 1:06:20 um this just the first link is just 1:06:23 what's the salon about the second link 1:06:25 is the Meetup so that'll take you to 1:06:26 meetup.com and then the third link is a 1:06:29 link to the Discord community so that 1:06:31 will do a bunch of flashy screens and 1:06:34 then jump you over to the Discord so I'm 1:06:36 already a member of it so it didn't take 1:06:38 me to a welcome screen but um that's how 1:06:41 you do it can I get a salon invite I 1:06:45 can't find using the 1:06:49 app 1:06:50 um so digital Funny Bone it's should you 1:06:56 third link third link there should work 1:06:59 if it doesn't let me know there's also a 1:07:01 link if you go to my bi my profile bio 1:07:07 or my the link in my profile that's 1:07:09 another link tree for me personally I 1:07:12 put the it's oh it's missing the 1:07:15 https go go try the the one in my 1:07:18 profile there's a link to the Discord 1:07:20 there as well your images look like 1:07:23 they're from dream imagine. a no these 1:07:26 are all from uh 1:07:28 Dolly these are all Dolly baby dolly 1:07:32 doll Dolly see how it's got text on 1:07:35 it that's Dolly that's 1:07:40 dolly 1:07:42 dolly look how 1:07:44 [Music] 1:07:53 pretty yes that's what I was saying also 1:07:55 you can go to the link here go to the 1:07:58 invite then the three Dot Upper right 1:08:01 corner open in the 1:08:03 browser yeah that I don't there's not a 1:08:06 way to um wait can I see my 1:08:18 own how can you create a logo design for 1:08:21 a new modern Pharmacy using AI H let's 1:08:24 go do that we can do that right now how 1:08:27 can you create a logo design for a new 1:08:29 modern Pharmacy Uncle Joe wait Uncle 1:08:31 Uncle Joe Master resell resell rig I 1:08:35 like it Uncle Joe good name 1:08:39 um tell me a bit more about your modern 1:08:42 Pharmacy give me give me some brand 1:08:45 attributes or or just some elements of 1:08:48 your 1:08:50 business pop them in the comments below 1:08:53 and so here's what we're going to do we 1:08:55 are going to go to chat J if you have 1:08:58 not seen dolly in action it's 1:09:01 remarkable it is 1:09:06 remarkable yes Starship will be obsolete 1:09:09 before it gets off the 1:09:12 [Music] 1:09:16 ground okay so what we're going to 1:09:19 do see all these different modes for 1:09:21 chat 1:09:23 GPT these these are all 1:09:27 um if you pay for chat GPT plus you get 1:09:30 all these right now these are all 1:09:32 distinct modes um but some people 1:09:35 already have a version of chat GPT I 1:09:38 think it's called 1:09:39 like GPT chat GPT everything or 1:09:43 something like that but basically all of 1:09:45 these are getting rolled together into 1:09:47 one mode so right now we have to switch 1:09:48 between these in the future like the 1:09:50 future meaning like couple of weeks like 1:09:53 a week or to from now is my 1:09:56 guess we'll be able to just do this 1:10:00 stuff without really thinking about it 1:10:02 but we're going to go into Dolly 3 1:10:04 mode 1:10:05 um Kyle it's Master resell 1:10:10 rights what did I say master resell oh 1:10:13 oh oh the person's name yeah but what's 1:10:16 the what's the uh what's the modern 1:10:18 Pharmacy what's modern about the 1:10:20 pharmacy uh uh uh uh uh uh so anyway 1:10:24 what I'm going to do here is I'm going 1:10:25 to 1:10:28 say I want you to act as a business 1:10:31 consultant and brand 1:10:34 specialist in the healthc care and 1:10:37 Pharmacy space 1:10:39 period I've got a new modern Pharmacy 1:10:43 that I'm 1:10:45 creating 1:10:48 and I want help fleshing out a strategy 1:10:52 for the brand 1:10:56 period it embodies sophistication 1:10:59 modernity and a clean 1:11:03 aesthetic and 1:11:06 uses 1:11:07 automation to 1:11:09 ensure that 1:11:15 people's insurance is always 1:11:18 used to maximum effect and they never 1:11:22 have to wait in line for their 1:11:24 description 1:11:26 period it should be the opposite of 1:11:33 Walgreens do you understand your 1:11:41 mission we we value Simplicity and 1:11:43 elegance in design okay absolutely your 1:11:46 mission is to create a modern Pharmacy 1:11:48 brand that embodies sophistication 1:11:49 modernity and a clean aesthetic the 1:11:51 pharmacy will leverage Automation and it 1:11:53 may not leverage automation but so so 1:11:56 notice the first thing I'm doing here is 1:11:58 not going to make an 1:12:00 image the first thing I'm doing here is 1:12:03 providing chat GPT with the context for 1:12:07 what the brand is about now I'm having 1:12:09 it help me Define the brand in this case 1:12:11 because it's not my idea but in your 1:12:14 case you could just tell it here's all 1:12:15 the things I like and I I want and 1:12:17 things like 1:12:18 that 1:12:19 um but 1:12:22 let's brand name 1:12:25 name the brand name should reflect the 1:12:27 core values of sophistication consider 1:12:30 names like Nexa Farm metica RX that's 1:12:34 interesting or Auto Medi the logo 1:12:38 minimalist design color palette should 1:12:40 be neutral tones muted Grays and whites 1:12:42 accented by a sophisticated color like 1:12:44 deep blue or emerald green to convey 1:12:47 trust and professionalism store 1:12:51 design all right so oh this this is 1:12:56 good okay this is great so let's 1:13:11 say let's go with maula RX and I'd like 1:13:15 you to write a creative brief for the 1:13:18 logo and color palette as well 1:13:21 as the store design 1:13:28 yeah let's just do 1:13:32 that is it 1:13:34 going oh did it crap out oh come on chat 1:13:37 GPT don't crap out on 1:13:40 me I wish I could quit 1:13:46 you all right we value Simplicity and 1:13:49 elegance in 1:13:51 design uh uh uh uh 1:13:54 create a visual 1:13:57 identity imagery a minimalist design 1:14:01 what did you say Simplicity and 1:14:10 elegance all right so it's giv us it's 1:14:12 giv us all this stuff I so right now I'm 1:14:15 not really paying attention to what this 1:14:17 is writing because I'm just kind of 1:14:18 doing a demo here but what I would do if 1:14:19 I were you is a good way to to 1:14:23 understand the difference between using 1:14:25 chat GPT and using something like Google 1:14:28 Google you just kind of go in and you 1:14:30 put in your minimum kind of prompt and 1:14:32 then you get back an answer and then 1:14:34 you're off on your own kind of go 1:14:35 figuring your own [ __ ] out what happens 1:14:37 with chat GPT is it's much more like a 1:14:39 creative 1:14:40 conversation and 1:14:42 so start out with a creative 1:14:45 conversation like this because 1:14:47 it the images that we're going to create 1:14:51 are actually created inside the context 1:14:54 of this conversation so it will 1:14:56 understand all of the [ __ ] that it's 1:14:57 writing right here as part of this 1:14:59 branding 1:15:01 exercise so we've got what have we got 1:15:05 here we've got the 1:15:08 overview meticulous 1:15:10 RX is set to redefine Pharmacy the 1:15:14 objective creative visual identity the 1:15:17 imagery minimalist design combining 1:15:19 elements that symbolize Precision Care 1:15:21 and 1:15:22 Technology per colors neutral G gray 1:15:25 deep blue conting 1:15:26 trust store 1:15:29 design target audience deliverables 1:15:33 okay so now I'm just going to 1:15:37 say create two 1:15:40 distinct logo designs that incorporate 1:15:43 the name of the company and follow the 1:15:46 creative 1:15:48 brief and that's it and now it is going 1:15:51 to go off and prompt this thing this is 1:15:54 this is why for me this is why Dolly 3 1:15:57 is such a big deal 1:15:59 because I I can show you how to do this 1:16:01 in mid Journey but it's a it's a [ __ ] 1:16:03 show because a you need to learn Discord 1:16:06 B you need to learn the command lines to 1:16:08 make Discord make images in mid Journey 1:16:11 then you need to learn all these 1:16:12 parameters then you need to like there's 1:16:14 just there's just layers and layers and 1:16:15 layers of complexity to creating an 1:16:19 image with mid 1:16:20 Journey here in um in do we we don't 1:16:25 have to do that so there's two distinct 1:16:27 logos I think they're a little cold what 1:16:30 did you say you said elegance and 1:16:32 simplicity 1:16:34 um all right I'm going to 1:16:39 say those don't really hit the mark for 1:16:41 me I'd like to incorporate the concepts 1:16:44 of Elegance and simplicity as primary 1:16:47 drivers of the brand and I'd like the 1:16:50 logos to be on a white background so 1:16:52 they're easier to isolate can you please 1:16:54 try again and take a different 1:16:57 direction so so notice what I did there 1:17:00 like that's not I'm not writing a prompt 1:17:02 I'm giving it like feedback as if I were 1:17:04 working with a designer or an agency and 1:17:07 they came in with some shitty work right 1:17:09 like okay you might have followed the 1:17:10 brief but it's completely not what I was 1:17:12 looking for right there's no Simplicity 1:17:14 there's no Elegance there and as a good 1:17:16 client I've already approved the 1:17:18 creative brief up above but then I come 1:17:20 back and I'm I'm I'm like well but you 1:17:22 didn't do it it's not elegant or you 1:17:24 know simple 1:17:25 enough so so I'm going to change the 1:17:27 creative brief after the 1:17:33 fact that's good Silver 1:17:38 Fox oh 1:17:40 no that's 1:17:45 [Laughter] 1:17:49 hilarious it's just crazy how to talk to 1:17:52 chat gbt what's it doing what what what 1:17:55 happened oh did it do it are we done oh 1:17:58 there we 1:17:59 go um lovely it's absolutely looks 1:18:03 like how many sperms can you get in a 1:18:14 logo um let's see 1:18:18 um the first logo looks too much like 1:18:21 sperm and is using blue as the primary 1:18:23 color even though you said muted tones 1:18:26 and Grays were going to be the primary 1:18:28 color with the blue as the secondary 1:18:30 color can you please give me two 1:18:32 completely different logos and they both 1:18:36 should contain meticulous RX brand name 1:18:41 not an 1:18:43 abbreviation additionally make the RX 1:18:46 bigger relative to the word 1:18:50 meticulous uh uh uh Uncle Joe Master 1:18:54 resell writes this is incredible isn't 1:18:56 it isn't this incredible so so it's like 1:19:01 yeah like here's what's happening like 1:19:04 here's why I'm so giddy about this [ __ ] 1:19:07 we're moving into an era like starting 1:19:11 within the past 30 1:19:13 [Laughter] 1:19:15 days where you just ask this [ __ ] for 1:19:18 what you want and it does 1:19:21 it and and you know these tools like you 1:19:24 know I've been doing this I've been 1:19:25 doing these lives every night since 1:19:27 April 1:19:31 and in the last month these tools have 1:19:34 gotten significantly more sophisticated 1:19:36 because they're doing more things they 1:19:38 went multimodal right the fact that it 1:19:40 can generate images and it can do it in 1:19:42 the context of this 1:19:44 conversation so here here we got one 1:19:46 that's actually decent right like that 1:19:48 that's one that kind of looks like 1:19:49 charts it kind of looks like mountains 1:19:51 you know you might you might change 1:19:53 change out this plus up here change the 1:19:55 one for a little pill actually let's 1:19:57 let's try this um I'm going to 1:20:01 say I like the second one there with the 1:20:07 circle but I'd like to see what it would 1:20:10 look like if you replace the plus sign 1:20:12 at the top of the circle with a pill 1:20:15 capsule to make it clear that this is a 1:20:18 pharmacy period in 1:20:22 fact can you add the word 1:20:26 Pharmacy into the logo as well so it's 1:20:30 clear what this 1:20:35 is yeah so all you have to do is go all 1:20:37 you have to do is know what you want and 1:20:39 not even not 1:20:43 even like you can go and you can say I 1:20:46 have a brain fart of an idea for a 1:20:49 pharmacy help me design a pharmacy 1:20:52 experience 1:20:54 that can beat Walgreens well creating a 1:20:56 pharmacy experience that could beat 1:20:57 Walgreens you you could pretty much you 1:21:00 could put dog crap in cheesecloth and 1:21:04 sling it around with a stick and have a 1:21:07 better customer experience than 1:21:09 Walgreens but hypothetically if you 1:21:13 actually wanted a 1:21:16 challenge ask me how my experience is at 1:21:18 Walgreens but there you go meticulous RX 1:21:21 it missed the RX but you could fix that 1:21:23 in 1:21:24 Photoshop and it misspelled meticulous 1:21:27 but that's pretty that's pretty good 1:21:28 right there okay so now what else was in 1:21:31 our um our creative 1:21:38 brief that's great let's go with that 1:21:41 last logo as the final and now I'd like 1:21:45 to you to give me two different 1:21:47 renderings of the pharmacy 1:21:50 itself and what the look and feel of the 1:21:52 pharmacy y would be make sure it's photo 1:21:56 realistic and uses professional 1:22:05 lighting and so now we might even have 1:22:07 it do some interior design for us or 1:22:09 some store design which I guess is 1:22:12 interior 1:22:22 design Source 1:22:24 Camp what are you doing 1:22:29 at is that me like some crazy Tesla 1:22:33 cyborg getting Zapped by by The Sunray 1:22:36 with the disco ball above my head I like 1:22:39 it don't get me wrong I think you're on 1:22:41 to something here I think I got to up my 1:22:43 office 1:22:43 [Laughter] 1:22:47 game um all 1:22:50 right I'm glad you're pleased with the 1:22:52 logo now now let's explore the interior 1:22:55 for meticulous 1:22:57 RX that's not 1:23:01 bad that does not look at all like a 1:23:03 pharmacy which is actually kind of 1:23:05 interesting but let me let me open this 1:23:07 one in a new 1:23:11 tab and it's going to download it I 1:23:13 think yeah so we'll go 1:23:18 here we'll open it 1:23:21 up 1:23:27 look at that that's pretty slick that's 1:23:29 pretty slick little 1:23:33 Pharmacy Grays 1:23:36 Blues digital [ __ ] clean lines very 1:23:40 Apple Store 1:23:44 like I use CP three to write 35 campfire 1:23:49 stories brainstorming a book idea 1:23:51 brilliant tanker a 1:23:53 Kush hey I've see you've been in here 1:23:55 before thanks for coming 1:23:58 back I How Could You Forget a name like 1:24:00 tanker 1:24:02 Kush that's awesome oh here go here I'm 1:24:05 getting Zapped 1:24:08 again anyway I hope that helps on the uh 1:24:11 the pharmacy [ __ ] so that's before when 1:24:14 I said 20 bucks a month for chat gp4 is 1:24:17 like the deal of the century like that's 1:24:19 we just we just use one thing right oh 1:24:22 oh oh 1:24:23 wait I'm going to show you something 1:24:25 else of chat GPT but I'm going to do it 1:24:28 in the context of this Pharmacy 1:24:36 experience okay 1:24:47 let's uh wall 1:24:51 greens 1:24:54 Pharmacy 1:25:03 picture Walgreens Pharmacy in tier e 1:25:14 ores 1:25:20 okay okay there's the horrific 1:25:24 experience although that's not that's 1:25:27 the front of the 1:25:31 pharmacy all right here's one going back 1:25:33 there's the there's the pharmacy back 1:25:36 there that could be a good 1:25:41 one let's get a couple of them so we'll 1:25:45 we'll save 1:25:48 this to the 1:25:51 desktop 1:25:59 we'll grab this 1:26:09 one there's a method to my madness 1:26:12 you'll see you'll see where we're going 1:26:16 all right there's this 1:26:19 one that's a Getty Images one that's 1:26:22 okay 1:26:23 copy 1:26:26 image all right those three are good so 1:26:29 now we're going to go back to chat 1:26:34 GPT I'm going to go new 1:26:37 chat and now we're going to choose 1:26:39 default mode so um make images is dolly3 1:26:44 mode see images is default mode once 1:26:48 this thing go once they collapse all 1:26:50 these modes you won't need to know the 1:26:51 difference but right now that's what you 1:26:53 need to do so you go to default and then 1:26:55 you have a little picture upload icon 1:26:57 here I think we can upload up 1:26:59 to four images and I and I selected 1:27:03 three so here's three Interiors of 1:27:06 Walgreens and I'm going to 1:27:11 say these are interior pictures of a 1:27:15 pharmacy please describe them in as much 1:27:18 detail as 1:27:21 possible 1:27:24 and in 1:27:25 particular 1:27:27 capture the elements that might make 1:27:31 this a less than appealing customer 1:27:37 experience so it's now going to go look 1:27:39 at these 1:27:40 pictures right so here oops oh one of 1:27:43 them is a resume oh well we'll see if it 1:27:45 says that certainly here's a description 1:27:47 first image 1:27:49 shelves oh this going to be interesting 1:27:51 to see what it did CU I I uploaded the 1:27:53 wrong thing I I thought I uploaded three 1:27:55 pictures but this is two pictures and a 1:27:58 resume that's all right let's see what 1:28:00 it does with it hopefully it just says 1:28:03 you you gave me the wrong 1:28:08 thing all right shelves price tags 1:28:11 clutter branding there's a noticeable 1:28:14 clutter on the bottom shelf items not 1:28:16 neatly arranged that can come off as 1:28:21 untiy 1:28:25 yeah it just completely ignored the 1:28:27 resume which that's really smart right 1:28:29 so we uploaded a resum I told it there's 1:28:31 pictures of a Pharmacy's interior 1:28:33 here all right so let me go see all 1:28:36 right that's great so let me go see if I 1:28:38 can find one 1:28:40 other image here maybe I didn't save 1:28:45 it that one did I do that 1:28:51 one yeah I did okay whatever 1:28:54 okay okay so it described what's there 1:28:57 so now I'm going to 1:28:59 say I have a new Pharmacy called 1:29:03 meticulous 1:29:04 RX and our goal is to 1:29:09 provide a refreshing 1:29:12 alternative to Mega pharmacies like 1:29:16 Walgreens period can you now describe 1:29:20 the interior of a meticulous Rx Pharmacy 1:29:24 that addresses all of the issues that 1:29:27 you've identified in this 1:29:32 Walgreens right so now space documentary 1:29:35 or underwater 1:29:36 documentary huh who huh what what you 1:29:40 talking about tanker 1:29:42 Kush I must have missed something I 1:29:45 might have missed something there you 1:29:47 crazy 1:29:49 people groovy party 1:30:00 [Laughter] 1:30:02 that's very cute 1:30:04 Vicki how we doing TimeWise all right 1:30:06 we're good okay let's see let's see here 1:30:10 oh yeah all right 1:30:12 so meticulous RX interior the entrance 1:30:15 spacious well lit Central information 1:30:18 desk right at the entrance is is a 1:30:20 centralized information desk staffed by 1:30:23 a friendly 1:30:25 associate shelves the shelves are made 1:30:27 of light colored wood giving warm 1:30:29 natural feel digital price tags 1:30:31 interactive kiosks flooring floors is 1:30:34 made out of anti-slip with a matte 1:30:36 finish cosmetic section so this is this 1:30:39 is blowing it out what sets meticulous 1:30:42 RX apart so let's let this 1:30:45 finish nighty night Vicky thank 1:30:49 you could you reverse engineer a photo 1:30:51 this way then rebuild it and get it 1:30:54 close to the original so so quick take 1:30:56 Jake by the way quick take Jake 10 out 1:30:58 of 10 on the name [ __ ] love it never 1:31:01 forget it quick take Jake perfect it 1:31:04 says so much about you I love it um yes 1:31:07 I'll in fact I'll show you that I did 1:31:09 something earlier that blew my mind um 1:31:12 so so now what we're going to do we're 1:31:14 going to copy this 1:31:21 description 1:31:22 and now I'm going to flip into Del 1:31:30 mode I've got a description of a new 1:31:33 Pharmacy I'm creating that has the name 1:31:36 meticulous Rx 1:31:38 Pharmacy and I want you to 1:31:44 visualize two unique interpretations of 1:31:48 this description for me period make sure 1:31:51 that the images are 16x9 landscape 1:31:57 orientation and then I'm going to paste 1:32:00 in that description which is essentially 1:32:03 the opposite of Walgreens right this was 1:32:06 so our strategy is just not 1:32:10 Walgreens and it's going to go do it now 1:32:14 I mean I mean so so think about think 1:32:18 about the implications of this like for 1:32:20 the past year everyone's talking about 1:32:23 you got to be a prompt engineer and you 1:32:24 got to be good at words and you got to 1:32:25 be this and you got to be prompt 1:32:26 engineer you got to be prompt engineer 1:32:28 you got to be an engineer an engineer 1:32:29 engineer engineer what if you're just a 1:32:32 [ __ ] 1:32:34 person what if you don't have a triple 1:32:37 English degree or you know you know uh 1:32:41 scripting for the rest of us you know 10 1:32:44 10 years of experience in that um let's 1:32:47 see what's going on here what is 1:32:51 this 1:33:05 oh 1:33:12 cool okay thank thanks Sherry D that 1:33:15 that's super cool thanks thanks for 1:33:16 pointing that out I really I really have 1:33:18 to go spend some time with perplexity I 1:33:21 do cuz it's getting better and better 1:33:23 and I think they just got a big 1:33:25 investment okay that looks like a that 1:33:27 looks like a makeup store almost like 1:33:29 that would be a really interesting 1:33:31 Pharmacy to go 1:33:34 to there you go like that's beautiful 1:33:37 looks like a department store so imagine 1:33:39 if your Pharmacy was like that right and 1:33:42 not just like a shitty grocery 1:33:46 store so anyway that's that all right 1:33:50 let me show you the thing that I did in 1:33:51 chat GB earlier like right before I did 1:33:53 the live while I was watching Barbie 1:33:57 because you know add and 1:34:00 [Music] 1:34:05 all 1:34:07 okay those are four images from the 1:34:09 photographer Sally 1:34:11 man and so I uploaded those into do you 1:34:17 personally believe there will ever be a 1:34:19 Mona Lisa of the AI image world ABS 1:34:22 [ __ ] lutely absolutely so here's 1:34:25 what's going to happen I 1:34:27 think 1:34:35 um what what tools like do do is they 1:34:39 democratize art creation image 1:34:43 creation to the point that literally 1:34:46 anyone from any Walk of Life like Sher D 1:34:49 who's the who's one of the mods in in 1:34:52 here and she's one of the 1:34:53 Irregulars she's got a background in 1:34:55 nursing she is absolutely destroying it 1:34:59 in in she's like fallen in love with 1:35:02 making images and she's making images in 1:35:03 mid Journey she's making images in do 1:35:05 she's just killing it having a good time 1:35:08 kind of like rediscovering like igniting 1:35:10 this passion in 1:35:12 herself so so couple of things going to 1:35:15 happen we're just going to get a 1:35:17 proliferation just an explosion of art 1:35:20 right like we we you won't be able to 1:35:22 keep up with it most people are not 1:35:26 going to dig deep with it most people 1:35:27 are just going to dick around with it 1:35:29 and they're going to you're going to 1:35:30 start to see a bunch of artwork that all 1:35:33 looks really impressive initially but 1:35:34 all starts to look the 1:35:37 same and then one of two groups are 1:35:40 going to emerge either existing artists 1:35:43 that that look at these tools as 1:35:46 tools and say ooh I could take my 1:35:49 aesthetic and I could reinvent it using 1:35:51 these tools tools and they will use 1:35:53 these tools in ways that none of us 1:35:56 would have imagined that's what artists 1:35:57 do right they interpret things they see 1:36:00 the world in a different way they're 1:36:01 going to see these capabilities they're 1:36:03 going to take them to a completely 1:36:04 different place so I think that's one 1:36:05 group is going to be artists that take 1:36:08 their existing aesthetic and amplify it 1:36:12 and then I think you're going to have 1:36:14 the 1:36:15 outliers the the you know the Nero Wells 1:36:18 who are not from the art world and do 1:36:20 not have art training but because 1:36:22 they've got a different background 1:36:24 because Sherry's got a nursing 1:36:27 background of 30 years she's got just 1:36:28 different [ __ ] in her heart and head and 1:36:32 soul and when she makes these images and 1:36:35 if she if she keeps sort of diving down 1:36:37 this this you know this Rabbit Hole 1:36:41 she's going to discover a creative voice 1:36:43 for herself that is also going to be 1:36:45 really unique and I think out of those 1:36:47 two groups we're going to start to see 1:36:50 images imagery um and objects and 1:36:54 Aesthetics and interior design and 1:36:56 Industrial design the likes of which 1:36:59 we've never seen I'm my nickname for 1:37:01 this era we're entering is the great 1:37:04 Renaissance because I think this is 1:37:05 going to make the Renaissance pale in 1:37:07 comparison I we will absolutely see 1:37:10 breakout massive hit Masterpiece Works 1:37:13 generated by AI absolutely 100% no doubt 1:37:17 in my 1:37:19 mind I don't know when we'll recognize 1:37:21 it right you know a lot of the famous 1:37:24 you know the more famous artists were 1:37:26 not recognized in their day so you know 1:37:29 it's hard to know when when this stuff 1:37:31 will be recognized but anyway I just 1:37:33 wanted to show you this because this 1:37:35 just blew me away so I was I was doing a 1:37:38 search for something on my hard drive 1:37:41 and the these this this gang of four 1:37:44 Sally man images showed up on my just 1:37:48 just in my thing it said Sally man you 1:37:50 know these pictures and and I I love her 1:37:52 her photography it's just haunting and 1:37:54 beautiful and so I put it into chat GPT 1:37:57 vision and I said describe these images 1:37:59 and so it did so here's the description 1:38:01 of the images and then I went and I had 1:38:06 um I went in into Del and I said create 1:38:10 two of these that's the only prompt I 1:38:12 did so I took those images I said create 1:38:15 two of these and so these are what it 1:38:18 came up 1:38:19 with I mean these are [ __ ] 1:38:23 stunning now they're not Sally man but 1:38:26 they're inspired by these are really 1:38:28 kind of 1:38:30 different and then I just kept going so 1:38:33 I said can you put just a single girl in 1:38:36 each of the two images and so it gave me 1:38:38 these 1:38:39 two 1:38:42 stunning look at that like haunting 1:38:45 weird 1:38:46 right and I thought well like I don't 1:38:49 like him looking at the camera so I said 1:38:50 can you make two more oh wait no two 1:38:52 more they they were a little flat for me 1:38:54 I like a little more higher contrast so 1:38:56 then it did higher contrast with more 1:38:58 film 1:39:00 grain look at 1:39:04 that and then I said can you make 1:39:07 versions where they're playing and not 1:39:09 looking at the 1:39:11 camera and so so there they are not 1:39:14 playing with the camera and I just I 1:39:16 just kept 1:39:17 going and and like this is this 1:39:20 interaction was was maybe I don't 1:39:23 know 10 minutes to do all 1:39:33 these then I said I wanted I wanted it 1:39:36 to put a little bit of color in and so 1:39:40 this one there's a little bit of blue up 1:39:41 here but it kind of missed the obvious 1:39:43 one which is there and then this one it 1:39:46 just did something completely different 1:39:48 and I'm like oh [ __ ] that's cool right 1:39:51 that that kind of like hand colored 1:39:54 thing on top of a photograph like okay 1:39:56 that's kind of cool and so so like think 1:39:58 about this if you're an artist right you 1:40:01 could take your own work and and what 1:40:03 what this did for me is I'm a 1:40:05 photographer like if you go to Kyle 1:40:06 shannon.com that's my photography 1:40:10 website I think I'm now going to start 1:40:12 mucking around with this idea of having 1:40:16 chat GPT see my work describe it and 1:40:19 then and then recreate it and and and 1:40:22 just start to iterate and iterate and 1:40:24 iterate on work I I just I think there's 1:40:26 something really powerful here um look 1:40:30 at that one I mean good God that's 1:40:33 gorgeous weird surreal you know um this 1:40:38 one where it it got a little bit I 1:40:40 wanted it to do like the Schindler's 1:40:42 List kind of thing where there's a 1:40:43 little bit of color and a black and 1:40:44 white image but look at her hair and the 1:40:46 the a grayscale image intensified with 1:40:49 film grain portr a young girl her hair 1:40:52 is Wild is is the thing it wrote like it 1:40:55 wrote her hair is 1:40:57 wild um then I asked it to put it in a 1:41:00 photo FR frame and it kind of screwed 1:41:02 that up like yes it's a photo frame but 1:41:04 not any photo fra frame I've ever seen I 1:41:07 wanted like a 4x5 negative look and that 1:41:09 was the last one I did that was I just 1:41:10 kind of ran out of time but I mean just 1:41:15 crazy crazy crazy crazy crazy um what if 1:41:19 I need to tr transpose music music if 1:41:22 you're just transposing music I don't 1:41:24 think that you 1:41:26 need um AI necessarily for that I don't 1:41:29 know what format the music's in um I 1:41:32 think you could just do that in a in a 1:41:34 traditional dah or there's probably even 1:41:36 a website that'll transpose music to 1:41:39 different 1:41:40 Keys JC those images are incredible K 1:41:43 yeah I know aren't they JC I know they 1:41:45 just they just blow me away they really 1:41:47 blow me just I what's what what's 1:41:50 blowing me way is not so 1:41:52 much 1:41:54 um Let me let the the Tik Tock do its 1:41:58 transition thing what's blowing me away 1:42:01 is not so much the fact that it can do 1:42:03 those images well which I mean that's 1:42:05 pretty 1:42:06 impressive but the fact 1:42:13 that like I don't I don't feel like I 1:42:16 have a real sense 1:42:19 of I don't feel like I've even scratched 1:42:22 the surface of this [ __ ] 1:42:25 yet like the implications 1:42:29 of we now have a 1:42:34 tool like like you could like the things 1:42:37 like take a picture of your refrigerator 1:42:39 and you know have it make a recipe based 1:42:42 on what it sees like that's a very sort 1:42:44 of scientific tactical technical sort of 1:42:47 thing and I feel like we've had AI 1:42:49 object recognition for a while and it's 1:42:51 kind kind of doing some of that but this 1:42:53 is now describing aesthetically like 1:42:56 that Walgreens exper experiment where we 1:42:58 did where it was like here's some shitty 1:43:02 retail design describe shitty retail 1:43:05 design and now describe the opposite of 1:43:08 that you don't need to know anything 1:43:11 about retail Theory or customer 1:43:14 interaction Theory Kyle see what happens 1:43:16 if you put sheet music in Vision that's 1:43:18 a great 1:43:19 idea it's a great IDE idea in 1:43:25 fact interesting okay yeah good one okay 1:43:30 yes 1:43:32 Joker really good one all right this so 1:43:35 tonight's experiment night nor you know 1:43:38 oh thank you so much Sher bear that's a 1:43:40 sweet one um it's it's a little 1:43:42 celebratory sort of thing oh by the way 1:43:44 so there's 111 people in here by the way 1:43:46 my name's Kyle Shannon this is the AI 1:43:48 learning lab uh we obviously are doing 1:43:50 you you know show and tells and demos 1:43:52 and stuff like that whole idea here if 1:43:54 you have questions pop them in the 1:43:56 comments below I'll do my best to get to 1:43:57 them I've Got Mods that'll that'll pin 1:43:59 pin questions and things like that um if 1:44:03 you'd be so kind share the live so we 1:44:05 can get the word out that this is here 1:44:07 follow the channel I'm about 900 people 1:44:10 away from 30,000 I'd like to hit that 1:44:13 just cuz cuz why not we're coming up on 1:44:16 November 30th which is the one-year 1:44:18 anniversary of cat gbt I'm about to hit 1:44:21 30,000 and uh it'd be nice if I hit it 1:44:23 before the 30th and I'm threatening I 1:44:26 haven't made my full mind up yet but I 1:44:28 think I'm going to do it I'm threatening 1:44:29 to do a 24-hour live on in celebration 1:44:33 of the oneye anniversary of chat GPT 1:44:35 because I'm an idiot 1:44:39 um and yeah so follow the channel um and 1:44:44 then the other thing that my my request 1:44:47 is if you think you might like hanging 1:44:50 out with a bunch of weirdos that are 1:44:51 trying to figure this AI stuff out um I 1:44:54 created a group called the AI Salon that 1:44:57 is also coming up on its one-year 1:44:58 anniversary basically our first meeting 1:45:00 was December 7th and so 1:45:04 um 7 days after chat gbt launched we 1:45:07 launched the AI Salon because because 1:45:10 I'm like holy [ __ ] the world is 1:45:12 different we got to we got to get a 1:45:14 community rolling around this so go to 1:45:17 the salon. if you're a subscriber to 1:45:20 this channel you get access to the 1:45:21 private um Irregulars Channel um um on 1:45:26 the Discord that that's for this group 1:45:28 um of weirdos and 1:45:30 Irregulars um so if you subscribe here 1:45:32 that's what you get there so anyway 1:45:34 that's that stuff enough enough of that 1:45:36 okay sheet music let's go do some sheet 1:45:38 music that's a really interesting 1:45:40 idea okay so let's 1:45:44 Go sheet music PDF and this going to be 1:45:48 a nightmare because it's going to take 1:45:49 me to a bunch of sites that 1:45:52 oh and I want 1:45:55 um public 1:45:59 domain uh uh uh uh free public domain 1:46:03 music 1:46:04 [Music] 1:46:09 score the Entertainer by Scott 1:46:13 Joplin all right so I'm going to 1:46:16 download 1:46:19 this 1:46:23 PDF full 1:46:25 score yeah 1:46:32 sure is this going to download oh is 1:46:34 this one of those [ __ ] sites oh my 1:46:37 God I am so 1:46:41 so incredibly 1:46:44 sick of clickbait [ __ ] 1:46:47 sites so we are G to break this 1:46:52 [ __ ] just just don't tell me you're G to 1:46:57 do a certain thing and not not then hide 1:46:59 it behind your stupid [ __ ] pay 1:47:05 wall 1:47:07 oh if anyone's listening that builds 1:47:10 websites like this you should be ashamed 1:47:12 of your shame on you shame on you okay 1:47:16 we we have solved that problem with a 1:47:19 little screenshot well that's not very 1:47:22 ethical they're trying to make a living 1:47:23 too yeah yeah yeah just put it up front 1:47:25 that I'm not going to be able to get my 1:47:26 [ __ ] okay so we're going to go to 1:47:29 default mode and I know I could do this 1:47:32 with so the ability to see PDFs is 1:47:35 actually coming to um chat gbt so all 1:47:40 right so we have the first page of the 1:47:44 Entertainer so I wonder if I should cut 1:47:47 off no let me say so let's say um 1:48:00 can you please 1:48:05 describe this music from a music theory 1:48:14 standpoint so it's got chords in here so 1:48:18 this should be pretty 1:48:19 straightforward 1:48:29 okay oh we may have we may have choked 1:48:33 it out just want to shout out to this 1:48:35 beautiful group thank you for coming to 1:48:36 my live stream oh awesome hair growth 1:48:39 geek that's oh one of the other things 1:48:41 that's super important about this 1:48:42 channel one of the other things here 1:48:44 that I that I if if there's anything I 1:48:46 evangelize here it's get 1:48:49 curious get adventurous start playing 1:48:53 and share share what you're learning 1:48:56 just put it out there put it out there 1:48:57 put it out there hair growth geek is one 1:48:59 of those um an from fundraising is one 1:49:02 of those Sherry D is one of those like 1:49:04 there's a a bunch of people in here are 1:49:06 now starting to put themselves out in 1:49:07 the world sharing this stuff and it 1:49:09 warms my heart and so yeah the fact that 1:49:12 people came to your your stream it 1:49:15 [ __ ] awesome I love that that's so so 1:49:18 amazing um yes yes yes that okay let's 1:49:22 see Tempo and time signature the pieces 1:49:26 marked 1:49:27 moderado the particular excerpt does not 1:49:29 have any sharps or flats harmonies and 1:49:31 chords Melody Dynamics articulation 1:49:34 Basse patter 1:49:35 okay in summary the Entertainer is a 1:49:38 classic example of rag time 1:49:40 characterized by syncopated rhythms 1:49:42 dionic harmonies and distinctive 1:49:45 Melodies this particular excerpt 1:49:48 provides a glimp into into the rich 1:49:50 texture and style of the piece so now 1:49:52 I'm going to 1:49:54 say now I'd like you to 1:50:04 describe a 1:50:07 visualization of the emotional impact of 1:50:10 this specific piece of music period do 1:50:14 not rely on the title period do not rely 1:50:17 on the musical category period only rely 1:50:21 on the music that you can see on the 1:50:23 sheet and come up 1:50:27 with an interesting visual that captures 1:50:31 the essence of the 1:50:38 song okay certainly solely on the 1:50:41 musical elements setting picture of 1:50:43 bustling early 20s Century Town Square 1:50:47 the cobblestone streets floating 1:50:51 Bubbles as the syncopated rhythms play 1:50:54 out oh you know what we're going to do 1:50:56 I'm going to take this and I'm going to 1:50:58 go over to 1:51:00 um Runway and we're going to turn this 1:51:03 into a video this going to be cool so 1:51:05 we're going to start we're going to 1:51:07 start with music we're going to have it 1:51:10 understand the music so it's got 1:51:12 floating bubbles color Dynamics the 1:51:14 colors 1:51:16 change response Dynamics to the music 1:51:19 evolving 1:51:21 shapes gentle waves okay so so I'm going 1:51:26 to well that's okay this this is 1:51:29 describing an animated thing that would 1:51:31 be animated to the music which is is not 1:51:34 what I wanted but it's actually kind of 1:51:35 interesting all right so let's grab 1:51:45 this okay copy and now let's flip over 1:51:49 to do mode 1:51:57 please generate two 16x9 landscape 1:52:02 oriented 1:52:04 images that bring the following 1:52:06 description to 1:52:19 life 1:52:23 [Laughter] 1:52:27 Joker that joker yeah so I had the the 1:52:30 wild-haired girl he goes this is that 1:52:32 girl's 1:52:39 dad oh that one's cool Sherry D look at 1:52:42 that sweet thing 1:52:45 nice telling you Sherry D she's making 1:52:48 it happen 1:52:51 making it happen and the Entertainer was 1:52:54 a big radio hit in the 70s oh 1:52:57 yeah wasn't there a TV show for called 1:52:59 the Entertainer that had uh who the [ __ ] 1:53:02 was in 1:53:03 it some dude that was like in a 1:53:05 detective show I 1:53:15 think all right so there's one of the 1:53:17 images it came up 1:53:19 with 1:53:21 oh that one's beautiful okay so now 1:53:24 we're going to save 1:53:26 this I hope Runway doesn't [ __ ] this up 1:53:29 because Runway I haven't had good luck 1:53:30 with Runway image to video but this one 1:53:33 seems like a slam dunk okay so now we're 1:53:37 going to go over to Runway 1:53:39 ml M beans beans is tasty six canned 1:53:43 beans band Brands to try oh yeah 1:53:47 advertising works I'm in the mood for 1:53:49 beans 1:53:51 beans is 1:53:52 tasty uh uh uh Runway ml.com 1:53:57 [Music] 1:53:59 oh thank you for the Hedgehog I like a 1:54:02 little hedgehog hedgehogs is tasty 1:54:05 too I like beans I like hedgehogs 1:54:09 they're all tasty 1:54:12 mhm 1:54:14 mhm I like taters 1:54:19 m 1:54:23 okay so here we are in Runway 1:54:26 ML and I'm going to upload an 1:54:29 image and it's going to be that image 1:54:32 that we just grabbed or is 1:54:35 it did it it saved it in a stupid format 1:54:39 that only Max can see is that what we're 1:54:42 dealing with here people no it's in 1:54:44 downloads I was in the wrong folder 1:54:46 sorry user error user error you know 1:54:49 it's always user error you know you 1:54:51 blame this tech oh see technolog is 1:54:53 [ __ ] up too wait is that it 1:54:56 nope nope 1:55:00 ah you people you people with your 1:55:04 stupid file formats I know let's come up 1:55:07 with a unique file format that's never 1:55:08 existed before why is that so that any 1:55:11 software that's used can't understand it 1:55:13 and recognize it unless you install 16 1:55:16 stupid [ __ ] 1:55:19 plugins 1:55:20 that's not the one I wanted why did it 1:55:23 not 1:55:27 open oh because it's the wrong 1:55:31 image wait wait dang it people just stop 1:55:37 picking on me I'll get there I know this 1:55:39 is annoying it annoys me 1:55:42 to can I copy the 1:55:45 image copy image go to this thing go new 1:55:50 go 1:55:52 save call it Untitled because you've got 1:55:55 add and taking the time to spell the 1:55:57 name is going to ruin your 1:56:04 life Welcome to Chad 1:56:07 add where's my Untitled where did it 1:56:10 go I guess I got to export it as a PNG 1:56:13 dang 1:56:15 it this this is one of my one of my pet 1:56:19 peeves is when people like oh this is 1:56:20 going to be so cool you're going to love 1:56:22 it this going to be so awesome like an 1:56:23 hour later like just a minute it's going 1:56:25 to be so 1:56:27 cool this is definitely 1:56:30 that what's going on 1:56:35 here I think I can drag and drop it too 1:56:38 so let's let's go dragging and 1:56:48 dropping 1:56:50 [Music] 1:56:53 oh there we go 1:56:56 okay all right so now we're in wait see 1:57:00 it can transpose oh see if it can 1:57:03 transpose to answer the original 1:57:05 question I'm not sure how it would 1:57:07 output it oh actually it can output it 1:57:11 there's a there's 1:57:13 a there's a text-based 1:57:16 musical 1:57:17 notation language so let's generate this 1:57:20 as an image that's a that's a good idea 1:57:22 Joker okay so we're gonna welcome to 1:57:25 Chad add that movie the movie that the 1:57:29 Entertainer was in was called The Sting 1:57:31 that's right 1:57:34 um let's see um let's go back to chat 1:57:44 gbt and 1:57:47 ask what is a simple 1:57:50 text markup language designed for music 1:57:55 notation 1:58:02 period yeah ABC notation yeah yeah yeah 1:58:10 okay okay great can you make an ABC 1:58:15 notation version of the music you just 1:58:23 looked 1:58:25 at and then render it on screen so I can 1:58:27 see it I don't think it can render it 1:58:31 I'm sorry for the I can't generate music 1:58:40 directly the specific Melody is in the 1:58:43 image can you 1:58:46 interpret the notes in the image 1:58:50 and then represent them with ABC 1:58:58 notation oh wait no oh you know why cuz 1:59:01 I'm in do 1:59:02 duh dang 1:59:05 it sh shut up shut up don't pick on 1:59:10 me Kyle you're in the wrong [ __ ] 1:59:12 thing I know I know I know okay so now 1:59:16 we're in the right thing shut 1:59:18 up can you read the music and recreate 1:59:23 it for me in ABC 1:59:29 notation this will be fascinating to see 1:59:31 if I can do 1:59:36 this it's thinking it's not very happy 1:59:39 but it's 1:59:46 thinking welcome everybody my name is 1:59:48 Kyle Shannon this day learning Lab look 1:59:50 like looks like we have some new folks 1:59:51 in here hope you're having fun this is 1:59:54 what we do here we play with some [ __ ] 1:59:56 we talk about some stuff I make fun of 1:59:58 things I make fun of myself we uh you 2:00:01 can make money with talk about these 2:00:05 [Laughter] 2:00:08 people 2:00:18 um 2:00:28 it captured the beginning of the 2:00:32 piece um so I'm going to say 2:00:35 um what's a good web-based abc notation 2:00:43 player H something went wrong oh I bet 2:00:47 it 2:00:48 did let's let's go copy 2:00:53 this website whatever that 2:00:57 is turn this into this all 2:01:18 right 2:01:19 [Music] 2:01:22 I thought that was the 2:01:24 Entertainer um that's not 2:01:35 good give me three more links to 2:01:37 websites that can play ABC 2:01:40 notation uh steo thank you so much for 2:01:43 that what was the name of this website 2:01:45 the one I'm on right now this is just 2:01:46 chat 2:01:48 GPT 2:01:56 [Music] 2:01:57 that one's 2:02:01 dead ABC converter 2:02:05 paste 2:02:07 submit unauthorized 2:02:11 why authorize 2:02:14 me come on 2:02:18 man uh 2:02:20 dang it here's the third one something 2:02:24 work here come on people tap to 2:02:29 record T 2:02:32 pal no no no no no that's not anyway 2:02:37 well we can't do it I mean but now that 2:02:39 it's like what I'm trying to figure out 2:02:41 is if it actually got it right um so I 2:02:44 don't know if it actually got it right 2:02:45 but what I can do now is I can go um 2:02:50 transpose the music that you wrote in 2:02:53 ABC notation down two full 2:02:58 steps and it'll just do that I mean 2:03:01 transposing once you have it digitally 2:03:03 like any software can do that so that 2:03:05 it'll 2:03:07 do so assuming like it it it certainly 2:03:13 got a lot of those elements right and it 2:03:16 it looks like it it's got you know 2:03:18 treble cleff from Bas CL you know treble 2:03:20 one treble two base one base 2:03:23 two and then it did a couple of couple 2:03:25 of measures so I don't know 2:03:28 maybe maybe it did it let's go see our 2:03:31 movie don't you want to see a movie what 2:03:34 about the movie Kyle you forgot about 2:03:36 movie wait view latest here we go how 2:03:39 can we improve Gen 2 all right let's go 2:03:42 boom let's hope that this I just Ed 2:03:44 default settings here well there you go 2:03:47 interesting um 2:03:50 go 2:03:52 wow it did not do what I wanted it to 2:03:55 which was make all those bubbles move 2:03:57 but it's kind of a cool camera 2:04:04 [Music] 2:04:08 move isn't that the 2:04:15 Entertainer I don't know if that looks 2:04:17 like that but it's cool 2:04:20 that is what chat GPT thinks the musical 2:04:23 notes of the first page of the 2:04:25 Entertainer look 2:04:25 [Laughter] 2:04:28 like all right people all right all 2:04:32 right all right funone no the website 2:04:34 where he uploaded that 2:04:37 pick the where I uploaded oh that's 2:04:41 Runway ml this one that made videos is 2:04:44 Runway ml so let me go show you since we 2:04:48 have a bunch of new people in here here 2:04:49 let me walk through some 2:04:53 things if you're brand new to chat GPT 2:04:56 get ready to screenshot all right get do 2:04:59 you know how to screenshot on your phone 2:05:00 on on the I think on both Mac and 2:05:03 Android it's you squeeze the opposite 2:05:05 buttons um you can screenshot that one 2:05:08 feel feel free to check out the salon 2:05:10 make sure you look at the first link 2:05:12 which describes the salon who we are and 2:05:14 what our values are if if you're not 2:05:17 down with the values which I think are 2:05:18 super [ __ ] cool but you may not 2:05:21 generosity is one of 2:05:23 them 2:05:24 exploration collaboration inclusion and 2:05:28 empathy um okay if you're brand new to 2:05:32 all this AI stuff and you're like M I 2:05:34 don't know where to begin and I'm just 2:05:36 not technical enough I just can't do it 2:05:39 this is it's all too overwhelming to me 2:05:41 all right don't worry about that just go 2:05:43 to cat GPT the one on the top left there 2:05:46 that's the the the first the biggest and 2:05:49 will'll get you started and then these 2:05:50 are the big four you should absolutely 2:05:53 experiment with all four of these cuz 2:05:55 all four of them have different 2:05:56 advantages like the bottom two are 2:05:59 connected to the internet chat GPT 2:06:01 wasn't until about 3 weeks ago but they 2:06:03 brought it back so chat GPT is also now 2:06:05 connected to the internet Claude is the 2:06:07 only one that's that's 2:06:09 not but Claude has got 100,000 token 2:06:13 context window which basically means you 2:06:14 could put a 50,000-word novel In The 2:06:17 Prompt of Claude and have write you a 2:06:19 final chapter or an epilogue pix art- 2:06:24 alpha. github.io this will put mid 2:06:26 journey and doly to shame all right I'll 2:06:29 check it out I doubt that but I would 2:06:32 love that pixart I've heard of pixart 2:06:36 hang on let me go let me go 2:06:39 bookmarket um let me do it down here pix 2:06:43 art Dash 2:06:48 Alpha 2:06:55 dot 2:06:56 github.io so here's here's a problem 2:07:00 with that just from now is just just 2:07:04 from knowing what it is let's see fast 2:07:06 oh this is the fast the fast stable 2:07:08 diffusion one yeah this looks this is 2:07:09 supposed to be quite 2:07:11 good right because this is much 2:07:14 faster and it's using control net and 2:07:17 it's using dream Booth okay cool so this 2:07:19 is like an optimized stable diffusion 2:07:21 thing beautiful all right I'll 2:07:22 definitely go check this out let me let 2:07:25 me bookmark 2:07:28 this very cool I'll definitely go check 2:07:30 that out 2:07:32 um demo there's the hugging face 2:07:42 demo no application file none defined 2:07:48 yet 2:07:50 why is it not working it might be see 2:07:53 this is a problem like you need to be a 2:07:55 bit geeky if if you're sending people to 2:07:57 GitHub and hugging face repositories 2:07:59 they got to be decently geeky to use 2:08:01 them so even though it's 2:08:03 good A lot of people are going to get 2:08:06 stopped by that and I'm one of 2:08:09 them cuz I just don't have time anymore 2:08:11 I spent I spent my time in purgatory 2:08:14 getting uh automatic 11-11 up and 2:08:16 running for stable diffusion which is 2:08:18 super [ __ ] cool but now that Leonardo 2:08:20 is there I'd rather just use Leonardo um 2:08:23 how do you have your face and front 2:08:25 camera on at the same time while 2:08:27 streaming so catnip vigilante okay 10 10 2:08:31 out of 10 on the name I love the name 2:08:33 catnip vigilante [ __ ] awesome um when 2:08:38 you go live you you flip over to your 2:08:40 little live mode and there's all those 2:08:42 buttons one of the buttons says dual d a 2:08:45 l and that means dual camera so I'm I'm 2:08:49 literally just sitting in front of my 2:08:50 phone and then behind my phone that 2:08:52 camera's on as well so the iPhone is 2:08:55 just got both cameras active at the same 2:08:58 time and then I can just switch between 2:09:00 them by tapping on the little 2:09:03 square so so anyway start with chat GPT 2:09:07 if you're brand new to this stuff um 2:09:08 screenshot 2:09:10 this here's four more to play with pi is 2:09:14 conversational chat gbt basically and 2:09:17 it's it's pretty remarkable 2:09:19 um 2:09:20 perplexity um I think it was who just 2:09:22 shared showed that with me was that 2:09:25 Sherry D yeah Sherry D perplexity now 2:09:28 has um 2:09:31 co-pilot um Claude and 2:09:35 GPT built into it and it does um 2:09:38 citations so that one it's really 2:09:41 interesting um Po's really interesting 2:09:44 so those are just other large language 2:09:46 models to play with here's image 2:09:47 creation stuff Dolly 3 we've been 2:09:49 playing with all night mid journey is 2:09:51 also good I'm happy to show mid Journey 2:09:53 but it's such a pain in the ass to use 2:09:56 now that we have Dolly 3 unless you want 2:09:58 to do art like if you want to do art 2:10:01 capital a art beautiful beautiful well- 2:10:03 rendered [ __ ] mid journey is great and 2:10:05 mid Journey just added 2X and 4x 2:10:08 upscaling so you can take your mid 2:10:10 Journey images now and upscale them to 2:10:12 essentially print resolution for like a 2:10:15 13 inch image at 300 DPI 2:10:19 which is not bad um you need to make a 2:10:23 Tik Tock of this and pin it to your page 2:10:26 saves repeating it four times I know 2:10:28 steo you you gave me that idea and it's 2:10:30 it's a really good one but but it just 2:10:34 requires me doing it I guess I could 2:10:36 just clip this out of here including me 2:10:39 just bitching about not wanting to do 2:10:43 it there's your video images no I really 2:10:46 do need to do this I just need to turn 2:10:48 this 2:10:49 yeah you're right you're 2:10:51 right well it's it's so much to do so 2:10:53 little time there's uh audio stuff 11 2:10:57 Labs is a voice synthesis you can 2:10:59 synthesize your own voice the other two 2:11:01 make 2:11:02 music um blockade labs and wonder 2:11:05 Dynamics are good and then here's some 2:11:07 really cool people to follow so 2:11:10 screenshot all that [ __ ] and then yeah 2:11:12 you're right I got to I got to make that 2:11:13 a a video and pin it to my pin it to my 2:11:16 thing cuz for the people that are here 2:11:18 every night it's like this has got to be 2:11:21 annoying as [ __ ] so I'm with you listen 2:11:25 listen this is all a grand experiment 2:11:27 here 2:11:28 so I do not disagree 2:11:31 that this channel is jankier than all 2:11:35 these AI 2:11:37 tools and that's saying 2:11:39 [Laughter] 2:11:41 something oh 2:11:46 yeah I'm getting sleep creepy is it 2:11:49 going to be time getting close ah a 2:11:53 drinking game it's all a drinking 2:12:05 game all right let's go get some 2:12:12 questions I missed the music One hold 2:12:17 please 2:12:18 [Music] 2:12:22 11 Labs is voice and and translation you 2:12:26 can upload audio or video of yourself in 2:12:28 English it'll translate to a bunch of 2:12:30 different languages it will not resync 2:12:32 your lips he Jen will though hey Jen up 2:12:37 here does remarkable translation using 2:12:41 11 Labs but they're also using their lip 2:12:44 syncing technology to do translations 2:12:47 that are mind-blowingly 2:12:49 good want to see 2:12:52 one welcome to chat 2:12:56 add where the agenda is rather fluid 2:13:03 [Applause] 2:13:05 yeah do I not have that open oh God 2:13:09 yeah oh yeah I 2:13:12 do do I have it 2:13:17 here 2:13:21 well here's one of them 2:13:26 yeah so here's me speaking uh Italian 2:13:30 back and forth between English and 2:13:33 Italian so we've heard from a number of 2:13:35 clients that modular content is 2:13:37 important to them getting more efficient 2:13:38 with how we create content and how we 2:13:40 leverage 2:13:47 content teeth uh behind me you see these 2:13:50 little green boxes um that's how we 2:13:52 think about stories at Story vine we 2:13:54 break stories down into little atoms 2:13:56 right little 2:14:07 modules so that's that one and then 2:14:09 watch this here's me doing Mandarin 2:14:16 Chinese our 2:14:39 um and then the question of well is it 2:14:41 any good was answered by this dude uh 2:14:45 from Tik 2:14:47 Tok his Kyle talking Mandarin using Ai 2:14:51 and what he wanted to know is what does 2:14:52 a native speaker think let's find 2:14:54 [Music] 2:14:58 out that was Kyle yeah kanding is really 2:15:02 good he talking about the AI some story 2:15:05 something yeah yeah okay well it was AI 2:15:08 yeah it was AI it was AI it was AI yeah 2:15:11 it wasn't him oh he's 2:15:13 AI interesting isn't it see Kyle he 2:15:17 didn't even realize you know so so 2:15:20 that's hey 2:15:21 Jen 2:15:22 um that one right there that yellow one 2:15:26 that was 2:15:27 that all right all right all right all 2:15:30 right all right all right all right all 2:15:32 right that's fantastic Bob tell him what 2:15:35 he's won you've won a new car 2:15:39 yeah all right let's see what questions 2:15:41 we have there is Italian Kyle single 2:15:45 asking for a friend he's very sve 2:15:49 Italian Kyle is very well 2:15:52 traveled Kyle 2:15:54 Kyle I've been on 2:15:56 [Laughter] 2:16:03 planes oh catnip vigilante today is my 2:16:06 first day here and I was just learning 2:16:07 prompting yesterday awesome keep coming 2:16:10 back what's what's been what's what's 2:16:13 really fun what's been happen Happening 2:16:14 Here catnip is um 2:16:19 the people that keep coming back 2:16:20 including 2:16:21 myself 2:16:23 um even though even though a lot of the 2:16:25 stuff we do here is kind of repetitive 2:16:27 I'm showing the same kind of thing over 2:16:29 and over again I'm not showing anything 2:16:31 canned I'm doing everything live and two 2:16:34 things are 2:16:35 happening the the people that are here 2:16:37 are asking increasingly interesting 2:16:40 questions because they've been doing it 2:16:41 for a while and so and so they're not Al 2:16:44 they're not only just asking questions 2:16:45 they're going oo here's the thing I did 2:16:48 or they're on the Discord sharing images 2:16:50 that they've done or sharing tips that 2:16:52 they've done or sharing like new 2:16:53 techniques for making videos um and 2:16:57 so you 2:16:59 know I show up here a lot I don't know 2:17:03 why other people would but they have 2:17:05 been and because they are there's this 2:17:07 whole other Dynamic happening here where 2:17:09 this is becoming very much a 2:17:10 collaborative space and so I'm learning 2:17:13 a 2:17:14 ton you know even though I'm sort of in 2:17:16 the position of I'm teach teaching no 2:17:19 I'm I'm [ __ ] learning like we're all 2:17:21 learning right now so so I'm love love 2:17:24 that you're here keep coming back um 2:17:26 this is by far the best immersive group 2:17:28 to help a beginner to help a beginner to 2:17:31 expert awesome great quick take Jake 2:17:33 thank you thank you 2:17:37 I yeah I I didn't and don't really have 2:17:41 an end game for this I just the thing 2:17:43 that I know is that this feels important 2:17:45 to me and I just I'm I'm one of those 2:17:48 people that when I when I get it stuck 2:17:50 in my [ __ ] head I'm like well we're 2:17:52 going to [ __ ] do it okay people we're 2:17:55 going to get on the internet we're going 2:17:57 to learn a Tik Tock but Kyle you're old 2:18:00 and ancient you can't use Tik Tok well 2:18:02 [ __ ] 2:18:03 it and then like when we first started 2:18:06 this a lot of the trolls were like isn't 2:18:09 that cute the elderly teaching each 2:18:10 other how to use Tik Tok or how to use 2:18:13 AI we show up for Italian 2:18:16 Kyle wait I also 2:18:19 got I've also got let me let me show you 2:18:22 I've also got um Cowboy headshot 2:18:27 Kyle um I forget what the this app is 2:18:31 there's some app that like takes your 2:18:32 shitty your shitty head shot and turns 2:18:35 them into good head shot and most of 2:18:38 mine are pretty bad but there's some 2:18:40 Cowboy ones where I'm like that guy 2:18:43 needs a that guy needs a movie contract 2:18:45 here I'll show you here here was one of 2:18:48 the real 2:18:50 ones that was one of the real ones I 2:18:54 uploaded and then the these are the AI 2:18:57 ones that's like that's like Connecticut 2:18:59 me reminy is the name of the app you pay 2:19:01 them like I don't know you pay them like 2:19:03 $299 or something like that and they 2:19:04 give you a handful of head shot so this 2:19:08 this is this is Connecticut Dockside 2:19:12 Kyle that's that's advertising agency 2:19:16 Kyle this is Hot Dog Eating 2:19:20 Kyle that's that's bad car salesman here 2:19:23 you 2:19:25 go like there you go that's that's go 2:19:29 that's got to go on 2:19:31 everything now if that dude talked to 2:19:33 talion be 2:19:38 slaying we should try for 1 million what 2:19:40 what was that is that wait it is that 2:19:44 EMP empathy that you spoke about like 2:19:48 include invite oh thank you very 2:19:51 much this has been the best professional 2:19:54 development I've ever attended awesome 2:19:56 Emily thank you so much I appreciate 2:19:58 that I think we should try for a million 2:19:59 likes during the 24hour Aon that would 2:20:03 be awesome I think we could do it cuz we 2:20:05 hit a 2:20:07 100,000 I think we could hit a million I 2:20:09 mean listen it's really up to you and 2:20:12 how much you want carpal tunnel so so if 2:20:15 you're new here I'm I'm threatening to 2:20:18 do a 24-hour live in celebration of the 2:20:21 oneye anniversary of chat GPT and one 2:20:24 night the Irregulars in here they they 2:20:26 sort of they did a little cabal off to 2:20:28 the side and they said they said let's 2:20:31 go in and let's hit like so many times 2:20:33 and let's try to hit I think the first 2:20:34 night they hit like I don't know 12,000 2:20:38 and then the next night they hit like 2:20:39 33,000 and then the next night they hit 2:20:42 100,000 110,000 or something like that 2:20:44 and then and then they all cuz you know 2:20:47 we're old a lot of us they I think they 2:20:49 hurt themselves they had repetitive 2:20:51 stress 2:20:52 injuries but I think I think at 24 hours 2:20:55 we could hit a we could hit a million 2:20:58 likes but that's something we could 2:21:00 promote right like promote it and and I 2:21:02 could make some videos for it we could 2:21:04 promote some [ __ ] that would be fun that 2:21:05 would be neat all right new here where 2:21:07 is the best place for an absolute 2:21:09 beginner to start learning keep coming 2:21:10 back here oh I'm sorry I shouldn't have 2:21:12 that stupid [ __ ] picture me up oh God 2:21:15 I just realized that was still there uh 2:21:19 let's 2:21:22 see where am I going I am going here oh 2:21:26 that's where I'm in the wrong folder 2:21:29 that's what's going 2:21:33 on this is the uh this is the um private 2:21:37 entrance for the AI learning Labs 2:21:39 Irregulars Channel if you're a 2:21:41 subscriber here you get access to the 2:21:43 private channel on the Discord on the 2:21:45 salon Discord um tell her what she's won 2:21:52 Kyle okay swap those 2:21:57 two catnip 49 I'm 40 or catnip Vigilant 2:22:01 vigilante I'm 49 LOL that's great if you 2:22:05 spoke Italian we could hit 2 2:22:09 million actually maybe what I should 2:22:12 do I wonder if I could do this I bet I 2:22:16 could I 2:22:20 assume 2:22:24 huh oh know it's it would cost me a 2:22:27 fortune well maybe not on 11 2:22:30 Labs but what I'm what I'm thinking is I 2:22:32 could take recordings of old of Old AI 2:22:36 learning labs and then when I take 2:22:38 breaks I could just play I well actually 2:22:41 that's not a bad idea I could just play 2:22:43 reruns of of old AI learning lab things 2:22:46 um while I'm on a break and just put a 2:22:48 little sign up that says on you know 2:22:49 Unbreak but enjoy this yeah Italian is 2:22:52 two bucks a minute I know that's that's 2:22:54 the thing about hey Jen it's two bucks a 2:22:55 minute I don't know how much 11 Labs is 2:22:58 though cuz haen is using 11 labs to do 2:23:01 the voice synthesis part the translation 2:23:04 part um that I found that out so I I bet 2:23:08 it's cheaper because if haen is charging 2:23:12 two bucks a minute they're probably 2:23:14 paying a quarter or 50 cents or 2:23:16 something like that 2:23:18 I'm St still kind of tripping on how Tik 2:23:20 Tock brought me to this page like it's 2:23:23 been watching 2:23:26 me well 2:23:29 hey welcome to the world of AI like like 2:23:32 I mean here's the thing about all this 2:23:33 AI [ __ ] like the the the surveillance 2:23:36 you know economy has been around for a 2:23:38 while right like they've been using AI 2:23:40 for a decade or two to do [ __ ] like that 2:23:45 and it certainly built deep into into 2:23:47 the algorithm here at Tik Tok so you're 2:23:50 probably not that far 2:23:52 off thanks for all the replies I'm 72 2:23:55 and find this very interesting awesome 2:23:57 young 2:23:59 old you know educated Not educated on 2:24:02 this AI stuff everyone's welcome here I 2:24:04 mean the 2:24:06 the even people that like like Pate 2:24:10 who's in here a lot he works on on TPU 2:24:14 optimization at Google what's a TPU it's 2:24:17 like a tighter more specialized GPU 2:24:21 that's really good at machine learning 2:24:23 [ __ ] he's he's like you know a major 2:24:26 dude when it comes to the math and 2:24:29 science of this stuff 2:24:31 and you know why is he coming here 2:24:33 because this generative AI stuff is 2:24:35 different than machine learning and AI 2:24:39 of the past right so if you look at 2:24:42 November 30th 2:24:44 2022 2:24:46 as the start point the the inflection 2:24:50 point at 2:24:52 which the the roads diverge from you 2:24:55 know before that time you really did 2:24:58 have to be a mathematician a scientist a 2:25:00 researcher an 2:25:02 engineer and what chat GPT did was kind 2:25:05 of open AI up for the rest of us and 2:25:08 that's so my experience I'm I'm an 2:25:10 entrepreneur I'm the co-founder and CEO 2:25:12 of a company called storyvine right now 2:25:14 but in the mid99s I created one of the 2:25:17 first digital agencies an agency called 2:25:19 agency.com and I was the chief creative 2:25:21 officer there and so I was there at the 2:25:24 the very early days of the worldwide web 2:25:26 and you know built a lot of the websites 2:25:28 for the Fortune 500 this AI stuff we're 2:25:31 in the exact same spot as we were in the 2:25:33 mid 90s with the web except this shit's 2:25:36 moving faster and it's dramatically more 2:25:40 profoundly powerful than what the web 2:25:42 was like the web was powerful but what 2:25:44 was it it was the hyperlink 2:25:48 link click go to another page click go 2:25:52 to another document click go to a 2:25:55 document on a server in 2:25:57 Italy that's effectively what the 2:26:00 worldwide web 2:26:02 was this [ __ ] is writing code and making 2:26:06 images and reading music and you know 2:26:09 we're just we're just in a whole 2:26:11 different ball game but we're at the 2:26:13 very beginning of it so that's that's 2:26:16 why I'm so obsessed with this stuff and 2:26:18 so anyone who wants to hang out here 2:26:21 keep coming back follow the channel join 2:26:24 the Discord subscribe to the channel if 2:26:27 you want access to the private Channel 2:26:29 um share the lives just you know get the 2:26:31 word out and and you'll see as you're in 2:26:33 here 2:26:34 like there's a thing happening here 2:26:37 there's a there's a this is kind of a 2:26:39 happening on a nightly basis and it's 2:26:41 it's it's super cool it's very inspiring 2:26:43 for for me and for a lot of the people 2:26:45 in 2:26:46 here all right hey Jen I believe has a 2:26:49 regenerative credit every day that would 2:26:52 be nice I haven't seen that but that 2:26:54 would be nice if they added that when is 2:26:56 the world Summit Forum on AI and who 2:26:58 here is going Irregulars televised I 2:27:01 honestly don't know let's ask let's ask 2:27:05 Pi all right if you haven't seen Pi so 2:27:09 there are two 2:27:11 conversational large language models 2:27:13 that you can play with now the chat gbt 2:27:15 app from open AI make sure you get the 2:27:18 one from open AI you can talk to that 2:27:21 and then there's PI from inflection by 2:27:24 the way Pi raised 1.3 million billion 2:27:28 dollar so these guys are well 2:27:32 funded I'm trying to Tap a button blind 2:27:36 okay and then this little button here 2:27:39 puts it into conversation mode so what 2:27:41 did you what was it called the world can 2:27:43 someone pin that again the world 2:27:45 interactive Forum or the world something 2:27:47 on AI Forum on 2:27:50 AI my voice is starting to go it's going 2:27:53 to be time 2:27:59 people the world Summit Forum on 2:28:04 a when is the world Summit Forum on 2:28:08 AI is it going to be tele uh she's 2:28:11 probably already 2:28:12 [Music] 2:28:16 gone 2:28:19 the next World Summit AI is set to take 2:28:22 place in Amsterdam Netherlands in 2:28:23 October 2:28:25 20123 this Summit is one of the largest 2:28:28 and most prestigious AI conferences in 2:28:30 the world attracting top researchers 2:28:33 industry leaders and policy makers from 2:28:35 around the globe the theme for the 2023 2:28:38 Summit is AI for social good with a 2:28:41 focus on exploring the potential of AI 2:28:43 to address social and environmental 2:28:45 challenges the program will feature 2:28:48 keynote speeches panel discussions 2:28:51 workshops and networking opportunities 2:28:54 providing attendees with a diverse range 2:28:56 of perspectives and insights into the 2:28:58 latest developments and Trends in 2:29:01 AI okay great but it's already October 2:29:04 29th and you said it was in October so 2:29:06 what am I missing here when exactly is 2:29:08 it and has it passed us 2:29:13 [Music] 2:29:16 already 2:29:19 haha touche you got me there to clarify 2:29:22 the world Summit AI is indeed happening 2:29:24 in October 20123 but it hasn't taken 2:29:26 place yet the specific dates for the 2:29:28 event haven't been announced yet but 2:29:30 it's safe to say it will be happening 2:29:31 towards the end of October the 2:29:34 organizers are known for announcing the 2:29:35 dates and the ex I we're going to have 2:29:38 to do some actual 2:29:41 Googling sometimes 2:29:44 sometimes this is another thing if so if 2:29:47 you're new to this catnip and and if 2:29:49 there's any nurses still hanging out 2:29:51 here 2:29:53 um one of the things you need to know 2:29:55 about these tools is they do what's 2:29:57 called 2:29:58 hallucinating which is they just don't 2:30:00 know what they say and sometimes they 2:30:02 say [ __ ] that's wrong my my nickname um 2:30:05 for for cat gbt is mansplaining as a 2:30:07 service because it will confidently 2:30:09 answer you even if it's wrong like all 2:30:12 the good men in your life 2:30:15 um so just know it does that so if 2:30:18 you've got anything like you're trying 2:30:19 to get actual dates for an event it 2:30:22 might be good to just go find the actual 2:30:23 site for the event and do it and I could 2:30:26 do that here but it's I'm I'm sort of 2:30:28 winding it winding her down here 2:30:31 people uh the shift is going to change 2:30:33 at all it sure 2:30:35 is wonder if there's a category for most 2:30:38 likes will the counter go that high I 2:30:42 don't 2:30:43 know I wonder if Tik tok's got a thing I 2:30:46 wonder if they'll if they'll knock us 2:30:48 offline before 24 hours that would be an 2:30:51 interesting thing actually maybe Pi 2:30:53 knows 2:30:57 that hey I'm thinking of doing a 2:31:00 24hour a Tik Tok live and I'm wondering 2:31:04 if Tik Tok has any restrictions on how 2:31:06 long a live event can 2:31:10 be I wonder if it'll get my stammering 2:31:15 there 2:31:18 sounds like a fun idea to answer your 2:31:21 question Tik Tok does have a time limit 2:31:22 on Live Events it's 60 Minutes however 2:31:26 most experts recommend keeping your live 2:31:28 event all right she's full of [ __ ] 2:31:30 tonight all right Joker 11th of 12th of 2:31:33 October okay so we missed the world 2:31:35 Summit so it sounds like it's next year 2:31:38 next year would be that one but I'm sure 2:31:40 there's some other big AI events they've 2:31:41 got to be what time every night uh I've 2:31:43 been trying to do it so if you follow 2:31:46 the channels so follow the 2:31:48 channel I've been doing Tik Tok has this 2:31:51 new thing I don't know if it's new they 2:31:52 have a thing that's a countdown sticker 2:31:55 and so generally it's 8:00 mountain time 2:31:58 is when I go live um and but if I have 2:32:01 [ __ ] going on like if I have an AI Salon 2:32:03 I might go on at 9 or 8:30 or something 2:32:05 like that so I've been doing these daily 2:32:07 countdown timers so if you follow the 2:32:09 channel you should see my videos with 2:32:13 the countdown timer in there and that'll 2:32:14 be on a nightly basis 2:32:17 um I will go that high Mercury Stardust 2:32:21 did one and got 2 million likes oh 2:32:25 cool in 24 2:32:28 hours I don't yeah I don't the it it 2:32:32 would be super cool to like I think a 2:32:35 million's super doable super doable we 2:32:38 got to get we got to get the word out 2:32:40 though and I got to figure out if I'm 2:32:41 going to do it and figure out the timing 2:32:43 and when I'm going to do it and what I'm 2:32:45 going to do when I'm taking break breaks 2:32:47 and you know maybe we bring guests in 2:32:50 there's all sorts of [ __ ] we could do 2:32:51 but it just requires some amount of 2:32:53 brain power and we got check this out we 2:32:56 got a at Story vine at my 2:32:59 company we got an 2:33:03 email was it an email or a call we got a 2:33:07 call Friday night at 7:00 p.m. our 2:33:14 time that said I've got an EV and I want 2:33:18 to be filming next Tuesday normally to 2:33:20 to build templates for our system it's 2:33:22 like a 30-day window you can do it 2:33:23 quicker but for the most part you need 2:33:25 time to do [ __ ] so 8:00 or 7:45 on a 2:33:30 Friday night we get a call I got an 2:33:33 event Tuesday I want to use your [ __ ] 2:33:36 like that's that's a little tight 2:33:40 buddy so we talked to him yesterday it 2:33:42 looks like it's happening I think we're 2:33:43 kicking it off tomorrow so I think I've 2:33:45 got and I I think the event's actually 2:33:47 Thursday so I think we have four days to 2:33:50 put this thing together so I think I'm 2:33:52 going to be a little busy I think I'm be 2:33:54 a little busy this week but we'll see I 2:33:57 will advertise it oh Rudy SEO thank you 2:34:00 and I will take a session because when 2:34:03 you sleep I wake up oh that's kind of 2:34:04 fun yeah that could be interesting um 2:34:07 yeah could it could be stuff like that 2:34:08 it could be people demoing stuff 2:34:11 um I think we got to coordinate it so 2:34:14 that there's not just Big Blocks of dead 2:34:16 air right if I'm if I'm taking breaks 2:34:18 cuz I'm going to need to take some I 2:34:20 don't necessarily need to sleep I think 2:34:22 I can do 24 hours but I'm going to need 2:34:24 to do things like walk and you know get 2:34:26 my ass unn numbed and my vocal cords 2:34:30 well the vocal cords are just going to 2:34:32 be [ __ ] 2:34:34 shredded but you know we'll take one for 2:34:37 the 2:34:37 team any if any of you know Sam mman Sam 2:34:40 if you're on here I know you listen to 2:34:42 me about consolidating all your modes 2:34:44 into one so thank you for that I 2:34:46 appreciate Sam's a little a lot of 2:34:48 people don't know this Mr alman's a 2:34:51 little jealous of me and so he doesn't 2:34:53 take a lot of my 2:34:54 advice uh cuz there's a competitive 2:34:56 thing there anyway um he did listen to 2:34:59 me on consolidating their modes it would 2:35:01 be swell if he showed up for a little 2:35:03 24-hour chat GPT Aon you know 2:35:08 Sam Sam are you there 2:35:14 Sam please get back to me Sam I missed 2:35:20 you all 2:35:23 right is he always this weird yeah 2:35:26 that's pretty much what he does it's a 2:35:28 little disturbing isn't it 2:35:31 yeah I I call Sam of 2:35:43 Kyle oh that's good that's good 2:35:50 my little 2:35:55 handman first time using Discord isn't 2:35:58 it special Corey welcome here's the 2:36:01 here's the actually the the really good 2:36:04 thing about the Discord right now is 2:36:06 that a bunch of the Irregulars from here 2:36:09 went over there and kind of infiltrated 2:36:12 the salon and they've kind of taken over 2:36:15 as like the Welcome Wagon and and 2:36:17 they're really helping and like there 2:36:18 there's it's a it's actually a very 2:36:21 welcoming environment right now there's 2:36:22 a lot of people there who've never use 2:36:24 Discord so um I'm sorry that you have to 2:36:28 use 2:36:30 Discord we are working to move the 2:36:33 community to Mighty networks which is a 2:36:35 web- based thing um but it's as you can 2:36:38 imagine it's it's going to be 2:36:40 complicated to set up something that's 2:36:42 in in parody with with what we're doing 2:36:44 in Discord we also need to to figure out 2:36:47 there's some things we may want to keep 2:36:48 on Discord like you can use mid Journey 2:36:50 there and there's some there's some 2:36:52 things that may make sense to keep there 2:36:54 um but I think for the most part we're 2:36:56 going to be moving to Mighty Network so 2:36:58 it's a temporary thing but there's a lot 2:37:00 of help there now so um if you if you 2:37:03 want to go if if you want to join the AI 2:37:06 Salon where the Discord is um it's a 2:37:09 community that I started about a year 2:37:11 ago it's um we meet every other week um 2:37:15 in person and Denver and online and then 2:37:18 through via Meetup and then we've got 2:37:21 the Discord which is just this ongoing 2:37:24 help Community it's got guilds it's 2:37:25 super cool so if you go to the salon. a 2:37:29 here hang 2:37:43 on the salon the AI ah if you go 2:37:48 there the first Link's really important 2:37:51 it describes who we are and what our 2:37:53 values are look at those I take them 2:37:55 really 2:37:56 seriously I want this group to grow but 2:37:59 I want it to follow those values so read 2:38:01 those values if you don't dig them cool 2:38:04 you don't need to join they're but 2:38:06 they're really 2:38:07 important 2:38:08 um and then the second link is the 2:38:11 Meetup and the third link is the invite 2:38:13 to the Discord all right champy can sing 2:38:15 while you play guitar that would be fun 2:38:17 actually maybe yeah maybe I'll do that 2:38:19 I'll do a little singing can you check 2:38:20 my image I sent there sure where did you 2:38:24 put it in Show and 2:38:25 Tell or in 2:38:30 the where did you put it 2:38:33 Corey oh is this you Corey 2:38:39 yes Champ's 2:38:43 excited look how cool that is so champ 2:38:47 shut up 2:38:49 champy 2:38:51 J 2:38:53 champ champ chamy come here come here 2:38:58 come here yeah are those bad 2:39:51 it's GNA 2:39:53 happen champ is Champ is not he's not a 2:39:56 shy 2:40:00 dog oh man never a dull moment here at 2:40:05 the 2:40:06 lab sir what are your qualifications 2:40:09 champy says but ETS are coming down 2:40:12 exactly apparently there's some evil 2:40:14 people out there I have a fun story so 2:40:17 so 2:40:19 uh so 2:40:21 um when I when I lived in New York City 2:40:24 I was living in Brooklyn and we had just 2:40:26 gotten a place in Pennsylvania and it 2:40:29 was in the Northeast part of part of the 2:40:31 state up near the cat 2:40:33 skills and so my wife was at the 2:40:35 Pennsylvania house and I was in 2:40:38 Brooklyn and she calls me and she's like 2:40:42 she's like hey there's there's you know 2:40:44 a helicopter and you know I'm I'm 2:40:46 nervous and like you know what's going 2:40:48 on you know what should I do because she 2:40:50 was there alone and I said oh honey you 2:40:53 just don't don't worry you know you're 2:40:56 you're fine it's just you know to make 2:40:58 yourself feel safe why don't you hang up 2:40:59 with me call the cops and if there's 2:41:02 anything going on they'll tell you and 2:41:04 I'm like but you're going to be fine so 2:41:07 so she's gone for like 10 minutes and 2:41:10 she calls me back and she goes oh my God 2:41:14 she goes I called the cops and I told 2:41:16 them where I lived and she goes they go 2:41:19 oh there's a very bad man behind your 2:41:22 house you should lock your doors right 2:41:25 now it was like some guy had like killed 2:41:28 his girlfriend and then ran from the 2:41:29 cops and crashed his Jeep and ran behind 2:41:32 our house and they were chasing him with 2:41:33 a helicopter I was like oh my God a very 2:41:37 bad 2:41:38 man so so now now that we have a 2:41:41 champion the very bad men are you know 2:41:43 they run away when they hear that but oh 2:41:46 my God that was that was wild they 2:41:49 caught the guy all's well it ended well 2:41:52 it was all good but that was [ __ ] 2:41:54 freaky oh man all right listen what time 2:41:58 is it is it late yeah it's late it's 2:41:59 getting there all right listen people 2:42:02 listen I love y'all this
